I took my van in to be vaccumed and they left chicken nugget wraps under the seats. The next time I took in my truck for detail wash they didnt detail the tires the bed of the truck was not cleaned and the seats in the back of the truck were left up and was difficult to put them down when I didnt take the truck to them with the seats up. Was quoted a price when I called and paid with 30 dollars difference. Customer service is terrible my problems could have been taken care of if they value the customer. I now will drive to cedarrapids to get service and wish not to bring business to you guys.If its something that will not cost you in parts fix it will you..............

Scot, our sales representative, was extremely knowledgeable regarding all the F150's, which quickly helped us decide which model we wanted to purchase. Scot was friendly and had a low-pressure approach to selling us our truck. Gary used his extensive experience in vehicle finance to help us get the best possible deal and financing that Ford had to offer. He is a pleasure to work with. Overall, Scot and Gary made our buying experience a great one. I would recommend working with these two to anyone I know.

I worked with four (4) Ford dealerships, and about ten online, in my search for a C-Max. The Deery Ford experience was by far the best, with Curtis Uthe being head and shoulders the Best-of-the-Best person in my search. I think it is he that ultimately helped the sale to go to Ford rather than the competitor in hybrids. With the C-Max being very hard work to find, Curtis made it easier and rescued the sale for Ford on decision day. Exceptional responsiveness, sharpness, deal decision speed, enthusiasm and a total focus on the customer were what did it. In that order.I should also mention that when Curtis was not available, Steven Peacock helped me and keep the deal moving forward. Steven also helped with an auto familiarity overview which was exceptional. This dealer is a gem.

Woody Sims made the test drives very interesting and made sure we understood all the features and options on the Edge. We are very happy with the price and trade in.

Walking onto the car lot I was quite skeptical of car salesman just from what I've heard others say. But I was surprised at how friendly Curtis, Steven, & Gary were and they gave me great customer service. As a first time car buyer at the age of 23, Curtis knew exactly how I was feeling and was able to find a vehicle that was perfect for me and met all my criteria. He was polite and sincere, but also had an entertaining side to him that helped ease my worries and made my experience more fun. Steven was very helpful in showing me some of the features of my new crossover, and Gary assisted in the financial portion of my experience in a professional way. They never put pressure on me to make a decision nor did they make me feel uncomfortable at any moment. For my brand new 2013 Ford Escape, I was quite pleased with the price I was offered after I traded in my old car. Their quality of work was outstanding and my overall experience was great! I would definitely recommend Curtis, Steven & Gary along with the rest of the dealership to friends/family.

This was the simplest transaction ever. I knew what I wanted, and Curtis and Steven were able to find it and get it in quick fashion. I had secured my own financing, but the team at Deery, wanted to see if I could get a better deal, and they succeeded at that. Agan, this was the best car purchase I have made, largely due to the people involved.

This dealership is the best in Iowa City. Chad had never sold us a car before, but remembered our family every time we came in for service addressing us by name. When we were ready to buy a used car for my daughter Chad was the one we asked for when we called in. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and even stayed a little late the night we bought the vehicle. I work in customer service and am always looking for business' that take it a step beyond what's expected. Chad was a key player in our decision to come back to Deery Brothers Ford. In two years I'll be back again to purchase my new vehicle.

The guys at Deery Brothers were great. Curtis Uthe and Steven Peacock especially. We came into Deery and looked at the new 2013 Ford Escape. Curtis came up to us and showed us the car. We were set on driving another car at a different dealership and Curtis was very friendly about it. He said he would get the car ready for a test drive and we could come back if we decided we didn't like the other Jeep. After test driving the Jeep at another dealership we were set on buying it but decided to go back and test drive the escape just to get the experience. Curtis had the car ready as promised and we jumped right in. He let us take it out alone so we could talk personally. After minutes of driving the escape we instantly decided to buy the new 2013 model instead of the Jeep. Without Curtis and his friendliness we probably wouldn't have gone back to drive the Escape. Curtis took us inside and was very straight forward and didn't do the whole back and forth let me talk to my manager sales pitch like normal dealerships. Steve Peacock then took a look at my old Jeep and gave us a very generous offer. Steve even helped us find a way to get a student discount for a lower price on the Escape and worked with me to make sure I was eligible. After deciding to buy, Steve let my father drive a new Ford F-150. The next day the Escape was ready to go and Steve gave me great tips on the user interface and simple features of the car. We switched cars in less than 20 minutes and they gave me a tank of gas and sent me on my way. The overall experience was amazing and I highly recommend the Deery Brothers to anyone looking to buy a car, even if a Ford or Lincoln isn't one of their first choices.

The reason I ranked "great" on all of the above is because I felt working with Chad was the most painless process I've had. I was very nervous to purchase a new car, as I am a single woman in my lower 20's. Chad was wonderful. He was extremely knowledgable on all aspects, and wasn't pushy at all. He took into consideration where I wanted my monthly payments to be, and worked with me on features and options to get to the price range I could afford. His follow-up was outstanding - not too much to where it was annoying, but enough to know that he cared and was interested in my business. I was also communicating with Woodhouse Ford in Missouri Valley, and after the weekend, I never heard from them again. It meant a lot that Chad continued to search and find what I was looking for and continually followed up with me until we reached the point where I was ready to buy. Most of all, I appreciated the comfortable feeling that he gave me with purchasing, and explained every thing in full detail and a language I could understand. I also worked with Gary on financing, and he was very helpful and informational. Whenever I had any question, he was always on top of it to get it answered and cleared up. Both were great to work with, and I felt confident in my purchase all the way through. I never felt as though I was being manipulated or treated differently for being a young woman.

I would recommend Deery Brothers to anyone shopping for a new or used vehicle. David Brownfield was amazing to work with! He listened to what I wanted in a used car and showed me several different ones. There was no pressure and i felt that i was treated with respect. I also have to say that working with Gary Minikus was a great experience also. I am always a little nervous about the financing end of a car deal, but Gary made feel very comfortable and answered all of my questions. Thank you David and Gary for a great car buying experience!!

Bill was very helpful and came outside to greet me, was very charismatic and began showing me cars I was interested in. We went through a lot of different options, and he was really good at making sure I was happy with the decision. Kayvon was a great guy,very friendly. He showed me some cars but none of them matched my criteria and I was going to leave but Kayvon remembered that they had one more car that they just got it recently. Therefore I examined it and It matched all of my qualifications So I bought it. He didn't try to convince me why I had to trust him or what qualifications he had that other don't have. throughout the process of talking to him I just got the sense that he was a trustworthy person.

I had scheduled a service appointment on-line, but when I showed up for it, I was not on the schedule. Warren was very nice and helpful and informed me that they have been having problems with the on-line scheduler. He told me that since I was here he was going to get me in. I told him that it was ok and I could reschedule since I could see they were very busy with service appointments for the day, but Warren insisted that he was going to get me in today. It was really nice that he took the time to work with me and make sure I got what I needed instead of just saying they were busy and I would have to reschedule. Things like this are what keep me coming back to this dealer for service!

Woody Sims was awesome. He greeted me after I walked in the door obviously looking for someone to help me. He listened to what I was interested in, I test drove the car I liked, he showed me the features. My trade-in was looked at, a price was arrived at, and the car was mine! Woody helped set up Sync, showed me how to work the seats, AC, heat, etc. He filled up the gas tank. He scheduled the appointment for the Climate Package. There is a reason I am driving my 5th Ford, my 4th Focus. Everyone at this dealership has been honest, reliable, and friendly. I highly recommend them to everyone!

We had such an excellent experience purchasing our new Focus that we decided to start shopping for a new F-150. Scott Leedom was patient with us and always took the time to get us the answers we needed. We felt like he was honest and upfront with us just as I asked he would be. He also never employed any pressure tactics, but left us to make our own decisions. We also appreciated the Sales Manager Terry and the financing manager Gary. Often times when a woman comes in to purchase a high priced item and a man is with her, the sales person talkes to the man and not the woman. This did not happen with Steven or Gary. Amazing. I was purchasing my very first new call all by myself. I'd done research and went to Kelly blue book and narrowed it down to two options. I was pretty set on my choice of car until I went to go purchase it. Needless to say the men at this dealership are not only trustworthy and not about pressuring someone, but they answer every single question you have. If they can't answer it, they'll find someone who will. I was specific in the car that I wanted and Chad got me my car the day after my birthday! (What a gift!) I've had this car for three-four months and have been so perfectly happy with it and with the top rate service I STILL recieve. Everytime someone has a question about a car or looking to purchase one, I give them Chads name because he is all you need. Since it was my very first purchase I was terrified of what I wouldn't know to ask or what they would say, and I'm pretty sure he deserves a Superman cape for how gracious and patient he was with even the silliest of questions on my end. I have a car guy for life, and a company that I will always come back to! Thank you Chad for being so patient, thank you Gary for making me feel at home everytime I was there and thank you Deery Brothers for making my first car purchase SO worth it!!!!

Chad patiently and knowledgeably answered all questions we had when we were shopping for a new car. He came across as very honest which was very important to us. After we purchased our new car Chad helped us to understand how all the "bells and whistles" worked on our new Ford Edge. Chad helped setup our phone to sync with the Edge. He also spent an hour with us on Saturday morning registering us online with the Sync system and went over all the options we had and how to use it. My Husband and I were able to find the right vehicle at Deery Bros, thanks with the help of Woody's expertise, in which he found us a perfect replacement for the one that we had to trade in because of a major mechanical issue. We were very impressed by how quickly we were able to find the vehicle of our liking and style, and on how everything progressed from that point. I was impressed with the friendly and efficient process by which Steve Strauss used to locate the new truck I was looking for. Within 15-20 minutes of being at the sales office Steve had shown me options on a number of trucks Deery had on their lot and then taken me to his desk and located a number of trucks more to my desired specifications through a dealer search. With that and about 15-20 minutes more I filled out the credit application and Steve had returned with a more than fair price on my trade-in truck. We then took a test drive so I could get a feel for the 7 years newer trucks I was looking at.Although we ran into a few hiccups in acquiring the dealer-searched vehicles I selected, Steve persevered and kept me informed as to the trucks they had found and were dealing on in order to get me the truck I wanted. Finally, we had a match and the dealer trade went through and the truck to my liking was transported to the Deery lot. Wow, what a sharp truck! Then, with a single return visit, Steve, Gary and I completed the trade of my old truck and the new purchase and was driving home in my new 2012 F150 FX4! Gary was friendly, prepared, and quick to get the paperwork completed which was great as my son was with me that day.Thanks to Steve, Gary and Deery Ford for making the process positive and successful!

Scot was very helpful in the purchase process for my truck. The only thing that could've been better would've been the cleanliness of the vehicle upon pick-up. Obviously not Scot's fault, but making sure the glue from the windows stickers was removed prior to pick-up would've been nice - that stuff doesn't come out easily. Other than that - I felt very comfortable working with Scot during the purchase of my "new" used truck.

We had a very good experience. This is our second vehicle we have purchased from Deery Motors. and this is also the second car we bought where Woody Sims was our salesmen. The level of service was beyond exceptional. The friendliness and eagerness to help and answer questions to meet my needs were outstanding. I did not feel uncomfortable at any point when purchasing this car. I am not real good with computers, but I sent an e-mail in Nov.,2011, but must not have sent it right, but anyway just wanted to give your dealership and most of all Steven Peacock, a score of 15 out of 10! I am giving this rating, because Steven helped me out. I found my dream truck, a 2007 "Lariat" crew cab Candy Apple red F-150 4x4, on your lot on Oct. 23,2011, and talked with Steven on a Saturday, and he made my dream come true, set up a price I could afford, and found me a great finance rate of which has a warranty as well. I live about 2 hours away and pass through Iowa city to get to Ft. Madison Sun. nights. I was unable to get to Deery Bros. during business hours, so Steven took time out of his Sunday to show me and let me test drive this Lariat at 11:00pm at night. Not everyone would do that for a complete stranger lookin' for his dream truck, so thank you so much Steven!!!!!!!!!!!! I love my '07 and has so much room, and comfortability! I gave an overall 'GREAT' rating because all aspects of our experience met or exceeded any expectation we would have working with any respectable dealership in our area. Scot and EJ both worked outside of business hours and even during time off to meet our scheduling needs. We are happy with our purchase and feel as though we not only made a good choice...but a safe vehicle choice for our 16yr old daughters first car.We would definately consider Deery for any future car needs.

I was rather hesitant to go to a large dealership for a vehicle because my credit is nothing fantastic. I went online and found a website to help with my credit issues who then referred me to Deery Bros. of Iowa City. Steven Peacock was the salesman that we were set up with. He was absolutely wonderful with us. He did everything possible to make us feel comfortable and to get a vehicle we really liked. I would recommend Deery Bros and Steven Peacock to anyone I know looking to buy a new car.

Bought a used Pontiac Grand Prix GXP off the used car lot, turns out that it had some issues that Deery Brothers may not have known about at time of sale... within a month of purchase, I noticed some oil usage issues... I started working with them to get this rectified, 13 months later, the work to rectify this issue was carried out and Terry Adams helped make things right with me, very right.... this is what integrity looks like... thank you thank you!!

Initially, I took my King Ranch F-150 to Deery Bros to have some service work done on it and needless to say Warren Humphrey went above and beyond the call of duty working with an outside Warranty Company in getting the work that needed to be done on my King Ranch up to tip top shape. When I went to pick up my King Ranch I spotted an F-250 Ford Super Duty Diesel that I just couldn't let go by without taking a look. When I was out looking Chad Heinig came within seconds to see if there was anything he could help me with. He was so knowledgeable and non preassuring that I just had to call my husband and have him come to Deery and test drive the F-250. It was love at first site and Chad Heinig and Patrick Eads did a grand job in making it become a reality that we are now proud owners of a New 2011 F-250 Ford Super Duty Diesel. Additionally, Gary Minikus did an awesome job in handling the financing issues. Thanks to all for being such a great team.

The end result is a new car, but the important part of the process is the people. Curtis and all other dealership employees went out of the way (actually above and beyond) to find the vehicle that met our requirements. Everyone was pleasant, positive, and handoffs between personnel were smooth. I could have bought the vehicle anywhere but my rating is really about the people I dealt with.

Needed a car for my son, who wanted to try a Focus. Wasnt sure how best to proceed, with all the resources and dealer inventories available online--eventually chose to just call our local dealer, and set up a test driveKayvon happened to answer. He was a pleasure to work with, as was E.J. Lehman, the Sales Manager. They could not have been more friendly, courteous, accommodating, etc., despite it being a holiday weekend. After some test driving elsewhere and deciding to go with the Focus, Kayvon checked other dealers, found the model with the exact colors and options we chose, and seamlessly arranged for the car to be brought in promptly and at no additional cost to us. Admittedly, we did not end up negotiating much over price-the car was not just sitting on their lot--so we were probably good customers in that sense, but there were some good rebates at the time, and the resulting bottom line price was quite reasonable based on what I found the going rates to be on the internet. We were cutting it close on the rebate deadline, but they made it work with no hassle even though they did not originally have the car in stock. All things considered, they made the whole process as smooth and straightforward as possible...and my son is super-happy with the car...

I spent about 6 months researching the Ford Fusion, Hondas and Toyotas for my next purchase. During that time I have visited various dealers of both used and new cars. Models change and I will never buy a car on impulse. Three things are important to me when buying a car; the product, the integrity of the dealer, and the long-term service relationship. In addition to several other company's cars, I have owned 3 or 4 Ford Taurus cars as well as 2 Ford trucks in my life, each of which I've driven to about 130,000 miles with the exception of one catastrophic wreck when I was T-boned by an unlicensed driver. In each case I purchased them because they are a good product with the features (like crash protection) I am looking for and not because I feel any particular allegiance to the Ford company. During the life of these cars I have seen dealers and service departments, both good and bad, come and go.The Deery Brothers and their employees Scott Leedom and Scott Newhouse, have impressed me as being one of the best dealerships I have dealt with in recent years. 1. My first experience with the Deery brothers was through the service department, Deery's had recently replaced a horrible dealership that I would do anything to avoid. I found the newly established Deery's service department to be honest, timely, and accurate in their estimates. This brought me back.2. My experiences with the sales department have been excellent without exception. The staff have provided honest, intelligent, informed answers and friendly advice without pressure, and displayed an genuine interest in the product they were selling. These are qualities that have become an exception and the reason I bought a new Fusion from this dealership and did not travel 200+ miles to buy a cheaper used Fusion or another car from another dealer, as I was entirely prepared to do.I hope that Deery Brothers do not change what they are doing and will still be here when it comes time to replace my car, this is the first place I will look.Steve Strait

I received excellent service from Kayvon and the financial representative (Gary Minikus). It was nice to know that when the sales rep (Kayvon) quotes you on prices that it actualy matches the finanacial rep. Overall, it was a great and hassle free transaction. I had an awesome experience, and the best one I have ever had buying a car. There was no haggling over a price, which I really appreciated. They met all my demands immediately. I felt like I was getting small town attention in a big city. This dealer also had the locally owned feeling, unlike other dealers that seem like a big business and all about the profits. This dealer proved to me that they wanted to sell a car to me, and made sure I was going to be happy with it via their actions. The owner even introduced himself, and genuinely thanked me for my business...that's never happened to me before. I am completely satisfied with this dealer and my entire car buying experience. I was in Iowa City doing some shopping and drove by Deery Motors. I noticed several Escape SUV's in their lot so stopped in to take a look. I was planning on getting a new vehicle next month so wanted to see what they had to offer. Scott Leedom came out and asked if he could be of help. My husband was with me so we talked to Scott about wanting to look at the Escape. Scott invited us in to the show room while Scott Newhouse brought one to the door. We went for a test drive and liked what we saw. Back in the show room we visited with Scott Leedom and he presented an offer to us. We explained about not buying until next month but Deery Motors gave us a very good offer and we accepted. They didn't have the color we preferred so they found an Escape they could get in a few days. When we went to pick the Escape up my husband asked about undercoating the vehicle. Instead of a later date Scott Leedom and Scott Newhouse said it could be done that day and they would drive our new Escape to our house. We are very pleased with the customer service we received at Deery Motors. Our time spent with the sales gentlemen was very good.

Chad was fantastic- very knowledgable and no pressure. He's the main reason I chose Deery over other Ford dealerships in the area. I felt the financial department was a bit too speedy, this being my first new car purchase it would have been nice for them to take more time to explain things. When I asked questions they kind of glossed over them making me feel like they didn't want me to think about what I was doing.But again- I love my Edge and Chad was fantastic- couldn't have asked for a better salesman!

When I first pulled into the lot at Deery Bros. Ford in Iowa City, I was simply looking. Chad was walking around in the lot and I pulled up to him and asked a couple of random questions. I was glad I did so, as he was immediately very helpful and informative. I test drove a car and then had that "moment where you look over and see YOUR CAR." I scheduled a test drive for a few days from then (as it wasn't ready yet) and went home. Upon arrival back at the dealership, Chad had MY CAR all ready to go and I test drove it, wanted it, acquired it and drove it off the lot in like... 2 hours... Wonderful experience all around. I would recommend dealing with Chad to anyone I know personally and anyone who may be reading this...

This was my second good experience with your dealership. I found Kayvon responsive, helpful and in tune with my needs and my price limits.I already gave him a thank you note with my comments.I do want to mention that I was confused by the financial negotiations re loan. The first time I came in 3 weeks ago, I was assured that I had a 6.5 interest rate locked in for a 2008 Escape that we were discussing at the time. I was told that even though I was doing debt consolidation, I had a good credit rating, etc.I did not follow though with that vehicle but I did return last week and liked another 2008 Escape and proceeded to finalize that deal. I was told that I only qualified for a 8% loan at that time. I do find the financial side of the operation there lacking in straight talk. That would be one area of improvement that I would suggest.I ended up getting a better interest though a credit union and I think in the future I will take that route.Thanks again for everything!

We were in the market for a dependable, low mileage used car recently and had visited many used car dealerships. We ended up leaving every single one of them due to pushy salesmen trying to put us in a car we didn't want and couldn't afford. We had pretty much decided to once again try to find a vehicle from a private owner when I happened to see a car listed in the paper by Deery Brothers. I called and spoke with Scott Leedom who gave me some details and invited us to come take a look. From the minute we got there the experience was unlike we'd ever had buying a used car. Scott actually listened to what we were saying to him and showed us a car we absolutely love at a price that was under what we were sure we were going to have to spend. He answered all of our questions, helping us every step of the way. The staff was never pushy and didn't try to get us into something more than we could afford like all of the other dealerships had tried to do. We ended up purchasing an amazing little Hyundai that is just what we were looking for and that we absolutely love! I would recommend Deery Brothers to anyone, especially if you've had bad experiencees with used car dealers before, you'll be amazed at the difference!

Stopped into the Deery Dealership to see if it would be feasible to trade in my Bonneville at this time. Mr. Sims approached me and asked if he could assist me in any way. After a short discussion, he showed me the Taurus I am now pleased to be driving. It was not in my plan to do more than look at what was available. Mr. Sims was patient (VERY hot day) and very helpful. He was informative and I felt no pressure to take the test drive. Am so pleased that I did. Mr. Sims also explained many of the cars options and,also, explained my financial options to me.Mr. Sims, also, was kind enough to offer me water, etc. while we were doing business. As I mentioned a VERY hot day. I did visit two dealers prior to stopping at your dealership. The service was a much more positive experience with Deery. As a woman in my sixties, I felt my feelings were being considered. My husband and I are very pleased and we would definitely recommend your dealership.

We recently went shopping for mid-sized 4-door luxury and stopped at Deery Bros. to look at the Lincoln MKZ. We were pre-disposed to Lexus or Acura, but the pointers from Bill on the Lincoln value proposition resulted in us driving home a new MKZ that very day. Of course the car is beautiful, but Deery made it easy and attractive to buy not only that car, but feel really good about the dealership experience from the first test drive to the closing. The business agent was also friendly and nobody pushed us to do anything uncomfortable. Hopefully, service won't be an issue care of Lincoln/Ford quality (our first Lincoln and purchase from Deery), but we are left with promise that any need will be cared for by an experienced team in a clean, inviting dealership.

I've had horrible experiences in the past with car dealerships---salesmen that seem pushy & pressuring you with "limited quantities, you must buy now!" bologna. I needed a new car so my husband & I went to Deery Brothers Ford because we didn't care for the service we got at a dealership close by. We were helped by a nice, young man named Kayvon. He was approachable, genuine, & very friendly. Those qualities to came across right away. He is the kind of car salesman that all salesmen should observe & strive to be like. I hate being pressured into anything, and he wasn't like that at all. He explained everything very well, and in the end he got us the best deal we had hoped for! We weren't even expecting all the features we got with our new car! As for the financing, very low interest---wow!---and the two men that helped us with that, Gary & E.J., were also very nice & explained things well--no pressure from E.J. either. he gave us some good advice! We felt very comfortable the entire time & left with a good feeling. Thanks guys!!

Without a doubt, the internet sales team at Deery Brothers were an awesome twosome from the moment I completed an internet form requesting more information. I was in the market for a new or slightly used truck, spent many hours on the internet and on the road trying to do my homework as best as possible. I had a very bad experience with the Nissan dealership in Cedar Rapids. This certainly was not the case with Bill or Deery brothers. Bill was very professional, shook my hand looked me square in the eyes,told me there was no stupid questions, and belive me there were alot to ask. You know when you spend that much money you dont want to be pressured into any decision. We were offered water for us and our doggies, left twice to make my decision. Once I had made my decision all the paperwok went smooth and quick. I would like to recomend Mr. Spurrells and Deery brothers services to anyone. They all told me they wanted to make it as easy as possible to end up with a good deal. I feel very good about my purchase. The courtsey and attitude go along way with me. I am not an easy man to impress. I EXPECT exceptional customer service and quality, especially when it comes to auto and home shopping. With this said, I cannot say enough about Deery Ford. We are the proud owners of our first Ford thanks to the active listening skills of Bill. When we realized that our daughter's wheels were 6 years old and a little fender bender at her friends house would cost more than we wanted to spend to make the car whole; my husband and I went searching for a "new-to-us" (aka used) car for her to drive. We test drove many cars that sunny Saturday and I left my cell phone number at three other Iowa City dealerships with the specifications of the type of vehicle we were searching for....Bill listened and called me back when he had the perfect match for us, a 2008 Ford Focus with low miles, one owner and the qualified for the Ford Certification, which I needed in order to put my mind at ease when our daughter goes off exploring her world. I am so grateful that I listened carefully to Bill's voicemail message and took her in to 'look' at the car. She agreed to test drive it and then when Bill showcased that it was a SMART car...she was intrigued. Her intrigue finally overcame her 'gray' car issues and with some additional research and reassurance that color doesn't matter, we were able to seal the deal with her. Then we were lucky enough to be able to seal the deal with Bill (which I assure you was the easy part!)Bill was patient, diligent, and dedicated to the product. My vehicle purchase with Deery Brothers Ford, specifically Bill Spurrell, was really wonderful. The first time I came into Deery Brothers I explained to Bill that I was looking to purchase within the next 6 months. Bill took the time to explain to me the features of the Ford Fusion and the differences in the various trims. Although I felt bad about it, he even stayed late explaining to me features of the car and various financing options. Come the following week (i.e. this past Saturday) I found a used car at another dealer I liked that I felt was worth moving on, in a quicker than anticipated manner. I wrote a courtesy email to Bill to let him know that I was going with another dealership. Long story short he got back to me and said all I ask for is that I get a chance to earn your business. That he certainly did.I stopped in on my way to the other dealership and the professionalism, patience, genuine concern to help me get a good car at a reasonable price won me over. Although I didnt walk in knowing it that Saturday morning, by Saturday afternoon I was the happy owner of a Ford Fusion. I only wish I remembered the financing guys name (possibly Gary?) because he was also a joy to work with. He took the time to explain everything well and was patient as I wanted to read everything carefully. I was really impressed that there were no tricky/pushy sales tactics used. I say that bearing in mind that this was my FIRST new car. You only buy one first new car and Bill and everyone at Deery Brothers made this a great experience. I would absolutely recommend a visit over to Deery Brother Ford.

My entire experience at Deery Brothers Ford was exceptional! Bill took the time to make sure I was in a vehicle that I loved while staying in budget. The customer service was outstanding, the staff friendly, and the process of buying a vehicle was made to be a stress-free as possible. Bill went above and beyond to get me in to the car I wanted, when I wanted to be in it. I would definitely recommend Deery Brothers to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle!

Scot and Scott went out of their way to try and find me the perfect car. The "perfect" car wasn't available but they did a good job of getting me something that I still love. Everyone there was very friendly and willing to answer any questions that I may have had. I would definitely buy my next car from these guys.

Overall the help of Woody and others was excellent. The only limiting factor was the color selection. Can't fault the dealership but ... That day went out looking at cars that we were interested in (Honda's especailly). Then went to check out the Ford Fiesta. Took a test drive in both that day for comparison. Although the Ford had slightly less interior room the handling was much better also the engine/road sound was much less in the Ford.

We just got a new Ford F150 with the new Ecoboost 3.5 engine and are very excited. We have a 32 ft. camping trailer that we tow and Ford's towing capactity far outweighs the competition. The ride is much smoother than other truck brands and we found the add on packages available to include exactly what we wanted/needed. We were extremely satisfied with our dealer Bill Spurrell at our local Ford dealership. Bill worked with us trying to locate exactly what we wanted, finally building us the perfect vehicle and ordering it. He kept us up to date with frequent calls and personal service down to every small detail. He was probably one of the best in sales that we've dealth with and we've dealt with quite a few! We were also very happy dealing with Terry the manager as well and felt we got a really good deal. The business office was very efficient and professional. We've always been Chevy people in the past but after this positive experience, we've swung over fully to Ford!

We loved our experience, except for the wait in getting our first Explorer. We loved getting our second Explorer in the same day, and are having a great time as a two Explorer family! Both Scott's were great, and it was really helpful to get an hour-long tutorial on all the electronic stuff. It was great that staff took that time with me, otherwise I'd be lost with all this technology.

The Sales Associate we worked with Woody Sims, was very easy to work with. Very knowledgable, did not pressure us, would definately buy another vehicle from him again. Also worked with Terry the Sales Manager, again very easy to work with, felt very comfortable in the negotiation process. Overall impressions of Deery Brothers Ford, was very good.

Everything was great, but the price was a little higher than I expected and we had a small mechanical problem on the way home. I've contacted maintenance and and that will be taken care of. Seems the engine shut down at 72 mph on the freeway then re-started. Other than that, the service and the car itself are outstanding.

I located a vehicle online. Before calling, I check BBB and online reviews. I found good reviews, previous customers who were happy. I contacted Deery Brothers and was transferred to Woody Sims. He was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. I received a price, made an offer online and was promtly contacted. Woody negotiated a very fair price. Unfortunely the vehicle was almost 400 miles away, and my time was limited. Woody had a previous appointment out of the office so had another person in the office contact me....and Woody provided me his personal cel #, just incase. The others in the office were just as friendly and helpful. I never felt as if anyone was being pushy. Within 3 days, we arrange the sale and delivery. In 72hrs, Ernie arrived at my door with my vehicle (fantastic condition with low miles) and all of the paperwork. Not one minute was spent running around with faxes and overnight mailing. I will shop again. This kind of service is not something found just any where. This vehicle was purchased totally online. Thank you .

I was in the market for a new car. Had it narrowed down to Ford Escape, Toyota Rav4, Chevy Equinox and Nissan Rogue. Chad Heinig did his best to sell me the Ford Escape, but ended up buying a Rav4, simply because I got a better price on my trade in at Toyota and how can you pass up 2 year Maintenance Free Certification that Toyota is offering. All in all, it was not the fault of Deery Ford (or Chad's) that I did not buy from them. Am just sorry that E.J. Lehman didn't take my offer, because had he done so, I would not have gone looking at Toyota. They did.

Bill was very thorough in explaining and comparing the features of various models we considered. He did not pressure us to buy, and seemed genuinely interested in helping us find the car that best fit our needs. I would definitely recommend him. E.J. handled the financing and obviously did considerable research in order to find us the best option. Both Bill and E. J. were friendly and willing to answer our questions. We will not hesitate to return to Bill and Deery Brothers the next time we need a car.

My experience at Deery was completely enjoyable and satisifying. I had researched the internet for the car I wanted. Chad was very knowledgable and friendly. He was able to locate a car that fit my requirements and with a little negotiating we soon had a lease agreement worked out. My experience was an overall very good one. Everyone was very friendly and very helpful. I would recommend to anyone looking for a car, new or used. I did most of my research on the internet and their response back to me was quick. I felt at home which in a car dealership is hard to come by. I hate being pressured and they made me feel at ease with my purchase.

This was the best experience I have ever had trading vehicles, and I have been trading vehicles for 30 years! The salesmen treated me with respect and being a woman this has not always been the case with other dealerships. I highly recommend this dealership and these salesmen to anyone looking for a new or used car. It was smooth from the time I found the vehicle on the Internet clear through the financing process. Excellent customer service! I will go back the next time we're looking for a vehicle.

My car died right before I was to return home from UNI for Christmas with my family. I promptly began searching all over Iowa City for a car. I strongly do not suggest Carousel 2 those guys are the worst in the state guarantee it. So Scott Leedom and EJ Lehman at Deery Brothers were fantastic! They were able to get me a great deal on a fresh trade in and in 24 hours I was off the lot with a new car. Very pleased!! I would go back here any day for a new car. I know if I have any problems with this new car that Scott and EJ will take wonderful care of me. Great Service! Good Price! and a very nice group of people to work with!

After having a bad experience almost two years ago with buying my first car at another dealership, the staff at Deery Brothers Ford were a breath of fresh air. My credit is not the best but they were able to get me into a newer car for lower payments and a MUCH lower interest rate by working with the bank. They explained everything I needed to know without me having to ask first. I truly recommend this dealer. Thanks guys!
