Was able to finally get a nice Cruze from them after a few attempts. Not one, but two cruzes were sold on me while trying to purchase one. Wouldn't mind, but they called to confirm my test drive of said car only to get there to no avail.

Best negotiating buying experience ever. Salesman Anthony Armao and several managers were committed to finding a deal (on a Sunday!) that beat their competitors and gave me a fair value both on the new truck and on my trade. I only wish that GM would offer 0% financing to compete with Ford.

Our salesman, Tyler, went thru all the differences of the Tahoe's on your lot that enabled us to purchase one with all of the newest safety features and comfortwithin our budget. One of the worst car dealership experiences I have ever dealt with. They treated customers like they were just a dollar sign. I am young and have purchased a car before but they were trying to take advantage of my me. They tacked on every fee they could. I told them I didn't want the warranty and they tried arguing with me about the facts of it and the "advantages" instead of just respecting the initial no. After signing the papers without all the extra accommodations that they were uncomfortably forceful about they handed me back the papers and didn't say a word. They were disrespectful and I am taking my business elsewhere.

This was my first time dealing with Depaula Chevrolet as I am a new customer. My experience was fairly incredible from the time I walked into the service area, then whisked off to work using the courtesy shuttle and picked up again after work. I was especially impressed by the lounge which offered cupcakes, Starbucks coffee, three fresh fruits and candy. I just don't know what to say!! It was a truly new experience. All I can say is job very well done. I was truly impressed with the professionalism from start to finish. Usually I am prepared to be angry about something when ever my car goes in the shop for anything and this was the first time I think I have ever left a car company smiling. Again, 'Job well done'. Keep up the good work!!

My experience at Depaula Chevrolet has been nothing but a pleasure. Everyone always had a smile on their face and loved to strike conversations. This was my first time buying a car so I was extremely nervous. I shopped everywhere for about a month and dealt with many people at dealerships and Anthony at Depaula was the best one I dealt with. If you ever go to Depaula I highly recommend to ask for Anthony. He was patient during my million questions and helped me step by step throughout the whole process. They had a wide variety of great quality vehicles for low prices, but what sold me most was the kindness and understanding Anthony and Joe had during the process. Plus they had candy, coffee and tea in their waiting room!

From the first phone call, nothing but great service. Alvin was exceptional; easy to work with, knowledgeable and spent the time to explain the voodoo that is car finance options. All the way to the tech specialist who walked us through the on-star and Wi-Fi setup that will invariable get eaten by Pokemon Go. Overall, the staff made what has historically been a difficult process an easy, almost enjoyable experience.

A rating of adverage is appriopate as we did have an issue or two. We made an appointment to go look and test drive the car only to find out it was still in the reconditioning facility and unavailable. We had called the dealership twice before the first appointment but no one had previously mentioned this fact. Also being a married couple in our mid fourties it would have been nice to be able to test drive the vehicle without the sales rep. tagging along. Other Chevy dealerships in the area have let us do so. We did purchase the Malibu and were able to do so in one additional visit.

DePaula had a great price on a vehicle and I went to look at it expecting to find some minor blemish to justify the great place. I was pleasantly surprised this pre owned vehicle to be so close to new that it was hard to find ANYthing wrong even if you are looking for it. My salesman Mike Medeiros was knowledgeable and very easy going and only because I found him so easy to work with, after taking a night to consider my purchase I returned the next day in confidence knowing I had found my vehicle AND my dealer. Overall excellent service. Well informed personnel. Having to deal with several different specialist makes the process somewhat cumbersome for the customer but I recognize that the complexity of the business and the product would seem to make it necessary. If that aspect of the sales process could be trimmed it would make the process better for the customer.

I always enjoy dealing with Damien Dedonatis - he is friendly, gracious, respectful and, of course, quite knowledgeable. This is my second lease with Damien. Today (7/2/16) I stopped by to drop off my spare key for the 2015 Equinox that I turned in on Thursday. Alvin, another sales rep, drove me around so that I could locate my garage remote that I left behind in the 2015 car. We did not locate it, but I am certain that Alvin will call when he does. I would have never thought I was eligible for a lease. I am the only person that works in my home and I have Two car notes and a mortgage. My wife stays at home with our special needs child. When I stopped in to see George Dejesus he seemed really confident about making this happen. I thought he was a little crazy but I have purchased 3 vehicles from him already and I trusted him through the process. I believe in Depaula and what they stand for which is why I send friends and family there to purchase vehicles. After haggling over my trade they were able to get me into a 2016 traverse with my payment going up about 20 dollars a month (not bad at all). I just want to thank the team that helped in making everything go through. I knew it was a long shot but they stayed confident the entire time. There was an incident that happened a few months ago where my other vehicle was damaged on property. I had picked up a loaner vehicle and left my 2014 Cruze there until I was able to get a second driver. Although it wasn't there for service George still felt obligated to pay for half the damage to my vehicle. I paid the other half I was left speechless and I appreciative for the gesture. You don't meet people like that anymore which is why I come back over and over again. Thanks again Depaula Chevy for my new ride!!!

Buying a car is a lot less stressful when you go to Depaula Chevrolet! The staff is very upbeat and make you feel comfortable and confident in your decisions. I was set up for an appointment with Michael Cecchini who was hilarious and such a sweetheart! I'm from out of state, but he made the test drive comfortable and fun. His co-worker Nick, who helped on the financial end, made everything a lot easier to understand for someone who doesn't know anything about the financial aspects of buying a car. He's also hilarious and made me feel like a family member and not just someone to sell something to! And a big thank you to Dan for helping get that car ready for me to drive back all in one day! My expectations were more than exceeded with Depaula Chevrolet and absolutely worth the 2 hour drive! I can't thank you guys enough!

I originally went in for service on my 2012 Equinox and Dennis Walters on the Red Team was very helpful in outlining what was needed to the car. The repairs were over $2300 and I didn't want to put that much money into the car. He then referred me to sales and I was introduced to Tyler Watson who listed to my issues and helped me make an informed decision. I ended up leasing a new 2016 Silverado. I love it. I ended up spending most of the day at the dealership, but it was well worth it to drive home in my new truck.

The recall repair took longer than expected, and I was going to be late for an appointment. The service adviser Brendan offered a loaner vehicle so that I could make my appointment on time. My salesperson, Curt Rowell, was courteous and again very helpful in helping me to find a car at the price level that met my budget. Unfortunately, an issue occurred with that car, but the whole situation was turned around quickly with the help of Jay Newell, Lynn Smith, and Paul Lynch. I recently went to Depaula to check out a used Prius I saw on there website. Shortly after arriving on the lot I was greeted by Joe who was more than happy to assist me. Way too much confusion when I checked into service 'desks'. First time back since its been updated and I wasn't impressed. I usually check in with one guy and get helped immediately. I was asked which team I see...I replied the Gold Team and was told 'ok-you'll see the Green Team today.' So why was I even asked? Then I was sent to the desk and waited for 12 minutes before being told 'oh-you're just here for your first service? Go to the next desk-they can help you.' This is unacceptable customer service. I've never had an issue before-and I hope this will be the last time I do. I also then waited over 2 1/2 hours for my oil change and first service. No, I didn't have an appt. But I still find this to be an unacceptable wait time for a simple service. There should be techs available for just such things.

In February 2016, Traded in a `14 Chevy Cruze that I bought at Depaula in July 2015, for a `13 Chevy Malibu eco. transaction was smooth, and all seemed fine with exception to the Warranties on the Cruze. All 3 good for the life of the loan (72 months), 2 of which don't actually start until `17 (60 month length). Now initially, I tried talking with George the "Financial Manager" to get totals, but was told he would look into the actual amounts. To this end, he figured it would be about 89% on all 3 due to time used and he would get back to me on totals and that it "Technically can take up to 4 to 6 weeks, but usually are returned within a week or 2." It didn't make sense as 2 technically haven't even started covering the vehicle, but IF the money was returned within 2 weeks, fine. total of paid was $1497 + Tax. 2 weeks later, No refund and no call or response on what the proper total of my refund is. Since the refund could take "up to 6 weeks" I don't press the matter immediately, but I did call trying to verify the refund amount. 4 weeks later, still no refund, no total amount provided. At this point though, I was busy and didn't pursue again. 5 weeks, later, still no check, and call again. This time I do get in touch with George and I inquired again about the warranty refund, and again what the total is. He said he would look into it and get back to me, I should have it by "next week" 6 weeks hits, still no refund, still no idea how much I am actually getting back. I call in and ask for a "Supervisor or Manager, Someone in charge," and get transferred back to George. Again I speak with George about the fact I still do not have a refund, I still don't have any idea how much I am getting back, or how much is actually being prorated, WHAT'S THE TOTAL??? He finally had an answer, "about $450 to $500, but I'm not positive. It might be a little more, but shouldn't be above $600" ... WHAT? I press into him about the totals being about $1500 PLUS TAX, and that $450 is NOT appropriate. He again said that the math does appear to be off, but not to worry, he would make sure ALL my warranties would be refunded and I would get a check for the appropriate amount within 2 weeks AND he would call me before with a proper total. end of 8 weeks, Still no refund. Still no call. Still no idea how much I should be getting back... xxx. Again I call back and ask for a Manager, A supervisor, the boss of the financial managers, someone in charge. This time I was transferred to Roger, a different "Financial Manager." I go through this all again with him, tell him this is ridiculous, I still don't have my money back AND I still don't have any idea How much I should be getting back, but at this point +1497 plus tax certainly seems fair. Again, I get promises of being called back the next morning. Again no call. instead, Alex, the salesman, texts me letting me know he heard what's going on and will get this straightened out. he will call me Saturday. Saturday comes and goes, no call. I called in Monday, Ask for "SOMEONE IN MANAGEMENT, A BOSS OF THE WORKERS, SOMEONE WHO I CAN FILE A COMPLAINT WITH" and get sent to Roger's Voicemail. Didn't even bother leaving a message. I text Alex finding out what's going on, no response. I call again today 4/20/16, ask the same thing, stress I want to talk with a person in charge, and get transferred to the Woman who takes care of refunds. While again, not who I asked for, she at least confirms a check was sent to my address as of Friday, Since this started, I had searched, found, bought, and moved into a new home... I checked and FINALLY got my refund... all $695.63 of it.... xxxWhere is my Refund? I spent over $1600 including tax on warranties, 2 of which were never used. Why Can't I speak with a Manager? a Supervisor? a Boss? Seriously, 5+ different times trying to reach one, call always put on hold, picked back up, then transferred to a Worker.Posting this everywhere, filing with the BBB and following up with NYSAG.

My boyfriend and I were in desperate need of a vehicle ASAP. We saw a car online that was stationed with depaula and called to make a test drive, etc. we worked with joe Fifield who was honestly just amazing. I literally even texted him throughout the process and he was always there for us. Needless to say we got our vehicle. A few weeks later joe called personally to see how everything was with the car which you don't really see with other dealerships. They actually really care here. We actually also got a card from Joe with his contact info on it yesterday (almost 2 months later.. Still caring) just reminding us they're there for us and if anything happens to go there & they would work with us (knock on wood) lol but yea the experience was amazing and Joe was amazing. Also the head manager was hilarious and also there for us through it all. I would recommend Joe. If you do recommend Joe feel free to say my name Kaylyn :)

I brought my 2016 Volt in due to a malfunctioning MyLink Infotainment system. Marc Rosebeck handled my initial 'interview' nicely, agreeing to look into a TSB and making sure the Power Inverter Module had the most recent code and fixes. It took 3 1/2 hours for Steve, the actual mechanic, to perform 3 software upgrades, then my car was brought up to the front and I finalized paperwork with Marc. Nobody offered to verify for me that the radio worked, and I was late to work, so I immediately left without testing. Later that day I found out the radio had the same problem as when I brought it in, the problem was never fixed. Talking with Marc the next day, he apologized and offered to have me drop it off the following week and offered up a loaner car without me having to ask. That was nice. Too bad Steve the service tech didn't verify the problem was resolved before dropping off the car and running. This is the kind of work I should expect from a Certified Volt Tech?

It was my first time for my service on my 2015 Chevy Silverado. Drove into the service garage and was greeted immediately by someone directing me where to park. Went into the service office for the express service that I scheduled a few days before. The staff was very friendly and ready to assist me. My salesman was Damien D., and we completed the entire purchase process over the phone. I was always kept informed throughout the process of not only buying, but also the delivery of my new Camaro. Damien personally delivered my new Camaro to my home, over an hour from Albany, and had my trade, also a Camaro , picked up, as the deal came together in January. I test drove a car that I was considering. they took my info, asked for my social security number , I asked why they needed that because I had a pre-approval in hand but she said it was need to run the numbers and see what kind of pricing they could do on the car, but we agreed they would not need to run my credit. they did anyway and if affected my credit. Do not give them your credit info unless you are closing the deal. I went with another dealership, because this one seemed unethical and the since I had the pre-approval they never asked for my SS#.

Found the vehicle I wanted online came in to look and Anothny Armao came up to me, helped me understand what was needed took it for a test drive agreed on a price and it was done. very simple process. After visiting the website I called and an appointment was made for me for VIP service on a pre-owned vehicle. I was looking to trade in my minivan for a newer version of what I owned with more bells and whistles. Upon arrival, the vehicle was already out front and I was promptly greeted outside by Joe Fifield. My 3 year old daughter was with me during the whole experience from start to finish. I was shopping for either a new (lease) or used vehicle and happened upon DePaula Pre-Owned because they had a vehicle on one of the car search websites that I was interested in and a friend had recommended Rachael Mayer to me. Rachael was a fantastic sales person, not pushy at all and respectful to a "female" buying a car. Ladies, you know what I'm talking about! I told her what I was looking for and my price range, and she kept me informed as to what was coming in on their Pre-Owned lot. I ultimately bought a car from Rachael. I was then handed off to Nick Dileva-Cordi, Finance/Business Manager. Nick was great to work with, and has a great sense of humor. He found me a finance rate 0.5% lower than my credit union. The paperwork was done on the day they said it would be done, the car was well detailed and ready to go, and I drove home a happy customer.

From the initial and subsequent telephone calls to the two visits I had to make for a GM covered warranty (two visits instead of one was my fault), this place just startled and amazed me on how good they are, how patient, friendly, professional, concerned and accommodating. Folks, I'm sold on this dealership. Management is doing it right and they have top notch staff. I even visited the sales floor and found zero pressure, just tons of honest feedback and good information. They have my business from now on. And mind you, I hate going to dealerships. My experience here at Depaula Chevrolet was great. Upon entry, I was immediately greeted with a smile and directed to Denis who showed me several offers each of which were to me liking. Overall I was completely satisfied and I would recommend not only considering Depaula when auto shopping but purchasing your vehicle from here as well. Customer Service was excellent. Kyle showed me the perks of the vehicle and instructed me on setting up my Onstar account. He was very efficient in that aspect and also provided a great deal of support. Denis was awesome as well. He attended to all my needs as a customer and made me feel comfortable buying my first vehicle. In conclusion Depaula Chevrolet gets my approval and two thumbs up. The team here is very professional and I will definitely be buying my second vehicle from here.

Damien DeDonatis was friendly. He is very helpful. He helped us find the car, he took us for a nice drive. He made sure we were completely comfortable with our car and purchase. He was non pushy, and I felt like he was not rushing us at all and took the time needed. Very personable. George Polino was aslo very good. He was helpful and very informative. He still helped us out even though we were not financing here and i didnt feel like he made us feel any different because of that. Still gave us great things to think about and helped us a great deal.

Chris Miller was friendly & knowledgeable in terms of the product. He was accommodating providing service over above what was expected. Except...he would not give me the extra 200.00 I wanted....just joking!!!!....he did a great job. He explained the extra services provided through the dealership, which was a plus!!!...the car washes!!!! I would also like to add that Joe Tomaselli was an asset to making this experience wonderful.

Was looking for a new 2016 Volt that was in stock and available for a test drive. New stock arrivals came in and Damien went out to physically look for this car and found one before it had been through intake. Anthony was very personable and knowledgeable about the truck buying experience. He was very polite and courteous and answered all of our questions. He called us within a half hour of when the truck arrived at the dealership and worked on his day off to be sure that the truck was serviced and ready for us to pick up as soon as possible. GM needs to institute an on-line tracking system for the customer to be able to track the building of the truck as it progresses. Once you order the truck, it's as if it disappears into a deep dark hole until it arrives at the dealership. Unless you call the dealership and ask for an update or status, they are the only ones who can call GM and find out; therefore it places an undue burden on them.
