I loved the service!!! Everyone here is wonderful!!! Tony Spiel Sales and Julian Finance are your guys!! I truly enjoyed that Tony was all expert Lexus. Usually when we buy a car it takes us about 2 years to figure all the bells and whistles but not here with Tony at Desert Lexus. Julian finance worked for us and trust me my hubby is a hustler he usually fights nail and tooth for our rates. Here at Desert Lexus our deal was just right and took maybe 15 minutes thanks to Julian. Special thanks to the “Boss” for making it happen!!! This was a marvelous experience!!!

Kyle and Angel were awesome. I have had a lot of different cars in the past, This new IS 350 f sport is the best car I have had the pleasure to own. Great experience they had us in and out. Got great value for my trade in and Angel Gomez was a fantastic salesman. I highly recommend you ask for him he goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and get you the best price. Could not be happier with the entire experience including the financing department. Also the new facility it’s gorgeous.

I called to get a side mirror glass replaced. They said come in at 11:30 and, expecting a repair, I was surprised to be told that they couldn't do it and that when the could, it would run $443 to do the job. I called around and had it done in one hour for $108. They were just ripping me off and had no regard for my time!

Reuben Quezada has been my service man for over 3 years. He is the greatest!!!! Excellent service!! The only reason I take my car to Desert Lexus is because of Reuben! Always satisfied!

Top notch dealership. I recommend Desert Lexus to everyone interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle. Reuben Quezada is at the top of his game, efficient, friendly and takes care of your car as if it was his own! Very quiet and comfortable lounge area. Good coffee!

The folks at Desert Lexus are always friendly, the service is beyond reproach; our salesman, as well as everyone we have dealt with, has been very attentive to our needs and has treated us fairly. We bought a Certified used Hs250n in November of 2011, then purchased a CT200hin August of 2012 from this dealership. We have bragged about Desert Lexus to anyone who brings up a car purchase, especially if they've had a poor experience. We will continue to deal with Desert Lexus and when it's time to purchase another vehicle it will be at Desert Lexus.

Have been dealing with Desert Lexus since 1998 and have purchased more than 7 Lexus automobiles during this period including a 2013 RX 350 just 3 weeks ago. My experiences during the past 14 years has been on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being best is a flat out 10!! Desert Lexus is in my opinion a World Class Dealer in every aspect of of sales and service and overall Customer Service. A Great Organization with an wonderful staff at every level.

I tried to buy a new RX350 for my wife in May 2012. I told the salesman that I did not want to go into Orange County to buy as I now live here in Palm Desert but I wanted a good price.He offered that car approx $1000-$2000 below the window sticker and would not quote a price beyond that. He kept telling me to "make an offer"....I then bought the car (over the phone) in Orange County for considerably less money without all the drama.I have told many friends about the poor experience and will continue to do so.

Comfortable lounge and good service. However, I had to bring the car in three times in less than a month. The first time was routine 5000 mile service. A few days after the service I was informed that I would have to bring the car in for a parts replacement recall. Several days after that appointment my engine light came on and wouldn't go off. I live an hour away from the dealer so this was a major inconvenience. The did agree that they would give me an extra maintenance service for free.

The sales force were very informative about all the different products and services, they helped me to understand all the different cars and SUV's in the line. No pressure was used to make me buy a new or used vehicle. The staff is very profesional and friendly. It was a pleasant change from my past experiances with other dealers. I would highly recommend this dealership to all my friends and family especially the great Gabe marshall who was the oneperson that made up my mind to buy my new Lexus vehicle.

I just recently leased my third Lexus RX, and it's the second one that I've gotten from Desert Lexus. From beginning to end, they made my leasing experience wonderful. I got an amazing car, and at a really great price. I would definitely recommend Desert Lexus to anyone looking to get a new Lexus.

The most positive experience ever. Every employee demonstrated friendly attitudes toward every customer visiting the business today. You can tell they enjoyed working for this dealership and went out of their way to make everyone feel at home. This dealership should be the training center for ALL car dealerships in Southern Calfornia. True professionals in every department. The work was performed on time, every detail of the work was explained and the vehicle was returned clean and ready to go.

I needed the A/C in my used RX 300 worked on, and was was pleased with the service I recieved from Desert Lexus. Ruben Q. has a great attitude and though he was handling my project for another service representative, who was off, he made my visit a real pleasure. They resolved my problem and loaned me a great Lexus Hybrid while my car was serviced. The work was done overnight, and when ready my car was cleaned and in great working condition.

i just bought another Lexus becuase of the great service I continually receive. Desert Lexus always exceeds my expectations! Ruben always lets me know what I need and what may need to be done. Bottom line I trust them and they keep my cars going.

When my Lexus was making a strange noise, my local dealer in las Vegas said there was nothing wrong. When I spoke to desert Lexus they told me exactly what the problem was. Took it back to my LV dealer, and they had to agree and I got it fixed.

I really like your web site...so many times all we do is bitch and complain about high prices, poor service, bad attitudes. Well, I found the greatest car dealer in the world! Lexus of the Desert has got to be the best business model I have ever run across. I have personally purchased two cars from them and will never buy a car from any other dealer than Lexus of the Desert. They just seem to do everything right, and if there is ever a problem, they solve it immediately. Their personnel are all top level! I wish that those people that have not had a good experience with them, please consider that maybe i'ts them, and not the dealership!

Desert Lexus is the Best. Friendly and efficient service. Complementary pastries, cookies, juice and sodas. I brought my car in for work and they gave me a brand new courtesy car with very low miles to drive while mine was being fixed. George was the greatest!

This is by far the best dealership with whom I have had the pleasure to do business. I have owned over 50 cars over the past 30 years, multple Porsches, BMWs, Mercedes and these guys are simply the best. They patiently spent time, arranged lengthy test drives and I am presently on my 2nd vehicle from Desert Lexus, a LS sedan. I counldn't be happier and that is saying alot....Highest recommendation and i am a customer for life. Thanks Ed and Gabe for everything!

Desert Lexus is one of the best dealerships I have been to. The service and experience from Mr. George Glover is excellent. The sales knowledge from Mr. Marshall is tops as well. I have been using the services of Mr. Glover for the past 10 years and continue to use his expertise. I have had 5 Lexus vehicles all the time being serviced by Lexus with great results. These service requests have no just been oil changes, there have been some major repairs that I have needed (Rats eating my wiring) that have not been the vehicle or Lexus fault. The prices have been within line of all dealerships. Their courtesy from drive up to drive out has been impeccable. I highly recommend this dealership and Mr. George Glover.

I leased two cars from Desert Lexus in the past decade. I had all of my service work done with this dealership. They are courteous and professional and have always gone above and beyond the call of duty.I no longer lease a Lexus, but still bring my vehicle to Desert Lexus for service. There is no one I truest more than George, Reuben and the staff at Lexus.If I were to mention any problem I've had with them it would be that it takes me so long to pick up my car from service due to everyone on their staff going out of their way to come and say hello and ask about my life and family! Heck, they've become my family!Thank you, Desert Lexus!

I have had my Lexus cars repaired at Desert Lexus since 1996. My first Lexus was purchased out of area as there was no Lexus dealer in Palm Springs area in 1992.I subsequntly had major mechanical problem and was towed to Desert Lexus. I subseqenly had all my repairs at Desert Lexus and future cars were purchased there.I have refered friends to this dealership and all have found service and sales were top notch. Purchased a pre owned Toyota from Desert Lexus and after 8 months it developed a small coolant leak. Dealer picked up my vehicle after hours left a courtesy vehicle and took car in for repair. water pump was replaced and oil changed all no charge. Dlr informed me it was under the "in house" warranty that they provide for the 1st year on all pre owned non lexus vehicles. This dealer is genuinely honorable taking care of something i had no idea was covered. THANK YOU Desert Lexus!!

Last Spring, I discovered that this dealer charges more than double what other dealers do for larger routine services. I put this on a Customer Satisfaction Survey sent out from Desert Lexus after my last visit, which was a 105,000 mile service on an RX 400h. Today I went in for the next scheduled minor routine service. Today's service was not overpriced and this dealer is the most convenient. Further, it was to be paid by Toyota Motor Corp, based on my prior feedback on wildly varying service pricing from one dealer to another. While I was sitting across the desk from the service advisor today, he apparently reviewed on his computer my prior survey comments. Then I was told that Desert Lexus would no longer service my car because of my prior bad review of them. My car was already in the service area, but it was brought back to me; I was then scolded by the Service Manager, George Glover, and told that because my review was " nasty", that they were not going to do this service and that I should never come back. I was further told that the service advisor's salary is based on whether he gets satisfactory ratings. My comments were not even directed at the advisor, rather at the dealer.Apparently Desert Lexus does not appreciate constructive criticism and that such feedback is not the actual point of mailing customers their surveys. After my prior " nasty" review, which merely said that their major service pricing was very high and that I waited an hour for loaner car, Desert Lexus made no effort to contact me, until I was sandbagged at today's scheduled appointment.I have owned 6 Lexus and 4 Toyotas and never have I been treated so poorly. I left Desert Lexus today after being humiliated and without having my car serviced.It is reasonable to expect fair and competitive service prices and not to have my time wasted being turned away from scheduled appointments. Nor do I appreciate the public embarrassment--- all over an oil change.I recommend that you use any dealer other than Desert Lexus, and also that you comparison shop service pricing ahead of time.I have found Lexus of El Cajon and Lexus of Glendale to have the best service prices, and Lexus of Riverside to have the best purchase prices ( speak to a guy named Cory there).Sincerely, Lexus Lover
