I'm always amazed at how Patricia Jones remembers my name when I walk in the dealership after 6 months or more. And we get right to work. Patricia understands exactly what I want, and explains tactfully what I don't understand about my car or what's needed. Took my 13' Escalade in for issues regarding my suspension system. Worked with service advisor Brian Fisher who did a wonderful job keeping me informed of what was going on with my vehicle. One thing to keep in mind is I am from Ohio and have had only one mechanic work on any of my vehicles over the past 14 years, so for me to feel comfortable with any place doing work on my vehicle aside from oil changes and mounting new tires is quite an accomplishment. But Brian was able to make that experience quite pleasant, it's been quite some time since I've had to pay dealership pricing for any work, but in the end I was very pleased with the work performed.

For months I have been having strange problems with my SRX. All electrical. They said they had to replace the cue screen, but they were on nation wide back order because of all the problems they have had with them.My On star wouldn't work, I couldn't play my radio and I pay for Sirus. I was without these functions for over 3 months, but still had to pay for them. My back up camera worked, but the sensor did not pick up anything if I was close to it. The "open door light" kept coming on and all doors were shut. I went out to my car one morning and all 4 windows were down all the way and the car wasn't locked.It took more than 2 weeks longer than I was told for the cue screen to come in. This is my 7th Cadillac and without out a doubt, this is the biggest problem I have had with any of them.I do not blame Bill Kegan, my service man, in any way. He is wonderful and none of this was his fault. I went in there one day, very angry and he was wonderful to me through my rants.I am just a little disappointed in the dealership for not compensating me for any of the money I was out during this time. Not even a word about it.I have had the car back for 3 days now, everything seems to be OK, but I will be keeping an eye on it.At this point, I am not sure if I will buy another Cadillac, just very upset over all of this.

Recently I purchased a new 2016 Cadillac ATS-V from Salesperson Julie Walker. In the process of "making the deal happen", there were several options that I wanted that didn't come on this particular car. But Julie, Sean Stoger and other management personnel all helped make it a reality! Sean Stoger, who works and manages Dimmitt's Accessory Department, Aspire, was able to secure all the ATS-V's OEM options that I wanted on the car and modify some of the existing options exactly how I wanted making my ATS-V just that much more different and personal. Sean's attention to detail far exceeds what I imagined and I couldn't be happier!!! After all's said and done, I ended up with a car I couldn't have ordered had I insisted on ordering from the factory!Great Job and a Job Well Done (again) from the stars at Dimmitt Cadillac!

This was the best experience we have had so far with our Cadillac service over the past 20 years. Coming back from golfing, I noticed the rear end of my XTS hanging down like a low rider and the car driving and bouncing like a rabbit. After calling the service center and speaking with my service manager Bill Keagan, he offered to tow the car back to Dimmitt, but it was still driveable , so I limped in. Within 15 minutes they diagnosed the problem as a failure of the air spring compressor. A spare was on hand and within 1 1/2 hours we were on the road. They even washed the car !!!. So, Thank You Bill Keagan and the Cadillac service crew.

I had Dimmitt do the scheduled service on my car,oil filter and multi point inspection. After that the car went into Aspire Performance for engine compartment work behind the front grille. Then the car was sent to the detail Dept. for a complete car detail. The quality of work was completed and executed in a timely fashion far exceeding my expectations.Jason was helpful and knowledgeable about my concerns. I have had many vehicles in my life but Dimmitt Service Department is by far superior to any l have experimented thus far in my 40 years of vehicle ownership. I had just come home from an out of town Labor day weekend trip and went to Syd Entel Gallery in Safety Harbor to pickup a large original painting. I was able to loaded my CTS 2011 cadillac station wagon with no problem, sat down with my 2 lb Chihuahua ready to go home. However my wagon would not start. I suspected the battery, so first thing, got my jumper cables, and sure enough it started right up. Second, I called my Dimmitt Cadillac advisor Todd Brown, he agreed with me that it sounds like a battery problem. I said I would be right there, but he said they would be closed 15 minutes, and it would be unlikely for me to make it in time.. As we talked options, he asked where I was and he suggested that I go to the Clearwater US 19 Dimmitt dealership. I got there at 10 till 5 pm. Kevin Hamby listened to my situation and took my intake information promptly, even though he was about to go off shift at 5pm. He transferred my ticket to Patricia Jones and explained it all to her without me having to reexplain the situation. A service mechanic took the car around back and began the battery check. Sure enough it was a bad battery cell and they had the battery in stock.Well everything was going just fine, but he he could not get the battery to replace it without moving the large painting in the cargo hold of my wagon. Well, he enlisted Patricia to help move it and the two of them proceeded without a hitch. After it was replaced the art work was gently placed back into the cargo hold as they found it. I was back on the road by 6:15 pm.Great team work! My gratitude to Todd Brown, Kevin Hamby, Patricia Jones and your mechanic whose name I do not have. Richard

My Cue system froze on my 2014 ATS. I brought the car in and was assisted by Bill. In addition to the Cue, Bill identified two maintenance bulletins and a software update for my fuel system that needed completion. I was provided a courtesy car at no cost to get to my job. The car was repaired fully in one day. The waiting area is also amazing with drinks and pastries, as an added bonus.This was the best service experience I have ever had in my 30 years of driving. From the moment we walked in the door at Dimmitt we were impressed ! We were offered a drink and even the kids were given a place to watch TV while we chatted. So, one day we happen to be near Dimmitt so I said to my wife, what the heck, let's go look at one. we were met by Julie Walker at the door. After breaking three appointments in one day, they still took me in at 3:45, changed my oil, patched a nail whole and offered to service my windshield washer system. Jason Goerz was very professional. He walked me over to the sales dept. after showing him an offer I received in the mail, an opportunity to trade in our 2013 SRX and recieve a $1600.00 rebate on top of any and all offers. Last April, I brought my car in for an HVAC issue. The diagnosis and remedy were handled in short order and I paid only a one hour service charge. This week I brought the car in again for what seemed like the same problem. Patricia Jones evaluated the tech's findings and determined that the current situation was indeed the same problem, should have been more fully diagnosed last April and corrected then. She did not charge me the one hour labor charge for this second occurrence. That's not only a correction of a past, forgivable error, but demonstrates a level of integrity that sets Dimmitt apart from other auto service people I've encountered. Much appreciated. I recently had a very good experience buying a certified Pre-owner Cadillac from Dimmitt. Matthew Mayers was my sales rep. Based on great dealership reviews, and what looked like a super clean car at a reduced and very good price, I drove 3.5 hours from West Palm Beach to Clearwater. I had previously spoken to Matthew and he informed me the car was still available and that he would have it ready for me. We texted a couple times during my long ride and Matthew had the car clean, under a carport, and running when I arrived. After a short inspection, we test drove the car. I requested a longer test drive to fully evaluate the car and Matthew was happy to oblige. The car itself was (and is) excellent, and we proceeded to write up a deal. This went very smooth. I was not inclined to argue much on price, as I knew from much research that the price had been reduced twice, and was already priced at the very low end. For my admittedly old and worn out trade, I was offered the low end of the narrow trade in value. All told, this seems like a very solid dealership and it was a pleasure working with Matthew on this purchase.

Don't let the 4 out of 5 stars throw u off. Wish u could give half stars or 3/4 stars because my experience would have been 4.5-4.75 out of 5. Srx came off rental lease and did have some damage that the guys at dimmitt fixed as per our request. Not little stuff as well like que system paint small dents inside trunk panel. Got it done in a day including tint and clear bra by 3m. Would have liked to see the car be more looked and items fixed over prior to being shown to us given its a Cadillac certified car and would have rather seen back panel replaced over filled and smoothed (which I might buy the panel as it is around 100 bucks). Can't tell really the fix they did as it was done very good. We love the car, service was great, we now wait for an ats 2.0t to come off lease so I can pick that up from dimmitt.

I made arrangements to have Sarah Cribbs as my service contact because I have dealt with her before and she knows me. She was professional but friendly. I brought my 2006 CTS in to have the air conditioner fixed. She arranged for a loaner and it was a good thing because it was there for two days. She also fixed another problem for me. Then, when I came to pick up the car, I drove a mile or so and the air was still running hot. So I brought it back. I could tell she felt bad and was frustrated that it wan't fixed. She got me the loaner back and I will see on Monday how it's doing. She was more than I could have asked for and the service department should be proud of her.John Fitts

I went in to have my. 2008 hummer have a recall issue fixed. When I arrived no one was waiting and there was a worker at each of he computers on the counter and a young man called me over. When I told him what I wanted he asked if Bill could help me. Why call me over and then pass me off to someone? Bill was very helpful and got me in right away. When I returned later in the day there was only one person working the counter. I was recognized and was told someone would be with me soon. It was strange that there was only one person working the counter. It didn't take long and I was on my way.

Unfortunately, I had a flat tire at 10,000 miles. I called the 888 Cadillac Toll free assistance. They assured me someone would call me by 430 am to pick up my car by 6 am. Every time I come to Dimmitt service department it is busy with many customers and their cars. Everyone bustles around in a friendly and professional manner to make sure you are treated well. You are advised thoroughly on what needs to be done and what the charges will be. There are no surprises. The facility is immaculately clean and comfortable.Jason has been the person who takes care of me and my car (a lovely Saab so of course there are issues with getting parts but service somehow works that all out). Jason has been so professional and friendly in helping me put the vehicle right and explaining the things that need to be done. That's just what I need.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dimmitt for complete car service. It is a really wonderful company.

I noticed a severe scratch in the windshield upon delivery of my new SRX .Evaluation by dealership manager showed that there was no rubber on the lower portion of the windshield wiper which obviously caused the scratch on the glass.Recommendation by service manager was to replace the windshield .

I recently took my Cadillac into Dimmitt and had excellent Customer Service. My service advisor was Patricia Jones. My car had been coated with some kind of paint that a truck in front of me had spilled. Patricia Jones took control and made sure that the Detail Department did everything to make it look as good as new. I was given a loaner to drive while my car was in service. She is very professional and made me feel very calm during what could have been a very trying experience. She is an asset to Dimmitt. Recently I had to bring my 2014 Cadillac ELR for software issues involving the electronic instrument panel. Purchased a used vehicle I had found on Autotrader. The vehicle was in much nicer condition than I had expected. The sales staff were fast, friendly and not pressuring me to "buy this car today", although I did! The service department at Dimmitt Cadillac consistently provides high quality and reliable services. I own a 2008 Saab and this is one of the few places that actually has certified Saab staff and can handle the challenges of supporting a vehicle that is no longer manufactured. The staff is incredibly courteous and professional. Everything went smoothly from making the appointment online through the entire service experience. Patricia Jones was great to work with including her timely follow-up on tracking down needed parts. Dimmitt is a 45-50 minute drive, but I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you for the great service!

This was the third time repair for the same issue, still not repaired. My car was also returned with the steering wheel misaligned (which is not how they received it). There was a two week turn around for 3.5 hours of work performed. I'm forced to contact GM for a remedy. Service manager "John McCrudy" was unprofessional and very condescending when I attempted to address my concerns with him, he continually talked over me. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever received!

My SRX has had two problems on separate occasions that Dimmitt resolved quickly under warranty. One problem was my Cue went out; had to be replaced; the other was that the steering bushings were leaking oil and had to be replaced. Dimmitt picked the car up at my home both times, provided me a loner and returned the repaired vehicle. Normally, this would have been a huge aggravation; Dimmitt made it painless. My service rep was Patricia Jones, but every employee on the Dimmitt staff has been great to work with- an exceptional dealership.

We took our Cadillac DTS to Dimmitt because water was leaking into our roof. Our service adviser told us that the repair would not be covered by our warranty because it was a maintenance issue. He told us that the water was coming from the sunroof which needed to be cleaned on a regular basis. We were never told this when we purchased the automobile from Dimmit either by the service dept. or by the salesman. Mr. Keegan estimated the repair to be $280.00. We agreed to leave our car with Dimmit for them to make the necessary repair and we were furnished a loaner.Later that day we called the Service Director Shaun Stoger and told him about the situation re; the problem we had with our Cadillac. Shaun said he would contact their GM representative and see what he could do to help us. He also said that when we came in to pick up the car he would meet with us personally along with Bill Keegan the Team Service Mgr. Later in the day, Mr. Keegan called us and told us that our car was ready and that we could pick it up the next day. When we came into the service dept, the next day, we asked for Shaun Stoger and we were told that he would come up to see us in a minute. He never did meet with us, instead Mr. Keegan informed us that Shaun would not be meeting with us and that we would have to pay $279.66 for the repair.Mr. Keegan did clearly explain and demonstrated how to clean the sunroof.It would have been nice if Mr. Stoger had kept his word to meet with us and explain why we had to pay the total amount.

We brought our 2013 CTS to Dimmitt Cadillac for service and a couple small repairs. I was greeted by Sara Cribbs (Team Service Manager) whom took great care of me and my car. When you buy a Cadillac and all its warranties you really hope that when you need your car taken care of that its a smooth 'no cost' experience. (Service should be as good as Sales) After all that's why you made the purchase you did. Sara was great and I had that experience. That's what it's all about! I recently came to Dimmitt Cadillac with an interest in a used Cadillac SRX I had seen on the website, at which time I met Matthew Mayers, who was to say the least extremely polite and professional. Matthew Mayers helped me actually purchase a more appropriate vehicle that fit me better than the SRX, an Explorer Limited edition. His knowledge of both vehicles and the ability to communicate the pro's and con's of each vehicle as it related to me was invaluable and purely the reason I purchased the Explorer. Matthew Mayers was not pushy or driven to just get a sale, but rather he was honest and focused on my needs, addressing them perfectly. I would highly recommend Matthew Mayers to any of my friends looking to purchase a vehicle and have done as much. Usually buying a vehicle, especially a used vehicle can be a harrowing experience people would rather avoid, but in this instance due to Matthew Mayers experience and professionalism the experience was enjoyable and successful.

The major service was just fine. I especially liked that I was kept up to date by Patricia Jones as the repair progressed. The arrangement for the loner car was smooth and quick. The one disappointment was the car was returned to me covered by a grit, likely from traffic on US 19, and a few oily spots. Washing the car just before returning it to me would have made the difference between a good and excellent review.

One would think that since this is a Landrover dealership that they would take pride and give quality service. Every time I take my LR the mechanic always breaks something else and not admit to it. Clamps are not properly tighten and coolant leaking and wiring harnesses are not put back properly. Hose brackets are not even installed properly. They also have an average turn around time of 3 weeks. They never happen to have any parts.

I am beyond disappointed with my experience at Dimmitt. I was directed to Dimmitt by my insurance company because they are a "STAR" rated service department, to address an issue that was previously covered by my insurance. I was told that they would contact the adjuster and address what they felt was just a minor issue. I had to contact them to find out what was decided the next day, I was told that my insurance would not cover it, that the adjuster had come out and looked at pictures of the issue, yet when I called my insurance company they told me that no one had gone out or even addressed the issue. I asked the service person to get me a quote on the "simple" fix, and never received a phone call back. I did take my vehicle to Clearwater Toyota for the "simple" fix which turned out went way beyond simple (See my review of the excellent service). Needless to say, Dimmitt treated me as if my business was beneath them because it was a Toyota truck and not a high overpriced vehicle and I was not a worthy rich potential customer. Dimmitt needs to revamp their customer service and they need to realize that every person is a potential customer.

Al Harter (service) and the entire staff of Dimmit Caddilac is beyond excellent. I neaver leave there without being reminded that my business is not only important to them, but really appreciated. They sell cars that are half a million dollars....not mine. I drive one of the least expensive cars they sell. I still feel extremely valued.The quality of the work is also wonderful. I have never had to go back a second time for the same problem. My car was recalled twoice.... for computer upgrades only. Worrisome.... yes. I was reassured by Dimmit and all was handled quickly, completely, and professionally. I have had very few issues beyond standard service either. A great product and a better dealership.

As always the Dimmitt team took real good care of me again. Al Harter kept me up to date with my service needs and to find the best solution that fit my budget.. He also arranged for me to pick my Hummer up after hours. I was heading out of town for the week and not returning until 10:30 PM. Al made sure my Hummer was left out on Friday so I could pick it up after hours. It had been wash too. I brought my land rover to Southpoint Sarasota for service and upon receiving my vehicle, the installed part was not functioning properly. When I returned to southpointe, I was given quick, short and shady responses on how this had happened. Feeling uneasy, I called Dimmitt and explained what had happened in detail and they gladly urged me to come down and they'd help me figure this out. I showed up, was greeted at the door and briefly met with the service reps and out the door in a beautiful loaner car promptly. They explained what had been installed at the dealer in Sarasota and let me know what to look for when I would have to return. It was great to be treaded with respect after being treated harshly by the Sarasota dealer. Even though I would have to drive an hour and a half to go back, its worth it just to feel confident my vehicles in good hands and I can rest easy without having to go over the work and checking parts and numbers on paper with those installed on my car. My only regret is that I didn't initially bring my vehicle to the people at Dimmitt Land Rover.

As always, Dimmitt and Dan Robinson took care of the car and my family. I am away on business travel overseas and am so a lot so I truly appreciate the personal attention he affords to my family while I am out of country. The service department works with us always for routine maintenance but this latest was a major malfunction/breakdown requiring a couple of days to repair. Dimmitt provided a loner so my wife wasn't stranded. When it is time to purchase another vehicle, it will definitely be one that Dimmitt sells/services. I appreciate the 5 star treatment. Our sales person, Kathleen Doyle-Gibson went the extra mile to make this purchase special, even arranging for it to be a surprise for my wife. My wife and I have been searching for a Grand Cherokee Jeep for some time tossed up between buying new or used and NOT having any luck with local Jeep dealers. When one showed up at Dimmit slightly used, still under warranty, barely broken in, we fell in love with it as it had almost all the option we desired. The ones it didn't have, Justin saw to it that they were installed and we were driving it home a day later. They are all great people there and treated us with total respect that is lacking at many other dealerships. We will do business with them again.

I just had one of the most incredible service department experiences ever at Dimmitt Cadillac in Clearwater. After having issues with a bad spark plug in our Cadillac CTS, John Johnson with Dimmitt Automotive Group in Clearwater made the entire Cadillac service appointment such an amazing experience.If I had any idea that an automotive dealership would treat us this well just servicing our car, we would have both been driving Cadillac's long ago! Thanks for treating us so good Dimmitt and we can't wait to have the CTS serviced again :-)

Buying my pre-owned Land Rover LR4 was a fantastic experience from the minute I stepped on the lot, until the time I drove off. In fact I am still being coddled and having my questions answered immediately. My husband and I visited practically every dealership in Pinellas County and a few in Tampa and none compared to Dimmitt Land Rover. Althea Morgan was our sales expert and was able to answer every question we had or was able to find out in a matter of minutes. She was personable and kind and was able to take care of our needs without pressuring us. In fact we drove the car on Tuesday and didn't return to the lot to buy until Saturday. Everyone in the Land Rover family was amazing. Paul Livernois, the manager, is extremely professional and very good at his job. We also had a great experience with the finance professional, Glen Roberts. You can't go wrong with this dealership and any of its staff. They are well trained and very professional.

Tom McQueen was superior. He was knowledgeable, informative, and helpful in everyway. He ememplifies quality. John Fabriele was great also but I asked him to explain the DVD system and he said it was self explanatory. It was not. It took me several hours to figure it out.

They worked together and made us an offer we could not pass up. They bent over backwards to make my kids comfortable while I signed papers. The got them doughnuts, water, and the tv remote for the big screen tv in the customer lounge. Julie catered our learning session of the car features to the kids, and gave them a special tour of the service department. Now the kids can't wait until we have to get the oil changed!

I purchased a new Cadillac CTS four years ago and have become familiar with DIMMITT Cadillac service department since that time. My service manager, Tamara Kipping, is prompt to schedule and explain all of the service details in a comprehensive manner. I have never had to return for a second attempt to again fix something that was done previously. If the service required lasts for more than a few hours, a rental car is offered so that I am not inconvenienced for the day. From the person who greets you with your work order to the billing office, everyone is most cordial and professional. I have also had reason to deal with the personnel at the body shop and that was also a positive experience. Most of the service on my car has been "under warranty", but I feel that I will be treated most fairly at future service visits. These facts are the main reasons that I will most seriously consider purchasing another Cadillac from Dimmitt.

I have enjoyed working with the Land Rover team at Dimmitt. John, Bill and Jamie have alway been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have recommended them to others I know who own Land Rovers (Greg Art's car is actually there being worked on) and even for employment.This past weekend Jamie and I invited a modification to my 98 Range Rover to resolve the fuse box overheating that has worked with measurable results. I hope that John and Jamie are able to take the modification we fabricated and apply to other P38 owners with my same issue.You have a great group of employees!
