i work at a facility and i take care of a resident here who used to go to the riverfront cruise in with her husband before she was unable to attend due to being in a wheelchair and not having a wheelchair accessible vehicle... Don sitts helped her an her family get a vehicle and now she can go enjoy her life a little more now that she can get out and about!!!! i tell you what she talks about it every day!!! she loves it!! you made her one happy women!!! there still are wonderful people in this world!!! i might be comming out soon to talk about a trade in!!!

I got a great car for a great price with very personalized service from our salesperson, Darlene Matthew & Don Sitts himself! We couldn't be more pleased. I am a business owner in Cuyahoga Falls & Don Sitts Auto Sales has always had a reputation for having good quality cars & being fair & honest. I felt like family purchasing my new vehicle at Don Sitts. Everyone is friendly and welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. They let you test drive the vehicle for as long as you please to get a good feel for whether or not you really like it. There was no pressure in going through the buying process. They give you the available options and let you choose as you please without any push from them. They worked hard to get me in and out in a timely manner, as well as to get me the best interest rate possible for my loan. I was able to drive my new Jeep to work that evening. Overall, it was a great experience.

My brother and nephew have purchased cars from Don Sitts before. They got good deals on very nice used cars. I decided to give them a try. I looked on the internet first and found the great looking hard top Sebring convertible. I emailed about that car and my email was returned quickly. I set up a time to go in and drive the vehicle but I also checked the internet again and saw a Toyota Camry. I drove both. I had a hard time making up my mind. My salesman, Glenn Griffith was very patient with me. I did go with the Camry because it was a year newer and it had a sunroof. Just felt it was more a good fit for me. I would tell anyone I know buying a used car to go to Don Sitts.

A trusted family member gave me such a glowing recommendation for Don Sitts that I felt I had to investigate purchasing there, and my experience more than lived up to that recommendation. I went in with a specific amount to spend and Darlene was so helpful to accommodate my limit. Would buy there again and will pass on my recommendation to others. Was not pressured in any way and received clear and helpful explanations about warranty possibilities for my 8-year old Toyota Camry from Jason. Five stars, hands down.

This is my fourth car from Don Sitts, Every time I return for warranty service my car is repaired and I'm provided a car to drive until the repair is complete without any argument plus when I pick my car up the repairs are not only completed my car is washed. I was asked not to return to a particular dealership several years ago after buying a new car and trying to get recall work done, I told them I received better service at a used car dealer. I informed the manufacturer of my experience and they were unconcerned. During this visit, Don Sitts agreed to provide tires of my choice mount and balance them to satisfy my request to remedy a bad tire issue on the used car I was buying.

This was the BEST experience we have ever had in buying a vehicle! Our sales person was Curt Conrad and he responded promptly to an e-mail asking about a car on their lot. It was Winter season, so he brought the car inside, plus, allowed us to take it home to really experience the full test drive. Curt was extremely knowledgable, answered very question and was an expert in handling our trade-in. Terry handled the financing before we even arrived which made the process go so fast - we have waited at other dealers for 3 plus hours and we were paying cash! The whole atmosphere was comfortable, friendly and casual - very family oriented. Don Sitts Auto Group is a fantastic, customer-centric car dealership and they will definitely be our dealership for future purchases!

My husband Aaron and I bought our first car ever this past weekend and I did the initial research and contact myself. From the day I sent the email request for additional information on a particular vehicle I had been treated with nothing but curteousy, honesty and awesomeness. My initial contact was with Glenn, with never having been through this process before, I didn't really know what to expect. But, Glenn was very helpful and worked with our schedule so that we could come in and get a value for our trade in and have the car for an overnight test drive. There is a certain stereotype I had in my head of what dealing with "car salesman" was going to be like. I was worried that I was going to be pushed into buying something that I didn't feel comfortable in buying and that our situation would not be taken into consideration. But I was way off with that one, my experience (handling the initial process on my own) was great. Not once did I feel uncomfortable, uneasy or put out by anyone at the dealership. I never got the feeling that anyone was just "trying to make a sale." Not only did my husband and I work with Glenn but we also got to work with Jason and Terry in the financing department. I cannot say enough about what these two did to get the right financing for us. I mean really I did not expect the car buying experience to go so smoothly or so quickly. We came in last Saturday to get the car and sign the paperwork and it was busy (yay!!!!) so we had to wait to meet with either Jason or Terry. While waiting we had a chance to, again, talk with Glenn and even got to talk with Franco. Once Terry was ready for us she took us up and we were on our way to owning our vehicle. The entire time my husband and i were there it felt like we had know the people there forever and we were just checking in as old friends. We cannot say enough about the whole process. We were not expecting it to go anywhere as smooth as it did and I guess thats what you get when you have people that enjoy their job, eachother and helping others. We will definatley be sending anyone we can to Don Sitts and will for sure buy there in our future. Thank you again Glenn, Jason and Terry.

I was searching for a 2013 Camaro RS with 2LT within a certain price range on cars.com and one was listed at Don Sitts Auto Group, among numerous other dealerships across the country. I had narrowed my search down to 5 saved cars that I was keeping a watch on, so I started to read the reviews about each dealership. Don Sitts had the most 5-star reviews (out of nearly 100 ... not just 1 or 2) that included reviews for both Sales and Service, which I was impressed with. I had already called and got a quote on another car first and almost accepted the offer, but I decided at the last minute to call Don Sitts just to see if their car was still available, which it was. I was thoroughly satisfied with my salesman, Franco who was honest and upfront with me. After giving me time to think about the 2 cars, I called Franco back and told him I decided to buy their convertible and the rest is history. Jason handled the business end and was able to overnight the documents I needed to sign and send back and after a quick bank transfer, the car was mine. I had to have it transported so after a week, the car finally arrived yesterday and it is even better than Franco described. Can't say enough about my experience with Jason and Franco at Don Sitts. CHEERS!!!

I recently purchased my 2012 Beetle from Don Sitts Auto. Going into the buying process, I was looking for someone who would initially work with me through email. I typically prefer to do business through email so that I have record of conversations (plus I can get a feel for the person)--and that is not something most car dealers will go for. I emailed multiple dealers ready to buy a vehicle, but I got a vague response asking me to "stop by" or give them a quick call to discuss what I wanted. My first interaction with Glenn was a postive one. He gave me the exact information I was looking for in a timely manner. Glenn connected me with Terry (in finance) who was also super friendly and helpful. Within 24 hours, I was prepared for a 5-hour drive to Don Sitts for my "new" car. Everyone my mother and I came into contact at the dealership was pleasant. I did not get what I was hoping for my trade-in, but I did get what Glenn and I had discussed before anyone assessed my vehicle (a fair price)--and that was enough to make me feel assured and respected. The financing process with Jason was quick and painless--he even fought for a lower interest rate than we had originally. He is a great asset to the team. Registering my out-of-state car in Virginia has turned out to be a pain... which is not something I had expected. To top it off, my 30-day tags were ruined in the wind and rain. To my surprise, I called Terry and she promised to help. Within an hour, she had arranged for new tags to be sent to me. Keep in mind, they already had my business but wanted to make sure I was still happy. In today's world, those customer service moments really stand out--especially to someone who works in the Hospitality Industry! I definitely reccommend Don Sitts Auto!

I purchased a 2010 Dodge Challenger from Curt Conrad at Don Sitts. I have done multiple business at this dealership for 10 years. I cannot say enough how great this dealership it is. I have bought card elsewhere but always got lost in the shuffle of the big corporation name. At Don Sitts it has always been about the service. The service department is outstanding both Jeff and Rob always take care of my needs and oil changes. Don Sitts services all my families cars regardless of brand or where they were purchased. The buying process is easy and test driving is no problem. All of the cars are in mint shape and fairly priced. Curt has been there for years and has sold me 4 cars now a Porsche, Audi and 2 challengers. If you are never not happy the owner himself and his son will talk to you and their office is right next to the sales Guys, so again it is a family business where you get treated as a person not a number. I have and will continue to recommend this site to everyone that asks and recommend you put their APP on your I pad. Even if you are not in the market to buy as a car lover browsing their great selection is always easy and great. Awesome sales, Awesome cars and a Service Department that talks to you and knows you by name, Even the mechanics will talk cars to you and put everything in Layman terms for you. I have been in customer service for 22 years. If I am treated right I will always go back and for 10 years this has been where I buy my cars. Had a good experience dealing with curt conrad at don sitts auto. He didnt hassle me or make me feel pressure on looking for my next car. He even let me take a couple home over night so I could really see if I liked them. He answered all my questions about each vehicle an gave me the history reports on them all. An curt an eddie tuma the car manager who was also very helpful an good to work with got me out of The vehicle i was in with no negative equity realizing i wasnt happy with that vehicle an had some bad luck with it they were very patient with my new purchase an worked with me. I would also like to say jason cook their businness manager is the best i have dealt with financing a vehicle he worked to get me a very low interest rate!

Wow!! I hated car shopping before today. Some salesmen seem like vultures and negotiating forget it. No matter what you do, you feel like youve gotten a bad deal. But not today! What a pleasure it was dealing with Franco at Don Sitts. He was polite, courteous and very non-intrusive, but responsive and knowledgeable. Imagine my surprise when he handed us the keys to a vehicle and said take your time with the test drive and he was quite willing to have our mechanic check out the used vehicle. The actual deal was a breeze. After the shop inspected our vehicle, Franco presented us with an offer that was fair (wed already done our homework on the internet), no haggling what a treat!!. While the paperwork was being completed Franco told us he was having the car washed again (it was already immaculate inside and out). The Don Sitts Auto Group really knows how to treat customers. Thanks Don Sitts for nurturing a culture that involves nice, caring people with no high pressure sales techniques.

Drover up on a Saturday morning not knowing what to expect. After a three (3) month search for a truck I would make the hour drive to Don Sitts anytime I am looking for a vehicle. Mike had the truck in the lot prior to my arrival and I knew I would be driving it home. The truck was everything Mike said it would be and he was one of the most professional salesman I have ever dealt with. NO pressure tactics and the experience was enjoyable. I LIKE MOST PEOPLE LOATHE BUYING A USED CAR WITH ALL THE GAMES ABOUT THE PRICE, MISREPRESENTATION OF THE CONDITION AND PRESSURE TO BUY THE ADD ONS THAT ARE AVAILABLE TODAY ONLY. I SAW MY CAR ONLINE AT DON SITTS AND IT LOOKED TO GOOD TO BE TRUE AN 04 CHRYSLER 300M WITH 35K IN SHOWROOM CONDITION. I DID MY RESEARCH HAD MY CHECK CUT FOR WHAT I THOUGHT THE CAR WAS WORTH AND DROVE 3 HOURS FROM PA TO OHIO TO LOOK AT THE CAR READY TO BE DISAPPOINTED . I WALKED IN WITH A GIANT CHIP ON MY SHOULDER (I APOLOGIZE FRANCO) READY TO START THE GAMES. HOWEVER THE CAR WAS STUNNING!!!! I PUT POOR FRANCO THROUGH THE HOOPS HE PUT THE CAR ON THE RACK FOR ME AFTER HOURS MADE ME EXTRA KEYS AT NO CHARGE.AGAIN I APOLOGIZE FRANCO !!! I WILL BE TOTALLY HONEST I PAID A LITTLE MORE THAN THE PRICE MY RESEARCH CAME UP WITH ONLINE BUT THE CAR WAS WORTH IT!!! THESE PEOPLE LOVE CARS AND ONLY HAVE THE BEST ON THEIR LOT. Last Friday we started looking for a car for my wife so I thought I would try Don Sitts. A friend had told me years ago that Don Sitts was the place to go but I had never tried it. My friend was right the people at Don Sitts were extremely helpful and courtesy. Our sales representative was Franco and he did a good job without putting us under a lot of pressure. I would recommend anyone looking for a good used car to go to Don Sitts first and see if they have a vehicle you would like to try out. I had my mechanic inspect it before closing the deal. He said he found no problems which is very unusual for the used cars brought into his service station for such checks.

My wife and I had a horrible experience at another dealership a week prior so we came to don sitts expecting the same but Franco put us at ease upon our arrival. He was helpful without being pushy and we felt he always had our best interests in mind. The cars are priced appropriately and we received a fair amount for our trade in. It's obvious they care for their customers not only during the selling process but also in their service as well. Other dealers should take note that if you want people to not only buy a car from you but to come back and buy another vehicle, service is key. I went to Don Sitts on a Saturday morning and was greeted by Franco within about a minute of getting there. After talking for about another minute he was pulling the car I came to look at around so my wife and I could take it for a drive. We waited inside where it was nice and warm and were offered coffee and other beverages while he put the plate on it. We went for a drive and I pulled off to an empty parking lot so I could look the car over thoroughly. I was very impressed with the condition of the vehicle and how nicely it had been detailed. They had even just put brand new tires on it and they weren't just the cheapest tires they could get. They put very high quality tires on it. We went back to the dealer and worked up the paperwork. Franco showed me that the vehicle was priced very well compared to other ones in the area. There was no haggling needed. It was priced right from the beginning. We then went up to financing and got what I feel was a good rate. They were having some computer issues so it took longer than it could have but those things happen and everyone was very friendly so I didn't mind. We were there for about two and a half hours total. We left very pleased with our purchase and experience. I think my only criticism and it's really not a big deal would be that the building could use some updating. I really enjoyed most of the decorations, especially the old gas pump tv and all the hot rod stuff, but some of the office furniture had duct tape on it. Overall we were extremely pleased and will recommend Don Sitts to friends. Thanks for the great experience.

I was looking for a C5 Corvette. I'm a VERY picky person. It had to be the right color, transmission, coupe, options, low miles, in my price range, and in VERY good shape. My son found this car on a internet search. I thought to myself this would be a small low quaility used car dealer and not worth my time. Since it was only 40 miles away I agreed to go and look. Boy, did I get a surprise. Don Sitts has NO junk on their lot. They have more than 200 good cars at fair prices. My salesman (Karl) was a very nice knowledgable person that was laid back and never pushy. He actually WANTED to help me find the car I was looking for. After I put it on a lift and went from front to back with a flashlight looking for rust I found this car to be perfect. If you are looking for a fair deal on a good car this is the dealer for you. I thought all their prices to be FAIR for the QUALITY you are getting. If you want junk, buy junk. Buy no means are they overpriced at all. I wont disclose the interest rate I got from them but on a 10 year old sportscar it was GREAT! I met with the owner and he was very friendly and was sincere about my business with them. I actually gave them the specs. of another C5 Corvette I would like to purchase for my wife and told them to call me when they have one to look at. Again, prices are very fair for a quaility vehichle. If you want junk, buy junk, but you will not find junk here.

My husband and I went to Don Sitts to specifically look at 1 car, within minutes of arriving on the lot we were test driving the vehicle! When we returned the salesman simply asked "how did you like it?" And there was clearly no pressure attached to that question! We had decided to purchase the car and it couldn't have been an easier process!! Mike was our salesman who was efficient and friendly! He made the process simple. Terry worked diligently to get us approved for our auto loan! She was extremely pleasant and explained things well. This was our first auto purchase together and it couldn't have gone better. We were off the lot shortly after with our clean, new SUV!!

I liked the fact that I did not have to go to car lots and be hounded by sales people, I found what I liked online and submitted the info and the next day I got a call and the following day I picked up my car. The process could not be easier and my sales person Mike was very helpful and friendly, plus the fianance lady Terry was great and steered me in the right direction for my purchase. I would not hesitate to go back and recomend them to others, I already started to spread the word.

I purchased a used vehicle from Franco this past Saturday and must say it was a pleasure. I had just been to another dealer in the area and was very dissatisfied with the vehicle and sales person. They wanted me to fill out a credit app. before i even could see the car. After seeing the car that was described as clean/low miles that had another cars front end welded on after what must have been a terrible accident i left. On our way back home we drove past Don Sitts and a Honda caught my eye so we decided to stop. The tag on the window said it was a little above what we wanted to spend. That's when i meet Franco. With no pressure he said look around it and if we wanted to take it for a test drive he would run over and get a plate for it. What a difference from the place we were just at. After the test drive i told him where i needed to be price wise and they were able work with me and get it and the financing where i needed it to be. They even stayed more then 2 hours after they closed to get it done that night so i wouldn't have to drive back on Monday since i live over an hour away. Again a great experience that i could recommend to anyone. Thanks Franco.

I went in expecting to do battle with the dealerships but Franco from Don Sitts took the fight out of the experience. He was inviting, not pushy, and asked me what he could do to make me happy and how he could get my business today.He actually took my educated offer and I was out the door within two hours of arriving. I really got a sense this place was not littered with phoney salespeople and Jason in the business office found a very good rate that beat my credit union's rate! I would definitely recommend Don Sitts!

I have been looking for a specific car for some time. Don Sitts had that car in his inventory. I stopped there and took the car for a ride. Upon my return back to the dealership I was asked if I liked the car and if not, if there was something else they could show me or help me locate. At no time was I pressured. That I felt was unusual for a car salesman. I dealt with Ed Tuma and Franco Casalinova and both men were very courteous and helpful. The vehicle I was interested in had a factory recall that had to be corrected before they would let me take the car home. I did purchase the vehicle and Jason who handled the closing was very thorough and helpful. Before I left the dealership I met Don Sitts, the owner, who spends a lot of time at the dealership. Don is a very down to earth guy who is willing to talk to you if you have any concerns. I would definitely buy another car from Don Sitts.

I was recently kicked out of a car dealership for refusing to make an offer and requesting they make an offer instead. I was directed to go to a dealership that had a lower price and was told my deal wouldn't get any better. Well Don Sitts is the dealership I was told to go to. I've called Ganley Lincoln and thanked them for telling me to do so. I was met with a dial tone. While looking for a Lincoln MKS I discovered an unbelievable deal on a used one at Don Sitts. After being kicked out of a dealership with $30,000 in my pocket, I scheduled an appointment at Don Sitts to take a test drive in this luxury vehicle at chevy prices. Franco made sure the car was ready and detailed before the test drive. When we got back, the deal took an hour or two because I kept having him crunch the numbers in different ways. By closing time we had a deal. It included a warranty and a price I am still scratching my head over... I did decide to keep my trade, but was told, if I bring it back in the same condition, they'd honor their trade in price and that it wasn't just an offer combined with a sale, it was their flat out offer. The following day when I picked up the vehicle we discovered the rear sensors didn't operate properly. Immediately they scheduled an appointment and rental car for me to ensure the vehicle was taken care of. Within one week all problems were resolved with the car, Franco is a rockstar. The whole team there from the time you walk in until you leave service is just amazing. Dealers like this don't exist anymore. I used to say "You can spot an honest car dealer... their lot is empty and they're closed for business." Can't say that anymore. Well done, I'll be back guys, I'm yours for life.

What a pleasant surprise. We were looking for something very specific that this dealership happenned to have. After a week of looking at sub-par vehicles and dealing with some VERY sub par sales associates at other dealerships, we were exhausted and tired of car shopping. Ted Mowen at Don Sitts did everything right. No pressure, no games, very pleasant, very accomodating, and just a pleasure to interact with. We worked with Terry in finance. She was equally pleasant and professional, and also very accomodating. She presented us with multiple options based on our preferences. She moved very quickly but never rushed US. I felt like she was truly interested in meeting OUR needs. The service from both of these individuals was so personal and so customer focused. I think many or most dealerships have lost that. I often get the sense that the sales associates can only think about how they will benefit, and they struggle to "act" interested in my needs. The folks at Don Sitts were very genuine and very attentive. It's been a long time since I felt great about a car dealership, but based on this this experience, the next time I need a vehicle, I'll go there and even if they don't have what I need on the lot, I suspect that I could give them my requirements and they'll work with me to find the right vehicle. I'm not in a hurry to buy another vehicle, but when I do, I want to buy from this team again!

What a great experience purchasing a car from Don Sitts Auto Sales. I was looking for a Toyota Avalon - Blizzard White - low miles - with navigation and Don Sitts Auto Sales had justed what I wanted. I drove 140 miles to see this vehicle with full intentions of driving it home. We traded in a 2006 Toyota Avalon which we loved but we knew the 2011 Avalon would not dissapoint us. The dealership is exceptionally clean and organized with friendly employees. We made the deal in record time thanks to Michael the sales rep and Pat the accountant. They were so pleasant and helpful to deal with through out the sale. You can't go wrong with this Auto Sales.

Once again the folks at Don Sitts proved why I will only buy from them. It certainly starts at top with Don, but Franco was an incredible sales person. Franco was extremely cordial and quite thorough in finding me the car I wanted. He not only found my car but made sure everything was right without any pressure whatsoever. This is the second car that I have bought from Don Sitts. Auto Group. It would have been number 3 , but they could not find a wagon many years ago. I have many friend who have purchased vehicles from Don Sitts, one who has bought 6, one who has bought 4, and three others who have bought 3 each to name a few. and they all have had very good experiences. Franco Casilinova was my sales rep, he was very helpful and patient through the process. I traded in two cars, one was a 1987 Porsche, since it is over 20 YO there is no Blue Book on the car and Franco was very helpful in establishing a fair price for it. I bought a used Corvette from this dealer. They did an excellent job of detailing and delivering the car. Answered all my questions and provided a better than average buying experience. I would recommend them if you are looking for a muscle car. They have a wide selection and very fair pricing for slightly used muscle cars. In addition to my previous comments; I also wanted to give props to my Salesman Carl and the Finance Manager Jason. Carl made the whole transaction smooth, absolutely no pressure and I felt as though I was simply having a conversation with a friend throughout the process. I couldn't have asked for a better sales experience. After the purchase there were a few key items needed for him to follow up on and Carl coordinated the scheduling and kept me informed at every step. Jason handles the whole financial aspect of the sale, one on one, which is quite different from what I am accustomed to at other "large volume" dealers. I found the way Don Sitts handles financing to be a great stress relief, just me and Jason working directly and no back and forth waste of time excersizes. He did not have me fill out all the paperwork, instead he handled everything himself and all I had to do at the end was sign the documents. It was late in the day by the time we started the financial aspect of the sale and I was concerned that it may not happen, but he continued working until he found the right banker to secure the deal at exactly my price point at the lowest interest possible. Jason made sure that I knew of all the warranty options they had to offer, going over each detail so that I could fully appreciate what type of coverage to choose and I was able to role everything right into the deal. Suffice it to say that if you are in the market for a newly used vehicle, I strongly suggest you see Don Sitts Chevrolet. I purchased a used vehicle from Don Sitts a little over a year ago. First, I want to go on record to say that although their lot is somewhat small in comparison to others in the Falls, their vehicles are hand picked by the owners, which is obvious as they have some of the cleanest looking low mileage cars to pick from. Also a great variety not found on most lots. When I purchased my vehicle, I found that they also offered great warranty options; of which I chose one that covers bumper to bumper and includes many other items that most other warranty's do not. My car also came with nice 20" custom chrome wheels and extreme low profile tires, of which they also offered a very affordable seperate warranty to cover the wheels and tires in the event of damage, which I had added to my final purchase price. Suffice it to say that I have had issues with the aftermarket HID lights and also have had damage to the tires due to the condition of our wonderful roads here in NE Ohio. It does not matter what the problems have been, John, Rob, and the crew in the service department listen and they take care of the issue. Which in the case of my vehicle required it to be sent off to a custom shop each time. The lights have been a frustration from the very beginning (to no fault of Don Sitts Chevy) as they're aftermarket, but none the less, they have continued to work with me and always treat me well. I've been provided a loaner vehicle each time, so that I am not out of transportation as I have to commute a total of 100 miles per day to and from work. This kind of service is not common, at least in my experience. I myself am a Field Service Manager, working for company based in Solon Ohio. I have 28 Field Service Technicians that work around the globe. I know how important it is to maintain customer relationships, the key to doing so is to provide customer excellence. Don Sitts in my opinion is the very best dealership I have had the pleasure of buying a vehicle from. Their inventory is great, their salesmen are very knowledgable, thorough, helpful, and patient. The owner and son are right onsite and even gave me more for my trade in than I had expected, after personally taking my vehicle for a drive. The service department, well I already said how awesome they are. I don't do this often, but in this case it would be wrong for me not to give props to Don Sitts Chevrolet, as they are worthy of high praise. Thank you and God Bless you for taking care of business the way business should be taken care of; with customers care at the top of the list.

Ted Mowen, my sales person and Jason Cook who finished the transaction by handling all the final paperwork were both very easy to work with and made the purchase of my vehicle a pleasant experience. Ted was very knowledgeable about the particular type cars I was interested in and went way beyond the normal effort to insure I was satisfied and comfortable with the purchase. What a pleasant experience this was, and has been ! My husband and I have purchased more than a few vehicles from Don Sitts/Curt Conrad. Only one was an 'issue', but Don took care of it when we made our deal on our 07 Durango. Thanks guys for standing behind your word and promise to make the truck 'right'. By the way, this is the only place I know of that has a loaner car available - no charge - if your vehicle needs service. I have to add that we had a Chrysler 200 as a rental - guess what ? Franco Casalinova and Jason Cook were the two people who helped me during my car buying experience at Don Sitts. Both were extremely knowledgeable, honest and very personable, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I never once felt that I was being pressured into anything, their prices were fairly priced and I was able to get the perfect car within my budget. Considering this was the first car I have purchased myself, it leaves a fond memory in my mind rather than an an agitating, drawn out nightmare. Went to the Don Sitts auto group because I had seen a corvette for sale on the internet that i was interested in. When I arrived there and started to look for the car Franco approached and asked if he could help. When I told him about the corvette he informed me that it was sold, but they had many others to choose from. I told him I was looking for an automatic and he said that he had the perfect car for us. At that time a beautiful blue 2004 corvette was being pulled out of the detail shop and he said "here it is". Wow, what a beautiful vette it was. Before I could say anything Franco told me to look it over and that he would get a plate so me and my wife could take a test drive. No pressure, no worries. After the test drive Franco asked how we liked the vette, adn proceded to help us put the targa roof on so that I could see if the headroom was sufficient. After the headroom check Franco asked if we had any questions, and we said that we spied a cinergy green camero on the lot and might be interested in a test drive. Franco said that he would put plates on it and bring it right up, while we continue looking over the vette.Well after much debate between me and my wife we decided on the camaro, wow, it was a great car and my favorite color! We traded in or 2007 Mustang GT, and they were very fair with the price, exactly what I wanted for it. Everyone at Don Sitts was friendly and easy going, there was absolutely no pressure to buy, no salesmen looking over your shoulder and no hassles. All in all a great experience. We would definetly purchase from Don Sitts auto group again!

Don Sitts Auto Sales in Cuyahoga Falls, OH is the greatest car dealer that I have dealt with in 35 years of buying cars!! I moved to Cranberry Twp, PA, 7 years ago. The Starlite Car Cruise at Northway Christian Center in Wexford, PA was the first cruise that I attended after moving to the area. I met a gentleman with a red on red leather '91 Corvette coupe, and I told him that his car was immaculate. I guessed that he had less than 30,000 miles on that car. He said that he had just bought the car one week before, and he had purchased it at Don Sitts Auto Sales. I called my towtruck driver, Mark Sapienza, to tow my 2000 Honda Accord to Kenny Ross Chevrolet in North Huntingdon, PA. Mark knew that I was looking to trade my blue '91 Corvette coupe to Kenny Ross for a 2007 C6 coupe. Mark asked me if I had looked at Don Sitts' website.On Monday, July 1, 2013, I was checking out Corvettes on CarGurus.com, and up pops a '91 Corvette ZR-1, red on black, for $19,995 at Don Sitts Auto Sales. I called immediately, even though it was 8:15AM. Stefanie answered my call and said that she had a salesman who always arrives early, and she would have him give me a call. At 8:20AM, Franco Casalinova calls me to help me. He has someone check to see if the '91 ZR-1 and the '93 40th Anniverary coupe are on the lot and available for sale. At 8:30AM, Franco says that both cars are available. I tell him that I am driving over, 105 miles and about a 2 hour trip.My credit history is not exemplary, so I knew that if I was to finance the '91 ZR-1, it would take some time. When negotiations were stalling, I told Jason Cook that I owned a 2000 Honda Accord EX coupe outright, and that I would throw it in. The Honda was to be my winter car for the next few winters, but to get my dream car, a C4 ZR-1, I did not think twice. I signed my paperwork at 7PM on Monday, July 1, but the car had some electrical issues when I tried to play a CD. I had not brought my CD's on the test drive. I took the ZR-1 right back to the shop at Don Sitts, and Rob Sitts immediately arranged for me to take home a Ford 500 loaner free of charge. Also, they arranged for Blaine to pick up my Honda at my home on Wednesday, July 3, after Blaine was finished at the Manheim Auto Auction in Cranberry Twp, PA.Yesterday, Friday, July 5, Franco said that all was right with our transaction and for me to drive out to pick up my ZR-1.Every person at Don Sitts Auto Sales is friendly, and everyone has the "Can Do" attitude. Even when problems arose with our transaction, no one was negative about the situation. All of them did whatever was necessary to make me happy, and to sell me the car that I really wanted. Believe it or not, my '91 ZR-1 was my FIRST choice, even over the 2007 C6 coupe for which I was approved at Kenny Ross Chevrolet.Don Sitts, Rob Sitts, Jason Cook, Blaine, Ted, and I cannot remember the name of my detailer (sorry,) prove every day that you do not have to take advantage of people to be successful in the Auto Sales business. Don Sitts has made it his business model to put his customers' needs before immediate profits. He personally paid 75% of the covered repairs needed by his customers when the companies warranting repairs went out of business. He asked his customers to pay 25% of the costs. That is standing behind your customers in a way that was not legally necessary, but it was necessary to Don's sense of responsibility when he sold these warranties to his customers.I consider myself a Don Sitts customer through word of mouth. While I was waiting for all of the details of my transaction to be worked out, I was looking over the inventory on the lot. I found a couple trucks that I would like to have within the next year. I plan to come back to Don Sitts Auto Sales for the rest of my life, because I know that I will be treated the way that I want to be treated; with respect and courtesy.Thank you Franco, Jason, Ted, Blaine, my detailer, Rob, and especially Don.

The Cadillac DTS I just purchased from Don Sitts represents the 20th car I have bought in my life. Most of those cars were brand new and several cars ago I got fed up with car dealers in general. The salespeople do not have the authority to make a deal without running back and forth to the sales manager with every nuance of the dealing process. I have wondered to myself just why do they need all of those salespeople. They should just employ 2 sales managers and be done with all of the foolishness and waste of staff and customer time. Not only did I find exactly the car I was looking for at Don Sitts, I also found the no haggle approach offered there to be such a breath of fresh air. I had been looking online for the right car with low miles for several weeks, and not only did I find it at Don Sitts, it was priced well below blue book, and they did not steal my trade in from me as a few other dealers tried to do. In fact I was offered a substantial sum over what I expected. Truthfully I had low expectations as I contemplated driving 100 miles to look at the car but it was a nice day and I decided to go to see the car. It turned out to be the most fun I ever had buying a car and the biggest plus was I did not go away feeling duped or abused. Kudos to my saleswoman Darlene Matthew, who called me after I sent an email of interest in the car. it was a Saturday and I knew I would not be able to get there until Monday. She said she would put a hold on the car in anticipation of my visit, and indeed she did. Also Kudos to Ed Tuma for taking care of a minor, very minor item that I asked about. Terrific service too from the business manager Jason Cook who got me a fabulously low interest rate on my loan. I recommend Don Sitts Auto Group to anyone looking for a great reasonably priced car. I will certainly return there everytime I need a car and will send whatever business to them I can.

Found the vehicle I was interested in at this dealership on the internet. I stopped in and met Curt the salesman and he showed me the vehicle, I liked it and knew my wife would also. I brought my wife back the next day and once she looked at the vehicle, test droive it, that was it. After selling our 1996 Corvette we were on the hunt for a C/5. Since we live at least 70 miles from any dealer that had this model in stock we had to rely on the dealer to be honest in answering our questions. Our sales person, Bryon not only answered all our question over the phone; he was prompt. When we arrived the car was prepped and was as he had described. He was courteous, polite and informative. Throughout our "buying" experience we were greeted by several other dealer personal, all very pleasant. Our perseverance in checking out their lot was rewarded when, sure enough, the perfect truck appeared! I recently purchased a vehicle from Don Sitts and I have to say it was the best customer service i have ever experianced.They gave me all the time i needed with no pressure whatsoever and really made me feel comfortable.I would highly recomend Don Sitts and will definately be shopping there in the future.

Don Sitts is got to be the BEST dealer ship around! My daughter and son in law have bought atleast 6 cars from this dealership and when i told them i was looking to buy another car, they told me to go there because they trust them! They where right, very friendly and patient people. The sales people are very friendly and helpful. I walked out of there with the best car i have ever owned, at a great price. My neighbor does body work for dealers and he has done alot for Don Sitts, he said that they DO NOT buy junk cars. Nothing but the best. I highly recomend this dealer ship and i will not buy anywhere else!!!!!

I have purchased four cars over the years from Don Sitts- from my first car, to upgrades along the way. I have always had an excellent experience. Larry and the entire staff is friendly, honest, and a pleasure to do business with. There are very few businesses around that maintain the same level of integrity and customer service as Don Sitts. I would never consider purchasing a car from another dealership. When I needed to have my car repaired, the service department was wonderful as well, and provided excellent repairs quickly and at a fair price. If you're in the market for a car, you want to get it at Don Sitts.

Shopping for my 16 year old daughter for a great used vehicle. Mike was wonderful to work with and helped us get the most wonderful vehicle we had seen in over a month in searching! I have NEVER had a better car buying experience than I had at Don Sitts. I was very specific about the car I wanted, and Don gave me loaner until he found the perfect car. The car is immaculate, low mileage, and loaded with options. And the price was very reasonable. I comparision shopped all over N.E. Ohio and comparable cars costed much more money at other dealers.The sales person, Carl, went out of his way many times thru the entire process.

We located the dealership on the internet during lunch break from car shopping. This was going to be our last stop beforing returning home. When we arrived, we were amazed at the number of clean, quality and affordable used vehicles available to choose from. We were greeted by Darlene, who spent time helping us pick out the right car at the right price. No rush...no hurry! The staff was professional and patient as we made our decisions. Ww were referred to Don Sitts by a relative who has purchased several vehicles there. The person we dealt with was professional, understood our needs and budget and delivered a great vehicle within those parameters. Very easy to deal with, no pressure and no aggressive attempt to upsell us at any point during the process.

My husband and I went to several dealers before we went to Don Sitts (on front street in the Falls) and we were not very happy with with those dealers. When we arrived at Don Sitts it was a different. We were greeted right away by Curt and given many cars to look at in our price range. We took several test drives and with in a day came back and bought our car. It took time but Terry helped us get the car we wanted at the monthy price we could afford. We were so pleased that we took our son and bought him a car too. Jason was helpful in getting our son the car he could afford (we co-singed for him) but he will be making the payment with the new job he just got a month ago. So within a week of looking for one car, we ended up buying two and telling all of our friends about the great deals and the nice way were we treated.

This was my second vehicle purchased from Don Sitts, but I have sent dozens more people to them, simply because they are the best. You won't find a more honest, helpful, easy to work with dealer anywhere. Also, Jason in the finance dept was incredible at working out a deal that was possible for us and fit our budget. You WILL NOT regret stopping there first. If you don't find what you are lokking for, it isn't a big deal, but more than likely you won't end up going anywhere else afterwards. It is the ONLY dealer I will recommend to friends ever.

If I could put together another sweet deal with Don Sitts Auto, I would without question get the best service and care. It has been a long time since my last car purchase. I may buy sooner the next time just to experience the excellent care and professionalism. I just purchased a 2004 GTO 5.7 LS1 V8 from Don Sitts and I must say that im 100% satisfied with their service. They were friendly, helpful, and upon signing all the paperwork, were very realistic (They didnt try to force anything on me that I didnt want). The whole process was very enjoyable and they even touched up a few chipped paint spots on the car before I took it home. I would definitely buy from this dealer again.

This dealership ran like a fine watch.. I was in and out... the didnt have what i wanted, and 3 days later they called and said your car is in.. Come see if you like it... And it was perfect.. they even put new tires in it and gave me heck of a aftermarket warrenty.. and even after the warrenty company went belly up, Don Sitts took care of every issue i had with the car that would have been covered under the warrenty.. Even though it was years ago and i since got a newer car.. i wouldnt think twice about going back.. i give them an A+++++
