Our experience at Dublin Mazda has been good thus far, we bring our 2019 MX-3 for service and they always do a good job. They send us a video to our phone of all the services that will be performed while the vehicle is on the lift and a quick walk around when doing the point inspection for you to see. They have always been very profesional with us and since we have the prepaid service it's always an easy in and out. My wife and I are so happy with our purchase, hassle free, good customer service for the most part and good location. The four stars only because their inventory is kind of small with the options and 1 or 2 people who are just not happy to be there affects the customer service part.

Keith Morita is the absolute best! He truly cares about his clients and we trusted his guidance. We had done A LOT of research and felt that Dublin Mazda was the most reputable place to buy a Mazda. Everyone was professional and nice. Highly recommend!

Found a car on the internet we were interested in, called ahead and they had it ready to show upon our arrival. Buying process very straightforward with pleasant interactions all around. Would buy another car here without hesitation.

My Wife and I were set on getting a Mazda and went down to the Dublin, CA. dealership since it was just 10 minutes from our house. We dealt with a gentlemen named Michael B. and he was absolutely fantastic. The car we wanted was on its way and they asked us put down $500 deposit to hold the car and we wrote them a check. We had not completely agreed on the price but in good faith felt that we could work out a deal. The car took two days to arrive, which was fine, but in those two days, two separate dealership was able to offer us the same exact vehicle for $500 less than the last quote Dublin provided. So I went back to Dublin and gave them another shot. I even told them they didn't have to match it because we rather bring business back to our town and we truly liked Michael, but we simply couldn't just leave a full $500 on the table. Unfortunately they didn't budge even a dollar, which was also fine as every dealership has slightly different margins. No hard feelings.I asked for my deposit back and I would be on my way. That is when your management at Dublin showed their true colors. As Michael is trying to locate my check, your General Manager, Dave Brown, said to him (not knowing I was standing off in the corner), "He is not a priority right now, he didn't buy a car from you."I didn't say anything to him as I figured they would just find my check and I would be on my way. Another 10 minutes or so Dave comes up to me and shows me a receipt that incorrectly showed that I used a "Visa" to put down the deposit and that he'll have to do some research and send me a check at some point.I showed him a copy of my check and he said "it doesn't matter" as he has to go find it and "does not have the time right now". We had it out and he promised he would have a check for me or find my check by the end of the day, thereby forcing me to have to come back to the dealership again. After I left, Michael helped tracked down my check within 10 minutes and now I have to return later this evening to go get it.If Dave came up to me in a friendly and genuine manner I would have been fine. However, he was rude, unprofessional, and arrogant. It was obvious he was being a xxxxx because I did not purchase a car from them. I was shocked that he was the General Manager. He isn't fit to be a Sales Person. It is not unreasonable for a customer to want their check back prior to leaving the dealership if a deal cannot be made. Dave made me glad that I did not purchase a car from Dublin. Because of Dave I'll be sure to drive 15 miles out of my way to another dealership to get my car serviced. Because of Dave I'll be sure not a single family member or friend of mine will ever set foot in Dublin Mazda.

I don't even know where to begin. I was never taken seriously by this dealership. Everything went fine through the test drive. I must have come off as either someone who didn't have the funds to buy a vehicle, or just a tourist, because once we sat down to look at the pricing, I was asked over and over again if I intended to buy a car that day. I let them know I was serious, but the salesman continued to try to get me to leave and follow up "when I was ready". I liked the vehicle, so I stayed. I got a low ball offer on my trade, then got the 1-2 punch from the dealer and sales manager when I made an offer on their car. The salesman said no, and simply walked away, then the sales manager - the apparently notorious Reyes Garcia - caught me at the door and tried to "close the deal". He made up a retail value for the car which seemed inflated, and when I pointed out KBB's valuation of the car, he got offended and told me to leave. All in all, I should really thank Dublin Mazda for their horrible and aggressive approach to car buying, because I later found a brand new vehicle for $500 less than the used program car I was looking at, and in a better color. So thanks, guys, your terrible service led me to a better deal and the car I really wanted.

Our son wanted a Mazda3 after his beater of almost 20 years passed the point of no return. After researching numerous area dealerships in 6 counties, we settled on Dublin Mazda, based on their large selection and navigable website. We arrived unannounced and were greeted by a friendly and low pressure staff. Our salesman, Richard, was very knowledgable, extremely helpful and very, very nice. Over the next hour or so, while we concluded our excellent deal, we met Reyes, the General Mgr and "Big Mike", the finance guy. Both were gracious, and treated us as friends. I was also impressed with the Mazda brand, especially when comparing it with other Japanese, Korean and American brands. Excellent experience!

Please give my thanks and appreciation to your wonderful sales staff starting with Mr. Michael Barrilleaux,"internet Consultant, Mr. Reyes Garcia,"General Sales Manager" , and last but not least "Big Mike" ... These gentleman made it their mission to ensure our buying experience was met with true professionalism, courtesy and just all around enjoyable!! As my wife and I approached your lot we were met with smiles and great attitudes, this instantly put us at ease being we haven't looked or bought a vehicle in almost twenty years. We definitely were apprehensive, your wonderful team made the whole process easy and tolerable..I would have to say it all started with my phone conversation with Mr. Barrilleaux, he returned my call immediatly and instantly put me at ease.. No pressure whatsoever, It was all worth the hour drive to purchase my used 2006 Dodge Ram 1500.. I definitely would recommend your dealership to my friends and family who are interest in buying a vehicle in the future.. Again please extend my thanks and appreciation to the gentlemen i have noted above for their awesome service to me and my family!! Thank You A Happy and satisfied "Dublin Mazda Customer" Jose Maanao

Reyes Garcia is the rudest person I have ever met. Look, why can't dealerships be straight up with you. I don't care what the sticker price is, negotiating is an illusion. Just tell me what you are going to sell the car for. That way i have every right to go try find a better deal. Now if you are a respectable dealership you should understand that because you know you will always have the better price. I was so close to buying a 30 grand car but I wanted Mr Reyes to tell me exactly what they want for the vehicle so I could do some research. He got so rude to me. When I phoned later to get someone above him to complain I didn't even have to mention his name. The lady knew who it was I was complaining about. So why is he still there. Well I checked more on there reviews and he has had multiple complaints but turns out the person above him seems like a complete xxxxxx as well. Seriously people, do not give these people a dime. Worst experience ever

I had been to this dealership a couple of times to see a used vehicle, each time i met a different salesman and noticed all were very polite and never forced me to buy, but had good product knowledge or tried to get me the info. Though i have seen better used cars of the same model at other dealership i would decide to buy from here, because i think if their sales guys are this good their management should be good if that is so, so will be their after sales service.

I took my CX9 in for a warranty repair and the 90,000 mile service. The quote on the pricing and time frame they would have the car was spot on. I got a loaner in the meantime so there was no interruption in my day to day needs. They had my car for a little over a week and was informed as soon as it was ready. Everyone I dealt with was super friendly and able to assist with everything I needed. I would definitely recommend this service department!

I had and excellent experience purchasing a new CX-5 at Dublin Mazda this past weekend. Garth Wall was very responsive to my Internet inquiries during the several weeks I was researching cars and dealers. He made sure the whole process was trouble free. On the day I actually purchased the car the final negotiation was smooth, fast, and painless and the car was ready for me to test drive when I arrived. I highly recommend Dublin Mazda.

Today, I had an apt. at 9:30 for two separate reasons; head lights and a speaker. I was running late to my apt, and was so happy that Ken Harveys Dublin Mazda was still able to accommodate me. The service advisor Kristin Shade was friendly, thorough, and professional. I overheard her talking with another customer about their car. The way she was able to deliver the information to the customer from the service mechanics was awesome. She expressed empathy for the customer and listened to his concerns and responded to his questions very well. She was truthful and spoke in confidence about the work that was done to the vehicle. Okay, back to my apt I sat in the lounge area and was approached by Archie. He asked me to step outside with him and Oscar to discuss my problem with the speaker, to fully understand my claim. All three of us huddled near/ in my car to detect the problem together. Of course the speaker wasnt malfunctioning at that moment. They took my car to the back to work on the headlight alignment. A few minutes later, Archie approached me in the lounge again and said that they heard the problem with my speaker and that it was blown. So, they ordered a new speaker for my car. He also told me that the headlights should be fixed and to double check them when it got dark, because during the day it is hard to see if they are shinning correctly. Archie told me if there was still an issue with the lights, that they would address it again when I come back for the installation of my new speaker. I was so pleased that they were able to detect the problem I had with my speaker, and that they came to talk to me to help diagnosis the problem. Archie and Oscar made me feel like they cared about my problem and wanted to fix it. I had a great experience today at Ken Harveys Dublin Mazda, and look forward to my next apt. for the installation of the new speaker. Moreover, the new location is so cool! The lounge area is spacious, inviting, and I really liked the long desk area in front of the window, where I was able to do homework. I also think it is neat that while you wait in the lounge you can look through a window and see the mechanics work on cars. Its a nice touch and was fun to watch them, and hear all the neat sounds of the tools. It appeared that all the employees get along, and like working there. I also, observed that they worked well as a team. I find these observations to be refreshing and positive as a customer. Thank you to the team at Ken Harveys Dublin Mazda.

After I shared my approval letter from my chosen bank to Salesperson/Mgmt, they ignored my request to stay with my bank + they replaced my bank with their chosen bank! Mgmt PERSUADED me to give them my SS# for identification only. I asked them if they are going to check my credit because I don't want any other bank but my chosen bank. They said they will not. But they did! They offered me at much lower APR but I didn't help them to get EXTRA $$ from me.WHY? So Financial manager would persuade you to buy others such as GAP, painting protection, go on. They think I didn't know anything about GAP and others. You don't need GAP at higher price because you can get one at an affordable price from your OWN insurance company! I bought Mazda 3 'SPORT' at $21,000. You could get one several hundreds lower than that. They show no respect what I was asking for! So I would recommend you to see other Dealership where you know salesperson/mgmt/financial mgr show you some respects!

When my husband and I walked into this dealership in 11/2013, first thing we noticed are the prices of the used cars. They are reasonably priced compared to the other used car dealerships we went to. The salesman, Jack was very friendly and we found just the perfect car that we were looking for at a reasonable price. We got a used Mazda 3 with a low mileage, very slightly used at a reasonable price. We had a bit of misundertanding about the remote control keys, but this was easily resolved with the Sales Manager-Reyes Garcia. Without any fuss--I got my 2nd remote control key. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends.

I had a very bad experience with Salesperson Mike Davis. He was very rude to me and wasn't helpful, belittling me and my decisions as well as my negotiating tactics. I will not go back to this dealer. They tried to rip me off and then would not negotiate very well at all. They tried to sell me a car for $6,000 over their asking price. When I explained that the price they were presenting me was not synonymous with another listing they had (on the car), the salesman got angry, told me I was mistaken, but then later verified that I was actually accurate. I profusly hated working with Dublin Mazda. I also spoke with Reyes Garcias, the Sales Manager at Ken Harvey's Dublin Mazda. He was polite at first but when I alerted him of his rude salesperson he tried to tell me that Mike Davis was crusty sometimes but was simply using different "Sales tactics" and then insulted me by trying to play up pride telling me I was a walking millionaire, and that I was "beautiful," but failed to deal with the problem. I am a salesman and there are no Sales Tactics that involve bad customer service and rudeness. If I was the Sales Manager at any facility and a consumer reported a complaint to me regarding the treatment/ customer service they received from one of MY representatives, I would have a talk with that representative and rectify the situation per the customer's satisfaction. I had a terrible experience at Dublin, Mazda & I encourage everyone to avoid that place like the plague!!! Bottom line: Go to their competitor. I don't like Dublin Mazda one bit!!

I made a visit to Dublin Mazda yesterday to check out a CX-9 that I'd seen online. It turned out not to be quite right for me, but Stephen, Brian & Mike were very professional. Stephen demonstrated respect for the fact that I had done my research & didn't try to talk me into something else. He gave me some options to think about as well as some new information to aide my continued search. Mike Pavia, the used car manager, asked me what I wanted in a car, specifically. I gave him my list & asked, "Do you think you can find it?" His reply was, "This is what I do. I buy cars. Make sure we have your contact information so we can get in touch with you when I do."I don't know that I'll ultimately buy a car from Dublin Mazda, but I appreciated their customer service.

As a female I have had multiple terrible experiences with other car dealerships. Generally when I walk on to a car lot I feel more like prey than a customer. The employees at this dealership were wonderful. They were attentive, respectful and patient. They listened to my terms, they met my terms and they never once asked if my husband would be joining me to approve the sale. Gregory listened to stories about my kid and genuinely seemed to enjoy them. He was focused on our sale for the duration of our time together and I never once felt like he wanted to be elsewhere. He took the time to explain all of the options on the car and didn't hesitate to find the answer if he didn't already know it. His manager was also amazing. Once we had a deal they processed the paperwork in a very short amount of time(in the car buying world.) In the future I wouldn't hesitate to send any of my female friends to them. At the end of the day instead of being exhausted and irritated I was relaxed and felt like I had just spent the afternoon with a group of new friends. I have a feeling that I will make every effort to return to this dealership in the future. (2006 Yukon Xl Denali)

The service with Gregory and Dublin Mazda dealership was friendly, informative, and a refreshing experience. Many dealerships I tried to do business with before visiting Dublin Mazda tried to take advantage of the fact that I am a woman and treated me as if I did not know what I wanted, as well as jerking me around on appropriate prices for a used car. When I went Dublin Mazda, Gregory made me instantly greeted my mom and myself in a warm and friendly greeting. Gregory continued to show us used cars that were within my price point without trying to push me to get a new car or go over my price point, he was very understanding of what we were looking for and he made the shopping experience joyful and exciting. After our experience with Dublin Mazda my family would HAPPILY purchase another car from them.

Letter to Mazda Execs. (Edited for DealerRating)I hope you will take a moment and read through my customer servicecomplaint and address it. If not you, then the appropriate individualas I feel this issue is one that must be voiced due to itsinappropriateness. In short, Dave Brown, your general manager of Ken Harvey's Dublin CAMazda told a customer to " go FLIP yourself" He went on to also state"you're not a customer unless you FLIPing buy something."I hope I have your attention at this point, let me tell you how thisexperience played out. Tonight at approximately 1830 my husband Shawn, visited Dublin Mazda to inquire (and hopefully purchase) a 2001 HondaCivic for our daughter. He took a test drive with the salesperson,Bruce Bode and during that test drive was informed that thetransmission was new and recently installed by the dealership. Whenthey arrived back at the dealership, my husband informed Bruce of theBlue Book value and wanted to start negotiations at about that price(4K). The vehicle is listed for 8K. When my husband inquired why theprice was so off the BB value, he was informed that due to the repairsthat the dealership put into the vehicle he could not go lower butwould ask the GM. Bruce came back after discussing this with the GMand informed my husband that he could take $500 off the vehicle, butthat was the best he could do.We understand that if the deal doesn't work for ourselves and thedealership, then we walk away and do business another day. At thispoint, my husband thanked Bruce for his time and proceeded to departthe dealership. As my husband was walking out, he passed the desk ofthe GM, introduced himself and asked why he felt that twice the BBvalue was a fair price for the vehicle. At this point Dave Brown,General Manager stated that the BB doesn't factor in with Honda's andToyota's because "they're so good." He then asked my husband where abetter deal could be found, to which my husband replied that thedealership directly next door had two slightly higher end models withlower mileage for around $6,500. Dave told my husband to take hisbusiness there instead. At this point my husband became irritated andcalled Dave out on his cavalier and rude attitude. This is where allprofessional decorum was completely thrown out of the window. Davenonchalantly told my husband to "go FLIP himself" My husband turnedon his heel and proceeded to leave. Dave, then accompanied by twoother men followed my husband outside and began yelling to my husbandthat he was arrogant for coming into "his house" and implied that hewas insulted by the price my husband asked for. My husband then gotinto his vehicle and attempted to drive away, the three men includingDave proceeded to shout at my husband and after my husband rolled downhis window and asked how the community would feel about the abusethrown at a customer, Dave walked over and proceeded to continue theargument. When again asked how this was an appropriate way to treat acustomer, Dave stuck his face into the window of the vehicle and, justinches away from my husband's face stated that you're not a customerunless you FLIPing buy something."Let me give you some background on us. My husband works for a Fortune50 company where he interfaces with the largest social media companiesin the world. I am the managing director of a successfulnot-for-profit arts organization in San Francisco. I don't share thisbecause I feel we deserve special treatment, I share this with you tounderstand that my husband and I live, breathe and depend on providingthe best customer service. Our livelihoods depend on it. If I were toever tell a customer any of those things that Dave yelled at myhusband, I would expect to be terminated immediately. There is simplyno excuse for Dave's behavior. My husband and I have shared this experience online, both in the formof tweets and updates on Facebook this evening. Shortly after we begantweeting about the ordeal, Dave called my husband and told him that hecared about his online reputation and wanted to apologize. He statedthat he had worked a long day and had personal issues which caused himto blow up. My husband heard him out but at this point, we don't carehow Dave feels about the situation. What I care about is how you feelabout this situation. Is this the best person you can haverepresenting your brand?I sincerely hope this is shared with the appropriate individuals, please note that I am not concerned about receiving any additionalapologies from Dave Brown.Thank you for your time,Susan Outlaw and Shawn O'Connor

I was looking for a car in my home town. I went to the various dealerships. They did not seem to have any offers that interested me. I picked up the paper and seen an ad from Dublin Mazda. I was interested in the offer they were advertising. I called. The person who answered said the offer was available. I said, " please check and call me back." I did not want to drive there and not be offered at least what the paper was showing. He called me back with a better offer. We arrived and were provided the offer. The entire experience from start to finish was one of the better, if not best "major purchase" experience my wife and I have had. I recommend this dealership for this brand of new car.

I purchased a used Mazda 3 and Mazda 5 from other sources. I decided to take the cars to Dublin Mazda for service, due to Ken Harvey's reputation as a Honda and Nissan dealer, and I had learned he races Mazdas, and figured he had a real interest in the brand.I have had minor service/routine maintenance done to both cars over the past few months, using the discount coupons that Mazda sends after your car purchase. All work was performed satisfactorily and in a timely manner. Cars were washed and minor detailed while at the dealership; a nice touch although I prefer to do that work myself. Paul and Don in the service department are very friendly, efficient and professional, as was the cashier when I picked the cars up at the end of the day. Also, when you call to make an appointment, phone staff are very pleasant and make every effort to get a date/time that suits you.On a side note, the check engine light on my 3 came on one day about a month ago, with no other symptoms of anything wrong. I popped into Dublin Mazda when I was out that way, and asked Paul if it could be checked without having to do a work order, or having to leave the car there. One of the mechanics was walking through service heading for the garage, when Paul asked if could quickly check it. The tech went and got his OBD reader, and quickly diagnosed the problem as the gas cap, that probably had not been tightened properly at the last fill up. He said this is the most common problem when the check engine light comes on. No charge!! This didn't happen at a local Volvo dealership a few years ago when the same thing happened to an 850 I owned!Only gripe, and it's small. I had a wheel alignment done on my 5 and the car still pulls to the right very slightly. Again, minor. So far, Dublin Mazda it's been a pleasure dealing with Dublin Mazda.

I had a great experience at Dublin Mazda this past Easter weekend. From the moment Bruce emailed me back about my quote on a new 2012 Mazda 3 Skyactiv I knew he stood out as an honest salesman that would work to earn my business over the other dealerships. He was able to give me a great price as well as all the options/choices I wanted without any of the ones I didn't.When I went into the dealership Bruce wasn't there that day, but he had his manager Mike take care of me. Mike is also an honest guy and didn't keep me waiting around for extended periods of time. Even when I had to wait for another customer to finish up with the finance guy, MIke tried to keep me occupied and kept a friendly conversation going. He was quick about getting all of the paperwork worked out and made sure all the details were correct. Finally, John the finance guy made things a lot less troublesome than I've had at other dealerships. Of course he had to do his obligatory spiel about extra services, but didn't keep badgering me when I refused. I was in and out of his office within half an hour.Overall, I had an excellent new car buying experience at Dublin Mazda and would highly recommend them to potential buyers. They gave me a great deal and made the whole process very smooth and friendly.

Before finding Dublin Mazda I did quite a bit of searching on the Internet and driving around the bay area looking for my car. At one point I was searching through 42 websites daily in my search and had visited 7 dealerships. I had already set my sites on a used Mazda 3 hatchback that was either 2010 or 2011 was automatic and had most of the available options on it but found out that this was not an easy car to find available for sale. One of the dealerships I visited was Dublin Mazda and while there looking I met Michael Barrilleaux. He was friendly and polite and was not at all pushy as I have almost come to expect when dealing with car sales persons. He showed me what was avaliable at the time but I told him that I had made up my mind about what I wanted and was only interested in finding it. He offered a form for me to fill out that basically asked what I wanted and he told me he would let me know if inventory changed and what I wanted became available. I thanked him and continued my search for my car. One day while I was scanning the websites I saw one that matched come up on the Dublin Mazda website but it did not show a picture of the car. I went down to Dublin Mazda and asked Michael about the car I saw on their website. He mentioned that he was not aware of this car but told me he would speak with the manager Lyle Nick to see if he could find it. Lyle was very accomodating and offered to show me the car even though it was still in the shop undergoing it's inspection before being offered for sale. I was pretty sure at the time that I had found my car and was a little stressful of what would come next (the purchasing process). In the purchasing process I found that Michael was still very polite and not at all like I have come to expect in my past experiences and worked hard to try to make me happy. At the end of the purchasing process I was a little unhappy about not receiving a second key and 2 new tires but again everyone at Dublin Mazda tried hard to meet me half way and make me happy. Their service was great when helping me get my key and tires and overall everyone was professional and curteous. I wanted to give some substance in my review so others could truly get a sense of my experience. I have bought 11 cars over the years but my experience buying a car with Dublin Mazda has been by far the best that I have had.

Good experience from initial visit to dealership until we closed the deal. Good communication via phone, text and in person with Michael Barrilleaux. No pressure to close deal. We told Michael what vehicle and options we were interested in and closed the deal quickly. Michael took time to go over vehicle features during initial visit and after we purchased the car. Stayed an hour late to give us a tour of dealership service area and go over features of the car with my daughter. Lyle and Mike were pleasant and have a lot of industry knowledge. Again, no pressure add extended warranties, service contracts or other options.

We are pleased with the new vehicle purchase experience on 1/22/12 at Dublin Mazda. Michael was very informative and thorough in explaining the various options and trim lines for the Mazda 3 Hatchbacks. Our many questions, no matter how small or possibly considered as trivial, were answered respectfully. We decided on the i-Touring trim line with the Moon & Tunes option package. Michael was prompt to find the model package and color we preferred. The price negoitiation process was without the usual "haggling" pressure and completed within 10-15 minutes. We agreed on a price well within the range we were looking for. Also, we received very favorable financing from the dealership. The overall experience was pleasant and pressure-free. A co-worker has her car maintained at Dublin Mazda and has been very pleased with the service - timely, honest, and good advice without pressure to do more work. Looking forward to great customer service experiences from the Maintenance Team in the future.

I would highly recommend using this dealership. Customer service was above and beyond. They worked with us to get the price we were happy with and a payment plan that worked for us. We first went elsewhere and had a bad experience where the same car minus a sunroof was priced $5,000 more and wouldn't budge. That dealership made is pay for coffee! We had our dogs with us thinking they would be closing and would only have time to look. Our salesman, Michael let us bring the dogs inside while we finallized everything and served us FREE coffee & hot chocolate. It is the little things like that make us want to use them again. The lady that did all the paperwork was very sweet and helpful with all the legal stuff. We love our new car. Thanks Dublin Mazda for a great buying experience!!

We stopped by Dublin Mazda after going to Tracy Mazda. We had stopped to see if there were any Mazda 3 I Touring cars in stock. On our way I called and spoke with Michael. He went out of his way to check what used cars were on the lot. He mentioned what was in stock and we decided to stop in. Michael showed us the cars. Mr Ryan the manager approached us asking if we had any questions. We were interested in the 2011 Mazda 3 I Touring. We asked what was the best deal that they could do for us. We were happy with the deal. We received great customer service from all the staff at Dublin Mazda. I would refer my family and friends to go there if they are interested in purchasing a car.

I recently took home a CPO 2009 RX-8 R3 edition sportscar that Dublin Mazda advertized on craigslist. The salesman that showed me around, Michael Barrilleaux, was great to work with and let me try the other MazdaSpeed models on the lot for comparison sake. When it was all said and done they gave me a nice price reduction and were more than happy to answer all of my many questions. I've only had the car for a week but I love it and I feel good knowing it is under maximum warranty protection. I'll be bringing my RX8 to Dublin Mazda for all of the required service and I'll write an updated review of my serivice department experience then. I'd recommend Dublin Mazda to anyone looking to buy a reasonably priced new or used car. If you visit Michael for a test drive ask him to tell you about his adventurous hobbies like skydiving.

I probably would have given an all fives rating except for a couple of minor problems, there were a couple of minor issues with the pre-delivery preparation and the quality of the detailing work done on the vehicle, one of which was indicated to the dealership during the test drive and not corrected. The other issue was the pushy attitude of Harry Chai, if it had not been for the fact that they had the exact model I was looking for in stock I probably would have walked away. The final point, my salesman Daniel Trujillo was a pleasure to work with and very helpful, for this reason I would recommend this dealership.

Stopped by this dealership for a second time after researching all of my options online. The first visit with an unnamed salesperson was "ok" but this time around we were greeted by Michael. Michael was knowledgeable and if there was something that he didn't know (he's only been on the job for three weeks), he quickly found the answer for us. Infact we liked him, and the price, so much that we bought the car right there. Another plus was their financing. I was pre-qualified through my credit union and the dealership initially matched their rate and then, when in the finance department, they beat the rate by almost a full percentage point!!! George Ruiz at Dublin Mazda went out of his way to help me get my car taken care of despite my crazy work schedule. George is very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. He arranged for a shuttle to BART the first visit and a rental car at the dealer's expense the second visit (parts had arrived that were needed to complete the repairs). I would definitely recommend the service department of this dealership!! As for MAZDA overall, I am completely outraged at Mazda Corporation for deciding to discontinue manufacturing the passenger front airbag module for my 2002 Mazda that I just brought in for its 60,000 mile check.
