I went online at 5:06pm to schedule an oil change. Once I selected the day, a date/time came back saying I could bring it in at 5:15pm. I was so surprised they had an opening that quick. Once I brought my car into the dealership's auto service, they started taking my car back immediately while I was still talking to the auto rep. I say from 5:20p - 5:50p they had my oil change done, tires rotated, and car washed (didn't even ask for the wash). Very quick, exceptional service!! A+++

I was not greeted when I came in. I stood there next to the desk until Lester acknowledged I was standing there. My concerns about my noisy brakes were brushed to the side. "It's a known issue, they're fine." When my vehicle was done, no one went over my service report. When I asked about it, the cashier just said of something was wrong, it would show it on the printout. I was not impressed at all. For a business that brags about their superior customer service, you really, really failed. This experience makes me regret my vehicle purchase from Ed Bozarth. I will probably take my business elsewhere.

Vehicle completely dead. Called service department Ask if they could look at it when I brought it in and they said yes. Delivered vehicle it was over two hours before they could look at it. Took another hour and a half for them to tell me they think may be loose battery cable is why it would not start. Most definitely not the problem.

Up until I bought the car, I had a great experience. Salesperson Tyler Graff was great - very nice and fun to work with. The first Issue I ran into was the theft alarm system that they install on all of the vehicles. I opted out of this theft service, leaving the alarm installed. After about 3 days, the alarm started sounding each time I would start the vehicle. After searching, I was able to find the device and remove it.On another note, today is the 29th day since I purchased the vehicle (I live in Nebraska, where the registration deadline is 30 days) and I haven't received the Title from the dealership yet. I called them 4 days ago - they hadn't shipped it yet but assured me it would get done that day. I understand that Kansas's deadline is 60 days, but it should not take 3-3.5 weeks to ship out paperwork. If I'm lucky and it shows up tomorrow, I'll be able to avoid the late registration fee.

Car taken in with screw in tire. Tech looked at it and said it needed to be replaced and quoted a price. It was not until asked if the tire was under any warranty did the tech even check (it was by the way). The car also was on a safety recall and nothing was mentioned by the tech about fixing or scheduling a time to the recall issue.

I am from out of town and had never had any dealings with Ed Bozaarth until now. This was hands down one of the best experiences I have had with the unplanned break down of one of my vehicles. Barry Martin, Sales Manager, went out of his way on a Saturday evening to get my truck into the service department so that it could be repaired Monday morning and get me into a rental vehicle. Barry treated me as if I was one of his best customers; even though we had just met. James Fager, Service Manager, was very professional and forthright while he worked my vehicle repair into his schedule even though I did not have an appointment. Due to my circumstances it was important that I know how long the repair would take so I could adjust my schedule accordingly. James delivered my repaired vehicle back to me in the time frame he had committed to. I live two hours away in Wichita Ks where we have several GM dealerships and I will definitely contact Barry when I am ready for a vehicle. Great job gentlemen and thank you for taking a lot of the stress out of difficult situation.

I did not schedule an appointment but the service reps told me they could change my oil and rotate my tires if I was ok with a wait. My oil change and rotation took much less time than I anticipated and my vehicle was washed when I received it. I am always please with the service I receive at Ed Bozarth Chevrolet.

I have worked with James Fager from the start of doing business with Bozarth. He does the best work I have seen relative to the maintenance of my vehicles. I have known Les Steinloge since 1965. Both helped with the purchase of my Equinox. I have never had a situation that was less than the best. The Bozarth staff have gone above and beyond to provide the best service. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told It was time for fuel injector service ($150) I agreed. Later I was told the cabin air filter needed changed ($40) I asked when it would be done (at 11 AM) I was told 45 minutes to an hour. I was not called to retrieve my car until 1220 PM. Furthermore I asked that they run the car through the car wash at check in (and they said they would)...it wasn't washed.

These people were straight with me through entire process. Told them I wanted to sleep on it. Response was my deal was not going away if I needed time. They explained exactly what the interest rates were on every loan they looked at. More precisely they told me exactly what they were doing every step of the way. Gave me maximum trade while selling me a car a couple thousand under the asking price. Got it home discovered window tinting was blistering. Went back and told them. Without batting an eye they asked me when would be convenient to bring it in to have it all removed and redone. Charles Brown was my salesman. Great man to deal with.

I was greeted by Aaron Penner. He was very attentive and courteous. My salesman Chris walked by and said hey and checked to make sure I was doing good and was being taken care of; which I was. I came in for an oil change. While waiting, a young lady checked on me, took my name and made sure I was notified when my car was ready. My tires were also rotated and $10 was credited back. I took a rear-wheel drive 2013 Yukon in for a front end alignment check. Settled account, and then noticed later that VIP Customer discount had not been deducted. My wife called back and was told it should have acknowledged we were VIP and deducted. Then, my wife was given the excuse that I needed to tell them that we were VIP customers. What is it? The computer system should be programmed and alert to the fact that we are VIP customers and this discount applied or are we obligated to notify you each and every time we have service? My wife was left with the feeling that you were trying to get away with something.

It has been a very good satisfactory experience. In July of this year, my SUV was in the shop and I needed a rental. I also voiced interest in buying a new SUV. The shuttle driver introduced me to Marvin Weber. He loaned me a 2015 GMC Terrain. He was very helpful. He was not pushy. I needed more time to prepare my finance before I buy. We've kept in touch until I was ready to buy. He answered all my questions and explained everything very carefully. Marvin is very laid back and easy to work with. My brother who was visiting from Chicago over Thanksgiving accompanied me. He was impressed with the way Marvin do business. He has never met someone in the car sales like Marvin. Anyway, I ended up with a 2016 model since the 2015 models were already gone. I am happy with my new SUV. Thank you.

It was a nice experience. I just need for someone to tell me what has been done. I had specific questions when I came in and I felt they were not answered. I know the professionals can not take a lot of time to explain things I will not undersand, but now I think I hear something that was not there before and I don't know what to do (as I don't know whether it is my imagination or not). It has just been a long, long time since I had to do these things and I would like to be reassured that everything is okay. When you ask if I wanted the car ran though the car wash and I said yes, I thought at least my windows would be clean, but I guess that was what it was literally. Everyone was really nice though and I will come back for popcorn.

Everyone was very professional and friendly. Waiting area is very nice, clean, comfortable. Was nice to have free coffee or water available. I waited far less than I had anticipated. Best experience I have ever had, getting work done on my car. Also had thoughtful follow up call from service the next day. Everyone I interacted with was very knowledgable and experienced. I don't generally buy cars at a large dealership and was just there for recall work, but I think Ed Bozarth has inadvertently won me over and I will shop there for my next car. I also really appreciated that no one tried to sell me or pressure me at all on any cars or other services.

When my name was announced over the intercom that my vehicle was ready for pick-up at the customer service counter, as I walked out of the door from the lounge area, there were three men standing at the far South end of the counter who were looking at me and they laughed out loud as they saw me. I do not one bit appreciate being laughed at just because I look strange to a gaggle of judgmental bigots who don't like a decorated Vietnam veteran.Also, the girl who took my money did not bother to hand me my keys while I was at the counter. I walked all the way out to my car to find that there were no keys in the ignition. Had to walk all the way back in to the service center to retrieve them. "Sorry about that", she said.None of these girls working that counter are the least bit friendly nor do they have any smiles on their faces.Sure must be hard for Bozarth's to hire good help these days. Bummer of an experience, I tell ya!

Everyone was warm and friendly Good experience except the courtesy driver who does not know how to merge onto an interstate highway. I don't want her to be in trouble but she needs to know the rules of the road.Looking for a Gap when Entering an Interstate HighwayWhile you are getting up to speed on the acceleration lane, check over your shoulder for a gap between vehicles in the lane you want to enter. Dont assume that over drivers will move over and give you space to merge smoothly.She believes other drivers must move over for her to enter the highway.Danny Monrose was very helpful and polite I was very satisfied with his service!

No problems with the service. They even cleaned the outside of my new truck for free. My only problem is, and it's a personal thing, is to tell you that I am hard of hearing. I was in a large comfortable waiting room with many people. An announcer came on and told people when their car was ready. I could not understand the messages at all. After an hour and a half, I just went to the cashier's desk to find out if the car was ready. It was, but don't know for how long. How about putting a screen in the waiting room, and flash the person's name up digitally from a computer, when the car is ready? How simple would that be?

Salesman Morris was very patient and accommodating while we looked through almost every truck on the lot in making the decision on which one we considered to buy. Plus gave us a good run through of the options and how to use them when we took possession of our new GMC Serria. There was so much to take in the operation of some options that I may need to drop by the dealership and see if he has some time to give me a refresher. I was amazed at how easily he managed the different electronic systems. I have personally meet some of the service staff and find them them to be very competent and knowledgeable at what they do. We bought a 2008 Aveo new from this dealership and it is, after 180000 miles is still running great. As a retired shop teacher I always made my students do good work and pay attention to the quality of their work. I find that here with this dealership.

Brought car in, would not start, they had car for two days; unable to find the problem. Problem appeared to be intermittent & rather than jump start car next time it won't start I need to have car towed to dealership so error codes will not be wiped off. Everyone that assisted were professional and very personable, patient and willing to take all the time needed to explain problem and answer questions. Car was kept clean and my driver's seat was exactly the way I keep it [I am disabled & it is very appreciated when car seat isn't messed with and/or is moved back]; very thoughtful. I will never do business with anyone else but Ed Bozarth's, they are honest, caring and simply the best at all they do. As a female, that is very important to me and they have been, through many years, very stress-free to do business with; on many an occasion they could have easily taken advantage of me and they have done the opposite and been above board and then some. Beth Knaup, an Ed Bozarth representative approached me as I was dropping off my 2003 Suburban to be serviced recently and she gave me some information about Ed Bozarth Upgrade Program. Instead of hitching a ride home with Bozarth's shuttle service I decided to take a look around the car lot and eventually around the showroom. Shortly after, Zeph Martinez introduced himself to me and, without being all pushy and scaring me away, proceeded to answer my questions and then accompanied me on a test drive in a new Buick. Over the next 2 weeks Zeph and I had several more appointments and took several more test drives. I found Mr. Martinez to be quite personable as well as informative. I felt he was sincere in his effort to help me find the right vehicle for my needs and lifestyle. Once I decided which vehicle I wanted and came to an agreement on the price, Zeph then introduced me to Monica Leighner. Monica was very pleasant and upbeat and she really knew her stuff. She explained to me what I needed to know about the Finishing Touch protection package as well as the terms of the suggested Century Service agreement , what is covered and what is not covered, helping me to come to an informed decision. By the end of the day I walked out of the show room the owner of a brand new GMC Terrain. (and got all paperwork completed and approved before the new sales tax took effect on July 1, 2015 !! Whoo-Hoo!! ) Oh, and Beth Knaup was able to provide me with a check, reimbursing me for that initial car repair order as per the Bozarth Upgrade Program!!All in all, purchasing my new car from Ed Bozarth Chevrolet was a very positive experience. When I bought my Suburban 12 years ago, my experience was much different. It wasn't a bad experience mind you, just different. For 12 yrs. the service department has helped me keep my wonderful Suburban maintained and running smoothly. Not once did that car leave me on the side of the road broke down or with a flat tire. I have no doubt that any future maintenance or repair work that my new Terrain may need, will be handled with professionalism and reliability. I took our HHR Saturday (7-25-15) for regular oil change and asked that there be a multi point inspection done along with rotation of tires. There was a small or insignificant hum in the tires to begin with. After the maintenance and driving on I-470, I noticed the humming sound was louder...so loud it drowned out the radio and conversation going on in the car. If I slowed down the humming was not as loud....speed up and it became louder. When I got home I looked at the front end and didn't notice anything unusual. I rotated the tires back to their original position and took the HHR for a drive at low and high speed. The tire hum was low to what I experience prior to the service. My Wife took the car in Monday morning and was told by Service Advisor, Al Bejarano that the tires could be out of balance, the front tires were cupping, and the front end alignment should be checked. I am disappointed that the first multi point inspection did not discover the tire/alignment problem. I took the HHR in for needed maintenance on the tire and alignment this morning, which was the earliest it could be brought back. (7-29-15). The Service Advisors, payment personnel, and Courtesy driver were all polite and helpful.Thank you, Ray Gonzalez

We did have one problem. The body department and the service area don't seem to communicate well. We have had our car in for body work twice and were advised we needed to have service done on the car as soon as it was returned to us which made us make another trip. We had a clickinh noise that we here every day and as we stood there with the service rep. All he did was note it on service ticket he didn't try to hear it and it was noisy in that area so naturally when we got the car returned to us the mechanic noted he couldnt reproduce the noise and they sent us on our way. Disappointed that they didnt try harder to hear the noise as it is still doing it.

I was having trouble with the brakes. I was impressed because Dave said we need to go around the block to hear what was happening -- we went a few feet and he knew. Unfortunately, there was a lot to replace so it was rather expensive, but Dave did call with an update and recommendations. The service took a little longer than I hoped, but it's okay. Better a bit longer than not right.

From the minute I arrived, the Service Advisor, Danny Manrose went above and beyond any of my expectations. I have owed several Chevrolet vehicles and even though I did not buy my recent vehicle from Ed Bozarth, I was treated like I had. This has never happened any place else that I have taken in a vehicle for repair work or service. When Danny checked in my truck, he proceeded to see if a loaner was available in case I had to leave it overnight. He gave me a complete tour of the Dealership and kept me informed of the status. Kudos to him and I also was appreciative that there was another person came around while I waited to make sure my needs were being met. My tire was low so stopped in to have it checked. There was a nail in my tire. So, had it fixed while I was there. Danny, took me and my granddaughter over to Wal-mark since we were wanting to go there. He dropped us off and then returned to Chevy to have the tire fixed. My granddaugher and I were walking back to Chevy when Danny called to tell us everything was done. I want to say I have never had any problems at all with the service and Danny has always been a big help to me. Everybody there has been GREAT everytime I've gone for service.

I was handled very professionally and enjoyed some of my time in a great lounge area and then came back later to pickup my vehicle. Vehicle was brought in for oil change and rotation. The mechanic discovered a leaking water pump. Dave Kill my service writer advised me and said he could start on it immediately. I was provided a loaner so I could complete my errands. Vehicle was repaired and picked up in just a few hours. Dave has always done his best to provide great service and is pleasant to work with.

I had three issues. In the course of repairing one of the issues, another issue was found. I agreed to have that repair completed also. It appears everything is working properly. While the repairs were expensive I plan on keeping this 2006 model year car for several more years. I also received a VIP discount which covered the taxes on my repairs.

The only problem I had is that I did not need a tire rotation when I had my vehicle in for an oil change while they did a recall service. They had a special that included the tire rotation. When I asked if I could get a discount since I did not need the rotation, I was told they could do a VIP oil change. When I got to the dealership later to pick up my vehicle, I went to the cashier and the invoice still had the regular price on it. I said that I thought it was going to be a VIP oil change, she said they mark it when you tell them. If I was told at the time that I dropped my vehicle off, I feel it should already be on my ticket when I go to pick it up. It should not be me having to tell the cashier.

I always hated shopping for a new car, so I would put it off as long as possible. This time however it turned out to be a very pleasant experience. The sales staff was very helpful and informative on the vehicle we were looking at. The negotiations also went smoothly. I believe we got a fair deal. Even though we didn't need financing, the finance dept was very thorough and bent over backwards to make it possible for us to drive away in our new car. All in all, we were very pleased with our experience. Thanks, Ed Bozarth's dealership, it was worth the 110 miles to get to you.

I scheduled an appointment to have my oil changed and tires rotated. I was a bit disappointed when I arrived and they said they were very busy and it would be about an hour and a half. I was concerned that I had an appointment and this seemed an excessive wait since I had an appointment. The CSR assured me they would do their best. The work was completed in half an hour and I was extremely satisfied. Thank you for looking after a loyal customer.

Found the new corvette with options and color we wanted. Called dealership and put a deposit on car. Flew in to pick up car the next day. Had a scheduled time for pickup. They were 20 minutes late. Had to wait an hour and a half to talk to financial guy. Price different from agreed upon price, higher. Complained to GM about service and his response was "Don't buy it, I don't care". Still waiting on returning the deposit. Our company paid amount due so personal deposit needed to be returned. Love this corvette but would suggest looking for a different dealer. Bad attitude and very poor customer services!!!! You can tell them John Rowe said so....

I contacted via email about a car I saw on line. The salesman called me, couldn't answer any of my questions about the car....not even the price. He told me he'd get the info and call me back. Haven't heard a word. Although I live 70 miles from the dealership I'd be willing to drive that far because they have the model of car I want. They may be great to deal with in person but on line is another story.

I've known the Bozarth name, being a lifelong Topekan for a long time. Over the years, I've taken my vehicle in for service, and looked at new and used vehicles at their location. I had the opportunity to visit their location last night, during their grand 're-opening', and was amazed at the new location. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable and enjoyable to be around... unlike somtimes when you're chased by numerous salespeople. An excellent selection of new and used vehicles, and plenty of lounge and office space to 'mull over' which vehicle to purchase, and then 'do the deal'.... In addition, there's an inviting break area, with fireplace and flat screen tv where you can wait while you're vehicle is being serviced. Hat's off Ed, and thanks again for being here, and continuing your tradition with an excellent car sales location, staff and trustworthy way to purchase new and used cars, and get them serviced.

We went to buy a used car for my sister. We told the dealer, Morris James, that we did not want a red car, and that it needed to be a bigger car for my sisters long legs. The first 3 cars he showed us were small an red. He then proceeded to argue with us about the size of car we needed. We ended up just walking away from him. I was extremely dissapointed. I would never buy a car from Ed Bozarth.

Just wrecked my car and needed a car quickly. Shopped around and found a large selection at Ed Bozarth. Met Salesman Josh Wyatt, he listened to my needs and showed me the inventory. He really cares and enjoys talking with me and my fiance. We finally landed on a 12 Chevy Cruze, we LOVE this car. Perfect fit. I was brought out with my son to go check out a few used cars with the dealer Dan aguilera, and after some look, price, and realizing some really low mileage and condition for its price we were going to give it a try in buying an 06' Pontiac G6. Although worried because of credit that it was going to be an impossible deal, Dan knows how to work around every corner to make it possible....and it was made possible, And quickly! The car is so great and its runs so well....There just isn't anything bad to say at all. Thanks Dan! I love the car!

After trying several different car dealerships just trying to get an idea of what I might be able to get out of my old Trans-Am, and I was surprised enough to find that I was going to get the most out for my car there at Ed Bozarth, and even better, after one quick name of a vehicle that I was looking for, Dan Aguilera was already able to find one for me and at a very reasonable cost considering its condition and mileage! I was pretty impressed especially being the guy that I was always skeptical about larger dealerships, but Ed Bozarth made it happen right, and I don't think I would've been able to get the car without Dan's help! I went to Ed Bozarth to get a look for a different vechile. The reason I went to Ed Bozarth is because I also had great service when I got my vechile serviced at their service shop. I had in mind which type of vechile I wanted. They had alot of choices to choose from. The saleperson, Danny Aguilera, asked me a few questions and we narrowed the selection down to a few. Danny was the type of saleperson that wanted to know what you wanted in a vechile and he would tell you if he has it. The vechile I chose was worth the trip to Ed Bozarth and I really enjoyed how Danny took care of my needs in getting the car that I wanted.

I recently totalled my vehicle and used Ed Bozarths collison center and service drive. Everyone in the service department was very helpful and caring. I purchased a Malibu from the dealership about two months later. I had a pretty good idea of what I was looking for and Jeremy Lombard called me when something came available. He was very helpful in helping me set up my onstar and explaining everything about my Malibu. I worked with Chris corum in finance and he explained everything to me in a very professional manner. Everyone was very nice and I wpuldnt purchase a vehicle anywhere else!

overall good experience just need to tighten up the process for internet purchases. Example car was purchased on Monday(via a money wire), and they didn't begin the title stuff until Thursday just before the transport picked up the vehicle. Also as with almost ALL listings feature codes are incomplete, really need a picture of the feature codes for any/all vehicles.
