I had a scheduled oil change yesterday morning and I managed to have a flat tire in front of my house before I left. I put my spare tire on and asked if they would look at my flat tire to see what they could do with it while they were giving me an oil change. They were very polite and respectful, however, they told me that my flat tire couldn't be fixed because I had a hole in the shoulder of my tire. I know that isn't repairable, but I had to get work, so I left on my spare tire and called around to see how much a new tire would cost. The prices I found matched with what I was told from Ed Bozarth and I went to Discount Tires this morning to have it fixed. They were able to patch my tire because the hole was almost dead center of my tire. I was very disappointed to find out that Ed Bozarth wasn't right and it feels like they just wanted my money. Other than the tire experience, the people were very nice and everything was done on time.

If possible, I would give Ed Bozarth a minus review. We pull horses with our recently purchased 2008 Chevy Silverado 2500HD. The truck had stopped running several times. The 2nd time we had the truck hauled to Ed Bozarth - their computers found nothing wrong. So with their assurance that nothing was wrong we proceeded to haul 3 horses to the mountains. On a very busy highway the truck sputtered to a stop and would not start. For 3 hours we had to wait for tow trucks to come haul our truck and our horse trailer - a danger to ourselves, our animals, and all the cars having to bypass us. Eventually we were able to get the truck to our regular mechanics where they IMMEDIATELY knew what was wrong and replaced the primer housing because the truck was sucking air into the fuel pump - A KNOWN ISSUE. I was upset and called Ed Bozarth and told them that they had endangered us with their assurance that their computers found nothing wrong. Their continuous argument: our computers found nothing wrong, our computers found nothing wrong, our computers found nothing wrong.... DO. NOT. TRUST. ED BOZARTH, especially when they tell you: THE COMPUTERS FOUND NOTHING WRONG. Computers follow programmed commands, human minds have the ability to go beyond programmed commands? Shame on you Ed Bozarth!

We were looking for a work truck to add to our fleet and found one online at this dealership. We were told it was priced to sell because they were having a hard time getting rid of it. We asked for potential financing numbers (payment for finance, lease options, etc.) and were told that they couldn't give numbers without filling out paperwork and pulling my credit. I know that is bogus because every other dealership we have dealt with gives us numbers with the idea that based on credit (which isn't an issue) those numbers can change. We decided to proceed anyways because we knew this was the truck we wanted and had every intention to purchase. I had a four hour meeting THE SAME DAY in which I received pricing as well as a later a text message asking if I was going to purchase the truck. I called back after my meeting to move forward with the transaction and was informed they sold the vehicle. REALLY?? Talk about impatient and shady business practices. Long story short we are not at all happy and very upset our credit was pulled just for them to sell the vehicle out from under us. We don't do business with people like that and will make sure everyone we know is aware of the type of people this dealership has. Just another sleezy car dealership!

I got a 2014 Diesel Cruze as soon as they were available, which means that it was the first year of release in the US, and I've had a few issues here and there, which is common with a new model. Every concern that I've had has been addressed in a friendly and efficient manner. They really seem to want their customers to be happy with their service.

After a week, President Kent Bozarth has yet to replykentbozarthatedbozarth.comKentI wanted to let you know about a extremely unpleasant experience at Ed Bozarth Park Meadows today.First, if you look at the last picture, on 10/21 it was 9m 33s on hold before I decided to hang up trying to reach your service center. Second call I got through about 3 min.Today- I received at call just before noon that my truck was ready. I attempted to call your shuttle, but it went to VM, so I left a message. It said if you don't get a call back by 10 min call the service center. After 15 min,(see picture on HOLD) I attempted the service center multiple times, I was asked if I want to leave a message, I told her I wanted to speak to the service manager Jeremy. He was able to get a hold of the shuttle guy, apparently he was on the phone.I picked up my truck and got the heck out of there. Driving down the road, I wanted to make sure they reset my "oil life", they did, I also had a tire rotation and balance. Then I noticed my tire pressure at 75 psi rear and 68 psi front! My tires are only rated for 65 psi.(see picture) I am sure you can verify my facts via OnStar.I immediately pulled over, and let the air out. I then looked at the service work and says they set it at 60 front/70 rear. Regardless it's in writing that too much psi was added to the tires. This is a $62,000 RMT edition truck, and I don't expect the service or incompetence from your facility.Jeremy has yet to call me back

My 13 Malibu was in for service and well in for service I was talked into looking at the new Silverado 1500. I was talked into buying the truck and was very happy about it, I was finally able to live the lifestyle I wanted. Yet to find out the one I test drove was not the one they gave me, so when I said something about it they were very nice and were going to switch the truck out for the one I wanted. Well the truck they first gave me was there it was in for service due to some recalls. Well in for service I was approached by the finance lady who did my deal. She says there is no way I can get you deal approved and your car is waiting for you your belongs will be brought up from the truck. I tried to tell her that there were some additional rebates that were left out and my income was more than originally stated and I had more money down but she would not hear it and she just walked away. When they gave me my car back it had less gas in it then when I gave it to them it was clean when i gave it to them in got it back dirty and stickers all over the windows and window tint. they dropped my sunglasses from the truck they would not let me get my own stuff from. the way the whole thing was handled was not nice at all. the sales experience was not professional at all. I feel there is way more that they could have done but got the feeling my business was not good enough for them. I am upset they got my hopes up told me this was a done deal that GM would pick me up again no issue because of my good payment history.

Ive had prior poor experiences, but I thought it was a fluke.....nope, it's the norm. My admin called and made the appt. 60k service, change out snow tires, need new tires and replace tail light. After 2 hours they inform me they don't have the tires in stock.....I am at the Chevy dealer right. With my Chevy Malibu? Oh, and when I called to make the appointment they were told I had a lunch appointment. Now 3 hours later...and I've been waiting, we are just now putting oil in the car? Wow! Awesome impressive service guys....LAST TIME I TRY THIS!

My name is Rob and I moved out to Colorado about six months ago from California. I brought with me a 99 Mercedes S500 fully loaded but soon relized that this vehicle was not the optimal vehicle for my family and I here in Colorado. Starting a new job I was eager to go by a Chevy dealership and view there new truck line, as I had never owned a Chevy but wanted a new Chevy truck for awhile. This is always the part of finding a new vehicle at a good price that everyone hates, going into a random dealer and being attacked or pressured into a situation that your not comfortable with. Well I can tell you this the first dealer I saw Ed Bozarth,s Chevrolet at Park Meadows was the right one, and man was I blown away by my overall experience. The owner Ed is a man of great integrity and makes sure that the customers experience and satisfaction are of the highest concern. The Sales Manager Manuel Banderas aka Manny is one of a kind, and went out of his way for me many times not just during the sale but after as well. He was very interested in getting me the exact vehicle I wanted at the right price and I love my new truck because of Manny. I have told many people of my experience and will never go anywhere else for any of my Chevrolet needs, and will soon be buying another vehicle for my wife after the first of the year. Listen I just have to say one thing, that if you want a honest and fair team that is devoted to working towards your needs and desires instead of there own, and a team that is honest and friendly look no further, go see Manny at Ed Bozarth's Chevrolet at Park Meadows get the experience and deal you deserve... Thanks Rob..!

The Ed Bozarth team made it possible for me to trade in my car and get into a brand new 2012 Cruze. The feeling of having reliable transportation is priceless.I appreciate the time and effort spent by Justin Christensen and Manny Banderas. They educated me through the buying process. They were patient in letting me make the most informed purchase decision. I will definitely recommend Ed Bozarth to my friends and family and plan to do business with them in the future.

This review may be more geared towards GMS shoppers. Price haggling isn't really an issue with Family First transactions at GM dealerships. You pay some set cost below the MSRP (GMS Price), minus the EVA, Rebate, and USAA discounts (in my case)...and only $75 in dealer handling.....so the price is the price and the dealership has no real room to negotiate. The reason I rate Price a 5 is that they were able to offer a 2.79% 72 month term through ALLY (Manny), beating my pre-approved USAA loan at 3.49%. This saved me $900 if I let the loan go the full term. For Customer Service, Friendliness and Experience, Justin and Bozarth easily rate a 5 since they stick to basic principles; no pressure, listen to the customer, honesty, and timely, precise communication.Other intangibles: 1. We borrowed an Equinox to test drive to lunch. Nice gesture since my wife's interest in an Equinox was luke-warm at best.2. Since it was raining, Justin let me pull into the maintenance bay (after hours) to transfer my personal items from my trade-in to the new Avalanche. 3. Even the trade-in process was fair. I checked the NADA.com website and priced an average value of $15300. $15000 was offered with a full description of why. I could have maybe pulled $17500 on AutoTrader, but figure the sales tax cut of about $1000 on the new vehicle, and the rational for maybe getting $1500 more by haggling with a guy off of the street seems weak. Basically, a fair and easy process on the trade-in.4. They evaluated my trade-in with a dog in the car.5. Free chair.

I deeply appreciate Justin, Darrin, Jeremy & most especially Kent Bozarth. I will never forget. It is not too often that one finds people willing to work with invividuals on solutions that are complicated and time consuming. Because of their efforts I am able to feel secure in my purchase and comfortable with the options given, considering my circumstances. I will be certain to let people know. And as I said above, I will never forget.

I went to this dealer not knowing what I wanted to buy. Jack approached us and I test drove one car- the first test drive that I had driven. I said that I would like to test drive another car just to see the difference. Jack said, "we need to hurry because I need to get back to customers who actually want to buy today." How do you know that I am not going to buy today? I was so unimpressed. He then began to tell about all the jobs that he has had in the past and all the awards that he has won, almost like he was bragging. He was so pushy and seemed dishonest, willing to do anything thing to make a quick sale. I would never go back to this dealer, they were horrible. Why go somewhere when they won't even treat you like a customer who wants to buy? By the way Jack, if you are reading this, later that night I did buy a car that I love. Don't ever tell a customer that we need to hurry because I need to get back to customers who actually want to buy today. Don't go to this dealer, they won't treat you like a real customer

Before I wrote this review I looked at the other reviews on this site. The 2 reviews that were poor completely astonished me. Justin, Manny and Darren were the best people I have ever worked with on a car deal, and thats says a lot because I have worked with many dealerships over the years. It started with me emailing the dealership for a price on a new Tahoe. I received a prompt response from Justin via EMAIL, just as I asked, with their price. I had contacted about 5 other dealers and Ed Bozarth's price was the best by a good margin. About a week later I was in South Denver for a meeting and went by to drive the Tahoe and discuss with Justin. He was in a meeting but another salesperson took me for a drive. After the drive I talked to Manny and went over the pricing they had offered. I had them evaluate my trade as well. After getting all of the information I went to my meeting not planning to finish the deal. They did not pressure me, simply told me to let them know what else they could do to seal the deal. After my meeting I decided to go back and give them a number that was slightly better than they were offering to see if they wanted to really do a deal that day. After they discussed it for about 5-10 minutes they came back with a slightly different deal, but still far better than any other offer I had received. Within about 45 minutes I was driving home in my new Tahoe and was a very satisfied customer. Not only do I have a great vehicle, but I had and outstanding buying experience and know that I received a great deal.My advice is to go see Justin, Manny and Darren and let them make you a satisfied customer as well. And please know that I very rarely submit reviews, especially good ones. These gentlemen, however, deserve to have their efforts known.

This past Saturday, my fiance and I went to Ed Bozarth Chevrolet in Lone Tree to look at Tahoes. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a salesman but explained that I had previously communicated with a salesman over the internet named Jack. When Jack met with us, I explained that we were still in the market for a Tahoe and that we were hoping to wrap up the process prior to leaving for vacation in a few weeks. After looking around, and eventually driving one, my fiance and I agreed to move forward with the purchase. Although I felt cautious about volunteering information about what I was willing to pay, Jack seemed honest and forthright about giving me information on what I could expect to pay for a Tahoe. Nothing specific, just generalizations. Kind of a feeling out process, I think.Eventually, my fiance and I followed Jack into the dealership and set down. Admittedly, this is the part I was most worried about. Although I wasn't really sure what to expect, I had visions of arguing with the salesman about what kind of deal they could give me. My concerns were a result of trying to buy a used car from a different dealership (Dodge) two years prior. However, I was completely taken off guard by the non-threatening, easy going approach Jack took. He was extremely friendly and made the process very easy. At one point. Jack told us that he was concerned we weren't ready to buy a vehicle and even recommended we take some time to think about it, that we wanted us to want the Tahoe. I commented that of course we want the Tahoe, but aren't sure this is the right time. Jack said he didn't want to pressure us into purchasing anything, and that when we were ready, we could come back and visit him anytime. Being the poker player I was, I tried to call his bluff and quickly stood up. I thought that by leaving, I may get a lower price or better deal, maybe a final, final number. My fiance seemed quite surprised by this as we had already secretly agreed to purchase the vehicle. I thought her facial expression may have blown my bluff, but fortunately, Jack was then focused on me. I explained to him that I did need more time to think about it and that we may come back another day. Again, surprisingly, Jack was very nice about everything and said that he understands, that this is a big purchase, and that he would be happy to meet with us whenever we do feel ready. Whats more, on our way out, I was greeted by a man named Jeremy who introduced himself as the manager. He explained that if Jack was ever unavailable, he would be happy to personally assist us in finding the perfect vehicle and walking us through the process. My fiance and I were pleasantly surprised with Jeremy's friendly demeanor and agreed to contact him if we had any problems. As we got into the car, my fiance seemed flustered and accused me of stall tactics. She was frustrated that we couldn't just get this over with and believed that Jack and Jeremy were sincere about giving us a good deal. At this point, I felt like we needed to leave since I'd already committed to "needing more time."So she and I went down the street to Chic-Fil-A and had lunch. As we set there, we both discussed how surprised we were about how good we felt about the car buying experience, and we hadn't even purchased anything. It's not that we thought their employees would be mean or rude, we just expected something different. Maybe just the thought of dealing with a car salesman had us in a negative mindset when we went in. But, after seeing the dealership and speaking with Jack and Jeremy, we felt very comfortable. Everything was very clean and everyone was very professional. During our lunch, my fiance was pressuring me to go back and buy the Tahoe, so we drove back about 45 minutes later to meet with Jack. When we walked in, we were told that Jack was on the telephone, but Jeremy came over and began to assist us. I was surprised with how patient he was and willing to listen to all of our concerns. He got us a drink and even began getting everything ready until Jack finished. Ultimately, my fiance and I purchased a new Tahoe and we love it. Well, she loves it because she drives it. Anyway, she and I both felt obligated to do something more to spread the word about Jack and Jeremy since they treated us so well. I'm VERY pleased with the low-pressure sales approach Jack took and the way Jeremy made us feel regarding any future needs we may have. And although I don't recall the finance guy's name I dealt with, he was great too. Overall, I hope that somebody reads this review and chooses to go visit Ed Bozart Chevrolet. It just seems rare to meet good people who are in a business to make money, yet willing to do anything they can to help you, up to and including waiting patiently for us to make a decision. They friendly way we were treated after initially declining to buy the Tahoe was a testament to the character of both Jack and Jeromie. We are really, really happy and look forward to dealing with them again in the future when I upgrade my Z-71.

I have searched high and low for a place to buy a new car. Everywhere I went salespeople have tried to show me cars that they wanted me to buy or would show me what they thought I could afford before I could even tell them what II wanted. after trying many places I almost gave up. I finally ended up at Ed Bozarth where I was helped by a gentleman named Steve. Steve was very friendly and asked what I was looking for. I explained to him that I already had my own financing and that I was just looking for the right car. He then asked what type of car I was interested in and then had me list a top 3 list of possible cars that I would purchase. After doing this he searched his inventory to see if he had a car that I wanted that was within my price range. He didn't. However he said he would do his best to find one that I would want to buy. After waiting a few days he called me and told me he had found something on another lot that he thought I would like and that I should come down and look at. I did so and ended up buying the car. He did a great job taking into consideration what I wanted and finding just the right car. he took the stress out of looking for me and made the process so simple. I would highly recommend Ed Bozarth to family and friends and I wil continue to take my business there as I had an overwhelmingly great experience.

The Internet Manager basically wasted my time on a Saturday afternoon, the IM was unable to complete the sale Saturday before they closed and told me he would call me Monday morning after he spoke with his manager. I live pretty far away and told him I didn't want to come back down unless he could give me some solid numbers. He was insistent that he could get me into the car I wanted that night and I agreed to drive close to 20 miles to meet with him again. Bad Idea, He ended up giving me $20 cash to basically go away, because I waited all morning on the next Monday for Justin to call me and I finally called him. He then told me he was going to run the numbers again and call me back. He never called me back. But he did leave me a Voice Mail indicating that he was really busy today and helping other customers! On my way out to the dealership late Monday afternoon, I stopped at another chevy dealership and was able to purchase the car I wanted. I was appauld at how I was treated by this person and how he operated the entire time. They lost my business forever. I will never deal with this dealership again.

Mr. Bozarth, While I am certain you individually would not sully your hands with the little people, I am bringing my concern to your attention. My wife and I trade vehicles often, and we must simply be too hard to please. We have tried dealerships all over the state, moving further from home each time in an effort simply to obtain just a little service. We don't ask much, simply order what we order, deliver it as we ordered it and we will pay accordingly. I recall buying my first car from your shop over in Aurora in the summer of 1989 and it is what brought my wife and I into your Park Meadows shop in the first place. I will never forget Clarence or the service I got in that first deal. I will also, though not in quite the same regard, never forget this most current transaction. My wife came in to order a car and met disastrous results. Your shop is wrought with misogyny. She was treated as a second-class woman who clearly had no idea what she wanted. After an inordinate amount of time the vehicle was delivered, not as ordered, conveniently. We were told to take it as is and Ed Bozarth will make it right. Wrong again. She has been back twice and told she needs to come again some other time. How you don't find yourself in court regularly is beyond me. We did not haggle price; we only expect to be treated as we treat others. Due to the nature of our trade, Ed Bozarth ended up owing us money on the deal. After four weeks I am still waiting for my money. Your business is no better than a common thief stealing from an elderly woman. I expect the money you owe us immediately. I expect to be made whole immediately. I expect for employees of Ed Bozarth, like Manny Banderas, to discontinue the lies. I expect you, Mr. Bozarth, are a little too good to reply to a common person like me, but I am guessing you are bright enough to realize I will tell anyone who asks what my experience was like. I will tell people how my wife was treated like less than she is. I will tell people there is no way in good conscience I would ever trust Ed Bozarth with my money or my time as they simply have no business ethics. I will, when I am asked, tell people I made a monumental error in trusting Ed Bozarth could deliver a vehicle as my wife ordered it in a reasonable amount of time and without mistakes. Very unhappy and, as I am certain you are aware, a former customer, Christopher Sittler...sittlercatmsn.com719-850-1542 - Cell

After 2 consecutive horrible experiences with the dealer where I purchased a new 07 Suburban, I decided to give the Lone Tree / Park Meadows Ed Bozarth Chevrolet a try. The difference is like night and day. For 3 years running, the service department at Ed Bozarth has been absolutely the best in every way. Great service, great listening, great effort, very honest and the always advise with my best interest in mind.I've been a customer at many car dealer service departments for many makes and dealers over the past 35 years and nobody else is even in the same league as these guys! I wish my wife had a Chevy so I could take it there for service too. I'm spoiled.
