Visiting Ed Napleton Honda was a great experience. Going to a dealership there’s always the expectation of the push to buy. Especially if you read any negative reviews beforehand. I did not get that feeling at all. Avery and Jesse were both great to work with. Laid back, yet professional. Easy to work with. It was also helpful that I knew exactly what I was in the market for. I called the day before and they set the vehicle aside for me so it was ready to go and set up an appointment since I was coming from 3 hours away. Definitely worth the drive. I was there for 4 hours which seemed like a long time, but everyone made sure I was taken care of, offering drinks and snacks. The only negative that I will add is I was never told what they were giving me for my trade in. I did make it clear though from the start that I didn’t think it was worth much and was set on the purchase so maybe that’s why. During the finance paperwork it was never reviewed what the break down of cost (down payment, trade in, etc) would be other than the additional warranty’s that were offered. I could clearly see them on the papers and what was expected, but again not reviewed verbally during the signing. Despite that I would recommend doing business at Ed Napleton.

Randy James took SUCH great care of me. He was very considerate and helpful with working with me on the car I wanted, the quality of the vehicle, and helped me find something that worked for ME and my needs. He consistently checked on me and updated me on changes going on with the vehicles I had my eyes on. I 120% recommend doing business with Randy. One of the service adviser, a lady. I don't remember her name but I think she is in her late 40s/ early 50s. She helped me with my 2019 accord emission inspection. After multiple fail, she continue to help me untill it passes. She is the best adviser you could ever ask for. Very polite, helpful and friendly. You feel a mother's care from her. I feel I was appreciated. Thank you!

My mechanic Matthieu Ellis was so so helpful. He took the time to come in and explain what was going on with my vehicle. I ran over a steel rod and thought it was going to be MASSIVE repair/expensive. But he so kindly removed it and explained to me that my vehicle is safe to drive and even showed me. What a great guy!! I’m coming back for him!! Lauren my advisor was very knowledgeable as well!! Sweet gal.

Ken Culver was my salesman who helped me purchase my 2017 Honda Accord LX. He also helped me in 2012 purchase my previous car. - Honda Civic LX. Ken is incredibly patient in helping me choose between a Civic or an Accord. When I decided on the Accord then came the steps on negotiating a price for my trade in. Ken was patient enough to break everything down for me more than once and answer all of my questions. When we finally agreed on a trade in price, I test drove the car again and he answered all of my questions and also stayed and showed me all of the accessories that the car came with and how it worked. I did this Process without my dad bc being female I was certain that I would not get a fair deal. When I showed my dad the breakdown of EVER he was actually very pleasantly pleased with everything and had no feedback bc Ken covered everything. If I were to EVER come back I would definitely call and have Ken wait on me. Great job once again, Ken.

The service department is great. In fact, I've recently moved out of the state and when I need an oil change, tire rotation, or any other maintenance service, I plan a trip back to St. Charles just to have my work done there. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. I often have Annette as my service person and she's so great at explaining everything to me! She lets me know what work needs to be done, what will be coming soon, and any new concerns they have found with my car. I feel like she cares about my car as much as I do! I can't imagine going anywhere else.

Had a disappointing visit to Napleton today. Based on all the positive reviews online I hoped this might be a great place to walk into to browse vehicles, and maybe even make a purchase today if they had something we liked in stock. I was very pleased with the knowledge of the sales rep and his courtesy and friendliness. He was new so wanting to help him out we spent quite a bit of time answering all his questions and letting him fill out paperwork before he was finally ready to point us to a vehicle that would fit our very specific stated requirements. After we balked when he showed us a row of nice vehicles that all had a sticker price above our range, he checked with the manager and then assured us that they would be able to work a deal within our price range for any of those vehicles. We were thrilled and test drove and then asked for their best price on our favorite of the vehicles as well as the one that the sales rep said should be the lowest priced of the group, and then were extremely irritated when the sales rep and manager responded with pricing on both that was above the price the rep had originally said they could stay under. We had been at the dealership for almost 2 hours by then, and had another obligation to attend to, so we walked out at this point feeling extremely frustrated. The manager stopped me on the way out to see if a deal could still be made, and when I expressed my frustration, he said he would text a better price later in the day, but he never did. The selection of cars was actually great, and the pricing they did offer wasn't bad considering those particular vehicles specs, but the seeming lack of ethics or I guess at best the glaring miscommunications between management and sales staff left us with a very bad taste about the visit.

You obviously did not read my message!! I was complaining about the service AFTER I purchased my vehicle!! We were there so late the night we bought my Honda Odyssey that we closed their front doors. It was too dark to look it over completely. It's the time spent trying to get my needs met that were ridiculous. I had to keep calling to reach the person scheduling zxlon treatments and no response to messages left. Then they did the treatment and had me leave my car for the dink to be repaired -- which when I picked up it was not fixed. I then had to bring back for dink repair and was told I'd be called late Tuesday or early Wednesday. It is now Thursday and still no call or explaination as to the delay. I love my new dark blue odyssey but feel once the purchase was completed all importance of us was dropped. I didn't drive it for first week because of waiting to get it protected with the treatment. That took more than a week to get in and then a week for the treatment. I've been in a rental car more than my car and still don't have it. since buying July 27 , I've only got 40 miles on it. Your service dept needs an overhaul. Thank you

As my lease was nearing the end (October), my daughter accompanied me to the dealership where I originally leased my FIT in 2013. Anticipated leasing a 2016 FIT.My MAIN REASON for writing this review is to thank my Sales Consultant, Mr. Randy Lyman. I met him in 2013. Although he was not my Sales Consultant at that time, I found him to be a very knowledgeable, pleasant, courteous representative of this dealership. When I walked in with my daughter on August 3, Randy was the person I looked for. He was again very friendly, polite, listened to what I wanted, and arranged a test drive of a new Honda FIT. He treated me as a Valued Return customer. I could not have had a better sales contact at this dealership.Unfortunately, we were unable to come to acceptable terms regarding the finance arrangements.I also want to say a public "Thank You" to Ms. Veronica Mosby for being so friendly, patient and understanding during the three visits I made to the Service Dept. during my 3-year Lease Agreement. She is an answer to many problems for a woman who know very little about autos.

Was told they had a truck I wanted in stock knowing I lived 100 miles away. I told them I would be there in 90 min which I was. Once there I was told the truck was sold..The salesman told me we could make a deal on the terms I asked for before I left my house which didn't happen and also promised a tank of gas for my time which I never received....soo I guess the moral of my story is don't trust or take these people at their word. An entire day wasted and a tank of gas burned. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

Recently bought a used car from this Dealership. I delt with multiple people along the way and each of the people seemed to provide honesty and great customer service. The car salesman Matt, though newer to the salesman position was a straight shooter, he was honest with me if he did not have an answer and went to his supervisor with the questions he did not have answers for. The car I purchased had AC problems, Ed Napleton Honda fixed it free of charge and provided me with a courtesy car. Veronica in the service department stayed late to meet me to swap out the courtesy car with my vehicle. While in possession of the courtesy car, a rock chipped the windshield. The manager was more than accommodating when he told me it was okay and would have it filled at no cost to me. Over all great experience, very honest and accommodating and all employees I came in contact with seemed happy with their jobs.

I purchased a used Honda Odyssey about 2 months ago. It only had 1 key when I purchased it, but I found a blank on amazon for about $8. I took the blank into the dealership to get the transponder programed and the key cut. I spoke with the sales manager and they comped to cost of getting the key programed and cut.

We had a great experience buying our new to us Honda. We worked with Ken Culver and he was the perfect mix of knowledgeable, helpful, and available throughout the process. We got a good price on our new car and on the trade. The team there was flexible and allowed us options throughout the buying process without the pressure you might find at other dealerships. They also had some good snacks and a TV to keep the kids happy while we worked the process. We needed some additional accessories and they came in quick and were installed promptly thereafter.

I when to the Honda location and try to speak with the person I was talking with earlier that week, and she was already gone for the day. I was also assisted by an attractive sales person that was very friendly, but did not know much about the class of vehicles that I was interested in. I was then in a constant waiting period as he was also helping a couple out at the same time. I inquired about the vehicle again and it took him less than five minutes to tell me that it was in the body shop. I was again pressured into looking at other vehicles on the lot and he excused himself and stated he would be right back, after looking around for him after waiting for ten minutes he was no where in sight- he was on a test driveWhen he did return, I stated the only other car that is REMOTELY interesting to me and I would be willing to test drive was in the front of the store, but was not what I was interested in purchasing was a 2011 BMW, he jumped at the chance to get into a test drive. He went to get the keys, but not after a long and clearly casual conversation (group laughter, etc) with the management, and then snatched the key from the cabinet. He then lights up a cigarette not ten feet from the door while walking to get the vehicle. I was very unimpressed with the car and its overall condition. I was told when we returned from the test drive that management was going to come and speak with me, and then they looked at me through the glass wall- very discreet when I can CLEARLY see you, motion that they would not be talking to me. I had not asked for them to talk to me. On my route home, I check the inventory and see that the Mercedes was no longer listed on the website. I call the manager since the sales person was busy. The manager then said he would look into what was going on and that he would call me back in a couple minutes and that did NOT happen. I get a call the next day from another manager and was asked why I did not purchase the Mercedes I was NOT happy with that question. I have been asked this question every day at least 2x since I was at the dealer. I explained my visit and the overall experience and that I could not imagine the service an actual customer would receive when I as a potential customer with no vested interest in the dealer was treated so poorly. I was told he would call me back 3.28 or 3.29 and that has also NOT happened.The communication skills between dealer employees and the professionalism of the staff is not existent and they see no issues in the quality of my visit when I brought it to their attention.

Upon walking into the showroom, I was not greeted nor acknowledged. I had to find the receptionist and ask for someone to help me with preowned sales. Scott was assigned to me and shook my hand. I told him I was there to look at a preowned Jeep. He grabbed the keys and before we were even out the door to look at the Jeep, he was asking the payoff on my current car and what payment I desired. I told him that payment and payoff won't matter if I don't like the Jeep and that I would like to see the vehicle before we start talking about trading. All things aside, I liked the Jeep. They low balled me by $4000 on my initial trade offer. I stood up and said thank you and that I would be leaving. The manager came over and apologized that there was a computer error and it should be worth $4000 more. Absolutely ridiculous. These errors happen all the time I'm sure to take advantage of customers. We finally agreed upon a price for trade and for the new car that was agreeable. The finance manager came out and asked if there was someone that I wanted to use. I told them 3 different lenders that I have relationships with. After about 30 min, he returned to tell me that my rate came back at 4.54% from the lenders and that the best he could do would be 3.99%. I immediately called the loan officer at the credit union and she said "I just saw your app come thru, we sent it back at 2.49%"... At this point, I'm not surprised yet again, there must have been an "error". My whole experience with this dealership left a very BAD taste in my mouth. I felt like I was constantly trying to be taken advantage of and if I wouldn't have known better, I would have left in a bad situation. I would not suggest this dealer to anyone.

I bought a brand new vehicle from this dealership & even referred a friend, who also bought a new vehicle. During that process, there were plenty of salesmen, financing managers, etc wanting to help and close the sale and make money. Now that I've traded the vehicle in at another dealership, I've been contacting Ed Napleton to refund my extended warranty/gap protection since June 2015. I've faxed in all requested information, waited for it to come in the mail twice. Numerous people have given me excuses ( staffing turn over, not sure where my paperwork is, person I need to speak with is at lunch/ ofc is closed where my paperwork might be). Each person has told me they would call me back and didn't. I called them back, each time escalating higher (so I thought), leaving my contact information and never receive a response. I've moved out of state, so I can't just go there. Looks like I have to keep escalating. Is this how they treat people/ customers? BEWARE when dealing with them- after you leave the dealership, you won't be valuable to them any longer & that's exactly how they'll treat you. Hope you don't ever need anything from them again.

I had originally been working with another Honda dealership in the area in an effort to buy the car I wanted. Ed Napleton Honda gave me an offer through an employee discount program at my place of work, and Amber Smith and Rovanda Price worked with me initially on that. When I arrived at the dealership, I was welcomed by Randy Lyman, who worked through the paperwork and assured me about all of my concerns and questions. Very quickly we had a car lined up to get traded to Napleton Honda, and in two days I was back in to take delivery. When I went for the financing paperwork, I met with Jeff (I think that was his name). We had a bit of a misunderstanding at first since I was intending to finance with the college grad program, but after running the numbers he saw that I would actually pay much more through that. I appreciated his effort to redo paperwork as necessary since he originally had done the appropriate paperwork for traditional financing. Before I knew it I was out the door in my new car!This dealership had great communication throughout the whole process, and I never felt like I was being mistreated or run through the ringer. They went the extra 'mile' to get the car I wanted from a hundred miles away. Their timeliness and communication was really appreciated.Furthermore, I came in the next week for a software update on the car, and the service department was friendly and helpful, though I don't remember who it was I talked to in service.

Last month, I traded in my 2007 Toyota RAV4 (keep in mind, at this time I'm still making payments for this car.) for a 2015 Toyota RAV4 that this dealership had. I know you must be thinking, "why are you buying a Toyota from a Honda dealership." Anyways... The sales experience was decent. I don't have anything bad to say about it but I wished I would read these reviews before purchasing my car from this dealership. It's been three weeks since I bought my car. Yesterday, I received a late notice from my previous Lien holder for the 07' RAV that I'm past due on my payment. I was confused so I contacted the dealership right away to see why they haven't sent my payoff to the 07' lien holder. No one could tell me why they haven't send my payoff to my previous Lien holder. They told that they will give me a call back. The whole day yesterday, I didn't get a call back from them. So I called again this morning and the person I talked to told me that he will ask the "girls upstairs" to look for it and he will call me back. I still haven't got a call from them. Do they understand that if a loan payment is late for 30 days, there will be a a late charge and addition to that it will effect the credit score of the customer's. Is this how they treat their customers? I mean how are they going to get referrals if this happens. For sure I'm not going to let any of my family or friends do business with this dealership. I so so so regret purchasing from them.

I was interested in a used CRV from this dealership, had been in daily contact with Ravonda and set up a date and time to test drive the car. Explained to her how hectic my work schedule was, left work early to make the appointment. I arrived at the dealership and asked for Ravonda, waited for about 15 minutes, finally some random sales rep came back and informed me "Uhh, that car sold today". So to Ravonda, thanks for the lack of communication, thanks for your lack of consideration for my time, thanks for the unprofessional way you handled this situation and not even coming out of your office to be the one to inform me you that you didn't take the time of day to let me know that the car I was very interested in sold. You sent out some poor messenger that made sure I shoudn't be made at "The Messenger: If this is how they run their business, I can guarantee I will not be returning to this dealership. Gigantic waste of time! Lesson learned Ravonda, have the professional guts to admit you dropped the ball and should have contacted me to let me know the car was sold FACE to FACE. EPIC FAIL Lavonda, Hopefully this review you, Ravonda, a better salesperson, Value your potential customers time, because you lost your dealership a customer for life!!

My wife and I were looking to buy 2016 Honda Pilot. Being a Veteran I always use USAA car buying service. Since 2016 Pilot were so new, there was not a big discount via USAA on the car ($600). Ed Napelton was offering a dealer discount of $500 as well. I was good with the price of the vehicle and the discounts. We were miles off on my trade. They offered at first 17K for my trade. I told them I wanted payoff 21K. They told me my trade wasn't worth that much and they said look we ran your VIN and this is what it is worth. When I looked at the paper I knew right away they were lying to me about running my VIN. The paper work they showed me was for a base model Chrysler Town and Country and it didn't have any of the upgraded options that I had on my van. When I pointed this out to them they said "oh, well your options would only add $500 dollars so we will give you 17,500). Which I knew was a lie. I said no thanks and my wife and I left. I didn't get a half a mile down the road and they called me back and said they would give me payoff. Being frustrated with the whole process I told them I wanted to look at other dealers but I would get back with them. I shopped around and no one had the particular Pilot in stock that we wanted but Napelton. I emailed and text the salesman that I was ready to make the deal they said they would days prior. The sales manager then comes back and says "we will only give you 20k for your trade in, and $500 off the MSRP". I asked him what happened to deal we discussed days before and he told me that's the deal since I know you went and talked to Frank Leta Honda. Is Ed Napelton really that petty that they would be upset I talked to a competitor. I asked about $600 off USAA and he said this is the deal take it or leave it. I said well I will leave it then. He then hung up on me. The salesman text later and said hey we will give you the $600 and $500. I asked what about payoff on my van. He said they were firm on 20K that was the deal if I didn't want it they would take me off the contact list. I told him then go ahead and take me off the contact list. Days later Harley Wyatt emails me again stating they want my business. I emailed him back and said if you give me the deal that I thought we originally agreed to then ok lets do it. He emailed back and said they would only give me $500 off MSRP and now only 19K for my trade (and he called me bud). What an insult. The salesman Thomas Bechtel was nice. The sales managers lack professionalism and there word mean nothing.

Overall sales experience was OK but once we left to check out other options, I was sent some text messages that Ed's deal was getting better and better. After buying from a competitor dealership, I got a pretty childish text from Tom about how we got screwed at the other dealer, I wasn't a man of my word, I wasted their time. Not very professional in my opinion. Hope the management of this dealership doesn't condone this type of behavior.

The staff was very personable and focused on giving me a great deal versus putting a bunch of extra cash in their own pocket. Asking price on the car I purchased was MUCH less than any other dealership I went to which is why I drove 2 hours to this specific dealership. They made the long drive well worth it and made it very clear they appreciated my business... Ken was my dealer and he was great along with Rick who handled the financial potion and final paperwork. Upon leaving my boyfriend had already decided when it's time for him to get a new truck Ed Napleton dealerships are the first he will consider. Highly recommended!!

I finally narrowed my search to the Honda CRV & the dealer to Ed Napleton. Every-time I stopped by Ed Napleton I discussed my requirements with a different sales representative and all of these individuals were very helpful and very knowledgeable. When I decided to make my purchase, Shane Hollingsworth showed the CRV's I identified as potential vehicles. Shane explained the CRV features, answered all of my question, accomplished me on my test drive and explained the benefits of using Napleton as a dealer. Shane is a friendly, no pressure, very knowledgeable sales individual. He let me make the buying decision without any pressure or influence - which is the methodology I prefer. He worked with me on the CRV cost (exceeded my price goal!), offered a great trade on my 11 year old Nissan (met my trade in goal!) and guided me through the whole process. "I had fun buying my car".... said no one ever. Until now! I bought a new Civic for my college age daughter. Danny Walters talked to her with great respect, made sure he new what was important to her, and really worked to get her business. He got her into the car that had the features she wanted without pressuring her to add things she didn't need. He was certainly serious about getting our business, but managed to do it in a way that was really fun and added a few goofball laughs. I left feeling like we got a great deal on a great car. The whole sales staff, finance staff, and service staff were friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend this dealership based on our experience. Thanks guys!

Don't let them rush you through the contract process. They messed up our paperwork several times and by the 3rd time we thought we were signing the same paperwork as the 1st cotract with just the mistaken VIN and trade information corrected. We said we needed more miles they put us down for the lowest and we test drove a vehicle with 8 miles but after all was said and done the vehicle we ended up with had well over 100. Our paperwork said 16. I went back the next day and Harley was quick to tell me too bad, you signed the paperwork. The salesman, Demitrius was nice and knowledgeable. Just the general manager and finance guy were not after customer service. It has been a week since we bought our car and we still haven't gotten a call to put on the protection for the paint and interior. We paid $1000 for this. ALSO watch for the extra charges they slip in and don't explain. Over all sneaky.

I had contacted a few other dealers looking to purchase an Accord and lease a Civic at the same time and needed to be in a certain price range. One dealer I spent 2-3 hours at one evening and didn't accomplish anything. I had an appointment for my trade in appraisal at another dealer and an hour and a half after I got there, nothing had been done. I emailed Napleton one morning before work and had a phone call within an hour. I made an appointment for an appraisal the next day and also explained what I was looking for. Danny Walters was standing out front waiting for me when I pulled up and recited back to me everything I was looking for and knew I had a short time window being on my lunch break. After taking my trade in for evaluation, Danny brought me snacks and a drink while I was waiting. After a short time, he informed me they could get me where I needed to be and even gave me a better deal if I went with my second choice of color, which they had on the lot. We set up a time a few days later to go through all the paperwork and financing, which along with my wife, we felt was the most pleasant experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Napleton offers free car washes for life and since I work so close, really take advantage of it. I'm sure they get tired of seeing me every week but everyone is always friendly and goes out of their way to make me welcome. Do yourself a favor and give Ed Napleton and Danny Walters a chance to earn your business. They even offer a $100 referral reward, which I have already taken advantage of. In my opinion, Ed Napleton Honda is the class of St. Louis area car dealers and I will continue to give them my business going forward.

Out of the 5 cars I had chosen to look at from their on-line website they had none of them at the dealers. I looked at the website just before coming in to the dealership so it was the typical bait and switch scenario. Of course, they tried to show me similar cars that were a couple thousand dollars higher than any on the website. My sales person was polite, but seemed distracted. I had to repeat information I'd given him 2-3 times. I finally pointed out that he'd asked me that earlier and I'd previously answered it. The mechanic that drove my trade-in car said that my trade-in would need a new transmission-nothing I'd ever heard of from my dealer. I will take it back and have it checked. The dealer offered me less than half of what KBB quoted for a trade-in of my car to a dealer.

From Maine visiting family in the area my husband and I brought our 2013 Odyssey to Napleton Honda for a routine oil change. We had no plans to buy another car! While we waited we wandered over to look at the new cars. We were greeted and left to look for awhile which was very much appreciated. Sales Manager David Perry introduced himself and Danny Walters who would be able to answer any aquestions we might have. Danny was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, He showed us the 2016 upgrades. At he "right" time Danny asked about our equity in our 2013 Odyssey And what we thought of the new model. We had had the 2011 and 2013 and were over the top pleased with the engineering and performance. The 2013 got 31.6 mpg on road trips, quiet, smooth ride, terrific heating/ cooling system. We told him if he could deliver the same payment we would trade on the spot. The rest is history Napleton Ford met our requirements, service was pleasant, trust was defined. Danny was instrumental in our purchase with his laid back professional demeanor, we left that day in a 2016 happy with our decision. Thank you to Danny Walters and Napleton Honda for their service. None of the dealers would come off even using truecar.com so I went to Ed Napleton instead because they had an internet price that was $700less than the other 3 dealers. It turned out I was not as happy with it as expected. Brent Hough the salesman was smart, kind, and patient. He suggested I try the CRV. I did and loved it. The price quote Igot beat truecar.com when I ran it on the CRV and the trade-in was $200 more than expected. I hadhad a Honda Civc previously I bought from them so knew the service team was a good one.I'm very happy with my new vehicle and I'm glad I came back to Ed Napleton.

We came down from Wisconsin Rapids to see a 2008 Hummer. A 5 hour drive. We met Demetrius after he sent us pics of the truck 5 days earlier. We bought the truck and brought her home and found out she leaked water which fried a electronics unit. The repair cost was $800 dollars but Tony the used car manager said we will cover it and said bring it to the dealer in Stevens Point Wisconsin and see what they say. He said we will stand behind our product and make sure we are happy. Well they made sure we were happy! They picked up the repair tab! The financing department actually saved us $6000 in financing interest charges too!!! You want a nice deal? Ask for Demetruis. He will do you right This dealership stands behind what they promise. They follow through on their word! Buy from them and you will not be sorry!

These guys are the best! Despite having arrived shortly before closing and they were still extremely nice and gracious about staying as long as necessary to help me select my new car. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and comfortable with my purchase. After an unfortunate auto accident, I had a small settlement that I wanted to use to replace my main car. When I arrived at Ed Napleton I was greeted warmly at the door by Danny Walters. The car I had found online was already sold but after a little discussion Danny suggested I look at another used car they had on the lot. While it was a little more than what I had intended to spend, it was a great low-mileage car at a decent price. However, they went above and beyond my expectations and were able to bring the price of the car down to my budget. I would highly recommend Ed Napleton Honda for a great car at a great price and Danny Walters for great customer service.

It was raining. We just decided to come in and look around. Scott McMevin came out to greet us. We explained that we were just looking and thinking. He showed us a Honda Pilot that was in the show room. I was ready to look at a basic. He gave us some information with his card. He did not insist on getting our information and just let us know he was there if needed. We went, on our own, to look at some new 2014s on the lot. They had touring packages. We left the dealership headed for home. After going a bit we decided to go back and talk numbers. I believe they really worked with us to make a deal. A short time later we were the owners of a new Pilot. We are Honda people from 1983, having owned 4 and our sons have 3. We have dealt with a dealer closer to Hannibal, in the past, but were delighted with the way we were treated at Ed Napleton Honda. They are 2 hours away from us, but worth the drive! We would recommend you make the effort to check them out if you are considering Honda.

I have been to Honda dealers before, but was met with terrible attitudes.....not here. Whomever training the people at Ed Napleton should be training the whole company.I bought a 2013 Civic with less than 14,000 miles. I walked in and said "we are only shopping - we are not ready to buy today"The sales person said more than 5 times "What can we do to make a deal today?" They didn't listen. I told our salesman "If you say that one more time I think I may throw up" He called back the next day with a different car they just got in so we went to check it out. I liked the vehicle but I told our Salesperson " I don't want to be here all night while you walk back and forth to your managers office to determine price. - That is exactly what he did. Five times. I was there for hours while I saw him yucking it up in his managers office. We finally agreed upon a price but the brakes had an issue, So I agreed to return tomorrow once the brakes were looked at and then I would sign all of the papers and buy the car. They said "Don't worry, the car will be ready first thing tomorrow morning" It wasn't ready at 9am, 11am, 2pm, 4pm or 5:30pm. Now it was too late for us to get the car that night. The next day, the car was ready .........and sold to someone else.I have never received this type of treatment as a customer/consumer before. I am in complete disbelief that we were lied to outright by more than one person, multiple times. The sales people were pushy, arrogant, and had very little knowledge of what they were doing. One salesperson said " I really like the cup holders in this vehicle.".......REALLY!!!GO TO BOMMARITO IN HAZELWOOD!!!! The service there was UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!I will never go anywhere else

Was in the market for a certain car. Found it on their website. Waited a week, still there. Confirmed with 3 people at the dealership that the car was available and ready to test drive. Drove in...45 minute drive. They took my info, drivers license and insurance card. came back "awww that car sold MONDAY". Two days ago, and they still did not get it off the website.I drove round back and the car was there, with no plates and the price sticker/info still on it.I tried to notify Ed Napleton corporate and there is no wys to do that. The email I sent bounced back. I filled out a contact form, and that bounced too.

The salesman on the phone was very polite and persistent, but only in the area of coming in for the test drive. No reasons were given why their dealership can offer us a better car or service or price. A couple questions on the car itself remain unanswered. The one and only question Napleton seems concerned about is: When will you come in? I suppose this is done to prevent a lot of wasted time with people who are 'only looking,' however, I felt no rapport with this individual. As a suggestion--other salespeople have asked us pertinent questions, such as 'what is your budget,' 'what are your preferred options,' and 'are there alternative vehicles to the Honda Pilot that you would consider.' These salespeople are light years ahead in terms of information gathering and one of them will sell us a car this week. Thanks for the opportunity to express ourselves.

Went to Napleton to buy used car. Initial contact with Ken was excellent which pushes customer service from poor to fair. Otherwise the rest of the experience was surprising and regretful. Was in the middle of closing a deal with the used car manager. I asked for one answer to a question. He gave me the answer via phone. i told him i would call my wife to share the information then call back within the hour. I called back within the hour to his cell as he said this was the best method to reach him but got voice mail. Left a message in which I made a firm offer at list price with one small caveat. I I told him we would be in to sign contracts as soon as possible......no response The following day I was in all day meetings so sent a follow-up e-mail saying best way to contact me was e-mail...no response Late afternoon received thank you call from Ken for our visit. He was touching base. Oh by the way, did we know the car was sold? Clearly we did not. Expressed displeasure and told him he should let the used car manager know....no response. Wrote the new car sales manager who had called and sent e-mails....no response Wrote the general manager....read receipt....no response 24 hours later...no response If the car sold because someone went into St.Peters and signed a contract BEFORE my offer then so be it. We have no problem with this. Napleton has automated systems that generate multiple e-mails telling us how important service is and how much they care about the customer. Clearly this is not the case. We did make an offer after working most of the day to finish a deal. Apparently once the car was sold to someone else, we no longer mattered. We went and found a used car at another dealer whose primary brand is a luxury class. It was a completely different buying experience. We were treated with respect and honesty. I have owned two Honda's in the past. There are many admirable Honda dealers in the St. Louis region. Don't waste you time going to St. Peters.

After buying 5 cars over a 12 yearrperiod, I am disappointed in Ed Napleton's lack of customer loyalty and assistance with accessories on new cars. Just purchased a 2014 Pilot and found that even though it does have a trailer hitch, the dealer wanted S650 to install the needed light hookup. Blamed the lack of light hookups on Honda's home office and didn't offer any options other than paying for the light wiring. What's amazing is that I hada tow package, including the actual hitch and wiring, put on my 2007 Pilot for $500, now just wiring is S650. Also found in talking to other Pilot owners that the wiring package 2as installed at no charge. After 5 vehicle purchases and over 12 years of having all service done at Ed Napleton, the new management has lost my business now and in the future. Luckily Frank Leta Honda is near by so I'll still use a Honda dealer but hope for more customer service and loyalty.

As is high pressure is bad enough, they have added drama to the mix! The assistant manager came out and told me he we was having a really bad because he was not selling enough cars! Well I can tell him this, if they don't change their ways, they will not sell any cars! Keep doing what you are doing and you might as well close up shop! Not even going to mention how many times I said, "No" and how long they kept my keys, so that I could not leave! Subjecting me to even more high pressure! I would not deal with these people even if they were giving cars away! I would rather pay a bit more, than to subjected all crap!

STAY AWAY. That is all I have to say. I was put into several high pressure situations here and they tried to force me to buy a car I was not ready to buy. They told me promised me 1 price, then when I showed up to the dealership when they said they were going to give me a "great deal" at the "lowest price possible" it was way higher then the price they already promised. I would not trust them. They were very shady during the whole experience. Like I said, stay away, you never know if your getting a good deal and I would not trust the quality of their cars or their work. The only thing the sales manger was concerned about was getting his bonus and getting his Go Pro Camera for reaching his goal.

I was short on time and I knew excactly what I needed so I called the dealership to make an appointment and give the salesperson background so we could get in and out with the least amount of painful "salesly" pitches. Ciara was so friendly and personable over the phone. She listened to what I needed, she offered me options and opinions based on her experience. When I got to the dealership Ciara had already pulled some options based on our call. She clearly answered all of our questions, she even gave a snack. I know that may sound silly, but just the fact that she took that additional effort to bring us a rice krispie bar vs telling us to visit the waiting room made us feel good about working with this dealer. We actually bought the first car we looked at. I will definately be back for my next Honda.

This has been a great hassel for our family and there are many people from the sales floor aware of our situation. Michelle, the title associate, was of great burden with her lack of professionalism and rude nature. My husband and I both work at Monsanto who employ over 5000 people across St. Louis and we have an open forum for retailer feedback. Went there to look at a truck. Just look. The salesman didn't see too concerned with how I wanted to buy the truck (i.e. money down, trade in value etc.) even if I was actually going to buy it that day which I wasn't. He just kept trying to pressure me into buying it by drawing up figures and saying we can do this and we can do that after I had told him I just wanted to look at it and take it for a drive. I worked in sales so I understand putting a little pressure on the potential buyer but the way he did it was wrong.

Please read my experience before you are swindled:My wife and I were shopping around for a Honda CRV and found one priced at $19,000 at Ed Napleton so we went to take a look. The car was priced at $22,000 on the lot, but we figured the price must have gone up. The salesman said he might be able to negotiate the price down to $20,000, but definitely not any lower. He and his manager talked us into taking it on a test drive, which is a good idea if you are planning to buy the car. During the test drive, we looked up the car on their website to learn more about it and saw it advertised at $19,000, which was $1,000 lower than our negotiated price. Confused, we called the salesman during the test drive and after waiting 15 minutes on hold, was finally able to talk to him about it. Without a good explanation, we returned the car, and told him we did not appreciate them trying to sell the car to us at a price higher than the advertised price. We told him that we wasted an hour discussing the price with him, only to find out that the website's price was lower than the lot price and the negotiated price. He did apologize for wasting our time, told us that he wasted his time too, and his supervisor then came over knowing we were frustrated. I remained as calm as possible because I did not want to upset the other customers around me. I received a poor apology, if any, and they offered the car for a price of $19,000 since that was the advertised price on their website. All in all, we were offered a negotiated price higher than what was advertised and told it was a good deal. I can only assume they were hoping to make extra money on the sale. When we realized this, They acted indifferently and moved on without a proper apology, as if it was not a real concern.

I Bought used 2008 silverado from Ed naplition Honda in St. Peter's MO had the truck for a year and a half then traded the truck in on a new 2012 Honda oddisey. The sales person (ken) told me I would get $100 for trading in the truck that I previously bought from the dealership and I would also get $100 for a referral bonus whenever my mom payed for the van. I never saw the bonus 2 months went by and I called up the dealership and they told me whenever I come in for the next service I can pick the $200 up. Whenever I finally got in town to bring the van in I spoke with Robert Ward General sales manager he told me "there's no way it's not my problem" I've spent 47k with this dealership and I have nothing but regrets, save your time and money and buy AMERICAN

Demetrius sold me a Honda Pilot which I love, but I was told the side paneling would be fixed ( adhesive coming undone). When I went in to have it looked at, Demetrius said they didn't have the correct supplies but that I could just go to any Autozone. I was also given two keys that needed both batteries replaced. I wasn't very happy with this car buying experience.

I was not happy after the sale waiting for 2 hours to meet with the business manager and have him try to talk me into spending more money to make my payment higher (which I stressed that I could barely afford the monthly payment, so I just said no.) I know that is their job but times are tough. Overall, it was a good experience and last but not least, I love my new Honda Civic! Awesome car!

I want to commend Shane Lough, he was wonderful. He was so helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and such a professional. I told him what I was looking for in a car and he did his best to find me exactly what I wanted even the color. Everything was postive about our experience, except we did feel a little pressure tobuy the extended warranty, which we did eventually decline. Also, several employees were very kind to our kids, giving them everything from a balloon each to water bottles and then later, several snacks including cookies and fruit snack. The next day when we returned the title/keys to our trade-in, several of the employees in the show room remembered our kids' names.

Let me start by saying I had been to many diffrent dealerships before arriving at Ed Napleton, Which the majority of the other sales people I ran into seemed to either be to pushy and not listen or not interested in helping me at all! Once I arrived at Napleton I was greeted by Shane, and after explaining to him what it was that I was looking for he said I have just the car, I'll pull it right up front for you. While he went to get the car for me one of the Managers,John Doorack came out to say hello and thanked me for coming out. It was refreshing to have a manager come out and make me feel welcome. Within a couple minutes Shane pulled up in a Civic. It had everything I explained I wanted. We took it for a test drive and I knew right away that this was not only the perfect car I had been shopping for but also the perfect salesperson and dealership! When we got back from our test drive It was time to work out the price, which is supposed to be the hard part right? Wrong!! Both Shane and John were more then fair with my trade and the price of the civic. paperwork didnt take long at all and Mark in finance was also Great!! Using our Costco membership, we recently purchased 2 cars at Ed Napleton Honda in St. Peters. In the past, we have purchased cars from a number of Honda dealerships around metro St. Louis, but currently have the best report to offer for this one. After a lot of online research and interaction with other dealerships, we negotiated a great deal on a 2011 certified vehicle and a 2012 new vehicle at Napleton. We came pre-approved for a loan in both cases, but they beat one of our rates, so we went with the dealership. Our salesman Ken Culver was the best! Final agreements were made with Mike's approval. Folks, keep in mind that you are buying a car. Negotiations are going to take place from the moment you walk in the door. Be prepared. Relax. Be sure about what you want to do. They are in business to sell cars and make money. You are there to get the best deal possible and leave as a valued and satisfied customer. We found Ken and Mike respected straight-talk and we left knowing it was a Win-Win for them and for us. We will definitely go there for servicing, and we will buy there again. Couldn't be more pleased!

I will never return to this dealership again. Initially the experience was pleasant. I was able to test drive two vehicles and the salesman (Chris Saxe, self proclaimed christian who would be fair to me because of his religion) was decent to deal with. After the initial test drives when I told him I was ready to leave because I was still researching vehicles he offered to let me test drive one of the vehicles home. I accepted, which was a huge mistake. Here's a tip, if you leave your keys at this dealership expect to be virtually kidnapped upon your return. I noticed that one other customer had the same complaint. I drove home and showed the vehicle to my wife and then returned to the dealership to get my car and ask Chris to call me with pricing on the vehicle with and without a trade. I had a price at another dealership on a new 2012 Accord SE that I gave him to work against. He must be hard of hearing because I told him that I had plans and would need to leave and that my wife was home waiting on me with our children and that I would absolutely not be purchasing a vehicle that day. Instead of honoring my request, Chris asked me to wait for some great pricing, said it would only be 5-10 minutes. Since it didn't sound unreasonable, and I'm too nice, I agreed to wait. Then the pushy sales tactics started. A lot of wasted time with back and forth because their offers were unrealistic (half the blue book value on my trade in) and they kept pleading for me to wait a few more minutes to get an agreeable price. Every time I told him I needed to leave and that he could contact me later he would guilt me into staying for a couple of more minutes, their way of virtually kidnapping you. Finally I had to get a manager and inform him that I would be immediately leaving and he needed to get my keys. Huge waste of my time.I called Chris the next day and requested him to get the generic number that we had discussed. Being the ultimate salesman he responded with, its on my managers desk why don't you schedule an appointment today and come in and we can discuss. I set up an appointment and was unable to make it. Then the non-stop phone calls started. Chris is a master at leaving passive aggressive voicemails. Here's a clue, if I don't call you after 2 voicemails I'm not going to call you after another 2. Please don't waste your time with this dealership.

After setting up an appointment and arriving at the dealership my wife and I were greeted promptly by the sales person. That was good - waiting to buy anything is irritating. We did not buy the car at this appointment and when a sales manager came in to visit with us (this is usually the "hammer") he did not pressure us to buy the car. Because of the good experience we decided to return with our trade-in a couple of days later and bought our CRV. Althoug we live several miles away we are glad we did business with this dealership.

It was a tossup between Bommarito VW and Ed Napleton Honda as far as whether to sign a lease on a Jetta or a Civic. Bommarito hassled me so much, I walked out the door, and when the manager came running out, asking me where I was going, I told him "I'm driving down the street to Ed Napleton and signing a lease on a Civic". Ed Napleton is no hassle, with friendly service, and my lease payment is very reasonable. I love the car and get great gas mileage. John Doorack(JD) my salesperson was very professional and friendly. This is my second lease with Napleton, and there will probably be a third. Thanks, Ed Napleton Honda for a great buying experience. I've used the service department in the past, too, and I think they do an outstanding job.

I've dealt with a number of excellent salesmen, but what separates the best is a genuine interest and care for the customer. Most salesmen just want a sale for them. Ken wants to assist the customer getting exactly what they want/need. He is very open, as was the Sales Manager and staff. I highly recommend them. (However, if you bake cookies for them, make certain you don't give them just to Ken.) No one else will get any! This is a 1st-class dealership!

I went in willing to talk with any sales person, but ran into Holly Davidson who has now helped me purchase 5 (or maybe it is 6) vehicles. He is the ultimate in non-pressure salesman and tells you right up front do what makes sense for you and he really does mean it. I have walked away at another dealership and he called to thank me for my time and let me know to stop back in when I am next looking for a vehicle.The signing of the papers was also a very stress-free time. We were offered several add-ons, such as Gap Insurance, pre paying for first service times, etc. but the attitude was very much do what makes sense for you, we want you as a long-term customer, not a one time visitor.

The service advisor gave me two different locations to locate my car and neither was the one where the car was painted. My car returned painted BUT absolutely filthy. Service advisor advised me that the car was ready. When I questioned the quality and most importantly the white paint residue all over the engine compartment and the passenger cabin, the service advisor was unapologetic. She eventually offered to detail the car the following day. I returned the next day to find out that I was lied to. I advise future customers to GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. This dealership should not be trusted! I will certainly never return to Ed Napleton Honda, especially after no response from a letter I wrote to the general manager, which was never answered.

My daughter and I were in the Ed Napleton Honda dealership today to purchase a used car. The salesperson was great! However we had to wait 2 1/2 hours to talk to the financing people, only offered water, the sales manager didn't even try to make us feel comfortable then when the finance gentleman came out he told me he "might" get me taken care of tonight and then when I told him to walk with me out to the car he walked away from me completely then the salesmanager finally came over to see what the issues were and he didn't even apologize for the lack of attention and allowed us to walk out of this dealership. Know that the saleslady was great! But the support staff lack customer service skills.

Purchased a 2010 Certified Odyssey. Traded in a 2006 Chrysler Town & Country. Thesales process was long but I had made it clear we were heading to another dealershipand after thinking about that I'm sure the stall was intentional. The real problemstated after we took delivery. We did not have our trade title as it was in out safedeposit box. We were instructed by all involved to just bring it in the next day.We proceeded with those intentions. I was given a "We owe" for a set of headphonesto the DVD system as they were missing. We contacted the dealership and advised wewere in possession of the trade title and would be in to turn it in and get our newtitle for the vehicle we had purchased. I was then informed that I would not be getting the title to our purchase as it took 10 days for our check to clear and after that the title clerk would mail us our title work. We had issued the dealership a bank check not a personal check. There is no way such a check could be bad. I informed the salesperson that the problem was out plates were due for renewal and we were getting ready to leave town on vacation (driving vacation) She called me back and informed me she would get with the General Manager and try to solve this. She also informed me the headsets would be available upon my arrival. When I arrived at the dealershhip, OUR SALES GIRL WAS GONE, NO HEADPHONES AND THE GM KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THE ISSUE. When I explained the concern to the GM he stated they were in the right and would not issue me the registration paperwork until they were sure the check had cleared. There was no concern for the fact that I had to drive on vacation across 5 states with improper issue of registration. I really thought this was a dealership who would be straight. It is just like many of the others, once they get your money the rest is just - well it just matters notLooking back, I wish I had just walked away form this deal.

This was my first visit to Ed Napleton Honda and based on this experience, I will be returning when my car requires maintenance. The price for an oil change was much lower than at other Honda dealers I have used in the past, even for synthetic oil. My car was also finished much faster than the original estimate. I also like that I was able to schedule an appointment for an oil change instead of dealing with first come, first serve where the wait times can be lengthy. The online scheduling process was also incredibly easy and efficient. Overall, a great experience and a happy customer!

When we went back to pick up our new car, Jessica took a lot of time showing us everthing about the car including how to use our navigation system. This was a huge help since we have never owned a car with navigation and we LOVE it! Jessica even connected our phones via Bluetooth and got it all set up for us including voice commands....That is GREAT service after the sale. He was happy to answer any questions we had. Again, Mark made us feel relaxed, and he was not pushy at all. It was like talking with an old friend. We immediately felt at ease and trusted both Mark and Jessica. After we initially made the deal and before taking delivery, Julie and I had to go out of town for a previously scheduled trip. During this time, we were kept abreast of progress etc., via texts and phone calls. We visited looking to lease with the Honda factory Lease deal. We already knew the advertised price for the LX Odyssey but we were interested in an EX-L. We test drove the car and then asked what we thought was a simple straightforward question of what the price would be for the EX-L. Also thought we would inquire as to how much we could get on a trade in. Told them upfront we were only looking at some numbers and were not ready to buy. We wanted to know if it was feasible.This is when everything went bad. We got the usual sales tactics and then whammy they low balled trade by several thousand dollars. We asked for our keys and got runaround for another hour. Then Shane brought the price and whoa almost double what the factory price was for the LX and it wasnt the factory deal at all as there was a huge security deposit. Way to go Shane on your listening skills. Again asked for the keys and another round of waiting and then a manager shows up and asks if we can work something out tonight. Really! I say no way and again ask our keys. Shane stupidly asks if we're going to continue to drive our old car than buy a new one from him. To Summarize: they low balled a potential trade and high balled and bait and switched the lease. Avoid Shane, He is not interested in customer service only how to pad his pocket. He doesnt listen to customer either just wants the sale. (check out my review at Frank Leta Honda guys, you might learn something)

When we came in to sign the paperwork, he was detailed in all of the explanantions. When we had to come back to resign a contract, he made a point to come to me and my family to say "hi" and to make sure that we were happy with our new purchase. When we walked into the dealership, everyone would say "hi" to us. When we signed our financial papers, Mark went through each and every paper in detail. When he found out that we would have to resign a contract, he notified us immediately and then gave us an option of sending it to us FedEx or letting us come in to sign it. All of the people there were friendly and easy to talk to. I would recommend them to any of my friends or family.

My favorite part about my buying experience with Ed Napleton was I was in and out of the dealership in under 2 hours. I went in to purchase a 2012 CR-V. We were there having our 2008 Honda CR-V serviced, walked into the showroom, and John approached us asking if we needed help. I said I wanted to look at the new CR-V, and he walked us to where one was. It was cold out that day and we had our baby with us, he offered to drive it into the service bay so we could take a look at it where it was warm. Above and beyond doesn't even begin to describe how amazing John was throughout the whole process. I came in knowing what I wanted and John delivered. First off, we spent over 2 months looking for a car. Several times we called or visited Ed Napleton Honda only to find that they couldn't find the car they had listed on their website or on AutoTrader.com. They have the worst record-keeping out of all the dealers we visited. Make sure to call in advance and check if they have the car. If they say they do, ask them to go out and make sure! Because if they can't physically touch it, they probably don't have it. I am not over-exaggerating. These people will waste your time if you let them. Other than that annoyance, they are very nice and helpful! We went to look at a CR-V they had listed and were able to negotiate a decent price for it. We wanted to sleep on it and found an unbeatable deal elsewhere by chance which we couldn't pass up. But Shane and John were both very nice and I would recommend them and this dealer. I can only hope that they hire someone competent soon who will keep their inventory more updated.

I have to drive 3 hours round trip to get to this dealership so you KNOW I really like them. They are friendly, very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They keep you apprised of your vehicle's status while you are waiting. Their customer lounge has free bottled water and snacks, spotless restrooms and comfortable chairs. If you don't like a lounge they will have someone drive you to Mid-Rivers mall. I also traded and bought a new Ridgeline here in '06 (the vehicle I was having maintenance done on). You can definitely deal with these salespeople.The following is a plug for Ridgeline. Normally I trade off my vehicle every 2 years looking for the perfect one but I am so impressed with the versatility of this truck (waterproof trunk under the polycarbonate bed, 2-way tailgate, smooth ride, responsive steering, tows great, etc., etc., that I still own the '06 which looks brand new.

We stopped in to Ed Napleton Honda to take a closer look at the Honda lineup and possibly test drive one. John Doorack greeted us at the door and listened intently as I explained what I was looking for. After a few minutes John came back with the exact car I had described. He also took the time to allow me to look around at the other choices, and let me bounce ideas off him. We had a very good experience with Napleton Honda and would recommend it to anyone.The staff was excellent. The salesman, John Doorack, spent plenty of time with us answering our questions. He was kind and knowledgeable; what he didn't know, he quickly found out for us. He was not pushy but had a "winning" personality. He sold us what we wanted and not what he wanted to sell us. Nick helped us with the paperwork once we closed the deal and was also friendly. Everything was in order when I presented it at the DMV. John Hesele in the service dept. assisted me when I returned with the van for the LUXX care application. I went to Ed Napleton after visiting several dealerships in the area and found them to be the most friendly and interested in obtaining my business. Ken Culver was very friendly and took the time to explain the functions of the two cars I was interested in which was the insight and civic. After several hours Mike the General Mgr sat with me and help me understand the different between the hybrid and the eco model which is what I brought because I was trying to save on gas. The dealership employees are just exceptional from the receptionist to the financial team. I could not have hoped for a better experience, and since I was so happy my husband brought the CRV and just as please. I recommend before buying at another Honda dealer in St. Louis to visit Ed Napleton first because I can assure you will get the best deal possible and the most friendly staff.

I was looking for a very specific model/color of car that was hard to find. They found 2 in the midwest and worked hard to make a swap for one of them. The first dealer wouldn't even call them back, so they worked on the second dealer and finally got them to agree to a swap. They drove 250 miles away to pick it up and bring it back to their location. They called me and I was able to take possession that evening. They were very quick with the paperwork and I was out of there in time to make dinner.

Hollis: our salesman was very respectful and fun to hang out with while the paperwork and financial aspects were being handled. I had a really old civic as a trade in and even though I did not get as much for my trade in as I would have liked to, I am really happy with how everything worked out in the end. The salesperson was nice and not too pushy, and was willing to work with me as I told him about the features that were really important to me, and then the things that I did not want to spend extra money on. I am happy I made the decision to go with Napelton Honda, and have already told my sister to take her old car there to trade it in.

Service bays are very clean and professional looking.Service writers are always very friendly and helpful.Customer waiting room is well stocked with refreshments and reading material but can become somewhat crowded.Vehicle is always returned cleaned with no snags and in a reasonable amount of time. I like the early service hours during the week.

I purchased my Honda Accord new. When the color I wanted was not on the lot, they found one at a another dealership. I have since been back for scheduled service. Everyone is super friendly and couteous. They have a nice clean waiting area with a TV, and the service is always quick. I tell everyone what a great experience I have had with Ed Napelton Honda.

Great service department. We've used them for years and they are tops. We have 2 Hondas and have had both serviced within the last couple of weeks. Both vehicles were serviced in a timely manner which I appreciate as I'm the one who has to wait when service work is done. I was also pleasantly surprised that the cost was less than I anticipated. The new store manager seems to be very customer friendly and tries to make things go as quickly and smoothly as possible. I can't say that for the previous managers.

I wanted to take a moment and thank Ed Napleton and specifically Charles Mason for an excellent purchasing experience. Charles as it turns out is a great listener. (Not a common trait in all dealers.)Charles took the time to find out what I was looking for in a new car, He understood my priorities and why I needed them. He showed me what he thought would fit my requirements. In the end, it was a simple choice of what color vehicle I wanted, (Celestial Blue) which I love. When he found out that the specific car I wanted was not on the lot he went the extra mile and found one at one of there fellow dealers. I will recommend Ed Napleton to my friends and family and I will tell them of the great experience I had working with Charles.

My Husband and I had an amazing experience at this Location, after having what can only be described as the worst experience ever and the west county honda dealership, I contacted Logan and talked to him, he could tell we where cautious due to our last experience and he assured me they do not play those games and they truly did not. We had multiple people dealing with us and everyone of them treated us wonderfully. I will recommend this dealership to my family and friends over and over again. i believe if we would not have found them we would not have bought another Honda. I am so glad we found them. I wish every dealership was this Honest and Helpful. We will be going back from this point on. We could not be happier!

The service advisors are very easy going. I visited several times, each time asking for appointment was easy. My car was put into service bay almost immediately right after pull in. We had a great experience. Andrew worked with us to get us a price that we were happy with on our new Pilot and the Used Cars sales worked to get us a great price for our trade in. They have checked in with us several times since our purchase to make sure we are doing great with the car. Any time we have questions or concerns we can stop by the dealer or call and we get great service. The financial department was also very easy to work with and explained all our paperwork very easily. They didn't try to sell us unnecessary extras.

I've purchased two new Hondas from Ed Napleton during the past three years and I highly recommend them. The deals I've been able to negotiate with them are about as good as you will be able to get on a Honda, and all sales and service staff are friendly, accommodating, and very customer service oriented.

I went to Ed Napleton to test drive and possibly buy a new Honda CR-V. John Hefele was my salesman, and he was pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable. During the test drive, I was having a difficult time getting comfortable; I pulled over and he adjusted the seat and the headrest for me, making it much more comfortable for me. The price was within my budget, and I did purchase the vehicle. Ed Napleton Honda has been very thorough with following up with me after the sale. I would definitely purchase a vehicle from this dealership again, and would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.

I went in looking for a Honda CR-V, since I knew I needed a hatchback but also something in a price budget. Once the salesrep heard my criteria, he pointed out the Honda Fit and all it's capabilities as a better option, and he was right. He really listened and got to know our lifestyle first, even though the car we bought was cheaper in the end. He also tried to make our decisions as easy as possible and tried to find more options (since they didn't have many in stock). I feel completely confident and satisfied in my choice. And love my new car :) Everything was made simple and they really followed up with us.

I've bought 5 Hondas at Ed Napleton Honda (formerly Chezik and Elena Honda) in St Peters in the past 24 years. The service personnel and the work performed has been nothing but the best. I do not let any other auto service company touch my Hondas. The sales personnel have also been outstanding - very knowledgable and very customer friendly. Spent 8, yes eight hours in the dealership. Waited patiently then ask if I could leave a deposit and go get a some lunch ( this was at 3:00). Told I would be next for finance which turned into another 3 1/2 hours. Then I got upset so the "new GM" decided to be nice and do the paperwork with me. He was doing me a favor! I asked him to change the date that my payments would be due and he refused stating that I could pay whenever I wanted. This is the "new GM". He was a total jerk can can go back to Weat Palm Beach were he came from. My sale man Doug was good but not forceful enough to get me in within a satisfactory amount of time. I was the second to the last to leave the dealership as I watched many people move ahead of me to get into the finance dept. Oh, did I mention that I am a woman. Buyers beware, especially if you are a woman.

April 8,2001We have been trying to purchase a Honda Insight with a navigation system since February 23, 2011. This is the date on which we negotiated our deal (after a very unnerving mistake on the part of your sales manager) and gave the dealership our $500 deposit. We have yet to take delivery of this car or to even receive a reasonable response as to when we can expect delivery of the vehicle.This debacle began with the sales staff negotiating the price of the car from what, after a price had been agreed upon, they claimed was the WRONG invoice. The sales manager caught this mistake after a lengthy, back-and-forth negotiation and after we had agreed on a price. He then came out and told us that he had pulled the wrong invoice (one for a Civic instead of an Insight) and that the price would actually be about $2000 more than we had agreed to. LIE # 1 Our first thought was that this seemed to be a bait and switch tactic but since we are repeat customers, decided to renegotiate using the correct invoice.At this time, we were told that although the dealership in St. Peters did not have any Insights on the lot that met our specifications, there were TWO in Chicago and the dealer there (one in your automotive group) had agreed to a dealer trade and we should have the car within 3-4 days. On the day it was promised to us, we called to see when we could pick up the car, only to be told that the other dealer had sold our car. When we had called a day earlier, we were told that it was being driven down to St. Louis that day. LIE # 2. We have family in the Chicago area and they went by the dealership and the car was still on the lot one week later and the dealership here even told us that the car was still in the Chicago inventory one month later! We were then told that there were no other Insights in the region and that they would try to divert one at port. We found out from some friends in the auto business that this was not true and that there were indeed cars available in the region, although maybe not within the Napleton automotive group. LIE #3We made several calls, trying to get information about our car and the GM NEVER returned our calls. We finally went to the showroom to speak to him and were told he was in a meeting. Upon hearing this, we stated that we would wait and after 10 minutes of waiting, we told the floor people that if he didnt come out to talk to us, we would join him in his meeting to talk to him. He finally came out, talked in his office and gave us a firm date of April 4th for delivery of our car. April 4th is today and, according to the sales staff, our car is still in JAPAN ! LIE # 4 By the time we finally do get the car, it will be almost time for the 2012 models to arrive and our car will be a year old!If we would have been told in the first place that our car had to be factory-ordered, we could have avoided all of these problems. But your GM does not communicate with his customers. We should not have to be calling your dealership to find out about our car- they should be calling us! We are buying an almost $24,000 car and have been treated like we are begging them to take our money. 2 Days later we receive a phone call saying "we can't locate your vehicle, thanks for your business." I went in to get a refund of our deposit and a Sales manager ( the same one who made the invoice mistake ) says he doesn't understand ....the car is due to arrive in 8 days. Amazing how a car built on 3/25/2011 could arrive at the dealer in 22 days!! Especially when they said it was still in Japan on 4/4/2011. 3 other dealers all said a car takes 40-45 days to arrive, and that is when there are no natural disasters going on in Japan!!Bottom line .... if you want lies and disrespect, this is the dealer for you.I don't choose to pay to be treated this way.Once you sign on the bottom line, they treat you like dirt.

The salesman I had was a scam artist. I would never send my worst enemy to this dealer to purchase anything. My wife and I were treated like complete jerks. The service manager mike was extremely rude to my wife. Hollie hung up on her when we were trying to get a problem solved that they caused. I will say though that the new GM Mark was very helpful in the end.

Beware of the dealership. Do not sign anything they ask until you are sure what vehicle you are getting from them. The edge guard that they offer is a scam. Do not sign up for it. I purchased a Honda with them and my experience with them is bad. Go somewhere else if possible.

We called the dealership due to good pricing (below blue book) on a hard-to-find vehicle. Over the phone, they were quite friendly, and willing to give us a good price on our trade-in. On the way to see the vehicle, they called us 2 1/2 hours into our 5 hour trip and told us it was sold. We were unhappy. Half an hour later, they called back, saying it wasn't actually sold, because it was a non-binding agreement. So we went to look at the vehicle the next morning. This is the first example of their sleazy tradesmanship-they showed us her signed contract. They tried to sell it out from under her, when she had already put a down payment on it! Also, they include ridiculous fees on the contract, such as a $499 VIN etching fee. A VIN etching fee on a USED vehicle. They also included a $199 Administrative Fee, and another for $99 that I didn't see the name of. So, when you added all the fees back on, the price was above the blue book price-no deal at all.It took them 45 minutes to drive our vehicle and decide whether they would offer the $5500 they had already told us they would give us over the phone or not. They used strong-arm tactics, not returning our keys until we asked repeatedly. Worst of all, I was left wondering what they did to our car. It drove quietly into the dealership. It was making awful screeching noises that I had never heard before on the way out. Circumstantial, perhaps, but I mistrusted them enough to believe that they might have done something to it. That's not the type of person I want to do business with.Despite all this, we would have bought the vehicle if it was at all what it was represented to be online. It was not. To begin with, it smelled like they had used a wet dog, or possibly an old fish, to clean the vehicle. It looked decent from the outside, a few dents and dings and paint scratches. However, it appeared that the vehicle had been in a front-end accident that was not reported. They then had the gall to print off the CarFax report from another vehicle we were looking at and point out every single hole they thought they saw.And the cherry on top-Honda called me the next day to ask about the 2010 CR-V we'd made an offer on. We did not look at any such Honda, nor did we make any offers on one. The salesman evidently put that in to pad his numbers and put our name on it. How much more shady can you get?Overall, the dealership is dingy and dirty. Our salesman looked like he was wearing a suit he'd borrowed from a hobo. It was a poor overall experience. I would not go back; I would not recommend them to my friends or my enemies.

My experience with this dealership was not good. I was interested in purchasing a 2010 Honda Accord with cash. I offered an amount for the vehicle and instead of Sales Rep and Sales Manager stating why they did not feel my offer was acceptable, the Sales Rep called and basically told me to "take my business elsewhere". Two days later I started working with another dealership in St. Louis over the phone and ended up purchasing a 2011 Honda accord.

Used strong armed sales tactics such as taking my keys to give me a Trade In Value on my vehicle and not giving them back. Would not honor accessory pricing from Costco because they had to locate the car I wanted because they did not have it in the color I wanted. Gave me less than 60% of the tradein blue book on my vehicle, then pretended they were doing me a favor. Did honor Costco pricing on vehicle.After sales strong armed me about how to fill out the Honda survey, both sales person and business manager.

On day one when we are at show room and talked to sales rep & his manager. But the next day when went the first day vechile which we liked was not there but similar vechile(color) except DVD player, then sales manager forced us to buy this vechile and informed he is going to install a DVD player similar to Honda for the same price. We accepted forr it and after going home when we saw the DVD player there are lot of differences. Next day when we went to showroom and checked with manager, he is telling "If you want he will give it or he is going to give me check for 1/2 the price what I paid for it. When I argued he infact telling he will be calling police and also sinece we didn't buy the vechile at MSRP he will be giving what ever he like. This is very bad experience for me. They are not curtious at all, mainly the manager, I don't under stand how he became manager?

I dealt with a young man named David who would say anything, disregarding the truth, to try to get the sale. He misreperesented the "deal" from the beginning and then when he couldn't get me to sign the "deal", he passed me off to the sales manager. They took the keys to my trade-in, and when I wanted to leave the establishment, they would not return my keys to me. Instead, they tried continually to sell the car to me at a price I could not afford. I continually asked for my keys, and they continued to explain why the price was a good deal. They touted a "no stress" environment, yet they held me hostage by holding my trade-in keys and trying to coax me to sign by an X. Six years ago I bought a car at this dealership, and I thought they were wonderful. A lot has changed in six years. I will never buy from this dealership, and I will never buy a Honda again because this dealership represents the corporation.
