Finance guy followed me out of the building to tell me again not to refinance for a least a year or I would pay penalties. That's untrue and illegal!! What happens is that they lose their kickback. I've called 8 times to talk to their finance department about it. Conveniently no one is ever available. Eddys business ethics are pathetic. Multiple promises for call back or resolution but nothing.

I had a ticking sound in my engine. Khalid diagnosed it right away. He than checked for other warranty or recall items. Khalid got me scheduled to fix everything ASAP. It took only 1 1/2 days to get it done I was very impressed with everyone's knowledge and courtesy. I picked up my truck and it runs great

BUYERS BEWARE!!! I bought a new jeep 4 months ago from these people and it has been broken down 50% of the time. They are complete sneaks you better know what manufacturers rebates are being offered before you go or they will not give them to you. I had to fight just to get the Jeep manufacturers rebates. I will try to upload a picture of my keys in the near future I was sold a 2015 jeep and on the keys it's clearly labeled 2016. The keys, sale's staff and all the literature said 2016. Buyer's beware!

2010 Dodge Journey, towed in on Monday, followed up on Wednesday. They said they didnt have it. After a game of phone tag between tow service and Eddys. Keith said he would go look for it. Called back and said there was one on the back lot but not a red one. We drove there and it took about a minute to find it. It was parked where anyone could see it, in a row with others. This makes lie number 2. Gave them til Monday. Keith said it was the TIPM and starter relay. This didnt sound right to me bevause I had just put a brand new TIPM in and car started right up, ran a few times, then started dying. Engine turns over every time. So we went back to the car, tried the engine, turns right ovet. Lie number 3. So I gave them til Thursday since they said the TIPM would be in Wednesday. I called Thursday. Keith said they put the TIPM in and would know more after while. 6pm Thursday, the car had not been touched. So I had to go down there Friday to confront them on the fact they have had the car 12 days and it has been in the same state for nearly 9 days.. After dealing with their lies, I told them I could have the car towed off the lot and taken to Unruh's. Keith of course denied lying about everything. He gave eccuses about being such a busy shop. I told him if they eere too busy, they could have said so in the beginning and dave me the hassle. He said they wete trying to get to it today. I told them if it wasnt fixed today I would have it towed. We will see... Had car from 8/13/16 to 8/26/16

I'll start with the good since that was better than most places I've been. Upon contacting them that I was interested in a truck, I was quickly contacted back by phone and text by my rep Greg Stone. Shopping around with him was like chatting with an old friend. He was a great service. The explained what I wanted and got just about everything I requested. They offered top dollar for my Camaro trade in, which I didn't hesitate to accept. This was great. They were pretty close to the best offer for my car that I had been given.Now for the bad. How can you shop for a used car when they are so dirty you can't see the dings, scratches, or major dents? This had to be the dirtiest lot of cars I have ever seen. I only mention this because I purchased here. I didn't notice several dings and issues upon my thourough inspection prior to purchasing. And then only did a moderate walk around after the purchase and cleaning of the truck. My 2 biggest complaints on this are 1) The top of the truck looks like someone jumped on the roof. I did not notice this prior to the 2nd day of ownership. Crazy that this wasn't fixed, it looks like it would be an easy pop job. Then the folding passanger mirror did not fold. Both of these issues were not found until after I had drove away. My fault for not checking every little detail? I'd say yes and no. Major defects should be talked about when discussing a 38k dollar vehicle.And now the redemtion. One email. One simple email was all it took. I simply requested the two large issues be dealt with or maybe alter the loan to correct this (Papers haven't been completed just yet so this was still possible). Within 5 minutes I was contacted, asked a few questions about the issues and then told that when I come back up to finalize the papers, they would look at fixing the issues. Now that is great service. I say that now, before heading that way tomorrow. Lets hope my feelings continue this route.Don't get me wrong, I am by no means upset at Eddys. They were easy to work with, gave me a good deal on my trade, and I drove away the same day with the truck I wanted. My payments are close to what I needed and I didn't feel pressured at all (Hard to feel pressured when I laid it all out before the pressure tactics were even brought out). It was a good experience. I'll more than likely try to get my wife to buy from them soon.Thank you Eddys (maybe this should be pending until tomorrow) for doing me a solid on the trade, the truck, and hopefully correcting the few issues with the vehicle.Keep up the good work and I'll send everyone your way!

Typical high pressure salesmen tactics, more worried about there commision than anything else. Our salesman would never give us a direct answer on anything we asked, he always needed to go into the secret room to ask someone. We worked on a deal for 3 days with these guys and every time they had an excuse why we couldn't drive car home that day then would get a call telling us they needed more info from us. Finally on 4th day they wanted more money down than originally agreed upon. Finally just told them to forget about it. Cars were dirty but in decent mechanical conditioned n priced fairly.

Worst dealership I have done business with during my 30+ years of Chrysler ownership. I recently received a bill from Hertz because they failed to pay for a rental provided to me as a loaner this summer when I was having some significant repairs completed. I went in person and ask that the bill be paid that day and that I receive a written confirmation. Still waiting... If you live in the Wichita area, DO NOT do business with this dealership!!!! Go east on Kellogg. You'll find another Chrysler dealer that delivers on its five star rating.

They kept my car for over a month costing me a small fortune for the rental because some of them don't want to do their job, when we got it back several items were STOLEN. They lied to us about what they did and even though my car should have been totaled due to water damage we are now stuck with an extremely tempermental Jeep which is like having no Jeep at all. On June 28th my boyfriend and I came to eddy's Chrysler dodge jeep to look at a 2012 Chrysler 300 srt8 with 90,000 miles that was listed for about 30,000. At the time he owned a 2015 ford fusion and was possibly wanting to trade it in. The dealer informed us that it would be a good trade in because the ford fusion value goes down pretty fast and that the Chrysler had kept its value. My boyfriend had owed about 28,428 on the fusion and only had 1,600 miles. It was still in new condition. I asked about negative equity and the dealer explained that there would be little if any negative equity. The dealer discussed payments with us and we decided to go ahead and purchase. The financial advisor went over payments and we had agreed to trade in the fusion for 21,000. My boyfriend was the one buying the car and was to be owner. After signing papers he wanted to see if we would come back tomorrow to resign papers for a better deal and cheaper payments from the bank. We told him that was fine and he would call us before noon. On the 29th my boyfriend didn't hear from the financial advisor by noon and called the dealership. They informed him they were still working on the paperwork and would call back. When they called back that evening to sign papers I was in labor and he let them know. They told him he only had to sign and wouldn't take long. After arriving they informed my boyfriend that my credit was better and best for me to sign and him be co-signer. I was up walking around due to pain from labor while between signing papers. I wasn't paying attention to the final cost when signing and the Chrysler ended up being a little over 53,000. I felt pressured and rushed because I was in labor. After signing the papers they told us to come back the 30th because the car needed cleaned. I explained to them that we would not be able to pick it up because after leaving there we would be headed to the hospital to have my baby. I was admitted into the hospital that day and had my baby. They talked my boyfriend into dropping the car off at the hospital. I did not discover the total cost was a little over 53,000 until recently after talking with the bank and reviewing the paperwork with my former foster parents. There were things added on such as life insurance for 11,000 that we were unaware of and trade in value for the 2015 fusion 7,000. So, I went back to eddy's Chrysler dodge jeep dealership to discuss this matter with a manager with my foster parents and was appalled by the way we were treated. Sales manager David Vonfeldt told us that they took a loss on the car and could not help me. He was very rude. When we asked to see other prices of Chryslers he told us to go online that he would not show us and when we asked for a business card he told us that he did not have one. He asked us to leave at that time. After doing some research they pretty much sold me a used Chrysler for the price of a new one. I was ripped off and taken advantage of. I would like to have this matter resolved immediately.

A bunch of SNAKES. If you're wanting to work with honest, professional salesmen; RUN. A lot of young arrogant, unprofessional people who have no consideration toward customers. Very bad costumer service. All of the employees probably reflect on the General Manager there, Jake St. John. I will never understand how someone like that is in charge of managing a dealership. It will make you not even want to purchase a new vehicle anymore, and suck the fun and trust out of everything. I called multiple times trying to get through to the owner (with no such luck of course) I just thought maybe they might care how their staff were treating people. I get this is probably a long shot and will be brushed off, as they have lots of other business and don't need mine, but they lost a sale due to the rude people I experienced here. It's very disappointing to know that I actually gave this dealership a try, as I am one who is constantly purchasing new vehicles, and I decided to disregard all the negativity I heard about Eddy's, and turned out to regret doing so. You Live and learn I guess. I will definitely be spreading the word as much as I can, so hopefully I can prevent this happening to someone else.

I went there to test drive a vehicle . The dealer kept telling me they were not pushy and that he understood I just wanted to test drive.He was very nice and helpful until the after test drive was over. That's when the pushiness started. I had told him multiple times that I was just there to test drive and was not looking to buy or lease just yet. He went ahead and ran the numbers (because I wanted to see what they were looking to get for the car) and then tried to get me to buy. After I told him no and was walking out the door, he called his manager over who was very pushy and couldn't understand why I did not want to go ahead and buy. Again, I told them I was only there to test drive and get some comparative numbers. Ever since that day, the dealer has called me and texted me almost every day. I responded back telling him I was not longer interested and that I was going with a different car. He even tried to call and text me at 11:30 pm one night! Long story short, they do not listen and they are pushy...even if they say they are not. I thought this place would be different than their Toyota counterpart, but boy was I wrong.

I had some financing issues and was lured in with the "oh we can do it" garbage. After them NOT returning phone calls and me calling multiple times and getting the run around I finally gave up. I am a big girl and I can handle being told no. What I can't handle is unprofessionalism and getting the run around and wasting my time. I wouldn't buy from them now if they gave it to me for 5 bucks!!!

We tried to buy a new Durango from them; we put a deposit down for them to bring one in. After them pushing back the date of delivery (it was a dealer trade, supposedly) several times, I began to wonder if there really WAS a new vehicle coming to us, so I looked around online and found one closer to home and told them to get that one. It was at this point during my own research where I learned of, and requested the one with, the Tow Package. See below:(As a note of honesty, I did change our desired features to include the Tow Package, which was a result of them not informing me of what all was included in the package [heavy duty engine cooling, suspension extras, etc]. Had I known of these features in the first place I would have requested one as such versus installing a hitch later on like they suggested. Just wanted to mention that to be fair.)Eventually, we were called in to pick up our new Durango. When we arrived I told them I wanted to do a quick walk around and test drive. As I started walking around the outside, I noticed a minor ding here and there in paint and on plastic areas, which I thought was odd for a new car, but they were fairly superficial. We moved around to the rear lift gate and opened it up. Inside we found extensive scratches all throughout the area inside...they were everywhere, and fairly deep. I could already tell this wasn't the exact Durango I thought they had brought down as this one did not have a front license plate bracket mounted, whereas the one I found and told them about had one installed already. I didn't want it anyway, so I was happy they found one without it. However, after finding the scratches and dings we decided to make sure it actually had the Tow Package. When we removed the cover to the tow hitch, rocks/gravel and dirt fell on the ground, and the hitch area was completely caked in dirt (I took a pic)! Ridiculous, and now incredibly fishy; something was wrong. I went straight to the driver's seat to check the mileage: 4,279 miles on a NEW CAR!! And, of course, they (new car manager, name withheld) had "no idea until just now" when we told them. Right. Had I not decided to walk around the car, or drive it for that matter, they would have let me go right in and sign away. I find it impossible to believe that not ONE person throughout the entire dealer trade process realized it had 4279 miles on it, yet I discovered that in the first 2 minutes??...they knew.We grabbed our keys and left. We went to Davis Moore and had a great experience. Davis Moore also blew away their price right off the bat, and that was with ZERO negotiating, none- they just smoked it by several thousand. After sharing my experience at Eddy's with several people, I learned that many shared in the dissatisfaction with them as well (hearsay, but still). The sales manager did call back a time or two to apologize, and he offered some decent incentives to bring us back. They were very enticing and I honestly thought about taking him up on them, but that trust had been severely broken and I simply did not want to reward their unethical practices.I just wish they would have been open and up front about everything from the beginning. If it's going to take a long time to get the car, don't tell me "within the week" and keep pushing it back. If the only vehicle in the region with the specs we want has 4279 miles on it, tell me! I may have been willing to negotiate on that Durango, but not when they try to pull one over on me. This whole thing just blew my mind.I'd avoid them, if able.(I do want to mention that Jordan, our salesman, was kind and polite through the process.)Edit to my review: I just read another review below mine where they (Regan) pulled one over on another person trying to purchase a Durango. Funny how he said my experience was the first time that's ever happened to him! W...o...w.

I took my truck in for a warranty repair. They certainly understand the surprise and delight the customer aspect as when I picked the truck up it had been washed and vacuumed. It was pretty dirty when dropped off so this was way above expectation. So this is a two thumbs up and 5 starts. Plus the warranty repair fixed the issue.

As soon as we arrived to the Dealership we were greeted by our sales associate Patrick Davis. Patrick was like a breath of fresh air compared to some of the other car lots we visited earlier that day. He was very polite and made my wife and I feel very comfortable...even after a couple of previous bad experiences we had earlier that day car shopping. We found out towards the end of our car buying experience that Patrick was a newer car salesman, but we would have never known if he had not told us. Eddy's Chrysler Dodge Jeep, and the car business in general, need more professionals like Patrick. We are now customers for life, and will be telling all of our friends and family were to go from now on.

They have never done the right thing up front. There is no such thing as service there. They do the bare minimum and count on people being busy and giving up before they are forced to do the right thing. I feel sorry for anyone who is unfortunate enough to do business with Eddys Chrysler. I firmly believe that anyone who thinks theyve had a positive experience here simply didnt catch whatever sketchy injustice was committed against them. The list of grievances is so long, Ill try to keep the details out and give you a concise list:1.Salesman cant find keys, so they show me a dirty, locked. Tries to strong arm me into putting a deposit down. On a car I havent been in.2.On the floor: salesman quotes rates of 2.49, 2.99, and 3.49, promises to fix a ding on the rim, & to get the car certified as pre-owned (thereby resetting factor warranty). In the finance office: adds 3k in GAP insurance & warranties (without mentioning it) in addition to a 4.99 rate. Wouldnt have caught it if I hadnt looked at the guys screen. Have to force them to beat my CU at 3.25% & they refuse to fix the rim. 3.No follow up call for when my car will be certified & ready for pick up for 4 days . The loaner car they give me is a filthy Impala with less than a half of a tank of gas. 4.FINALLY get my car. Thats when they tell me they cant find the other smart key (pretty expensive oversight) & I come out to a car with change oil alerts & half a tank of gas. Then my power steering goes out day 1. 5.Fun fact: they dont honor the money back 7 day guarantee that is printed on every car. Once Im in there crying, they agree to fix it, give me a 2nd key, change the oil, & fill it up with gas. I get another dirty loaner car with less than a quarter of a tank of gas this time. I have to call them every day to get info on progress or ETA. When its finally fixed, they still dont have it full of gas & the key they give me throws low battery alerts. 6.Less than 3 weeks later, the headlights are acting up. I take it to Davis Moore because Im sick of calling/being in Eddys. They inform me that I have HDI after-market headlights that arent covered by warranty. WOULDVE BEEN PRETTY NICE TO KNOW when I picked it up after being certified. So I was forced to bring it back to Eddys. I make an appointment & come in, just to be told its up to the Used Car Manager whether or not they fix the headlights & he isnt in til after 10am & hell call me. Surprise, surprise he doesnt call. Ive called back to talk to him & had to leave a message. Again no return call. This will probably end up costing me another couple hundred dollars. When I took it into Davis Moore, they replaced my battery in the FOB Eddys gave me without me asking or paying a dime. If I could do it again, Id have spent a little more money and gone to Davis. I know now beyond a shadow of a doubt I wouldve saved myself a lot of time and grief. I dont know that Ive ever felt so taken advantage of and helpless.

Terrible dealership! STAY AWAY!!! I nogiated a deal with this dealership on a brand new 2014 Durango. They didnt have the one I wanted on their lot so they ordered one from another dealership. Two days before the vehicle was supposed to show up I called to check the progress on it and it took me a whole day to get a in touch with their new car manager. Finally when I got in touch with him he said the Durango we agreed on was sold and they took the liberty to order a different one unkonwn to me. I asked when he was going to let me know and they said that I was top priority to call even though I called numerous time and this was never mentioned. To make a long story short they were going to have this Durango delivered and when I went to pick it up and realized this wasnt the one we agreed on I would be out my deposit they needed to have to shipped there. DO NOT do business with this crappy dealership! There is so many more Wichita dealers that I would do business with far as im concerend they lost my business for good.

Mike went the "extra 2 miles" on this one , my 2013 Ram was having gas millage issues after the onboard computer was flashed, they could not find the problem.

Came in hour before closing and Lindsey in service office and Carey in service said they would diagnose the battery problem right then to prevent a trip back. Very professional, nice and did everything they could to take care of me and get the truck back on the road. Even stayed late to finish work on truck. Also fixed broken tie rod on truck for recall on Christmas eve and got truck back to me. Ecstatic with level of service. They have bent over backwards to take care of the problems and even had to argue with Chrysler to get broken tie rod repaired. Cant recommend them enough !Scott Powers

Stevens has gone to extraordinary measures to help me with service dates, times and "emergency service" needs. They are friendly and never seem to be placating to my concerns. That means a lot to me. I found Stevens in 2011, after basically being told by another dealership they were not going to deal with me on my trade in, and to just "go on down the road" if I was offered the price I wanted. I went to Stevens and bought 2 cars, a new Jeep Grand Cherokee 2011 and a new Challenger, all because they worked with me and my husband on pricing. And the service folks have been exceptional. No complains here.

We visited Steven Chrysler to purchase a car for a college student. His previous car had been totaled by flood water.Our price ceiling was very low. Aaron was our salesman. He was very helpful and treated us as well as if we had been looking for a new, expensive vehicle. Aaron drove us around the lot looking at vehicles nearest our price range. When we selected one to test drive, he allowed us to thoroughly look it over and take our time. When we made a rather low offer, he courteously submitted it. Went in to purchase a new Journey. We found the one we wanted and agreed to purchase, we noticed the floor mats were missing and were told that they would be supplied but would have to be orderd. We followed up to make sure they were orderd and Matt informed us that he would call when they came in. After countless attempts and several months, I am still without the mats. Matt has done nothing to resolve the issue and keeps putting us off. Deal was not really a deal, simply MSRP plus some BS protection pacakage to the tune of $750 that they would not waive. I did not want it, but they forced it on me and told me that was the only way that they sell vehicles.
