Great customer service and pricing was the best in Sacramento area on used RDX. No pressure sales tactics and I left feeling like we had worked together to come to the deal. Worked with Adam Warren for the sale and I would definitely buy a car from him and Elk Grove Acura again.

I purchased a used Acura MDX a week ago. I visited the Elk Grove Acura twice before making my decision. The sales associate, Jared Van Tassel, was incredibly patient with me each visit. He answered all my questions and even responded promptly via text when I reached out to him. The process was fairly painless, once I decided which car to buy. Jared even gave my 6 year old coloring pages and crayons to pass the time. I highly recommend Elk Grove Acura if you are in the market for a new or used car.

We bought our 2008 Acura RL two days ago. The day before, we were about to buy a Lexus ES350 from an independent dealer, but my wife didn't really like it aznd that the dealer showed no flexibility on price. I went online, found the one we bought. Doug Heibel called ten minutes later, and he was able to get what I felt was a price we could work with. I drove up for a test drive. I explained that this was for my wife, and she had to be happy. The next day (Memorial Day), both of us drove up so dirvie it and approve or not. It was seamless! Doug had been prepped by me and handled the complete transaction perfectly. Rochelle, in finance, is awesome! She immediately bonded with my wife, Jeanne, making the arduous paperwork process painless. I could go on, but, jusy say, I would certainly go back!

First of all, let me say that it is important you do your "looking around" of vehicles you are interested online. Once you find them, visit the dealership and check the vehicle you are interested in purchasing. This makes shopping cars so much easier. Since we were looking for pre-owned cars for our son, we were able to narrow down our search to single owner and no accident in their carfax history. As soon as we parked in the Acura parking lot,Doug Heibel greeted us right away and directed us to the car we were interested in checking out. From the time we arrived to doing our quick test drive and final sale of the car probably took no more than an hour. Doug and accounting department were attentive to our needs; the entire process was quick and smooth. I highly recommend this dealership.

One of the best dealership experiences I have ever had was with Elk Grove Acura. They went out of their way to help me out with a problem I had with the warranty I purchased on my pre-owned vehicle I purchased. The issue was entirely the responsibility of the warranty company and I have moved out of the area, so there was very little incentive for them to help me. When I could not get the help I needed from the warranty company, Elk Grove Acura made me feel like a valued customer by resolving my problem at their own expense even though they were under no obligation to do so.

Thanks to the low-key approach of Dan Morris on my first visit to the dealership, I came back here--and sought him out again. I had explained initially that I was still researching vehicles before deciding on a make and model. He seemed to recognize and accept this stage in the process--especially since I was looking at moving to an SUV for the first time and was still exploring the market's offerings. I appreciated his support and advice, and the subsequent support of the dealership, and am now enjoying my final choice: a 2016 RDX Advance!

I purchased my vehicle through another delaer, however that dealer moved farther out of my location and about a year ago I took my car to Lasher Acura in Elk Grove. They performed some normal mainenace work and did a repair that cost me over $1000. From the time I entered their dealership They're service advisor Robert Martel treated my husband and I like they were doing us a favor by fixing our vehicle at their dealership. Regardless, we had the work completed. Now well over a year later the same probelm exists in my vehicle and I am told the warranty has expired and they want to charge me $195 for a diagnositc to figure out what is wrong. This price is over $95 more than what Niello Acura charges. I also explained the need for the maintenace service and they are $22 over what Niello Acura charges for the service. I asked Robert if they would be willing to come down on the price and he told me I would have to leave a voice mail message with his manager and the manager would have to get back to me on Monday, because he was gone for the rest of the week, on Thursday. I feel that based on my prior loyalty to their Dealership that they would have no problem meeting the same price as Niello, however that wasn't the case, instead all I got was an indignant attitude from Mr. Martell when I explined my situation and the fact that they were way over what the other dealership was charging. what happened to Customer service and doing the right thing. Well it doesn't happen here at Lasher Acura. Be aware and check round for prices before getting your car repaired here!!

Tyler would be the go to salesman when visiting Elk Grove Acura. He was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the vehicle. Tyler respect what I can afford and work around it to meet close to affordable payment. He was there the whole time during the process of negotiating and the final paperwork. I've been working with Dan for a couple of weeks. He is knowledgeable and seems to be honest. I was very firm when I told him my bottom line for a monthly payment was $389. I have a 2013 Honda Accord V6 lease that is due in Feb. I advised him that I would need to turn in the lease at the time of the sale. I was in the dealership for the 2nd time on Friday. We worked the numbers and he told me we would be upside on the lease about a $1,000. The car I was looking at was out of my monthly price range. He worked numbers on another car and the monthly payment fit my price range. He said the car should be at the dealership by Sunday or Monday. I received a call this evening from Dan that the car would not be in until tomorrow. I gave him my information to run my credit and he asked me if I was going to include my Honda as a trade at the time of the new lease. I reminded him that I needed to include the current lease I have, He then told me that he didn't think the numbers he gave me included my current lease. I told him I was pretty sure it did, because I was adamant about needing to turn in my current lease in order to get my new lease. He said he would look into it and call me back., He called me back and said his numbers did not include my current lease. It brought my down payment up to $20-$25 more ( keep in mind we were already $10 above what was already my bottom line) I told him how disappointed I was and he said in a non caring way "sorry". The issue here is that we are coming to the end of the year. I wanted to take advantage of the end of the year 2015 specials. I lost a day of car shopping because I was waiting for a car I CAN NOT AFFORD. I know he was probably busy due to end of the year. I think Acura should take better care of potential new customers. Leon made this whole experience so smooth. The whole process took a little over 24 hours. The day before I picked up my new vehicle, all I had to do was provide my information over the phone. After work, I went to meet with Leon at the dealership, to test drive a couple of vehicles that he picked for me and my budget. Being that all the financing companies were closed by this time, Leon asked me to return the next day so he can find me better financing options during regular business hours. I went to work the next day and Leon kept me informed of his progress throughout the day. After work, I went back to the dealership, signed my paperwork, traded in my vehicle that was in and "upside down" loan situation and left that evening with new car, 2012 Acura TSX. In addition to Leon's great attentive service and empathy of my situation, the team he worked with, to help me get this car were so much help as well. All of them were so informative and friendly.

Hands down the best dealership in my car buying experience. Everyone there was great, amazing service, and easy to negotiate and very reasonable. I bought a certified pre-owned MDX and they made the whole buying and financing process so smooth. Specifically Jason Megna, this guy has amazing customer service, he followed up after the purchase and helped fixed my brake light when I told him the brake light was out. He sent someone over to pick up the car and had the brake light repaired. Definitely has my loyalty and repeat business for my next Acura purchase.

I purchased my 2010 Lexus IS250 from Acura of Elk Grove. I could not be more happy with my purchase, I love my car! What surprised me the most was my sales rep who helped me through the process even after his shift, he came back to the dealership to help me with my car. Ms.Laura Cauble was wonderful to work with I am glad she was the person from whom I purchased my vehicle. She was welcoming and accommodating and provided me an easy car buying experience. I am very happy with my purchase. Laura listened to my wants and needs; we test drove several cars until I was sure. Laura discussed the features and benefits of a certified vehicle because it was my first certified pre-owned purchase. She had a working knowledge about each of the vehicles we test drove so I was really able to compare and evaluate and that was extremely helpful. Just had a great experience last week buying a 2013 MDX from Acura Elk Grove. Tyler Jennings, sales rep was professional, friendly, patient in.showing us the pre-owned invty.and was frank during the negotiations but helpful. No pressure selling and no sugar coating of what's not open for negotiation. We walked out of the dealership feeling we had a win/win deal including the trade in of our 2007 Lexus RX 350. Initially contacted the dealership via email and worked directly with Jason. He was very informative regarding the vehicle, and had the vehicle all ready to go for a test drive when I arrived at the dealership. The process for the paperwork was unnecessarily longer than expected the first time around and I had to make follow-up arrangements. When taking the vehicle in to the body shop for an inspection, Jason came along and was more than patient as we waited for this to be done; he was not even scheduled to be in that same day. The process for the paperwork the second time around was a breeze; Robert had all the paperwork ready to go and he was very helpful in going through line-by-line/form-by-form. Robert made the paperwork process simple and quick .

Yes, he is the most friendly, patient, courteous salesman I've ever met in my life. No sales pressure, answers any questions or concerns I've got & always with the biggest smile. Elk Grove Acura was our first visit looking for a certified pre-owned car and Graham chatted with us about the MDX, its features and how it compares to other SUVs in its class. We took our time finding the car we wanted and never felt pressured by Graham during our search that included other locations. We knew after a couple of visits that he was who we wanted to do business with. Once we decided on the car, he helped me through financing (Finance Manager, Rachelle Saites, was very helpful and knowledgeable) and had me in my new car quickly. I hadn't purchased a car in many years so I wasn't looking forward to the experience, but I was pleasantly surprised how easy Graham and the Elk Grove Acura team made it. To top it off, We got a very fair deal and the car is by far the best I have owned. Thank you!

Nik was great to work with. No pressure at all and very informative. The paper process was the usual delay. The "5 minutes" waiting for the paper work to print turned into an hour! I would recommend this dealer but it's not the efficient process I have experienced elsewhere definitely not the worst experience either!

Saw the car I wanted to look at on their website, which was super easy to navigate through.. Called and got Doug and asked if the car was still available I would love to come see it.. He said that he will call me if it sells but if no call to come on in.. Thank god he didn't call, I got there and the car was sitting there just waiting for me.. Test drove it, loved it and bought it all within 30 minutes.. They didn't try and over sell me on anything and I loved the service from Doug to the financing ... It was awesome!!!! While shopping for a new Acura at Elk Grove Acura, I was pleasantly surprised by my positive experience. I dreaded buying a new car due to past experiences with other dealerships. I was not looking forward to pushy salespeople who don't even listen to your needs. Leon asked me what I wanted in a car, then took me out for a test drive. After each car I drove, he listened to what I liked and disliked about the driving experience, then suggested a better fit. I drove a total of three cars, each of which was closer to what I was looking for than the one before. In the end, I bought a car that exactly fits my needs. Thanks Leon!

I did a lot of research before going into the dealership. From my past buying experience, I was not looking forward to making another "new car purchase". We were kindly greeted by Robbie as soon as we walked on the lot. I test drove the car I was interested in & felt absolutely no pressure to buy! The last few weeks I have been in the market for a SUV for my wife. I began my search on CarsDirect.Com and stumbled upon a few cars that would fit my wife's needs. So, I sent out a few emails and followed up with a few dealers that had the best deals. I drove down to Elk Grove Acura and test drove the perfect car from my wife. I told the Doug that I would be in contact with him after I spoke to my wife. I snapped a few photos of the car and headed home. My wife was excited and so the deal began. Doug made the process really easy for us, because my wife hates the hold deal or no deal aspect of buying a car. I explained to Doug that I wanted to process the deal over the phone and when the paper work was drawn and ready, we would drive down. We all know the pricing information is readily available on the Internet. Our final price was a bit better than KBB. Bottom line? EGA made money....we saved money....and free hand car washes!I'd not hesitate to recommend Elk Grove Acura and Vinnie Hoang.Doug from parts introduced himself and presented us with Acura umbrellas. Very nice gesture. Eddie worked with us on financing. Very smooth transaction. FYI: My father bought a VW from Lasher Niello in 1959.

For months I have postponed the inevitable task of purchasing a vehicle. I had no desire to deal with an aggressive salesman. My car search took me to Elk Grove Acura where I met Leon. He was friendly, courteous, attentive and cognizant of the special needs of my husband who is disabled. Throughout the buying process I appreciated the fact that he did not hover, but allowed us time to visit and speak privately. He checked in to ensure we were comfortable and provided bottles of water. Certainly most dealers would have done the same, but I felt as if Leon was doing all he could to make sure our experience was positive. Although I was pre-approved through my financial institution Michael found me a loan with an interest rate 2 points lower! I am ever grateful. Thanks Leon, Kevin and Michael. When we left with our vehicle everyone we met came out to wish us well. I would definitely return.

This is the second vehicle I purchased from this dealership over the last two years. I found Leon Carado to be a refreshing change from the "typical" aggressive sales team approach found at many other dealerships. The entire transaction was transparent and straightforward including the trade-in of my older vehicle through the purchase of my certified used vehicle. My prior purchase of a new vehicle two years ago was also a pleasurable experience suggesting to me that the culture at Elk Grove Acura sets it apart from other dealerships. The bottom line is that I feel the dealership treated me fairly and I treated the dealership fairly. A win-win situation. I highly recommend Elk Grove Acura based on my experiences with their sales approach as well as my experience with the service department over the last two years.

I met Leon Carado months ago, and he remembered the type of car I was looking for. Leon was not one of those salespersons who constantly call trying to sell you just anything. Once he found a car similar to what I had described, he called me to let me know it had just arrived in inventory. They are often very busy, but I did not feel rushed to make the deal. When Leon was not at the dealership, Graham was very good to work with as well, as he took us on a test drive. Leon worked with me to find a fair price, both for my trade-in and the certified used TSX. Jesse, the sales manager, made the deal happen. All in all, a nice experience at a classy dealership. I would recommend them if you are looking for an Acura, or other quality used vehicle. I have visited other Acura dealerships, and Elk Grove Acura gets my vote.

I went to see Graham at Lasher Elk Grove to test drive and purchase a used Toyota. I had some misgivings before the visit about how I would be treated by a dealership that didn't specialize in Toyota. My fears were unfounded. The entire experience from start to finish was very pleasant. I conversed with Graham as if I had known him for years. He was easy to work with and I felt he had my best interest at heart. He had nothing but good things to say about his employer, the Lasher company. I left with not only a new car, but a new business friend.

Vinny is an awesome sales person. I felt no pressure to purchase. He and the finance manager understood my situation. I went to Acura due to an ad for a used Honda. I didn't want to purchase a car but do to repair cost on my old car I looked into purchasing. This car had everything I wanted and it was in great shape. My purchase of my 2011 Hyundai Sonata was a great experience. I went online on Car Gurus to look for a vehicle and found one at Elk Grove Acura. Vinnie Hoang contacted me the following day. He preapproved me over the phone and the car was delivered to my front door. Unfortunately, the information on website was incorrect. It stated the vehicle had a sunroof and this was not the case. I'm the type to swap cars often compared to most, so I've had more than my fair share of dealership and independent car buying experiences. That said, dealing with Yusuf and Elk Grove Acura was easily the least hassle buying experiences I've been through. Like a responsible buyer, I did my research and knew what I wanted. My questions for Yusuf were more technical and in depth than the usual, "does this have power seats?" and he answered everything I needed to know like an expert. As far as getting the price I wanted - no hassle at all. I did my shopping around and Elk Grove was the best balance of price, dealer quality and experience (the low bid doesn't mean you're getting the best after-sale support). All this over the phone - I was 100+mi away when I made the decision to buy from Elk Grove Acura and they didn't disappoint. I got in at 7p, did my paperwork and was out with a brand new car, a great APR and a group I know I'll come back to for service and support. We sent an e-mail inquiry to take a test drive on a Thursday evening. We got an immediate response from Graham Copps, inviting us up right then. As we drove into the lot, the Sonata was sitting out front waiting for us. We were greeted by Graham and went over everything in the car. He made us feel comfortable and at ease right away. The test drive went well and we decided to talk about making a deal. The car was priced right and there was not much haggling necessary. Graham and Robert presented several different terms for financing through our credit union. We chose the one that met our needs and Robert made the signing super easy. While we were doing the paperwork Graham detailed the car for us, even though it was already spotless. It was late and the detailers had already gone home. Now that is customer service! My experience with Elk Grove Acura has been amazing. I began my experience talking with Laura Cauble about the lease of a new MDX along with the trade in of our old vehicle. Communication with Ms. Cauble was very easy and she was patient, upfront, and honest throughout the entire process. On one visit to the dealership I was assisted by Mr. Yusef Stewart because Ms. Cauble was off for the day. Mr. Stewart was just as helpful and patient. After exploring several options and trying to get the most out of our trade-in, we began working with Ms. Cauble again. She was able to get us the exact vehicle that we wanted at a reasonable price and was able to get us a little more than what we had asked for on our trade-in. In the end we decided to purchase the vehicle and we were given a very competitive finance rate. Overall it was an absolute joy to work with Ms. Cauble and all of the other team members at Elk Grove Acura on this purchase. I cannot imagine an easier car buying experience. To anyone in the market for a new Acura I would highly recommend getting in touch with the folks at this dealership. Since buying the car, it has been back into the service department to have some accessories installed and the folks there are just as friendly and helpful as the folks in sales. They make sure that you are happy and their pricing is difficult to beat.

Above and beyond with customer service!!! Both Anthony and Laura helped me purchase my vehicle. I was approximately $7,000 upside down with my old car and Anthony helped me in providing me all of my different options that I had. I didnt purchase the last option he provided the same day but he continued to follow up with me the day after, providing me yet another option. I did my research and after talking to a couple other dealerships I knew Anthony had the best option for me so I decided to call him to see if the vehicle I was interested in was still available. He was out of town but he referred me to his partner, Laura, who was able to seal the deal and provide the same excellent customer service. I ended up arriving an hour before Acura was closing but she was still able to assist me with all of my needs and even stayed past closing hours until I drove off the lot. I would give Acura 5 stars out of 5!

I found Elk Grove Acura by doing a new car search through cars.com for a 2014 Acura RDX. I did my homework ahead of time, and had already done a test drive at another dealership, and knew exactly what I wanted and the price I was willing to pay as well as the minimum I would take on my trade-in based on the Kelley Blue Book value. Before any of the other dealerships I had requested information from had even responded, I received an email from Doug at Elk Grove who confirmed what I wanted and the price they could offer it to me for. (He was almost $2k lower than my local dealership, and $600 below the next closest dealership.) Doug was also completely professional and straight-forward throughout the process. Two days later I made the drive to Elk Grove, and had no surprises through the sale process there with Doug and the finance department. (I had also run my credit score before I arrived at the dealership so I knew what financing I would qualify for.) I was treated with professionalism and courtesy throughout the sale process from beginning to end, and was very impressed with the customer service provided by Doug. I did not feel at any point that I was treated poorly because I am a woman, on the contrary, I could not be more pleased with my experience with Doug and rest of the "team" at Elk Grove Acura and would highly recommend them to any potential buyer.

We came to the dealership because we were interested in buying a new Acura. The other dealership in town didn't have the inventory we were looking for and not overwhelmingly friendly. Graham Copps suggested we drive the RDX, after my husband had done some research on it. He was very thorough about explaining all of the technology and features. I, personally, didn't like the way the passenger side felt. He suggested we take a MDX for a test drive. After discussing a new MDX, we thought maybe a used one might work. It was so comfortable and had enough technology to keep us busy. We bought it and are very happy with our purchase.

What great team. Thank you for introducing to the world of Acura. We absolutely love our ZDX. The team was supportive and fair. They kept the process moving forward with out unwarranted pressure. I would recommend all three of these individual and the finance person. She was a treat to talk with and looked for fair extended warranty options. The vehicle was the most advanced (technology), quietest, crossover on the market. Thank you for such fair deal on the car and a better finance rate than we had on our pre-approved loan. The only area for improvement is the time it took to process the paperwork. I would recommend 30 to 45 minutes from the time the deal is finalized. This is what I am used to with my last three car purchases. This minor compared to all the areas you guys shine. Our family thanks the Elk Grove team. I have to say it one more time...,the Acura ZDX is AWESOME!

After many months of frustration over what to do with my 2002 Thunderbird , my husband and I were driving by the dealership and I saw a sign that said, "We buy used cars".... wow I said," that is great" and my husband replied, "They aren't going to give you anything". When I got home I called and set a time on Thursday March 7th and went in..by myself. Sohe greeted me and was very friendly and offered me coffee and we went to my car. She had her check list and was very professional. She then said she would like to ask John Mcalester to join us. John was very nice and put me at ease about selling my car. Sohe and I went inside and John joined us and said how much he could offer me and why. I almost fainted....no hassle, no people to deal with on Craig List, just a done deal. I immediately said yes and shook hands and called my husband who couldn't believe I had sold it. He came to pick me up and was very happy. I have referred 2 people already and will continue to send others. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had buying/ selling.

Phil is excellent! Calm knowldegeable and friendly sales person. He really treats you more like a friend then a typical car sales people at other local dealer ships ahem Elk Grove Dodge!!!. If you want to get ripped off then go there but if you want a calm buying experience from the start to end go to Acura. My experience was great got there the car was exactly what was advertised on the internet. Other sales guys came to say hello and then phil took over fromt here. Got me the most for my trade and dropped a little price on the car I was getting over all I was got the car and left in about 2 hrs max. Love the place!

From my first contact with the sales dept (Randy Coquioco) it was a very relaxed, non pressure car buying experience. The one thing that stood out was they allowed me to drive it back to Stockton so I could have my wife look at it and test drive it overnight which really helped us in our decision making. I was slightly dissapointed in that they weren't more careful on their accuracy of what trim level they were advertising on Autotrader.com. But after that was cleared up, we came to an agreeable price that hopefully benefited both parties without much haggling. They did a great job on getting the used car detailed and key areas maintanenced to where I felt comfortable that the car was in great shape. They even showed me the work order and invoice of what they did to the car and the mechanics check point list. All in all my wife and I felt we were buying a certified used car and got a great car at a good value.

I am new to CA and purchased a 2013 Acura RDX from Doug Heibel and the team at Elk Grove. I worked the price out over email and then went into purchase the vehicle. There were no surprises when I got to the dealership. Doug even drove my rental car to downtown Sacramento for me so i could return it and drive home in my new RDX. While I was waiting for all the paperwork to get done I had lunch at Babe's which is located inside the dealership! The food was great. Randy Coquioco was very helpful. I was a little nervous due to my credit being a little challenging but he and his manager worked very hard to get me financed for the car I selected. they treated me as if I had perfect credit. It was the Labor day weekend and I absolutely hate shopping for cars, especially on a hot day. Kyle approached and welcomed me, offer his assistance and left me alone so i can shop without being bother. I had been shopping for cars all day and was exhausted with dealer following me around the parking lot and not giving me my space. Kyle knew exactly what to do, it felt. He was courteous and when i couldnt find something i liked, he was my car and showed me the car, before i even asked for a test drive, Kyle was quick on grabbing the keys to let me test drive the car. I fell in love with my car and thanks to Kyle, i was able to get the price i wanted and can afford. I had a trade-in and he was helpful with that as well. Michael was wonderful as well as Kevin. Since i had purchase my vehicle after they had been closed for about 2 hours, the guys were VERY patience and helpful. I had to return the next day for detailing of my car. I am one of those dreaded internet car shoppers with whom it is nearly impossible to establish a customer relationship using just the email and phone, but that is just what Doug was able to do. I had posed a challenge reagrding colors/options and during the search Doug (with behind the scenes help from his Sales Manager Kevin) was able to locate the model and at a competitive price that I was seeking. Doug's confident demeanor was instrumental in helping me stay the course throughout the search which lasted several weeks, while I was being actively courted by other Acura dealers some of whom were significantly closer to home.At the time of close, both Doug and Kevin were pleasant and straightforward reaffirming my decision to go with Elk Grove Acura.In the end a car purchase requires a leap of faith and in this instance the leap was well worth it.

Yusef greeted us upon arrival and was EXTREMELY polite and friendly. Throughout our experience he maintained absolute professionalism and exhibited excellent customer service. We never felt rushed, we never felt preasured into making the purchase. Yusef's concern was that we were comfortable with the sales process, the price and overall purchase. As a mother with two younger children, whom we needed to bring along, I LOVED the fact that they had a restaurant inside. The kids were able to eat, & not just junk food from a vending machine, which helped settle them down during the finalization of the purchase. My experience at Elk Grove Acura was great! Because I was traveling and couldn't stay at the dealership, the purchase of my car was completely processed in the evening, via phone by Max (Sales Associate) from the beginning all the way to the loan approval. I got the good news Sunday morning to come pick up my car. On Sunday, I then had the privilege of working with Ashraf (Finance MGR) who made the final process of buying my car a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this dealership and I will return in the future to purchase my next vehicle from them. Thank you Max & Ashraf for all your help :) - Pamela

This was by far the best experience we've had in purchasing a vehicle. We were downsizing our Chevy Tahoe, and Kyle was very attentive to our needs. After the MDX we had set our eyes on was sold on the way to the dealership, he went above and beyond to locate the vehicle that would fit our needs & budget. Very smooth transaction. We returned about 3mos after purchasing the vehicle, and Chris Broussard in service did a phenomenal job. Our part that needed replacing wasn't covered under the warranty, and he went above and beyond as well to contact the manufacturer and had ten replace as Good Will, just because they stand behind their products and customers. I must say, I was thoroughly impressed & have already begun spreading the word!!!

Yes, getting a new vehicle can actually be a pleasant experience when you do your buying/leasing here. Everyone we have ever come in contact with at this dealership has been genuinely kind and helpful. They are respectful and do not play games when dealing with you. Our salesperson, Max Mitchell, is no exception. Knowledgeable, great personality, incredibly easy to be around. Absolutely no stress when dealing with Max and we recommend him highly. All the way from North Dakota...Proud owner of a 2004 TL, but with growing kids I have wanted to add an MDX to the family for quite some time. When looking to buy a new vehicle, I know what I want and often take months to find the exact one.We stopped into Elk Grove Acura on a Thursday evening. I knew they did not have "my" car there, but wanted to physically check out the MDX, make sure it was what I expected, and then it could move it's way up higher on my to-do list. We were greeted by Max and I was pleasantly surprised that I liked him. I am not a fan of "salesmen" but Max didn't try to "sell" me anything. He did not even hesitate when I told him he didn't have what I wanted, he simply said he could have it there tomorrow. When it came to price, Max started tallying the numbers for us and I told him specifically what I wanted to pay. There was no delay and no haggling. Instead of feeling like a target, I felt like I was catered to. I got exactly what I wanted given to me, and nothing pushed on me.I have never had a car-buying experience that was actually enjoyable and not a chore! They got my gorgeous new MDX brought in and even installed the aftermarket accessories and had me on the road in less than 48 hours (closer to 24 hours since I didn't commit until Friday morning). I could not ask for better. :-)Thank you, thank you, thank you. Max (and everyone else) made this purchase way to easy! I will be excited to return in the future when it's time to add another.

I was in the mood to buy a full size truck. I had searched on the Internet for this type of vehicle in my area and there was a 2010 Ford F150 XLT at this dealership. I had emailed the Doug Heibel about the truck, my trade-in, my approval status and what I was willing to pay. I received a quick response that the could probably meet my request, but would have to see the trade-in. So, about 20 minutes later I was at the dealer, and met with Doug. He was currently with another customer so he introduced me to Max Mitchell. Max and I went out to the vehicle I wanted, and I really liked the way it looked and felt. Max asked if I wanted to test drive it and within minutes (after doing some test drive paperwork) we were out on the road. The truck was a dream, it had all the extras that I wanted a couple extra bells and whistles that I didn't even dream of. Max even asked me what type of music I liked while we were driving and set my favorite station as number 1 on the saved stations. Upon returning to the dealership, I was ready to crunch some numbers. I informed them what I was willing to pay, what I wanted as trade-in, how much I was willing to put down and how much I was willing to pay. In a matter of 10 minutes they were back with the counter offer which was really more of an agreement and a description of what they were going to submit for approval. Within 5 minutes we shook hands and it was time for me to meet with the Finance Manager (Ashraf Eldib). Over the next hour Ash and I went through all the paperwork, adding miscellaneous options to the purchase so that I felt 100 percent at ease about my purchase. Within three hours I was on the road in my NEW "Used" FORD F150 XLT enjoying life. I went home, picked up the wife, and went over to mom's to show her my new truck. Thanks Elk Grove Acura for getting me into my new vehicle.

I have given Acura of Elk Grove, and Graham Copps, a rating of excellence. I went to the dealership on Sunday, on a whim, to look at a couple of Acura RDX's that I saw on-line. My experience with another local Acura dealership a month ago had left me feeling a bit disillusioned and disappointed, so I was not expecting much. I didn't even bring my husband with me, because I didn't want to waste his time. Graham greeted me right away and was very warm and enthusiastic, but not pushy or over-bearing. We took a test drive, then sat down to run the numbers, and it was all very relaxed and comfortable. I noticed that this Acura dealership was very busy - lots of activity and people coming in to look and purchase, and plenty of salespeople to take care of everyone. This impressed me - they even allowed me to take the car I was interested in home to show my husband! After negotiating for a minimal amount of time, we came to an agreement on a price and fair trade-in for my vehicle. However, since I am a very cautious person who does not make hasty decisions, I did not return until the next day to purchase my new baby. Graham was very patient and understanding about my apprehension - he agreed that it was a big decision, and did not try to force or influence me in any way. That is the kind of car-buying experience that everyone should have, and I will definitely recommend this dealership and salesman to everyone I know!

I was wandering around the Elk Grove Auto Mall looking for a slightly used minivan, and Phil came out to talk to me. Even though we ultimately determined they didn't have something matching my needs, he was extremely friendly and great to talk to. If you need to go to this dealership, I hope you get to work with Phil, I wish I had been able to buy from him. I found what I needed at Elk Grove Dodge and had an OK experience there, but Phil was the highlight of my day.

Found the exact car we wanted on the internet at Lasher's Elk Grove Acura. I combined a trip to Sacramento with a visit to test drive and check the dealership out. I found Phil to be a low pressure, knowledgeable salesperson during the test drive. This is my third Acura TL, don't think I will ever drive a different car! Phil was responsive to all my questions and by the end of the weekend we had arranged for delivery of the car. Great job Phil... and supporting cast at Lasher's.

We ended up driving home with our new used Acura. Robert was very easy to work with and he was also a lot of fun. We will go back when we are in need for another car which will probably be in 2 years. We will be sure to ask for Robert.

My wife and I began the very unpleasant chore of shopping for a different car. However when we went to Acura in Elk Grove we were extremely surprised. We were greeted by Kyle when we entered the lot and explained to him we were just shopping. He asked what were we looking for and we told him a 2010 Acura TSX. He pointed out the cars and explained the differences between cars. He was fantastic.He had a previously scheduled appointment and he got Kevin to come talk to us. We took the car for a test drive and he explained everything about the car. He said we could take it for a longer ride if we wanted. We felt good with everything. No pressure from either of them. Kevin asked about financing and we told him where we were planning to go. He ran various scenarios of length and payments, again no pressure.We went back 2 days later and bought the car. Eddy handled the paper work and actually got us a loan .6% lower than our original place. What great service. He took the time to explain in great detail all the financing, and also the warranties on the car and others we might want to consider.Everyone we dealt with was a true professional and treted us with respect.THIS IS A GREAT PLACE TO BUY A CAR,AND I RECOMMEND IT TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

Our experience in this dealership was great. Me and my wife were looking for an Acura TL for a long time and always in bad luck. We went to a lot of dealership but the Acura of Elk Grove dealership was the best place weve been. Yusuf Stewart approach us as we were browsing the cars in their lot. He was very helpful and knowledgeable of the car were looking for. He gave us options for the car were looking for and also with the financing. We end up getting my wifes dream car, the Acura TL. I owned a 1995 Honda Accord for many years since my junior year of High School. I was in deed of a new car. I did many searches on what vehicle I wanted to purchase this past weekend. I set my mind for a Toyota Camry. This pass weekend I walked in to many dealership where many Camry's were sold. Most of the sales person were really nice and very pushy, but I wasn't much satisfied with the service I had received. I mainly gave up hope on finding a new car, and I said to myself maybe I'm just not ready to purchase a new car. My final stop was the Acura Dealership in Elk Grove. They had a 2009 Toyota Camry that I really liked and wanted to take a look before I call it quits. As I called the dealership I spoke to someone there name Rob. He was very helpful and told me the vehicle was still available. As I pulled up to the Elk Grove Acura Dealership I felt sunshine on a cold rainy day. I was greeted with a smile by a salesman name Graham Copps. He showed me the vehicle, and took me for a test drive on the Camry I was concerning about. The vehicle came out perfect. After the drive Graham ask me if this was the vehicle I was looking for. I told Graham "Yes". He sat me down at a desk with a computer and was very helpful. He explained every step clearly and made me understood what I would need for the vehicle. For example: "Gap insurance". As for me, as a first time buyer, I didn't know what anything ment. He was very helpful, and I would recommend this Dealership to each and everyone out there. I was so happy to purchase my first new vehicle. I left the Dealership with butterflies in the stomach. That was how excited I was. Before you start shopping around for you new vehicle stop by here at the Elk Grove Acura. I guarantee you will not look no further. From the moment we walked onto the dealership lot, our salesman, Rob, was friendly, courteous, honest and willing to work with us on the sale of a 2008 used Lexus IS250 for our daughter. Everyone at EG Acura was easy to work with. Kyle Reid was friendly and very knowledgeable about the car we were buying and he gave us a great price. There were no high pressure tactics used at all. Very straight forward and honest. I will certainly go back for our next Acura purchase. EG Acura is about 25 miles further than my nearest Acura dealer but because of the great service I will drive the extra distance for any services.

My fiance, family and I had an amazing time doing business with this dealership. Robert and Max took extremely great care of us on not dealing a great price for the car but showing us the ins and outs of the car. Acura has always been one of our first choices in brands. In our family this is our 5th Acura. The reason we left our other dealer is a bad experience with a sales person. We didn't feel like a family as they stated earlier. We are not just a one time buyer we look for dealerships that we can go back to in the future because Acura is the only car we would drive. Robert treated us with respect and cared about us like a human beings not just another buyer. He took time after hour to make sure we were ok. We stayed there after hours and was offered drinks throughout the time we were there. After the purchase we had a great time with Ashraf as well. He gave us a great understanding with the paper works and worked after hours to make sure we could go home with the car that night. They closed the dealership at 9 and we were still there till 10ish.I would highly recommend this place and plan on going back to purchase another car. Hopefully the 2013 hybrids looks amazing and we can have that car in our family as well. Thank you for the amazing service. We have suggested to many of our clients and friends. Robert is the person to talk to if you if are interested in buying a Acura. Thanks again and I can't wait for our first A1 service that is on the house.

My husband and I were very impressed with Elk Grove Acura. We didn't know much about Acura until we me Phil McCaskey. He educated us about the TSX in particular. He was very knowledgeable. Unlike many of our car buying experiences in the past Elk Grove Acura made this purchase very easy. They are very professional and businesslike with no high pressure sale. We saw a used Tacoma on AutoTrader.com at Elk Grove Acura. Our sales person, Kyle, was very nice and seems like a great guy and the finance guy, Michael was also really nice. Beside that, it was the typical dealer experience. We were there almost 3 hours for negotiations and paperwork. They weren't too flexible on the price which we were okay until getting home and finding out more about the truck. Now I feel that we paid too much. When our friend, who is very car savvy, saw it he said it looked like it had work to the front quarter panel so we took it to our mechanic so he could check it out. Our mechanic verified that it had been in so sort of accident. Any mechanic would have been able to tell this so I am very disappoint. The dealership must have found this out when they did their inspection and I feel they should have disclosed it. The CarFax report was clean, so I guess it was our fault for not knowing what to look for, but still. We would never have bought the truck knowing about the accident. Besided that our mechanic found a power steering leak which I feel the dealership's mechanic should have seen and fixed prior to putting it on their lot. This week (less than a month from purchase) we had to take the truck in for new front break hardware. The front breaks were one of the things the dealership said they fixed so that was a bit troublesome. I wanted to buy a used vehicle from a major dealer because I felt it would be more reliable than buying from a private party because they would have inspected the vehicle and fix the issues before selling it. I think my expectations were too much.

I am the only person working for my family. I have a sick family member that makes me need to leave work unexpectedly quite often. I had a 1996 Camry with over 200k miles on it that I bought in 1999. On Sunday, August 7th, 2011, my car broke down. Numerous things were happening with it and I was scared beyond beliefe on how this would effect everyone. I looked into other transportation and would need 2 buses to get to our Light Rail system and then another bus to get to work, which is about an hour away driving, and it would take about 4 1/2 hours a day total. This was not an option. I went on-line to the Elk Grove Auto Mall the next day and found a car I was interested in. I called and spoke with Graham Copps and submited a request for pre-approval. He called me back in about 15 minutes to say I should come down to see the car. While there he was professional while personable. He made the transaction so easy. Next I worked with Robert Eason in financing. Again, professional but personable. I was happy to have been approved so quickly, but not looking forward to a payment since I have not had one in about 6 years, but he kept up easy conversation that made it easier for me to be there. I drove home in my "new" used 2007 Toyota Camry. The reliefe was tremendous. Now, what makes me adamant to recommend Elk Grove Acura to everyone I now meet is the fact that the very next day I rec'd a call from a woman names Angel. She called to tell me that they had found me better financing. My rate went down from 12.99% to 7.49%, my term went from 72 months down to 60 months while my payment decreased my about $5.00. THIS is phenominal customer service!!! I signed the contract for the previous figures, needing a car and accepting what was available at the time. But, they went the extra mile to continue to try to get me the best deal. I was shocked to get that call and was able to go to the dealership last night to sign a new contract that is saving me a year of payments and over $3,700.00. All of my heartfelt thanks to the all the people I worked with. The peace of mind and weight lifted from my shoulders is so wonderful. And the drive is smoother and much more fun now too!!! Try this dealership to see what they can do for you!!!

I respoded to an add for a used vehicle. My salesman met me and listened to my concerns about making a deal. I was able to trade in my current vehicle and complete the purchase as I had hoped. I had one area that needed to be serviced after the sale and this dealership met my expectations on service after the sale. They loaned me a vehicle while my service was being performed and even washed my vehicle prior to me picking it up. I feel that I paid a fair price for my vehicle comparing it to what I had been looking at both private sellers and other dealerships.

The whole experience was good and stress free. Since it was a used car I felt more at ease because of the 150 point inspection they had done. Doug was the opposite of high pressure, he just made sure that I had all the information needed. Everyone was great. I drove 90 miles to get to the dealership and it was worth it.

My 2007 MDX had a few technical issues since I bought it and they followed them all the way through until they were resolved. They also honored the issues in good faith. Service Associate Chandra Rosales leads the way in the service department. She epitomizes hard work,punctuality,commitment,and excellence of Elk Grove Acura. She always has a smile and is attentive to my individual needs. She absolutely knows her "stuff" and provides accurate automotive education to the customer. She shows care and concern by listening attentively to issues even beyond "my car". Please visit this dealership! Let's face it, buying a car can be a big pain and very overwhelming! The staff at Elk Grove Acura were friendly and helpful. I never felt like they were trying to take me for an arm and a leg, in fact, I was able to negotiate what I believe was a very fair deal. The whole transaction was done in a reasonable amount of time and there really weren't any gimmicks. Robert was able to find the perfect car for me and never tried to force a car on me that wasn't exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend that you visit EG Acura! You will get fantastic customer service where the staff is dedicated to meeting your every need, and you won't spend your whole weekend being "nickeled and dimed."

I just purchased a 2012 Acura TL from Elk Grove Acura. The customer service I had received from start to finish was awesome. I didn't feel the pressure to make a hasty decision and "close the deal." Recently I purchased a car at Elk Grove Acura. I want to thank the staff for their knowledge and professionalism without using high pressure like other dealerships I have visited. Graham was pleasant to work with and had answers to all our questions during our test drive. I was extremely pleased with Kyles knowledge and detailed demonstration of all features of the RDX. Buying a car is very stressful and Kyle's calm manner kept us relaxed. Dealing with Kevin was like dealing with a longtime friend. He had answers to all our questions and never pressured us in any way. Mike in financing was very pleasant and thorough while making sure that all of our agreements were covered in the contract. Over the past several months, I have visited many Acura dealerships (Southern CA, East Bay & Sacramento Areas). None of the dealerships I visited could every compare to Elk Grove Acura. Doug, Phil and Rob, were, and will continue to be extremely professional and respectful to me and my family. These gentleman went above and beyond their job duties. I wish I lived in the Elk Grove area so I could utilize their superior service department. I am so grateful and happy with the service that I have told all my friends and family to only purchase their vehicles from Elk Grove Acura!!! Thank you all for everything!!! I really appreciated Doug taking the time to pre-qualify me prior to my visit to the dealership as I live about 75 miles away. Doug kept in constant contact with me to ensure that I had all of the information. When we (my husband and I) arrived at the dealership, Doug made himself available and took the time to show us the inventory and allowed us to test drive various cars. I have been taking my car to Elk Grove Acura for service since I purchased my car and Chad Kurtz has always been terrific to deal with and treated me great and been very honest. I always know if he suggests something needs to be done on my car, that it's absolutely needed.

My wife and I actually bought a 2010 Ford Fusion from Elk Grove Acura and had a very pleasant experience. Doug and the the rest of the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and made the process painless. We also got an amazing price! We just purchased an MDX from Elk Grove Acura, and had another terrific experience with this dealership. Over time, our family has owned owned 11 Acuras, the last four of which we purchased from Elk Grove, and we couldn't be more pleased. While Elk Grove is 90 minutes from where we live in the Bay Area and there are many other Acura dealers nearby, we continue to return to Elk Grove because they are flexible, friendly, and easy to work with - their customer service is outstanding.

I had been interested in getting a new Acura TL for about six months, but didn,t like the grill on the 2011 model. Doug had told me the 2012 would have some changes and kept me informed as to when it would be available. As soon as the color got to the dealership he called to let me know and gave me a fair price on it. I added some accessories and the service dept was very friendly as well. Over all a very good experiance with no supries.
