From the first phone call until we drove our new Mustang Mach E off the lot, all we can say is AWESOME! Our salesman, Josh Merritt, is wonderful. Not only did he find the car we were looking for, he (and the team at Hertrich) worked through our unique situation with patience and professionalism. Unlike other salesmen we have encountered in the past, if Josh didn't know something, he didn't lie, or brush off the question. Instead he sought out the answer. Also, we did not feel pressured or deceived at any time. Most impressive, however, is that our service still has not ended. Any questions/resources we need, Josh and the team at Hertrich haven't forgotten about us! We had a slight technical problem, so we sent Josh a message. Within minutes, we had a response. It doesn't get much better than that. Hertrich's have new customers for life!

Sales person was nice and great. I don't know what is up with these sales managers they all want to low ball. Then tell you that they have to fix this little dent and this little scratch so we can't give you what it's supposed bring trade wise. When in fact they never fix that stuff just detail it change the oil and throw it on the lot for double and triple what they gave you for it. The vehicle I was interested was not worth what they were asking. Apparently it was a vehicle from the beach area. A vehicle 6 years old shouldn't have rust and pitted chrome so soon. Along with the scratches and gouges all over definitely not worth 22,000 bucks.

Found a vehicle I liked on their website. I asked for an out the door price with all fees included. They asked if I had a trade in and send pics and info. The price quote I received back may have been the most ridiculous thing I’ve read this year. First they left off one of the rebates I qualified for. Then they offered me $5000 less for my trade in than every other dealership that appraised it. Essentially they wanted me to pay $6000 over MSRP all said and done. I declined and said those numbers won’t work for me. All I got back was “no problem and good luck.” No negotiations or counter offers. I was dismissed immediately. I ended up buying the same truck at Porter Ford and got more than I expected for my trade in. Walked away $7000 less than what they offered. Oh and today the vehicle is now listed $2000 over what they told me last week. Looks like someone is going to get ripped off.

Love the new building. Was apprehensive to go away from the dealer I purchased from for years in Delaware but I figured I would give Elkton Ford a shot. They saved me $4,000 more over buying in Delaware. Driving to Md was worth it! Everything from working with my salesman Joe to finishing up the deal with their manager Mark. Would come back and will tell all my friends to buy from there as well.

I brought my 2008 Ford Taurus X in to have a slight leak from the transfer case checked out. When I received the estimate for the repair, I determined that it was not worth fixing. I have a long history with Ford, so I gave them the first chance at a new car. I wanted a lease, something with enough leg room for me to be comfortable, enough room in the back for my musical gear, economic, but with enough power to negotiate Interstates without a problem. I was assigned Elaine Breen as a Sales Representative. She was knowledgeable and professional. No pressure:"Let's find the right car for you."After trying various models, she suggested that I try the C Max Hybrid. I was skeptical, but as it turned out, it more than fit the bill.It was also within my budget range.After the sale, Elaine was making sure that my transition was a smooth one. She helped me clear out my old car, load up the new one, change the plates and gave me instructions on the capabilities of the computer system. She also synced my phone to the car and downloaded all information. I am happy with my C Max and I get many compliments about it. I will remain a loyal Ford customer.

I was very pleased with my experience with Elkton/Ramsey Ford. They researched and showed me several choices since I knew the basic model I wanted and color. Once I knew of several options I wanted within the color of my choice they located a vehicle and after looking this over I went for it, now they even did more work in getting me the best financial package with all extra benefits. I had a turbo problem on my f250 and had to get a tow to a nearby dealer, so I chose Elkton ford. Bill in service was able to get my truck diagnosed and fixed that same day. He also noted my brakes were low so based on my great service experience, I scheduled the brakes job with them too. That was done as scheduled. I have to note there is a ford dealer closer to my home but I'll keep going to Elkton ford for the quality service and clean premises.

They get you in the vehicle. then when you need their help on other matters, that won't return your call or even make a effort to help you .when they are the ones at fault. then they turn around and tell ford warranty that your vehicle wasn't equip with it when they sold it to you . I took my truck in for service on December 19, 2015 for a laundry lists of items to be serviced; some large items. My service rep was Bill and he was very responsive when I called for status updates, however would have liked to been called more instead of having to call myself. The repairs did take considerable longer than expected, but given the back to back holidays during the week, it is somewhat understandable.

The new building is beautiful with a comfortable lounge area for waiting for my oil change. I would suggest they post the Wi-Fi password somewhere or give it to the customer while they're waiting. However the Service Advisor, Jeff was very nice. Overall I had a great experience.

My newer vehicle started giving me trouble one evening on my ride home. I drove it straight to the Elkton Ford dealership, from where I purchased it. They took it in that night, diagnosed it over the next couple of days, and helped me get into a rental by the end of the week, through the Ford Extended Service Plan. It was around the holidays and we had travel plans that required my larger vehicle. Elkton Ford went above to help get us a larger vehicle, rather than the standard car. Thanks for helping us make it to Christmas #1!

The transmission of my 2014 Escape needed to be replaced after just 48,000 miles. You had my car for 18 days. Could the repairs have been faster? My perspective was that the Ford process of approving a warranty repair/replacement of a transmission took an excessively long time. Also, when my repairs were completed it took a long time to get checked out and pick up my car. Can you expedite your car pick up after service system? Ford did provide a rental car for me after I made several phone calls for customer service...Thank you.

I had the service done the day after the move to the new facility. I assumed that the diesel truck service was separate from the regular car service, so I dropped my truck at the wrong building the night before. I recommend putting some signs up directing customer to the after hours drop off.

Hi I requested a trip multipoint inspection. I just returned and my 2001 f 150 worked out fine. It is a great vehicle with 194000 miles. My only issue is the bottom of the body under the doors is rusting out. I cannot buy a new ford because you no longer make the seats fold down in your pick ups. I travel with golden retrievers. The fold down seats makes the perfect area for them. Please pass this on to Ford CEO.Thank you

My experience with your dealership continues to be exemplary. When picking up my vehicle I was waiting for no more than 3 minutes when the cashier apologized. I stated that it was not a problem and her response was "Your time is as valuable as ours." What a refreshing response.The service department continues to be extremely friendly and helpful. My first experiences were with Scott. My last two appointments were handled by others who were as friendly and helpful as Scott. I am sorry that I do not know their names or the name of the cashier so that the compliments can be passed on to them.

Since I had an appointment for a specific time, I was hoping the oil change and multipoint inspection would take about 1/2 hour. it took more than an hour. Maybe that isn't out of line but when you add it to travel time, I have quicker alternatives at least for the oil/filter change.

I have already recommended Ramsey Ford to a few friends. The service was GREAT and everyone was so nice and helpful. Most dealerships are EXTREMELY PUSHY and only care about the sale and not the people involved. The people at Ramsey were very caring and concerned more about helping us get the car we wanted instead of just throwing us in something and sending us on are way. Our salesman Al Startt was the best!! He was friendly and helped us tremendously. To be honest I was never a Ford person but I am now thanks to Al. I will never do business with any other dealership. Ramsey has made me a lifetime customer.

After breaking down on I-95 as I crossed the Susquehanna and getting a tow into your dealership in Elkton, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service I received. Pleasant - might have written this prior to this survey but such excellence needs to be allowed twice. Oil changed end of day with appointment only configured in morning. Hurrah no long wait in the morning, but mid afternoon of the same day and timely.Found out that my car will continue to stop properly if new break pads... so need to make appointment for the Ford Focus to come in for a timely break! Two hours I was told. Sorry I am poor this week - I tried my sense (cents) of humor is failing. LoL Coffee was old and cold in the waiting room.

The staff is fantastic! They are always courtious and knowledgeable. I am, however, very disappointed in the middle seats of our Ford Flex. The seat just behind the driver's seat has never worked well. We have never been able to put that seat down. I took it to the dealership while it was under the bumper to bumper warranty and they were able to pop it down for me twice and said there was nothing wrong with it. However, everytime Within a week, I could no longer put it down. I gave up driving back to the dealership which I wish I had not done because now it is no longer covered under warranty and I am stuck with a seat that doesn't function at all. This greatly limits my anility to transport cargo in an otherwise great car. I would never recommend this car to anyone because of this flawed seat design. Both seats should have the automatic button release like the right rear seat.

I own a 2003 Ford Escape XLT. I needed to have some Recall work done so i called Ramsey Ford of Elkton. When i arrived they took me right in and started the work immediately. I had to wait for my car because it's my only way to get around. They were done in about an hour. The staff were friendly and provided a much needed cup of coffee! Thank You! Great Job!

2014 F-150 The staff and service personnel at Ramsey are good and friendly. The only negative was the time to complete the service. I had a 8:00 first appointment of the day and was there at 7:55 .....The service wasn't completed until 9:15 ......that needs to be improved upon.

well, it is simple. We needed 30,000 mile checkup because they sent us a card telling us so. We made the appointment, took vehicle in, process to check in was very good; we left - they called us in good time with it being done. Picked it up - good check out procedure. Doing fine. Good bunch down at Ford. By the way we bought our first ford (Escape) after 25 years of Chrysler products. Not sorry yet.

My entire car buying experience at the dealership was fantastic. Elaine Breen explained the entire process to me as well as going with me on the road test and explained the vehicle's options, etc. She demonstrted the Ford MyTouch system and also paired my phone so that I could use it on my way home. Jim in Finance was also very helpful in explaining the finance plan and the benefits of the extended warranty program. Very pleasant experience.

I brought my 2012 Mustang convertible in for and oil change and tire rotation. I asked the Service Manager to check a noise in the front end. The work was done quickly and also a preliminary diagnosis of the front end noise. Scott the manager was great.

I took my F150 to Ramsey for a bad coil and 8 new spark plugs. After getting it back I noticed some of the plugs had not been changed. I went back to Ramsey and they confirmed somehow missing a few. They were very apologetic and installed the remaining plugs. In addition they noticed some other repairs that would probably be needed in the future. They made these other repairs at no cost to me. Although I was fairly ticked off at first Ramsey worked hard to correct there mistake. Overall I had a good experience that was worth the initial stress.

Super experience. They had what we wanted at the price we were willing to pay. There was no hard-sell, but rather good down-to-earth info about the vehicle we selected. They were very forthcoming about the vehicle (carfax, state inspection report, money they put into it making the vehicle perfect, etc.) and the purchase process. I will do business with them again.

Bottom line I called over the phone to make trade because I live in NY and was sent a confirmation order with vehicle options so I knew what I was getting before I left my $ 500 deposit. Truck was specially ordered because of the options I ordered. Needless to say didn't realize until I got back to NY that it was missing a remote start/ heated seats package. Called back the next day spoke to sales manager Kevin who could of cared less and said nothing he could do its traded now. After a heated exchange I hung up and called corporate to complain. Do yourself a favor and check out competitors first.

Other than my brother-in-law David getting a Red Candy Colored 2012 Ford Focus SEL for $15,000 dollars, I think that he had great service. And considering the fact that the dealer allowed me to look at a white Ford Explorer Limited it was so awesome. It was an awesome day for me and my brother-in-law. I think that if anyone was to get any kind of vehicle especially a Ford vehicle it's recommended to go to either Ramsey Ford of Rising Sun or Ramsey Ford of Elkton. SO DON'T BE AFRAID OF THEIR NICE FACES. AND GREAT SERVICE. Good Luck on your next car buying process.

On 8/19/12 saw an ad for a 2002 Trans Am a car which I have been searching for. Since it was Sunday night I left an e-mail. The next morning Tom Powell,salesman,called me at around 9am. I met tom at the dealership around 9:30. He was polite,courteous,with no pressure at all. He answered all my quest. I traded in a 2010 suv with only 21,xxx miles. I had mentioned to Tom I wanted a fair price and didn't want to be really low balled. I did my homework on my trade in and saw they were asking at dealers on the low end 18,999 to 21,999. My trade in was in excellant condition.Autotrader.com has a trade-in service and wanted to give me 10,200. Car Cash quoted me 15,200-19,300 pending a visual inspection. But I wanted to trade it in to a dealer to save on the sales tax(I pay tax on the diff.only betwween the price of the veh. I was buying and the amt.they gave me for my trade. After my test ride I told Tom I wanted to purchase this veh. He went to go find out about my trade. They offered me $17,000 which I thought was a fair price. They certainly didn't low ball me.The high end price from the other source was $19,300 but that was contingent upon a visual inspection and road test but I wouldn't have qual. for the sales tax benefit by trading it in to a dealer. Again,let me stress,my veh.had very low miles and was a 5 out of 5. Bottom line is my exp. at Ramsey Ford,Elkton,Maryland was a pleasurable one. And if I had to buy another car at Ramsey I recommend Tom Powell. Best salesman I ever dealt with while purchasing a car!

Everything was okay until it came time for them to give me a value for my trade. The price they quoted for the vehicle I wanted was okay, not good or great but okay. Kelly and NADA had my trade valued at between $8,000 and $12,000 for a dealer offer. They offered me $6,700 and would not budge. One week later I went to a competitor who offered $9,500. I took the second offer.
