Went to the parts department for assistance and they were great. The guys there worked with me to get the proper parts for my vehicle and for a reasonable price. If they didn't have something, they would call and find it for you. Great service! Bought a car here and they did their best to help me get into the vehicle I wanted. They were quick and very friendly. I would buy a car from this place again. I had my vehicle serviced here and they were very friendly. They got my vehicle in and out much quicker than the estimated time frame. They have a cool video that shows them inspecting the vehicle and showing the major points. Overall, my entire experience with every aspect of this company and location has been great! Not an easy feat to achieve. Well done.

Finally had a good car buying experience. Not a common thing. Plaid suit guy status.... always trying To “sell you” and pressure you into a vehicle. I’m sure we can all agree, buying a car is the absolute worst experience of all times! finally for ONCE, along came a guy named Mateo. FINALLY! Being a salesmen you cannot sell me. I believe in integrity and putting the customer first. This Dude NEVER pressured me. I bought because I Sold myself. Mateo said “you’re not really looking to buy anything so just go on the website from time to time.” Literally I was about to walk out the door; no questions. I decided on my OWN, to look at a car as I was leaving and just happened to LOVE IT! Besides my family, Mateo is the most honest salesmen I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. What a breath of fresh air. This dude was AWESOME! If you are stressed, need a car and really just can’t work up the nerve to walk into a dealership, Mateo is your Guy! He will restore your faith in humanity. There are still Good people out there, and Mateo is one of them. He never sold his integrity to make a dollar, and that quality is simply priceless. Thank you Emich for Hiring Mateo. This man is not just a salesmen, he is a person you can trust when you aren’t looking.What a rare gem! I will cherish this experience because it is simply the BEST!!

I brought in my '99 Cabrio recently. Overall, I had a good experience with the team there. I ended up only getting some items fixed, as this car isn't my daily and being financially conservative at the moment but they did a great job diagnosing the issues with an itemized list for me to review. Milo was the service manager I communicated with. They were able to send me video footage of the diagnosis by the tech and we could also communicate via text/email for convenience throughout the day. I would highly recommend Emich and their team for their professionalism, great communication, and work on my car.

From start to finish and beyond Nermina was extraordinary. Displayed a total transparency and honest understanding to what my wife wanted. If buy another car the company has a lot to live up too. I was also very impressed how the sales manager/owner was very nice. The dealership is going to be hard to beat. Thank you and God Bless Emich

Buying a car from Emich Volkswagen was the best car buying experience I have ever had! From the second we walked in everyone was extremely friendly, prompt, understanding, and efficient. It was a very smooth process from start to finish! Travis was very friendly, knew the inventory, and was patient with decisions. Mateo was also very thorough and fast with the papers! The car was nicely detailed and given to me with a full tank of gas. I am very impressed by how easy and painless the process was here! Highly recommend!!!
