I bought a Jaguar from Empire Exotic Motors sight unseen. I dealt with LEE HALL on the transaction. everything was what was promised, the car met my expectations. they gave me very fair trade in on my older Jag and working with IVAN to finish the sale was quick and easy. They were true to word that this would be an pleasant experience. I highly recommend them and will be back to purchase my next exotic

We inquired about an Audi R8 V10 on their website on Sunday evening not expecting any contact until Monday. Ivan Jimenez called us about an hour after our email inquiry and confirmed the automobile was available and we set Monday early afternoon as the time to look at it. We test drove it with Ivan and then decided to purchase. They made the process painless and treated us very fairly and well. Pleasant, no pressure and the best buying experience for an auto we have ever had. The car was exactly as represented on the website. We were very impressed with Ivan and with Empire's owner and personnel. We will buy there again.

I can not say enough great things about this dealership. I went one afternoon to check out the new beautiful showroom in Addison and WOW...... !!!!! Bentleys ! Ferraris ! Benzedrine ! Lamborghini etc.... I'm 59 years old but it brought out the kid in me. I had previously bought a Mercedes from Ivan Jimenez for my wife from their other location and I was treated so nice so I thought I'll check this new location out. And boy was I glad I did. They had just traded for a 2013 G63 white Mercedes that I have been craving, and wouldn't you know it that car is in my driveway. I was able to buy it on the spot and it was $8000 cheaper than the cheapest one out there. I've been looking for 2 months and was completely educated about options and prices. What a nice man Ivan is. He also gave me top dollar for my trade. I'm so happy and what a royal treatment. You all go see Ivan. He is fair and very caring and professional one not pushy at all. What an experience oh also I met Eric, one of the owners and what a pleasant person and we'll run operation. Go Epire. Five stars all the way. *****

Gerson was my sales rep. He was very professional and very responsive. This is the first time I bought a car off the internet. The ability to not feel, test drive or see the car was daunting. He tried to help as much as possible to make the deal easy. In the end, I bought a car from him that was $2k less than his cost. Wow!! But he still did a great job for me. Title was in hand as he promised. Car was loaded and didn't have problem with anything. I suggest you look at Empire next time you buy. This is a reputable company and I feel very comfortable doing another deal with them.

Buying this car was as easy as buying a shirt at a store. Prices were negotiated and agreed to before I set foot in the building. A no hassle test drive, nothing but a willingness to answer any questions or stay out of the way if there were no questions. For an experienced buyer, someone who has done their homework, knows the market and the vehicles available, this was an ideal car buying experience. The close took less than five minutes, paperwork was ready and limited. Best of all, no surprises, no dealer add ons, no maintenance contract pressure, nothing but a quick and clean sale. I have bought a number of cars over the years and I can not think of an easier, more relaxed buying experience. Don't come to be sold, if you come to buy you will be very satisfied.

If this review was about Ivan personally it would be 5 stars. There was a hiccup at 11th hour of the purchase that was out of Ivan's control, but Ivan made it right at the end. Ivan Jimenez is a great salesman. I called him from Atlanta to inquire a vehicle I saw listed for sale at the dealership there in Addison. He was attentive, upbeat and fair. He was respectful of my price request and worked diligently to get me a comparable financing package to meet my needs. The other staff members are also good people. Donny, another sales associate was kind enough to show me some of the less obvious features of my vehicle and how I could achieve the maximum enjoyment while driving. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the sales staff, selection and range of vehicles(motorcycles to classics to exotics/sports), and the beautiful layout of the showroom. My experience was probably the best ever had at a car dealer--trust me, I've owned more than few cars in my day. I am always weary about visiting a Used car dealership, you never know what you're getting. But I was so presently surprised with Luis Morales of Empire Exotic Motors in Dallas. Not only he was friendly and polite, but he knew exactly what I wanted when we firs talked. I went to get a car and ended up getting two, one for my daughter and one for me. Not only they help you with the financing process but they give you more than one option (my credit is not the best right now) and you can even chose. I have been looking for a used car for over a year but never could find the motivation to go thru the lengthy and tedious process. I was browsing online and found the exact car I was looking for at Empire Exotic Motors (2012 Dodge Ram Sport). I decided to go in a take a look, and I was immediately blown away by the service and their facilities. I was immediately greeted but not pressured for anything. I took a test drive, asked them to work up some numbers for me, and I left. Within an hour, they called me back with an amazing deal and already had my financing lined up. I went the next morning and signed the paperwork. It was the easiest auto transaction I've ever made and I won't hesitate to refer anybody to their dealership. I will be back again the next time I purchase a new car.

So Empire Exotic Motors have made things right since my last review about them. They finally came around and even refunded the money for my non-refundable airfare. I would like to thank Luis, their sales manager for taking the initiative and working diligently to mitigate my losses and pay for the airfare money I lost. I sincerely appreciate the kind gesture and I have since changed my opinion about this dealership and I will probably purchase a vehicle from them because they simply have great deals on hard to find cars.
