Went and bought a 2008 Civic. One of the fastest and smoothest car buying experience. Asked them for a $250 payment, they came back at $ 248/month and 45 minutes later I was driving home in my car. Thanks Ray and Anna, you guys sure made me happy.

I was in the market for a reasonably priced used car and stopped by Empire Motors. My salesman Armando showed me a few options and in no time I was sold on a Toyota Camry. I was sold because Armando was genuine. He dealt with me straight and I appreciate that. I will go back to Empire for another car in the future and will tell my friends also

We stopped by at Empire Motors after looking for a car all day in our area. We must have passed them a couple of times only to think that their cars would be too expensive for us. When we stopped by our sales person Armando greeted with very positive attitude, something we hadn't seen when we were at other dealers. Long story short. They have us as a customer for life. I would highly recommend them to all. We got the car, the payments and terms much much better than what we had budgeted, and their prices were very good.

I went as far as Las Vegas to look at a lifted F-250 diesel only to come back empty handed. I had been searching for a F-250 for over a month only to find my truck just down the street from where I work and live. I spotted the F-250 on Empire Motors website and decided to come in to just look. But the deal they offered me was so good that I couldn't refuse and ended up driving home in the truck. I am VERY happy with the price and the deal that I can't stop talking about it. I would highly recommend Ray and his team if you are in the market for a good quality used vehicle at excellent price.

I had been looking for a Speed3 for quite some time. Looked at many dealers in the area and went as far as LA and Orange County. most dealers didn't take me serious because of my age and many I didnt even like the cars. On the ad and the photos cars looked good but when I got there the car was not even woth test driving. I found Empire Motors just driving around Holt. I spotted the car and decided to stop by. An hour later I was driving home MY Speed3. I am sooooooo Happy I cant describe. Thank you for making my dream come true and most important provinding me an excellent price. I will bring my frieds here.

I was in the market for a commuter and ran into their ad on cars.com and saw a Prius. Came down to check out the car and went to a few other places in the area. Found their car to be exactly as described and most inportantly they didn't try and play any games like the other dealers tried to do. I am very happy with the purchase and with the staff. I would certainly be back to get another car from them soon.

I live in San Diego and came to Empire Motors because they treated me right when I first called. I was in the market for a Toyota Prius and had seen many in my area but found them to be a little pricey. I spotted Empire ad on Cars.com and called and was very impressed with the way they treated me. Ray answered all my questions up front and we came to an agreement on the price right over the phone and my wife and I decided to take the trip to Empire Motors. I must admit that I was still a little nervous about driving couple of hours only to find out this dealer is not every thing I expected. But I must admit. They exceeded my expectations. I truely believe that they are a good busniess and would hight recommend them to any one who wants to buy a car.

Just stopped by to look around. My car's engine blew up and I was not sure of my next move, so I just went to look. Ray and Armando got me sold. I looked at a few options and test drove at least 3-4 cars and finally chose a Kia Forte. I am in love with my car. I mostly appreciate the level of patience and professionalism both Ray and Armando showed me in the entire process. I would certainly come back for another car and tell my friends and family.

I had been in the market for a Mazda Speed or a performance car for over a month. I had been to LA, Orange County and all over the place only to hear stories from sales people and fiding cars that were not up to par. I finally found Empire Motors as I was driving down Holt Blvd and spotted THE CAR. My almost new 2012 Speed 3 with less than 6K miles. They made the process easy and got me into the car in less than an hour from start to finish. No hassle, no pressure, just straight forward deal just like I asked for, I am SOOOOO happy with my car and with the people at Empire Motors. So happy that my sister also bought a car from them a couple of days after I did. Again, Thank You Empire Motors for a great car and an excellent deal and I will continue to bring my family and friends.

I came to Empire Motors when I had just filed my bankruptcy and told them upfront that I was not ready to buy at that time but my salesman Armando still spent time with me and showed me several cars and asked that I come and see him whenever I was ready. I found my self reafy the day before Thanksgiving and came back to Empire Motors and purchased a 2010 Sebring. My wife and I love the car and the thing I love the most is that they provided me with the same excellent service the first time I came here and they exceeded my expectations and got me a payment less than I asked for. Thank you Ray, Armando and Anna. I will be sure to come back and send my friends and family.

I was referred by a friend to Empire Motors. I live in LA and was not sure if I wanted to drive this far. My husbad convinced me to go and I am glad we did. Not only we found the car we were looking for, but our salesman Armando went out of his way to help us and make us a deal we couldn't refuse. Came in just to look. I had gone to a few dealers over the last 30 days and just didn't feel the vibe. When I walked into this place, I was greeted promptly and they gave me chance to look around withour pressure. My salesman Armando showed me a couple of cars and I chose the Chrysler 300. They walked me through the entire process and explained the financing in detail and even got me approved at a payment better than I ever imagined for the car as such. I was first a bit iffy about buying from a small dealership like this one because of past stories you hear about how small dealerships sell lemons or plain junk. But This place is different. Ray semmed sincere and didn't pressure me into purchasing any vehicle at all. I even left to look elsewhere and he even said, " I hope you find something you feel comfortable with and know we'll be here if you decide to come back." I came back and walked out of there purchasing a 2003 suburban. Gave me a great deal paying cash for it. Even during signing all the paper work he explained every detail. I totally recommend Empire motors and speak directly to Ray.

Walked in looking for something cheap as a first time buyer with an auto loan pre approved by my bank, but ended up walking away with a VERY nice BMW. These guys even gave me a better interest rate than my bank did on my loan, so I didn't even need to use mine, go figure. I thought these guys were sharks as soon as I walked in with my family, but they were truly genuine. They gave me EXCELLENT customer service, a great deal, and a 5 year warranty for a little more money. Definitely reccomending these guys to my friends, I could not be happier, and I'm definitely happy that I gave these guys a chance:) they will take care of you! N now I'm a proud owner of a BMW as a first time buyer with an awesome interest rate lol. Genuine salesman.

I traded in my 2005 Avalanche for Pontiac G8. I took the G8 for a spin around the corner and I love it. There was just a minor issues such as the battery and it was the alignment. The owner and sales team told me to drive for a week and if I had any issues to call them back. Of course I was apprehensive but the owner assured me that we I have any issue call them. So, I drove it home and the next morning the battery needed to be jumped and I noticed the alignment was off. Took it back and they worked on getting me a new battery and the alignment was taken care of the following Saturday. Like I said they were minor repairs, but the customer service was top notch. Love the owner; and I would buy from them anytime and recommend them to my friends and family. Oh yeah they were even were nice enough to send card on my birthday card. Taking the extra step to having a relationship with their customers.

I WENT TO EMPIRE MOTORS AFTER SPOTTING A NISSAN XTERRA ON THEIR LOT. I DROVE ALL THE WAY FROM ONTARIO ON HOLT BLVD AND STOPPED AT MANY DEALERS AND WISH I HAD NOT WASTED MY TIME AT THOSE OTHER DEALERS. EMPIRE MOTORS SOLD ME THE MINUTE I DROVE INTO THEIR LOT. ARMANDO, MY SALESMAN GREETED MY FAMILY AND I, AND SHOWED US THE VEHICLE. WE KNOW WE DONT HAVE THE BEST OF CREDIT BUT THEY WORKED WITH OUR SITUATION AND TREATED US WITH RESPECT AND MADE US A DEAL THAT WE CAN AFFORD. I usually don't take the time to write reviews after buying, but Ray and his team at Empire Motors really impressed me with the detail to attention on customer service.I have prchased many cars over the years from the big dealership and small, but Empire Motors proved to be the best experience. I would certainly go back to them for my next vehicle purchase.

I am a first time buyer. I went to few dealers in the area and was very disappointed in the way I was treated. I was a little sceptical to walk into yet another dealership. I am glad I walked into Empire Motors. They treated me with respect, answered all my questions and showed me a couple of car I liked. I am very happy with the price and the payments I was able to get on my car. I just purchased a 2007 BMW 328i last week from Empire Motors. I came in to buy the car from Las Vegas. I had been looking for that particular car for over a month and was a little concerned about driving all the way to LA, but after talking to the sales manager, I decided to take a drive to Empire Motors and within a couple of hours I was driving home in my dream car.
