This is a just okay place to buy a car if you really want a jeep. My daughter had her heart set on a particular car there. The sticker price was good. But once you get the paperwork the price goes up substantially... like 5k more. When questioned about the extra charges, our salesman admitted it was just a way for them to make more profit and that was the way it was and they wouldn't budge on it. I give him points for at least admitting it and I understand that's how a lot of dealers work but just add that profit into the sticker price up front. Don't try to hide it. Once the sale was made we've had terrible customer service. The car had a cracked windshield that they promised to fix and a few scratches they also promised to fix and we haven't been able to get anywhere with this. They ignore our calls and emails so ultimately I wouldn't recommend anymore buying here. If you can't live up to your promises you don't get my business again. They sure are diligent about sending emails asking for referrals though.

The service department tried to charge my child's mother $600 plus to put on a heater hose assembly on a 2010 Dodge Charger. Almost $200 dollars for the part and ***($400 plus in labor)***, the part only has 3 clamps and 2 small bolts and it only took me and hour to take one off and put the other one on and I'm not a car mechanic what so ever. I just went on YouTube just to see what a heater hose assembly was and where it was inside the engine compartment the rest of the time was spent going to the auto part store to get a socket set and antifreeze. So I don't know if they just take advantage of women or they just rip everyone off like that. I wanted to apply a picture of the part but I don't see an option for that on here.

It's worth the price you pay for the service. I mainly talked to "Ryan" and he kept me informed. I never had to call and get updates, they kept me in the loop & answered every question I had. The man who assisted me at pick-up was super sweet and friendly. I will be taking my Commander to them from now on. Absolutely no complaints. Also had a lady call to confirm I was pleased with my service after they received my Jeep

I had to have my 2015 Rubicon towed to there because both of my differentials would not unlock. That was 10 of August 2021. After having my Jeep for about 3 weeks I was called and told it was ready. They did offer to give me a future oil change. My wife went and picked up the Jeep because I was tied up with something else at the time. When she got to the house I was at. Me and my uncle took it for a test drive. We got about a mile down the road and the Jeep started to shake violently and almost caused me to wreck. We limped it back to the house and I tried the differentials the rear would not unlock. I called back the dealership and told them problems and they wanted me to drive it back down there. I told them that they was crazy if they thought I was going to drive it anywhere. I am still waiting to be reimbursed for the tow. I also noticed several bolts that was left loose on my steering stabilize. Well after they got it back I was told the"Tech" did not see nothing wrong and they would have to order parts for the rear Differential. I told them I ain't a mechanic but I know how to tighten bolts. Well it is September 16 still don't have my Jeep and my calls have been ignored all day.
