I came into Englewood Ford with the intention of buying a used car I had two vehicles in mind test drove both.Mike, the sales rep suggested that I take the vehicle home for the weekend. I took the mercury home and returned on Monday and we were able to make the sale. I bought a ford explorer and started hearing a rattle and we pin pointed a location and took it in the mechanic looked at it could not find the rattle either at first but they had us bring the care back and leave it for a day and they found that it was some wires that came loose. They fixed it and everything has been good so far.

Englewood Ford once again provided great service for our car. We needed new tires, and they helped us choose the correct tires for our car. We had a coupon to use which was honored without any oroblem. We made an appointment to have the tires put on the car, and everything was done in a timely manner. This is the friendliest service department at the quick lube part of the dealership, and we will certainly continue to do business here in the future.

The Navigational System in the 2016 Ford Explorer we leased effective Mar 5, 2016, never worked. I took it back in. Several salesmen, the manager & lots of folks attempted to fix it by replacing the SIM card. Nothing changed. They told me to bring it back & go to service. Would only take 10 minutes to reboot the system. We took it back, but all of service was out to lunch. So come back in an hour. We had some errands to run, but on our way back, called & said we were heading in. Told go right to service. We did & was told at least an hour. We left, made an appointment & brought it back. It was there all day & we were told nothing was wrong. As soon as my husband pulled out, the error message was on the screen. That was a Friday. He went right back & showed them. We took the car back that Monday, they did put us in a rental car, and late Friday the car was ready. It amounted to a bad part. It is fixed. YAHOO!!! All this took about 6 weeks to get resolved. Everyone there was very nice, but this was not the best of experiences.

This is my third vehicle that I have purchased through Englewood Ford. I must say that I have always been pleased with the purchases from beginning to end. Mickey Mullins had all the answers to my questions and was vary helpful in me selecting the vehicle that I was looking for. His attitude, knowledge and personality is a great plus for Englewood Ford. I was pleased with the courteous and prompt service. I wish service would communicate with me by phone as well at the beginning as they did at the end, and I wish I wouldn't have had to return the next day for a loose bolt. I appreciated that they conveniently set me up with a rental so we didn't have to miss appointments and activities.

I had an oil and filter change on my Escape and it was done in a reasonable amount of time without the typical greasy finger prints. Great care was taken to cover the front and both fenders. The people at Englewood Ford are always nice and pleasant.

Picked up a deck screw in the tread of my tire, went to my Ford's Quick Lane for a look see and repair. Within 5 minutes, They put the car on a lift, took the tire off the the car for inspection, called me in to look at the tire. The screw was in the tread but had not penetrated the body of the tire. They removed the screw, checked the tire for any damage and leaks. They remounted the tire and said "No Charge".The Techs and the office staff were great. Boy oh boy, am I glad they are my go-to dealer and mechanics.

We just moved to Englewod and we were looking for a service center for our car when we found a coupon for an oil change at Englewood Ford Quick Lube. The staff was so friendly, and they told us how long it would if we waited, or they offered to make an appointment. We chose to make an appointment, and they were ready for us when we returned. The girls behind the counter even reminded us to be sure to use our coupon. When we were reminded it was almost time for new tires, they showed us prices, but there was never any pressure to buy them. We chose to wait, and everyone was very professional and thanked us for our business. We will definitely return to this dealership when we need service.

Before purchasing any product, give due diligence to learning as much about the product that is available. Online sources gave me detailed information on the vehicle under consideration for purchase. Although our salesman was easy to work with, he did not know that the product had a stainless steel exhaust system. He said it didn't, but "We wouldn't need it here in Florida." Additionally, he indicated that the rear window wiper did not have a window washer. I checked, and it did. In his defense, he has many products in his quiver, and knowing details about all of them would be a formidable task. Also, do not rely on window stickers to represent all of the features on the product. A stainless steel exhaust system is important to me, but it was not listed on the window sticker. I enthusiastically recommend this dealership, but do your homework and research the desired product. I would have preferred that the salesman said "I don't know, but I'll get that information right now" (relating to the exhaust system), rather than to just guess without really knowing.

From the moment I pulled up to the dealership to the very end of the transaction...everything was Awesome! My sales person Scott Springer listened to everything I had to say and to my situation and knew exactly what I was looking for and pointed me to my new Focus. They realized I was in a bit of a hurry so Scott completed all the paper work quickly and got me in for the financing quickly as well. Paul Racean was also very helpful, pleasant and even assisted me with a problem I had with transferring my plate due to a different dealership that still had a hold on it. Couldn't ask for better customer service and professionalism! Will be sending as many people as I can over to Englewood Ford!!

The T&C we purchased runs like a dream and we almost immediately left on an 1800 mile round trip to a family affair and some joy riding through GA and Florida using secondary roads to visit ... maiuntenance issues on the car before we left were taken care of properly and quickly and made the trip easier for us ... we have discovered on the ride that a couple of small issues need to be addressed and have not doubt they will also be done expertly and promptly. This was a good buying experience and we are delighted the sales and management team are excellent and do not promise what cannot be done and do what has been agrred upon without hesitation. Maintnance shop is great!

Overall a good experience. If not for Paul I would have left, a second time, without a car. The salesman appeared to not care either way. I believe him to be good at his job but perhaps he didn't care for me much; not very personable towards me. No harm done though. My husband and I were looking for a starter car. To build credit. I went in with no credit. Jack asked questions and showed us some cars in our budget. We found a Kia soul would fit our needs. They worked on getting us approved. With a low down payment. We got into I gently used 2012 Kia soul last year. Now that my credit is up. A new baby on the way and our needs of a bigger vehicle we are going back to see if we can get into a truck. I had made a trip over to Daytona Florida and when I came back I noticed that my tire light went on so I came to you to see what tire it was. The young man that was working the fast lane check my tire and he said I had a screw in it. So he told me that I had to pull it out and fix it right away . He did that for me put a patch on it and I waited for it all went well. He was very pleasant to me and very helpful. My car was a see Max hybrid.

I purchased a 2012 Cadillac CTS. The personal interaction was fine. Two items that were annoying and one was almost a deal breaker. The website listed the mileage as 30600 and the actual car had 49000 miles which almost had me calling it off. At 30000 miles the price was good at 49000 slightly overpriced. The other thing was the video on the website talked about the moonroof when the car had none. Fortunately I didn't care about a moonroof.The car I purchased is running well

The sales person was very patient and answered all questions that were presented to him. He was very knowledgeable of the Ford products. When your service people replace or unhook a battery for any reason it cancels out all the settings. You need to reset or sit down with the person and go through the process. I came home finding mine to be a mess and had to figure it out on my own. I would also appreciate it if your people checking us in or out would not stop and spend 10 minutes on the phone with someone else while waiting on me.

Mickey who sold us our Ford Expedition was very personable and pleasant to deal with. He made the experience stress free and there were no bumps in a road . If you had a room full of guys like Mickey your organization would be in great shape.

Purchased a 2015 Expedition in the color and configuration of my wish list, albeit that the vehicle was found at another dealership 100 miles away. Very smooth license transfer and financing. Friendly and caring staff new car and service department staff. Very good introduction to the new vehicles features inclusive of Sync and Bluetooth set-up. Numerous requests by all involved to not hesitate and stop in any time with any questions or help needed with any function or features.Most remarkable was driving away with this Expedition within 24hrs of walking in with my wish list. Great experience!

Friendly, courteous, and seems like the job was well done. I would suggest more comfortable chairs for people waiting for their cars. Not really very comfortable for sitting in them for more than a few minutes. Why not ask Denny's and Taco Belll if they would offer coupons for you customers that are waiting?

The staff was very helpful on the phone and at the service center. She explained my rewards and updated it for me, she new what I was there for explained what would be done, ask if there was anything else I wanted done, when picking my car up she explained what had been check on my car and what was found and what was taken care of, what rewards were applied, and what was owning. She was very efficient at her job, pleasant to talk with, her geniality in wanted to help me came through.

Krystal in service gave excelent service. Escapes left front half shaft and bearing replaced immediately. Two other ford dealerships on the way to Illinois failed to find the problem.Bob Nicholas gave me all the information to renew my lease. I ordered a 2016 fusion. Ford Explorer Limited.Overall pleased.Salesman indicated after some discussion that he would add $300 to my trade-in price during discussions, but did not add the $300 to the final sales contract. When I saw the paperwork I didn't push back, but I was disappointed and felt like I wound up $300 out of pocket. Things like this are what people typically expect from a car dealer, which reinforces the negative stereotype of car salesmen and buying a vehicle from a dealership. It's not a lot of money so I let it go.Otherwise process was smooth and I love the new vehicle.

Service staff was well informed, honest, quick and efficient. 2004 expedition. 101000 mile service. I chose normal service staff and not quicklane because past issues with incorrect repair recomendations.Yesterday was a happy experience.

I purchased a new expedition EL. Their price was better than any other that I could find. Their service was great. They gave me a fair trade on my old expedition. Customer service was great. They followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied. I live three hours from this dealership, but I would travel back to them when I'm ready for another purchase.

The process of diagnosis was a long wait, but since the problem hadexisted and been unresolved for many years, after countless privatetechnicians had been unable to arrive at a proper solution, it cameat no surprise that a lengthy investigation was necessary. After along afternoon in the waiting room, the service manager approachedand told me they were able to fix the problem and apologized forthe long wait. I was actually pleased that they took the time tolocate and arrive at a permanent and absolute repair. They did the job.

We purchased a 2010 town and country and it is amazing. The service was very great, they had ice, water and fountain soda for free and a little kids play area for my son To play and watch tv. Everything was very quick, clean car, and they even filled it up for us before we left. We have no complaints about them, especially not Mickey. He answered all my questions immediately and was very helpful. the next car we buy, we'll be looking for there first.

Nothing much to tell really. When I arrived my car was immediately taken into the bay, the service was done and I left. I was lucky to have had this happen since I booked the appointment on line and, apparently, that system does not interface with the local shop. They didn't expect me. If they had been busy this would been a very different outcome

I purchased a 2013 Mustang from them, only had one key and they told me they would get me a key at cost! What kind of a dealership charges you for a key? We had driven the car less than 250 miles when we had a problem with it, needed a new throttle body assembly, oh sorry you didn't purchase an extended warranty and that isn't covered by our 3 month warranty. These people are not interested in customer service or long term relationship, they want the quick dollar, Buyer Beware of Englewood Ford!
