This is the 4th BMW we have leased from Bergstrom Enterprise in Appleton and working with Jim McDowell. Jim is so professional and wonderful to work with. He's always there if we have questions when we get a new vehicle. The service is awesome!

Jim, the salesperson was likeable, accommodated my needs, knowledgeable about the vehicle, and I was introduced to the sales manager, whom treated me with respect and intelligence. The facility was excellent and the offer of food and beverage added to the delight. Follow-up calls and questions were handled well by both Jim and the sales manager.

I called John to let him know that my vanity license plate had been covered up with a "Bergstrom" ad...and I did not like that...He had me come right down and he would fix it...He was "working overtime" to accommodate me...

I called at the last minute for an alignment and oil change and Dan was kind enough to fit us in. We had both taken off work and was driving over 2 hours, so we appreciated it very much. Fast service, and very friendly atmosphere. Dan is the best! We love going there.

I bought my first car with Bergstrom in Oshkosh through Rob Simon and have an absolutely awful experience. My car just shortly after I bought it had issues that cost me over $700, and Rob wouldn't help in any way with alleviating the costs and stress I was having after buying my "new" used car!! I swore I would never EVER buy from Bergstrom again... but then Zac Schultz started working for you... I decided to give it another chance, and he LISTENED was QUICK and very HELPFUL I then decided to buy through Bergstrom again. Thus far I am extremely happy with the car Zac found, and with the service he gave me.

Best Experience EVER!!! Rob DeRuyter knew what I needed for a vehicle before I even knew!! Who can ask for more than that??!!! I am so pleased with my vehicle purchase...it fits my needs for a family vehicle & commuter vehicle. I feel safe in it. It is actually fun to drive and is getting better gas mileage than I expected which is a huge plus for the budget. Luke Pagel worked along with Rob and made sure I was comfortable with the vehicle from the first test drive thru the entire paperwork process. He sent the initial creative video for me to view the vehicle since I actually work more than 50 miles from the Appleton location. Rob was conscientious of our schedules and even finalized the last of the paperwork at our home to save us time. They followed up and made sure we were on the same page each step of the way. I could not have asked for anything additional from either of them. They did an excellent job and most importantly even though this was surely not the biggest sale of the month for either of them. The sales staff that I worked with were most courteous and very prompt in responding to questions and scheduling of appointments. I was surprised when I picked up my car to find that Jeff had it in the garage - sparkling clean -- with a red bow! He made the experience fun, as well. Thank you!

I loved it!!! So family orientated and it made the purchasing process easy! i was there for 30 minutes to an hour max and with 3 kids by myself it was wonderful. Then the next day they had someone drive to stevens Point to drop off new car to me and pick up my trade in! I had bought the infinity from infinity bergstrom and I will never recommend anyone to go there! They were awful and rude and they didn't care about there customers at all!

My agent kept me informed of what was going on with my vehicle. I appreciated the shuttle service to the mall because I had my young son with me. The waiting room is beautiful and has many amenities. My car was washed and inside vacuumed, nice touch.

Jake, Mike, and the mechanic were very pleasant, accomodating and understanding. They definitely know what needed to be done with our Mercedes and made sure that everything was in order before handing the car back to us. We were in such a predicament the day of the car service, but our fears were all for naught because the people at Bergstrom had an immediate contingency plan that solved our concern. Thank you to everybody especially Jake. Right now we have peace of mind and are looking forward to fulfilling our plan of driving cross country this coming spring.

Facility was clean and welcoming. Jeff had the car we were interested in cleaned and ready to look over. We had a number of hesitations and he took the time to go through them and provide options and reassurance on the purchase. It was the first time that a dealer took me through every aspect of the new car and personally set up as many options as he could. Given the options on the BMW I purchased it was needed.

I am always treated with respect. always greeted as if I am the only customer there. I had my 93 year old mother with me and she too felt welcomed and special. the man that drove us to the mall was especially kind to her. My "new" service person was friendly and helpful.

I was very impressed with the sales person, Jack Willert. He was very knowledgable but never pushed hard for a sale. I have been to several other dealerships where the sales person was relentless, and, quite frankly obnoxious in their efforts to sell me a car. Jack was professional, informative, and patient with my questions. He knew every detail about the BMW. I appreciate his efforts and Bergstrom should be proud to have him on their staff.

I had purchased a mercedes 300 3 years ago from Jim McDowell. I recently went in for an oil change and asked Jim if I could take the Mercedes 350E 2014 to the mall while I wait. He was wonderful. I loved the car and bought it. I even had a red bow on it when I picked it up! This is the 2nd car I bought from Jim and will trust him with all of my future Mercedes purchases! We just purchased our 3rd car from Jeff Leary. Jeff is the most amazing sales associate we have ever dealt with. We email him and tell him what we are looking for and he emails us back to come down, he has what we want and the paperwork is ready. He makes buying a car so easy. I was treated like a valued client. I was'nt just told the way to the lounge area, I was walked over there. Dan stopped back to update me on the progress, and my salesperson also stopped over to see how I was enjoying my car now that it is almost a year old. They went out of their way to make a sale that made itself. They had to order the car I wanted, and in spite of knowing that my car was a special order, they still discounted it by several thousand dollars, beating any other price available anywhere in the US (I checked the internet several times) for the same car with fewer options. Since they knew they were going to have to special order it, they gave me a choice to try and get a late 2013, or wait a few extra weeks to get a 2014 for the same price. Now if I can just get them to get soft cookies in the waiting area, I'll move in.

Tom, my service technician actually found that my 7-year old battery was in such good condition that I did not need a replacement! (I do use a "battery manager" in between using the car, so that has obviously helped greatly.)

I've had good luck with buying cars here, always good service, and conveniently located just off US 41. Yeah, they still sell BMW, Mercedes & Porsche, so they're not cheap, but I have always gotten what I paid for. The service department has always been good, even in some cases, I didn't buy the car there.
