They had a couple of cars I was interested in for my daughter. She and I went and tested drove both cars. No pressure and I really liked the no haggle pricing. When I bought one of the cars they were very helpful figuring out some of the setting before I left. I would definitely purchase another car from them.

Picked up an Impreza for my wife as a daily. From the start it was a great transaction, no pressure tactics and stood behind his vehicles. Very happy to have made this purchase through Todd at executive and will certainly refer friends to them. Thanks again Todd!

We bought a 2015 Kia Sorento that was beautiful, & we loved. Paid $12k cash for it, & it had a clean Carfax report. Felt it was a trustworthy business, b/c they had been around for so long. I so regret not looking into the reviews more heavily! We were in a hurry to get another vehicle because of our car getting totaled from getting rear ended. Within a week of purchasing it, the A/C stopped working. They sent us to their mechanic to fix it for free, by charging it up? It didn’t make any sense. 4 months later the car started overheating & we had to have it towed to a dealership. They said we needed a new engine!!! Broken head gasket was the issue, & coolant was leaking into the oil. We called Executive Group, & they said they were so sorry, but there was nothing they could do. They said they could have fixed it with their mechanics if we had called them first, or offered a warranty when we purchased it. None of this info was disclosed when we purchased it. Also, we fully believe the mechanical issues started with the purchase. He gave repetitive rhetoric that “if only we had a crystal ball, but these things happen.” Reading the one star reviews, this behavior is absolutely a trend. We’re now out $8k for the engine, labor, towing, rental…….I’m moving forward with filing a consumer report.
