Amazing people, honest, trustworthy and caring. The sells department is on point. They know there stuff, and are willing to help in anyway they can. They have a 5 star shop on site. Everyone at EZ really cares about there customers. I feel like family every time I walk in and know I am in good hands. Long story short, they ghosted me. I'm guessing because I wanted to pay cash and not finance through them. Went interested in a car, test drove it and decided I wanted it. The guys were nice that I talked to. Was planning on buying a car, they told me they could fix a part that was missing or take it off the price. (120 dollar part of the convertible top) They said they'd call after a day or two. After about a week I called and the lady said my guy was there. She transferred me to him, he ignored my call. I left a message asking about the car. I called again and he picked up. After telling him who i was, he said he would call me back later. never called me again. Used cars don't make much money, financing used cars is how they make money. Its literally in their name.

The car I had was my Grandmothers before she passed away. It became my car after and was a great car until I was in town and the transmission went without warning. I was stranded in town with kids. We live in another town atleast 20 minutes away. We were in a panic and everyone was closed until we came here to EZ. They did all they could so that we could have a good working car to get home in. Very good people and definitely a place I recommend. I'm sad that I'm not driving my Grandmother's car and it hurts but I couldn't fix a whole transmission, but my new car is a nice one and I know it was time for change and EZ made it a great experience.

This is a great dealer. I bought a truck here a few months ago and they have gone above and beyond with everything. They have an excellent sales team and great service. I recommend everyone to EZ Auto Finance. They sell quality vehicles and STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL!!! Something that is extremely hard to find anymore. I will never buy a used car from anyone else.
