I had a very pleasant car-buying experience at Nissan Fairbanks on 17 SEP 2021. Trevor was very helpful with answering any and all questions that I had about my Dodge Durango. I am from Florida, so all the helpful information Trevor provided on my car's performance in the upcoming wintertime was a blessing. He was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and focused on my needs. Also, Deborah (Finance Manager) took good care of me as well. She got me a great deal (thanks again!), answered all my questions, and presented everything in a way that was easy for me to understand. I could not have been happier with my transaction. I look forward to seeing you all again in the future!

I recently went to Nissan to look at bigger cars and possibly trade mine in. I wasn’t expecting to leave with this happening due to how crazy the market is right now. Wes Wagner was amazing, so kind and genuine. He didn’t just try to sell me on any cars he listened to what I was looking for and found me exactly what I needed. He made sure the price was great and that I wasn’t downgrading. He was able to keep my payments exactly where I needed them and also got me a great trade in value (exactly what my Kelly blue book price was). He stayed super late to get everything done and had me drive off in a car that was a perfect match for me. If you go to Nissan make sure you ask for Wes!! Although I will have to say their services department will not match Wes’s energy or work. If you call plan to call at least 6 different times throughout the day. The receptionist will ask for your name, number, and a message and 9/10 times you will not get a call back. Eventually you’ll call and they will tell you that services is closed early for the day. I guess they just take the messages and throw them in the trash because they definitely do not return calls or answer phones in services. If you’re just going to Nissan for repairs or oil change you should definitely go somewhere else. I’d give their service department 1/5 stars.

My experience at Fairbanks Nissan was amazing! First time ever financing a car and Gus along with Debbie was great! Gus showed us exactly what we needed and with a baby on the way I am so excited with my purchase.If you are looking for cars Fairbanks Nissan is the one!😊I will definitely return for future purchases.

Trevor was/is awesome. I liked the way he showed his interest in us as potential customers without making us feel overwhelmed. He answered our "silly" questions, saying that every question has an answer, and that every question is legitimate. Trevor walked us through every step of the car we chose to review, patiently helped us in filling out the application. In a few minutes we were approved! Trevor, thank you for your professional knowledge and assistance. Nissan Fairbanks is very fortunate to have you as one of their top salespeople! Speed of transactionI have bought 3 vehicles now. 2 from Eric Kim and one from John "Happy" Miller. They are the reason I come back to Stanley Nissan. They know their stock and aren't pushy. Happy even had my car delivered to my work so I didn't have to take time off to get it. When it comes time to buy another new vehicle down the road... I will defenately ask for them by name again!!! I appreciated getting in for an oil change at the last minute on a Friday, my schedule is so crazy busy it's difficult for my to plan much in advance. Lisa the service rep (wrong spelling I know) is a valuable employee she knows me by name, treat me with respect and keeps track of my vehicle and time. And love Hap in the sales department, also knows me by named and helped me purchase an automatic starter as well. Was sad to hear the old gm and finance persons had left, they were both great and helped me purchase my Nisaan rogue last summer.

The ease in which I dropped off my vehicle, was taken to work, called in a timely manner and then picked up and returned to pick up my vehicle. Everyone was courteous and concerned, thorough. All in all and excellent customer service reception by people ! It was not expected but it was nice to experience.

I was at the shop before the exact time they opened and they were able to get me in so that I was able to get back to work quickly. I was treated with respect when checking in and the ladies were very friendly. They seem to enjoy their job. Thank you for always working with me and getting me back to my duties in the Air Force in a timely manner. You guys are great! I like the new children's area too!

The willingness to go out of their way to help me decide financially what was best for me. Most dealerships do what is financially best for them but not here everyone was really easy to work with and no hidden agendas. Thanks for the honest opinions and willing to help me make the right decision.

I really liked the service. The lady Carla that I met in the lot and help me was really nice and helpful pleasant to talk to wasn't pushy for me to make a decision witch I really enjoyed. Will come back when we are ready to upgrade our van.

Eric Kim. He was great...it had been a long time since I bought a brand new car, fifteen years.....and my credit has been in the rebuilding process for about four years..I didn't think I would be able to secure financing. He was able to secure financing, albeit at a higher interest rate, which I was expecting, and no money down, picked the car up the next day. I was very happy

My sales consultant Eric Kim was very friendly and accommodating. I shopped around for a vehicle for almost a month before I went with the Xterra and my experience at Stanley Nissan was the most pleasant I had. I called several weeks before I actually went in to the dealership inquiring about the Xterras on the lot. Eric was very helpful on the phone and called me back with suggestions that actually fit what I was looking for.

I purchased a used vehicle. There was no pushy salesman. I was shown a vehicle that I had recently called about and a very reliable vehicle as are the sales people and the people doing the work on the vehicle when I have had the vehicle in for oil change. If there is something else that may be a concern; the workers do not hesitate in letting me know.

I scheduled an oil change for Monday at 10am and your service center was on time and ready for me. There was no waiting to get checked in. The oil change was done quickly and the inspection revealed my battery had a little corrosion and should be cleaned. I agreed and the entire process took just under an hour.

I called Thursday to schedule an appointment to bring my car in and was able to bring it in the very next morning. The staff was professional and polite. I trust the maintenace performed by Stanley Nissan. EXCELLENT service!

Mr. Fudge gave me all of the information I needed via email and had everything arranged for me to purchase my vehicle when I arrived to Fairbanks. Mr. Miller and Mr. Kim quickly processed all necessary paperwork and made sure everything was done accurately. They were very friendly and professional. They made sure my vehicle was ready and answered all of my questions. These guys are good and I was in and out in no time.

I found a vehicle I really liked. The asking price was reasonable and the negotiation that followed was respectful and professional. I realized quickly that no games were being played and I was relieved there was none of the traditional cars-sales manipulation.

Knowledgeable and courteous. The mechanic found that we did not need all the struts replaced on our pick-up but informed us that all the brakes needed to be redone. We will be back with service like that.

I looked at several different dealership's and no one really wanted to give me the time of day. Bob Fudge at Stanley was so awesome. He didn't make me feel like a stupid female he answered all my questions and I walked away from the deal feeling like I made the right decision. His customer service was amazing. After I finalized my decision the other car dealerships called to check on me. It was to little to late.i will come back to Stanley Dealership's in the future. I I've in Palmer and went to a Fairbanks dealership to do my business.

Caring considerate staff; very helpful and positive. They answered all of my questions with patience and interest in my vehicle and my needs. I appreciated the opportunity to talk to the excellent mechanic, John Beck, who worked on my truck. Delissa and Katie helped me clear the snow from the bed of the truck before I went to the airport to pick up my son and daughter in law and grandchildren. They went above and beyond for me as a customer. I appreciate the extra effort and concern for me.
