I was looking to get a lower payment by trading my 2008 Pathfinder. You appraiser hit me below the belt with a ridiculously low ball appraisal. Your appraiser and sales team NEVER even looked at it or drove it. It was in above average condition and clean, never moved from the spot I placed it in and mileage was never asked for. All they did was look on the internet (without knowing the mileage) for an auction value. How RUDE. This in itself blew my trust in your dealership. I now no longer have the pathfinder and will not buy anything from any of your dealerships nor will I recommend them to anyone I know.

I bought my 2015 Silverado HD from these guys after sevral weeks of research and dealer with other dealers that were very little help, I finally connected with Fairfield who actually explained to me the reason that the other guys were of no help was that the truck i wanted wasn't actually available and that if i was able to be patient for 5 weeks they would order one in for me with no deposit and gave me first right of refusal when it came in. I was sure how this would go or what to expect but they were the only dealer that seemed to know what was going on so I ordered a new truck and was updated 4 or 5 times over the 5 weeks it took to show up at the dealer. I take my new truck for a 40 mile trip every time i need service as these guys are just fantastic to deal with. Customer for life. Dale D.

I was looking for a manual cruze, hard to find, these guys went out and brought one in for me just as requested, and it was all done by phone and email. Super service, and they were ready for me when the delivery date was set, car was perfect and the paperwork took 15 minutes to complete, however the actual delivery took close to an hour to learn how all the new tech worked, and to understand all the buttons. I would send anyone who asked where to buy a car, to these guys, the whole team was awesome. best car buying experience i have had yet.Blaine B.

I just wanted to put this out there so that other people can understand our experience with Fairfield Chevrolet Cadillac.To start off we bought a 2007 volvo s 60 from Fairfield Chevrolet Cadillac in lewisburg Pennsylvania back in April of this year initially we had a good experience with the salesman and the finance man everything went good until about two days after we had the car we noticed a few problems with it and decided to contact them to see what they can do. To sum it up we took the car to them and they told us they would get us an estimate of how much it would cost us to get repaired when we questioned why it was going to cost us they told us it would depend on how much they profited on the car. The service men were very rude very ignorant and did not want to help in any way shape or form so I tried to contact management and the gentleman that I spoke to said that it was wrong what they did and he was going to get to the bottom of it and call me back, well about 2&a half 3 weeks later I still have not received a call back so I called back again and the gentleman I spoke to also said that it was wrong and that he was going to try to see what he could do about it I'm still waiting to hear back from him as well. But in the meantime while trying to get some response from them through Facebook every time we post something to their page they keep blocking us so to me that just seems like a blatant cover-up they do not want people to see what kind of bad experience we had and how they dealt with it why would they it would look bad on them. So this is why I decided to create this page so that maybe just maybe other people can see this see what we've been through and they can make a better informed decision before they go to them to purchase any kind of vehicle

I wanted to purchase a new ATS and these guys exceeded my expectations! I set the appointment the day before I came in. When I arrived they had the car out front and ready for me to see, went over all the options with me and really made me feel at home in the ATS. They even made it possible for me to leave that day in my brand new Cadillac. Thanks Farifield! I'll definitely be back for another one. Also an A+ for Aaron Moser as he really made the experience exceptional.

I was in Lewisburg for the market, came home with a new truck. Great place to buy a truck, no hassle, no pressure from friendly sales staff and it was painless. Everyone was just like family.

My wife and I traveled over an hour to see the 2013 Chevy Equinox that had been shown with a great discount on the Fairfield Chevy web site . We were greeted by Tom who took the time to explain all of the features and took us on a test drive . Working out the numbers was very straight forward and without the normal high pressure . It was a pleasure dealing there and will indeed go back and ask for Tom .

After viewing my desired car, online, I contacted Fairfield Chevy Cadillac re: availability and to establish an appointment. I was greeted by a polite and professional salesman, Ty Kimble. My family and myself drove from Jersey Shore PA to Lewisburg PA to see this beautiful 2012 Kia Optima. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a smile and a handshake and the car was beautiful! It was everything I wanted and more. Ty was very helpful, the dealership was easy to deal with and gave us the best deal!
