I came to Fairview Ford to look for a larger SUV as I needed more room than my vehicle at the time (CX-5). I knew I wanted and explorer and most of the specs I wanted it to have. Tyler was very helpful and worked with us to get us the monthly payments we were comfortable with. In addition, he gave us a great price for the trade in vehicle. I have no complaints and would definitely recommend Fairview and Tyler to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle.

I Went down there today to check 👀 them out and I'm happy I did 😊 The staff is super Nice the young Lady that helped me was very professional and friendly very helpful the process is pretty simple 🤝 and the prices are very reasonable 🤑 I didn't trade my car in just yet 🤏 but I'm definitely coming back I'll be happy to post a picture 😎 I'm definitely looking at car's 🚗 🚙 online as we speak I would 💯 definitely recommend this place 🥇 Not only was the Air-conditioning nice and refreshing is was absolutely clean in there 🤩 The Manager Mike J. We loved working with Tyler on buying our 2020 Ford Explore. My husband called the dealership and spoke with Tyler about the car, and they spoke over the next couple of days. We live in the mountains and because of our work schedule we weren't able to go that day to look at it. Tyler was quick to respond to all of our questions and willing to meet us anytime and or day at the dealership. We were able to give all our information to Tyler before we got to the dealership which had us in and out in less than 2hrs. The whole team there is energetic and helpful. They were fun to work with and made the process easy and enjoyable.. who can say that about buying a car. They gave us a great trade in value for our 2018 equinox. We look forward to working with them again in the future. If you can ask for Tyler who is one of the best salesmen we have ever worked with, who went above and beyond to ensure we got what we wanted!

Tyler made the whole car buying experience smooth and fun. He was so kind and helpful, and our kids just loved him. My husband and I were hesitant to go car shopping because it usually takes all day and it was so hot. We've been buying cars and trucks from Fairview since 2002 and have never been disappointed. My soon to be wife and I were looking tirelessly for a few weeks for the perfect bronco sport. After being let down a few times with other ford dealerships I gave Fairview a call, and Tyler assured me that they had one of the higher trim levels in stock. Skeptical we drove to the dealership and he contacted us letting us know he was waiting with the vehicle outside. When we arrived, to our surprise the vehicle was indeed there. A perfect color and the perfect trim for our likes. After a smooth test drive and having a great salesman (Tyler) we were locking in the deal. The entire process was smooth from beginning to end thanks to our salesman because he had some great knowledge of the vehicle as well as has great communication (which many salesman in other dealership lacked). Thanks Tyler we are enjoying our bronco!

I wanted to make you aware of my experience with your service dept. And how I was treated by your sales manager.*I took our 2015 Explorer Sport in for an oil change and because the retractable headliner for the moon roof made creaking and popping sounds. We received it back with grease all over the glass and headliner, scratches on interior paint, and pillar panels not reinstalled properly. * took it back in to get the scratch fixed and the hediner/pillar installed correctly.Relieved the car back with new chips on the passenger rear door (same door they had to fix paint on interior) and the chip they "fixed" was cheaply done with touch up paint and looked worse than when it was scratched.* took the vehicle back in to get chips on door fixed and the interior correctly fixed.Recieved vehicle back with clear coat on steering wheel.*took vehicle back to get clear coat removed from steering wheel.Received vehicle back with noises coming from drivers window.*took vehicle to get drivers window corrected, windshield cowl fixed and moonroof cover started popping again.Received vehicle with damaged interior d pillars, moonroof not sealing correctly, missing clear bra on a pillar, and grease on third row seat, and grease on rear headliner.* told to go get a clear bra put back on the a pillar and the dealership would cover it and to bring it back to get everything fixed.Brought in receipt for the a pillar clear bra (not reimbursed) moonroof was fixed, grease cleaned, and the service manager mike called email to accuse us of the damage to the district pillars. He tried telling us it could be from strollers or loading the vehicle. He said the service tech was not on the back of the vehicle so it couldn't be him and that they were not in the business to refurbish our vehicle to new. I asked him why would there be grease from the moonroof rails on the headliner and the seat if the tech was never back there and his response was to continue accusing us of the damage. Our vehicle had around 7k miles the first time it went to your service department. It had one chip on the front of the hood before we spent 2k on installing a clear bra on the entire front end. That vehicle was pristine and is professionally detailed every 6 months with professional cleaning once a week. I know every flaw in the vehicle and Steven the service advisor knows this. He knows that the techs keep screwing up and that obviously you don't get people as ocd about their vehicle as I am. I was told by the service manager that they would cover the pillars as a one time good will but I refused because your service department will probably damage another part of our vehicle. It is sad and pathetic to have a service department damage your vehicle repeatedly and refuse to acknowledge that they are the issue. If you look at my paperwork that I signed yesterday to pick up my vehicle, I ensured I put the reason for the refusal of the "goodwill". It is not goodwill when the business is the one who damaged the vehicle. If this matter is corrected I will be loyal again. However if it continues to be unresolved, I will have no choice but to continue speaking out about the horrible quality control and unprofessional service management.

So San Bernardino itself doesn't have much to offer but Fairview Ford is worth the drive. We did some research online and I spoke with Julio and Minh in their internet sales department. They said they could find us the exact vehicle we were looking to buy and they did. We completed the credit application online and went to check out their inventory of 2015 Explorers. All of the employees were extremely polite and helpful and we didn't have to play the normal car purchase game with them. We got approved before we even hit the lot, found the car we wanted and they got it from their other dealership for us by the following day! If you want an honest deal at a good price this is the place to buy your car. We will be back when our lease is up for our next car if not sooner.

Saw internet price with VIN # went to find car. sales manager said oh sorry That's a mistake. Along with 8 others. Do not stand behind internet pricing Salesman Robert was awesome. But wouldn't have driven 75 miles if they listed the price they told me when I arrived. Ended up settling on a lower model car. Not what I went to buy Would surely buy from Robert again but this dealer needs to stop posting prices then inflating them upon customer arrival.

I have purchased 2 cars at Fairview Ford and both have been through there internet sales department. The process was quick and I got most of it done on the phone and email before I even stepped foot at there dealership. Most other dealerships tried to get me to come in before discussing numbers, but Fairview gave me my numbers up front and worked with me even though my credit was not the greatest. There service department is quick and very nice, I have had 2 oil changes and it was nice that they had a del taco right next door too!!!

I went to Fairview Ford to get out of my lease on 11/19/2013, and had the best service. Julio Bravo and his staff are incredibly helpful, kind, quick, and knowledgeable. I told the staff what I needed, how much I would like to spend on my monthly payment, and how much time I wanted to spend at the dealership. The staff did not disappointment and they followed through on everything I asked. I was able to get into a new lease, a new model, enhanced featured, and I stayed within the budget I requested. If you are looking for a new vehicle at a great price you will be well taken care of and leave happy. Thank you Fairview Ford for my new Edge. I love my vehicle and the entire process of getting it was AMAZING!!!! Keep up the great customer service.

July 2009: 2004 F250 6.0 Diesel taken for diagnostic concerns related to missing coolant and white smoke in exhaust. Hoppel told me that it was my egr cooler and oil cooler and my head gaskets had failed. Consulted other diesel technicians who limit their practice to powerstroke vehicles only regarding the diagnosis. There is no test to perform and no way to determine if head gaskets have failed in conjunction with EGR cooler failure. I tool vehicle to another shop that specializes is powerstrokes.Replaced EGR cooler, oil cooler and flushed coolant system. After this repair, the head gaskets had not failed as this dealer claimed.When I went down to pick up my truck to have it repaired elsewhere, Hoppel said that his mechanic "tore the engine down to the point that he could conclusively determine the head gaskets had failed."Upon close inspection at the selected repair facility, it was found that not a single bolt, screw or any engine component had been touched.The phoney diagnosis of claiming head gasket failure was a ruse to convince the consumer to authorize un neceasy repair work.Fortunately, this ruse was discovered by the consumer before it was too late.This is the basis for my review herein.
