These people are locals of So Cal and are 100% a mom & pop shop that I would REFER ANYONE to. Tim spent almost an entire day allowing us to test drive over 6 vehicles with patience. His obvious understanding of what we were wanting to accomplish was felt immediately. A truly genuine and nice man, we would go back again in a heartbeat, should we require another car. He has more Toyota trucks in great shape than any other new/used dealer we have searched, and that was MANY! Accommodating and honest, we feel 100% trust in the truck we just purchased from Fallbrook Motors. GREAT PEOPLE, PLACE!

My boyfriend purchased a 2001 Toyota Tacoma from Fallbrook Motors a month or so ago, it was a smooth, easy process and we are very happy with the truck! We drove from San Diego to see their selection because they had a lot of Toyotas listed online. There were a lot of options and we found the right one for us. It was a weekend and they were very busy but we still felt well taken care of and did NOT feel rushed. Tim and his wife and family were very nice and helpful. They helped us with the financing and made us feel at home! They even had a play area (and puppy) to keep our 2 year old entertained. Great experience!

Tim and Rosie are amazing. They are honest, super friendly, and pressure free. They gave my wife and I their full attention and we immediately felt very comfortable with them (kind of like hanging out with close family). They made buying our 4Runner very easy, and actually got my wife and I a better APR than the big car dealers. I honestly loved the fact they weren't wearing a slick black suit, and trying to force a sale. Instead they were dressed the same way my wife and I were, in jeans and a t-shirt. Tim and Rosie if you're reading this, thank you again so much for being the only honest individuals I've ever encountered while buying a car. I will definitely recommend my family and friends to you, and I will personally drive the 80+ miles again myself the next time I'm in the market for a vehicle. was in the process of buying a Tacoma pickup back in November/December 20014 but I was not able to follow through due to a financial setback... Tim is very knowledgeable in Toyota pickups and Rosie made it very simple and quick to find me a loan with a very good rate I look forward into purchasing a vehicle in spring/summer 2015 I would definitely recommend Fallbrook motors to friends and family... also would like to thank Tim&Rosie I felt more like a friend than a customer when visiting your dealership.

Fallbrook is known as the friendly village, well Fallbrook motors is the friendly, honest, fair car dealership. I first located the car online, the car was everything they described, maybe a little better than described all for a very fair price. So refreshing to deal with Rosie at Fallbrook motors after visiting a few other small dealerships, no comparison to the service we received. Great communication, fair pricing & honesty, Rosie even helped my husband with a covert operation to surprise me with the car, what more could you want!

This must be the 6th vehicle I've bought from these folks, always my go to people when it comes to a used vehicle. They always stand behind their deals and have been user friendly. Sometimes they're busy with other customers which tells me they must be doing something right. I believe if you are in the market of a used Toyota, I'd check with them first then compare.

I've had nothing but a wonderful experience with Fallbrook Motors. I've purchased 2 cars from Tim and Rosie, they are amazing business owners and have outstanding customer service. My first purchase was a Honda Civic which I got for a slamming deal. Other the regular maintenance, I've never had any issues with the car ever since I purchased the vehicle in 2013. This was my first time buying a car without any source of help from family members. I remember being a complete nervous wreck, Tim and Rosie made me feel completely comfortable. Feeling confident and comfortable, I returned to Fallbrook Motors a year later and bought a Toyota Corolla. The buying process went so smooth I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We ran into a couple issues with the car but Tim and Rosie reassured me that everything would be taken care of in a timely fashion and at a decent price. To say the least, I owe Tim and Rosie life! Arrived Monday Morning, Russel was busy with a client, made excuses he worked on Mondays by himself, no problem that the phone was ringing. We had e-mailed the site to see if this dealer takes trades. We were very interested in trading our 48,000 Pontiac G T O and they led us to believed they were too! We e-mailed on Saturday before coming down on Monday. Did not bring G TO, was garaged in a safe area and under consignment with a reputable Temecula car trader. Yes, the white Toyota 2008, 60,000 miles, 4 cylinder, was dirty, paint scrapes, dings and hole in front bumper (Russel said it could be re-skinned?), absolutely no detailing done. We gave the owner the information on our G T O and let him view actual site pictures. We came back from a test drive and were told he was not interested in our Hot Rod G T O nor does he adjust the prices on his vehicles. His personal business card shows a hot rod pictured from the past. Don't waste your time he has other things on his agenda like giving parts from current inventory (Toyota removable tail gate extender) to relatives visiting from Colorado...........................Don't waste your time. The Toyota (on the lot 4 months) is still available and he has reduced the price $1,000. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

I've bought ten vehicles from Tim and Rosie over the past fourteen years. I can't say enough about their customer service. There is no place better than Fallbrook Motors. I bought a 2001 Chevrolet diesel pickup from Tim and Rosie last year. I loved it, but my wife had a hard time parking it because it was the long bed. When I saw a 2005 GMC diesel on the lot, at a super price, no other dealers could even come close to, I talked to Tim. Tim bought my 2001 back for what I paid for it and I bought the 2005, with the shorter bed. My wife can now park it. I just want you to know, you won't find a better deal anywhere else and nicer people than Tim and Rosie.

Another great car purchase from my friends at Fallbrook Motors. Tim made the transaction fast and got me the deal I was looking for. I have recommended his car lot to many family, friends and clients. They are very professional and truly try to make the client happy. I recently purchased a 2010 Kia Soul from Fallbrook Motors with incredible ease. After dealing with large dealerships and some pushy used dealerships we decided to try local dealerships. We browsed the inventory of Fallbrook Motors on their website and a few vehicles caught our eye. Initially my husband and I had gone in to test drive a Toyota Yaris which was in the deep corner of the lot. Without any hesitation or wait time the owner Tim and his associates were pulling it out of the corner so I could test drive. It wasn't the car for me but Tim let me browse the rest of the lot answering questions with no pressure. The Kia Soul caught my eye and I was on a test drive in minutes. It was more fitting for my style. Tim took care of us throughout the whole paperwork process, he even stayed late to finalize paperwork so I could leave with my "new to me car". He was informative and very welcoming. I took the car back for minor issues and was taken care of immediately. His associate was checking on my car before my husband got through a street light to pick me up. We had constant updates throughout the day from Tim himself. My car was fixed within hours of dropping it off. The company is doing tons right as far as customer service and satisfaction.

A great, local car dealership that will leave an impression with you the moment you meet with Tim and Rosie. I was in the market for a used Toyota Tacoma and after several searches on the internet, I was led to Fallbrook Motors. From the phone calls early in the day to actual arrival, test drive, and purchase, I was impressed with the courtesy that this husband and wife duo showed. There was no pressure during the sales and final purchase and they calmly and respectfully answered all of my questions. If I had to do it all over again, I would definately return and purchase from them again.

After looking, researching and PRAYING for almost a year I decided I was done with my sweet little convertible. My last trip to Colorado and back in 10 days drove me to find the car I wanted. I found it on Fallbrook Motors' website. A 2004 Nissan Xterra SE, Bronze and Beautiful! It was the right price so we went to have a 'look see'. After viewing the nice lot of cars my husband fell in love with several Toyota trucks. After meeting both Tim and his wife Rosie, we felt immediately comfortable and at ease. We had a few things in common on a personal level and the small town customer service was genuine. I personally was grateful for their transparency and honesty. After doing my homework on this car I knew we got a 'fair deal' and they even agreed to put in a new car stereo, whoohoo!! On top of all that, my parents have bought cars through them and they really talked them up to me, I just did not know who they were until after we bought this car. This couple is great, you get what you see. If you are looking for a car dealer you can trust, I believe this is it! Our town obviously trusts these people, and NOW, SO DO I. Tim and Rosie are the best. Friendly, helpful people who do all they can to make buying a vehicle easy and smooth. They try their best to acquire financing for the customer if that's what you want to do. They will give good advice on selling your old vehicle and answer any questions you may have about the DMV. The vehicle we bought was a real find of a lifetime. Many other great vehicles to chose from on the lot also. My wife just loves her Lexus SUV. Definitely recommended.

I owe this review, and have for a too long a time. Fallbrook Motes helped me out of a bad situation. The bank, via an undertrained assistant manager, noted my claimed family income, did not note when I said that my wife made most of it, and did not note that her debts vastly outweighed mine. So he took my debts and our family income and approved me for a car loan, anything up to 35K. So I went shopping on the internet. I found a good bargain at Fallbrook. It was more than an hours drive, but looked good. I was impressed about how the internet reviews showed Fallbrook handled some bad situations, and happy that they left those comments stand. When I got there they let me inspect the car as much as I wanted to, they let me test drive it. I found an odd noise. The mechanic took it out and test drove it. He was delightfully aggressive in testing it, and we could hear a strange noise when braking. (If you do not mind aggressive test driving, he is an impressive tester, better than I was.) FM was firm on the price. No bargaining, but no feeling that I had been outbargained by a pro either. I transferred the insurance (and be prepared to do this), and drove it home. And then the bank declined the loan, citing too much debt. While in Chino I had my mechanic look it over. I found trivia like the license plate light being dead, and other potential problems. The more serious the problem, the more unlikely it was to happen. And the noise was because the machining of the break rotors had ridges in it. And that further machining would have required new break rotors. And FM was again firm on the price, my mechanic's notes ignored. But they found another bank, and got me the loan (at a higher rate, but by then any loan was a good loan). So I now have the car and am happy with it, all thanks to them. Throughout this they were nice people, and as helpful as they could be.

And because i didnt have room to finish on the last message i will end with the fact that the day i signed the truck over to him and the jeep back to me tim told me that he was probably gonna sell the truck for higher and if they ask about the audio system in it he will say it has 4 screens subs amps and 2 dvd player but is not forsure if they work....when 2 min before i told him they didnt work gave him the part north county mobile gave me and said was bad which they dont make anymore and all the wiring is done in a unsafe way....and all he said is he will just say he doesnt know if it work..,....Really is that what good business is.. be honest with your customers and make sure what your selling is safe and working

I bought my truck from Tim and Rosie, shipped to Hawaii, sight unseen, and was blown away by the quick and professional way the deal and transaction went down. This is that family own business that is so lacking in America today. Pride, professionalism, and honor are just several words to describe this company. I worked with Rosie throughout the entire process. She was strait to the point and very quick with the paper work and shipping arrangements to the islands. The truck was everything they described and more. These people are the ones you want to deal with for your vehicle needs. If you live on the islands you can trust Tim and Rosie. After searching the Bay Area for a perticular Toyota Tacoma I finnaly found one at Fallbrook Motors, knowing that these trucks sell quick and not being able to fly in and test drive or purchase I relied on many emails and phone calls to get the loan and have the truck delivered to San Francisco. Both Tim and Rosie are not only professional but they make you feel like family. I never felt rushed and always knew I could trust them and the deal to happen. I recomend them to the highest level of a car dealer be it out of state or the area or local!

I recently purchased a used truck at Fallbrook Motors. Approximately 45 days after i purchased the truck I receive my registration card and notice the plate# on the registration is different than the plates on the truck. so I call the dealership and they say they will order new plates. 6 days go by and I haven't heard anything so I text the owner and he says "we ordered you new plates" a day or 2 goes by and still no plates. Meanwhile I was driving to work (with my original plates from dealership) and I get pulled over at GUNPOINT by 4 sheriffs and a K-9 unit. I was ordered out of the truck, put on the ground, handcuffed, searched and placed in the back of the sheriff vehicle. Turns out the plates (with their Fallbrook Motors frame on them) were STOLEN! I have never been pulled over in my life and to have something like this happen to you is extremely traumatic. The sheriffs said there was something "shady" with this dealership and they should have realized they were CAR plates on the truck (cars have 3 letters in the licence plate and trucks only have 1). They had multiple chances to notice this and they never did. Makes you wonder what else they don't notice. There were a few other issues with this dealership but I could never fit it all in. All in all buyer BEWARE of Fallbrook Motors!

I came from out of town to purchase a vehicle unseen. When I first saw the vehicle, it was even better than expected. Tim let me take the car out by myself to see how I liked it. The purchasing process was as painless as it gets. I felt extremely comfortable dealing with both Rosie and Tim. They were extremely honest and up front. I am glad I stumbled upon these great folks. Do you want an enjoyable experience buying a vehicle?? I know.."Enjoyable"??? Really?? How can dealing with a car salesmen be fun. Or going back and forth on a price with a finance guy behind a curtain you never meet. Twisting numbers in every way possible that gets you so confused you leave buying something you never wanted and at a price you can't afford. That's NOT going to happen at Fallbrook Motors. Tim and Rosie were very friendly and straight forward with us from the beginning. Those two and only those two worked with us offering an incredible selection at a very competitive price. My husband has been looking for a older Toyota Tacoma 4X4. On the day we were looking we were going to go down to San Diego to see what they had available, but decided to go to Fallbrook Motors first. It war labor day weekend and I wanted to look at a used toyoa pickup truck that i wanted to buy. I called fallbrooks motor several times and left messages to the dealership and I got no answer only a recording. It took them 2 days before I got a replly from them. By then it was too late I found some other dealer ship that wanted my to sell me a truck I believe that if a dealership wants to sell cars or trucks , they should be able to get back to there costemers asap and try help them on any question yhey have !!!!

My wife and I recently purchased our 3rd vehicle from Fallbrook Motors in the last 4 years and we could not be happier with our purchase as well as the whole buying experience!!! I was looking for a full-size work truck at the right price for quite a while when I finally saw a winner online at Fallbrook Motors. I quickly made my way down to talk to Tim and Rosie, and despite the fact they had just locked up for the weekend, Tim took the time to show me the truck, offer a test drive, and answer all my questions. I was concerned that it might sell over the weekend while I was busy with work, but he calmly assured me he would hold it for me until monday so I could show my wife and figure out the financial details. Tim is a man of his word, and eventhough two other serious offers on the truck came in over the weekend(another one happened on the phone right in front of me while filling out paperwork in the office!), he told them that it was "sold" already. Tim and Rosie not only held the truck for me, but were able to fix me up with a fair deal on my trade-in(2nd car from them!) and find us financing that was just right for our budget. Because of the genuine, consistant, and presure-free way Tim and Rosie do business, my wife and I always recommend them to our friends and family without any hesitation!!! Tim and Rosie at Fallbrook Motors are awesome. Super laidback not putting any pressure on you. They let me check out and test drive a few trucks, showed me the carfax and really helped me get a really good loan once I picked out my truck. I bought my first truck when this dealership opened 12 or 13 years ago, and am still going back to buy vehicles. In the famous words of Duck Dynasty's "Duck Commander" Phil Robertson, I am "happy, happy, happy" after our experience this weekend at Fallbrook Motors (FM). The service was excellent. there was a true family atmosphere, there was no pressure to buy, I found extreme honesty, I had no haggling over prices, and I found a real desire to please the customer -- me. Oh, and they had excellent product! FM has a very high return customer base and now I know why -- I WILL be one! I read one -- ONLY one -- poor review before I decided to give FM a try and all I know is that guy must be in "la-la-land". Not kidding, you have to give them a try !!!! (PS: I'm a lawyer, I know a crook when I see one)

I purchased my first car (a 1995 Toyota Cambry) in 2005 from Tim and Rosie after being referred to them by a mutual friend. That car is still going. My youngest son moved to Wisconsin and after traveling across the States and surviving three winters, it was just sold with over 220,000 miles on it. In 2007, I co-signed on a loan for my oldest son to purchase a 2007 Saturn Vue. For a first-time car buyer, it was a great experience. In 2008, when the Toyota was passed on to my youngest son, I purchased a 2008 Saturn Vue and just the other day traded it in for a newer used vehicle. I will continue to return to Tim and Rosie to purchase my cars. The experience is great! They provide you with great customer service, work with you on financing and each vehicle matched what I was looking for in a car. It's always great catching up with Tim and Rosie. I am a first time car buyer and I went to Fallbrook Motors because a few of my family members have purchased vehicles there and I was also referred. I am very happy with the customer service I received from Rosie and Tim, they were more then willing to help me even though I am still young that didn't mean anything. Ive been to a few dealerships that wouldn't give me the time of day because of my age. Tim and Rosie did everything they could to help me get financed at a good rate and gave me a great price on my car. Rosie and Fallbrook Motors really made the car buying experience a pleasure for us and were very proactive every step of the way. Rosie and Fallbrook motors made this an incredibly easy, no hassle car buying experience. They were a big help every step of the way including arranging of shipment of the truck all of the way across the country. I drove all the way down from Orange County to buy from Tim and Rosie. Even if I hadn't purchased the car (which I did) it would have been worth the drive just for the experience. Tim and Rosie are the essence of small town America and take a personal interest in making sure the customer is taken care of. They stood behind their guarantee and repaired a wind noise in the windshield the following week. They even provided maintenance tips to save money. They have a lot of Toyotas and know the brand well. Tim was even able to provide instructions on how to reprogram the keyless remote from our old Toyota to our new car. Overall a fantastic buying experience!

I just purchased a brand new Toyota Prius C from Fallbrook Motors. It was the easiest and best car buying experience I've ever had. I called up Rosie and told her what I was looking for and before the end of the day she had multiple different options for me. I chose one and it was delivered to Fallbrook for me to pick up. The price was below MSRP and best of all I didn't have to step foot in a dealership or deal with any salesmen! This is the 4th car I've purchased at Fallbrook Motors and I highly recommend you check them out if you're in the market for a new or used car. They are honest, super helpful and friendly and stand behind the cars they sell.

I have been buying cars from Tim and Rosie at Fallbrook Motors for years. I have never been disappointed, it is always a positive experience ! I just took my 18 year old in to look at what they had on the lot Yesterday. She is now the proud owner of her 1st car. I have never liked buying cars, it always took all day. That is just not the case a Falbrook Motors. Valerie King

Tim and Rosie were great. I needed a vehicle fast and they had the paperwork done in no time on a used vehicle I wanted. When a sensor broke the next day, even though it was not part of the warranty, they offered to pay part of the repair bill. Additionally, they had their mechanic handy to talk about the repair in detail and try to keep cost at a minimum. They are good people who do their best to make sure you are satisfied. I highly recommend them.

My entire experience was absolutely amazing! I had contacted Tim and Rosie in order to find a Jeep Wrangler. I gave them a list of things I was looking for and they set to work! They always kept me up to date with how their search was going. It only took them a few weeks to find exactly what I was looking for! They were able to give me an affordable and manageable price tailored to my needs. I've bought other cars before and the process seemed extremely tedious; not here! The entire process was just so easy. I am a very knowledgeable person when it comes to cars, and I was able to learn even more from them! They are very welcoming and extremely friendly, if I ever purchase another vehicle I'm going back to Fallbrook Motors, where I know Tim and Rosie will do me right!

Fallbrook, Ca very satisfied customer of Fallbrook Motors for all of 10 years now having purchased several cars. I have brought family and friends to Tim and Rosie and all have left there satisfied with there deal, more importantly, there new ride. I would highly recommend them for your car needs and I look forward to working with them again...it's easier than grocery shopping and more fun...
