My first service ever due to just buying my first Honda. Awesome experience! Initially they thought it would be a two hour wait, as the garage was extremely full and busy!! They were done 45 minutes faster! John did a fabulous job maintaining the order of the vehicles and a fast response to each customer that drove in for service. They were willing to answer my questions about service, parts and next expected service without being in a hurry. I will see you in 5,000 miles and please be sure to give that man a break and a raise ! :) Thanks so much.

Jim Collins was a terrific salesperson. He took the time to listen to the features we needed in a CR V, then found the perfect vehicle for us. Since I was unfamiliar with the roads in the area, he went with us on a nice long test drive and answered questions about the vehicles features as we drove. Jim worked with us to get the best price, even making sure the on line coupon my daughter found for us was applied after the best price for the vehicle.Michelle Bailey, finance manager, found us a great loan rate and explained the warranties in a way that was very understandable.Overall, a great experience.

Michelle was my sales person, she was absolutely amazing ! I was looking for a used car for my son who just got his license, and I needed him to test drive as many vehicles as he could. If I could rate higher, I would give my salesman, George, 100 stars. He was super friendly and everything but pushy. The entire experience was amazing. The environment was very family friendly. My children were able to eat pop corn and play while we focused on numbers. If we had a question, everything was haulted until that question was answered. I didn't feel pressured to purchase at all and I finally have the features that I've always wanted-something that I was talked out of in our last car purchase (not at Faulkner!) I used to dread taking my car somewhere for service (believe me I have had my fair share of service visits) until I started using Faulkner Honda's service department. James Miller and the rest of the service staff (techs and advisors) are incredibly friendly, knowledgable, and pleasant to deal with.. I have bad experience with Harrisburg service center twice. I took my Honda accord to service and they charged me $850 for two hour service with toatal parts cost was only $320. I asked the advisor and he said labour are very expensive which cost me more than $500 for labour charge for two hour. Last week I took my other car for inspection. After waiting four hour they say my front rotor was damaged and need $450 to repace it. I do not have enough money to cover more than $500 dollars so I told them I don't have enough money to cover. They failed my inspection and charge me $108 dollars and ask me to come back with money within 5 days. I went to another delear next day and they did everything for $200. I don't know what to say.....May be Honda service manager should keep eye on .....

The sales representative , Terry Sgrignoli, was very attentive to our wants and needs in deciding on the perfect vehicle model. He took the time on a light snowy evening to pull the two vehicles we were deciding on into a brightly light, warm prepping garage. He had the detailer wipe the vehicles down so we could view the exterior colors better to aid in making our final decision. We were at the dealership up and after closing time when many of the other staff members left for the day. Still Terry and the fiance staff member (can't recall her name) took the time with us to go over items and answer our questions. Never through the experience did we feel pressured or rushed.This was our first experience at the dealership and to the Honda brand.

My family and I were traveling from NY to Northern Virginia on Rt 15 in our Odyssey when we hit something about 30 miles outside of Harrisburg that took out both driver side tires, and bent the back rim. An independent towing company towed us to Faulkner Honda and the guys there (Andy, Aaron and David) were great. Even after-hours, they stayed and helped me and my family get home that evening, and at no cost. We used the spare and were able to salvage the tire from the bent rim and place it on the good rim (I still rented a car from Enterprise next door and put the family in it just to be safe). I grew up on a farm in Western NY where everybody helped each other when something broke down or needed fixing. That is the feeling I got when talking to these guys and watching them work. They were there to help. I highly recommend this place if you need repairs on your vehicle.

I bought a used car they promised to fix a couple of things that they finally did. Then they promised to refund the money I spent on a useless warranty. I had to drive over 100 miles to the dealership to see Michelle Bailey,on Sept 3 2015 promised it would be refunded it's now Nov 4 2015 no refund. I have called several times and Michelle Bailey won't get on the phone or call me back.. Be smart don't buy a car here and whatever you do don't trust Michelle Bailey all she does is lie and is misleading. She'll steal your money TO BE SURE.

Stephanie Love was outstanding. Stephanie was very accommodating in providing me information concerning the vehicle even before visiting the dealership. Unlike other dealerships, Stephanie promptly provided electronic information requested concerning pricing and info about the car. The finance representative was also fantastic. During review of the contract I noticed that the out the door dollar amount was 95 dollars more than agreed upon. The finance manager immediately saw that I was quoted an incorrect amount for the tag fees but quickly obtained authorization to waive that charge.

Everyone was very friendly, courteous and professional. I had not bought a car in 12 years so I was a little nervous. Everyone put me at ease and I felt very comfortable.

I bought a Honda, just not from Faulkner. I visited there Saturday and bought a car a few days later from another Honda dealer. I will travel as far as 200 miles to find the car I want. The sales person was rude. To quote Paula Bruckner "I'm not going to sell a car today". Yes I was still gathering information on Saturday so that I could make an informed decision. I wanted to know price, extra fees, colors available. I had to ask three times for a price and the price she gave me was the sticker price (though that price is not displayed on the car window). She had the car I wanted, the color I wanted but not the price. I had the money in my purse and would have returned on Monday to purchase a car since she was my last stop.

Heather and Jim were just awesome! They got me into the car I want at the price I needed and Heather even got me an amazing warranty! I am OVERLY pleased with my experience and we use Faulkner Honda for all future car needs! Heather went above and beyond to work the deal for me and Jim was amazing at making sure it was the car I wanted and comfortable in. The whole process was easy and painless and I felt like for once a dealer was helping me get what I wanted and not pushing me into stuff that wasn't right for me.

Besides the fact that Mike is super knowledgeable, I knew what I wanted and he didn't try to sway me, he had to go out of his way to find what I wanted since it wasn't in stock. He got it done, and quick. I also love all the extra Faulkner perks the first year no one else offered (oil change, cleanings, and so on, and it's standard with Faulkner. Thank you!

I was immediately helped as soon as I walked in the door, but from there on there was absolutely no pressure whatsoever. The salesman was courteous and knowledgeable. He answered my questions and I bought my Honda Civic Hybrid in a matter of a couple hours. My experience at other dealers has been extremely lengthy and very pressured.

Paula was friendly and helpful right from the start. She knows her job very well. She took me on a driving tour of the entire facility before letting me drive the car and used a route that allowed me to familiarize myself with the vehicle. She is clearly used to being a closer but didn't argue when I delayed my commitment until my husband could see the car. I appreciate the softer approach very much. Overall, It was a very nice experience.

My four children and I were involved in a major accident with our 2014 Honda Odyssey, and it was totaled. Because of the safety features, we all walked away with only bruises and scrapes. Could not have asked for better sales service from Paula Bruckner. Without pressure or other negative sales tactics, she worked with me for more than a few weeks and found me the exact vehicle that I wanted. She stayed in contact with me through that time to let me know what was going on with the search. During the delivery, again, she went the extra mile to help me figure out a complication with navigation settings I needed to enter that resulted in saving me a lot of time and worry. Great overall experience. Shana Gardner took excellent care of us from the time we first showed up thinking about the possibility of trading in our current van for a new one. She was great to work with as we nugged through the details on a deal, and I appreciated her time and commitment enough to turn down a comparable deal nearby our home in MD to drive the 100 miles back up to Faulkner to make it happen. She's fantastic, and worked with me to ensure the skids were greased to complete the paperwork as soon as the family and I arrived there. Johnny in Finance had the paperwork ready to go and also took great care of us in getting everything wrapped up quickly with no issues. Great team effort with none of the typical car-dealership shadiness or sales pitches. We got exactly what we wanted with no fuss, and for a great deal.

My daughter and I both leased Honda Civics. For my down payment, I offered to return when I had the full deposit amount. Michelle Bailey in financial said she could hold my check till June 16 and that this was a common practice. My check was cashed on June 2, {two weeks early} so I incurred $80 in bank overdraft fees and then an additional $10 for the delay in bringing my account from being minus; due to waiting for reimbursement. I emailed and spoke with numerous persons - all had different stories about my refund. I even contacted the president, Don Perry and the general manager, Pete Bonafede- they both are just too important and busy to even take time to respond to a mere customer concern. This has been one of several errors by the staff. My daughter's registration arrived with her name spelled wrong. The finance department was very busy that day and everything was rushed. As of today July 19, over one month later - I am still out the $10 in fees. While this is not a huge amount, it is very apparent that there is NO interest in their customers after the sale. I did get the $80 refunded, took till June 26 and I had to constantly contact them - to even get this. While my salesman, Drew was very nice - my leasing of a bright red civic went from excitement and joy to extreme stress, hassle and disappointment and the lack of customer care after car lease. I am having trouble sleeping, this has effected me emotionally and physically.

Both Bob n Kevin were very nice and helpful and despite having some finance trouble they were able to accomodate what I could afford to get into my car of my dreams. I love this car, it is even more than I could imagine, Michelle who did our paper work was very nice. I purchase a used car from them online they promised that all was good when I got it several things had to be repaired they sent me to a faulkner in Trevose. They fixed that and now I have a small problem 600 miles later and the say too bad you have to pay for the repair on their guaranteed car. And their Mikey mouse warranty that I paid 2100.00 is just a big a joke as faulkner honda and the gmc store in Trevose is just as bad please protect yourself and your money DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ANY FAULKNER AUTO STORE YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!!!

I purchased by second Honda CRZ from Faulkner last year. When the vehicle was delivered, the air conditioning did not work. I had to take the car to their service department (this should never happen with a brand new car). Despite my requests, I was not provided with a loaner, nor any sort of apology for my inconvenience. I scheduled a service appointment last week to take my car in this week to replace the front rocker panels, as they had fallen and were scraping the road. I asked them to make sure the parts were in house before my appointment so I would not have to leave my car for an extended period or bring it back for yet another appointment. When I called to check on my request, the service department has presumably not received my call request. They transferred me to parts, where I was informed that the panels were special order items and I would need to pay for them before ordering (not in stock). The customer service here is horrible. Glad I stayed on top of it. Having the panels replaced by my mechanic, who is not only reliable, but knowledgeable and friendly.

We were able to take the car home with a full tank of gas and a fresh wash with us that evening. BTW, this is our second pre-owned Honda we have purchased from Faulkner. We bought a van in 2010. I am extremely disappointed in the service at Honda Faulkner of Harrisburg. I got a notice that my CRV was involved in the door actuator recall. At that time I called Honda Faulkner of Harrisburg and set up an appointment to have the front driver side door and rear passenger side door actuators replaced. They stated it would take up to 3 hours which was fine with me. After 4 hours they stated they could not get it completed that day. I received a courtesy vehicle and picked up my vehicle the following day. When I got my car back the passenger side actuator was failing before I even left the parking lot. I immediately went back in and told them. They wanted me to leave my car there again to have it replaced but instead I set up an appointment for today. The supervisor assured me he would have 2 people work on it and it would take no more than half an hour. Well it took 2 hours and when I left the window on that side wasn't working. I just called and they stated "that happens a lot". Why wouldn't you check the window if that is something you know happens? I will take my car to my mechanic from now on, warranty or not and I will never return to Faulkner Honda of Harrisburg.

This was my experience and my opinion. I would say think twice before going there after reading this review. i think treating people like this ruins overall Faulkner reputation. if you don't think this is accurate please read other reviews from last 6 months.

I wanted a new civc but insurance was too high. Saleslady tried her best to see if I could improve rates with my insurance or another company but in the end was understanding of my predicament and found me the Saturn that would meet my gas mileage needs and keep me running so I can get to work. The car is a good runner and good gas mileage which is good because I drive 120 miles a day to and from work. I also got a service package that will help me keep the car road worthy. Shanna was very personable and friendly and went out of her way to to meet my needs she made the whole process very enjoyable. Thanks Shanna.

This is the second vehicle I have bought from James Collins, and my daughter has bought two from him as well. He is very knowledgeable, and he was able to get me in a replacement vehicle (almost identical) to the one I totaled, and I am more than pleased that he was able to do it so quickly that I didn't have to pay for a rental car in the interim. I will continue to buy all my vehicles from him. He is a wonderful asset to your company, and I think really represents what Faulkner is all about!

One again, (the 3rd time in 5 1/2 yrs), Carl Sims came through for us again. I contacted Carl on Sat. a wk ago, inquiring about a vehicle I saw on Faulkner's website. Carl got back to me within an hour. He suggested I complete my credit app online that Sat. night. I did..Carl phoned me again on Monday to tell me the car was mine. My wife and I traveled 2 hrs that Fri. and purchased the car. We were in and out in less than a half hr. The young lady that handled the accounting, was very friendly, efficient and totally professional. Great experience! AGAIN!

2/5/15I went in to Faulkner to purchase a used car. I told the salesman my criteria for purchase: good gas mileage, black, around 10k in price to keep payments near $250 for 36 months. He came back with a grey Accord for 13,9k.. What asked, "how will this come in at $250 a month? He replied, " my finance people work majic." What they came back with was a one time only price for me today of 12,3k for $322 at 60 months. ALL MY QUALIFICATION COMPLETELY IGNORED!!!!!I left without buying and went home to check out the vehicle online. The exact same vehicle was offered on line for 11,9k. THEY TRIED TO SELL ME A CAR FOR MORE THAN THE ADVERTISED PRICE!!!! When I called the salesman back with this information, he was shocked and would dig into it. He called back the next day with "great news", he could sell me the car at that price. So you can sell me a car at the advertised price, WOW, what a great deal. I told him I was not interested due to the deciept used to sell the car. He asked for another chance and would call me back tomorrow. He called and offered me a 1 year warranty free. I told him I am not interested, as I am looking for a better price. He called back the next day with " great news", he could take off the price of the warranty to lower the price. I said, " YOU MEAN THE WARRANTY THAT YOU TOLD ME WAS FREE"!!!!! He did not know what to say, but I did......BUYER BEWARE -- TO BE SURE -- DO NOT BUY AT FAULKNER HIONDA -- TO BE SURE!!!!!!!!Joe

Several months ago when I visited the dealership, I asked to be notified when the 2015 CR-V models came in - that I didn't want to do anything regarding my expiring lease until I saw them. The salesman Preston Shenk was very nice and pleasant and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were insterested in. Also the lady who actually set up the financing was very knowledgeable as well. She got the monthly payment down to where Preston said it should be. It was a very good experience all around. If I could ever get another vehicle I definately would go to Faulkner.

I called faulkner Honda located at Paxton Street , Harrisburg for buying the Honda accord..I was in touch with another dealer aswell but thought of contacting faulkner as few of my friends bought car from there...So we set up the appointment at 6:30 12/16/2014(tue)...Blonde lady name start Paula..something dont remember correctly...when she got to know that i just moved from Chicago and don't have PA D/L..she changed at once and start behaving rudely like i have come to waste their time...she refuse to give me any info on car,any info on lease...That was so pathetic...i wasted my time go to so unprofessional people..who don't know how to treat the potential buyers..I told that i will get the license tomm and will pick up the car tomm but she refuse to provide me any info at finance or lease...now i got the temp D/L with in just one hour from DMV now looking for other dealers....Never going back to them..

After my Buick's 10th birthday, I researched SUV vehicles and thought that the Honda CRV fit my and my children's needs best. I requested an online quote and Patti responded immediately and put me in touch with Shana Gardner, what a pleasure. I drove to the dealership with my daughter and because Shana was with another customer and didn't want to delay our day, she connected us with Gary. Gary introduced us to the vehicle and took us for a test drive, he was very friendly. We fell in love with the car immediately, even the color, but we decided to shop Toyotas and even Buicks to be sure this car was "the one". We then decided "yes", and went back to see Shana to discuss the car further. Shana's excellent customer service (friendliness, responsiveness, patience, knowledge and sales experience) and staff professionalism (especially Andrew Putt and Jessica) put us right at ease. There was a very positive vibe to the dealership with very busy, smiling, friendly employees despite the frantically busy Black Friday through December season. The icing on the cake was when Santa and his live reindeer arrived on the day we coincidentally chose to pick up our new vehicle - he wished my daughter a Merry Christmas and we had our picture taken with Shana and the reindeer (we had our happy Honda smiles on!). Truly an unbelievable experience!

I leased a 2013 Honda Pilot Touring in Feb of 2013 and about 8 months ago I started receiving emails from the dealership stating that they had customers that were looking for used Honda Pilots and would take mine back and put me in a new one while keeping my payments the same or less. At the time I was not interested, but about 4 months ago I started receiving more emails, letters in the mail, and phone calls from a really nice lady from Honda offering me the same thing. This time I decided I would take them up on their offer. After providing them with the payoff info, I was told that we would be in good shape to have our lease bought out. I made it clear that I didnt want another Pilot, just out of this one free and clear, keeping in mind that the dealership approached me and told me that they were in good shape to buy it out from me, reconfirmed this fact and was prepared to turn in the vehicle.So I proceeded to my appointment and I am to meet the used car manager who will look over my vehicle and take it from there. First off, he was rude, unwelcoming, and it appeared we were a bother to him. He took the key and went to look at the vehicle and came back asking if it had been in any collisions. I informed him that we were rear needed in the bumper and had the exhaust/muffler on one side replaced. He then tells me that he is not interested in buying my car!! So I am stunned at this point, Faulkner Honda has been asking me to bring this in and I do and now you are not interested because you might not be able to sell it as a certified Honda?? He says that the VIN number wont match from the rear bumper to the rest of the car, therefore, cant be certified. Honestly, I dont know if the bumper was replaced or just painted, but I do know that he did not take to the time to even check. Its real easy to run a VIN number through car fax and see there was a minor accident, but maybe the bumper wasnt replaced. And even so, the car is in excellent condition, he even agreed to that, but repeatedly said he was not interested in buying my car. I dont understand how the same dealership can keep asking for your vehicle to be bought back in, tell you the numbers are good, and then we show up ready to turn in, come out of our way, and within 4 minutes be told youre not interested by a rude manager with over 30 years experience?? Not a good place to go and poor customer service, coming from a person who has purchased/leased 4 vehicles with them over the past 4 years, I can tell you we are never coming back to Faulkner, be wary.

I was in because of a tire pressure warning to have them put air in it. I was told it had nytrogen in them and it would be better to have them filled with that instead of air. There was no cost as it was under warranty. It took longer than they said it would but I was happy to have it done right.

Bought a new Civic in 2004 and got a great price, service and delivery. Excellent team at that time. 2014 trying to buy a new Accord from them has been horrible. interent manager Mike Grant is rude and sarcastic and doesn't provide information that he said he would. Then sends you email asking why I contacted him again. Seems to busy for customer satisfaction! Paying cash for a vehicle and dealing with Faulkner has never been so bad! Sad.

From the moment I inquired online about a car I could not find locally, the team sprang into action on our behalf. Patti D and I spoke on the phone several times as she helped find the car and offer us a terrific deal on it. Her helpful and supportive attention made us decide it was worth driving 2 hours to buy a new car. We thought we'd wait weeks, but instead she had the car in Harrisburg and ready to go within a few days. Brittan expertly and patiently talked us through all the details of a fairly complex hybrid accord and helped us close the deal. And Jessica in finance made the paperwork simple. She even called us the next day to help us renew tags that had just expired. Terrific service all around!

Bought a 2011 ford escape 51k mileswith 3 month warrenty suv was supposdly perfect condition and I paid top price with little for my trade in and paying 2grand for them to do the paperwork Vehicle looked great when i looked it over and test drove and after service dept got it ready it looked like crap and missing parts.. 2months later and 1k miles the powertrain wentfaulkner gave me the run around on the warrenty and ended up they wont cover iti have to pay out of pocket to have vehicle fixed... Stay Away from faulknerif you dont want to get screwed over !!

As a first time buyer, car shopping is quite the nerve wracking experience, especially when under a strict budget. My dealer, Alex, listened to what I wanted and immediately searched for the car that fit my needs. He didn't try to sell me anything out of my budget, which was refreshing because most of the dealers I met with always urged for a couple thousand of dollars out of my range. I did not buy a car at my first visit, but when Alex saw a good fit for me a couple days later, he called me up. It was the perfect fit and I ended up buying it. He was patient, not pushy at all, and very honest. The car is in beautiful condition and I feel assured that Faulkner Honda inspects, repairs, and cleans all of their cars thoroughly before selling them to ensure optimital vehicles.

I was in there on August 6th and looked at a 2005 dodge ram. The sales man was great to start out with very interested in getting us into the vehicle that we were looking at, as the day went on he seemed to loose interest and told me that he would be in touch on Monday. I NEVER got a phone call from him so I called him. NEVER got a call back, but did get a text and told me that he was still working on it. Tuesday came and I called him again to check and he answered and told me that he was till working on it. Wendesday came and I called, emailed, and text him to see what was going on and have had no response from him. It would of been nice to get a phone call with an answer either way... but apparently that was to much trouble for him....

We found your dealership through the internet and on Sunday, July 13th we decided to drive to Harrisburg to look at the car and your overall inventory. We were impressed. Faulkner had the most certified Honda Accord's within a 50 mile radius. The cars are clean and the lots are well lit. We found a car that we liked and I sent a note via email not expecting a response until Monday at the earliest. To my surprise I had a response within minutes. Karl Etshied set up our test drive for Wednesday with Carl Sims. Carl is great! My husband and I are from York and do not know the Harrisburg area. During the test drive, Carl pointed out routes that had different road conditions so that we could get a feel for ride, acceleration, noise, etc. I appreciate his tenacity in getting us the best deal possible on our new Accord EX-L. After the sale he sat in the car with me, programmed my phone and explained to me the functionality of the dash and wheel controls. He is a wonderful representative for your company and I will definately recommend your dealership and Carl to anyone who needs a new/used Honda.

Looked at a used 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Carfax listed a whole bunch of repairs they did. That should've been the 1st clue. Took it out for a drive, the front end shuddered violently when you went over 30mph, turning made it worse. Big clunk when brakes applied. Stabilitrac would not disengage & there was a sensor (idiot) light lit. I told the salesman, he said. "Oh, guess I'll have to get that to the shop:" There's no way they didn't know about these problems. One explanation I've heard is that some shops take a wrecked vehicle and fix it themselves, so it's never reported to the DMV. Doesn't show on Carfax & buyer would usually never know. Don't know if that's what happened here or not. But when you replace a tie rod, parts of the radiator and do a front end alignment & still have a shudder that bad, I doubt it happened by clipping a pothole. Try a reputable dealer elsewhere... anywhere...

It's excellence in everything you do and how the people treat you. Yesterday, (which I never knew before in 10 years) that they gave you free water. I tried to get some out of the vending machines and they didn't work...they said "oh, this is free for our customers." It was just a bottle of water, but a wonderful sentiment. Little things are really big in customer service. I've had my Honda Civic for 11 years (it's a 2003). You are the only place that I have taken it for all his basic maintenance. Yesterday I had my inspection and new tires.

Service personnell were courteous and informative. I was promptly called when my 2009 CRV had finished inspection. The Tech told me all that was found and made recommendations for some things that needed attention, but not required for passing inspection. They even apologized for not washing my car because of the inclement weather.

I made an email inquiry and within a few minutes Patty had emailed me back. She was able to answer most of my questions via email so that my time and hers was not wasted. Once I went to the dealership, she assigned me a salesperson, Terry, he was AMAZING! He def. knew his stuff. Once I found out, he had been working for a long time for the dealership, so I was very excited to know this and knowing this made me feel very comfortable. It was just a great experience and I would def. recommend anyone wanting a car, regardless of make or model, I am sure your company would have it or be able to get it!

Shana took the time for the little things - like setting up the Bluetooth and explaining all new features that my vehicle now had (compared to my old vehicle). She did all this for us even after the dealership had closed for the day. I've never had any issues with having my vehicle serviced at Faulkner. Scheduling was quick and easy, technicians and office staff are pleasant, friendly, and professional and explain all aspects of the work to be performed prior to the work and after the work. Although it is a 1 1/2 hour drive for service, I will continue to bring my vehicle to Faulkner for service.

Absolutely no pressure. The young salesman, Brett Jones, was a pleasure to deal with while we were deciding on which vehicle to purchase. In fact, he went out of his way and actually drove a car to our house because after we left the dealership, we called back to ask if he could have the vehicle we were interested in purchasing in another color we liked for us to see the next day. We actually picked a third color to look at the following day when we returned to the dealership. The great thing is he joked about it with us and we did end up buying the third CRV that we looked at. His attitude, great personality and patience with us during the whole process was certainly appreciated by us. Also, he was quite knowledgeable about the car he sold us. When we asked a question, he was able to answer us without running from one person to another to give us an answer.

From the minute I dealt with Patti Della Vecchia in sales, it was smooth sailing. I had been dealing with Paul Miller Honda here in Caldwell, NJ and was getting the run around on when I could expect to get my Honda Odyssey. I called Patti and within 24 hours she located an Odyssey in the correct trim and leather colors with a rear entertainment system - something the dealership in NJ said wasn't possible because there were no Odysseys with those specs in the NY, NJ, PA area. Once she found the vehicle she was very easy to work with and within 3 days of talking to her I was driving off Faulkner's lot with my car. To say I was pleased with the experience is an understatement. It was the best experience I've ever had buying a new car from a dealership.

My wife and I spoke with Tom Williams the morning of Saturday March 22, 2014 about a used Honda Civic Si. We were traveling 2 hours to see the car so we wanted to make sure it was available and on the lot. We were told yes and asked a few more questions. Tom asked when we would be there and I told him around noon. I left a message with Tom before we left to ask him about the price of the car. After an hour and a half into our trip, Tom called me back. I told him we were a half hour out so I would just talk to him when we get there. He said great. We get there at exactly noon, walk in to see Tom and he tells us that he believes the car was sold! My wife and I were stunned! He said that someone else bought it about 15 minutes ago! Tom spoke with me 30 minutes ago and never said a word to me about this. Plus, he knew at 9:30 that morning we were coming to look at, and most likely purchase, the car! Not one person at this dealership was helpful at all. Tom was so disconnected and inconsiderate towards us. I have never met anyone who could care less. The manager stated that "we are in the business of selling cars, that's what we do". Well who do you sell cars to??? Oh, that's right, customers like me! This was the worst experience I have ever had and would never recommend this dealership to a single soul. BTW, they filled up my tank with gas as a courtesy.Dan Brundage

Found the vehicle I had been searching for, drove 3 hours to dealership, road tested & purchased. Vehicle delivered following week to my residence. Was informed on delivery, they only had one key/remote entry available and were not sure where the second set was. Vehicle equipped with a wheel lock anti-theft system, but was delivered without a wheel lock key for changing the tires. Called to inquire and the salesperson informed me that the manager stated since it was a used vehicle they only had to supply the one key/remote set. They're on-line advertisement offered two sets. Asked salesperson to have the manager call to talk to me and 2 weeks later still have not received a call.

We were unexpectedly in the market for a new vehicle. Therefore, we were on a limited budget. We had shopped at other dealers and online, doing our best research into what vehicle would work for our family. Looking into Faulkner, we found the vehicle, in the colors we liked, and inquired online. Patti was fantastic. She worked over the phone and online with us, as we live an hour away from Faulkner. She even called us on her day off, knowing we were hoping to come visit the dealership in a day or two. Patti worked with Mike to get us to a payment that would work for us. That was important to do ahead of time as we live so far away. Upon our arrival to Faulkner, Mike had two Accords side by side for us to compare. Mike's knowledge of the car was the most I'd seen from any other employee at any other dealer. Patti, Mike, and Stephen worked very hard for us, and got us in the Accord at a price we could afford. Working with them was very comfortable. Their friendliness and understanding were tops. It was very refreshing to work with this team. My overal experience was excellent. Jim Porter was terrific from beginning to end. He was very helpful during the test drive and with any questions that I had. Faulker did a great job with getting me a price I could afford for the car I wanted. Jim was just as helpful with it and was very helpful after the sale was complete with his follow up to make sure everything was still good with the car as well as getting me the cup holders for the back of the car. This is my second I bought from there and I would buy my next one from there in many years to come.

He is very bright, professional, and cooperative. We did visit another competitior prior to finalizing our sale, and that experience was not nearly as enjoyable. This was a horrible experience! We spoke on the phone to Tom Williams and he stated $6000 for a 2003 odyssey. When we came to the dealership in person he and Glenn asked us for $7991. We reminded them of our conversation on the phone and they relented and agreed to $6000. Then a couple days later we called to discuss financing and they told us that a timing belt had been put on the odyssey and, because of that, the price had gone up $1500! Their own service department advised a timing belt costs $810! Do not waste your time at this dealership, they will rip you off!

Our experience with Faulkner Honda was first rate. Our salesperson, Mike Grant, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and went the extra mile. He listened to our automotive needs and read between the lines. The original price quoted was excellent and he later met our counter offer. Mike went to bat for us on a service-related contract previously signed on one of our trade ins and negotiated an equatable resolution.We were Volvo owners for 30 years and owned a total of 6 during that period. Our last one was 9 years old and, as all of them did, started to cost exorbitant amounts to get it repaired. Volvo has left the "common man" behind with the exclusion of the reasonable priced car. I previously had purchased a new Civic from Faulkner back in 2008 and had a great experience. And so, these factors aligned and we ended up trading both cars in for a 2013 Fit Sport and a 2013 Civic EX Sedan.It was an unusual deal for us, of course, and a first in our 32 years of marriage. We each got two new cars! It happened because of the great customer service and pricing that Mike Grant and Faulkner Honda brought to the table.Customer service, great pricing/value, attention to detail may have generaly fallen from American business, but I can attest that it is alive and well at Faulkner Honda and its representative, Mike Grant.

I have written other reviews about Faulkner Honda that were excellent until now. I purchased my car in March and refinanced this past week. I have been trying to contact Finance to cancel my extended warranty and Gap Coverage. When finance got back to me I felt like I was being bullied, being told not a smart thing to cancel my extended warranty and gap coverage, that I would have to drive the 2 hours back to them to cancel, etc. I emailed Don Perry the President of the dealership on Saturday explaining to him the way I was treated and he assured me that Brian Kim head of finance would be back in touch with me first thing Monday, well here it is Tuesday and nothing, I have emailed again and again and feel like I am being ignored. It is my understanding that if you cancel the extended warranty and gap coverage that the dealership over charges you for that they lose money, so this obviously is why they are not being cooperative. I finally just called Honda and they sent me the forms to complete and fax back to them.This dealership was wonderful during the sale, but when you are trying to cancel something that you have the legal right to cancel they obviously do not care about the customer's wants and just how it will affect them financially.so if purchasing from them, buyer beware..

I am from Illinois and was traveling to Canada and then to Pennsylvania on a family vacation. My sunroof shattered on my Honda Accord in Indiana on a Saturday and we could not find anyone to fix our sunroof until the next week. We called ahead to Faulkner Honda and spoke to the service department because we knew that we would be in Harrisburg Pennsylvania on Tuesday. Rob from service was more than accommodating, he ordered the sunroof for us ahead of time and told us that we could get it installed on Wednesday morning. Rob told us to drop our car off on Tuesday so that it would be inside the building in case it rained that day or that night and that he would have enterprise meet us at the Honda dealership. We showed up at Faulkner Honda and enterprise met us there, we switched cars and enjoyed the rest of our vacation. The next day, Rob from service called and said that my car was finished and at no cost to me. The Service manager John Komar contacted my dealership in Mo. and got everything straight with them and the $700 sunroof cost me nothing, because John went out of his way and called and got everything approved with my Honda dealership. (My vacation just got better). John Komar and Rob in service are #1 in my book. I arrived at Honda to pick up my car, and noticed that Faulkner Honda cleaned the inside and outside of my car. I never asked them to do that, they just did and it looked amazing. They got the scratches out of my paint from when my sunroof shattered also. I met with Rob when I arrived at the Honda dealership and Rob stated for us to just leave the rental car there and he would take care of getting it back to enterprise. This saved us even more time. This dealership is the BEST dealership I have ever dealt with. Thank you, Jeremy

Mike Grant & Faulkner Honda are fantastic! Mike was VERY quick responding to e-mails & was able to meet my "out the door" price in order to get me into a 2014 Honda Odyssey (which I love!) After agreeing on a price through a few e-mails & phone calls, my husband and I drove 2 1/2 hours to deal with Faulkner. No dealership in our area could get us to a price that worked for us.....but Faulker & Mike were able to do so! When we arrived, Mike was ready for us....no wait! He was extremely knowledgeable about all the options in the Odyssey & was very thorough with the explanations of the cars bells & whistles! I've purchased 3 new vehicles in the 5 years....and this was by far my best experience yet! I would definitely recommend Mike Grant & Faulkner Honda to anyone who is in the market for a new car!

This was our first time buying a car over the internet without seeing it. The experience was straight forward and easy including a valuation of our trade. Suljo was very helpful. He responded quickly to emails and calls. He was patient in answering all of our questions in a friendly manner. Also, the Business Manager was friendly and provided clear financing information. In fact, he helped us find a great a interest rate. Also, I was surprised that Faulkner delivers cars to your home. The person delivering the car was friendly and informative. He made the paperwork simple and understandable. We were able to complete all the paperwork at our kitchen table with no problems. WE purchased our new Honda from Faulkner Honda. I did most of the work over the internet and phone. They were able to give me a great price plus they delivered the car to my home. I did all of the paperwork at my kitchen table. I had no trade in which made the process easy to do over the internet plus I knew what I wanted. Once I had some bids I was able to see who could beat it and Faulkner did. Very easy to work with.

In 2001, I leased an Accord from Bobby Rahal Honda. At lease expiration, they were less than helpful, and basically refused to budge off MSRP on a new accord.So, I went to Faulkner, met Mike, and purchased a 2004 Accord after some minor negotiating. I was probably there less than 2 hours between a test drive and delivery! Great work!After flood damage to my Accord a year later, I went to purchase the same car, and called Bobby Rahal first. I told them what I wanted (same car, but 2005) and how much I wanted to pay (same as previous car). They actually said no (something about prices changing year to year and they would loose money). For the record, between depreciation and flood damage deductible, I lost money; I wasn't getting a 'free' new car.Anyway, I called Mike, and he came through, selling me exactly what I wanted for the price I wanted. So Faulkner is my go to dealer.Its also worth noting that Faulkner service is reasonable and convenient. They definitely get my maintenance and repair work.

I thought I could not buy the car because of my paperwork issue; however Troy was very helpful and able to help me out. And the paper issue resolved more smoothly than I thought. Hi Patti and Troy, I cannot believe the experience I had at Faulkner Honda. I was have so many problems obtaining a new car, but that changed this past Saturday when I received a phone call from Patti. I all but gave up after visiting a half dozen dealers in this area and as far away as Greencastle, PA. I just came out of a Chapter 7, and I was looking to replace my 2001 caddy. It was a nightmare. I was told "no problem, we can be your car dealer and we will work with you". NOT THE CASE. I have worked with professionals over this country for more than twenty years, but when Patti called me and indicated that Faulkner Honda "could help me", I was more then skeptical, I was about to give up, more promises from people that where only interested in selling a car, not taking into account the personal toll it takes on an individual who has fallen on hard times. Patti was persistent, she promised me that Faulkner could do something for me. She was right, Patti and Troy worked for hours, and at the end of the day I was driving a new 2113 Honda Civic. Both Patti and Troy were great to work with. I looked at three other dealerships, but Patti got me to look at Faulkner first. Thank goodness Patti got me in the door. Both Patti and Troy went above and beyond to help make the deal work. They gave me what I wanted for my trades and gave me the best prices on the two cars that I wanted. With other dealerships, it was always this back and forth never coming close to the price point that I received from Faulkner. Patti was up front, honest and stuck to her word. Troy even drove a brand new car to my home on the West shore just so that my busy wife could test drive the car. Now that's service!!! No other dealership even bother to ask. We purchased our certified used Honda Accord from Jim Collins atFaulkner Honda Harrisburg. Most of the process was handled via the internet and over the telephone. Jim had his drivers deliver the car to my front door, 128 miles away. We live in Maryland, so we had to get the vehicle inspected in Maryland to get it registered. Well, the car failed inspection. There was a deep slice in one tire that had gone unnoticed by us and the dealership as well. I called Jim and explained what happened. With no hesitation he said get a new tire and send me the bill. Done! We also noticed excessive wear on the brake pedal, exposing bare metal, making it slippery when wet. A potential safety issue. Called Jim and sent him pictures of both the tire and the brake pedal. Get it fixed and send me the bill. Done! Jim has been extremely responsive, accessible, and stands behind his transaction. Granted, these items are things that should have been taken care of at the dealership, but Jim made sure they were taken care of, no questions asked. Great dealership and a wonderful salesperson. Couldn't be happier.

I have owned Honda's since 1992. From the moment I sent out a quote request and Patt was in touch with me, I felt such that I was with the right dealership from which to purchase a new car. My husband and I had had some financial difficulties, he is a disbled veteran and Patti assured me that the dealerships great Finance guys would be able to help us out. I had also talked to another dealership and they were really trying to take advantage of us with high interest rates, a lower model than I truly wanted. Patti understood that people have difficulties at times and the Faulkner Dealership was going to help us in anyway that they could. Within one day of speaking to Patti, I drove off in my husband's and I brand new Accord EX-L in the color I wanted and the accesories I requested. When we arrived to pick up the Car Suljo Zahirovic greeted us and made us feel so comfortable. He explained everyting regarding the new car and I almost felt that he and Patti were as excited as we were to have us be able to get the car we wanted. Mike Farling the Finance person, did a fantastic job, I cannot say enough about what he did for us...Would I buy from Faulkner again, yes although I hope to have the car we just bought for a long long time. By the way we are about 1 1/2 hours from the dealership and was so impressed, i think we will drive the distance to use their service department also. Speaking from someone who was in the auto industry for several years, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. From the intialcontact by Patti, the Internet Sales Manager, who was honest and upfront, she made it easy and very comfortable to do the whole deal on the phone. When I arrived at the dealership my new truck was outfront waiting for me. Patti greeted me and introduced Suljo to me, he went over all the books and took me to my new truck and went over it inside and out. Mike in finance had all the paper work ready for me to sign, it took less then one hour from the time I arrived to I was driving home in my new truck. I could not be happier with the deal I got and the treatment I recieved. I would like to thank Patti, Suljo, and Mike again for all they did.

I just purchased a 2013 Honda Accord Coupe V-6 with Navigation System from Faulkner Honda in Harrisburg. This car is very hard to find. I had sent an email to Patti Vecchia for a price quote with what I was looking for. She called me and said she had one coming on the truck that night or the next day. She called to let me know the car had arrived. I went up to the dealership the same day she called to look at the new car. When I met Patti she was very nice, polite and professional. She, in turn, referred me to Shana Gardner, who would be my Sales Consultant, who was also very nice, very friendly, and professional. She was not pushie. She gave me all the time I needed to make up my mind in regards to purchasing the new car. She went over all the bells and whistles in great detail. When I decided I wanted the car there were four accessories I wanted added. Shana called right away to get those accessories delivered the next day so the dealership could have them installed. When I went back up to purchase the car all the paperwork was ready. The finance part went very well and didn't take a lot of time. Shana went over all the bells and whistles again and gave me all the time I needed to ask questions, etc. Everyone I met at the dealership was very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Honda.

Patti offered me the best price quote on my new 2013 Accord Touring I was purchasing and I was also able to get great value on my trade in from Suljo. Faulkner beat dealerships in the area, both PA and MD, on the new car price and I'm convinced I wouldn't have gotten the trade in value I did from other dealers as well. Very easy to work the new car deal via email and then test drive and paperwork with Suljo and Kevin were a breeze. Great buying experience and I'm looking forward to using the service department when the time comes.

They beat all the other dealerships within a 100 mile radius by hundreds if not in the thousands from others. I had a very pleasant experience dealing with Patti and Suljo at Faulkner Honda. I didn't have a great deal of free time so I dealt with Patti via email and she was very responsible and helpful. We came to an agreement on the price for a specific car, which I found to be very reasonable, and when I had free time I went down to the dealership, worked with Suljo and he made the buying process a breeze. We have been looking for a 2013 CR-V. We went to 2 other dealers in our area. Wecouldn't make a deal and never received a call back from either one. I check Faulkner Honda online and immediately got an email from Patti Della Vecchia and then a telephone call. We set up an appointment with her and met our salesman,Mike Grant. Mike made us feel very comfortable. We accepted the offer and thetransaction was complete and fast.We are looking forward to doing our service with Faulkner.

I am a stickler when it comes to getting the best possible deal. Carl S. was my rep and he was terrific, pleasant and always made himself available when I called in. Even after the sale, he called me a few days later to tell me that the car may have had an remote engine start. I will return there for my next car purchase.

This was my first car buying experience and I could not have been happier with my overall experience. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I knew the that I wanted to purchase a 2012 Honda Civic. The salesman, Troy, did not try to sell me the 2013 model or push me to look at other models. After my test drive he had the prices calculated. I had done research prior to going to the dealership so I knew, roughtly, what the invoice price was for the vehicle. His price came in lower than the total invoice for the dealership. Because this was my first buying experience, I wanted to think about it. He let me leave that evening, with the intention of returning the morning. He never pressured me to stay and/or make a decision at that point. He also let me leave a printout of the offer. When I returned the following day with the intention of buying the car, Troy was again very friendly and supportive throughout the process. I fet that Faulkner Honda cares about their customers, and is an honest and trust worthy dealership. As I completed my paperwork, the financial representative, Mike, gave me the best possible deal on Honda Care, an extended warranty for my vehicle. He knew that my financial situation was tight, but he wanted to ensure that I had the best coverage and Honda care possible, so he worked with his team to get me the best deal on an extended warranty. I honestly cannot reiterate enough how wonderful my experience was. Faulkner Honda will be my first stop when looking to purchase a new vehicle in the future.

I was recently in the market for a new Civic Si. After talking to a few dealerships i found out the specific model i was looking for was not in stock. Jim Collins and Faulkner Honda went through the process of locating the specific model i wanted and had it driven to their lot in Harrisburg.Jim Collins and Faulkner Honda made the car buying process very easy and stress free. I went down the Faulkner Honda at the pre owned shop and was at first surprised and happy. The prices seemed to be pretty fair at a glance. Then came the salesmen, I looked at a Honda Civic 1996 and he said if I wanted to take for a drive I said ok. The car itself was nice nothing much to complain about. Then we talked about price, and this is why my rating has gone down. He said $5,000 I said ok and then I looked on the website via my phone and saw the price was in fact $4,600. So first off he lied to me for some extra cash. Then when we went to sit down in his office he was hesitant about offering the service records. Salesmen went to grab the manager and he was so unfriendly and came out and said to me "We don't sell crap here!" And I was shocked he would come out and say that to a prospective buyer. Although this car was a decent buy, and I'm in desperate need of one I could not buy it. The way the treated me and spoke to me was absolutely demanding and rude. Furthermore after I decided I was not doing business with them, the salesmen would not stop calling me after I said I wasn't interested and then he made up lies on my voice mail about the car being gone but I live a mile away from the dealer and it was not gone. I don't care if your selling a car for $1.00 that customer service was absolutely horrible. I would say avoid this place but who knows you may get a better salesmen then I as well as a better manager.

Carl Sims in the Certified Pre-owned department is simply the best! Friendly, considerate, patient, and easy to work with. This is the second mid-range used vehicle we've bought from Carl and we'll never go to another dealer again - even when we're ready for a new car. Carl got us the best deal possible. The called us back the next day with another list of cars, still not what we were looking for. Finally they got us a NEW 2012 Honda CRV IN OUR PRICE RANGE. We could not be more happy

I hate haggling for anything, especially for something as expensive and important as a new car. This time around, I used the internet (Edmonds.com) to find 5-6 area dealers and submitt my inquery for a new Honda Fit. They all responded within 24hrs. I told them the car I wanted and asked for their best price. Although Faulkner Honda did not give me the best price, They were the only dealer with the exact car I wanted in inventory. I e-mailed them to ask if they would accept a lower price that I was willing to pay. 45min later, they e-mailed to agree to sell me my new car.I arrived at Faulkner Honda 2hrs later to sign the paper work. They said it would be quick and easy. Well, it was easy, but not as quick as I would like. We signed papers, listened to their post-sales pitch, extended warranty offer, financing options, etc. I purchased the car with cash, and it still took about 45min!My goal was to purchase the best small car available (Honda Fit) at the cheapest price possible (almost). I think I did at Faulkner Honda. I hope to do it this way again next time!

Faulkner Honda has been our only dealer for over 20 years. My entire family buys and has service done there. We have been truely treated like family. I actually had gone to the preowned faulkner lot in Harrisburg to see a car. after the salesman tried to get us to see other cars that would "be perfect for us" he finally said the car we saw on the internet was at their other preowned lot. to make a long story short, we told the guy to bring it to his lot so he could get the sale since we dealt with him first. we arranged a time for us to come. we got there and he had just sold it to someone else. it would not have even been on his lot if we had not asked him to bring it there for us to buy from him. no integrity.

I was looking for a pre-owned vehicle and found what I liked on cars.com. Contacting the dealership was easy enough, but unfortunately, that was where the easiness stopped. I set up a time to go out to Faulkner to see the car and when I arrived, the sales person I was dealing with was nowhere to be found. I began working with a new salesperson, who then let me know that the car wasn't at this location, but at another one 20 minutes away. Annoyed, I decided to go run an errand and come back in an hour when they retrieved the car. The car was everything I was hoping for, but since it was so late, I only got a short drive. I came back the next day with the family for an extended test drive, and had my mechanic friend drive and check the car out. It was a winner! Except...they just passed the car for state inspection that same day and there was a hole in the muffler and a burnt out light. This really made me question the quality and integrity of the service department, which I will never use as a result. The salesman tried to play it down when I pointed it out, but agreed to have it all fixed before I agree to buy. We want the car but now have to make a deal. We got to the price we wanted, but when it came to our trade and paying for it, they got real shady and next to impossible to get a hold of for the next 2 days. We were planning on paying cash for the car, but agreed to let them try to find us financing on the condition they only checked with one bank...they checked 5 different ones! Not good. I disclosed all the issues with my trade, but when it came time to make the trade, they actually became contentious and accused me of lying about my trade. I shot back, but this should never happen to any customer. After beginning to walk out of the dealership, they finally apologized and I ended up getting the car despite the dealership. I used to sell cars and know how their world works...this was unaceptable. So far, love the car! Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Faulkner Honda.

I had a terrible experience getting my car serviced. When I had to pay $1000 for repairs my car probably didn't need, they repaired it immediately only to find that the original part that should have been ordered was faulty. If they would have ordered the covered part first this would not be happening. Now that the covered part needs repaired I've been waiting almost a month for the part to come in and everytime I called I got no return call.My inspection has run out waiting for this part to come in.

Michael Grant did an outstanding job presenting the vehicle, explaning the upgrades to the 2012 Odyssey EX and giving us a very competative price. Michael walked us through the entire purchase process answering all concerns and providing very helpful information for us to make a informed decision. I have been buying vehicles since 1971. The service that Mike and Patti gave me was excellent. The price I received for a 2012 Honda Fit Sport w/Nav could not be beat by anyone around. They even located and obtained the color that I wanted. What was even more impressive is that there was only one of that color left in the state of Pennsylvania. Patti was very friendly and took me for a test drive. Mike was very thorough in showing me all of the ins and outs of my new vehicle. There was no pressure involved in the purchase of the car and I could tell that they both wanted me to have something that I would really like. I will be sure to return for my future needs.

The service we received from the first phone call to the day of picking up our vehicle was outstanding. Patti was very prompt in returning our phone calls and getting us the vehicle we wanted. My wife and I drove 2.5 hours to the dealership to look at a used Durango. We arrived at 11:30 am and finally at 4:30 they said they would have to wait till Monday for a response to credit application because it was too late being a Saturday. They should have taken our application when we said we wanted the vehicle instead of waiting till 3:00. We ended up not buying it, so I emailed them about another used Durango 2 days ago and they still haven't got back to me. VERY POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the second car I bought at Faulkner, from Shana Gardner. When I was contacted less than 2 years into my current finance period about potentially trading in my car and upgrading to the 2012 model for a similar payment, I was sceptical. I contacted Shana anyway. After meeting and talking with her she helped me figure out the best plan of action for my personal situation. I was able to drive off in the 2012 Touring edition Odyssey for hardly more than I'd been paying on my older model. Everyone at Faulkner was very pleasant and very helpful. I'll be going back to Shana at Faulkner for my next car.

I did a price quote request from 5 dealers. Patti responded with a quote that was the best. I contacted the dealer in which I had gone to because my nephew works for them and when asked what they could to, I was told to buy several because that was a good deal and they could not match it. In the middle to my paperwork, I got a call from the other dealer telling me that they will match the price. I so much appreciated the honestly and the no hassdle deal Faulkner made for me. Patti made me feel at ease and backed up her deal completly in writing. Mike also made me feel welcome and just yesterday I had stopped in for a question regarding my iphone and Mike again helped me and said do not be a stranger, come in anytime with a smile. My experience was great! As soon I expressed interest over the internet Mike and Patti were right on it. Letting me know what they had in stock answered all my questions and gave me a great trade in and great price on a new CRV. Needless to say I had shopped around but there was no question who I was most important too.This is the 3rd Honda over the years I have bought at Faulkner and I would recommend everyone give them a chance to prove how great the Customer Service is for your new or used car.

My experience of buying a new Civic from Faulkner Honda was fantastic! I had done my research online at Honda.com and basically knew exactly what I wanted. I went to the dealer comparison site and asked for quotes from both Faulkner and Ciocca Honda. I was really impressed with how fast Faulkner got back to me with a quote. Even with the Presidents Day promotions, I was stunned at what a great price they quoted. But I thought that, as usually happens, they would try to up the ante by pushing a more expensive model with Nav or leather seats, neither of which I wanted. But Mike was fantastic, knew his stuff, and didnt try to talk me into something more expensive. They did come in a little under Kelley Bluebook value for my trade-in initially, but I asked for an adjustment to what I was looking for and they met it with little hassle. This is my 5th Honda from Faulkner (I have been dealing with them since 1978), and they are still the best around.

I have given 5 (great)for every category because this was truely the best car sales experience I have ever had. First, when requesting the quote online at about 9 pm, I received an email within 5 minutes of submission. Second, the following day (Thursday)not only did I receive an email from Patti, I received a phone call. I gave Patti the options that I wanted and I received an email with pricing. Later that night, I had questions that I emailed to Patti and she responded with answers immediately. Third, the initial quote she gave me was fair and reasonable. I did not feel by the quote I was given that she was trying to take advantage of me.I will be honest, it was not my intention to buy at Faulkner. I had a test drive set-up with a dealership closer to my home on Saturday morning but was not happy with the service and the quote I was initially provided. I met with Patti on Friday afternoon and pretty much knew I was buying the vehicle from Faulkner (pending my wife's test drive on Saturday). I did not even check with other dealerships after I was provided the intial quote from Patti.I can tell you 100% the reason I bought the vehicle at Faulkner was Patti and the service that she provided. I have a 2006 Honda Pilot that I will now be getting serviced at Faulkner along with the 2012 that I purchased. I expect the same service from the service department that Patti provided me in the sales department.In addition to Patti, we met with Mike and he showed us all of the controls and knick knacks of the new Pilot. He was very patient with us and was very detailed. Next time I am in the market for a vehicle I will be giving Faulkner the first opportunity to make the sale. I took our Honda Insight Hybrid to Faulkner Honda for and oil change and tire rotation, plus to have the foam rubber strip on the front passenger side door fixed. It was coming out. I had a little trouble getting through to them this morning to set up an appointment. The first two calls went to voicemail, and there was no callback. I eventually called back a third time and this time got through. I like their waiting room. Very comfortable, has TV and wi-fi. The service work there has always been good and this time was no exception.

This was my son's first new car purchase following a recent college graduation and new employment within the past year. We are Maryland residents and visited several local Maryland Honda dealers before finding Faulkner Honda in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Faulkner had exactly the car my son wanted, and in working with the sales team they were able to beat every deal offered in Maryland by an additional 30% added to the discount. The staff bent over backward to help get my son the 1.9% graduate program credit rate. Our personal experience at the dealership including sales, finance, and final delivery was both friendly and professional. We could not be more satisfied with the customer service we received. It was WELL worth the two hour drive from Maryland to Pennsylvania, and we highly recommend Faulkner Honda to family, friends and prospective auto buyers.

My experience with Faulkner Honda has been amazing so far! I had been car shopping for way too long, and was really irritated with experiences at other dealerships. My mom and I stopped in last Saturday and met an awesome salesman, Brian Kim. He was super down to earth and talked to us like we'd known him forever. I explained what I wanted in a car, and he cracked some jokes and brought around a Civic Si. I wasn't sold at first, but I quickly fell in love with it once I drove it. The following Monday, Brian checked in, and I decided I needed to see this car again. I never buy anything so quickly, but by Tuesday night I was taking it home! The Faulkner crew was very helpful throughout the whole process, I would definitely recommend this dealership!

Suljo was excellent to work with and had a great personality. He was able to put my wife into a brand new vehicle and help make the monthly payment very affordable. First time to dealership, very impressed with welcome. Emailed with Patti several times and she convinced us to give Faulner a try. Dave was very helpful and a great personality, (offered my wife and I lunch). As promised both Sean and Dave called me on Monday as a follow-up, very impresive. I may consider taking my other two Honda's to Faulkners for service. My wife and I were also given a tour of the service department, where I belive it was John answered some of my questions regarding the CRZ. Very nice, the staff made you feel comfortable and ready to do business.

After seeing a Honda online that I was interested in, I emailed the dealership. I did receive a quick response but the car had already been sold. The sales person sent me an email and asked me what I was looking for and my price range. After emailing each other back and forth for a week, he told me he had found a honda perfect for me. I went into the dealership on my birthday which was my only day off since I work 2 jobs. I looked over the car carefully and could tell it had been in at least 2 accidents from body damage I could clearly see. I may be a girl, but I know what to look for when it comes to cars. The sales man then tells me it has a clear carfax therefor it has not been in any accidents, even after pointing out the 2 different places it had damage. Anyone that knows anything about cars knows, just because it's not listed on carfax means nothing, it just means the accident has not been reported.
