Contacted the dealership regarding a purchase of one of a few similar compact vehicles. Once I called in with the details and said that I had my own financing the service representative hung up the phone on me and didn't call back until the following morning at which time the vehicle was no longer available, however several more expensive used and new vehicles were. Just to be clear on my review, I have been taking my car for service to this dealership for 8 years and have bought a vehicle from them in the past. It seems the staff has changed as has any attempt to sell a vehicle unless the profit margin works for the dealership. Regardless I will no longer be taking my vehicle or purchasing from this dealership any longer. The sales representative's excuse was the phones went down at the dealership, and while that is entirely possible, I find it hard to believe that in 2016 that you don't have a cell phone or can ask a co-worker to borrow one to make a sale. And lastly, the vehicles that I am looking at are still showing as available on the website.

Found an Equinox that we really like a lot but not enough to raise the review rating... I was told by my local bank that I could get an interest rate of 3.29% and Kurt at Feldman said he could beat it 4 hours of paperwork and 7 credit checks later trying to find me a better interest rate than at my local bank I end up with a slightly worse interest rate and missing 40 points on my credit score.. They ran all those reports without me having any idea... I confronted him via txt and he said he had no clue that they did that.. Come to see here on the rest of the reviews it is a common problem. Very disappointed and frustrated... I will say that he did buy us Taco Bell. 1.5 stars for the crunch wrap

I like taking my truck to Jay Chevrolet for service. The service advisors are polite and work extremely hard to make sure that the vehicle is serviced and you as a customer are completely satisfied. I would recommend the dealership to anyone. I have purchased 3 automobiles from Jay Chevrolet. The only thing that I am dissatisfied with is the pricing. They offer a $39.99 Oil Change, Tire Rotation and Multi-point inspection. This is great except my Silverado holds 8 quarts of oil. The special is for 5 quarts so you will be charged for the additional 3 quarts. The final amount is $64.00, so for 3 quarts of additional oils it is $24.00. A bit of an overcharge. It will be shopping around for a better price even if I have to do it myself.

We came into Feldman's after talking to another dealership about a Cruze. They did not have any cars at the low lease payment. They told us to come back next month. We then decided to come in to Feldman's on the off chance they had a car. When we walked in we were greeted right away by Matt Taylor. We explained what we wanted and he told us right away that he could help us. He asked if we had an employee discount. We told him we could probably get one or a suppliers discount. I mentioned that my husbands mother had worked for GM but she passed away almost 37 years ago. He asked us if she had been fired from GM and we told her no. Matt then told us about the Legacy Program and had us call them right then and there. We were very impressed. In the last 2 years we have purchased 2-2014 Corvettes and a 2014 Sonic and no one ever mentioned this program. We ended up getting a Cruze LT pretty well loaded for under what we expected to pay. I think we found our new Chevy Dealership and our new salesman.

Jay Chevrolet which is now Feldman Chevrolet of Highland is a wonderful dealership to work with. After having the worst experience ever with another dealership I called Todd Cowen. He helped get me a good trade in on a car I had only owned 6 weeks and had been in for service twice(so much for some dealerships 117 point used vehicle checks). Todd then spent a long time with me to make sure he knew what I wanted, gave me different options, and showed me different ways pay for the vehicle I choose. I bought an Equinox and am thrilled with the way it drives and the value. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. There was a great selection to choose from and I never felt pressured at all. My family will be buying all our vehicles from Todd at Feldman's from now on.

I have been going to Feldman for over 6 yeas and I have always been very impressed and satisfied with the service I receive from Bud. He and the lady on the desk next to his are very helpful and attentive and leave me happy with the results. They explain everything to me make sure I am comfortable. I cannot imagine any better service. The young lady was my primary service coordinator and while it is difficult to imagine anybody as good as Bud, she most certainly is. Bud was quick to jump I'm when the lady was otherwise occupied and he knew exactly what was going on. She started me through (a two day service matter) and kept me advised at all times and guided me through the final steps and took me to my car witch I like very much.

I was looking at many different trucks on the internet trying to find the options I wanted. I sent inquires to many dealerships (not just Feldman) and the Feldman Group of dealers where the only dealers to get back to me promptly. With that said, Jonathan Burnicle was my sales rep at Jay Chevrolet (Feldman of Highland) and was fantastic. I was a tough customer. The truck (Black, standard bed, crew cab, with specific options) was hard to find due to the low year end inventories. He worked tirelessly, for at-least a week, to find a truck. I never felt pressured. There is a stigma that dealers are just there to push a sale and get you out. I did not feel this way at all. My truck was finally found in Grayling MI. Jonathan did not hesitate, he did a quick dealer trade and had the truck in the matter of a day. I signed the papers before the truck was on the lot. They wanted to keep it over night so they could look it over and clean it up, fill it with gas, etc. Because I traded two vehicles in for a very fair price, I had nothing to drive. Was this an issue you ask? Not at all, Jonathan sends me to Samantha Jablonski who was not on only extremely pleasant to talk to, but hooked me up with a loaner car in 10 min. When I test drove the truck I noticed there was an option missing that I really wanted.(we were all shock this option was not standard) Bummer right!! No because Jay Chevrolet is incredible!! The option was not on the list that Jonathan sent, and I missed it, so I had no issue about paying to have it installed (They worked with me on this also), and I bought the truck for a great price. It was extremely tricky to add due to the computer, and it was not a conventional add-on. Johnathan now sends me to Pete Jezdimir in service, and he worked for two days to figure out how to add this option. (I know it was complicated because I searched the internet) Just as I thought it was impossible Bob Breit (Service Tech) walks up and says he found a solution. As he is explaining the solution, I'm thinking the customer service here never stops, Bob has been researching and making calls since this began two days ago. In addition, there were some light scratches when the truck arrived (remember this came from another dealer and did I mention I was a tough customer) and the body shop erased them like they were never there. In the mean time, Tony Tori (General Manager) stopped many times to make sure I was doing ok and, since I would be pulling an RV with this truck, we spent some time chatting about the great state of Michigan. Mind you, this service was done after I signed the papers, so this was all done purely to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. I am absolutely 100% satisfied, and BTW the truck pulled my 30ft RV better then my 2004 2500HD Diesel. Thank you to all the Jay Chevrolet staff, and a special thanks to Jonathan for making my 2015 1500 Z71 Custom Sport buying experience a great one!!! I look forward to my next purchase, Chuck

I bought a used Chevy Cruise from a Chrysler dealer.I had some problem with outside temp readings that shut down my air conditioning. The Chrysler dealer were shaking their heads. So I took it to Jay Chevrolet. they got the car in and found a short in the temp sensor in the unit and fixed that. Also found the 2012 had 4 recalls on it and they also fixed them. I have bought a 2013 Malibu from Jay and have them service that as well. Jay's sense of customer service is excellent!You are out standing in my book! Business Success is not a destination it's a journey.

I hate selling my old vehicle so I always trade. Salesman Matt Taylor saw to it that I received more for my trade than I was offered at any other dealer. Since I get the GM Employee price anyway, the better trade value gave me the best price without any games. We came in not knowing what to expect, not sure if we were even going to be approved for something that fits our budget. Joey should us several vehicles, and we loved the 2015 Silverado 1500LT 4X4 Crew Cab Rainforrest Green Metallic. On delivery the truck had a few blemishes on the paint and Joey took it back and had the truck wheeled out and removed the blemishes. He went over every aspect of the vehicle, set up Bluetooth, answered any questions my wife and I had. I was so angry when I left this dealership last night I couldn't even see straight! After being told that our paperwork was ready on a 2015 Silverado demo, my husband and I went to the store around 6:30pm. Guess what? The sales guy wouldn't even tell us the sale price of the vehicle, we were immediately passed off to F&I and found the payment to be $30 a month higher than agreed upon and financed with the wrong bank. We were then passed back to the sales manager, we explained that we wanted to use our credit union, for the third time, because the rates are lower by at least a point. Came to another agreement on the price, after being strong-armed into pushing a friend of the family to give us a GM employee discount (we were told it was the only way to get the deal done). Got passed off to a different F&I after another hour of sitting. The new F&I guy, whose name was Kevin(?) was the worst! He pushed his usual products (gap, road hazard) and then proceeded to show us a loan from the wrong bank, at a higher interest rate, again! When we questioned him on it, he told us to just take the loan wih ally and refinance with our credit union later. We explained again that we didn't want to do that, and that the whole reason we had been sitting there for 2 hours was to make sure our loan was with the credit union and that we added me to the loan so that we'd have the best interest rate (2.9%). He leaned across the desk and said to me "your credit doesn't matter, just take the loan". I was appalled. At that point we got our plate and registration back from our current 2013 Silverado and left. We will never do business with this store again.

After my accident, I had my car taken to Jay Chevrolet. This is the dealership that I purchased the vehicle from. As soon as my insurance company assessed the damage, Diana, from Jay Chevrolet body shop called and gave me the estimate to repair it and asked for my approval to go ahead.When the vehicle was done, Diana called me and in her normal very cheerful manner, told me that I could come and pick it up.When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by my salesman ole Seacord, who greeted me very cordially and invited me to go into the body shop office.He told the receptionist that we were there to pick up our car. At that particular time, Diana was busy dealing with another customer. In less than two minutes, another lady (forgot her name) came into the office and greeted me with a warm smile and friendly face, and said that she was here to take care of me.She immediately brought the car into the service area and invited me to join her in looking the car over. Upon my satisfaction and approval, we signed the paperwork and within 15 minutes of the time that we arrived at the dealership, we were back on the road with my newly repaired vehicle. It looks great and rides/performs beautiful, also.I could not be any happier with the service on the vehicle and the staff at the dealership. I have been treated like royalty by everyone at Jay Chevrolet from the first day that I stepped inside the show room. Over the years I have purchased vehicles and had maintenance performed on my vehicles from other GM dealerships, but Jay Chevrolet is by far the BEST DEALERSHIP that I have ever dealt with. Hats off to Mike Seacord, who should be voted the Number 1 salesman of the decade. Took my Equinox up for servicing and wound up having a new car experience with our favorite GM model....the Malibu! Turns out it is the perfect vehicle for a pair of "empty nesters" like us. The service & sales teams at our local dealership, got right on it, helped me with "all the latest techie whistles and bells" and we've been driving "happily ever after since!" Love my Malibu! He was personable, friendly, but not " pushy " or forceful in his demeanor.Mr. Payne listened to us, and what we were looking for in a new truck. We walked all over the parking lot looking at trucks, and Mr. Payne was great a directing us to the vehicle type that we were looking for.We did not necessarily go to Jays to buy a truck, we were looking for a basic vehicle, and price range. Fast and courteous service. I came in for a LOF and the man who greeted me noticed the fan was running too hard, he asked if I had time for the service dept. to check it out. He said it sounded like my thermostat might be bad and it was. They did the LOF, rotated my tires and fixed the thermostat in about 2 hours time. :)

From the minute we drove in, we were greeted immediately and write up was started by Pete Jezdimir. We brought 2 cars in for service (oil change and tire rotation) and we were out of there in 1 hour with both vehicles done. Everyone is so friendly at this dealership, our salesman, Rick Baldwin spent time with us and checked on our cars, etc. Only problem we had this time is that the car wash was under repair...really needed a wash! We are pleased that we chose Jay Chevrolet as our dealership.

Our salesman gave us 100%. The closing was more than I cared for but I think it had more to do with regulations to explain gap insurance. Something I didn't want or hear but the closer felt obligated and determined to finsih his speal. Felt pressured that I was being sold something I didn't want. Jay Chevy mailed me a service reminder which included a recall and several items to check based on my Volt's odometer reading. At the dealership my service advisor was Robert Bair. He was courteous, respectful and efficient in handling my service. The service was performed in the time he predicted and at checkout he informed me of an upcoming recall for which the remedy is not yet determined and a front end alignment matter that will need adjustment in the future. All in all a pleasant visit and I was back on the road in less time than he estimated and with a free car wash to boot! I shall return.

I found a pre-owned Chevy Cruze LT black on black with a sunroof on the internet at Jay Chevrolet that's the perfect car my daughter asked for her 17th birthday. My wife and I woke up early and drove 30 miles from Grand Blanc to Jay Chevrolet. We were greeted by salesperson Gregory Payne, we told him the car we wanted, well he sadly had to informed us it had been sold the night before. My wife and I were saddened by the news. Gregory said let me see what's in stock, Well after searching his stock he had found a brand new 2015 Chevy Cruze LT with a sunroof my wife and I were like awesome, then we had informed Greg we have bad credit and no way could I get a new car, he said let me try. Well he did a great job and got us into the car with a great payment that I could afford. Then my wife then asked Greg if he had a big red bow he said yes I do and he let us use it. Greg delivered the car the same day. We got the car home just in time before my daughter got home from school. we parked the car in the garage and put the giant red bow on it, and when my daughter opened the garage she was so surprised and excited that she got her brand new Cruze. Thank You Gregory Payne and the staff at Jay Chevrolet for making my daughters birthday one that she'll never forget. Thank You Again Arthur Baudoux.

Sold me a used car knowing there was issues and that it wasn't legal to drive on the road. ( horn doesn't work and is against the law to drive a car in MI without a horn) Had to fight tooth and nail just to get a 2nd set of keys.Brought a few of the issues to the attention and was told that the $2200 warranty I was purchasing would cover it. Now I'm looking at $2200 + in repairs which less than $700 is being covered by the warranty. Yes its a used car but for $20,000 I would expect it to be at least legal to drive down the road! Completely ridiculous! Would've walked away if I would've known this was going happen and now I'm stuck with it! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!!

I made an appointment with Jay Chevrolet, because my engine warning light was staying on, which also disabled my remote start. I arrived for the appointment on time and was immediately greeted by a service rep. Within 5 minutes, the rep. had my information and informed me a loaner car was reserved for me. I opted to wait and see if the problem was easily resolved before accepting the loaner. In less than a half hour, the problem was diagnosed and repaired (a faulty flex fuel sensor) and I was on my way. I can easily say this was the best service visit I've experienced, ever! In less time then it normally takes to do an oil change, my car was repaired and I was on my way. Great staff and great service is what I have come to expect at Jay Chevrolet and I have never been dissapointed.

I arrived at jay Chevrolet to look at a car I had seen online. Upon arrival Tony in sales quickly greeted me and helped me with a test drive. I was not impressed with the car I had seen and was prepared to leave and start my online search all over when Tony asked if I had any interest in a Cruze. I honestly have never been interested in them but also had no real knowledge of them. He explained some finer points of the car and told me a test drive may surprise me and he was right. The dealership then let me take the car overnight to aid in my decision. When I arrived back the next day all the paperwork and information was ready to roll. Very impressed. Tony and the staff at Jay Chevrolet are amazing people which led me to get my wife a car from the a couple months later. I think I found the dealership for life.

The man is former military, which was a plus in my book, because he knows his job and does it well. I apprx. 2 months ago called and inquired abought a vehicle In my search and after a couple weeks bought but not from Jay , since then everyday to every other day I receive calls from them trying to sell me a car I even spoke to them a month ago and asked to not be contacted that I had bought a car , no problem they said and asked what and where I purchased I told em and that was the call. But here we are two months later and continued calling so much I blocked em I spam numbers in my phone even had started calling from different numbers it's that bad....... pushy sales people make all the difference if you are that desperate there's a reason whatever it may be sales dept. Is horrible I get cold calls but continued cali g after even being told a month prior not interested is harassment blatantly ....

I was involved in a rear end collision the same day my GM Lease expired. So, things were very hectic for me. I dropped my 2014 Impala off for a recall service. The minute I stepped into the office, I was treated very courteous and pleasant. After we did the paperwork to get started, it was about 30 minutes for the service techs to finish the work. I have never waited that short of time for any service at any dealer. Jay Chevrolet treated my daughter the same way for her HHR Ignition recall. That is the reason I went to Jay when I was looking for another new car. I will return to Jay Chevrolet when I`m ready to buy my next vehicle.

I love the truck, its exactly what I was looking for. The service department did a great job fixing then engine light problem. Greg was a good salesman. The only thing I am not to pleased with and it is my fault for not looking closer. On the passenger rear door, someone did some body work to fix a dent in the middle of the door. The job was done poorly and the paint does not match. When I bought the truck it was rainy and I just didn't notice it. I did not wash the truck for the first week and it was then that I noticed it. Again it is my fault for not looking close enough. Other than that, I am pleased with my new truck.

We received an advertisement in the mail to come in and check out what they had to offer. We drove from Fenton to see if they could give us a fair trade-in amount on the vehicle I was currently driving and they advertised as saying they could offer up to certain amount according to blue book price. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised (more like "shocked"!)they were true to their word. They paid off our vehicle and put us into a new 2014 Cruz that met our budget limit. They generously allowed us to "take it home for the night" and see if we liked it before we considered buying it. Geesh! I've never been to a dealership that was so gracious. Our salesman,Ryan, went over and above to help us. He was not pushy or obtrusive but kind and knowledgeable. The drive from Fenton was well worth it. Tony, the general manager, talked to us and showed us around. They have well-earned their good reputation. It was the best experience I have ever had in purchasing a car from a dealership!

This had to be the worst car buying experiance of my life. Not only did this salesman keep me there all day trying to swing a deal, but once I did finally choose the vehicle I wanted, I find out the windshield is cracked on the way driving it home. Immediately brought it back to the dealer who says we'll replace it and have it back in a day or so. A day later I call the dealer (they never called me) and the salesman says it's a hard to get item and may take 3 to 5 days. For a windsheild? are you kidding me. Still waiting to get my new car back as I am writing this. Stay away from this dealer at all costs.

I purchased a new 2012 Checvy Cruze from Jay Chevrolet and wished that I had not. My complaint concerns the quality of the vehicle itself and not against the dealership. 1) Safety Item - Brakes squeal indicating brakes are worn out and need replaced - less than 5,000 miles. Took to dealership 3 times with this complaint - was told it was a wear item not covered by warranty. "Go get your brakes replaced (at my cost) and tell them to use high quality parts - GM uses cheap parts". 2) Major Issue - Transmission repaired twice for hard shift between 2nd and 3rd gear - last time, my car was in the shop for 9 days - hope this costed GM a ton o' money! 3) Safety Item -Traction control light illuminates and stays on - idling at stop light on dry, sunny day. Occurred twice. Both times dealership said the computer chip that records error codes did not capture these codes either time. Maybe should have replaced the recording chip? I repeat, this is a safety item. 4) Loose clips causing rattle noises - rear view mirror (replaced), Instrument panel (removed and clip replaced), driver side door panel (removed and clip repleaced). 5) Window seals on both front doors are worthless. Noisy ride due to sound of wind rushing into cabin. Loud road noise intrusion - seems like the windo is partially rolled down or door is not completely shut, but these are not the issue - poor sound management by GM engineering and quality. 6) Whoever designed the floor mat retention system should loose their job. Snap tabs? They have broken three times and I have had the floor mats and snap tabs replaced each time (at GM's cost). 7) Absolutely zero stain resistance considered in seat fabric. Will leave stain if plain ole water gets on the fabric. Water! Really?!?! Come on guys...you can do better. Maybe use the same fabric used for baby bibs...or t-shirts or upholstery...just thinking out loud here. 8) Had almost all vehicle glass replaced - 4 side windows and rear window due to swirl scratches (maybe from vehicle prep by dealer - unknown?). Follow-up visit to dealership to have C-pillar garnish molding replaced that technician damaged during rear windor replacement.

I have used this dealership in the past to purchase 2 brand new vehicles and the experience was great. Unfortunately, I cannot say this about my current situation purchasing a used vehicle from them. Ryan was my used car salesman. We contacted him from an advertisement that we had seen offering a push pull or drag special because we were still making payments on a car that we could not drive because the engine was bad. We explained several times to Ryan that we ABSOLUTELY HAD to stay within the same payment that we currently had for the broke down car and if they couldn't do that no problem. We would just wait until we were able to payoff the broken down car and come back at that time. During the whole process Ryan kept calling us to get us to agree to a higher payment in which we kept telling him no that we would just wait until the other car was paid off. Finally on the very last day of the month.... We got a call from Ryan telling us that he was able to work out a great deal giving us everything that we asked for. We went in and he showed us a beautiful Saturn Outlook that was still over the monthly payment budget that we wanted by $50 but we felt at the time that it was an excellent deal so we agreed and signed the papers. Note that they had us sign "AS-IS" papers in which we did because we had made it clear that we wanted a warranty. Ed, the used car sales manager went over the deal with us and explained that our lender would not allow us to include the warranty in the payment but we could purchase a zero interest warranty separately but it was getting late so he would make sure someone contacted us first thing in the morning to go over the warranty information and that we could drive the Saturn home that night. Jay offers a 3 day return option where we can return the car within 3 days so we took it home. They also never gave us copies of the contracts that we signed either. We were told that we had to wait to make sure the deal was funded before we could have our copies. I have never had contracts that I signed withheld before and when I spoke to my lender about that they told me the contracts should've never been held. Ryan finally mailed the copies of our signed contracts 2 1/2 weeks later! Anyway, the next day we waited patiently to be contacted about the warranty which we never were so I started calling them. First I got that Ed was off that day, then after a few more days I got that Ed is now in new cars not used, so I need to talk to a guy name Mark who guess what... he happened to be off on that day! I left several messages with Mark with no response. When I finally had a chance to speak with Mark he promised me that he would email me a quote for the warranty as soon as he finished up with a customer that he was currently with. Well he sent me an email alright. One that was meant to go to another customer not me. When I responded to Mark's email he still never replied back. Then nearly a week and a half later of still getting the run around to purchase a warranty the transmission goes out and the check engine light comes on . We hadn't even put 500 miles on the car yet and it is no longer drivable! Still several calls into Mark, Ed, and Ryan with no response to get me a quote for a warranty that I now absolutely need with no other choice or I have another vehicle that I can't drive that I am paying a lot more for and a lot longer on than the original broke down one. It took my boyfriend having to take a day off of work to go there and sit until Mark would give him the info on the warranty. Guess what... The warranty is an additional $150 a month!!! That is why they waited to offer the warranty and they made sure our 3 days were up so we couldn't back out! We would have never agreed to the deal if we knew we would end up $200 over our budget! And we have a lemon on top of it! Now we are trying to use our warranty that is supposed to be bumper to bumper and and includes a rental car with zero deductible. We were supposed to have our car picked up and towed to Jay on Tuesday and provided with a rental car. Well that didn't happen! Now it's Thursday we finally had a tow truck come get the car and my boyfriend rode with the tow truck guy per the service man at Jay's instructions and promises of a rental car waiting for him, he arrives there and they don't want to give him a rental car and tells him it's going to be at least 5 days before they can even look at our car! And they want us to pay for the diagnostics too at $170. Plus rental car fees! This is absolutely the most horrible experience I have EVER had purchasing a used vehicle. I DO NOT recommend this dealership to anyone! Hopefully they will get my vehicle repaired under the warranty without any additional costs. Wish me luck!

I went to jay chevrolet in December of 2013 to try and buy a saturn vue they had on cars.com. the salesman danny partin told me it was no longer their.He showed me a 2007 saturn outlook that look good and I took a test drive,it drove fine.I bought the car and before I even got home the check engine light came on.I called them and he told me to bring it in and I did,he told me it was the Catalytic converters had to be replaced ($700) and they where not covered.I then tried the air conditioner doesn't work.I really feel they knew about these problems and I now have to pay for them. I found out days after buying it they had a 2007 saturn vue for sale that I would have much rather of had.

I bought a used 2011 HHR with low mileage. A very clean car that looks new. I got a excellent price. Everything was taken care of at the dealership. They got me low interest financing from the credit union I asked for. They made sure the car was in excellent shape for me. Greg was my salesperson and he was friendly and took care of me. So I read the reviews and thought.. "Hey, sounds like a good place to buy a car." WRONG!!! I originally contacted them through online chat and it all sounded good and they told me they would give me top dollar for my trade. So I drove 120 miles and test drove the car and sat down to find out what kind of deal I would get. Never once did I see any numbers other than a monthly payment and I explained to him "that seems awful high what did I get for my trade in?" $2000 he replied. I was in shock I was just at another dealer who offered $6000 and they offer me $4000 less when I drove that far! Needlesstosay I was instantly upset I showed him the paper that showed what my car was worth and he went back to the finance manager. But by then it was too late. I asked for my keys back told them what I thought of them and left. They still wanted to work something out but after they tried to low ball me there was no way I was spending my money there. Buyer beware if you aren't seeing the numbers they are trying to hose you. Never buy a car on just a monthly payment make sure you see everything upfront. There are plenty of good dealerships out there and with the internet you can find the best deal possible without driving all over the state. Make sure you do your homework before you head over to this place unless you like paying an extra $4,000.

My 2012 Volt (33,000 miles) developed a problem which locked-out the high voltage battery charging system. Car was taken to Jay first thing in morning and I was provided with a loaner to get to work. The repair was completed by the end of the day, but Andy, the service writer called later in the day to inform me that they heard an unusual noise during the charging of the battery and wanted to keep the car another day to investigate. Initial problem was a faulty coolant sensor in the coolant system for the electrical devices. On the second day all issues were resolved (again Andy notified me) and I picked up the car the following morning. This is a class dealership who represents the most complicated car ever manufactured in the world with great skill and efficiency. Kudos.

I visited Jay Chevrolet to inspect a 2005 Hyndai Sonata. August 20, 2013. The sales person, Pam Baldes was very nice and helpful, and I did buy the car. Since I last bought a car the paperwork appears to have doubled, but all of the people I dealt with, along with Pam, were friendly and helpful.I never felt pressured to do anything, which is a welcome and pleasant experience in a dealership. All in all, a very good experience, and I like the car.

Dealt with Wendy (Service Advisor) and Larry? (Technician). Was in for a Radio issue that was taking more than one day. Put me in a brand new loaner, didn't have to ask! Was informed when work was done that they noticed low air in one tire, had checked it and found a nail. Fixed it for me at no charge! Great service!! Took a couple of trips to get everything sorted {No fault of Jay's}, but they were very apologetic for things that were not in their control, truck came out cleaner than it went in each time ! ! More than happy with the way the whole process was handled!

This is the 3rd time I have brought my HHR in for service at Jay Chevrolet. Bud took care of me twice and Peter once. I have been going to Marty Feldman for many years. I like the new facility. In May of 2012 a teenager did not stop at a stop light and hit my vehicle in the rear and forced my vehicle into the one infront of me. Fortunately I was alright physically. I have been a loyal customer of VIC CANAVER Chevrolet for many years. In fact I have purchased my last 3 Avalanches in a row from them. I had every intention to purchase my 2013 Avalanche from them as well, yet they did not have the exact Avalanche I had in mind, yet JAY CHEVROLET did have it in stock. Since a dealer trade was not possible, I gave the sale to Craig in new car sales at Jay. I have to say that in having purchased as I think back, at least 30 new cars for either myself or company in the last 35 years. I have never enjoyed the purchased experience as well as I have with Jay. Craig has bent over backwards to get the original sale closed and delivered in what was about 1 hour time form me walking in the door for their used car person to review my trade to my driving away in the new 2013 Avalanche. Then I had a couple minor issues that needed service, Andy in the service department made that experience extremely fast and painless. Had the vehicle repairs done on time and right the first time. I should mention I am not one to fill out surveys, it is just I have been so pleasantly refreshed by the experience in dealing with Jay Chevrolet, that I felt it valuable to say thank-you.

Twenty-six hours later I was driving home in the car I have been wanting for over a year, all papers signed completely, and the deal was done. My 2009 Malibu was about to expire and we needed a new vehicle. A few months before this time Thomas Rollison introduced himself by e-mail. The timing was right as we needed a new salesman to do business with. Thomas couldn't have more helpful. When we finally met face to face I was presently surprised to find that Thomas was a retired Marine. My nephew is also a Marine so we hit it off right away. his knowledge of the Chevy line of vehicles was exceptional. We initially wanted a new Chevy Cruze but opted for another Malibu as the deal was better. Thomas got us just what we wanted with his tireless efforts and by taking care of everything that was necessary. He even took care of the lease return to U.S. Bank without myself doing anything but the first call to the lesser. We looked for two weeks before we decided on a vehicle, and when we did, Tom even went the extra mile in driving the car to the house to let my Mom test drive it. This review is regarding Tom Rollinson(SIR)-1. very good looking-especially when you're as old as I am. 2. Very knowledgable about the product. 3.Paperwork was prepared and presented in an orderly and understandable manner. 4. Very complete in showing me the different mechanical aspects of the vehicle. 5.Made a point to show me specific functions of the car-I have rheumatoid arthritis and the first feature he pointed out was that I could open and close the trunk using the fob-he also noticed I had coffee in my hand both times I came in and pointed out the conveniently located cup holders on my first visit-very observant.6.Was clear,concise and correct in all communications with me.7. Was aware of my safety walking as there was snow on the sidewalk and water on the floor inside the door and he pointed both out to me. 7. Had no obvious Marine tatoos, took my advice not to date women under 16 years old and the M for Marine on his forehead is almost invisible unless you look carefully. All kidding aside he was extremely clear,knowlegable,concise and appropriate in all manners of communications and I actually enjoyed being addressed as SIR. The three employees I dealt with were all excellent and I would highly recommend Tom Rollinson(SIR)and your dealership to anyone interesting in buying a car. I visited Jay Chevrolet with my wife to look at a new Tahoe. Im im the market for a new vehical and a really good friend of mine mentioned going to Jay. When we arrived, we were greeted with friendly smiling faces. I asked for Mike Pawelski, as my friend reccommended him. Wow! Mike was very helpful and genuinely interested in what we were looking for. He took the time to listen to our needs first, then the things we wanted in our new truck. He made many suggestions about features the Tahoe has to offer and we spoke extensively about them. The quality of the time we spent with Mike was great, the time passed quickly as he shared information about our new Tahoe. We werent set on a color when we got there and he took the time to go through our options and make a couple suggestions. In the end, we chose black. Standard, I know, but very sleek. Our decision was based on Mike suggestions. Overall my experience at Jay was amazing. Never have I purchased a car from a place where I felt no pressure to buy. When I spoke to Mike, it was like I was talking to family. I guess, thats how it is now, because I am now forever going to be a Jay Chevrolet customer. Thanks Mike for a great experience, and thanks Jay Chevrolet for our beautiful new truck!

Tom Rollison treated us right, from the moment we entered the dealership. He found us the truck we wanted and helped us with the arrangements to trade in our 2500 HD ( also an excellent truck). We came into the dealership at 10 a.m. and picked up our new truck at 2 p.m. the same day. The follow up by the dealership has been excellent as well, making sure that we were satisfied with our purchase. Jay also has a great service department. I just purchased a new Tahoe from Jay Chevrolet and I plan on going back. They were the most straight forward dealership i have ever met. I told them exactly what i needed on my trade and they met the price with fussing, trying to nickle and dime me. Then they worked with me to get the vehicle i wanted. Hello, I'm a customer at Jay Chevrolet in Highland. I wanted to share some of my thoughts about the service provided for myself. I recently took both of my vehicles into Jay Chevrolet for an oil change, brakes and spark plugs. Brain Lawerence, in customer service took my service. The quality of the job was excellent and wonderful. The workers where very friendly, asking questions and greeting themselves. The vehicle has ran smooth with no problems since. I would tell any friends or family to go to Jay Cherolet for any service. The price was reasonable, that I could afford.

Excellant fast and very friendly service. Was very happy that my car was even washed and windows too:) Was also pleased with shuttle service. When I called to set up the appointment and when I pulled in Bud was very helpful. Brian (Service Manager) was also very helpful and professional. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Wow!! After being rear-ended on January 5th I stopped by the body shop on my way home to get an estimate. I waited a couple of minutes and Mark came out and starting assessing the damage, quickly gave me a written estimate and I was on my way in about 30 minutes. Called the insurance co. when I got home and then took my vehicle back that night to Jay to have a claims adjuster look at it the next day. Everything was approved and Mark told my husband and I it should be ready in about a week. We were leaving for vacation that Saturday and told him we would pick it up a week from the following Monday. He actually called us while we were on vacation to tell us everything was on track and it would be ready when we got home. Sure enough, we picked it up today and the body work was outstanding!! We were extremely happy and will definitely be back but hopefully not for any more crashes!

The first time I tok my husband's Traverse in for service Bud Thorn couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful. From talking on the phone before to being right there. The problem was taken care of wonderfully and the service and concern were great. The second time I took this truck in I had a small incident with the wheel well that was cracked after clipping someone's bumper. Bud Thorn told me on the phone to bring the truck right in and he would take care of it. Always being very, very pleasant. I brought it right in and in no time at all did he have it fixed to where it was almost unnoticeable. I was so upset about what happened that I did and he put my mind at ease and said it wasn't that bad. I drive a Ford Mustang and am not used to driving the Traverse. And Bud even askedf me to bring in my Mustang in the summer so he could see it. I love my Mustang and was amazed that someone would want to see it. It is gorgeous. So my experience at Jay Chevrolet was wonderful. Bud Thorn is a great guy and service professional. He does know how to act professional, that's for sure. Thank you and thanks to Bud Thorn. Debbie L.
