Great place. I had to drive 1.5 hours to get there and it was well worth the trip. great truck at the price i wanted to spend and was in and out in less then 3 hours from walking in the door to driving off with the truck.

GENERAL MANAGER, JASON WHIDDEN, was happy to hear that our experience was so good. We were never left uninformed as we received either emails or phone calls to make sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase and the way we were treated. The dealership is beautiful and is there for the customers from padded chairs and TV's in the customer lounge. Not to mention the free morning donuts, afternoon pop corn, free coffee, soda and water. Everything was great, I enjoy this car, I love the 19 inch rims!!!!!!And the Vived Blue pain, I wish I could afford the V6 but all I couldafford was the 2.4 lt four cylinder but it's great with its 184hp Engine, I hope I can upgrade my touch screen radio to the bigger sizeIf I can in the future, and I want a cold air intake (Mopar) and a cat back Exhaust (Mopar) and a Mopar body kit to give the car the accents, which i will purchase Online. My plans for this car will be going to car shows and leave the car showWith any kind of trophy and I would be very happy, yes this car is great and makes me Happy when I drive it! Thanks.

We saw this car online and called right away, we got a call back in 15 min from Chris who set up a VIP apt for that afternoon. The car was out front, full tank of gas and ready to go! The process could not have been easier..We had already done extensive research so we knew where we wanted to be. We got a great car for a very fair price. There was no brutal "upselling" forced on us. The whole process took less than three hours and Chris in the Certified Pre Owned Dept. was so relaxed and professional. I started my process of buying a 2015 ram over the phone with Roy he stayed in constant contact and was as transparent as possible with all documents sending me pictures of everything to reassure me. After all was said and done he got me exactly what I wanted at a price that couldn't be beat. He worked for me and made me a priority simplifying the process. Brought my Nissan in to have the brakes replaced, come to find out all I needed was the rotors machined. They didn't pressure me with unwanted unnecessary fixes. I was having a struggle financing a car. I was over the top on a Hummer H3 and needed something with better gas mileage. I almost gave up hope and being able to trade it in since I had some rough luck a few years ago and my credit score dropped. I got in contact with Chris Muniz who was amazing. Roy Faulkner was wonderful, extremely patient and went beyond what was expected to get me into a new vehicle that was affordable and an amazing interest rate. The purchasing process only took about a half hour which was wonderful considering I had my 3 year old grandson and 14 year daughter. The car was immaculate and a full tank of gas. Yesterday we bought a 2015 Grand Caravan. I used to hate car shopping and "haggling" every two years. However, the last vehicle I bought was a Town and Country from Ferman and it was a pleasant experience, so I came back again. The things that set the positive tone: the sales reps didn't swarm me as soon as I got on the lot; Roy Faulkner, our sales rep., listened while I explained what I was looking for, rather than telling me what I should buy. He parked a Grand Caravan next to a T&C Ltd. so my wife and I could compare styling, comfort and extras. We made our choice, talked price (he talked very openly about the financials)then, when we were satisfied,and the business mgr, who were straight-forward and helped us work through the deal that would be the easiest on us financially. While we met with them, our trade in was appraised, we finished the paperwork and were out of there with our new van in about three hours. It was the most pleasant vehicle purchase my wife or I ever made. In one way the van sold itself because of the quality, but Roy and the rest of the staff made sure it happened without all the drama I had experienced at other dealerships.

Roy Faulkner, asked the right guestions to find out what we were looking for and worked to give us what we wanted. Being older we are not interested in a lot of the newer inovations. They did not meet our needs. He went out of his way to find the color and extras we were looking for even though he had to go to another dealership to find it. I would recomend him to anyone who knows what they want and what they will never use no mater how good it is for someone else.

Roy was a very calm no pressure salesman. We appreciated the way he gave us the figures we wanted and gave us time to talk and discuss whether the options would work for us. It was also nice that Roy handled most everything up to the point of doing the paperwork so that we did not have to be handed off from person to person. George also did a great job handling the paperwork and securing financing for us. He offered us all the warranties and things that he thought we might be interested in as new van owners but we never felt pressured in any way to take any of it. A very pleasant experience of car buying and we have bought many cars over the last 25 years.

Want to Thank Roy Faulkner and the dealership at Ferman for a fairly good sales experience. This was a very positive and pleasant car buying experience. There was no pressure at all and Roy was very informative and knowledgeable. The financial department was excellent as well. We discussed Chrysler loan options and they also researched other banks for me. When it was time to finish the deal, I choose Suncoast Federal Credit Union and Rafeal said that their rate was even better and made the changes needed to finish the deal. My wife said we need a mini van, after doing thorough research we decided on the Chrysler Town and Country. After further online research we decided that Ferman of New Port Richey was the place to do business. After calling the dealership and speaking with Roy Faulkner we decised that he was our guy, his knowledge of the product is second to none. I came in to buy a used van. It's my third vehicle from this dealership since 2006. My first two were new. I met with Roy Faulkner, who sold me my new Caravan. Since I was looking for a used van, he handed me over to Chris Muniz, who showed me their inventory. Chris was great to work with. He found me a nice '13 van which I purchased today. The entire process was fast and efficient, but not ever rushed. Scott Poth put together all the financials for the deal. These three guys were very patient with all my questions. I was never left hanging around waiting for assistance. The pricing was fair. All the people in the dealership were friendly without being phony. I highly reccomend Ferman for new or used car purchase.

I bought from Tracy Buczkowski. Tracy, the sales manager Mark Goode and the gentleman I bought additional warranties from were all very easy to deal with, quite personable and low pressure (really). Tracy was laid back and knowledgeable, made me very comfortable. Minimal back and forth to get to the bottom line and I got a fair deal on my trade in. The whole experience was simple, easy and fast - pleasantly nothing like the usual ordeal of buying a car elsewhere. Never had a Jeep and I LOVE the vehicle! I had the pleasure of talking to Mark Goode on the telephone and actually ordered the 2015 jeep Wrangler Unlimited with him. We wanted a Sunset Orange and side air bags and a few other options. Nothing too fancy but we were specific on what we wanted. Mark Goode was very nice and very accommodating. We were definitely going to buy and had been very disappointed in other dealerships and salesmen and the games they play. We ordered the vehicle the first week of November and were surprised when it came in on December 16th. It was not expected to arrive until January because of Thanksgiving and Christmas closure of the assembly plant. We found out on delivery of our vehicle that Mark Goode was a Manager at the dealership. We were surprised that Mark Goode took care of us personally. He answered all my questions and helped me with the decision of two door or four and hard top or soft top. We had a question about what rear axle was best for our needs and Mark Goode was honest and checked with someone in service that gave him some facts and then Mark Goode e mailed me right away. We were treated like we were family or had purchased every vehicle we ever owned from there. This was our first purchase from the dealership. Chris Muniz was the salesperson that delivered the vehicle. He was knowledgeable and very patient. We picked our delivery time and were at the dealership up until closing. No one rushed us. We were contacted by Mark Goode and Chris Muniz after taking delivery of the vehicle and they wanted to make sure we were happy with our new Jeep and asked if we needed anything. It was a great buying experience and the Jeep is awesome. Very honest dealership. Straightforward and no games.

Dealt with Tracy Buczkowski and Roy Faulkner. Needed to do a factory order on our Trailhawk due to our specific color requirements. These two made the whole process extremely easy, including the fact that we were doing an out of state title and registration. The price was very competitive along with the appraisal value for our trade-in. Had our new vehicle six weeks after placing the order. Tracy has sold me 3 cars in a year and a half. I drive quite a bit to different states and I enjoy having a new vehicle before the warranty is up. I hate the car buying experience, every time I feel like I'm being pushed into a vehicle I don't even like, that's why I recently traded my 2013 Toyota for the new Dart from Chris Muniz at Freeman dodge. I came in one day to make sure I liked the car and he gave me all the info I was looking for. I insisted on thinking this one over before committing and he did not pressure me into buying that minute which I liked. He even offered for me to take the vehicle overnight to make sure I got plenty of time to look it over. It was refreshing to work with Chris and the finance guy was nice too. I called from more than 300 miles away. This Uconnect can be so confusing. Ken Levicky was more than courteous and was very helpful. Even though I told him I wasn't buying from his location, he gave me all the answers I needed. The day I bought my car was my first time buying a car from an actual dealership. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by John Widing. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and listened to what I WANTED, rather than trying to throw me into just any old car. He showed me a pre-owned Jeep compass. It was the perfect car for me. We took it for a test drive, showed be all the features it had, mileage, etc. Once we got back to the dealership he did his best to get me into this car. After some time, he was able to get me into it! I signed papers while they did the oil change on my new-to-me car, then I was on my way.
