I was in the market for a used Q50 and I had my eye on a particular model. At Fette Infiniti the sales team is broken up into new car sales and leases, and used car sales and leases. When I arrived at the dealership I informed the person at the welcoming desk that I am looking at specific used model. Raphael Mirasol greeted me within 2 minutes and offered me something to drink. I later find out that Raphael only deals with new car sales but instead of making me wait for the used car salesman who was busy, he shows me the car I requested. Im a bit of a car enthusiast and knew well ahead what options were available on the car I was looking at. Raphael showed me the car I was looking for and a similar model. Raphael was extremely knowledgeable between the differences between the two models and walk me through the features of the car, even to go far as to explain the GPS/entertainment, proximity key and other great features. Raphael took me out on a test drive on highway driving, local roads and even some quaint neighborhood roads so I got the whole experience. When it was time to talk numbers, they gave me decent amount for my trade in, and a price I was expecting/willing to pay. Fette Infiniti and Raphael were able to provide some wiggle room on the number which made me very happy. I did some research for other Q50s at other dealerships as well as online comparable pricing and noted that the price I was given was below what other dealerships were pricing models and in line with what I expected to pay comparable to other models in the NJ/NY/CT area. It was comforting to know that even with my own independent research, Raphael and Fette Infiniti were not price gouging me. The dealership staff were all friendly and the finance manager was direct and clear with the options I have available. I strongly recommend requesting Raphael by name and setting up an appointment to see him.

Just picked up a new QX60, 3rd car purchased and 4th serviced at Fette. What can i say but once again, great experience. No hassle. Negotiated most of the price right on the phone. Right into contract signing. Car was already prepared. Given full overview of the car's feature functions.Juan, is an excellent sales manager. Pat, F&I was great and didn't push for useless extras. Todd, service coordinator is second to none. Returns calls promptly and solves problems. Cars break from time to time, but Fette has done right by me. PS: first car 3rd car, no matter, always a great experience. Only recommendation: would be nice if they can give new owners a cool Infiniti key chain :)

A couple of days ago I went to this dealership to replace my current lease since I qualified for the "Pull ahead" program which Infiniti would be taking care of my last 2 payments. I came back to this dealership since I got my current lease from them. I walked in the showroom and walked around for about 20-30 mins. NOT A SINGLE PERSON APPROACHED ME. Not even just to say hello. I thought that they would be hounding for my business since I was the only person walking around the showroom. But no. Mind you, this was towards the end of the month. I guess these guys sold too many cars that day that they didn't need to sell another one. I walked out of the dealership and purchased and picked up a new Infiniti from Ramsey Infiniti the following day instead.

The cars are fantastic with powerful engines, and the sell men super, but wait until you have to bring in the car for service. First, they will ignore or avoid you. They broke my windshield during service and had to cancel a family trip because of this. Got nothing except a loaner for 3 days. Not even a thank you for your understanding note. Another time, I picked up my car, and it was covered with snow; they just brought in the car and the windshield was not even cleaned. I had to clean my car myself inside the service center. Then, I brought in my car 3 times because one of wheels kept deflating after the 3rd time and the service staff claiming that the wheels deflated in cold weather, I got a flat tire. Had to ask one of the managers to intervene and finally got it fixed. Will definitely buy another Infiniti but will not buy it from this dealer. It's service department is the worst ever and this is my 6th car bought brand new. Don't buy the extra guarantee either, good luck finding covered repairs, and you will pay over 3K for it. Finally, don't destroy any documents from them. I made the big mistake of doing this and now, the lifetime every other oil change is on us has disappeared from my record...

Upon arriving I was greeted warmly by the receptionist who asked if I wanted anything to drink. I was able to look at cars without a salesperson hovering trying to sell me something. When I was ready to speak to a salesperson, I met Adam Ahmad. He was knowledgeable, easy to deal with and made my car buying experience effortless. He also helped me get the best price for the car. Adam is a good guy and a nice guy and at no time did I feel I was being taken advantage of.

However a gentleman by the name of Adam walked over to me and greeted me and just talked to me. That's it he didn't try to force me to decide to buy anything or try and see if I had money and push me out as fast as possible. He spoke to me got to know a little about me and gave me the options of what he thought was what I wanted and boy was he right! He got me into the perfect vehicle for me and not only that but he was able to give me his best price! The worst, most humiliating experience of my life - so much so that this dealership ended a 6-year relationship with me and Infiniti. (But the bright side is that I am now the proud owner of a 2016 Hyundai Genesis purchased in Brooklyn).At the 'close of the deal' and after several hours had elapsed, the dealership (Fette) explained to me that my credit was so damaged that I would be lucky to purchase a 2010 M-series as opposed to the latest Q50 and that my monthly repayments would be upwards of $900 per month and $5,000 down. I paid slightly less for my new Hyundai Genesis, and my payments are less than $610 per month with only $1,000 down.They were so eager to completely waste my day that they had already contacted my Insurance company and swapped the cars over before completing the deal. Most annoying are the emails that I receive telling me to come in for my Q50's first service - most annoying and completely unprofessional.The dealership (reading an advanced copy of this review) contacted me each day requesting that I withdraw my negative review prior to it going live. I advised that I would 'amend' my review - I am now adding that it was Infiniti Finance that ultimately made me shop elsewhere - but had the dealership run my credit first, then presented me with the bad news during the first hour and not days later, we would not have ended up wasting each others time.Buyers beware! Avoid this dealership at all costs!

I went into this facility with nothing but intentions of walking out with a car on the same day. After they quoted me a number I told them I would call them to confirm if I want to move forward. After getting a hold of RAMSEY INFINITY, they were able to beat this deal because they heard me out and applied all the possible discounts. I contacted Fette and told them of the great deal I'd gotten and asked them if they can do better. After not hearing from them all day, as I am on my way to Ramsey, they call me and say that my car is ready for pick up. I told them..."I got a better deal elsewhere and will not be going to get the vehicle after all". They tried to convince me to go with them paying a lot more for less features than the car offered to me by Ramsey. I told them I was not interested. Hours after this all happened, I started to receive emails from Infinity congratulating me on my purchase of a new Infinity from Fette. The vin number they were showing was also NOT the vin number of the vehicle I had purchased but of the vehicle that was shown to me by Fette. Now that I have purchased my new Infinity, I am having trouble using some of the features because Fette registered me on to their car. I did go on the last day of their month, so I know this was a deal that they may have needed to close out in a bang, but I feel that they did this out of straight SPITE. Since they had lost my deal due to their lack of understanding their customers needs, they have made this such an inconvenience. I now have to call Infinity myself to have them correct this (because they need to speak to me). I really hope that I get a DEALER SURVEY because I will be letting it be known how terrible this has been. I work for STATE FARM and I have tons of customers that always ask me for advice on where to go to purchase their new car and I am 100% SURE I WILL NOT BE SENDING ANYONE HERE.

I brought my car in for a noise I heard when hitting bumps. I was charged over $1,000 in repairs thinking the problem was solved. Within five minutes I made a U-turn hearing the same noise, they blamed it on an aftermarket fender and recommended me to go to a body shop, body shop tells me it has nothing to do with it, I go back they say they don't hear a noise. I go back a month later and same result and they want to charge me for a diagnostic charge for the same complain since day one. Not to mention I have a full power-train /drive-train warranty still in effect for another few weeks which covers some components that might be the problem. Its obvious they keep pushing me away until the warranty expires. Went to a different Infiniti dealer and they drove the car heard the same noise and recommended I go back to Fette cause they obviously didn't fix what was wrong with the car. I just came from there this morning and drove with yet another mechanic at Fette who actually heard the same noise now, but they refuse to even take a look at it without paying a diagnostic. After spending over $1,000 in repairs for the same problem I refused to pay the diagnostic. This has been the worst experience I've ever had. I would never recommend anyone to service there car at Fette Infiniti. And beware of your warranty, don't let it get close to expiration cause they'll push you away until it expires.

Called 4 times to try to make an appointment for oil change. First time the receptionist put me through to Service department and nobody answered. This was around 11am. Second call a few minutes later and I was put on hold for 11 minutes. Third call I was told to hold on, with no apology for the 10 minute hold earlier, and then AGAIN put on hold for 7 minutes. I hung up and dialed again and asked the receptionist what exactly was going on there today. She promptly hung up on me. I have been dealing with this place for 10 years because of its proximity to my home. I will NEVER do business with them again from this day forward.

I was looking for a car for my daughter who is just getting her license. I spoke with Matthew Tatalikas over the phone and explained what I was looking for safe, dependable, good price, and used. He took down some notes gave me a couple of options and told me he would find something that would meet my criteria and would be best fit for a new driver. Within 10 minutes he called back and told he found a great fit for me. We setup an appointment and when I got there he introduced me to Manny Pujols and they show me the car. To my surprise it was perfect. I also looked at a few other cars there, but the Nissan that Matthew picked out was the one I purchased. Manny and Matthew showed excellent customer service way above anything I would have excepted from the first phone call to the delivery of the car. They worked with me to meet my concerns, my daughter's budget, and her wants for a vehicle. They were not pushy and they did not try to sell me something I did not want. I have a few other children who will also need vehicles soon and I will definitely contact this dealership first.

In my opinion I feel that they draw a very rigid line in negotiations. I was looking at pre-owned certified cars. The price they first offered is actually not bad, around 26000 while the internet listing price is 28000. However, there should be additional room for negotiation after, but they wouldn't budge. I feel that they are playing games, which I suppose i should expect, but I think that they are wasting my time. Also, they play the game of having a middleman between you and the ultimate decision maker, you talk to one guy but then he has to go to another to get the final permission. In my opinion, its a very annoying, wasteful, and unnecessary version of bad cop good cop.

Never had my own infiniti and always wanted one so i tried my chances at fette. My credit is not great at all but with the help of Simon they were able to get a deal done for me. They offered great service and gave me keys to my brand new 2015 Q50. Best car ever. Hands down the best dealership ive ever been too.

I recently purchased a car at Fette Infiniti. It was a very wonderful experience. From my salesman, Steven Duthie, to my delivery coordinator, Micheal Criscione, this process was as smooth as can be. Steven was patient, understanding, and took the time to listen to me. I felt no pressure at all. All salesmen should have the same wonderful qualities as Steven does. Micheal helped set up everything I needed in the car and was very impressive with his technology skills. The person who helped me with the finance was Fernando. I am still in awe. I purchased a 2015 QX60 from Fette Infiniti and I have to say that though I have bought several cars from other places Fette Infiniti superseded all my expectations. My salesman Steve Duthie was like a dream come true. He made the process smooth and pleasurable.....very professional and respectful and it gets better. This is my second time purchasing a car from fette. Steve was my salesman, He was very attentive, and really worked hard to get the deal done and made sure i was happy. No gimmicks here, very straightforward and respectful to the customer.Well, 5 months later, I get a bill for my registration. The gimmick they used was they could save money by using my existing plates, so I said go ahead, I can care less. They never told me I would have to pay for my yearly registration. I called them up, and started getting running around, Steve dancing around issue, manager not around, and they will address issue on on Monday. Thats not satisfactory to me. Third infiniti, second from them, won't be going back. I would have never agreed to this, they never said the cost would be passed on to me. I just assumed like every other lease, the registration was included. Not a ton of money, but it's just principal.

I am from Long Island and recently leased a 2014 Infiniti Q50 from Fette Infiniti. The dealership that I normally deal with tried to scam me with a terrible deal. As soon as I showed them the deal that I was getting from Fette Infiniti they immediately said they could do the same after I continually asked them if they could do any better. The salesmen Fernando was excellent to work with. Overall the experience at Fette was the best service and treatment I have received. The little details like the soda, and mouthwash in the mensroom make a big difference. Fernando was very professional and did not try and play any games when it came down to the final price of the car. Michael the delivery coordinator was very knowledgeable when he was explaining the features of the vehicle. I wish I lived closer so I could make Fette Infiniti my main dealer.

In September I decided to go to Fette Infiniti to look for a new car as my son had gotten his license and needed a car to go to and from school, so I would give him my Toyota SUV for that purpose. Went into their new facility and I was greeted by Fernando who graciously took the time to show me some new vehicles the dealership had to offer. Unfortunately, they were not exactly what I was looking for, but then we took a look at their other inventory. Outside in their certified pre owned lineup was a beautiful EX35. One drive and I was hooked on the car before Fernando even explained any of features it had to offer. After selecting the car, we went inside and agreed on a price and it worked out perfectly for me. Throughout the entire time I spent at the dealership, Fernando was a total gentleman without being pushy at all and made me feel comfortable about being at the dealership, something you don't find very often. Two months later and I'm still thrilled with my new car, all the things it has over my previous SUV, and the experience I got with Fette. I definitely recommend them, and especially Fernando, for the outstanding service I received.

I went into the dealership for service on my 2nd infiniti. I come from a family of infiniti buyers. I had 9 months left on my g37xs coupe. I spoke to Ray, a sales rep there and he told me that he could "hook me up" I said sure run the numbers. He came back and said he would take back my car 9 months early and get me into a fully loaded q50s for $1,000 down and $540 a month! PERFECT!!!! Ray assured me that this deal was valid as much as I thought this was too good to be true. I asked him if there was ANY hidden charges I should worry about, he said NO. We went outside to assess my car. I had a few scratches on my wheels and the back number had a little scratch on it. I said "Ray, they will take back the car like this" Rays EXACT words were "AYYYY MAN DIS LADY CAME IN HERE WITH BROKEN BUMPER THEY TOOK THAT xxxx BACK IN A HEARTBEAT MAN, NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT YOU CANT EVEN SEE IT" Great, SOLD! Drove the car for 2 weeks and I received a certified letter from Infiniti. The letter was a bill for $5,200!!!!!!! The charges were excess wear and tear on my car, remainder of my lease payments, and excess of miles, which ray assured that they forgive up to $500 worth as long as I was purchasing another infiniti, which seems reasonable.I called infiniti furious and they routed and rerouted me to person after person. At one point a phone rep even yelled at me for trying to explain what happened. xxxx customer service, and this is coming from someone who does telesales. I decided to give the dealer a try. Called them up and I received the exact OPPOSITE treatment. I guess there only nice when your BUYING. The smirky finance guy acted like he was braindead when I asked him what was going on. I was talking to a vegetable, the sales manager Jaun was joking around in the office with two other sales reps (who also looked like they should be selling yo-yos) I asked Juan if he had a moment to talk and he said "NO, Im with a customer"I calmly waited outside his office while he continued to joke around with dumb and dumber for another 10 minutes. I gave up. I then served his finance guy a letter from my lawyer, and also had my lawyer email it to the sales rep, the finance rep, and infiniti corporate.The funny thing is this dealership lost out on 3 more q50s leases, which I decided to give to Infiniti of Linden, who are WAY better with there customers. I guess the point of all this is stay far away from this sketchy dealership and look elsewhereIf anyone has any questions or more details I would GLADLY answer all calls or texts about what happened, and even give you the number to a great guy at Linden who will hook you up with a much better dealJoseph 973.405.0478

I've had my Infiniti serviced at a few different Infiniti dealerships. I was in Clifton for a a few months and decided to take my I30 into Fette Infiniti for service since the check engine light came on. Big mistake! Everything seemed fine when I talked to the service department manager when he told me that my brake rotors needed resurfacing. The price was comparable to what I was used to paying at previous Infiniti dealerships so I figured attention to detail would not be an issue. I was obviously wrong. After returning my loaner car I noticed that my I30 was making loud scraping noises inside the wheels whenever I turned the steering wheel. I talked to an Infiniti FX35 owner who experienced similar problems after bring one of his Infiniti vehicles into Fette Infiniti for service. You're much better off taking your Infiniti to another Infiniti dealer such as Flemington Infiniti, Ramsey Infiniti or Infiniti of Denville. Steer clear of this "Ford focused" auto dealers if you value your automobile.

From the minute I first arrived at Fette to the minute I drove off in my new G37, I experienced first class service through the whole process. Steve handled my lease and and was a pleasure to work with. There were no tricks or gimmicks and we struck a deal quickly and professionally. Peter made the finance process the quickest I've ever experienced at a car dealership. When the car was ready, mike thoroughly went over every option the car had and answered every question I had. Fette also recently remodeled their showroom and waiting area which is both impressive and comfortable. I've dealt with other luxury car dealerships and I have to say this was my best experience.

First off I would like to say that I never write reviews on Yelp no matter how bad they are but this one needs to be written. A salesman by the name of Jason and his sidekick Simon told me that I had a certain deal negotiated. I went to go pick up the car and it was the worst experience ever as they had made me wait an hour even though the deal was negotiated. Then they we calculated the numbers and they wanted 5 more thousand dollars. The salesman swore to me that it was all taken care of so I drove an hour to get to the dealership to be taken advantage of. Beware this is the last place you want to buy your vehicle. I have purchased many cars in the past but this dealership I will never purchase from ever. I have emails to prove back and forth and all sorts of written stuff and they still refused to honor the negotiation.

My visit at Fette Infiniti was without any faults whatsoever. I met with Fernando who took the time to show me what vehicles are offered and took the time to show me all of my options. My experience was further complimented by not being pressured throughout the process, which is rare among car dealerships. The sales manager Juan was very professional and the duo worked together to get me a deal within what I was willing to pay. They even had a standalone person to show me every feature, which is a very welcome so I am perfectly comfortable with my vehicle's features before I leave and don't feel as if I was keeping Fernando from dealing with other clients. He did not push me to buy any car. I test drove two models and I loved the car, but after going over my options with him. I called up Fette as the QX60 I was looking for was listed as available on their online site. I had negotiated the price over the phone with multiple dealers but Fette had the vehicle onsite and I wanted my wife to see it so we went out of our way to go see it. I was told over the phone they had the QX60 on the lot and they would match the price as long as I had it in writing, which I did and brought to them. My wife was happy with the interior so we sat down to purchase the car. At this point the deceptive sales games began. The sales manager called, then came over and told us he could not sell us that QX60 for the price quoted and proceeded to tell us a price $3,000 higher. Needless to say we walked out. I ended up buying a Mercedes ML350 a couple ours later....best thing I ever did.If you want to feel like you are buying a used car and are comfortable being lied to and pushed for something you don't want.....by all means go to Fette and ask for Charles.Brian

I currently own 2010 Nissan, and my lease about to expire. So I decided why not to upgrade up and went to the new Infiniti dealership. The place is brand new. I was greeted with cookies and a smile. Alex - the sales rep spent as much time as we needed educating us on the new Infinity Q series line up and all the new features. Did a test drive - no pressure. I think he let me go an exit or two extra on Route 46. He let me pick the cars I'm interested in. No pressure in up-selling or telling me that I can't afford something. Very courteous and prompt on getting prices from Mottaz - the manager. When we started asking about residuals and money factors, Mottaz showed us breakdowns with no usual games like "why do you need that info, just think about the monthly payment" you get sometimes from pushy managers.The very first price was an honest price in the general ballpark, nothing outrageously ridiculous. I didn't get the car due to a bit high money factor and I still have a month or look around. But if I decide to go with Infinity I'll definitely come back to Fette

Juan Villegas was great. I live in NY. My recently widowed mother in law lives in NJ near Fette Infiniti. Her 96 Infiniti had some severe mechanical issues and was in for service at fette. Todd in service was fair and kind and we decided that it was not worth investing in a repair of her old car. Todd sent her to Juan to discuss a replacement. In a couple of hours, via phone and email, Juan put together a great deal on her trade in and a new G37 and without having to cross the bridge to NJ, Juan helped me help my mother in law get a great deal on a great car. On Thursday February 7th 2013 at 7:30AM I had dropped my Infiniti FX35 at Fette Infiniti for a 120K mile service which included a tire rotation. I had also had on the service request replacement of the brakes and the rotors. I picked up a loaner car and went to work. At 3:30PM I received a voice mail from the service agent that I dropped the car off with, Todd Rainier. In the voice mail he mentioned that they noticed a gash in the sidewall of one of the tires that when shown he could hear air leaking from the gash. When I went to pick up the vehicle I was shown the gash and was very surprised that I could hear air leaking from it pretty significantly as well. Todd was not there when I went back to pick up the vehicle so I was delivered the car from Ryan. Ryan put air into the tire to 45psi, well above the recommended fill because the tire was leaking so bad. I got home, 4 miles away, and the dashboard display now read that the tire was down to 29psi. My suspicion at this point is that the gash in the tire could not have been on the tire when the vehicle was dropped off. So, I waited to see how long it would take to go noticeably flat. An hour and a half later the only thing between the rim and the pavement was the deflated rubber of the tire. So, I came to the conclusion that there was a very high probability that the gash in the tire was not there when I dropped of the vehicle. If it was there when the vehicle was dropped off it would have become flat well before it was noticed, after 8 hours of being at Fette Infiniti. This morning, Friday February 8, 2013, at 7AM I changed the flat tire out and put on the spare and drove down to Fette Infiniti to ask some questions about the feasibility of the gash having occurred while the vehicle was there for service. Ryan came out to speak with me, because I asked to speak with the service manager and was told that Ryan is it (he did not mention this yesterday when I picked up the vehicle). So, I showed him the wheel in my trunk that was completely flat and pointed out that I was concerned that the gash in the tire was not there prior to my dropping of the vehicle for service. The first words out of his mouth were we didnt do it. I let him know that it was completely flat within an hour and a half of me picking up the vehicle and that it was at Fette for 8 hours before it was noticed that the wheel was leaking air. Which, is impossible if the gash was there when it was dropped off for service. His tone became very hostile in which he said they didnt do it maybe three more times and threw in there that people are always coming in the trying to blame them for similar things. To that I asked if those people dropped their car off at 7:30AM and 8 hours later a gash was noticed that causes the tire to be flat within an hour and a half. We both raised our voices and he finally said I was going to try to help you but now I am not, come inside. The come inside was said very aggressively and I responded with do not command me to do anything. At this point an older man who introduced himself as Pat the general manager stepped in. He had been mulling around as Ryan and I spoke. He said Hi, I am Pat the general manager to which I responded with Hi I am John XXX. And then he said We are not going to be helping you so get out of here. I was extremely surprised by this and I said I will not be giving you any more of my business and I will be reporting this.As soon as I left I took the wheel to National Tire and Battery in Clifton to see about getting a new tire put on. I pointed out the gash and asked the person at the desk, in his expert opinion, how long something like that would bleed out and he said about an hour. He then showed it to two other service men who said the exact same thing. I asked him about filling it to run a test and see and he said he highly doubted that it would even hold air at this point. I can not believe that a gash in a wheel that is out of air in an hour and half by my watch, was present when I dropped my vehicle off at 7:30AM and yet was not noticed and still leaking air at 3:30PM. This is impossible. The gash in the wheel had to have occurred while my vehicle was on-site at Fette Infiniti and rather than admit to it and replace the tire the two managers that I spoke with denied and then became offensive. I have taken my vehicle there for oil changes and all services for the past few years and I have been treated very badly, their service is horrible.

After test driving at a different location and not being thrilled with the sales people I was dealing with or the answers to questions I had, I started to call around to different dealerships. When I called Fette I was put in touch with Ryan Mays. He could not have been more helpful, polite, and professional. When arriving at the dealership I was introduced to Alvin. Again I was shocked with how knowledgeable, professional and helpful he was. This was so refreshing to me after dealing with numerous other car salesmen the prior couple of days when deciding which car was right for me. The entire buying process was quick and enjoyable. Purchsed a CPO M35x at another dealer in 2010 based on availability/color/cost. I have had previous service work done at that dealer but decided to give Fette Infiniti a try due to is proximity to my home and work. I have had three service experiences in last 8 mos at Fette. Two oil changes and a 60K service. Service reps were always friendly and informative with answers to my questions. On two occasions, I took advantage of the loaner car service and opted to wait on one occasion. Waiting room was ok; coffee, tv and wi-fi available. It is hard for me to rate service PRICE as great (because I always want a lower cost) but I do recognize that this is a luxuray car being serviced at a dealer.On each occasion, the requested service was performed to my expectations. The unscheduled service I waited on was performed in a timely manner. During my recent (overdue) oil change service I was alerted to a recommended brake pad service before it was completed. I had the time to think through it before authorizing the additional, unplanned service. I really appreciate the vacuuming and car wash they give the vehicle on each visit. You leave Fette feeling like they took good care of you as a customer and an individual.

***Avoid this dealership at all costs***They delivered my G37X without an inspection, in transport mode (many items in the vehicle did not function until I pulled a certain fuse), and the best they did not send my plates before the temporary registration expired; therefore, making the car useless. I delt with Mark, who claimed he was a manager, on the issue of no plates and his attitude was "what do you want me to do?" and I quote, "Why are we having this conversation?" He even gave the run around to Infiniti corporate after I complained to them. Thankfully, they are taking care of it.

I have bought or leased many new cars over the years and this was one of the best experiences I've had. I dealt with Juan who was very friendly and knowledgable. This was my third Infiniti but first from Fette. I turned in my existing lease 5 months early and Fette paid off the lease. The lease price for my new G37x was better than I could have expected and more importantly I had the deal done within 30 mins. I've been in other dealerships for hours trying to get a deal done. Everything went very smoothly and I didn't have to deal with any of the nightmares I've encountered at other dealerships. All the paperwork was exactly as we had agreed and they didn't try to scam any additional charges or fees. Too bad every dealership didn't work this way. I highly recommend Fette Infiniti!

My brother picked up a leased 2011 infinite on 7/29/11 for which I co- signed for . Unfortunately he passed away on 8/6/11. after weeks of trying to get help to return the car I finally spoke to a Mr Patrcik Murray at Fette Infiniti. He was extremly helpfull and did terminate the lease and took the car back. I highly recommend Fetti Infinite and Mr Murray. If you are thinking of leaseing or buying a car Mr Murray is the man you want to speak too. Mr Murray was very kind and thoughtfull and understanding. I thank him for his thoughtfulness and his help in resolviong my dilemma. on another note the broker who got the car for my brother VIP AUTO GROUP ON hYLAND bLVD IN sTATEN ISLAND WERE TOTALLY UNCOOPERATIVE. jOE aka dave refused to give me a copy of the lease and would not help me at all. We bought brand new Infintit G25X AWD from Fette 2 weeks before and my husband was dealing with sales guy name Juan over the phone as we did our homework before buying and juan was agreed to our asking price and gave us appointment to visit so we can make a deal but when we reached there; he increased $1000 more on what he agreed over the phone. My husband thought may be he overheard him (eventually it wasn't true)on the phone but at last after some counter agruments and speaking with sales manager they agreed to our asking price. In our head we were wondering if that wasn't the case then why would they made deal with us because they were trying to gimmick and squeeze extra money from us since we didn't leave huge margin for them. Not only that but before making deal we asked them to give all weather mats which he said yes he will order it for us since they were out of stock and pick up it up later on. He said he will call us as soon as he has them anyways after couple days later my husband called several times to check whether he got it or not and leave messages with receptionist but NO ONE care to answer us back. And just last friday some one from Finance dept called us that they forgot one of our contract paper to be signed so please come and sign and my husband again told him for mats so he said he will pass the message to JUAN. And finally we rcv'd call from JUAN on monday and he said he has the mats and our license plates ready too. We went there on Tuesday evening to pick up but we saw the mats are for G37 while we bought G25X. We informed him right away and he goes, Ooo.. thats fits in G25 also i am sorry but if you want i can order one more time and you can come back again for pick up. Who got spare time to go all the way to north jersey if you live all the way in south jersey?....NOT ONLY THAT THEY ALSO LIED US ABOUT SEVERAL OTHER THINGS WHICH WE FOUND IT LATER1) TEMPORARY INSURANCE, AFTER MAKING DEAL ON CAR WE WANTED TO PICK UP THE CAR SAME DAY AS THEY HAVE IT READY BUT THEY SAID YOU HAVE TO GET YOUR OWN INSURANCE AS DEALER DOESN'T PROVIDE TEMPORARY INSURANCE TO ANYONE...AND BY THE TIME ALL CONTRACT PAPER AND EVERYTHING WAS SIGNED IT WAS LATE NIGHT AROUND 9PM AND OUR NEW INSURANCE WAS STARTING NEXT DAY FROM 12AM SO THEY DIDN'T GIVE US DELIVERY AND WE HAVE TO COME BACK AGAIN NEXT DAY TO PICK UP.....COME ON WHAT KIND OF DEALERSHIP BUSINESS YOU RUNNING WHO DOESN'T PROVIDE TEMPORARY INSURANCE ON NEW CAR FOR 1-2 DAYS UNTIL THEIR CUSTOMER GETS THEIR OWN STARTED...SAME THE FRIEND OF MY WHO BOUGHT G37 GOT TEMPORARY INSURANCE FOR COUPLE DAYS2) INFINITI KEYCHAIN, WHEN I ASKED ONE THEY SAID INFINITI STOP MAKING KEYCHAINS AND FRIEND OF MY RECENTLY BOUGHT G37 FROM RAY CATINA AND HE GOT ONE...SO WHEN WE WENT THERE TO PICK UP LICENSE PLATES AND MATS WE SHOWED HIM THAT KEYCHAIN AFTER THAT HE GAVE US ONE TOO!!!Their finance and sale manager was plesant to work with other then that there is no reason for us to buy a car from them. As soon as I walked in the door Ryan gave me a warm welcome. He really made me feel like he wanted to help me and make my experience the best possible. (Which he did) I was told that Ryan was helping out since Juan was helping another customer. Once Juan Villegas was done with his customer he jumped right in helping to complete the transaction. Juan was very nice and also very patient. He had the fun job of helping me pick out a color. Evrything went very smoothly...thanks to all of the staff, Ryan, Juan, Charles & at the end Sam. They made this experience a pleasurable one. I usually tell people I hate shopping for a car, but now I would tell them to go to Fette Infiniti where they were very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. i have been an Infiniti user since the I30 came out way back when. I was driving a 2008 G35x on a 39 month lease with approx 6 months to go. I received an early termination approval from Infiniti and did some research on the new G37x which i wanted and for pricing. I knew what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. Another dealer was in the ball park whom I dealt with a few times but there was something about dealing with in the beginning Ryan the internet manager that made me feel comfortable. We spoke on the phone and set up the appointment to come in which i did. The G37x on hold was black on black. But when my wife and I walked in we saw the Quartz colored G37x with light interior and fell in love with it. Alvin wom Ryan turned us over to is a very knowledgable young man who made the rest of the deal fast. Within a couple hours of being their they took my turned in G35x and out we drove in our new G37x. Alvin gave us a drive through of their service area for when we come in for routine maintenance which no other dealer ever did. Thier showroom was very busy. Before I forget the receptionist whom we spoke with a few times [ forgot her name ] was very pleasant and polite. We are extrememly happy with our new infiniti G37x and glad we made the deal with Fette. Would highly recommend Fette

The Lease on my 2008 G37 Coupe was ending soon so it was time to start shopping for a new one. I don't like wasting time driving from store to store, so I called virtually every Infiniti dealer in the Central and North Jersey Region. After speaking to many salesmen on the phone, Juan at Fette was a breath of fresh air. He was intelligent, professional and easy going. He gave me the M.S.R.P of the vehicle I was looking for and broke down all the fees and taxes. Fette was also the only dealer in the state to have the specific vehicle I wanted in stock with the color and all the bells and whistles I was looking for. Because of the horrible Japanese earthquake inventory was low. Some other dealers promised they can get the car with my specific add ons but all they really had was a "ghost"(a car theat doesn't exist) When I finally went to Fette the experience was quick and painless. Juan and Sonny worked out a great price on my new lease without the stereotypical game playing I experienced with other car dealers. My new G7 coupe is one of a kind gorgeous. I have gotten a lot of oohs and ahhs from friends and neighbors and if it weren't for Fette Infiniti of Clifton, NJ I would not have this car. I would highly reccommend these guys to anyone looking for a new or used Infiniti.

Brought my vehicle in after 1 year of ownership, the car began to shake while driving. Had the wheel balancing done twice prior at a different dealership to ensure that the wheels and tires weren't the problem. The service manager told me he had to balance the wheels before they checked anything else, and it wold cost me $80. I said, rally, you won't check tie rods, suspension components etc, or even just turn the wheels with your hands to ensure smooth travel first? Nope. What a scam. Stay away. Don't sign any release forms! Guess what, turned out to be a seized brake caliper. Sneaky all the way...

This is the worst dealership I have ever had the misfortune to work with. I came to Fette after finding out the Internet Manager I bought a car from at Infiniti of Englewood had left there and was supposedly at Fette. He was not in their employment after our initial contact. NO ONE answered my emails or called me to even try to sell me a car. On my own, I did come into the store and dealt with a Manager by the name of Sonny. When spending $50k for a car, you don't want a guy dealing with you who you wouldn't trust to sell you a $1,500 used car. He gave me a low ball offer on my M and told me I had 5 minutes to decide or the deal was void. Who the heck does this guy think he is. When I'm spending $50k, I want to be treated with respect and dignity. Long story short, I wound up getting a great deal on the car from Ray Catena Infiniti and they even offered to pick and deliver my car when it needs service. Not that's the way you do business to earn a customer. I was so impressed, that last week I bought my daughter a BMW from their BMW store.

I bought a 2010 FX35 5 weeks ago after searching for it on the internet. Fette gave me the best price, and no other dealers in the Northeast could match it. The sales experience was quick and easy, and I have no complaints there. I am a New York state resident and faxed my insurance info to Fette 1 week in advance of my visit to pick up the car. They told me my license plates and registration would be mailed to me within 2 weeks. I am still awaiting the delivery of my plates after 3 separate calls to the dealer. My temporary plates and registration are now 11 days overdue. I have gotten two promises that my plates would be overnight shipped to me and still no plates. Definitely would not go back there because their customer service is obviously poor. I've never even gotten an explanation as to why they can't seem to give my problem some priority.

The lies and deceit are endless, taking the joy out of an event that should be a special moment in one's life. Adding hidden fees to the contracted price on the pickup date to making up answers to questions that they are clueless about is everyday business. What color are you looking for or when do you plan to purchase this vehicle are also some of my favorite questions, in an attempt to see if I will be making a hasty, uneducated decision on that particular day. I walked into Fette Infinity and everything changed. I was shocked! I was greeted by a young salesman named Anthony Vlasica who was very knowledgeable and not pushy. He knew the answers to all of my technical questions and didn't have to go to a "Manager" to get me a fair price. When I told him that I had to think about a purchase of this magnitude for a few days, he was understanding and didn't ask me what it would take to make the deal "Today." He was confident with his price and product, telling me to shop around and call him with any additional questions that I may have. WOW! On my pickup date, there were no additional/hidden fees to argue about. The car was ready to go and Anthony spent as much time as I needed explaining all of the technical features inside. A month after the sale, my wife had some additional questions and Anthony spent an hour of his time answering all of them. He made us feel like he was grateful for us purchasing the car from him. If your thinking of buying a luxury/sports car, go see the quality, value and courteous demeanor Fette has to offer! BH
