As always, Fiesta Nissan did great work on our car. I would like to especially thank Justin for his professionalism, responsiveness, and clear explanation of the repairs needed. His forthrightness allowed us to trust him and Fiesta with some very expensive -- and unexpected -- repairs. Great car buying experience!! This is our third new car purchase from Fiesta Nissan in Santa Fe. We keep coming back because of the excellent customer service. In our last visit, we had the pleasure of working with sales associate Matthew Pacheco. Matthew was extremely friendly and helpful, walking us through the entire process and explaining all the “extras” the vehicle has to offer. Thank you, Fiesta Nissan!!

I took my Nissan truck to get serviced and had some reservations about it. Justin helped me from the get go and assured me they would find the issue and resolve it. True to his word, although not an easy task, he found what was wrong and fixed my truck. He kept in close communication with me, was honest, respectful, knowledgeable, helpful and overall made this experience a satisfying one. My truck runs GREAT and the price was reasonable. Thank you Justin for your hard work and for being pleasant during these difficult times. Great customer service is hard to come by!!

I took my 2020 Nissan Frontier SV Crew Cab 4x4 in for the "1,000 mile service" which isn't required, but makes me feel better. I also had the under-body skid plates from the Pro4X installed. Everything from ordering the parts to scheduling the service to waiting was easy. The folks at Fiesta Nissan in Santa Fe, NM treated this customer like a King! I look forward to having them perform all scheduled, and unscheduled, maintenance on my truck for as long as it lasts.

It took about 30 minutes for them to get to my car despite my having an appointment, but these things happen especially in the afternoon. After that, it was clear sailing. The factory reps were there that day observing the quality of the work in the shop. If anything was less than perfect, I would like to believe that they would have rectified the situation. As it was, one rep observed my 4-wheel alignment and pronounced it "perfect." Moreover, the other technicians and service staff referred to my technician as "the doctor." I am very satisfied with the staff at levels and I interacted with many.

This Fiesta Nissan dealership offers quality service for my car. In this recent visit, they repaired a minor defect that was covered by a recall, and also an oil change. The waiting area provided Kuerig coffee, plus other drinks and snacks, T.V., in a comfortable setting. The work on my car was professionally done and I appreciate the courteous care to customers.

Fiesta Nissan continually impresses me with its high level of customer service, and of course great vehicles. From the general manager remembering my first name, and saying "hello" to the young service tech striking up a conversation with me, I consistently feel like a valued customer. How refreshing in an era where mediocrity is the norm. Also, the expediency of service is commendable. From the moment I handed over the key, until the service manager came over to let me know my vehicle was ready was not more than a hour. I love Nissan and I love this dealership. Both, of which are something to believe in!

We were treated very well and glad the dealership has changed hands. The sales staff is the same but the culture of the organization is much better. We got great incentives and 0% interest. Worth the drive

I went to look at a vehicle that we were told ha1d 21mi, but when we drove up to Santa Fe from Albuquerque to check it out, it actually had 21,000mi. so we left. I really should have stuck with my gut, but after getting calls from the sales people we went back to Santa Fe to look again, but this time we had financing in order through our credit union. After hearing we already had financing & didn't want to finance through them, the sales people and managers screwed us around for hours. We finally negotiated on a reasonable price, but it unfortunately took 2 more trips and 4+ hours to finally get our vehicle. The next day we were called by the salesman and told that they filled out ALL of the paperwork with the wrong VIN, so we had to sign papers all over again, this time we were smart & made them come to us. We thought we were finally rid of these clowns, but then I got a call almost 3 weeks into having the vehicle & was told that I needed an emissions test, because they can't register my vehicle without it. I thought it should be their responsibility to pay for the mistake, so Fiesta Nissan sent me to Fiesta Kia here in Albuquerque for an emissions test. I went to Fiesta Kia and waited over 2 hours with my 2year old & after several complaints & requests for my vehicle back I was given my vehicle without the emissions test having been prefomed... I was given the most ridicules excuse that "they were out of paper", if that we're the case why didn't they say 2 hours earlier?!! I bit the bullet & paid for the test somewhere else & sent a copy to Fiesta Nissan in Santa Fe. It's been a couple days and I haven't heard anything else... yet. Seriously this transation was the worst! The sales people and managers and incredibly unprofessional & completely lazy! With all of the trips we made to Santa Fe, and the huge mistakes made by this dealership it seriously has taken the past 3 weeks to work through all of the problems & who knows if I'm even out of the woods now. This place is so unorganized that frankly it's just pathetic! Please learn from my mistake!
