We had a great experience in purchasing our new Toyota thanks to B. From the moment we stepped foot on the lot, B was super friendly, easy going and knowledgeable showing us all the features of the vehicle. He insisted my husband and I both test drive the vehicle and took us on a variety of roads to see how the vehicle would handle. He answered our questions and we never felt pressured to make a purchase. Even after the sale he has checked in to see how we were enjoying the vehicle and to see if we had questions. Not only did we enjoy working with B, the entire staff we encountered were friendly and professional at Fiore.

Just picked up a 21 4 runner today. I've bought or leased around 22 vehicles since I started driving and this has to have been one of the most pleasant processes I've been through. Extremely friendly staff. Everyone I worked with was very professional. Highly recommend Fiore.

I spoke with B prior to coming in for my appointment and he had every one of my wish list items in the vehicles he showed me! I ended up selecting a vehicle I didn’t even know existed and he worked to get me an excellent value on my trade and rate for my financing!! Dewayne at Fiore Audi ALWAYS takes great care of us in servicing our Audi Q5! He is accommodating with my scheduling needs due to my crazy travel schedule and even adds in a tire rotation when I forget to request in when making my appointment! I have complete trust that Dewayne is guiding me in the right direction when any repairs or maintenance of significance are involved. I am very pleased with taking my car there because of the service from Dewayne and the service department at Fiore.

I purchased a 2014 Jeep Compass for my daughter. We went there just to look and ended up purchasing this reliable car for her. Tom McCracken was our sales person and he was amazing. Very easy going and enjoyable to talk with while we waited for paperwork. Quickest car buying experience I ever had. Thank you!!! My daughter loves her new (to her) car.

I purchased a Subaru from Bob at Fiore over the summer. It started out with my boyfriend and I driving my car out that I was trading with my dogs from Chicago. We had talked multiple times through out the day so that we could have the financing approved, paper work ready, and insurance all set because our time was cutting it close. We arrived approx. 15 before closing and everyone there was awesome. They insisted we bring our dogs in so that they could properly stretch their legs, and got both of them bowls of water as well. All of the paperwork was ready when we got there. When we were done they even recommended a restaurant that was great as well.They made what could have been a scary experience, on a long day, very easy and smooth, and I greatly appreciate it.Also, the old owners of the car had dropped off an extra set of keys and they were kind enough to mail it out to me. That is above and beyond service.I am just sad that it took me this long to get to writing my review. Thanks for everything!

Contacted through cars.com and a salesman responded rather quickly. I asked for more information about a vehicle and received no further communication from salesman or dealership.

Everyone that we have come in contact with at Fiore has been pleasant, helpful, and some have gone above normal expectations in making our VW purchase a positive experience. We would have no problem recommending Fiore to our family and friends.

I've bought quite a few cars at different dealers over the course of 20 plus years and quite simply, this was the best car buying experience I've had out of all of them. John Klisiewicz was very attentive and informative from my first inquiry about the car. When I decided what I wanted (and I can be picky) he helped to ensure that I got exactly what I wanted in the vehicle I was going to purchase. Everyone else that I had to deal with: supervisors, owners, finance made it a great experience as well. I would not hesitate to recommend Fiore Toyota Scion Volkswagen Audi to anyone and everyone. I would certainly go back, but I hope to be enjoying this car for awhile :)

I FOUND THE PERSONNEL AT FIORE FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. THERE WAS A SLIGHT DELAY, BUT ATTRIBUTE THAT TO TWO PERSON BACKLOG IN FINANCIAL SERVICES WICH CAN BE EXPECTED AT ANY DEALER. OVERALL, I WAS IMPRESSED.

Traveled 4 hours to trade-in and purchase a used vehicle from Fiore. Before I left I confirmed with the dealership twice that I would be able to transfer the joint title of the trade-in to them (my wife signed over her part of the title and had to stay home for family reasons, I intended to sign my part of the title over in person should we decide to go forward with the deal). The vehicle was as advertised and Al did a great job accurately describing it over the phone to me. Everything went well until I was ready to purchase. At that point Al informed me that they would not be able to accept my trade-in title without my wife being there in person. I traveled 4 hours to see/purchase this vehicle and only after they knew I was fully invested did they change their minds about accepting the title. I ended up having to jump through many hoops to get the title in a format they desired and take a full day off work to finish the process. I did end up purchasing the car but the amount of extra effort I had to go through did not make it worth it.
