Our first impression of First National Fleet & Lease, Inc. was reassuring when we received a warm greeting and welcome by Carlos. We explained we had just driven up from eastern Washington and were late due to traffic we encountered in Seattle. We asked to speak to Gokul who had taken my call requesting to come up today and see the car (2015 Hyundai Santa Fe). Carlos escorted us immediately to meet the very congenial Gokul who answered all our questions, took us for a test drive, and made the entire car buying process painless! I would return again to purchase from First National Fleet & Lease, Inc. Thank you guys!

I drove down to FNFL one day to look at a 08 Hyundai Sonata they said they had in stock on their website. When I arrived however, the car was no where to be found. I was told if there are NO PICTURES OF A CAR ON THEIR WEBSITE, IT LIKEY IS NOT IN STOCK. I wish knew this before I had driven down from Lynnwood, but the salesman was nice about it and showed me a couple of other cars similar to the one I was looking at. He also told me that Sonata's are great cars and that I should look at getting one even though they had none in stock at the time in my price range. So overall, I don't really think FNFL was trying to pull anything, and they seem like decent people to buy a car from, but their internet department certainly needs an overhaul.

I was referred to this place by a coworker that knew Yonas, the sales manager well. At first glance, this was not much of a place to look at (All the furniture was mismatched, old rickety building, etc.) What I experienced, however was on a whole different playing field. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was welcomed and the whole buying process was seamless. I came into First National unsure that I'd be able to buy a car, but they did everything possible to get me financed. Justin Martinez was my "car guy" and I ended up with a beautiful 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer, excellent sound system, excellent maintenance history, and a real pleasure to drive. Way nicer than I dreamed I'd be able to get. This being my first time buying a car on my own, the process was a little confusing, and in retrospect I might have negotiated the sale price down some, but the finance team worked with their lenders to get me a very low interest rate and low payments with a 3 year deluxe service warranty. The only issue I had was a small hairline crack in the middle of the windshield behind the rear-view mirror. I didn't notice it until my roommate pointed it out to me later that day, so I returned to the dealer Monday morning and Justin called several places and used some connections to get a very low quote for a windshield replacement (I had bought the car as is). I was still a little unhappy that the car had the crack in the first place, and the general manager saw this and offered to pay for the replacement. Now that that's resolved, I have to say I'm extremely happy with the purchase and I'm glad I came into First National. Overall a great experience and I went home with a fantastic car that looks brand new.

Toby was a great help. He listened to all of our concerns and gave us ample time to think about it, allowed both my mom and I to test drive the car and even agreed to fix the brakes as a condition of sale. The company has a kid-friendly atmsphere, which I appreciate. Toby wasn't pushy at all and was able to answer all of our questions.

ON JANUARY 20TH 2015 I PURCHASED A 99 CHEVY TAHOE WITH THE UNDERSTANDING THAT THEY WOULD REPAIR THE DRIVERS SIDE DOOR MIRROR. AFTER ABOUT 20 CALLS WITH NO CALL BACKS THEY FINALLY SENT SOMEONE TO FIX THE MIRROR. BUT THEY ONLY SENT A PIECE OF GLASS NOING THAT THE WHOLE CENTER SECTION WAS MISSING. THE GLASS PERSON SAID HE COULD NOT INSTALL THE GLASS WITHOUT THE SECTION THAT WAS NOT THERE.I CALLED THE CAR LOT ABOUT 6-7 TIMES WITHOUT A CALL BACK ALL I SEAM TO GET THE IGNORE MODE I AM VERY UN HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE AT THIS TIME THIS WAS THE 128TH & AURORA AVE N IN SEATTLE WA.

Over the past few weeks we have dealt with many different people at several different dealerships from Smokey Point to Seattle and by far, Toby Green has surpassed our expectations and renewed our faith in car salesmen. Most salesmen won't even take you seriously until you come down to their location and fill out every piece of paperwork they need. I could tell from my very first phone call to Toby that he was offering us the same kind of great service then, as someone could expect from someone that already knew they had a confirmed sale from. Toby is very knowledgeable and friendly and professional and he really does try to get you the car that you have your heart set on. I never felt pressured or duped at any point in time. Steve was great. Very patient as well with my hectic work schedule. He took the time with me to receive all my information via fax ahead of time. We felt that they were honest and respectful of our wishes- they even switched wheels with another car to meet our needs. We will go back when we are looking for our next car!

I have been shopping for a Toyota Sequoia for some time and came across one at Northwest Fleet that met my requirements. We test drove it and worked with Jeff to negotiate a fair deal. They shared the auto inspection report from a local Toyota dealer and then showed the repairs that took place (at a small independent shop). As we were picking up the vehicle a couple of things became apparent minor problems - the spare tire was losing air and the newly installed radio had the faceplate fall off. Jeff offereed to come to my work and pick up the vehicle and take it into the shop to get fixed. He just dropped it off and everything seems good. I did ask him to let me know what he thought of the brakes as they seemed to cause the vehicle to shake when braking going downhill. He thinks its warped rotors and I agree based upon historical experience with other cars. He is talking with the owners about paying for the repair of the rotors which is refreshing when it comes to a used car dealership. I see there are a lot of negative reviews on here which you kind of expect with used cars but my experience has been very positive. Assuming they follow through on repair of the rotors, I would certainly buy from them again and refer friends.

my fiance traded in his jeep for a truck. on his way home he gets pulled over by multiple cops. turns out the car was stolen and the dealership never did any of the paperwork or background check they should have before selling it.

Prior to meeting Jamison at First national Fleet and Lease I ended up at Ford of Bellevue. I do not want to knock Ford of Bellevue as they were very friendly but when it comes to assisting people who dont have perfect credit, they really arent the experts. I spent hours at Ford only to be told they would let me know tomorrow. They ran my credit to every lender they work with causing me to get multiple inquiries and lowering my score. The next day I got a call from Jamison at first National Fleet and Lease. I let him run my credit and call me back. He said he would call me back in 15 min. 10 min later. I told him I was looking for a current model year vehicle and the mileage had to be between 0 miles and 5000 miles. He assured me he had a large selection of vehicles that fit my criteria. That afternoon I met with Jamison and he was very friendly. He had the credit app ready and waiting for me so I filled that out and then we went to look at the suggestions he had on his lot. At Ford of Bellevue i was looking at a 2013 Ford Fiesta. I like the interior of the Fiesta but the styling really wasn't what I wanted. Jamison showed me a 2013 Ford Fusion first. It had 5,200 miles on it and was really nice and significantly larger than my 2003 Prius. I almost drove it but then Jamison informed me it gets 26MPG. I asked him what his next option was. He pointed to the car next to the prius which was a 2013 Kia Forte with 4,500 miles on it. I never considered Kia as I had a rental car in 2008 and I could not stomache the way the 2008 Optima handled but the styling of the 2013 forte was cute so I decided not to be a snob and step inside. The interior was roomy and the styling was much sleeker than the Fiesta. It had a more boyish appeal. Jamison sat in the passenger seat and went through my list of criteria. He pointed out the Satellite Radio, MP3 player and the blutooth audio that I told him was a must. then we went over other features and then he told me the car can get up to 36MPG on the highway! At that point I turned the key! Jamison and I did not have to drive far before I fell in love with the Kia. The acceleration was amazing. More than I was expecting and the car was comfortable and much more roomy than the Fiesta! Additionally the price was right and it handled much better than I was expecting!!! Jamison informed me that in 2010 Kia got the designer from Audi to come work for them and that he had changed a lot of things regarding the way Kia's are built. I said, I want this one! We drove back to the lot, comleted the necessary paperwork with their amazing finance gal Stephanie and I was on my way to my cousins graduation ceremony in my new car. heading down the highway I got 37MPG and I was very comfortable. I know there are some negative reviews posted about this dealership but it is important to note that this company is under new ownership and when I compare my experience to that of those who bought a year ago, I can say that the new owners combined with amazing salespeople like Jamison and a great finance manager like Stephanie has made my buying experience the best ever. I am 33 years old and since the age of 16 I have now had 52 cars. I know cars and I know car lots. This experience was hands down the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car! The other nice thing about this dealership is that they are experts in handling people with lower credit scores! they only pulled my report ONCE and they used that one report to negotiate with the finance companies. Had I gone here first I could have saved myself the loss of roughly 30 POINTS on my credit score!!! I will certainly purchase from this dealership again and as far as I am concerned Jamison is my car guy! I highly recommend him, Stephanie and the dealership. I purchased 2008 Honda Accord from First National Fleet & Lease several weeks ago. From test drive to driving off of the lot with a new car only took 3 hours. I did not want to buy this vehicle for more than the sticker price, and I had down payment I would not exceed. My salesman Yusuf, the manager Mitch, and Juan were able to get me the deal that I had hoped for. They were very friendly, helpful, and cared about my situation and did all they could do to accommodate. I'm very happy with my purchase and I would recommend them to family and friends.

More often than not, people never take the time to point out the good but seem to have the time to bash and trash. I've read the reviews for First National Fleet and Lease. They had a BMW 745Li that I wanted to look at because of the low miles and great price. I was skeptical at first however, it occurred to me that some of these negative reviews could have been posted by the competition, disgruntled ex-employees, or just people lying about their experience because they didn't get their way. I went into the dealership on a Saturday, there were customers all over the place. I was impressed over the sheer number of people doing business here and thought to myself this place is not the same as the negative reviewers make it out to be. I made my appointment with the internet manager because I didn't want to deal with a salesperson. He was extremely friendly and helpful. The car was ready for me to drive it when I arrived and I really appreciated the fact that he did to push me into the sale. The car was just as I expected so I made the purchase . Now I'm a happy customer and will go back when I'm in the market for another car.

my experience with the personnel at this dealership was very good.personnel were welcoming and friendly, all of my questions were answered in a calm and polite manner, was able to negotiate an exceptionally reasonable price with the dealer,i would recommend this dealership for anyone looking to buy a used car!!

They deceived me, the car is a problem.The price of the car is more expensive than other dealers too.Deliberately conceal the car's maintenance record.Their own auto repair shop.Repair the car, but not documented.

I don't know why anybody would buy a car from this people, just walking in gives you the feeling that there is something shady going on. The guy showing me the cars was smoking all the time as every body else there. They also had very little knowledge about the cars that they were selling. The prices are not placed in visible places in the cars. Once they realized that I was a well informed buyer they lost interest in selling me a car. They should be removed from cars.com

Worst dealership. I made a mistake and bought a Honda Accord. Airbag light and abs light were on. They promised me that they will fix them. 6 weeks later the lights are still on. I keep getting the run around. Nobody ever returns my phone calls (salesperson and manager keep ignoring my calls)

Shameless Dealership.. They keep giving me the run around to fix issues with my car since the day i bought it, i heard nothing but lies, don't go here they only sell Lemon law cars, all the 5 stars review are written by them, notice how they sound like a commercial, i was promised 0% interest, when i got there they said 0% if i pay off the car in 2 weeks, i was made fun of and was told why would bank loan money for nothing.. true i never thought of it.. i should have known and walked away.. i bought the car and had nothing but problems, including major accident and frame damage showing in car fax that i never was provided.. i know nothing i can do now, just don't make my mistake.

I chatted online with their rep about a vehicle. He told me someone would contact me the next morning. No contact. I sent an email via cars.com, got a response from them saying someone would contact me shortly. No contact. I called their listed phone number and left my contact info. No contact. They obviously did not want my business. I subsequently bought vehicle listed with another company on cars.com.

BEWARE!!! Never never buy a car here!! Unethical, nasty sales people that prey on customers. Long story short: - They exploited my inexperience and knowledge of car buying. - They charged me well over 20% of what the car was worth, along with only taking $50 for my vehicle (worth at least $1500). - They use scare tactics, intimidation, and talk down to you. - They LIE! They said that if I did not come in immediately to refinance, they would reposess my vehicle. (Note: everytime you refinance or initially finance, they get a commission.) When I asked to get this in writing, they made every excuse possible. I explained that they must get it in writing immediately, because I was calling my lawyer. They THEN backed off, and claimed ignorance, "my mistake.. I misunderstood". -The vehicle that I bought has had CONTINUOUS problems, and their promises to fix the issues were all fabrications to try to get more money.. They charge WAY too much to fix them! I got it cheaper by using another vendor. Basically, stay away! I'm now better educated on buying cars- and I would NEVER EVER suggest anyone to ever purchase a vehicle first national fleet and lease. Stay away!!

As noted in my previous post (under William), I went shopping at First National for a car for my daughter. Due to misunderstandings, my first attempt was a horrible experience. The owner became aware of the experience and called me at home to see what he could do to make thing right. After a short discussion, he asked me to return so that we could work out all issues. Upon my return, the entire staff was very gracious and helpful. They did what they said they would do and made everything perfect for purchasing the car that we wanted. Would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a good used car.

went to look at a 1999 Pathfinder 4x4 spent some time talking to salesman Nathan on the phone about this vehicle - finally went to see this "clean, straight, good driving" SUV. Vehicle had a dirty interior with screws missing from glove box and a dash cover that came loose when touched... bad start right The test drive showed a need for an alignment but the motor sounded good... not horrible but not a good driver I saw a difference in the paint and asked for the CARFAX - suddenly there was a problem with the dealers computers and things started to take time... time that we could spend looking at other vehicles on the lot. then things started to fall apart. The vehicle had a salvage title and "never should have been for sale". We looked at another "clean" pathfinder (4x2) that reeked of cigarette smoke and had multiple burns in the seats. We said no to both SUVs and were leaving when the lot manage came out with the CARFAX and said that the ONLY REASON A SALVAGE TITLE WAS ISSUED WAS BECAUSE OF A COLOR CHANGE AND REPAINT. When I asked about the SEVERE DAMAGE note on the CARFAX the lot manage fell silent and we left I WOULD NOT TRUST THIS DEALER
