I just bought a car at recently at this dealership and Carlos was the sales rep, he did a phenomenal job giving me all the details and options I needed, while displaying exemplary customer service. I would definitely recommend this dealer and specifically Carlos to anyone.

I purchased a dodge caravan 20004 amounting to $7890 with a low mileage at Fitzgerald but after a month of using it check engine light showed up! I was hesitant to returned it because they just gave us 45days warranty! Then few months later we need to change the shocks, strats, radiator.... Now the worse thing is the mini van is not running at all! But I still need to pay it for 2 more years!!!!! We called the the service center at Fitz they check the mini van and found out that the computer, fuel pump, fuel pump hose are need to be changed! And they are charging us $2200. Gosh!!!! This is ridiculous!!!!i don't recommend this dealer to my friends! They are selling junk cars!!!! And the interest rates on their financing is too high 21.99%.!!!! The manager didn't bother at all.... Well his job is to sell cars though he doesn't care if their cars are in good condition! Well Fitzway is definitely NO WAY!!!!' Shame on you!!!!

I have been a customer at Fitzgerald Auto Mall Wheaton for about 15years and there is no other place in the area that I trust more when buying a car or for services on my car.The manager, Mr. George Sydnor, is the person I always count on for any thing relating to my car.The same for their service department personal,they are the best,special Paul Kress.So when you have the best why go any place else, and I am not the only person who thinks this, everyone I recommend this company to becomes a customer.Thank you everyone at Fitzgerald Auto Mall Wheaton.SincerelyRosangela Baptista

Their offer a of a free oil change for my new car became anything but free when my new and perfectly fine car suddenly seemed to develop all kinds of leaks and problems when left in the care of their service department. They tried to tell me it was like that when I came in but I didn't have any of the problems that would have been symptomatic with the repairs they said I needed....and I'd only had the car 3 months, and they said nothing would be under warrenty because they are all considered standard wear&tear on the car. I don't care what they offer for free, I'm never taking my car back there.
