Very much appreciated the courteous and professional attention I received during my recent service experience. My car was satisfactorily repaired/serviced in a timely manner, during which I was kept updated, and notified upon completion. The service advisor and shuttle driver (the only two employees I had any interaction with) were very helpful.

I have no problem with this place other than the fact that you need to have your car looked at elsewhere befote buying. These guys will not help you in any way if you find something wrong with your car after you buy it. Even if its a small fix. Highly disappointed.

We only came in for a warranty recall, while we were there we were treated as valued guests. They were actually having a luncheon and they told us to please go over and have a bite to eat. When it is time to buy a new Cadillac we will definitely be buying from Flow.

I have been looking at getting a Chevy Cruze for over a year and didn't have a strong enough feeling about one to make the decision. Jason Welker was the salesman they assigned to me at the dealership,after my online inquiry, and he was the first person that gave me a detailed overview on the benefits of the Cruze and buying from Flow, he weighed my options with me and made me feel like I was making the right choice. I have never been able to just go for it but after some of the questions he had answered, I felt like the car he showed me was the best choice for me. I will recommend Flow to any of my friends and family that are looking for cars. Professionalism, kindness, and car knowledge is what made my decision possible. I am beyond happy with my customer service and Flow.

My only concern was selling me an extended warranty and not telling me about the conditions of keeping receipts of past maintenance and if we fail to produce receipts the warranty would be void. That should be told to the purchaser with the sales pitch. If you want to know how I feel about it, ask the salesman, he will share my feelings and concerns. I made a point to share them.

Took car back due frustrating noise in steering. Discovered that that there were several recalls or service notices on vehicle. Parts were ordered and am now awaiting phone call to bring car back.

I came in to purchase a 2015 GMC Acadia SLT. I was very specific on which vehicle I wanted (exterior/interior color). I appreciated the fact that Zach Sharron, my salesman, didn't try to steer me towards something else. He listened to what I wanted and was very helpful. I didn't feel rushed, nor did I feel like we were wasting each others time. It was a really good experience and my wife was surprised and happy with her new Acadia.

I absolutely love billy. He was great not only did he help us all he could. He reminded me of a father figure that I could trust and would send everybody I could. I feel like we got a great deal on our new car. We were needing one and they helped us make that possible the interest rate was better than the credit union would have gave us so I am very pleased. All my family drives is Chevy's and they are reliable and Marty and the salesman billy have been great to the family. If I buy a new car again I will make sure to go back to flow Chevy in Winston-Salem.

Mine was an internet purchase. The vehicle was immaculate and even better than expected & tank full. I let the sales manager know ahead of time that I was from out out town and would be in a big hurry to get to an appointment in Greensboro. They had already emailed the Bill-of-Sale and CarFax the night before. We were ready and on the same page. My wife dropped me off and we test drove the vehicle, concluded the paperwork while the vehicle was being detailed, and I was on my way in 1 - 1.5 hours. Everyone was pleasant and spoke (even the other sales staff that wished it was their sale (grin). It was a great experience and left me with the feeling that they would happily take care of me through every vehicle service and inspection for years to come. THANK YOU FLOW!

I was directed to Flow Chevy by Alliance Direct. I was extremely hesitant based on previous experiences at other dealerships and knowing my circumstances. I arrived reluctantly but left surprisingly pleased. I was very fortunate that Flow Chevy purchased /paid off my old vehicle. I was able to purchase a 2014 Chevy Cruze with NO money down and an extremely low interest rate. The other bonus was that I didn't have to have a co-signer. My salesman was Greg Headen. I haven't had a new car in 14 years. I stopped by Flow Chevrolet one day and started looking at cars. Tyler Dodson recommended the Equinox. I didn't buy that day, but came back on November 22 and bought a new 2015 Red Equinox. Tyler was very knowledgeable and professional. He sold me on the Equinox and I am so happy he did. I love it. The Representatives were Very Courteous and Helpful. My Service was estimated to take an hour and a half. Flow had my car ready in less time. It was a very pleasant experience. The only thing that was unclear WGHP FOX 8 News reported the day before that GM would Offer Customers $25 Gift Card If Recall Service Complete before December 1. The Representatives were not aware of Incentives!

As always our Service Representative, Mike Sirianni, is very attentive. Although he has several clients he's working with, he makes you feel like you are the the only one. Mike provides the highest level of service that is possible. We bought our Cadillac in Charlotte, NC but later moved to Winston-Salem, NC and chose Flow Cadillac for our Service and Maintance needs. One of the best decision we have ever made. The facility is nice and clean in addition to having beautiful setup. The employee turnover rate seems to be very low. In six years we have only had two Service Reps. Our first one, who was also amazing, retired. Then we were blessed with Mike who is also truly amazing. Finding good customer service in today's world is rare so having been blessed with one who has outstanding Customer Service skills is like finding a rare jewel. We would definitely recommend Mike Serianni and Flow Cadillac Service Department to our family members, co-workers and friends.

I was driving to see an used pickup truck in an independent dealer, then I remember that 2 years ago I went to your dealer to see a vehicle, but I did not buy it at that time, but the service and courtesy of the sales person, Debby Hensley, was in my memory and we decided to see her before we made a decision. We called her and she was waiting for us with several pickup trucks already selected and waiting for us. We looked at all of them, but I did not see what I wanted, then she took us to the GMC dealer and to the CHevy dealer, where I found the perfect truck for me and my family. It was the perfect color and had the correct options. Debby went above and beyond her duties and helped us to get an awesome price on the truck, and the finance that fitted our budget. I would like to recognize her help and dedication; she was not your usual sales person; she did not push or made us feel unconfortable, the experience was pleasant and I am sure we will be back for more vehicles once our other leases expire.

This service is typical of all service I've had at Flow GMC; unsurpassed excellence in all facets from check-in to check-out. The availability of loaners makes any service requirement even enjoyable since we're provided with best of the best models of loaners. Being appreciative of this luxury that is not available at most other dealerships.I always return the vehicle with more gas than I left with. It is disheartening that some customers bring them back nearly dry and let me take this opportunity to suggest that Flow send vehicles out full and require customers to pay for filling up when returned. Why not, because if we were driving our own vehicle, we would be paying fro the gas anyway. Flow certainly shouldn't have to provide the gas also.

We dropped our Acadia off for a recall notice. We dropped it off on July 3rd in the afternoon and were able to pick it up on the Holiday, July 4th at lunch time. There was a surprise for me when I got there - they had also washed my car! Needless to say I got great service and I left with a smile on my face.

After taking our truck to a local chain garage and being given the run-around about all that needed to be done before the vehicle could pass inspection, we took the truck to the local Chevy dealership. They fixed the problem and were able to inspect the truck. Because we had recently purchased a car from this dealership, the inspection was free. Wish we had not spent all that money at the local chain garage!

I brought my 2006 Saturn Vue in due to an engine light and I had oil service done as well. The diagnostics showed a loose gas cap and my service rep Shane, waived the diagnostic fee. I am new to the state, just two weeks, and I will definitely choose Flow Chevrolet as my service provider because of Shane's service. I used a Buick & Chevy dealer previously for service; however, I found Shane's attitude refreshing. By the way, I have had the same diagnostic code before and my previous dealer did charge for the diagnostics.

I would say you guys did an excellent job. I really liked doing business with you and I will buy cars from you in the future. You guys are in a class above the rest. I would recommend flow to all people I know. You made buying a car enjoyable again something I never thought possible in the past. My salesman Thomas Harrison was excellent and so is the rest of your staff. I would call you guys the best I have ever dealt with in any sales situation in my life, and as a former sales/customer service manager, it takes alot to impress me. Plus I love my car. The prices are fair and the condition of the vehicle is excellent. I feel like I got a new car half price. Please keep up the excellent work .

We walked right in and immediately received help from Steve Cook. Steve did an excellent job helping my wife find the perfect car for our lifestyle. It actually turns out that the very first car we test drove, the 2014 Chevy Sonic, was the car we purchased! I was searching for a Chevrolet Cruze for over a week. I went everywhere. I decided to come to Flow. Mike Edwards was my Salesperson and he was so helpful. He asked what I wanted and what my price range was and he immediately went to work. I was a little nervous because everywhere I went they were not able to get me in a car in my price range. Mike was so determined and it made me comfortable. The whole process was made so easy I will definitely return for future vehicle purchases. Once again, this was Flow Buick Service at its finest! Our car broke down on the way to a church event late Saturday afternoon. We were towed to Flow; and even though it was after hours, we ran into Oakie on his way back from dinner with family. He was most sympathetic and even offered to drive us home. We already had a cab in transit, but knew that this was a sincere offer from Oakie, who has become a trusted friend, taking care of our family for many years! My husband was the communicator during the week regarding the repairs. It was an incredible list of critical work to put the car in top condition for my safety and peace of mind on the road. I have nothing but great praise for the care and attention we received from Oakie and Rick, even making every attempt to reduce our out-of-pocket payment to them.

This was a great buying experience. The staff was great. The management remembered my first name days after the sale. Tammy Lawson, my rep was great. She explained everything about the car, took me on a tour and introduced me to the staff. She has also followed up after the sale to be sure we were happy.

My sister was looking for a particular vehicle and asked for my help, as I have had several years in the business! I searched Cars.com and found several options from which to choose. The one that fit the requirements best was at Flow Fisker/Lotus. They were contacted via E-mail and responded the next morning. The conversation was a "NO PRESSURE" one, which I liked. An appointment was made with Brent Putnam, Sales Consultant and again a "NO PRESSURE" kind of guy! Brent had the car inside when we arrived, as the weather was bad, so he scored point #2. They have a "no haggle" price, which was below the market value, so the only obstacle was the value of her trade. They gave us what we thought it was worth and scored the final point. The last step was finance and they impressed me yet again! Russell Keith was as pleasant as they come, showed a genuine interest in obtaining the lowest interest rate and even recommended she NOT buy GAP insurance, as the financed amount was much less than the value. Bottom line is our experience couldn't have been any better!

Buying a car at Flow Cadillac may be fine, I didn't buy mine there, but I'll never go back for service again. Every time I have had my car serviced - it's under warranty - I'm there forever. I always make an appointment and am given an approximate time when it will be done. Today it was a routine tire rotation. Was told 40 minutes. ONE HOUR AND FORTY MINUTES later it came out....without the car wash they make such a big deal about! Ridiculous!! There is no excuse for a tire rotation to take that long. Obviously, it was just sitting there (you can't see the bays from the service area - different building), and when I questioned the delay, it still took another half hour! Some people have better things to do then sit around all morning. This isn't the first time this has happened...it happens every time. I don't mind waiting, but I expect either the car to be done when they've told me it would be, or at least get some kind of heads up from a service person explaining the delay. I'll go to another dealership where my business and time is appreciated
