I had talked with 5 other Nissan dealerships about the purchase of a new car. Two didnt respond, one took all day to respond, another would not budge on the sticker price and the 5th one was supposed to be getting a particular car from another dealer but it fell through and they didnt bother to call me ~~poor customer service and not a way to endear a person to return to their dealership. I had cash to purchase (and they knew this if they were paying attention) ~I called 2 dealerships without gracing their doorstep~~I suppose they didnt feel I was worth their time if I didnt appear in person. I decided to drive to Thomasville and look at Flowers Nissan. I walked in and asked a salesclerk if he was busy. He test drove with me and answered all my questions about the warranty etc while riding as a passenger. Got back to the showroom and told him what I wanted to pay and 5 min later we had a deal. Kenny Heaton was my sales clerk. I actually enjoyed talking with him while waiting for the paperwork to be prepped. There was no pressure to buy any extra add ons etc.....My dealership in Valdosta has lost my business....Drop by FLOWERS NISSAN to see what they can do for you!!

When I arrived at the dealship I was met in professional manner by Alan James. My questions were answered. After I droved two different cars I settled on one. Sometimes being a women I have been treated differently at a automobile dealership, this was not the case here. What a pleasant experience! Buying a car can be time consuming, frustrating and expensive but this was not our experience in working with Flowers Nissan and Jeff Mann. Jeff was well informed, was not the least bit aggressive in his sales approach and was able to answer all of our questions. Miss Ann handled the large stack of paperwork quickly and efficiently and we drove home in our brand new Nissan the same evening. It was surely worth a quick trip to Thomasville from Tallahassee to have this experience.

I went into Flowers Nissan insterested in a used 2011 Chevy Camaro that I saw on the front curve. A salesman by the name of Kenny was very helpful and honest in letting me know that would be a little bit out of my price range because of what I had as a down payment. However, I was in luck. He showed me two brand new options. I could chose between a Brand New Nissan Altima or a Nissan Sentra. After almost 3 hours of deciding I finally chose the Nissan Sentra. He was able t get my payments in an acceptable range and I was defintely satisfied with the upgrade. I would defintely recommend Flowes Nissan to anyone in the market for a new/used vehicle. Kenny was very patient and understanding of my needs. Aboslutely the best!!!!!

I brought my Nissan Altima into Flowers for a transmission noise. Travis was very nice on the phone and in person. He greeted me when I drove up and Jake the Service Manager came right out to ride with me to listen to the problem. He confirmed that it was a transmission problem and that because of the extended warranty on my vehicle, Nissan would replace my transmission at no cost to me. I left my car with them, and they had it fixed in two days. Jake checked me out and was very friendly and I left feeling great about the customer service I received at Flowers Nissan, Thomasville, GA. My car drives great and I am satisfied with the work performed on my Altima. I would definitely recommend Flowers Nissan to anyone. I will continue to drive from Tallahassee, FL to take my care to Flowers Nissan for service. Thanks Jeff for staying in touch. I have not made a final decision yet, all the prices are just a little too high. I liked the deal you had on the 2013 and you said you would add the spoiler for me. I think it was cloth and 2.5. What was the price on the White 2014 that we looked at on the showroom floor? I think you sent it too me earlier but I have had so many it might take a while to pull it out. I am looking for a good deal. I checked here in Tallahassee but they were high but had that warranty. I am not real sure I need the warranty and so I am still considering which way to go. The Nissan dealer in Gulfport had some really great deals but decided not to buy that far off. I still have the Malibu in mind as well. If you send the best deal, I will buy! I liked the car and it would be nice for the road but that 500 Ford drives better every time I get in it! (it could be that it is paid for) seriously I am ready to purchase a new car for road to Nashville. Our Maxima had some mechanical issues just after we purchased the car, but the service department and the mechanics in the in the shopfinally found the problems, and we have only been back to the dealer for minor issues. Flowers facilities we neat, clean and the personnelin the wait area were very friendly. I would recommend.

I purchesed a car for $5500 it was rigged only enough to drive a little, the rear tires were leaking air and had to be changed after 2 days of purhase and they wouldnt replace them, also I took it to a auto shop 1 month after I bought it and they said have worn out rotors,leaking radiator,all 4 struts need to be replaced, and a rear main seal leak. I tried to call them up and get it fixed but they said I bought it as is and cant do anything. I know the auto shop wasnt lying because I checked it out myself and this car is a damm money pit. Never buy anything from them ever. Also the salesman said that they would take care of my tags for me, what a lier I had to go register them myself. All together I've spent $2500 getting it repaired. What a bunch of liers...
