Do not bring your car here, I have a brand new Ford Mustang and they will refuse to replace the bumper due to manufacture problems. They will lie and tell you it was impact, when there is no damage whatsoever, they only care about money, will promise one thing and then lie about it. Sal is the absolute worst employee there, the service department will not accommodate you, especially after spending $30000 on a new car. Never come here.

I went in & we had settled on a deal that would work for me, the sales person kept getting up & bringing me back different figures when he was willing to give me a better price that worked for me from the beginning & all of a sudden the price kept going up & up....terrible customer service....I will not recommend this dealer ship, the worst ever....& their sales managers are greedy & awful ...they couldn't make an extra $3000.00 off of me so I walked out...for a difference of $3000.00...talk about greedy.

Never ever buy or maintain from this dealer, totally the worst service. Visited to get my car fixed, instead got an oil leak. When I told them they ignored the issue and denied but mentioned it in the report. After a third visit they confessed that their technician did not notice it written and now I have to visit again since they don't have all parts (so typical). If you value your time find another dealer, what a waist it was to invest in them.

I purchased my car at Montebello because of the fantastic service department at Montebello. Raudel is one of the best there for every problem that comes up. They are 5 star always. This is my third ford purchase but first time at Montebello. I was not pleased by the sale itself and the many things that went awry. The service department however is excellent.

We purchased a Ford F-150 with Eco-boost last month. Nizar helped make the experience as painless as possible. Let's face it, buying a car can be a miserable and time consuming experience. The team at Ford of Montebello were straight forward, kind, and made the experience so great that we will definitely purchase from them in the future.

Purchased a used vehicle that turned out to be faulty and not in good condition have not gotten any help from the service department or upper management. The vehicle broke down on us twice in one week. Dealership wont cancel my contract due to the vehicle not being in good condition. They sold us a lemon and they wont even address the situation. The only two people that have been in contact with us and have been helpful have been frank and Freddy. Dont purchase a used vehicle at this dealership

I went in to get an oil change and they attended me as soon as I got there! even tho I was late to my appointment, they helped me out the same day. It was fast and easy the person that helped me was able to explain what work he was going to do and it was explain very clear for no surprises or extra charge. He gave me an estimated time and it happens to be a lot faster service then expected. When I was ready to pay, they were able to find some credit I had in their system with no problem, I just needed to show them an email regarding the additional credit I had there. When waiting the chair were clean and the TV was at the right volume. They offered a ride from their shuttle, even tho my house is pretty far from this location. As well as coffee with everything else sugar, cups, straws, etc! I have been coming here since I got my car and they have been really helpful nothing to complain about. While waiting I was looking at the cars and I wasn't pushed into buying a car or upgrading my current one they answer all my questions I had if I would wanted to upgrade they even offer to test drive it. The whole facility was clean and organize from the sales floor the restroom, even the paperwork in the cash registers were organized. Ones I payed the provided me with the recipt and I was explain everything that was done to the car ones more and as well of the condition of the car I and in the future the would be able to help out with any repairs. It didn't take long to get my car from the pick up section and they protected my seats so they won't get dirty with plastic covers to prevent any oil and such to stain my car.

I purchased there last October a C-Max Hybrid and am very happy with my car. I did take it in for service. The radio did not want to turn off at all nor did it allow me to change stations. But I as assisted by Frank in service and he got my car fixed. I took a couple of days but Frank would call me everyday to keep me updated for which I am very grateful for. the Problem was fixed and am very very happy with the service and attention I received from Frank. We were able to purchase 2 vehicles in one setting because your staff were very helpful, patient and very accommodating. They really helped us to be able to meet our needs. Pleasing personalities and clearly explained to us what we don't understand. Thanks to them. Ford Explorer is an excellent car which we were surprised with the new features and the navigation system which we really have no knowledge and also the phone connection. Now we can brag to our grandchildren what we have learned. The first time we used the aircon it came out to be a heater so we turn it off. We read the manual while we were driving and finally found the right instruction. What an experience.Ford Escape this is really a big surprise to us driving without a key??? and backing up is very helpful with the screen infront of us but being not use to it, we still look back to make sure we don't bump any thing. At this age of ours we are very happy that we were able to drive a modern cars with all the new gadgets. new electronic device. Thanks to the Ford manufacturers and mechanics. Our big question is "if something happens with the electronics can we get out of the car safe???To sum it all we are very happy to choose the right cars for us it was excellent as expected.Thanks again to the helpfulness of your staff.

I have a Ford Focus 2014,when I can in for my 1st oil change I waited almost 4 hours with an appointment and nobody was able to explain what the delay was. I was reluctant to return even if I had purchased service with my car. I went in with no appointment and the service rep Mike was excellent! I was out in 1 hour 15 mins, I was amazed that he took his time to explain the service package I purchased for my car. I also work in Customer service and know that without our customers and their referrals we wouldn't survive. Mike was GREAT! I will be back and I'll go back to his wonderful service. I have referred other family members to ask for Mike when they go to Montebello Ford for their car service. Thank you!

I have a scion xb 2004 . The service was great. The staff was very polite. They had great customer service . I always have a lot of questions once there done with my car service. What I love is that they answer every single one, and with great customer service. What I didnt like is that they took a long time in having my car ready, after I was told it would only take an hour. As usual the service was great. This is a busy dealership, so try to arrive early. They have a shuttle service so you don't have to wait. The staff works together and really tries to accommodate everyone. I recently purchased a new vehicle here and decided to service my other ford vehicle that I purchased from a different dealership as well.

I purchased a 2015 Ford Explorer from Rodrigo Ruiz on January 28, 2015. He was vey helpful, courteous, and prompt when attending me. He actually found me a better vehicle than what I was expecting with a very reasonable price. Finance was also courteous and helpful when explaining numbers and I felt comfortable with the gentleman who attending me because he was not pushy, but rather explanatory with offers. It's been a year since I leased my Ford Explorer. I took my car for maintenance. The service department was prompt and friendly. Surprisingly, there was breakfast in the waiting room. My kids and I enjoyed the complementary breakfast sandwiches and drinks. The manager came out to say hello and to find out if we had any questions about the wait time. Nice. I am also glad that I purchased insurance because the maintenance was already covered. The free car wash is appreciated as well. It would be nice if the car was completely dry. Thank you.

I went in for an estimate on my driver door window that went out the day before. The estimate was provided, and the part was ordered; however, as part of the estimation, the technician put my window up and back in place, rather than leaving it down when I brought the car in. I was thankful that he replaced the window into its up position, for it had begun to rain at that time.

I brought in my 2013 C-Max for a recall regarding reprogramming the PCM. I added an oil change tire rotation. Miguel got me set up quickly. After a few hours I got the call that my car was ready. After the complimentary carwash, I was on the road. No muss, no fuss. Everyone at Montebello Ford was friendly and showed plenty of holiday spirit.

My car was taken to the service department immediately. I was told of the time required to complete the needed repair. I was given a ride home, and picked my car up the next morning. The repairs were completed on the afternoon of my arrival, but I chose to pick the car up the next day. Payment was easy, and all terms of my warranty were honored.

The service man was very nice and helpful. He called me after 5 pm to let me know my car was ready. I had told him I needed it by 4. That was not a problem. He was very apologetic and polite.However, when I called myself at 3:30 pm I asked for service for an update, the girl on the phone could not find my name or my car. "Sorry, I can not find it", then she paused with silence as if that was it. I explained that is not possible. Please look again and I gave her a description of my car. Still silence.. then finally she speaks up and says she found my car then said yes it is ready. I told her she should be more careful to say you do not have my car without more research. She did not comment as if she did not understand what I said. I was very concerned by her drawn out responses and terrible customer service that they lost my car? Worse, when I got there to pick it up both ladies at the counter were rude and NOT helpful. I expect they remembered me from the call as I expressed my dissatisfaction at that time. (reason for sneakers and NO response when I asked about my repairs) .This is not the first time I have taken my car to Montebello and not the first time I have noticed the service counter check out staff lacking customer service skills.Each time the service man himself have been very nice and helpful, it is always the check out process and ladies behind the counter. For some reason I feel they think they are too important to provide (at least pleasant personalities) and customer service.After this specific visit, I said to myself I will continue to go to the Oxnard location instead.

2015 Ford Explorer. Took it for service as a result of annoying rattling noise on passenger side dashboard when velocity of veichle reached 70-80 MPH. Was not too confident about a fix, but the service dept mechanics, in collaboration with other Ford service depts were able to identify the potential problem and FIXED it!!!! I love the Explorer but the annoying rattling sound on my new EXPLORER was cause for concern, but Ford of Montebello resolved the problem and I can go 80 mph and feel smooth as silk. Kudos to Gordon, service Dept Manager and Miguel, my service advisor. MANY THANKS

I came in to look at a vehicle with good gas mileage and space for my kids carseats. We had spoken with a rep before hand via email and expected to talk to him. We waited about 20-30 minutes and eventually dealt with a different rep in the same department. Fortunately for us, he was very helpful! He didn't mind taking us back and forth to the storage lot to look at cars. Once we selected the car we liked the negotiations began with the finance rep. This was the most challenging part of the day. I came in with an exact amount in my mind which I expressed and made very clear. The finance rep came back with an amount far out of my range. After going back and forth a couple of times, we finally settled on the amount I had originally wanted to pay. We could have saved a lot of time if he had not been trying to high ball me. The best part was dealing with the sales rep, Saul! He was very thorough and more than willing to show me all the features of the Fusion Energi Titanium. Even after I left he was willing and available via text to answer questions I still had regarding the operation of car and insurance agencies who gave discounts! Great guy! He would make a great leader for your dealership! ! My only hiccup now is trying to get the 88mpg that I thought I would get from the car. So far it is only HALF that. A bit misleading...but hopefully there is a resolution.

Everyone was very nice and attentive. The only downfall that I had was that there was a small dent on the bumper that they neglected to inform me about, they didn't have the door pass code available, and there was a broken panel in the trunk. I just feel, even though it was a used vehicle, these items should have been addressed before the purchasing process began. It was a little frustrating that I had to negotiate getting those items to be fixed afterwards. After asking for these items to be fixed and at no charge they took care of it quickly and their customer service was excellent. Overall, Ford Montebello was a good experience and would go back again.

I was very reluctant to take my vehicle to the dealership due to the fact I have no warranty. That can get expensive . So I was scheduled to test drive a fusion for a day which I was happy about since they were going to pay me for. I arrived to get diagnostic done and meanwhile got everything in order with the test drive. Christine was extremely nice and made the process easy and fast. after that I decided to talk to a salesman to get information on the trucks on the lot , really just to kill time while I was waiting on my own. Alfred was great, he answered all my questions with no hesitation and mentioned all kinds options that could make a new or slightly used truck possible. because of his patience and consideration I am now very much thinking of not only getting newer truck but going directly to Ford of Montebello to do so. Afterwards I got the diagnosis back on the condition of my truck. wasn't bad but not great pricey as it was. Frank from the service department showed mercy on me, lol. and was able to work with me and really removed my initial apprehension . Frank really surprised me. as everyone did. I really want to thank Frank from the service department. Alfred from sales , and Christine for all there professionalism and help.

We purchased a 2011 Ford F-150. The service was pretty good. We have excellent credit and should've received a 1.9% APR rather than a 2.5% that was advertised on their website. We did like that they weren't overly pushy. However, we left messages for our salesman regarding 3 free months of Sirius satellite radio that is supposed to come with a Certified Preowned vehicle and can't seem to get him to return our phone call. So they are lacking in follow through.

Ford Friends and Family, Our buying experience of our 2015 Ford Explorer XLT was excellent. The minute we walked out of our car, everyone was friendly and courteous. We had an appointment with Alex Velalsco as we were referred from Costco New Vehicle Buying program. Art was professional and provided world class customer service. We were interested in a vehicle that had a scratch on the passenger side and ultimately Art and Javier facilitated a dealer trade to obtain a vehicle that was unblemished. Although it took a 2 days to obtain, Art and Javier facilitated a loaner vehicle that was also a Ford Explorer, wihch facilitated my transporation while I waited for my new vehicle. My kids loved the playroom while they waited and the entire experience was second to none. I also received follow up calls to guage my satisfication. Top notch service Ford of Montebello. Keep it up. Brought in my ford explorer 2012 to have the Sync console repaired. When I bought the vehicle, initially the console would not open and told me to come back to have it serviced. Upon inspection, a part has to be ordered and so for the meantime the console was just opened so I may use it to plug my USB. When the part arrived after waiting for almost 2 weeks, I brought in my car and they installed that missing part within 30 minutes. Service was fast and the staff was excellent at Ford of Montebello.

I would have liked to have gotten my car detailed on the date of purchase, so that I do not have to bring it back. Also, I would have liked to have received my Ipad on the day I bought the car. However, my overall experience was great. Nazar was very persistent. Issi probably made me say yes with the Ipad inclusion; otherwise, I might have continued looking because I really wanted a sunroof. Absolutely loved Sam, the finance guy. Overall, my experience was terrific! One of my friends is interested in going with me to look around, when I pick up my Ipad. On Friday 9/12 I called the Montebello Ford Service Dept and spoke to Miguel. He gave me a quote for $381.50 to replace my windshield. I was unable to service the car that day but the following Tuesday 9/16 I called the Service Dept. back and spoke to another young man, but his quote for the windshield was $300 more. I'm not kidding. I was in shock. I insisted to speak to Miguel. Thankfully, Miguel stood by his original quote and replaced my windshield that very same day. I am so glad Miguel was onsite. I give Miguel an A+ for customer service and satisfaction.However, I'm not sure why I was quoted two completely different prices with such a large margin for the exact same windshield. Both men asked for my vin # and quoted me accordingly. I have to admit, the higher quote made me very suspicious. I am now going to spread the word, "Buyer Beware if you're going to Montebello Ford Service Dept." Now that I know the game, going forward, I'm going to call ahead two or three times for quotes and I'll go with the fairest one.

I had some issues and the service manager is excellent. He took over and resolved all of my issues and my car is running excellent. I have two ford vehicles and the repair on my Fiesta was expensive. However; it was well worth it. I understood the process and after Gordon explaining every details to me..I was completely satisfied. The service manager at this location is outstanding. I have a great deal of respect. I have never left a service repair shop with complete understanding of what service was preformed and why. And the car running excellent.

I only have 1 issue and it's concerning a call. When I arrived there at the dealer the help was service was a 4 out of 5. But i am still waiting on a call back from Michel Isip, who was my advisor that day (9/9/14). He took care of all that I needed. He had my battery changed which was still under warranty and I had the oil changed. My problem starts when I got home, I had forgotten to ask about the warranty on the battery replacement. I called Montebello Ford looking for Mr. Isip, the girl that answered asked me to hold and when she returned on the phone she asked if she could help because Mr. Isip was unavailable. I asked her my question then she told me that would be a question for Mr. Isip and if I wanted to I could leave a message for him. I left a message with my question and call back info. Here we are on Sept. 16 and the date of the phone call was made on Sept. 9 and I'm still waiting on a call back.

Although the service that I received at Cerritos was good, I believe that I have found a home at Montebello. Both my daughter (2013 Edge) and I (2014 Explorer Limited 4WD) have purchased new vehicles from Christian Camachoand and are completely satisfied. I called service to ask if I could come in that same day for a 7500 service on my 2013 Edge.The service person (I think it was Frank) said sure. I came in, dropped thecar off and went to the customer lounge where I enjoyed free coffee, a clean restroom, and TV. When the car was done, the service person came and got meand directed me to the cashier. The car was even washed. The service was excellent. My truck is a 2004 f 350. 10 yrs old. Have to keep up the maintenance. Miguel in service keeps me inform on what is needed to keep my truck running great. Your mechanics & Miguel are extremely helpful. I would recommend your dealership any time.

I HAVE TAKEN MY CAR NUMEROUS TIMES FOR THE PROBLEM WITH THE CHECK LEFT REAR DOOR OPEN INDICATER UNTIL THE LITE WOULD NOT TURN OFF. BECAUSE OF THIS. THERE WAS MANY TIMES THE CAR ALARM WOULD GO OFF EVEN WITH ALARM TURNED OFF. NOW WITH MY EXTENDED WARRENTY LONGED EXPIRED AND $500 PLUS PAID. IM VERY DISAPPOINTED THE PROBLEM WAS NOT FIXED A LOT SOONER. MONTEBELLO PROVIDES GREAT SERVICE FOR ENGINE. IM SORRY TO SAY AS FAR AS MY TIRES HAVE WORN UNEVENLY WHEN I HAVE TAKEN IT FOR ALIGNMENT SERVICE THERE. I HAVE DECIDED TO TAKE MY ESCAPE ELSE WHERE FOR ALIGNMENT AND ENGINE NEEDS. I purchased a new 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid. The service was straightforward and efficient. The salespeople were responsive to phone calls and emails, but weren't overly pushy with frequent unsolicited calls and emails -- the perfect balance. The only downside was the way they tried to sell an extended warranty / maintenance plan at an initially inflated price, and then "found" a discount when I declined it. I expect to do some haggling over the base cost of the car, but wasn't expecting it for the extended warranties.

I had a factory recall/fix. Ivan, one of the service managers helped me...he was very helpful and checked all that had been done and recommended other services which I decided to wait on....no pressure. The service only took about 45 minutes as was promised.

As sono as I Wallets in, I was welcomed by Alfred, he was really friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions with patience, was honest about the cars, I had researched the car I wanted and he said everything correct. He didn't try to persuade to buy a car a that was more expensive, he helped me be more sure of the car I wanted. He offered a test drive, helped me manage the technology, he even offered to set up the Bluetooth. The negotiating was smooth, he listened to what I wanted and gave me as much as he could. I've shopped for many cars in the past but never have I been treated with so much respect. I'll be buying my kids cars within the next year and I know I will definitely go to him. The most respectful and honest car sales man I've ever dealt with.

I am extremely satisfied with the service and help from Ford Montebello. I am a first time buyer and was cautious about sales representatives, especially car sales representatives. I walked into the Ford of Montebello not interested in buying but more so with a guard up and just looking. I was immediately greeted by the kindest most generous gentlemen. Zee Martinez and Mannuel A. Collins were very professional sales representatives. Mannuel took extra time and care to find me the car I have been looking for by naturally building rapport with me, within minutes I felt as though I could trust him in his search because he understood what I was looking for exactly. The whole time I felt as though the whole staff had my best interest at heart. I was happy when Mannuel searched on his own without me so that I didn't have to walk around the whole lot in search with him (true gentlemen), he came back within minutes so enthusiastic and led me to the car I envisioned myself in. We immediately took it out for a test drive and he was highly knowledgeable of the car. I was extremely impressed by how much information he shared. After the drive I was unexpectedly ready to purchase this wonderful car. After discussing the details of the financing options in his office we were greeted by the sales manager Michael Tapia. This was not an ordinary manager, he was definitely helpful by teaming up with Mannuel to make sure I was happy with every single detail about my financing plan all the while building great rapport with me and was extremely generous on the final agreement. After the seemingly hassle free process I was immediately helped by Herbert Valiente in the financing department. He was extremely kind throughout the whole transaction. After discussing the contract agreement details to make sure everything was correct Herbert was about to finish the final print out of the contract, but then it was James Ross Jr. who made me happiest because he actually approved a lower interest rate at the last second to get me an even more generous financing option. I felt as though they did everything they could to make sure I was taken care of financially and comfortable with all contract details and fees without me asking for a better deal, its almost as if they enjoyed helping people. This is extremely important to me as a buyer because I know that I could refer family friends to these gentlemen. I know that this sounds like a fairy tale car dealership and to be honest it really is, if you are interested in buying, the Ford Dealership of Montebello is where everyone should go. I have already referred friends and family because I truly believe that these professional representatives of Ford will make your day a pleasant one.

At Ford of Montebello, I had a very good experience. Salesperson Yuvi and Sales Manager Javier were great!. I was looking for a particular vehicle which nobody had in the entire san Diego and LA county but Ford of Montebello did. I had a great experience at Ford of Montebello, Yuvi and Javier( Sales Manager) was excellent. They were very patient throughout the deal. I juggled around couple of cars but Yuvi was very calm and helped us with all the knowledge required on the cars. End up buying my dream car Mustang 5.0 GT. I would recommend everyone to go buy/trade in your car from this dealership and ask for Yuvi or Javier.

I brought my Honda Accord to Ford of Montebello because I heard good things about the service department. I had an initial service that solved my problem, but unfortunately, due to the age of my vehicle, I developed another problem. The Service Manager, Gordon Cook, came out to see me and I explained the problem with the power steering. He was very understanding and said that the problem was a common after effect of the initial service.He not only handled the problem for me....got it back to me in a timely manner....and asked me to check in with him, personally, in a few days to make sure that the problem was solved.I have been to a few dealers for service. I was pleased with the professional, polite, and informative way that Gordon dealt with my car issues. He did all of these despite the fact that I did not own a Ford vehicle. I will definitely be returning to this service department in the future for service.

I came to get my car serviced on November 19,2013. I was very pleased to be greeted first hand by Javier Castellanos. He directed me to Carlos Ruiz. Carlos let me know I will only be waiting about 45 minutes to an hour for my oil change. I was very happy to hear since I had other errands to take care of. I sat in their waiting area and enjoyed a coca cola. Time went by fast while I watched tv.

Their fleet manager JAVIER CASTELLANOS and me had a deal over the phone on Friday night after we saw a ford explorer earlier that day, we couldn't pick it up that night, we set up a appointment for Saturday at 11:30 am, he told me the car it's yours we are going to clean it for you so it be ready when you pick it up tomorrow, when me and my family showed up to buy it, they told us they had just sold it???? We had the check and all the paperwork, my kids and wife weren't happy, their excuse was we didn't give them a down payment, really??? How bout a call saying if you don't come right now we are going to sell it, but to me when some one tell you the car it's yours as a man you have to honor your word, and as a dealership your sales man have to have integrity, they have a bill of rights for buyers, they should take it out of the wall because they don't honor it!!!

I'm glad I purchased my SUV from here! There's another Ford dealership, literally right down the street from my house, but I had a bad experience with their "closer". Since I work close to Montebello, I figure I'd give these guys a shot - BEST DECISION EVER! Javier C. and his staff really went out of their way to find the Explorer I wanted (huge inventory) and worked out a deal I was very happy with! The dealership is beautiful and they even have a kids room! I definitely recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a new vehicle!

I service my car here because it's close to home. Service here is average at best. Couple of weeks ago i go in for a routine oil change on my 2010 focus (bought elsewhere). Everything goes as expected. Checked my car in, waited while work was done and pay. While waiting for car to come out someone impressed me. A guy nicely dressed in a suit (can't remember name) approaches me and ask if someone was helping me. I tell him that i'm waiting for my car. Then he ask how my experience was so far and what he could do to improve it. The manner in which he asked and listened to me was what impressed me. I could tell that he was some type of manager of the store by his professionalism and his demeanor. He even went as far to take notes in his phone. In conclusion, he thanked me for being a loyal customer and for the valued recommendations. I left the dealership feeling that my concerns mattered. Never before at this or other dealerships has a single person made me feel important like this. It always felt like they wanted my money and my job was to keep it. Kudos to Ford of Montebello for the unusual nice experience. I hope my next service with you guys is as pleasant.

I purchased my 2012 F150 ecoboost at Ford of Montebello, although Kenny was outstanding in the sale matter..the service department is the worst ever.1st time my truck was service which was to install wheel whell liners..bolts were loose..2nd time which was my 1st oil change the mechanic left oil hand prints on the hood and grill...my last visit..oil on the head rest, drivers seat, center arm rest..I just do not understand the unprofessional employees there..they apologize everytime..I even spoke with the sons owner James same thing sorry yet really unconcern for his employees lack of concern work habits..STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.....you spend 40,000 plus on a vehicle and they treat it like dirt..

I purchase my car at this so call dealership (Ford of Montebello) I have serviced my car their for the last year and today I go in for service and they decided to remove my alarm system just because they said I had not purchase an alarm system of course after a year how are you going to remember. Just be careful with this dealership two years later they are going to say you didn't purchase wheels or a radio and remove that too. how sad is that.

Bought my first car here and had a wonderful experience. Kenny K. helped me narrow down a vehicle and gave me a good deal on it. And he didn't just sell me the car, he personally came to pick me up and drove me to the dealership. On top of that, once the sale was done, Ken sat in the car with me and went over all of the tech features of the vehicle and made sure that I was fully satisfied with my purchase. Super-professional and easy to work with both online (over email) and in person and I'd be happy to recommend them to family and friends in the future.

The staff at Ford of Montebello were amazing! From the point I was introduced to to my salesmen Kenny Kibanga, to the point I drove off the lot, I was treated as if I was part of the family. Not only did Kenny take great care of me but James Ross Jr. was there for me every step of the way. I have bought several cars over my 30+ years of driving and I have never been treated better.Some dealers claim they are the biggest, but that doesn't make them the best. Ford of Montebello is truly an amazing team that Ford should be very proud of.

THE SALES GUY WAS GREAT HE WENT OUT OF HIS WAY BUT THE OTHER SERVCICE FROM DEALER WAS CRAPPY. I PURCHASED A HONDA ACCORD FROM THEM AND THERE WAS A RECALL ALREADY ON THE ELECTRICAL SWITCHES. ALSO IT NEEDED NEW BREAKS WHICH I PAID $168.00 TO GET THEM INSTALLED. I HAD TO TAKE IT BACK TO THEM TO PERFORM SOME WORK ON THE STRUTS WHICH WAS WEARING OFF THE INTERIOR TIRE FROM THE REAR PASSENGER. THEY REPLACE THE STRUTS N TIRE BUT THE TIME IT TOOK ME TO GO DOWN FROM WHERE I LIVE AT TO THE DEALER. THEY DID PROVIDED ME WITH A RENTAL BUT THATS NOT THE POINT. IT WAS A REALLY TIME CONSUMING FOR ME WHICH I SHOULDNT HAVE GONE TRU ESPECIALLY WHEN I JUST GAVE THEM MY BUSINESS... I AM VERY DISSAPOINTERD ON MY PURCHASE.

I had one of the worst customer service experience from this dealership.I called Friday evening for a car and after price and other details, i was promised by dealer to hold/reserve my car to pick up on sunday since it was more than 200 miles drive for me. On saturday evening, when i called to check what i needed to bring for paperwork, i was told that the car has been sold to someone else that morning. They said that reserve/hold has no meaning and whoever comes with cash fast, gets the car. I was not even notified and felt cheated and the sales rep/managers were rude and highly unprofessional (i even heard them laughing on the phone over the matter)Stay away from this dealer!!
