My wife bought a Toyota3 years ago at Fox. She has been very happy with the car. I started looking on the internet for a specific car and went to the "build your Toyota" web set and built a specific car. Got an email shortly thereafter with descriptions of several cars at the Fox lot. None matched my specific car. Called the person who sent the email (Kim Bridges) and told her my specifications. She called back several hours later and told me they had found my car nearby..Made an appointment, went to Fox , got a trade-in price and bought the car on a Wednesday from Paul. Kelly. They had the car by Friday and I picked it up. Paul was busy so I worked with Mike Day. Both good guys. Mike went over the numerous dials, knobs and such with me and answered any questions. All in all a good experience.

Jamie Parker from Fox Toyota was fantastic.We found Jamie to be helpful and informative without being "car salesman-ish". We bought a Prius and we love it. We will definitely buy from Fox in the future and we are telling our friends and family about Jamie and the whole Fox team. Thank you Jamie and Fox Toyota.

My purchase experience was all that I could ask for. Dan and Rob(the sales manager) did all they could to be sure that I was satisfied with my transactiion with them.I have also been very pleased with the followup since the purchase.I would certainly recommend Fox Toyota to any of my friends and the vehicle hasexceeded my expectations.It is reassuring to know that Fox does everything possible to earn customer satisfaction.

I had never bought a car before, so I felt intimidated by the whole procedure. When my daughter and I arrived at Fox Toyota, we were greeted by Ben Barrett. He was friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, helpful, and thoroughly professional. The entire experience was pleasant. My experience at Fox Toyota in Auburn was excellent. I was looking for a specific type of vehicle which was not available at the time. I looked at other vehicles and even test drove one, but I was not comfortable. The sales person Ben Barrett, was very helpful he assured me that he would try to locate the type of vehicle I was looking for. I later received a call from Mr. Barrett stating he had a vehicle that I may like. I went in and test drove a Toyota Matrix and after I had several questions answered a deal was made, and I bought the Matrix. I fund the sales person, the manager and the financial service person to be very understanding and helpful. I would recommend the service to anyone. The team was very professional and easy to work with.

Previously owned a 2005 Toyota Camry that we purchased at Fox Toyota and had very good results with them. And we wanted to get a new car and the salesman Tom Prairie was very helpful in our decsion to purchase a new Camry. Mr Prairie also helped our son with a lease on a 2011 Camry.

I had an excellent experience at Fox Toyota Subaru in Auburn. Fred Gibson was super friendly, well-informed, and an overall great person to work with. I came in looking for a pre-owned Subaru Forester and while Fred did show me new as well as used vehicles, I didn't ever feel like he was trying to push me into buying a (much more expensive) new car. Everyone else I encountered at the dealership was also really friendly and helpful. Bottom-line is I didn't ever feel jerked around and ended up purchasing exactly the kind of car I was looking for, for not too bad a price.
