I was in the market for a new car and visited 3 dealerships. Fox Volkswagen was by far the best experience I had. Ryan and Kirsten were very friendly, detailed and professional. I could tell they loved what they are doing. They worked overtime, and I mean they stayed after closing time to accommodate me. Great teamwork. I'm very impressed.

I called, got Frank on the phone and he was very personable. Went to the dealership the next day and he delivered on his promises, best the other dealers pricing and was very easy to work with. Only downside is that it took a very long time to get my new car from the back while they were detailing it, but it was squeeky clean.

I have received an email from them telling me I have a safety recall on my VW Jetta only to open it up to find information on the diesel settlement along with ads for new VWs. How can anyone stoop so low as to take advantange of a consumer like this.I would never suggest anyone to purchase from a dealership that would stoop this low for business.

I bought a used 2013 Jetta in May 2016 under a certified pre-owned car. I have a "Bumper to Bumper" warranty. 4 months later, I find faulty rear brake discs and punctures in 2 tires. The first time I went in for a tpms light and a brake inspection. They said the brakes aren't covered, nor are the tires. They told me all 4 tires were low (after I checked them and found one low.) and raised the pressure, and told me nothing was leaking. 2 days later, the right front tire went flat and they patched where they said it was leaking from a 3rd party plug. I never took the car anywhere but fox. I checked the tire after, and found the leak somewhere else in the tire. The service manager tried to blame it on me, but when I asked if they balanced the wheel, he said yes. The. I asked who balanced the wheel after patching it. He asked the mechanic if he balanced the wheel and he said no. It's one thing to mess up once, but to mess up 3 times in a row and lie to my face made me lose all trust in Fox. When I left the parking lot my tpms light came back again, so I went back and told Mike that I didn't make it a 1/4 mile before the light came back. He proceeded to argue that it wasn't his fault and just wasted my time.

I needed a car ASAP and Mr. Travis Hamilton made sure the sale of a vehicle would happen soon; all information on used cars (Chevrolets) was printed for my perusal. Two cars were test driven and once the decision was made, the deal was finalized. Also, Mr. Hamilton was patient, precise and extremely professional!!!

Travis greeted me with a smile when i first walked and kept that smile and eagerness to make me happy throughout my whole time working with him. I was in the market several months ago for a new vehicle and was very disappointed by the rushed, pressured, and condescending treatment by some dealerships. But when I visited Fox Volkswagen, I was treated with the upmost respect and dignity. My Sales Associate, Travis Hamilton, was very kind and patient and actually cared about what I wanted in a vehicle. He was knowledgeable and experienced and took his time while showing me the features and options in my new 2016 Jetta. Travis answered all my questions fully and to my satisfaction. This is a very pushy and rude dealership. From being approached before I was able to walk in the door to being thrown a color I didn't want. The two people I talked to might have been the worst and one was a manager. Frank and Steve are rude and not customer friendly. Gray hair guy walking through yelling through the building it's a great day for closing deals or something like that was not promising either. Over all not happy and I bought a ford down the street.

I have lived on East coast and I was happy with service I had from Young shop in Massachusetts, and I could not believe that I could find a dealer as FOX VW. The service is the best I have seen in this country, and the quality of work was outstanding. Who really wants to work on a 1996 Jetta GLS in 2015? Quite a bit old & a little rusty here & there, but it is FOX that serviced the ole girl for most of her lifetime! After 17 yrs. of your service, I can say I have always been satisfied. And now that it's time to let her go, I very much appreciated the time 'Ron your Mechanic' took to solve & fix/correct the issues on such an old car, and your 'Service Consultant Joe' just great, as well, so nice, and attentive to my concerns to get it repaired. I won't go so far as to say I want my car to break down, but on the rare occasion it has, I always feel confident I am in good hands when I take my car here. As a female, I dread going to get repairs done on my car. I found this to be exactly the opposite for my experience at Fox. Bernie Buchta the service consultant that I spoke with was knowledgeable and insured me that I would be taken care of. I sat in the waiting area and an hour later Bernie came to speak to me to let me know what the problem was with my car. It was a simple fix and the cost was minimal and never did Bernie once try to talk to me into other things that typically are up sales for most dealerships. If you need service on your car, I highly recommend that you go to Fox and request Bernie Buchta. He was a kind young man who I was confident knew exactly what he was talking about. He knows about cars and explained in detail to me what had been done to my car so that I understood. Thank you Bernie Buchta for your professional service you gave me!!

This was my first visit at fox vw dealership. I did go there after a horrific experience at another vw dealership. As soon as I met and talk to Bernard Buchta I knew the service would be quite different than the previous dealership. Well spoken and mannerred Bernard took time to listen to my problem and explained what they can do to fix it. Left my car for service with a peace of mind that I will not be lied to or mislead. Two hours later the mechanics had already determined the problem and Bernard was on the phone with me to discuss further plan of action . I was impressed. Just a bad sensor!? No need for new transmission , no no problem found! Bernard brought my trust in honesty back, and earned a loyal customer to fox dealership. I will buy and service my cars at fox dealership with no doubt in the future and without a fear that I am being lied to. Thank you Bernard, thank you everyone that works at fox vw of Rochester.

This is now my 4th car from Alex He goes above and beyond every time. He called me telling me we have some great programs and can lower your monthly payment stop in. He said give me 15 minutes of your time. He was done in 10 minutes gave me the new prices told me what colors and even got me the next level up for less money. I picked it up three days later everything was great clean and finance manager was great as well went over the paper work and got my wheel and tire cost down as well. Over all Fox VW is lucky to have Alex back. I have given his name to all of my co workers and family. He is a rock star

Alex and everyone I encountered at the dealership was super. I had chosen a black Jetta with tan interior. I chose the tan without seeing it - mistake. I was hesitant leaving the dealership with the Jetta after realizing the tan, in my opinion, was cream/off white. I contacted Alex as soon as I arrived home. He wasn't sure what he could do, but assured me he would speak to his manager first thing in the morn. I was panicked at this point. Well, Alex came through for me with flying colors! I am now sporting around in a beautiful black on black Jetta. I know Fox VW did not have to take the car back - but they did. I am extremely pleased and a very happy customer.

I made an offer over the internet and it was accepted. I flew in from Florida, was picked up at the airport and spent less than an hour at the dealership. Then I was on the road in my car. I worked with Fred Brown who was very helpful. Easiest car buying experience of my life!

I recently purchased a used 2013 GMC Terrain and could not be happier with how everything went during the process with Alex. I was trading in a car that is a bit unique and he put in way more effort than i expect to find the right fair trade in price. The sales process was extremely smooth as well. He did not pressure me at all through the transaction and was only answering questions and advising me with my best interest in mind. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new or used car!!

I originally went to Fox VW because they were the only dealer in the area that had the car that I wanted - it's a little out of the way for me - but soon learned that it was well worth the trip. I have dealt with a lot of salespeople over the years and Alex Giacona is definitely one of the best. He was very easy going and friendly, understood exactly what I was looking for and did not try to pressure us to make any decisions right away.I would highly recommend Fox VW - and when you get there, I would highly recommend you ask for Alex Giacona. I was treated like a queen from the moment I walked in the door. Nick introduced me to Alex Giacona and told me he would take good care of me, he was wrong! He took FANTASTIC care of me. He was able to explain all the different options and vehicles and helped me choose the right car and financial options that best fit my needs. Nick was very fair on my trade and treated me with respect. On the day of delivery the owner came by and personally introduced himself. I also observed the service department and loved that they have a board that advises the status of any service being perfomed. Good customer serivce always starts with solid and postivie communcations. Other dealers could learn from FOX. Alex went above and beyond the duties of a typical salesman and I would recommend him to others. This was by far the best purchase experience I have had.

Alex Giacona and Nick Schrah took amazing care of my wife and I. We were currently leasing a 2012 VW Passat that we wanted to get out of early. Alex did a great job discussing the lease options in regards to an internet ad that I brought in. Overall, I walked away happy with a great car at a good value. I would recommend Alex and his manager Fred Brown to anyone who is interested in purchasing a VW. What I really liked about the guys at Fox is the no pressure and relaxed environment, which seems to be hard to find these days. I've had less than stellar experiences at other local VW dealers, and would only consider Fox for another vehicle in the future. Great job!

My wife and I were in the market for a newer vehicle. We started looking online for used VW Jetta TDI's. I had found one at another dealership, but when I went there to look at it, it was already sold. While at this other place, I test drove another one for more money, which I was not interested in and they did not want to work with on price or find something to fit our needs. While talking with their salesman, my wife was searching online for other dealers in the area and we found Fox. We drove there and we're overwhelmed at how well the customer service was and the friendliness of the staff. Alex answered all of our questions, got us into a payment we could afford and did not pressure us one bit. I felt very crowded at the other dealer, but felt so relaxed with the Fox group. I live a good distance from Rochester Hills but will be referring everyone to Fox.

I went into Fox for my 30K mile service and was interested in what was required of me when trading in my lease and what the next steps were to get into a new lease. The car I had was my wife and my first lease, and the Sign Then Drive promotion was going on, so we were interested to see if there were any options for us to get into a new vehicle a little early. Alex Giacona came out to the Service Center area and met us and took us in to talk about the options.Alex was great! We appreciate it when someone is there to answer questions and provide recommendations when asked, but aside from that, they let the car do the selling. Alex was really good at recommending various vehicles based on what we were looking for. We took a vehicle home for the night and when we returned it the next day my wife and I test drove a few more vehicles. Alex was always there to answer questions and spent a good amount of time with us walking around the lot and looking at various cars.One of the things I appreciated the most was that Alex ran the numbers on all the vehicles we were looking at, let us take them home to review, followed up with an email the next day to see if we had any questions (which we did), and was able to get us the information we needed to make the best decision for our family.After a couple of days of working with Alex, my wife and I leased a great car that we are going to love and I think a lot of that had to do with Alex and the Fox team. I'm a returning customer to Fox, and I'll continue to return to Fox and work with Alex in the future. In my opinion, you can't find a better Sales and Service team in the area. Alex & the Fox team, thanks for making this such a great experience.

The staff are friendly, patient and helpful. There were no high pressure sales techniques. We were given ample time to test drive several vehicles and get financing information on the final two we narrowed down to. Once we made a decision, the lease process was smooth and efficient. Our salesperson gave us a thorough run-through all of the features of the car before we left and called to follow up and make sure that we were happy and had no questions. I've never had a better experience buying or leasing a car.

I believe that Fox Volkswagon of Rochester Hills truly deserves a 5 star rating! From the moment we walked into the showroom and were greeted by Alex Giacona, our sales representative, we felt right at home. Our salesperson was not high pressure but was very informative and helpful in answering all of our questions. He gave us several possibilities to consider and we came up with the correct choice, I believe. We are happy with our VW Touareg and Alex was very helpful in explaining all of the features at delivery. I had left about 5 CD's in our trade in, and Alex even contacted me after the trade and purchase to tell me he had my CD's and would save them for me. It was these personal touches that made car-buying a very pleasurable experience! This is the second car we have purchased from Alex in 3 months, and hopefully will not be our last!

First of all I did not have a clue this dealership was still in business. I see every other dealerships ads on the paper, TV, radio so I went to three others stores first because I heard or saw their ads more then once. I was driving to a friends house and I saw a VW logo on the street. I looked it up on line and found it. They all did treat me very well and I feel I did get the best price and service It was about a three day process because I had the other dealers hounding me. The sales people at Fox did not push for the sale that day. I wasn't ready. I would refer people to Fox but I will say they need to get their name out there more and prove to people they are the 'nicer' dealership, Like I said I didn't know they were open because I saw/heard all the other store's ads. You NEED better advertsing!

This was the second VW dealership I visited before making my purchase. I had also visited many other manufacturer dealerships. This also was the fourth new car that I have purchased, so I have seen several different dealerships. I originally called in and spoke to Theron, and he answered many of my questions and was very courteous. I later went into the dealership and saw him. He was very understanding of my position and what I was looking for. He was also very honest. There were a couple very specific questions that I asked him and he advised me that he was a bit new to the dealership, rather than lying to me, and he went and confirmed the answers to those questions before answering them for me. Price was a big issue for me and they worked with me very much on it. Based on the pricing that I had received at the other dealership compared to what they were offering me, I could tell that they were truly trying to help me. I purchased the car during a great promo and they were even able to help make that promo match my needs. All in all, I was extremely impressed with Theron's professionalism, honesty, and his ability to be personable and make me feel like I was dealing with a friend rather than a salesperson. And I was also very impressed with the dealership's professionalism and caring to help me find what met my needs best, rather than what they wanted to sell.

I've had nothing but great experiences with Fox Volkswagen and Alex. I just purchased my second car from Fox, the first from Alex. The negotiation was easy, and the delivery didn't take very long. Rob, the sales manager, is great as well. They know I don't have a lot of time to spend at dealers, and they make sure I'm in and out quickly.The finance manager, Dave, was great. Dave sold me my first car from Fox (which was my fourth VW), and now he is the finance manager. It's great when an organization promotes from within!I recommend Fox to all of my family and fiends looking for a VW, Toyota, Chevy, or used car. I will be back for my next VW!Thanks!!

I initially went to the Troy, MI dealership as it is closer in proximity to my home but the sales person along with the finance person was very unpleasant to deal with. They were beyond rude and unwilling to help/explain as to why I was not approved when I informed them upon arrival that I've already been approved by VW credit as I filled out the application online. I did not understand why they were less than courteous to me so I went to Fox in search of answers.Sean from the very beginning listened as I explained the bad experience I had at Somerset dealership in Troy. Between himself & the Finance Manager (I can't remember her name), I walked away with not only with my new Jetta but a great experience! Sean worked very hard in finding exactly what I WANTED in the time frame I needed and the lady Finance Manager was very nice, kind, & truly very good at her job. I would highly recommend these 2 people to anyone considering a VW purchase/lease.

I have rarely had positive experiences at dealerships, and this one was exceptional. I was merely contemplating leasing a new car and wound up driving away with a brand-new Tiguan. Theron was by far the best automotive salesperson I've ever worked with. He was respectful, courteous, and never once pushy. He even took me out to lunch while we waited for my car to be prepped! We went in on a busy, rainy Saturday to test drive the Passat and Theron was a pleasure to work with. He pulled up two cars for us to test drive and we had a lot of laughs in the car. We were impressed by the car's features and soon wanted to talk about purchasing a car. Theron was fair, friendly and happily not pushy. We talked some numbers and decided to think it over for a day and get back in touch the following Monday. We returned on Monday, agreed to a price and Theron, Maureen and I'm sure a few others, stayed past their 9 pm closing time to make sure we had a clean car with a full tank and all of the paperwork was taken care of. Van and Robert were extremely helpful throughout the leasing process. They were very easy to deal with and seemed very straight forward when we negotiated my lease and trade-in. I have been impressed by the level of service I have received so far from everyone at Fox Volkswagen. I have been very pleased with my new VW CC and will definitely be happy to do business with Van and Robert again in the future.

I was looking to lease my first car that would be in my own name, and had my heart set on a car at a different dealership. A friend recommended that I check out Fox because he had leased his car there and was really happy with his experience. I went there and met Jeff Kessler, where he genuinely listened to my preferences, rather than trying to sell me something I could not afford. He was extremely helpful and went over the pros and cons of buying and leasing, and the different types of cars that are out there (not just what was offered in his dealership). He said based on what I was looking for, I should check out the VW Jetta. He then introduced me to Alex Giacona. I did not know much about cars, and found him to be extremely informative and easy to get along with. After discovering the VS Passat, I decided that was the car that I wanted. Alex really worked with me to make sure I got a reasonable price (at the time I had just graduated college and was on a strict budget), and really made the leasing process a breeze for me. He also really worked with me to make sure I got everything I wanted in my car. Both Jeff and Alex still check up on me and the car (in a non-overbearing way). I had an amazing experience at this dealership and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone interested in buying or leasing a car.

I walked into fox around lunch time on a Wednesday. I was approached immediately by a younger salesman named Alex. Extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and very polite. I didn't feel like I was dealing with the "salesperson" we all know too well.I was introduced to Rob the sales manager about 5 minutes into our discussion, who was also knowledgeable and easy to work with. They both made me feel welcome, and like I could really trust their help. I am not ready to buy yet since I am buying a house shortly, but when I am, I will DEFINITELY be back to visit Alex and Rob. Highly Recommend. I have been to several other dealerships in the past few weeks, and Fox is the only one I'll be returning to. Thanks again guys!

This is the second vehicle I have leased from Rob and both times have been far better than any other dealer experience I've had. The price he quoted me was exactly what I was given when I got to the dealership. The car was ready and waiting for me to test drive. I took my car home that night and have loved the CC since. The car, the dealership, and the people who worked there all make for an outstanding experience. I've recommended Fox to all my friends.

I purchased a new VW from this dealer. I found my rep, Rob Lyons, to be very responsive to my needs searching the region for the car I was looking for. The purchase process was easy and I got the car at a fair price. If I needed another car, I would definitiely return to Rob to purchase one.

I am amazed by this dealership. I have received the up-most quality customer service here. Everyone is willing to help if you have an issue. Too, out of excitement for my car to come in, I've had the decency of being notified the whereabouts of my car from fantastic salespeople via email. Definitely recommend this dealership. Fred has been great, ask for him!

My family is now on our 12th VW lease/own vehicle. I was thinking that I might be missing something ... and totally researched/compared/drove cars from all different dealerships, makes/models. My salesman from Fox, Ken Bourns, called me to let me know that I might want to come in and take a look and talk about what could be available for me. In my previous opinion, buying a car is right up there with all those "not very pleasant, but necessary" things to do in life. I walked through the doors completely guarded. The next day, as I drove away with my new car ... I couldn't believe how easy, stress-free, and absolutely happy I was with the ENTIRE process. How often does that happen ???? I forgot how much fun driving can be ... I LOVE MY NEW VEHICLE!!! I can't say enough wonderful things about the dealership because they are totally responsible for the excellent experience I had. I still can't believe it went that well! WOW!!! Be sure you include Fox VW / Ken Bourns in your search for a vehicle ... you won't be sorry!

I found myself in a sticky situation with my end of lease for my Mazda3 and thought I would be forced to buy out the car. The best decision I made was to stop in at Fox VW. I was looking at a minimum of $2,000 in over mileage and damage fees and Fox came through better than I could have ever imagined. They had the type of car I was looking for, worked with me to get my Mazda lease bought out, and got me into the car I wanted, for a price that was within my desired range. On top of all of that, I was treated in a truly friendly and professional manner. The staff, all the way from the Sales Manager, to the wonderful Salesman, as well as the Assistant Manager did everything they could to get me into my desired car and take care of the lease I was truly underwater in. I would recommend this dealership to everyone I know. It was a very pleasant, while unfamiliar experience for me. Thanks Fox VW!

I have purchased 4 VW's in the last 2 years from these guys. I do my homework on pricing and they always are the lowest. Plus, there is none of that dealer b.s! Just a good group of VW fans selling them for a living. Solid service dept as well.

We were involved in an accident with the 2010 Routan and our sales person handled everything for us including a free loaner car for the 9 days it was in their body shop. The quality of the work was excellent, and they kept me informed of the progress throughout the repair process. I would highly recommend Fox Volkswagen as their service after the sale is top notch.

I went to this dealership a few years ago to price out a new vehicle with a trade in. They would not even discus pricing options on the new vehicle or the trade in price unless i let them run my credit. I filled out the credit app but refused to sign it and wanted them to give me an estimate on the trade in. The offered me 5,000.00 less then KBB value on a trade in. i went right over to suburban VW and the offered me just over KBB trade in and well below sticker on the new vehicle. I would never step foot in Fox VW again.
