I was not happy at all. A warranty company that was promoted by Franklin Ford was a horror show. I had to go through 6 days of trouble. Inspectors not showing up when they were suppose too. I scheduled the brake job on Thursday September 9th for the warranty repair. The service guy said they will be there. They were not. They showed up on Monday September 13. The dealership was not able to work on the vehicle until Tuesday September 14. I picked up the vehicle and they brakes were terrible. The pedal went to the floor and when i looked in the reservoir for the brake fluid, it was low. They informed me that they took it for a drive. If they did then they should have noticed it. I then had to leave the car for another night so that it can be repaired correctly, according to the dealership. I picked up the vehicle on Wednesday September 15. I received a call at 10 am informing me that my vehicle is ready. The manager, service person continued to apologize and was putting the blame on the warranty company for the delay. I get it but they promoted the warranty product. Oh and by the way, the warranty for having the rear brakes repaired cost me over $500. I also found items on the print out that I was told was either covered or was going to be no charge. I was charged for the rental and I was charged for an oil change that I was told was free. That was done on September 2. The total cost for this ordeal was over $1000 and again I was charged over $500 for this service. I was given a free works program for my vehicle on my next service of the vehicle from the fixed operations manger. of course that's if I go back

The salesman (Ron Sitcawich) was knowledgeable and customer-driven ... we were on the fence about buying new or used, and Ron happily searched out cars that fit our requirements for both new and used. Ron didn't make us feel pressured one way or the other, and was most concerned with helping us find the car that is best for us. This is not necessarily the norm, but it was appreciated and it is why I will be recommending Franklin Ford to others. Even after the car was paid for, Ron took the time to demo and explain the navigation system, voice commands, etc. - just great customer service!!The car was detailed and looked beautiful on pick up day - buying at Franklin Ford was athe right decision.

I live almost 3hrs from the dealership and did not want to drive to the dealership without knowing we could reach a deal. The salesman I worked with was great in accommodating me online and worked to reach a tentative deal before I even had to set foot in the dealership. At no point did I feel pressured or that I was being given a run around. I was allowed to take all the time I needed when test driving and checking out the vehicle in person. They even let the dog come along for a ride. The vehicle was delivered to me in great condition and the lot attendant that drove it out was very helpful and accommodating. A+ buying experience.

I had purchased a Ford van from Franklin Ford dealership at the end of December 2015. I was offered a $1,000 incentive/rebate one I ad-wrap the vehicle. I have sent all the paperwork (invoice, contractor license) back on Feb 15th via email to George, Sales and Leasing consultant. Since then, I have a reached out several times, to include June 8th, June 16th, again no reply. Most recently, on July 12, 2016, I had sent an email to Bob, GM and Gorge again, requesting action be taken as 8 months late, I still have not received the incentive check. !!!!!!!!!; nor have I even received a courtesy call back or email reply. This service is unacceptable, and the fact I have not received refund I was offered is a clear violation of contract. I have copies of all emails and correspondence which I can provide.From Geroge:I will look into it tomorrow for you when I get in and get you and answer. I dropped off my car after I had a horrible experience at a different dealership. The other place lied about bleeding my breaks an charged me way to much and my car had to brakes and was very unsafe. I took it here and they had my car done in an hour at a lower price and surprised me buy replacing a recall I didn't even know about! Franklin Ford went above and beyond. I would recommend them to any Ford owner over any other local Ford dealership. ( and when I went to call them to check on my car my phone rang and it was them telling me it was done! amazing timing!)

My problem involved an intermittent chirping sound which was difficult to identify and the service team was successful in identifying the problem in a rear rotar which they corrected. I also greatly appreciated the loner vehicle as my wife and I are both retired and only have one car.

There was a lot of confusion- since what I test drove was not the package I ended up getting, so there was confusion as to what was actually included in what I got. But they were able to clear it up within a reasonable timeframe.

I love Carol, the in the Service Department, she is very good at what she does. She is pleasant to deal with always call with the repairs that need to be, and she gives an accurate cost to the repairs. I always get the Works Package, and the technician always does an excellent job of looking over the vehicle to find any needed repairs. My car is 14 years old and still runs like new because of the proper maintenance performed at Franklin Ford. The technicians, at Franklin Ford, are the best I have dealt with. To a point, I will not even consider bringing my vehicle to another repair shop to be serviced. I look at the cost of repairs combined with a 2 year unlimited mileage on those repairs, and that is a great deal. I have also learned, because of Franklin Ford, that there is a huge difference between the quality of OEM Parts and After Market Parts. I still love my Ford Taurus Wagon, and I love everything about Franklin Ford never a bad experience.

Made apppointment for 40,000 mile check-up and told them about a clicking noise. They discovered a major repair covered by warranty. Keep meiniformed the entire time. When the part was not available and had to be shipped they offered me a free loaner. Very Satisfied customer!

My experience with Rich Breen was fantastic! I have not purchased or leased a vehicle in many years and I am recently going through a divorce, Rich was so patient and informative with regards to leasing a vehicle. He spent 2 hours on Friday evening with my 2 sisters and I and was so great my older sister actually bought a Ford Edge that same night! Then on Saturday, July 2nd, he spent 3 hours with me going through the leasing process, financing, etc., and then patiently waiting with me in the lobby as it all got cleared through my insurance company. I cannot say enough about how much like family I felt in your vehicle showroom waiting area! I would highly recommend Franklin Ford and especially Rich to any of my friends looking for a vehicle!

I bought a 2012 Factory Pre-Owned Ford F150 Lariat in October of 2015. The truck was sold in immaculate condition. I purchased it from David Raspallo who is one of the most honorable car salesmen I have ever come across. Even after several months he's always available for a phone call if there is any confusion or questions and does everything in his power to keep his customers satisfied. As a small business owner traveling 3 hours round trip. It was very worth my while to have found Franklin Ford. I can't get over how impressed I am with the service and treatment I received after my last service appointment. After about 4 months from date of purchase a few minor repairs came up that needed attention and the service department along with Dave and his manager went %100 above and beyond what any other dealer would ever do for a customer. I am very glad I chose to make the trip to return to Franklin Ford for the service needed as I could have chosen a local dealer and am positive I would not have been as pleased with the end result. All phone calls were answered in a more than timely manner by a very professional and polite operator whom directed my calls promptly even when there was confusion on who I needed to speak with. They were courteous and very helpful. Mike Robey was my service adviser, He answered all calls, explained all my concerns and the repairs needed in through detail that I could understand having minimal truck knowledge. Mike went above and beyond with Dave(salesmen) and Management to accommodate all my questions and needs. Mike was very professional and polite which is refreshing compared to some other places I have done business. All repairs were done in a timely manner and the truck was returned just as clean as I when I handed the keys over. I've bought three cars there now over the past 6 years, two new for the family and one used for myself. The new cars were bought under the partner pricing program, so I expected no stress and a good price and got it. But it was the same buying used; I got a very good price, which was advertised online, with no stress. I bought from George the last two times, who was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. There was a small dent in my car that they pledged to fix and followed through even though it would not have changed the outcome of the sale. I've done a little bit of service there as well and have no complaints, though I usually don't use dealers for service. Highly recommended!

I called the service department for an appointment. Ed Murphy picked up the line, and I was scheduled promptly. I dropped off my 2013 Fusion on Thursday evening and was pleasantly greeted by name by Mike Schifflet, the service associate on duty and we filled out the work request. Ed Murphy called me at home the next morning to confirm work to be done and suggested an alignment based on tire inspection. I concurred. The car was ready when promised and all work was done to my satisfaction. Ed even initiated a rebate for me (on line) for a work package I requested. I have been going to this dealership for many years. I know all the service associates and I always get prompt courteous and personal service. I also give credit to the management at Franklin Ford for recognizing they have a talented and personable service staff and keep them working there. I appreciate the continuity in the service department.

I recently purchased a used VW Jetta from Franklin Ford and was very happy with the experience. I requested information after I found the car on TrueCar.com and received a response within the hour. I called and they set up an appointment for me to look at the car in 30 minutes and when I got there, it was up front and warmed up to take a test drive right away. Mike was great, very patient with all of my questions and requests regarding even the smallest details of the car. The sales manager Sean was friendly and energetic, and very involved throughout the process. The business manager Adam was really laid back and super friendly, very easy to talk to. Everyone remembered me each time I went, which was really different from some of the other larger dealerships I had been to. They were overall very accommodating, and Sean and Mike made sure I was happy with everything when I arrived to pick up the car. In addition, I was able get an amazing price. Last week after dropping my son off at Dean College I by chance dropped in to Franklin Ford- looking for a new Ford. Salesman George Canon showed me a great 2014 Chevy Equinox that was loaded with all the sweet perks -which quickly caught my eye. I've always been a Ford Guy. George sold me that day/which is completely out of character for me. This has to have been one of the greatest experiences I've ever encountered purchasing a new Automobile-Salesman George & his Salesman Sean worked diligently to seal the deal. Knowledgable, non intimidating and decently priced in a highly competitive market had a trustworthy touch to my experience I've been in the auto repair business all my life and respect any company that shows mutual respect. I brought my car into Franklin Ford a couple weeks back to have some work done. It was the middle of the week, but it was an emergency, so I had to do it. They told me it would be done the next day, but it wound up being longer. I don't have an extra car, so that was a problem for me. That's ok if you have an extra vehicle at home, but I don't. Overall I found the service department to be hard to get in touch with over the phone. They came across a little rude too, like I'm not as good as the next guy because I'm not cruising in with a 2015 pickup truck or something. I don't know how many times they asked what year my car was and then made a face at me like they I should go jump off a bridge for driving such an old vehicle. Kind of funny since the dealership wasn't anything to write home about until this summer when they remodeled it. Any way, I've been going there for years, but things have started going down hill, so I'm in the market for a new shop.

Purchased a new F 150 King Ranch during Thanksging week. We requested a quote from an internet search and we got a prompt reply. Scheduling a test drive was easy and the truck was ready at the promised time for the test run. The sale person was Mike Normandin. He was very knowlegeable about the F 150 and the competive vehicles that compete with the Ford. Mike took the time for us to do a thorough test drive and he was great at pointing all the great featuresof the truck. The final negotiations were as expected with offers and counteroffers, however, at the end of the day I believe Franklin was very competitive as I shopped around quite a bit. Their service department installed an box liner andt came out great. The truck was ready for delivery in 48 hours and the detailing inside and out was impeccable. I have to say that the overall experince was about the best I have had while purchaising a new vehicle.

We recently purchased a new Ford Escape at Franklin. The staff was easy to work with and made the experience very positive. Scheduling a test drive and getting information was fast, and the staff was always friendly. Our Sales Consultant Dave took the extra time to review options and on the test drive pointed out just the right things to make the drive productive. When we picked up the vehicle, he did a comprehensive walk through of the vehicle but seemed to be aware of just what we needed to know based on the previous test drive and our questions. We wouldn't be surprised if he sold a lot of vehicles.We also appreciated the follow up after our test drive; some dealers were too pushy, that didn't happen at Franklin Ford. Of the several vehicles we looked at, Dave was the only consultant that answered all questions on the spot, but also didn't pester us afterward while we were continuing our research. That helped us make the decision.

The service department is useless. If you need service take your vehicle to another dealer, I did. I made an appointment for a oil change on their web site. When I call the next morning to see if I could get a earlier appointment the service man told me they don't do appointments on Saturdays, first come first serve only. I told him I made my appointment on their web site. He told me their web site needs to be updated. Had I known I could have just walked in on Saturday for service I would have been there early that morning and not waiting around all day for my afternoon appointment that their so called web site let me make. I told the service man to cancel my so called appointment, I will take my business elsewhere. I hung up the phone and called Framingham Ford and asked if they were able to do a oil change. The service man told me to bring my vehicle in. THIS IS MY LAST TIME AT FRANKLIN FORD. Once you buy a vehicle at Franklin Ford they could care less about you. Fix your web site, it's all about customer service if your looking to stay in business.

I had to bring my car in three times for an A/C repair - first time, they replaced a valve and recharged, I brought back and the second day, the A/C doesn't work anymore; the second time, they replaced condenser etc and recharged an I brought back, the A/C still doesn't work. I brought the car in for third time and they replaced the compressor and hopefully the A/C works this time. The facility doesn't seem to have a good test equipment, they don't know if the problem is addressed or not. I am sure how they are still in business.

I've brought my pre-owned 2012 Ford Explorer Limited here couple of times for few tweaks and issues.They have gone above and beyond to resolve my issues. They always make sure all my issues are solved and exceed my expectations.Not once I was disappointed, as the service advisers listen to the issues and even my suggestions to the problems. I feel their service staff are very knowledgeable and never let me down. I will go back here in a few months when its time for my oil change, and routine maintenance. Good job guys!

I brought My 2010 Lincoln MKT because of a warning with the blind spot sensors on the rear view mirrors. They said they had to replace the mirrors. Was covered under warranty by Lincoln. When I got home I noticed some small bubbles on mirrors (they had to paint them). When touched the paint comes off in flakes. After a month paint is peeling on both mirrors in multiple locations. I could have done a better job with a can of spray paint. Would bring it back but dealership is 1.5hrs away and would need to take another day out of work. Very poor workmanship, Car did look brand new until now!!!!!

When I started looking for a Ford Mustang GT, I signed up for a website called TrueCar which gives you a locked-in price for cars at dealerships nearest to you. Within a few hours of signing up, Bruce Fuery called and emailed me regarding the car and asked when I could come in to their dealership. Some time later, after shopping around most of the dealerships in Massachusetts, I came back to Bruce and asked what he could do for me. The company I work for, EQNE, frequently goes to Franklin Ford for trucks so there was already an established relationship there. I cannot express enough how helpful and accommodating Bruce was in trying to help me reach my goals and earn my business. He tried to think outside the box as much as possible to get my price down and get me the best vehicle. Unfortunately, because I used the TrueCar service (which costs dealers $300 per sale) I was able to find the car at a lower price ($300 cheaper, naturally) at another dealership. Had I not used TrueCar with Franklin Ford I would more than likely have purchased my Mustang GT from them instead. I cannot recommend this dealership enough! It was a pleasure working with Bruce, if you go to Franklin Ford ask for him. Thank you.

I want to start by saying that I have NEVER written a review but I need to share the experience we had at Franklin Ford. I had called and spoken with 2 salespeople on the phone prior to coming in and enjoyed talking with them. We walked into the dealership and were surprised at how small it was (almost missed it driving by!). Let me tell you that GOOD things come in small packages! As soon as we walked in it was a different feeling - we were welcomed, not "pounced upon" like you are at some other places. Everyone we worked with was courteous, friendly and did not lay on the pressure that is so difficult to deal with. Buying a car is stressful enough,-- these people actually made it easy!! We had gone to another dealership earlier that day and it was such an anxiety provoking experience we ended up walking out. We left there and went to Franklin Ford and felt comfortable. We ended up spending a little more for the vehicle than we had planned on, (it was super packed with options!) but they worked with us and I do believe they gave us the best price they could.

I found this dealership to be honest, transparent in what was happening at each stage of the process. I was treated fairly, given a good price and was extremely happy with the whole buying experience. My salesman was knowledgeable and the management staff was very accomodating. Never received a carfax after asking for it three times, van I received smelled like sewer, lots of rust in places that shouldn't be. when Van didn't work and they kept it for five days before they called me to pick up, Franklin Ford rented me a car then didn't pay for the rental. Franklin Ford had my Van for a week and a half and still never installed the trailor hitch I had perchased. The Salesman I had DJ was a nice person to deal with, I feel he did his best to help me out with his hands tied by the sales managers. Stay away Stay away

I saw a red 2011 Ford Ranger on the lot and went in to inquire about it. My sales guy was George Carr. He was AWESOME! He treated me fantastically, and helped me in every way he could, for me to purchase the truck. I then went to meet with Adam in Finance. Again, I was treated great, and the process was very smooth. Both went over all the details thoroughly, and made sure I understood. I brought my Focus in for a transmission shutter, it was diagnosed quickly. The parts it needed were ordered. When I came in after being called, I had a loaner waiting for me. The advisor was great!! I got a call the next day when it was finished. Picked up my car, the paperwork was ready, and I was in and out. Great Service Dept and staff! I'll be going back!

This is the second used car that I have purchased at Franklin Ford. I have been very happy both times with the entire experience. The sales person, Kyle Ives, was very helpful, but not at all pushy in all aspects of purchasing the car from the test drive to the time I got in the car and drove off. Bryan Cutlip was very helpful as I called several times with many questions. Bob Mellen did a very good job with the financing. Very pleasant experience!

I just leased a brand new 2013 Ford Explorer from Franklin Ford located in Franklin Massachusetts. It was a very good experience. I contacted them on a Monday morning and indicated I was considering leasing a new Ford Explorer. I planned on trading in my 2008 Ford Taurus X Crossover. I received a call back within a couple of hours from salesman George Carr. He asked me some questions about my car preference between a lease vs purchase. After reviewing my auto needs he said he wouldmatch up their inventory to my request of model and options and call me back shortly. George called me back about an hour later. We made plans for me to go to dealership on Tuesday. I test drove a new Explorer XLT. George was patient and courteous. He spent as much time as I needed to make my decision. He laid out all my cost options and we made a deal to lease the car. I then sat down with the Business Manager Bob Mellen. Bob also outlined all the necessary information of options relating to the lease. At no time did I feel pressured to accept any of the options from either the salesman George or business manager Bob. On Wednesday I picked up the new 2013 Ford Explorer. George went over all the features once again and even Sync my IPhone to my car. After making sure I was satisfied with the demonstrations the sales manager came out to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my experience with Franklin Ford.I would highly recommend buying or leasing a car from Franklin Ford. It was a stress free experience overall. I will look forward to dealing with Franklin Ford when my lease is up in 2015.

This was a great experience. It was a hassle free purchase with no salesman pressures to purchase unneccessary extras. George Cannon wasa great salesperson. He knew exactly how to handle a customer.I had been getting prices from dealer auctions and we actually got this vehicle at that price with a couple of extras thrown in.Car Gurus website is the way to go if you know what you want to purchase.Thank you

I had been to 2 other local Ford Dealerships before driving to Franklin Ford to make my purchase at Franklin Ford. Upon arriving I was sure I was going to be treated the way I was at the other dealerships with high pressure and wasn't looking forward to it. I was greeted by my salesman George Carr, who not only listened to my needs, but recommed I go with an XLT Explorer rather that a Limited as it had the equipment I was looking for. He saved me thousands by listening to me and showing me what I was looking for rather that trying to sell me something with stuff that I didn't really need. We he gave me a number on my trade in vehicle, it was a few hundred more that the other dealers had given me, and this was right up fornt, He didn't have to keep going to his manager to "see what he could do" as the other dealers did. I was able to take my new car home that day. I am truly greatful for giving them a chance and will be sure to return when it's time for my next purchase.

My two sisters purchased and leased cars at Franklin Ford within the last year and encouraged me to make my next purchase with them. I did go to the dealership and was so glad that I did. I called before I went out so the team was ready with cars for me to look at and test drive, which were within my price range. Once I decided upon the used car I preferred, they explained all the details of the deal, assessed and gave me a fair price for my car,and processed the paperwork that afternoon. I picked up my car within 2 days and drove away as a very happy customer!

I came back to dealer to test drive a R32 after having looked at the car 3 weeks ago. After the drive I asked if the used car could be taken to my VW mechanic and was told that the car had just completed a complete inspection by the dealer. I asked when and was told by the Sales Manager that the car just came in 7 days ago. I reasked when the car came in and was told 7 days - I asked if he was sure and told definately 7 days. When I told them I looked at the car 3 weeks ago they got upset. I made comment about truthfulness and they yelled at me for being rude in front of their other unsuspecting possible customers. Sorry but they have lost any trust and all who visit should be suspect.

Customer service here is excellent! Best experience I've ever had at a car dealership. Mike is an excellent car salesman and did everything for us. Went above and beyond! Bill is incredibly nice too. I had a great experience with the Franklin Ford team from start to finish. They suggested I was a perfect candidate for leasing a car. While I was still adjusting to this idea since I have always purchased new cars, no pressure was exerted and I was told various pricing options would be proposed for comparison and decisionmaking. I had plenty of time looking at various Fusions and Focus and the test drive on the back roads gave me the opportunity to really know how they would manage the road. Once I made my decision, the paperwork was fully explained, financial questions were answered and the process went smoothly. The car was ready for pickup as planned. The hands-on tutorials through all the features and gadgets were really helpful. I would recommend this dealership highly.

I had a great experience purchasing a pre-owned Fusion at Franklin Ford. I found the sales person, George, knowledgeable, patient and trustworthy. I felt he responded to my concerns, was polite and he was sincere. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family. I have heard great things about service too. Bought a used 2008 ford Edge at this place. Two months later it is broken and cost 750 dollars to fix and come to find out something else is wrong with the car!!! Hopefully this is under warranty!!! Been without a vechicle for a week now! When i ran a carfax report they failed to tell us the car has had problems in the past and was also in an accident! they are con artists and do not stand behind what they are selling. NEVER EVER BUY A CAR HERE!! Seriously I would not even buy a Ford Product Again!!! LEMON LEMON LEMON They lie they lie they lie very sneaky dont' buy from them!!!!

This is the second vehicle we bought from Franklin Ford. This experience was better than the first. We had bought a Mustang convertible 2 years ago from Rob Brown.Unfortunately due to my wifes health we needed to trade this vehicle in for something that she would feel comfortable getting in and out of. We showed up with out an appointment and Rob greeted us by name and sat and talked to us for a bit about what we were trying to do. My wife was not feeling well so we had to get home. Rob called us and said he would bring down a few cars for us to look at and drive right at our house. What service!!!! He was down 10 minutes later with a beautiful 2010 Mercury Milan will all the options available and very clean with low miles. He called his manager(Bill Macri) over the phone and described our Mustang to him. He was able to come up with a figure very quickly and worked out a deal that was more than fair. We were able to keep our payments the same without any money out of our pockets. They did most of this at our house and over the phone, the only thing we needed to do was come down to sign a few papers with a nice man in the business office and we had our new car which has exceeded our expectations of what we could afford. I have and will tell all my friends and family to go down to Franklin Ford if they are looking for a vehicle. You can feel the sleaze the moment you walk in the door. I just wanted to test drive a car. I asked if it could be held for less than a day, but was pressured to put a deposit on it. While I was at work, the sales person called my cell and left a message, which is fine. Before I could call back, he left another message, after which he started texting me. Even before that point, I had doubts about buying the car, but that pushed me to not want to purchase from there. On several occasions, I tried to contact them to get my deposit back, with no response. I had to contact the BBB in order for them to finally listen.

This was by far the best dealership experience I've had yet. I bought new cars before but never has the process been as easy, transparent and friendly! Bruce Fuery was handling the deal in a very friendly and down to earth manner. He was very easy to talk to and always went extra 3 miles to accommodate my requests, provide information or resolve confusion about anything whatsoever. I have been offered an extended warranty but never pressured to buy it, like so many dealerships do. Any questions I had were always answered in full and they always gave me plenty of time to read every single word of the contract. I was double checking everything being paranoid about getting scammed - bad reputation that auto dealerships don't seem to be able to shake off - but it was needless. All the numbers were correct and matched what I figured with my own calculations (last time I bought a car at another dealership they tried to sneak in $500 into the contract!). We didn't have to wait at all - they took us right in. Their documentation fees are the lowest I've been quoted, there are no "extra" fees that some dealers use to make profit and they do provide a full tank of gas for free. After the deal Bruce spend almost 20 min explaining all the features of the car (Fiesta) to us and showing how every single bell and whistle works. One can only wish this was the direction auto dealership business was moving in - transparency and honesty all the way through the process. In short they made me feel like they are on my side and even though I kept my guard up all the way through the process, I do believe that in this case it was needless.

Franklin Ford is truly a class organization from top to bottom. My wife and I were in the 'just looking' stage of the purchase of a new truck for myself and started our search at Franklin Ford. We, honestly, never had to look any further.In our initial visit to Franklin Ford, we were met by the Owner, Barry Madden, who took a substantial amount of time making us feel comfortable before introducing us to the Sales Manager Chris Gendreau. Chris added his welcoming wishes as well and then turned us over to Salesman Rob Brown. Rob listened to our concerns and then asked us if we would like to take a ride in one of their Ranger XLT's that he felt after talking with the two of us might be the truck that would fit our family's needs and still be fiscally prudent for us.I loved the way the Ranger handled and on the ride Rob and I talked talked about everything else, but price. He then told my wife and I to take the Ranger out on the highway, look it over and test it out.Now the one thing I hate more than anything else is the posturing and back and forth negotiating that occurs at most dealerships. It never happened in my dealing with Franklin Ford. After I returned to the dealership, I explained to Rob what I could afford and that if Franklin Ford could meet my price then they have themselves a deal. Franklin Ford not only met my price, but came in under - that right I said under! We agreed to the purchase of the Ranger right then and there.Rob said that he would have the vehicle ready for us in two days and it was. We drove away that evening very happy and satisfied customers. We have had occasion to visit Franklin Ford's Service Department twice to date and have been equally impressed. I know it sounds too good to be true, but the experience I had at Franklin Ford was above board from start to finish. My three daughters all drive as well and I promise you that after my experience at Franklin Ford, my family and I will never buy a vehicle anywhere else.Thank you Barry and staff! I couldn't agree more with the other consumer review of Franklin Ford. After being in the market for a Chevy Avalanche I saw one posted on CARS.COM from Franklin Ford for what seemed like a very reasonable price given the relatively high miles (75K+). Well after wasting time driving the 1 1/2 hours down there I was informed the price posted online was the price AFTER $3500 cash or trade. This is a VERY DECEPTIVE practice and is illegal and fraudulent advertising in many states. This is exactly the type of scummy sales tactic that requires a site like Dealer Rater.I would NEVER EVER EVER buy a vehicle from them. Disgrace.

Buyer beware! Franklin ford may be a family business but it is not run like one. They institute high pressure sales tactics to close sales that are not in the customers favor. I went there recently to purchase a vehicle, and I felt forced and pressured through the entire transaction. My experience was so unpleasant I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Their prices online are about $3500 less than their prices at the dealership. I would never do business with Franklin ford again.
