Tim and Troy at Fred Beans Ford are the best! Experience was great, starting off with the fast response to an online inquiry about my new ranger. There were no pushy sales tactics and felt super comfortable through the whole process. Troy was able to work out a great deal, and when it was time to deliver the truck I was in and out in an hour. Would highly recommend, and I’m sure this is where I shop for new vehicles in the future. Customer for life!

The past 2 days of dealing with everyone at Fred Beans Ford of West Chester was AWESOME!!! Not only do they work great as a team and cater to your needs, they make you feel very welcome and most of all (LIKE FAMILY). My husband normally doesn't like dealing with any salesman let alone a car salesman. However, he totally agreed with me that this was a great experience and would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. We both felt very comfortable and had the best experience purchasing our truck. I called yesterday to set an appointment for my inspection. The woman on the phone directed me to the online portal to make an appointment. I made an appointment today for 4:30. I arrive early a few minutes early to check in and I’m told that they are unable to provide services because they close at 5pm and inspections take an hour. I left work early to be here. I will not be back. Edit: The service manager called and was apologetic. He asked me to come back in to get a complimentary oil change and state inspection to rectify the situation. I was in and out in 50 minutes Saturday morning.

I inquired about a Ford Focus ST from here. The BDC person was very helpful and included both the CarFax and Mulroney for my perusal. Unfortunately, I was not able to buy because the car went fast, but I'll keep these folks in mind when I'm in the market again!

We discovered our registration had expired on the Lincoln MKC purchased at Fred. Beans. We immediately stopped in and Joy Smith helped us get squared away. She was very kind and even answered some other car questions.We will continue to recommend Beans to our friends. Thank you.

Bought from Kevin Deets in the past and my father always went to him when he was alive so Kevin was the first (and only) one we called when looking for a hybrid vehicle and a used truck for farm utility. Told him we were in no hurry but he called a day later and said he had a used truck for us to look at and confirmed a C-Max Energy would be available for us to drive since they sell very quickly. Fell in love with the C-Max Energy and agreed to lease. Didn't get the 1st truck he showed us but did get the 2nd, an F10 that met all our needs. He made it so easy we decided not to look at any other dealerships for comparisons. An overall pleasant experience. Will definitely buy from Kevin again!

I was online search for an SUV and came across a used vehicle that was in Fred Beans used inventory. I inquired about the vehicle online and was provided an internet quote of $19,999. I called the dealership later that evening and scheduled an appointment to come in on the weekend to take a look at it and possibly test drive and maybe work some numbers. I loved the vehicle and following the test drive the salesman and I were discussing numbers and he came back with his first number at $21,798 telling me that this was a great deal and the lowest he could go on the vehicle. I questioned him that being the lowest number he could go and provided him with a print out of the online quote that I received from their internet sales rep. The salesman stood up and excused himself from his desk and returned with his boss (sales manager). The manager introduced himself handing me his business card. The Sales Manager told me that if the number that the salesman presented me in person was not going to work for me that they are very busy and gave me the notion towards to the door.I was completely thrown off by this as typically negotiations were start and we would work out a deal that we both could agree on. But apparently, the salesman didn't like that I caught him lying to my face about what his lowest number was on the vehicle and then instead of going back and forth with numbers I was quickly thrown the door.Ever since this experience, I will no longer consider purchasing a vehicle from this Fred Beans of West Chester and share with my co-workers, friends and family of my experience so they do not have to waste their time with poor customer service and a dealership that doesn't want your business.

I have been using Fred Beans Ford in West Chester for every service and repair since my vehicle was purchased (from a distant dealership) in 2012. The team set-up they use is helpful and the service/repairs are good as well. However, the recently while just trying to schedule service it seems as if they can't be bothered to even help you. The online scheduling tool no longer work, the "live chat" service they used to have is no longer available, and when I called last week and again today to try to schedule an appointment, I was put on hold or transferred multiple times and after several transfers I simply hung up. I would like to send this directly to Fred Beans of WC, but there is no online "contact us" link on their website either.

My experience at FB's wasn't the greatest, but it was also not their fault. My girlfriend & I bought a car, felt cheated and returned it. The fact that we were able to return the car at all is a testament to their service. Our salesman was paitent and extremely friendly. He sat through almost 6hrs of my girlfriend's indecisiveness, my daughter's impatience and my bad attitude. We got an incredible deal on a good car, but we rushed through the paperwork. There were misunderstandings and too many family members got involved. In the end, FB took the car back with no questions asked. No games were played and there were no bad feelings. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

I posted earlier about issues I had with the service department. I had had some trouble with inflated prices Last night I got a call from the General Manager of Fred Beans Ford, Jack Enright. Jack was very gracious and deeply concerned about the issues I had with the service department. He reviewed our situation and we were pleased with the resolution. I am glad we were able to get this resolved. We have been customers of Fred Beans for a long time and will continue that relationship.

I had been using Fred Beans Ford for years to do the more complicated (anything other than oil, brakes or tires)work for my 2 Ford vehicles. Recently the power door locks and the air conditioning both stopped working in the 2009 Expedition. I took it straight over to Fred Beans thinking it needed factory parts and who better to take care of it. They didn't have the parts in stock and wouldn't have them for a few days. They estimated the repair over $1200.00. I couldn't go without the vehicle on the next available appointment so I told them I would call back and reschedule when I didn't need to use it. I went to pick it up and they told me there was a $238.00 diagnostic fee I almost fell over. I understand there is some cost to the diagnosis but thought that was really expensive! I went back and forth trying to figure how this was so expensive. The only answer they could give was there are 2 problems so 2 diagnostic fees at 119.00 per problem. I eventually paid it because they wouldn't give me my keys other wise. I called the Mieneke down the street and told them what happened. They said come on in and we will take a look.. They diagnosed AND repaired the problem for just over $500.00. Mieneke then told me that the diagnosis you paid $238.00 for was wrong. The part I needed was a fraction of the cast Fred Beans was charging me to replace.

I was in the area on business and on a rainy day, my wiper motor stop working. I was pressed for time and once the dealer open I stopped in for repairs;However, the dealer did not have the part. Rather then take a payment for finding the problem and send me on my way like any other dealer would, the corporate service team lead by Jason Fogleman moved mountains found the part and installed it in amazing time. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone.

Waited hours. Went through the entire buying process (test drive, pricing, trade-in appraisal, paper work) before we were told the credit check system was supposedly down...hmm...or maybe they didn't want to make a deal because we didn't want to put money down on a car peaking 100,000 miles in which they offered absolutely no warranty for. Either way, we got nothing from the deal.

I recently bought a used Dodge from Jacob at Fred Beans. He was fairly new to the dealership, but was very helpful in answering my questions. After I purchased the truck, something minor broke within a week. They took the truck back in and repaired it, even though they are not a Dodge dealership and it wasn't covered under the warranty. They ordered the part and replaced it free of charge since it broke shortly after I purchased it. They were extremely helpful and accomodating! Definitely recommend this dealership over Conicelli in Conshohocken.

This dealership contacted my immediately and followed up a number of times. The dealership is a few hundred miles from my house but I was looking for a very specific vehicle which they had. The answered my questions and let me know when someone purchased the car so I didn't waste a trip there. Many dealers don't even answer your e-mail questions but these folks were great. Just based on that experience I'd do business with them again.

Overall a good visit. Car was not charged when I left and the bumper protection was applied poorly and has bubbles and fingerprints.

Waiting room is very confortable. can watch your car getting worked on. Even the techs are friendly. Place is clean and organized. pricing is competative and fair.
