I applied online. The Sales person was Mercedes Loss. Me and my Wiufe talked and she got it right the first time. The Finance Dept worked my terms to exactly what I wanted and expanded Gap insurance. Kind of hard to get immediate response from Internet sales team. New vehicle I inquired about was actually a "loaner" car that had 1200 miles on it. Not something you would know about until disclosed by salesman. Once in contact with Internet team they seemed friendly and professional.

My wife and I went to buy a new jeep. On my arrival I was stopped at the entrance by someone I thought was a gate guard. After he had me pull over and get out of the car, he said he was a sales person and then directed me to where I could park, (very unusual to be stopped at the entrance and be asked to get out of the car). Once I parked several other sales staff came over immediately and when i told them I already had met someone at the entrance they looked at him and laughed and said that I should drive home and come back to deal with them ( I was unsure if they were joking or being honest since two of them made the same comment). When my wife explained the car she wanted and found out that the car was not available on their lot she said we would come back when they had it because she needed to see the actual car before buying it. This surprised the salesman but after questioning us a bit longer he understood that was the only way we were going to buy the car They took her one year old car to get an appraisal ,and came back and told us that there was a "small" loss on our car and proceeded to go over the numbers very quickly. When i stopped him and re-directed him back to the appraisal price they said was KBB, he said that was the price and what did I think it was worth. I told him that I had also gotten a KBB and other appraisal prices and that their price was not even the low end number on any of them. By this time my wife had stood up to leave and I said we were leaving also. The sales person kept saying "sit down" (not politely) and that we had already come this far and repeated "sit down" several times. We said no thank you and walked out. When a dealer is this dishonest and does not expect their customers to do advance research on vehicles being traded in and being sold, they will not get our business. I will never deal with this dealership again. I only wish I had read the reviews of this dealership prior to going there, we would have gone elsewhere.

It was an awesome day working with Orlando Chavez went in to seat with my father why he did paperwork. On a knew vehicle being he was having trouble with an old car. Dad just joking said we were looking for a vehicle. Mr. Orlando said well its yours. Its been a longtime since someone sayas its yoursvandbit really was. We had favor that day. God was truly there. Just wanted to give my opinion of this dealership and the staff, and I have one word Greatness! Thanks guys for my 2013 Fiat 500 I dont usually go and put reviews on the net , but it needs to be known how nice the staff is from Jeff Thull (Mgr.) and Gabriel Sanchez(Internet Manager) to the Stephen(Lot Manager). My Dad hates going car shopping, I was in desperate need of a new vehicle ASAP. I know he didn't want to go do this with me but he knew he had to. Mike Forbes greeted us at the door. Never pressured or prodding once with personal questions about finances, how much I could afford blah blah. He knew my dad was going to be a hard nut to crack but he did it. We left the dealership very happy and pleased with Mike's customer service and personable salesmanship. Definitely look forward to going back for my free year of oil changes just o talk to Mike. I went to Freedom Dodge with my sister in law visiting from Chicago she was told to see Rev. Thomas to purchase a vehicle. While walking the lot I saw a few cars I was interested in. Rev. I purchased a 2014 Jeep Compass from Freedom Dodge my salesman was Mr. Timothy Pannell I was very pleased with the service that I received. the dealership was nice and clean the receptionist was nice and polite. Mr..Pannell was very professional very knowledgeable and had a very warm, friendly,positive approach, I told him my price range and the type of vehicle that I was interested in, he showed me what they had in stock. The very 1st Jeep was it for me, the Jeep itself was right the interior,exterior color the rims etc. I left my job around 2:00 p.m. made it to the dealership at 2:45 p.m. I chose the car that I was interested in test drove it and by 6:00 p.m.we were finalizing my purchase with me signing my papers. This was the best car buying experience that I have ever received and did I mention I receive free oil changes for 1 year. Wife and I purchased our second vehicle from Michael and we are not disappointed. We received the same courteous, and respect as our last encounter. I did have an encounter with a sales rep Ricco Williams who was disrespectful and stated " I can do whatever I want, I work here." However on another day I visited Michael regarding our vehicle, Ricco Williams was respectful. Overall, Michael once again kept our experience a memorable one. We recently purchased a 2014 Chrysler 300 from Freedom Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Duncanville, Texas. We were met by Cameron Cox as we stepped out of our car. He was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable about the car we were interested in. He took time to explain all the new features we had not seen before as we were trading up seven vehicle years. He even took time to program my cell phone into the vehicle bluetooth system. We had several minor requests for additional items which the sales department honored. One item involved the service department. Cameron personally escorted us there and stayed until the job was done. We will recommend Freedom to anyone we know who is interested in buying a Chrysler product. We will tell them to request Cameron Cox as their sales representative.

I schedule recall repairs for my Jeep Liberty. I was told they had all the parts in stock and would take 1 to 2 days for repairs. They where suppose to call me first day with statas. But they did not. In addition after I called second day and being hung up on three times. I was told they did not have the parts and the 4 items that need repaired they haven't finish even one. Also the main repair I needed when call to set up appointment the ball joints are now not available. I wasted $100 on car rental. I'm looking buy a new car also but will never deal with Freedom dealership again.

Facebook Family please do not shop at Freedom Dodge 815 Camp Wisdom Road in Duncanville. My car has been there since 3 Janyary. Mind you I have a factort warranty plus a 3yr. Extended warranty. Because my boyfriend removed the battery cover Natalie Keppard said I would have to pay $350.40, said I should have bought the car back to them, that's what the warranty is for. I couldn't get around not having to pay so I had to wait for my payday in order to get my car. I've talked to service managers at Freedom Dodge, talked also to Larry and a Terry....went to pick my car up this morning, paid the money now i'm waiting for my car, go back in to say where is my car, the lady says, ih, they r having to jump you, bring the car around and i get in. Guess what the car doesn't start n they tell me because of the Weather. Customer service doesn't stop once you purchase your car. My salesperson was Tim Pannell... Chrysler who holds my warranty agreed with freedom dodge. What law states i cant touch my own car. I will never purchase from them, will not refer any more of my friends or co workers. 10 people have bought cars from freedom dodge on my referral... when my car didn't start they asked what did i want them to do. Really who says that, told me to drive the car and the battery would charge.....wow....

Worst car dealership Ive ever tried to do business with. The day after Christmas I inquired about a 2007 S6 Freedom had listed on there website, after negotiating for 3 days, we finally agreed on full price. They would not budge a dime on the car. The only stipulation I had was to get a PPI (pre purchase inspection) before I bought the car. They agreed and I gave them my credit card info to hold the car and my financing information including my social security number. The salesperson William Smith said he would set up an appointment with Audi to get the inspection done. 2 days go by and never got a return phone call. Gave William a call and said he had to go to a meeting and would call back asap. Never got a call back. Called back a day after and said he was busy at the moment and would call back. Never called back. No word on the cars status. Cant get hold of manager, no return phone calls. One would think they would want to sell the customer a car when they are paying FULL PRICE! Check out Better Business Bureau, they have 25 complaints and an F rating.

It started with a on-line appt. help with the service dept., and I received a call back from a gentleman by the name of "Shade" asking those famous words (how can I help you) when you are in need of help. After talking to Shade and explaining my problem, he gave me several opition to get me started. This was the worst experience I have ever had with buying a car. I wanted to see a Jeep Cherokee but instead they show me a Jeep Commander. I told them that this is not what I want. The financial manager got offended and told me because I wanted payments in the 300s this what I can get. He did not know if I would go up on price if I was shown what I wanted. He comes back with this sheet of paper that demonstrates the prices of cars and the estimated monthly payments. I told them no and walked out. I went to Don Davis and was shown exactly what I wanted. I had to come up on monthly payment but it was okay because I got exactly what I came for- A Grand Cherokee Limited. I purchase the car the same day... Freeman Dodge Chrysler missed out. It seems to me that they profile their customers.

Received reply from Gabriel Sanchez same day that we expressed interest in a car at Freedom Dodge that we saw on Cars.com. Gabriel was friendly and not pushy. Test driving car was pleasant experience. The car was what we wanted. Reason for average rating. Received numerous emails from Gabriel's boss about buying the car, even though we were talking to Gabriel, they do not communicate. Car had outstanding factory recall that turned out to be minor issue. Car only had one set of keys and was missing valve stem caps. Gabriel promised several times he would address these issues, he never did. We ended up buying car but had to get recall done ourselves and spend a hundred dollars on second key. While car was a good deal, overall Freedom Dodge never made us feel like we were getting a good deal. Was just an average experience.

I put in a request online for a credit application and got a response within 10 minutes from the internet manager stating that David Ortiz would be helping me find a vehicle. The next day I received a flood of calls from different used car dealerships saying that they MIGHT be able to get me into something used. Then David Ortiz called from Freedom and said he would DEFINITIVELY be able to get me into a NEW car. I arrived at the dealership not expecting very much considering I have a few glitches on my credit. I met with David Ortiz and he did exactly what he promised. I am now the proud owner of a NEW 2015 Chrysler 200 S. The entire experience from start to finish took only about 1.5 hrs. I even informed David that I was planning on buying a house within the next 2 years. He even took time to explain the house buying process (yes, this is a car dealership) and set me up with the correct financing company to increase my credit score in order to buy a house. But wait, Im not finished yet, not only did i receive a great deal on my car, he also threw in free window tint!!!!! How "cool" is that!!. My father drove me to this dealership as my family has had business with them for quite some time. I was very impressed with the forwardness and willingness to assist that was shown to me. Because I already had my mind set on purchasing a particular vehicle, the entire process took little under an hour and a half. After a quick test drive and signing of papers, I was shown all the features for both safety and entertainment the car had to offer. I went to the dealership to purchase a used car. Shavonte was the salesman who helped me. He had great customer service and worked with me daily to make sure I got the vehicle that was perfect for me. I ultimately ended up with a 2014 Dodge Dart. I love my car so much. After I purchased the car, a week later there was a problem with the gear shift. I had the best service from Chrysler roadside assistance and Christopher in the service department. From the dealer website, I elected to receive an online quote. It took almost two weeks to get one, back and forth emails with the internet manager and when I finally got the price, I verified that the price was also good for a cash purchase. I was assured that it was, via email. After going to my bank to get the cashiers' check from my bank, I finally get to the dealership. First off, I'm told that the internet manager "had to step out." I'm told to wait at a table in the lobby, never taken to an office. At this point, this all feels orchestrated to me. I mean, I have almost $26k, in my hands, but I don't see any paperwork to sign. So another sales person offers to take me on the test drive and of course, I loved the car. When we return, he leaves and still another person, identifying himself as "Cal," comes to tell me that the price has increased to $1,500 more unless I use Dodge Chrysler financing. He goes on to say that the internet manager made a mistake. So my first thought is, why wouldn't you honor his mistake? My bank was offering better financing and I didn't have more money. Why waste a customers" time this way? I'm still shaking my head. Now, I'll have to pay finance charges for the few days that I held the cashiers' check. Wow. To make matters worse, before I made it home they were calling me back. Even the elusive internet manager! They were sorry to say that the manager I spoke to, "Cal" made the mistake. I didn't answer the phone or call that night but I talked to internet manager the next evening and he assured me that they would honor the original price I was quoted. To which I asked to him to please be 100% certain that if I came back, this would not happen again. After saying he would, he called me back ten minutes later to say that his managers would NOT honor the deal. Good thing I didn't go back, right?

I purchased my 2012 Jeep Compass in Feb. of this year. Im please to say that I love my Jeep it gives me great gas mileage and its really cute. The sales person that work with my husband and myself was very helpful they got us into the jeep even though we have herrible credit, it took a day or so but with a low down payment and monthly payments we can handle, they let us keep the jeep to try it out for that day that they where getting us approved by the bank. I would recomend a friend to them.

I have purchased several vehicles in the past, some new... some pre-owned. This time I purchased a new Chrysler 300 S. I searched for this vehicle on-line and looked at various dealerships to compare pricing etc. Freedom Chrysler had the car I was looking for and so I decided to make the short drive from Grand Prairie to Duncanville. I expected to be there all night, haggle over the price, the financing etc. (the last new car I purchased was in 2011 and I was in the dealership for 6 hours). To my surprise, this purchase wasn't anything I've expected or ever experienced. Travis Ferguson and his team handled the sale in a very timely fashion. Everyone was very professional and courteous. Most important to me was that there was no hassle. That is why I rated the Customer Service and Friendliness with a score of 5. Jason Reed handled the financing portion of this transaction. I liked dealing with Jason, he got things done quickly, he is very laid back and funny. The entire process from A-Z was really "painless". That is why I have rated my Overall Experience with a score of 5.

I was very impressed with the honesty and helpfulness of Freedom Dodge. We purchased a 2009 Dodge Ram we saw on the internet. We came in without calling first and asked to see all their Ram pickups. When we were shown all the trucks we saw that vehicle we saw on the internet and asked what the price was. They quoted us the special sale price we saw on the internet. We drove it, like it and agreed to purchase it IF they would fix one small rip in the seat and a couple minor scratches. They said the seat was already to be fixed the same day and would get the scratches repaired right away. By the time we got done with the paperwork the truck was already out front and all the repairs were finished and it looked great. The entire sales department was great. The salesperson, sales manager and everyone else up there was friendly and seemed like good people. Thank you very much for your honesty and true customer service experience. We will be back.

I will NEVER do business with this place again and will tell others the same! When purchasing our car, an agreement in our contract was made that a small dent and scratches would be fixed. Since we live out of town, we made an appointment to have them fixed a few weeks later when we would be in town. First of all, people there are incompetent and have no idea what they are talking about. When calling, we were either hung up on or they kept transferring us to the wrong department and we were given wrong information each time! Finally, an appointment was set and we go down there with them knowing we were there only for the weekend. They fix the scratches but tell us they can't fix the dent until Monday. Since we couldn't do it, they told us next time we were in town they would fix it. Weeks later we call to make an appointment and are told they don't make appointments and to drop the car off. We drop off Thursday and they call a few hours later and tell us we should have made an appointment and they can't get to it until Wednesday!! I have never dealt with so many dumb people in my life! Needless to say, I am stuck with a dent in my car they promised to fix months ago! I would rather have a dent in my car then have to deal with this dealership again!

Be careful of this entire dealership.... WE bought a car and was promised that in a week we wld receive a tv headrest but we had to pay for installed. A month passed and we were told the finance company wldnt finance the deal. Long story short we still got it financed but at a higher rate. When ask about the tv headrest nobody new what we were talking about. There was also 2 other people there who had to bring there cars back as well. 214-790-5214 . Jeff is a phenomenal salesman. He actually listened to what we were saying and did everything in his power to make the deal happen. We gave him some significant challenges (that other dealerships weren't even willing to attempt to overcome) and he tackled each one with a smile. We got what we wanted/needed on the trade and a price that couldn't be beat on the new car. On top of everything else, we made the deal in less than an hours time! Such a great experience we came back two weeks later and bought another new vehicle for my daughter!

Then sales manager called and completely changed final price saying salesman was wrong. Duh. Two days of working out the final sales price wasted time and effort dealing with this dealership... Please be careful... If you are negoitating in good faith, do not believe them. What a shame!

taking advantage of a second chance financing customer wanting to re-establish credit.14,999 for 08 impala wow,did not expect that from a dealership other than we finance car lot , however Freedom Dodge priced a car that other dealerships in the area priced at around 8900.00. Matter of fact I found 7 cars , 3 of them where 09;s. Really would like to know why the need of a grand slam with this used car. What a shame for what i thought was a reputable dealership. Oh well i'm sure others have taken the bait. Just wanted a fair shake and a fair deal but it does not look like one can get one at Freedom Dodge. When i first arrived i was approached by a sales woman, don't remember her name, but could tell it was going to be a bad experience when she didn't know the difference between a charger and a challenger. She wasted my time by telling me features that were only available on the charger when i was only interested in the challenger. She then introduced me to her manager who introduced himself as Big Country! Not very professional if you ask me. They then spent another 20 minutes checking out my trade-in only to offer a 1/3 of what it the trade in value should have been. I got 3 times the amount at the dealership i bought from. I was so mad and fed up with the experience that i immediately walked out. I don't know why anyone would ever buy a car from this place!!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!! I wish I could have a negative zero for his dealership. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!. I recently purchased a 2006 car and the first day I drove the car off the lot after the purchase I begin to hear a strange noise that I think is a tire problem, not a big problem right? So I thought, I call my sales person and describe the noise and simply ask do you mind if I brought the car in and have the service department take a look at the car. I did not ask for any repair work but only to "PLEASE HAVE THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT TAKE A LOOK AT THE CAR" . I only needed a service tech. to listen and and let me know if there is a problem, I did not ask for any repair only to listen to the sound coming for the car. My sale person calls me back and states the the car was sent through the service dept and no problems were found and if the brakes were bad the brakes would have been replaced prior to the sale and there is nothing he or the dealership could do. I remind everyone again reading this review that my request was less than 24 hours of driving off the lot and all I wanted was a service person to listen to the noise that I thought was a tire problem . During any conversations with my sales person I never, never once ask about my brakes only to listen to the sound the car was making The sale person explains I am only the messenger. What in the hell does that mean customer "YOU" that Freedom Dodge has a service department that will not support YOU the customer with a simple request? I still like the car the I purchased but I feel that the dealership won't and will not support "YOU" the customer after the sale. Service to me is the corner stone of a successful dealership and this dealership lacks the support to "YOU" the customer. I will have the car checked and repaired if needed but not for the group.

I started researching my vehicle here on cars.com. Of course I called to see was the vehicle available and surprisingly I was told, yes. I went in and drove it and it was fine. The price was the same as it was online. There were no games at all. I was in and out of the dealership in about 1.5 hours. The longest part was the paperwork. (Because I ask a lot of questions)

I visited Freedom to compare the Dodge Ram and the Nissan Titan. I am a big fan of Nissan. I have owned several. My salesperson gave me the pros and the cons on both. Never did he try to push me or pressure me into making a decision. I really liked that. If I buy a dodge I will go to Freedom.

I recently visited Freedom Chrysler to just compare the Chrysler 300 with other vehicles. When i arrived, the Facility was very nice. I was greeted by a few sales people, but I expected that. I ended up talking with Corey, who really explained everything to me. In the end I did purchase the 300. I felt that I also got a better deal than I was expecting. This dealer was a lot better than the others that I visited. I would definitely recommend it.
