You can buy a truck anywhere but, it is the dealership and the sales person that really makes the "deal" and thatis "FREEDOM FORD". We will not buy a vehicle from anyone else. Joe Tate is very friendly and knowledgeable about the Ford trucks. Great deals, great dealership why shop anywhere else!!!!!!!!!!!!

Freedom Ford is a great place to buy a vehicle, the owner came in and introduced himself to us and talked for a bit and was very friendly and helpful. the salesman had a good ear and listened to what we wanted and didn't try to push something on us we weren't interested in... then went out of his way to find the perfect vehicle for us.. We ended up with a 2016 Ford F150 and we love it. The load dept went out of his way to find us the best interest rate possible and we could not be happier with the deal we got. Thank you Freedom Ford for making our truck buying process as painless as possible.

61 years old and this is the first brand new, never driven by anyone else, car I have purchased. Bobby Newman explained everything in detail about the 2017 Escape features and made the beginning process painless. Brent Waggoner got our financing and paperwork done professionally and knowledgeably. From the moment we stepped onto the lot we were greeted and treated like a friend. From the time I walked through the door of the dealership till I left in my new Escape, I was treated with respect and kindness. Joe Tate helped me find the perfect vehicle for me. And believe me, that wasn't an easy task! He never lost his smile and never pushed me toward something something I didn't want. Very patient guy! I got a very good price on my trade-in. Then the team gave me every incentive which made my Escape fit my budget. While waiting for my car to be brought around to me, I was introduced to Sam Wambler. One of the most kind person I've had the pleasure of meeting. He holds a special place in his heart for teachers! (I'm a retired special education teacher) He made me feel special and proud to be a teacher because of all the good things he said about teachers. Before I left the dealership that day I truly felt like part of the Freedom Ford family! ? Ok one more thing....when I went for my first oil change, one of the guys saw me in the waiting area. Soon Joe came to say hi and asked if I was still happy with my car. Such a great group of guys! Thank you all so much for making my car buying experience a pleasant one!

I was feeling a slight shudder when turning from a stop. Took my 150 to Freedom Ford and they replaced the clutch packs in the rear differential. The shudder has stopped and drives like a new truck. Freedom's service department did a great job from start to finish.

We bought a 2016 F150 crew-cab. Our salesman, Joe Tate, was terrific and this is the 2nd vehicle we bought in the past 6 months. Of course Sam was a true gentleman also.

They have always treated me with care and professionalism. They took care of a problem from another dealer and was able to get me into one of there vehicles with little to no problems. Bought a 2015 Ford Fusion last year and it runs fantastic. It is a smooth, quiet running car on the highway and in town. The turbo engine gives you the power you need when on the freeway. We are very satisfied with it so far. Went in to have it serviced for an oil and filter change. The service guy greeted me as soon as I pulled up. Quick service and that is what I like.

had 4 sparkplugs replaced charged $840.00 dollars broke the 4th one and told me it was goinf to cost me $3000.00 to remove the plug they broke off because they would have to pull the engine out. I bought the tool to remove it of the internet and my son removed if just like the instructions said to, it took him less than 1 hour. ford spent all day changing 3 of them. be aware of the repair department at freedom ford
