The staff at Friendly Chevrolet were very professional, and very attuned to your needs. I went in with a budget that they were very aware of, and left with the car of my dreams. The whole process was very smooth, they worked with my bank right there, and I also got plates straight from the dealer. Overall, I was very pleased with the service.

I could not have asked for better customer service. I came in with my car to get fixed feeling nervous, and left relieved. I was able to use a loaner car while mine was getting fixed. The gentleman that helped me was understanding and even though I did not have an appointment, my car was still done on a timely manner. Thank you for the best customer service I have experienced in car repair.

My salesman Kurt went above & beyond on a cold rainy day to make sure I found the right car for me. He is the reason I am a repeat customer. He was able to answer my questions on performance & handling, not only on the car I eventually bought, but of other cars at the dealership. The other employees I spoke with were also courteous & very professional.

Kurt Bushnell was our salesman, and he did an excellent job and was very knowledgeable. He made it a point to show us the repair department which was very neat and clean. He also made it a point to show us different features on our new vehicle. However, the financial person was too quick about his work and did not check his paperwork before having us sign papers. He repeatedly spelled our last name wrong one way or the other. Sorry, but we do not want legal paperwork with our last name spelled incorrectly. Otherwise, the salesman was excellent.

Walt Burnett was my salesman and he was awesome. He had patience and I never felt rushed while looking at different vehicles. Once I made a decision, he made sure everything was just right. He then went on to set my phone and OnStar up. He explained many things about my new car and made sure that I was happy.

The salesman,KurtBushnell was very knowledgeable about the type of vehicle we were interested in.He helped us get setup with OnStar and set up of our radio and explained many of the features of the auto.He has called us to inquire if we have any problems or questions,which We like.A good salesman always checks up on his customers.The Vp of sales was helpful in getting our trade in deal set and the fiance guy,Doug,was very helpful with any questions about our financing.We will recommend this salesman and dealership to our family and friends.Our daughter,Debora Mangis,who is a customer of yours is one of the reasons we came to Friendly Chevrolet in the first place.

Walt Burnett was our salesman and he is AWESOME!!!!! We sent a message that we were interested in a Chevy Impala and Walt called us right away and we pretty much worked out everything over the phone. We came up to Springfield the same day and Walt had the car all ready for us to take on a test drive. Walt made this an easy and enjoyable experience for us and we really appreciate that. Great service. My 2013 Chevy Avalanche had developed a rattle noise in the inside dashboard area. The service guys found that a clip had broken in the area of the defroster & had it all fixed by lunch time.

Someone was able to begin showing us cars as soon as we got to the lot. The salesman showed us all the cars we wanted to see and was very knowledgeable about the different options available with the vehicles. He showed us how all of the features of the car worked and was really fantastic to work with. I have good monthly payments and really enjoy my new car.

Great service and attention from sales man. I'm waiting to see if a few issues will be solved in the next week in regards to the car itself. Upon better inspection of the brand new vehicle, I found a few small dents in the hood. When i called the salesman, he said it would be taken care of when i brought the car back for remote start installation. We'll see how well these issues are fixed. Considering its a new car, I'm hoping its fixed quickly without hassle.

Everyone is always nice and efficient. I didn't get my car cleaned though, like they did last time. He did ask me and stated it was free, so I said yes. I did have some things in my front seat, so maybe that is why.

Service staff are helpful. When I called upset because my leased 2013 malibu would'nt start they directed me to call Onstar to get a jump and bring the car in to check the battery. They worked my car in and discovered the battery was bad and replaced it.

My wife and I were there about a month ago looking to buy a 2nd vehicle. We spoke to a salesperson named Sean Farris. He went on and on about how hard he was going to work to get us that car and told us that we should have an answer after a couple of days. Well, that came and went with no word from him, then a week, and now its been about a month. After a week with no word from him however, we went elsewhere and bought a car and got a way better deal than they had offered for theirs to begin with. They are extremely unprofessional there and they should change their name to "We waste your time Chevrolet". I will never go there or suggest anyone else go there again.

I came in for an 8:30 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. As always, I was greeting immediately, cordially, and professionally. Unfortunately, the service center was very busy and apparently shorthanded, and I had to wait 90 minutes for the work to be completed. This isn't a complaint really, but I expected to be done within an hour.

I received an email stating that their was a problem with the engine. I then called onstar, the lady that answered the call was very nice and courteous. She then proceeded to run a diagnostic of the motor, where she found a problem with my engine. She then offered to call the dealership for me. The person from the dealership proceeded to schedule an appointment for me. The hole process was very fast and pleasing. The problem was resolved without any complaints.

Salesman I had been working was working with another customer and I was not given another sales person. The front desk suggested I come back another day. I told ssalesman I wasn't waiting anymore as left. When I tried to do business with your dealership yet again a few weeks later the ssalesman refused to work with me because I allegedly cost him a sale. I wad handed off to another salesman i reported this to salesmanager but got no apology. I have purchased 3 vehicles in past but will never be back!.

I purchased a new 2012 Chevy Cruze Eco with a 6 speed manual transmission from Friendly about 2 years ago. The salesman was very helpful and courteous. The price was fair, and significantly lower than another area dealer. They even helped me find a car with the color I wanted. I've had no problems with the car, and am averaging 40-50 mpg on my daily commute. The service department has been very helpful in fitting me in for routine maintenance at times that are convenient for me, even on short notice.

Still in disbelief on the incredible deal I was able to put together on a gently used, low-mile Challenger R/T! I first went to the local Dodge store owned by the "other guys" to buy. They wouldn't come off their window sticker and wanted about the same price for a used R/T. They certainly would be "Green" with envy about the great deal Friendly Chevrolet afforded me! My salesman was totally no-pressure. He genuinley was interrested in helping me fit this premium car into my budget. He understood the importance of getting me the most money for my trade-in, and did so! I was allowed to drive several sporty cars to help narrow my selection down to the Challenger. All of the staff treated me with genuine respect and made me feel "at home" in the dealership. Refreshments, snacks, and internet-use. My sales guy explained that he wasn't only interrested in this purchase, but also my total satisfaction well beyond the buying experience. He made it understood that he wanted me to remember Friendly Chevrolet in the future and that He and the dealership will always strive to satisfy my automotive needs. I had a price in mind and they made sure to get us under that price. Since they were over an hour away from us, our sales rep made sure that he didn't waste our time. Simplest transaction I've made on a car. Plus, we saved a lot of money.

Had a deal worked out with a salesman, 2007 Corvette. Went and cleaned car and motorcycle for a trade and brought a check for a significant amount of money for remainder. Thought that I was going to be leaving with my dream car....!! and all they did was keep me in the waiting room for over an hour. When the salesman finally did come back he said he talked to his boss(Seems to be the Norm) and then tryed to low-ball me, (Very Offensive) on the price of my vehicles...I have lived and worked in this community for a long time and seems to be the big city attitude that (Someone or Anyone) will buy their vehicles, so this dealer does not have to be personable or treat (ALL) customers with respect and dignity.
