I don't purchase a car very often. Last time was 5 years ago. I also do not purchase a new car very often. Last time was never!Through my work I always had company cars and the "family car" was always an off lease program car to save the depreciation cost but still have the factory warrantee. That all changed when I meant Ryan Gambill. Very early in my career I spent a few years in the automobile business. I'm a gear head and as a new college graduate with a growing family it seamed like a good fit and gave me the opportunity to earn more than just a salaried position. I advanced quickly to Sales Mgr. so I know the game and refuse to do business with those dealers that insist on playing. Ryan was very professional showing me what I wanted and very knowledgable about Kia products and was willing to spend considerable time demonstrating the features and benefits of the vehicle I was considering. More important, he respected my desire to not purchase until I had sold my car. I told Ryan I was not in any hurry and would wait until our "Snow Birds" returned to get the best price for my very desirable Mustang GT Convertible. He did not hound me weekly with phone calls, faxes or emails. Once I had sold my car I came immediately to Ryan, he found me the car with the equipment and price I wanted and in about 5 minutes in consultation with the sales mgr. a price was agreed on and the deal was made. I was very satisfied with everyone I came in contact with at Galeana Kia; Ryan, his Sales Mgr., and the Finance Mgr. Also the Service Dept is cleaner than my house and while I hope I never their services I'm sure they will be as professional and courteous as the Sales Dept. This is the second Kia purchase my family has made at Galeana and the 3rd Kia overall. All are very happy with our decisions at this time. I will gladly recommend Galeana Kia and especially Ryan to anyone who asks. Keep up the good work,Rick & Cherie Klempa

"Fast", "friendly" and "dealership" do not normally go together, but at Galeana, it does. I recently got in a car accident which, unfortunately, led to my previous car (a Kia Soul) being totaled. I was very flustered due to the fact I, honestly, didn't need a new car; my credit was super low and now I'm forced to get a new one, unwillingly. I have always hated the process of getting a new car (hence why I had my first one for so long), so going to the dealership was a task. I had to travel to orlando the following Tuesday, though, so I needed a car ASAP. I met Ricky Bobby in the parking and told him my situation and immediately he showed me cars that were 1) in my price range and 2) not too easy on the eyes either! Lance, the financial manager and the general manager (I'm sorry I forgot his name) made sure I got the "best bang for my buck" alongside Ricky Bobby! I went in on a Tuesday and left with my car on FRIDAY!!!! So I was able to get my new car for my work trip! When I got there on Friday to pick up my car, they had all the paperwork ready, they had my 2015 Kia Optima cleaned and ready - all I had to do was sign!!! Thank you all so much, Galena Kia!! I will never get a car anywhere else:-)

The dealership was nice and clean, the entire staff was courteous and helpful not just the sales man that my husband and I dealt with. Prompt customer service and extremely knowledgeable about Kia's. Zach Hayes was absolutely the best and will definitely do business again, the best experience by far. Didn't even originally want a Kia Soul but walked out LOVING my new baby and the additional safety features.......FYI, this was the third weekend and probably 4th-5th dealership we went to, and Zach followed through on everything unlike the other dealerships.

I was impressed with the knowledge of my Salesman "Big Lou", has the answers to all of our questions and then some. I have been purchased previous Kia vehciles and thought I would change. Well it did not take me too long to trade in my Toyata and go right back to Galeana for a new Kia. I like the no pressure, and friendly treatment from the salesmen greeting you, to the finance Department and the finishing touches when leaving. Lou, even set up our phone in the automobiles system. Glad to be back to Galenana!

We went into the dealership just to look at the Kia Sorento to see if I liked the interior of the vehicle. We walked out 3 hours later in a 2017 Kia Sorento! We were very impressed with our salesperson, Zachary Hayes and also Lance who handled the leasing aspect of the transaction. We never leased a vehicle before and had to be totally educated on the subject. Both Zachary & Lance did a terrific job to help us understand the procedure!

My husband and I were in desperate need for a 2nd car. We work opposite shifts, and frequently have a hard time getting to and from work and school without the assistance of the in-laws. After 2 years of being a 1 car family, we started our mission for a car at Sutherlin Nissan. After spending 2 hours of the dealer we left annoyed and all ready to give up the hunt. We went home that night frustrated and decided to give it one more try at a dealership before we went to a buy-here-pay-here car dealer. This is where we met Jose Toro. He helped my husband and I find the perfect cars for each of us. Never feeling pressured or trying to push us into cars that we really couldn't afford. He helped us immensely! I live an hour away from Galeana Kia. I found them online, and made the call. I was very pleased with the speed in which I was called back by Zack. I told him I was pricing Kia Fortes and I had already been to Fuccillo Kia looking at a 2016 base Forte. I wanted to see what they had to offer. Not only did he match their price, Zack got me in a 2017 w/ the upgraded package for $3 less a month!!!!! So I filled out some forms online, made an appt. and that was it. I made the 1 1/2 hr drive the next day, test drove the car, signed the papers and that's all she wrote! The car was mine. They had me in and out in 1hr and 45min. That has to be some sort of record or something. I knew what I wanted, since I had test drove the Forte before, so I just basically bought a car online. That's crazy, right? So don't waste your time going anywhere else. You will get a better deal and be treated like a human being at Galeana Kia. I would do business with him again when I am ready. Thank you for a GREAT DEAL!!!!!!! :)

When I was looking to buy a new car a friend told me to check out Galeana KIA. He said you get the best deals and that the service department was outstanding. I did what he said, bought a new 2015 KIA Forte and my deal was top notch! The service department has been the best. I use them for all service including oil and lube. Needed to buy a car for my daughter who lives in Ohio. Found a great car but told them from the start I did not want to pay Florida registration fee since it would be registered in Ohio. I would have needed a power of attorney to register it there, but was told they could register it in my name, give me a temp tag, and then I could take the title to ohio to transfer it to her. I was told if the title did not get to me before the temp tag expired, just come in and get a new one. Everything closed and I drove the car to Ohio. The temp tag was about to expire so I called I was rudely told they had not sent in the paperwork because I did not pay the Florida Registration fee. After some phone calls, I did get a call from the a fellow there that the GM decided to split the registration cost with me. I told him I thought I should not have to pay anything and he suggested I come in and talk to the GM. I came in and was told the GM was not available and if I wanted my title and a new temp plate I would have to pay the split cost. Because my daughter's plate was running out, I agreed. I also sent a letter to the GM after the fact but was it was ignored. Every car you buy there you have to pay a dealer fee. Wasted money.

I love dealing with Galeana, Kia. When I bought my Sorento there they were very informative even with the man being a new employee. He knew what I wanted and came through for me. He made it happen for me. I also get most things done at Galeana, Kai as far as service. Vince in the service department is wonderful. He always is polite and very through. He lets me know what needs to be done to my car and also has the price it will cost. He also lets me know when I will be needing different services on my car. The place is imaculate as far as being clean including the restrooms. They always let you know when you wait for your car how long it might be, but before they do the work they always ask if this is exceptable before doing the work and how much it will cost. I would recommend anyone to go to them for a new or used car and also let them know how good the service is.

We were extremely pleased, and surprised, by the quality of our salesman. Edwin was not pushy at all, but really listened to learn what we were looking for and could comfortably afford. He gave us the time we needed without pressuring us in any way. We ended up leasing a car that we initially thought that we could not afford. The dealership had a friendly and courteous staff, clean facilities, very good amenities and was very well laid out. Since we had always purchased our cars and had never leased before, the details were explained to us very clearly.We have already recommended Galeana, and our salesman specifically, to other people. As my lease of my 2013 Kia came due, I went shopping to find a replacement vehicle. I drove the 2013 car to Galeana Kia and met salesman Lou Barth. We discussed costs, etc. He looked at my return vehicle. He commented that there was some damage to the car (dents and a couple scratches). We discussed my leasing a new car. Mr. Barth wrote the deal needing $1,900 down and a monthly lease payment for 3 years. When I asked him about the damage he saw, his response was "don't worry, just tell them (Kia) that you bought a new vehicle and everything will be fine." That purchase was made 4/9/2016. On July 3, I received a letter(invoice) from Kia stating that I owed them $725 for "wear and tear" on the returned vehicle. I called them but was rudely told that if I didn't pay the bill, it would be turned over to an outside collection agency and would affect my credit rating. I contacted Mr. Barth who told me he would speak with his manager. Today, July 26th I received a call from the manager who basically said there was nothing he could or would do on my behalf. He did try to sell me an insurance policy against "wear and tear" on my new vehicle. Mr. Barth was less than honest in telling me "not to worry" that buying a new vehicle from them would cover any cost of repairs. If I had thought I would need to pay for repairs, I would have taken the vehicle to a body shop. By his remarks, I was never given the opportunity to get the repairs done on my own before turning the lease back in. Galeana Kia has done nothing on my behalf with Kia Motors. They basically took my money under false pretenses.Your Desired Resolution:I believe Galeana Kia should pay the $725 charge to me from Kia Motors.

For my first car I got the 2016 Rio for a darn good deal, but with the bank draft in hand we still got told the whole, "sorry I can't go lower" 3 times. Got chased out of the building saying "wait let me see!" But hey for a new Rio with power locks and windows my price wasn't bad at all. If you're stern and know what you have to do to get your price, they'll try to work with you. And that, really, is what matters. Frenly I believe was his name, was our sales guy and helped out as much as he could. Overall, good experience and would recommend to anyone who can be stern with their price they're willing to pay!

Scott greeted me and gave me a tour of the new models and your facility.I was most impressed with him and his knowledge of the product line. I went with a vehicle to trade and not very much money to put down. Lou worked with my trade and my budget and was able to get everything squared away in ways that no other dealership was able to provide. Lou was extremely honest and I appreciated the honesty as opposed to other dealers who will just say what you want to hear so they can make a sale. When I bought my car it did have 53,000 miles on it so I purchased a platinum extended warranty. When I took my car in to get serviced before the 100,000 mile warranty was up I was told by the mechanic there that my spark plugs had never been changed and should have been at 40-45 K miles. Not sure exactly what I purchased the platinum warranty for thought maybe changing the spark plugs would have been included with that. After I picked my car up from being serviced it drove worse then before I took if in to be serviced. The service department did tell me to bring it back in at which point they said they could not find anything wrong. The following week my check ingine light came on so I took it back in to the service dept and they now said it was the turbo actuator that is not covered by the warranty. So I did call to speak with the service manager to voice my frustration and that I did feel a bit taken advantage of. He immediately started to talk down to me. At that point I did say I did not expect a resolution but I would be writing a review he then said to make sure and include his name "greg Glenn". And then he hung up the phone on me. And so that is my experience with galeana kia. I did end up taking my car somewhere else and they said there was a service bulletin on the turbo which just simply needed to be adjusted which only ended costing me $100 at the other auto shop.

I just bought a loaded 2016 KIA Sorento SXL with the Technology Package. Having owned a Lexus RX before, luxury SUV and KIA was simply not on my radar until I inadvertently came across an online article about this Sorento that piqued my interest. My Salesman was "Big Lou", after our initial meeting, when we drove the car, gave our financial information and got a quote, we left to do a little more research. Big Lou gave us his cell number which was wonderful, because while we were away for the weekend, I was able to negotiate the purchase by texting him back and forth. He was always courteous and prompt to reply with whatever information I needed. He was also extremely patient, because as you know, there can be misunderstandings when texting.... No matter what he was doing, he responded or answered promptly. Needless to say, I'm really happy with my new 2016 Kia Soul, I've only had it a few daysand I LOVE it! The dealership itself was very pleasant also... I would recommend Galeana Kia to anyone and I am actually sending my daughter there. I feel I got a terrific deal and was treated fairly.

Negative experience in service department at Galeana Kia in Ft Myers. Sorento needed valve replacement which took 2 weeks to complete due to the inefficient, unprofessional and unknowledgeable staff: Melissa, Mike, Greg. They also told me I needed a new timing belt. Never said it was just a recommendation. The overall experience was frustrating. The very next morning after picking up the car, the AC compressor was broken. Unsure how a dealership can release a car in unsatisfactory condition. Felt the dealership is very untrustworthy. Spoke to GM, Mr. McMclain about situation and felt he did not address all my concerns.

Went to purchase an Optima LX advertised on their website. Found the car, test drove it, discussed that we saw it online several times and the salesman came back with a price $5-$6 grand HIGHER than their advertised price. Told him it wasn't right so after much 'negotiation' and back and forth with his manager he was willing to sell it to us for the 'advertised price'. At which point I was done. No deal. Very disappointed. Cannot recommend this dealership. Will purchase a car this week from someone who doesn't treat me like an idiot.

We had gone to another big name Kia dealership that promised a whole bunch of stuff. After being there for several hours we walked away without a vehicle for several reasons. We came to this dealership and our salespersons name was Lou. We found a certified vehicle that was a good price and it had some aftermarket things done and the price was good as well. He made the whole process so smooth and was friendly and honest the whole time. He even gave us some ideas on what to do with our other vehicle so that our payments were not higher then what we wanted. We took his advice and everything worked out great. We even got the color kia that we wanted which the other dealership did not have. We went back into financing to sign the papers and we were only back there for a few minutes and were not pressured into taking uneeded things like mose places try to do and out payments were lower as well. This was one of the very few times that I actually enjoyed purchasing a car and Lou really made the difference with that. Thank you so much.

Their Service Advisor, Vince Comerota, is always friendly, efficient, and professional. The service is performed promptly and correctly at a reasonable price. The customer waiting area is comfortable and clean. If I chose to browse at new cars while I'm waiting I can do so without being hounded by sales people. New car sale. I am the type os "smart" shopper who goes in with all the info concerning pricing, rebates, reviews, etc. I went to the parking lot to look for the specific car I wanted. I was left alone for a few minutes, The salesperson came over and maybe because I was reviewing with my tablet he knew what type of shopper I was. We got the car for the test drive, and then sat for the price. He asked me what it said I should pay. The price advertised was already marked down and showed him the price as it was fair for all parties and the deal was done in 30 seconds. No hard sale from the business manager on upgrades and overall a very pleasant experience.

I am on my second kia Sorrento the first purchased at another dealer and this one at Galeana. The purchase and salesman were fantastic and I have now had three services done on my vehicle in less than 9 months and 23,000 miles. Everything was great with the service each time with one exception. After the first service the vehicle was washed which I did not ask for. That was fine except it was not dried after the wash. After it did dry the soap and water residue was on the paint and windows and the vehicle looked worse than when I brought it in. I had to go home and rewash the car myself. I did not say anything to vince at the time. The second service was the same thing so I noted that on the Kia survey. Just had my third service and the issue was still the same. This time Vince was on the phone when I left and considering I had already been there for two hours I filled out the survey with low marks on vehicle appearance and noted why. First thing this morning Vince called me and said there have been many complaints about this because their wash does not have a dry cycle. I was quickly transferred to Craig who could care less and told me it would cost the dealership $129.00 to do this for every customer and he would do nothing to satisfy me. I told him I would take my business back to Cape Coral.

We bought our 2013 Kia Soul after seeing it on Galeana's website. Lou Barth was our salesman and he did an outstanding job of giving us information about the car. All the paperwork was handled through the mail and was done very efficiently. When we arrived in Ft Myers, Lou picked us up at the airport in our "new" car. My husband and I just purchased a certified pre-owned Kia Sorento 2012. We did our homework and shopped around town trying to find the best car in our price range that was both, of good quality and with the best warranty available. Throughout our day we met with several dealerships with rude, pushy, and difficult individuals who almost ruined our experience as first time buyers. Luckily for us, on our last stop of the day, we landed at the Kia Galeana and were instantly helped by the amazing Lou "Big Lou" Barth. I can't even express with words what an outstanding service Lou provided for us. He went above and beyond his job description to make sure our choice was the right one, and he very kindly guided us through a process that was very new to us. As first time buyers and rookies in this process, Lou has been an extreme source of information, with an incredible personality, and most importantly, he is genuine and honest with his customers. Thanks for an incredible experience!!!

Aaron the service advisor was extremely helpful and was able to squeeze me in for the day even though their schedule clearly showed how booked up they were. He was so polite and helpful I can say enough good things about him or Galeana Kia. Great people make it a great dealership

I am taking the time to write this review because of the exceptional service given to me by the dealership and most of all the Vince Comerata the Service Writer. I bought the vehicle because of the check engine light going on and a problem with the transmission acting erratically. Upon arriving I explained the situation to Vince and stated I needed a "loaner' vehicle. He told me there was an agreement with Enterprise wherein there would be a $20.00 charge for the vehicle daily. I have a large medical assist service dog and Vince made sure they brought a SUV to accommodate my dog. I also requested a needed oil change. This was all done without an appointment. Vince was very empathetic to my situation and stated he would do everything he could to complete the project as soon as possible. To my surprise I received a call from Vince stating they had the part that was needed to correct all my issues and the vehicle was ready. I must say the service and professionalism that was given is second to none. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Another good note was Enterprise only charged me half the rate because I had the vehicle for a few hours. A good experience all the way around!

After having my 2011 Kia Optima serviced here on August 24, 2013 for normal maintenance and a recall, Galeana Kia never ceases to amaze me! I purchased my car here and have ALWAYS had my Optima serviced here because the service is simply outstanding!!! And the employees are ALWAYS courteous and friendly. Everyone goes above and beyond in their actions. Buying a car is one thing, but the service has to be "tops" and "trustworthy" to keep the customer coming back! Galeana does it best!!

Vince in the service department was excellent. He was thoughtful and even helped me get a great deal on a rental car. The service area was immaculate! The cost was very reasonable. I would recommend this Kia dealership to anyone. We have always been BMW owners but we bought a KIa Sedona for our growing family. I am so impressed with the attention to service and the low cost of maintenance!

All around enjoyable experience! Super friendly staff in all departments! The waiting room has been refurbished with new and comfortable lounge chairs and also a high table and chair area convenient for reading and watching the newly added three large screen TVs. Waiting for my auto to be finished was a pleasure and the time just seemed to fly by.

This last visit on 12/22/12 was the second time this senerio played out - I brought a current KIA into Galeana KIA for service and left the dealership in a new vehicle. - I'm a middle aged professional and find that's how I treat people and what to be treated - as an adult and a professional. I usually shop for vehicles both on line and at the dealership and normally have knowledge about the vehicles I am interested in. As we all realize, a new car purchase is an expensive one and I want quality for the price. I have been driving KIA's since the year 2000. I find them a very good car for the price and each one has been very reliable.I shopped at Fucillo's KIA in Cape Coral, Florida and found the circus atmosphere to be a bit to much for me with the noise and confusion. The salesman Jim was good, but the sales manager was a bit much, trying to sell me a car that he wanted me to drive and not the least bit interested in selling me the car I wanted. I wasted almost a whole day at the dealership and was not satified in any way other than for a cup of coffee. The prices that I received in the back and for price exchange with the sales crew was way to high and they offered me $12,000 on a 2011 Kia AWD Sorento trade-in that I thought was not even sensible. They were treating my 2011 like it was a piece of crap while attempting me to tell me that the 2013 Sorento was the 'king' of vehicles. That made no sense to me. I was offended at being treated like I was just another 'target' instead of the dealership valuing my knowledge and time spent there.Galeana KIA and all the guys I dealt with, Steve, Heiko & Chuck, were professional and made me feel like they valued me as a customer. They made me feel that not only did they want to sell me a car, but they wanted to work with me in selling me a car that I wanted (NOT one they wanted for me !!!!). I give them highest marks across the board. Like I said up front - this was the second time I went to Galeana for service and drove out with a new car. I want to let everyone know that if they are in the market for a car.."Go to Galena Kia", I am now on my second vehicle purchesed there and am very happy. The customer service there is remarkable, I feel like it's one big family there and every time that I go there I feel at home. Recently, I traded my Kia Sportage for a Kia Optima and I can honestly say I have never been happier. I want to add that every time I do go by there whether to say hello or get car serviced...they always remember my name and ask if I am in need of anything. I have to give "kudos" to the whole team there but I want to mention the "Awesome Sales Manager", Shawn Barker, My fabulous salesman "Steven Gegner", the "Super" Finance Representitive, "Juan Agront" and last but not least, the great attention I get in the service department from "Bob Anderson" who is such a great manager! I leased my Sorrento, in Nov 2011 and since that time with my Sales agent to my several visits for oil changes,etc, I have always been treated with friendliness, respect and the upmost professionalism. The work that has been done on my vechicle has been satisfactory and done in a timely manner. Also, not only with the satisfaction I have with sales and service, this KIA Sorrento, so far, has been one of the most enjoyable vehicles, I have ever driven! TJ Armstrong was my salesman,a complete stranger to us. Very honest and we both learned interstate sales are easy..shopped online for a specific car..flew my friend to Florida from Ky. with orders to fly back if car was not as advertized..needless to say it was better than expected.Paid by certified check and my friend drove car back here to Ky..Icould not touch the price on this vehicle here in Ky. for what I paid..no hidden dock fees or taxes or b.s.Would do it again..hope they are still in buisiness when I need another vehicle..Mike Seward Bardstown, Ky.

Visited Galeana Kia on the webb for their Fort Myers site, searched for a specific vehicle and the price was great..flew a friend down from where I live in Ky. whom inspected vehicle and was ordered to fly back without vehicle if not as advertized...needless to say it was more than I had expected for the price. It was nice working with T.J. Armstrong a complete stranger to me and my frind..gave him a certified check and my friend drove the car back to Ky. for me...would do again..could not touch the car here in Ky. for what we gave...no hassle...no hidden fees...taxes or b.s.Hope they are still in buisiness when I need another..Mike Seward, Bardstown, Ky.

The nicest people work in this dealerships service department. Appointments are easy to schedule. Service so far on my Kia Soul has been great even though its only been for an oil change/tire rotation. Their service tech asks lots of questions to make sure everything is running okay. Wish I could say the same for the sales department. I would never buy another car at this dealership. The worst experience in all the 10+ cars I have purchased in my lifetime. I am only recommending the service dept.

I spent one hour their at the dealership, which was not that long. One of the headlights had water in it and needed to be replaced. Bob told me that they had steps they had to go through to see what the problem was before they could replace the headlamp, under warrenty. He is one of the kindest people I have ever met and it is a pleasure to go to that location, considering that I live in Naples. I make that long drive just because the pleople their at KIA Ft. Myers are so nice.

I bought my Kia in the Lee County area, but not at this particular KIA dealership. I took my car for service a few times at the KIA i bought the car from, but I didn't feel the same friendliness or concern as I received from Galeana KIA. Of course when I arrived at KIA, the car wasn't doing whatever it was doing that made me take the car to be serviced. I drove up and got a friendly smile from Mr. William Bennett and he knew exactly what my problem was in regards to the car. This is the not the first time I have taken my car to be serviced at Galeana KIA and it doesn't matter who is helping me, I have always received friendly and professional service and although some services are going to take longer than other services to complete, I have always waited for my car and didn't have to wait all day. The people at the register are always friendly as well. My parents just purchased a KIA and I have already told them to take their car to your facility. I will continue to take my car to Galeana KIA for all of my automotive concerns.

I was in last week for first oil change on 2012 Kia Soul. Every employee at Galeana Kia always treats me like I am royalty. They are very respectful of any concerns or questions I have had. The sales person, TJ, did not use any high pressure tactics. He listened to what I was trying to accomplish and then worked to give me options from which I could choose. Management worked to get me approved for financing despite not-so-great credit. I was extremely upside down in my trade and they gave me the max for my car. They got me the car I wanted with the payment I wanted and only the money down that I stated up front. The finance person was exceptionally friendly and personable. A different sales person, Mike, delivered the car and was very thorough and professional as well. Overall, it was a great experience and I feel like I got a quality vehicle at a reasonable price.

I purchased my optima hybrid out of state but I had to take it in for it's first oil change and tire rotation. Galeana's service department was top notch and my service rep was Bill Anderson. Super nice guy and very friendly and helpful. They found that there were 4 recalls on my car and were able to fix most of them and we had to order parts to fix the other. Overall I was happy with the service and would recommend Galeana Kia's Service department.
