I am on car #3 from Ganley Hyundai of Parma. My most recent purchase was not planned. I loved the car I traded in. It was in perfect condition and well maintained. I could not pass up the trade in offer. I am getting use to my new 2022 Kona. Thank you Rocco for helping and assisting me. It is a beautiful vehicle. Ganley Hyundai of Parma has employees you can trust and are the best team ever. The service department is so awesome.

Staff was quick and courteous to me, work was done as promised. Out of their control, but Hyundai insists on 7500 miles between complimentary oil changes on my 2021. Would feel much more comfortable at 5k

Wasn’t planning on being in the market for a car until my transmission gave out. Shopped around at a few dealerships but always felt pressured until I stepped foot inside Hyundai of Parma. They made the process simple and answered all of my questions. Aaron was super helpful and extremely polite. Aaron was so much different than any other salesman I talked to in the car buying process because he listened first. 10/10 experience. Would recommend someone going here if looking for a car.

I was dreading car shopping because of past experiences. I had a gut feeling to check these guys out, and boy am I glad I followed that intuition! I was immediately greeted by Rich Heimburger, and we got right to work on the car I saw and liked on their website. It was one of the fastest transaction I've experienced at a car dealership. Rich was great, calm, relaxed, no pressure...not your typical salesman, but definitely one you want!! Then we saw big Lou in finance, and he had my mom and I in stitches while I was signing my life away. Great experience all around. Thank you all for renewing my faith in not only car sales, but also humanity! I HIGHLY recommend this place!!!
