Just bought a 2006 Ford Explorer on May 1, 2016. The sales rep was Scott.This was the second vehicle I have bought from them in the past 10 years. Both times the process was smooth and the vehicles were low milage and in great condition. Since I came there by myself Scott and his wife dropped the Explorer off at my house on their way home from work. Thanks for the great service guys.

I actually test drove a vehicle from another car lot and drove it to Gasoline Alley to see what they had to offer. I told one of the sales associates what I was looking for. He showed me a 2004 Lincoln Aviator and I instantly fell in love with everything it offered. So I took the overly priced junker back to the other lot and came back to Gasoline Alley, I am now a proud owner of the 2004 Lincoln Aviator. There was no stress, and everything went so smooth. If you want great cars with a great value you have to come down to Gasoline Alley of Winchester VA. Simply put, it was the best car buying experience I've ever had.

On Friday, January 11 2016 I purchased a 2007 chevy trailblazer from Gasoline Alley. I looked at other car lots for days. Dealers giving me false information about vehicles. I was feed up. I got on to Gasoline Alley website and noticed all the prices where fair and mileage was low and the vehicles where clean. I meet with Scott the salesman he was very helpful in making my purchased. I drove the car home and check the car from front to back looking for any issues. The vehicle was in great shape and taken care of. Thanks Gasoline Alley

Before making the 5 hour tip down there, the salesman "Garth" actually text me additional photos that eased my mind. No disappointments on my end! The car was exactly what he described it to be. Really a good experience, worth the 70 mile drive. They had sooo many cars to choose from here. Garth and Scott were friendly and helpful, their suggestion ended up with me buying a jeep that was even nicer than what I was looking for. Everyone has been friendly, even had a good suggestion for grub nearby. It's pleasant to drive away -NOT- feeling like a rube, in a car that won't die on me..I can relax.

I purchased a 2004 Mercury Mountaineer after finding it on their website. I went to the dealership and met Mike, our salesman. He showed us the vehicle and it was in great shape with good miles. He was honest about a couple of small issues the vehicle had which were taking care of. The sales process was very easy and Mike was great. About a month after the purchase I felt some engine shaking so I immediately called and spoke to Tim the service manager. I took it in the following day and received a call from him that evening. They looked at it up and down and could find nothing wrong. They even went ahead and changed all the spark plugs just in case. After picking it up that seemed to take care of the problem and I have had no other problems of any kind. My son will be needing a car next year and I'm definitely going to Gasoline Alley for that purchase as well.

I called and requested to speak with Scott Riley, who I had read some favorable reviews on. I described the vehicle I was looking for and that one had come on line available at his facility, He told me that he would go around the vehicle, drive it and let me know what he felt the vehicle needed, the goods and the bads. We spoke approx. an hour later and he said that it was in great shape, EVERYTHING worked and the valve cover gasket leaked on the drivers side. We agreed to purchase the vehicle if he would get the gasket replaced and I would pick it up the next day. A deal! Well, the vehicle was very nice looking as he described and they had just finished the gasket replacement. We took it for a drive in the city and the one tire vibrated. The dealership replaced the one tire and off I went. I did not get two blocks form the dealership and the check engine light comes on. I return and Scott Riley says, well the mechanics are all gone when you return to pickup your OHIO vehicle we will fix the engine light. Upon my return they changed one simple module and reset the engine light. I drove approx 100 miles and back on it came. Upon my return to Ohio I had the engine light diagnosed and it was the same original code EGR Valve which they had not replaced. I went and got the EGR Valve replaced and sent then was able to get E-CHECK approved to get new licenses plates. I sent the bill to Gasoline Alley for reimbursement, because Scott Riley told me they would take care of it! Well, now it seems they can't locate my letter, my emails are undeliverable etc etc...... Long story short....... Gasoline Alley will do anything to sell you a vehicle, just don't expect them to back up their word that they will take care of any problems. I would NOT GO there again, unless all the other dealerships have sold out of all the other vehicles available to purchase. Not only did my vehicle have an e-check problem, the cruise control would not engage, the mirrors won't function , numerous fuses blown after driving a short distance back to OHIO . Scott Riley/Gasoline Alley have not kept their word ! Ripped off from OHIO !

Looking for a Ford Sport Trac, located one that just became available. Called and requested Scott Riley because I read reviews that said he was honest & fair. He looked the vehicle over, drove and reported back to me within an hour what he felt the vehicle might need (valve cover gasket replaced) and the overall condition of the truck. We agreed on purchase and they initiated repairs so I could pick the truck up the next day. Upon arrival, they were just completing repairs as promised and the truck was exactly what Scott shared with me. An engine light came on just after leaving the dealership and they took care of that too. I feel they are honest, work well clients and while making an honest buck, they provide the buyer with quality service and vehicle. I would come back.

I found Gasoline Alley online and decided to make the hour drive to check out the 2005 Grand Cherokee that I was interested in. When I arrived the car was everything that was stated on their site and Scott the sales man was great to work with. He explained everything in detail and was very honest about the Jeep and easy to work with. This was a very easy dealership to work with, very laidback and straight forward. My situation is totally opposite of the posting for the PT cruiser earlier. I went to Gasoline Alley first to test drive a corvette, mike and garth the salesmen were very professional and nice, unfortunately the corvette was in poor shape we had to jump start the car just so I can take a test drive, then the car had a lot of idling issues. And the interior needed cleaning badly, the price was good for it though. So I decided not to purchase that vehicle based on the way it sounded and looked, after searching the internet I found a corvette in Fredericksburg PA at Countryside Auto that was going for the same price as the one at Gasoline Alley only 7 years newer, so me and the Bf took the 2 hour drive one way after talking to Steve and setting up a date to meet, When we got there I fell in love with the car just by looks we took it for a test drive and everything was awesome clean leather seats, everything in awesome condition and very well kept for an older model the car drove so smooth, I would like to thank Steve from Countryside Auto for a very pleasant buying experience and I will recommend them to all my friends and family.

I was hesitant at first to look at a vehicle at this location after the first time I arrived here earlier this year and wasn't thrilled about the first sale rep I dealt with. The wife and I decided to give the dealership another try so that we could get a family vehicle we have been procrastinating on. Called Scott the night before and verified the vehicle we were interested in was still available. Scott told us the hours they were open all week and told us to come in any time it was convenient. After we arrived at the dealership the next day we asked Scott to show us the vehicle we were interested in. We were shown the vehicle for about a minute before he informed us that for the price and condition and what we were looking for their was a more suitable option. We were shown the Cadillac SRX and quite impressed not only was it in better condition, but Scott was very forthcoming in telling us the factory repair that the vehicle needed. It was a no stress easy process where we felt that we weren't being pressured to buy. I will definitely come back for the next vehicle.

We have been looking for a nice used car for our 17 year old daughter's first car. At first, my wife and I drove from Charles Town WV to Fredericksburg VA (5 1/2 hr round trip) because we saw a nice PT Cruiser for sale that we thought she would like. We talked with the used dealership all week and set up a time we would be there (since we were coming from so far away). We showed up at that dealership only to find the car we were expecting to take home that night had a flat tire, wouldn't start, loose door handles and many cosmetic flaws that were not depicted in the picture. We left feeling disappointed for the time wasted. A week later, while looking at Cars.com we saw a beautiful PT Cruiser at Gasoline Alley. I called Scott Riley and let him know what we were looking for. He was very professional on the phone and understood our concerns. He immediately faxed me information on the car, got my financing started and promised the car would be the perfect car for my daughter. He also fixed a few minor things he found when he test drove it himself. We showed up to Gasoline Alley ready to buy the car without even seeing it in person first! The car met all of our criteria for being a used car. It had air in the tires and most importantly, it started. Scott had us out of the dealership within 2 hours and we were able to surprise our daughter with her first car. Gasoline Alley is an awesome used car dealership and they help you any way they can.

I had searched for a while to find the right jeep and located one I liked at Gasoline Alley. Filled out credit app on line< but got no response, so I called the next day. Talked to Scott and we decided it was best for me to come to the dealership so they could look at my trade-in. I showed up Saturday around 11;30 and looked over the Jeep and test drove it while they appraised my trade-in. I had made some requests on my finance application concerning my trade in value and what I was looking for financing wise. Scott worked very hard for quite some time to try and find me the deal I was looking for. While he was not able to reach my requests fully, they came very close. It was close enough that I felt comfortable with it and made the deal. Scott actually worked very hard and kept me informed of the status. The Jeep I purchased was exactly as was advertised and I pleased with it so far. Everyone at the dealership were pleasant and friendly and easy to work with. I would definitely buy here again and would recommend them to my friends.

Tried to purchase a jeep from this dealer but was told that my fiancee and my credit was not good enough for the vehicle I wanted ( however we were approved at a different dealer for the same amount.). Got my grandfather to cosign and was still told our credit was not enough for the jeep I wanted, my pap has great credit and owns his own home, really his credit was not good enough? Do not reccomend this place for anybody with other than pristine e credit. I feel the salesman was not very helpful and could!d care less about selling me the vehicle I wanted. He kept trying to push me into a jeep I did not want.

I have never spent thousands of dollars buying an auto by just talking to the sales rep (Scott) and looking at photos on line! However, a friend recommended this dealership highly and I took a big risk. Scott told me all about the Jeep I bought and he even drove it 83 miles to deliver it to me. So far so good. He did tell me about a few items that need work (its a 1999) and referred me to the best mechanic in my area. Also I feel he was honest and forthcoming. The purchase process was a breeze and efficiently handled by Scott. Overall it was a great buying experience. I highly recommend Gasoline Alley Auto Sales. I had a very positive experience.

This place is a joke. My wife and I unfortunately purchased a vehicle from this place. On our first trip down there we arrived at 5:45 not knowing that they close at 6. You'd think someone would want to make a sale stay a little late and make their customers happy but several employees walked by without a word. The next day we went down and took our new "project" car for a test drive. On the test drive I noticed the vehicle was pulling to the right, the a/c wasnt cold and a weird noise was coming from the belt/pulleys. Salesman Garth promised us these issues would be taken care of. The next day when we went down there to actually purchase the vehicle we were told the noise was actually the intake, which was a lie because its coming from the alternator. We were also told the vehicle was pulling to the right because one of the tires was low on air pressure and that if it was still pulling after we left to call him and to quote Garth "We'll work something out" which ended up with My wife getting a phone call from the manager who was very rude and said they wouldn't do anything about it because they don't have the equipment there to do it. And how about those tires that they filled? Well they totally neglected the back two and one of them is shredded now due to the bad alignment/ low air. I only wish we would have read the reviews on here before we went here. Long story short stay away from this place unless you like being lied to and taken advantage of.

One of the easiest dealership to work with. My son and I came up from Spartanburg County, South Carolina after seeing the FireHawk on line. It was just what they said it was and more. Clean and when we noticed it had a turn signal light out they fixed it right away. Saleman was friendly. Glad we made the trip. My son is enjoying the car and has already had it in a car show.

After seeing a 1999 Nissan with very low miles on the web I made a phone call. I was incredibly specific about what I was looking for. A huge worry about vehicles from the Northeast is rust. A vehicle can be maintained carefully or not. The salesman, Scott, will argue all day long that what was underneath this truck was a "normal" amount of rust for this region and the age of the vehicle. This thing was a rust-bucket and disaster waiting to happen. "Normal" may be subjective. What is NOT subjective is that he told me that there was ZERO rust on the body, that I would not be disappointed and should go right ahead and drive 380 miles to buy this truck. Well, after the 380 mile drive I found holes in the bed and could have poked my finger through more spots in the bed wall. The underneath was devastatingly rusted to the point where nuts were no longer recognizable and any parts that would need replacing in the future would be a nightmare. Every single exhaust hanger had been broken off due to rust and re-welded. The drive shafts were virtually destroyed. The frame was being devoured. This thing was not going to go another 2 years. So we drove 380 miles home without a truck and with a little more distrust of the used car salesman. I was stupid once. Not doing that again without photos of EVERYTHING.

I just want to say that they do not offer there own 30 day warranty. I bought a car there and 3 weeks later the transmission shot and they refused to fix it after giving me the run around for weeks. They offer a warrant that you pay extra for and it terrible! THE REASON THEY HAVE SO MANY GOOD REVIEWS IS BECAUSE THEY MAKE YOU WRITE ONE WHILE YOU ARE BUYING YOUR CAR AND THEY WATCH YOU WRITE IT AND THEY MAKE EVERYTHING A 5 STAR.... I'M SERIOUS! I thought it be a great place bit i was wrong! Please I want to save you the money and time!

One thing I must say is I searched the web to find an Avalanche that met my criteria. I looked all over and tried other websites but when I stumbled across www.cars.com and Gasoline Alley Auto Sales I was amazed!!!! I had always had my eyes on the Chevy Avalanche. I drove over 500 miles and was astonished!!! I WAS FLOORED!!!! Scott was impeccable and made the transaction a smooth process and was very hospitable. Scott was a very knowledgeable and kind salesman who showed us the car, and test drove it with us. Rather than trying to sell us the car, he just let us experience it exactly the way it was. His transparent sales nature was the easiest and best sales experience I have ever had, ESPECIALLY with a used car dealership. The car was exactly what we were looking for, and it's condition was exactly what we expected for the year, and mileage we were working with. The car fit our budget, our needs, and desires in terms of driving experience. Scott even recommended a lunch venue to us, Apple Valley Cafe, which has the absolute best Philly Cheese Steak. This used car buying experience has been an absolute treat.

We came in to Gasoline Alley looking for a newer vehicle for my wife. Garth Shrader greeted us, showed us several vehicles. We found a very nice 2004 Saturn ION that they had just traded with only 88k miles. The car had not been detailed but had been through there shop and inspected. There where a few small items that needed done which they put in writing to be done. Scott Riley handled all our financing as was so helpful in getting our payment in our comfort zone. Scott was awesome for us! We had to buy 2 used cars at the same time and he was able to work with us and find us both a vehicle. I was able to get exactly what I wanted and Scott was able to get me an affordable payment. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a used car. All the rest of the staff was so nice and friendly and seem to be great as well! Would definitely give Scott and these guys a try!

I was looking for a '99 to '04 V-6 Mustang and I found an '04 at Gasoline Alley with 78,000 miles in very good condition on their website. I dealt with Scott Riley who was very patient to work with. I drove 95 miles to test drive the car. There were a few minor areas that needed correcting that Scott took care of. We worked out the financing and he answered all of my questions. I came back three days later by means of a one-way rental car. Scott picked me up at the rental company and took me back to the dealer, and then I drove home. Gasoline Alley gives the appearance of being just a used car dealer, but this is not the case. At any time they have a wide selection of cars. Across the street is their shop for preparing their cars for sale, and their final prep area is another building behind the one you see in the pictures. Although this is a used car dealer, it is run very much like a named brand dealership. Scott previously had many years working for a Nissan dealership. When you review their financing options, it is very much like being in a bigger dealership. He also reviewed the extended warranty company that they recommend, and I bought a two year plan to add piece of mind to the purchase of my ten year old Mustang. They are very thorough with their paperwork. Being from another state meant calculating my state's taxes into the deal, and later I will receive a check payable to my MVA toward getting tags in my home state while now using a 30-day temporary VA plate. The Gasoline Alley facilities are comfortable and very much like going to an old fashioned car dealer, as well as easy to reach off VA Rt 81. From start to finish the entire process went very well, and now I have a like new ten year old Mustang in my garage. If you see a car you like with Gasoline Alley, it would be well worth your time to visit with them and discuss your selection in person, as well as potentially buying an extended warranty.

Scott was very helpful in finding the right vehicle for us. He was very knowledgable about all the vehicles on the lot. We noticed minor noises while test driving the vehicle we eventually bought. Scott had it checked out until the problem was figured out and fixed. He also fixed a couple other minor issues he noticed himself. An excellent, stress free experience!

I came to Gasoline Alley for a car that I found online. They helped me a lot more than I was expecting. My credit is not the best, but they managed to work with me where other Dealerships wouldn't. Not only that, I thought that I had all the paperwork ready when I came in. I didn't so Scott working with me for a half a day when they were in there peak hours. The paperwork ended up sorted out and now I'm leaving in a new used car. Thank you Gasoline Alley.

I have been to several dealerships over a two week time period. I found these guys when I finally searched online for the kind of car I wanted. When I called, I was addressed properly, with respect. Scott takes the time to find out your needs/wants and explains everything. We drove from Grafton, WV...about 200 miles to come here. Scott was very honest about the cars that we were inquiring about. He found an error posted on the internet but still honored the price. It was very cold outside so the car hesitated to start, he replaced the battery as a precaution, for free. These guys have been so generous and so helpful. Scott was the best to work with. He was very patient. I will definitely be coming back here to buy another vehicle in the near future. Thank you so much for your patience and hard work. Most definitely would recommend.

I had called in asking about the Pacifica I found on line and a very nice gentleman name Scott Riley answered the phone and was extremely helpful through the whole process. Honest, Nice and the Whole process went smoothly and was out driving my new car two hours later. I would recommend Gasoline Alley it was a clean and professional place. I was greeted right away by the staff, they were very respectful, nice, and even willing to work with us on getting a car on Christmas Eve. Scott was awesome and did not try to rip us off, and he made sure we could afford the car on our budget, not theirs. The first car we were very interested was a little out of budget, and he found us a better car that was even cheaper.

I went to Gasoline Alley sales because they had the best deal on a low mileage affordable vehicle that fit my purposes for work. Originally I went to Goldstar auto and they tried to sell me a car that had 150,000 miles and a price that was much higher than the car was worth. I found the salesman, Scott, at Gasoline Alley very knowledgeable and helpful given my financial history. I recommend this dealership to anybody that needs an affordable car without the feeling of being ripped off.

I visited many dealers in my local area. I had very little credit and all other dealers could not help. I came to Gasoline Alley Cars and Peppie Mills greeted me with all kindness. I found a VERY nice one owner Honda Odyssey with super low miles and clean as a pin. Scott the credit manager was able to help me as a first time buyer and I was APPROVED !!!. Pepe Mills my sales representative was personable, professional and knowledgeable. He greeted me right away, showed me the truck and after the test drive promptly took care of the buying process. I have purchased many cars and trucks in my time and this ranks in the top of my list of a very good buying experience. I called Gasoline Alley on 11/19/2013 to inquire on an Extremely low mileage 2000 Dodge Dakota SLT 4x4. The salesperson Garth Shrader is who I spoke with when I called. He knew and explained everything in detail about the condition of the vehicle. I meet with Garth the very next morning, he pulled the vehicle around to the front lot and it was in better condition than the pictures showed on the internet. We took a test drive and the truck droves as it was knew. They handled my financing on the spot in a timely manner. Garth went over the extended service contracts in detail which I took advantage of as they don't overcharge for them. We visited Gasoline alley looking for a low mile SUV. Gasoline alley has the largest inventory in the area. We found a beautiful 2001 Ford Expedition with only 65000 Original miles. This vehicle was absolutely in pristine condition and such a fair price. I would recommend Gasoline Alley and Mike Williams to anyone looking for used vehicle 5 Star dealer
