I use them to service my Lincoln Continental when I am in MA (happens every summer as we babysit our grand-daughter). People in the service department are very professional, provide great customer service, and address all my concerns. Once I got on the cross-country trip and my engine light came on. People in service department were able to squeeze me in without an appointment, got everything fixed, and the car drove across the country without any problems. They pay attention to details, respect all deals I made when buying the car, and overall do a great job.

I was a bit nervous dropping off for service, since I normally do everything myself. They confirmed my suspicion, but the repair was more then I had budgeted for at this time. They were reasonable.

This car place Gervais Lincoln is truly a GREAT place both for service and 'good deal' buys. for the last 30 years I have bought only from here. Currently we (my wife and I) each own cars bought from here. MKC and MKZ. We do all out service from here. They are always very courteous and friendly. I recommend this place to all my friends.

I was in the market for a CPO SUV and visited multiple 'high-end' dealers and I could not have asked for a better experience with my purchase through Gervais! My sales consultant, Key, was very easy going, responsive and followed through on each step of the purchase process. Gervais far exceeded my expectations with their customer service and meticulous preparation of my vehicle!

Recently I purchased a vehicle from Gervais, Paul (our sales representative) was amazing. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He even took the time to call me after to follow up and see how I liked the car. The service department however I have nothing nice to say about. During the follow up call with Paul, I expressed that the car pulls to the right and I do not believe that it was doing it during the test drive. He stated that when I came back to pick up my floor mats that the service department would take a look at the alignment and see what was going on. When I went back to pick up the floor mats Paul was not available and another lovely member of the service department gave them to me and stated that he could walk me over to the service department but that since I didn't have an appointment that it would probably be a long wait. He advised me to call the service department and make an appointment. When I called to do so the service department representative stated that I probably hit a curb really hard and that it couldn't have been doing it since I picked it up since they definitely already did an alignment and there is no way that they could have forgotten to do it.

Always accommodating and never a hassle. Doug is fantastic! They are thorough when troubleshooting and efficient in regular maintenance. Scheduling is easy and they complete the work in the time frame given, too. Highly recommend Gervais Lincoln in Lowell!
