High quality cars and amazing staff. Everyone was so polite, patient, and had out-going wonderful personalities. They are willing to work with any situation you throw their way and really do their best to provide you with whatever information you need to understand the process and terms of buying or trading a car. They had refreshments, and the building itself was even very aesthetic. The staff was even up front about situations that may not have been ideal in their case, but showed they were looking out for the customer getting back as much money as possible (as opposed to a low trade-in pay out).

Found out today I was over charged 12,000 dollars for a used vehicle. They were nice people to deal with I just had no idea they were scaling me. They sold me a 2015 used jeep Cherokee with 20,000 miles Jan of '16 for about $32,000 I found out from another dealer. I owe $28,000 left on it . blue now also says it's only worth $16,000 now . I'm very disappointed in Glenbrook dodge and sales person (Sean) . I wish they would've just sold us a brand new one instead of telling us what a great deal we are getting . I went to a dealer cause I thought that doing so I wouldn't get ripped off . I'm filing with the BBB. Probably not do any good but I'm warning everyone I know.

We drove from Ohio 2 1/2 hours away, because we seen a Hummer on their website, and on ebay classified ads, looked great, just missing a few details about the hummer. They advertised the hummer but forgot to mention in the ad about the back door not opening, and the rear back hatch door wouldn't open oh and the sunroof only worked sometimes and the door handles had been screwed on with screws, and the dead battery. A few dents not shown in the pictures some of the interior trim was beat up as well chrome peeling off and oxidized. Employee said it acts like it wants to die at stop lights, sounds like it doest want to idle right. Troy was great, a customer might have not known some of the details about this vehicle. Long story short stay away from the hummer and don't be lured in by pretty ads.

I don't usually write negative reviews. But I hope no one else has the experience we did.This might be a good place to buy a new car. They have a big inventory and the sales staff seems friendly and knowledgeable. We bought a used car.A few months after buying it, it stopped at an intersection and wouldn't restart. After consulting a different service department and looking at Carfax, it seemed like the issue might have been preventable.Long story short: I contacted Glenbrook by phone and letter, asking them to look into this. I was told that Carfax had made an error. We spent a bunch of money on a used vehicle with under 40,000 miles that broke down and cost $800 in repairs and $100 in towing less than 3 months after it was inspected and purchased from Glenbrook. It seems suspicious that they say CarFax made an error.Also, the business manager went through the paperwork really quickly and sold an extended warranty without my husband realizing it. My husband was able to go back later that day and cancel it. But, I think the staff needs to be more clear in the future about pricing so people don't buy these warranties without realizing what they are buying and how much it costs.Also, we were able to refinance and get a better interest rate. Check the rate you are paying on your loan.

Imagine having the dreaded "Check Engine" light blinking at you when you're 200 miles from home.That's what happened with my 2010 Dodge Challenger Rallye SE. It was Sunday night when the dreaded light appeared. The following Monday morning, at 7 .A.M. I limped into Glenbrook Dodge in Fort Wayne without an appointment. The cheery technician asked if I have a warranty (I did) and said, "We'll have a look for you."NOT ONE HOUR LATER...the technician came back and said an EGR valve needed to be replaced (for a $100 deductible), but that the car was safe to drive around town until my next payday. He also suggested cleaning the fuel injectors and throttle-body, which didn't seem unreasonable at 51,000 miles.When I returned for service, the friendly staff serviced my car and had me on the road within 3 hours or so. I drove back to Chicago and...wait for it...got 31 M.P.G. highway from my well-maintained V-6 Challenger.I'd buy a car from them or ESPECIALLY go back for service in a heartbeat!

I live about an hour away from Fort Wayne. I found a truck on auto trader that I liked. I contacted the dealership to set up a meeting. When I arrived for prearranged meeting, the truck that I was interested in was driven over the weekend by the sales staff and not even cleaned up. We took it on a test drive and liked it. I though I could just take it through the car wash later so wasn't too worried about the dirty condition. We sat down to talk price, the salesman asked what my trade was worth. I explained that I was looking for a fair price, but didn't throw out a number. They came back with an insulting offer for my trade. I told them it was worth much more than that and the comment that I received in return was "20 minutes ago you said you didn't know what it was worth". I relied and said that doesn't give you the right to screw me on it. Anyway, we negotiated a fair price, and we continued with the deal. Eventually we started talking financing. I told them that with my excellent credit that I wouldn't accept anything less than 2.99%apr. They came back and said they were able to do that. We shook hands and started drawling up the paper work. In the meantime my wife and I went to lunch. While at lunch our cell phones started ringing from various financial instructions because they suspected fraud. Long story, short, Glenbrook used the wrong social security number. When one loan was denied they continued to try our information with several other loaners. They repeatedly denied our credit because of the inaccurate information. They finally corrected the numbers and submitted the loan. The rate came back at 3.49%. They was very frustrating to me. If I could go back to that moment in time I would have stopped the sale and walked away, but I didn't, I continued with the deal. Now here we are, three weeks later, I have been to the BMV three times trying to register the truck in my name and get plates, every time I go they tell me that Glenbrook still has not done the title work. I continue to reach out to them to try to resolve these issues.

We had our Chrysler 300 serviced for a recall on the driver airbag deflator this past weekend. Service was fine except our hood was left up and as we were driving home we had to suddenly pull over and put the hood down which was dangerous. They also left the plastic that covered the seats and the paper that covered the floor mats all in tact in our vehicle- not the best experience, but it was for a recall so we had to go to this dealership.

Called and scheduled a premium car detail which was sent to me in an email long with a coupon for tire rotation and buy a wiper and get one for a buck,well when i arrive after driving from Ohio i am told we cant do the premium detail cause we dont do it we send them to another place to do it and they aren't open. Would not you schedule an appointment knowing the hours of operation of the place you are sending your customers??The wipers were not the factory OEMs but some cheap gas station wipers blades i could have bought cheaper anywhere, I assume they did rotate the tires.Second time and last time this place does this to me...

Had an extended warranty (2011 3.6l) issue causing a misfire fault (302) on my ECU. The fix was to replace the front Valve head. They were quick to replace it in 2 days with the heads in stock and also did a free alignment check while onsite as well as wash the winter salt off when completed.I do have an issue with dodge not doing this as a recall for a known problem with these engines. I paid $500 to have the problem solved by my local mechanic. Then when the problem still existed he did some digging to find this on the internet. So after $300 for the new head, and $500 to clean the fuel and coolant system at Glenbrook its running correctly again

I went in to have a recall done on my vehicle, thinking they were only going to be able to do one they were actually able to do both recalls in about 2 hours time. Becky was extremely helpful and printed me off some information about an issue they had found during the inspection of my vehicle. Some people may not care about this, but I really liked the fact that the waiting room was nice and had comfortable chairs, desk areas, refreshments, etc. They make sure you are well taken care of! They even took is through the car wash! :) I plan on going back for my oil changes because they have affordable packages and I like that they do a very detailed inspection on my vehicle every time it is there, that is something you will not find just anywhere!

I had the best customer experience at the Glenbrook Fiat with the dealer LT. LT and Todd were so patient while I was picking out the model and edition I wanted. My car was brought in from Ohio and arrived in great condition. After we finalized the purchase, LT spent over an hour setting the car up for me exactly how I wanted and explained how to work everything in detail. During my drive home to South Bend, I knew how to operate everything. I know most people dread dealing with dealers but know if you go to this fiat, you will be in great hands with LT and Todd. I kept saying no minivan or Chrysler product! Well I went into the showroom and looked at a Chrysler minivan. My husband and I came in to Glenbrook Dodgem originally in October of this year with a 1998 Blazer trade in. We were given a fair price for the trade in and received outstanding customer service from Sean Shaffer. He listened to our needs for a vehicle and even some of the wants in a vehicle and paired us with a great ride. Six weeks later, some guy rear ended me in my new vehicle and totaled it. Sean was helpful again in placing us in a new vehicle. He was very patient with me as I was so distraught about the accident and how to proceed. He helped me to calm down and again put us in a great new vehicle and arranged for warranty transfer and the many details of the financing. We would suggest that Sean Shaffer handle our friends and family vehicles as he is great. He has a talent for knowing what people need and what vehicle is available so that you can drive away in a great ride at a fair price.

Went in and got approved for our truck, Austin helped us and was AMAZING, he was fast, kind, and answered all questions. We leave in the truck with the agreement to bring in our old suburban and $500 as our down payment. About 5pm the next day we drop the suburban off and drop the title and $500 off with Jeff Colony (spelling?), shook and hands and left. 30 days is up and we still could not register and plate our new truck due to them not releasing the title. Now common sense would be that if there was an issue to call the buyer and discuss the issues. No we had to call for 4 different days to find out they "lost" out $500 and now can't release the title. Lamont (in financial) claims they can't find it but they have the title (the title and money were together in an envelope. And as my husband is trying to figure out what to do and letting him know we will have to call our attorney, Lamont hangs up. What kind of business is this?

So OVER Glenbrook Dodge NEVER am I to purchase another vehicle from them ! When you purchase a vehicle it's all smiles once the deal is sealed the service is horrible as well as the attitudes ... Tabitha in service is a liar and does not do her job properly and Chris Pomgratz is an complete xxxxxxx their service department sucks ! I purchased my car in mid July 2 weeks later my brakes went out when I spoke with whom I purchased the car he gave me the run around and I've yet to get 2 things I was promised on my contract . They have had my car for 3 days just to fix the brakes ! Before my deal was final they gave me a rental while the tinted my Windows which took a few hours (which was fine) and now that it's my brakes that need to be fixed (mind u my car was not a buy as is vehicle) I have not gotten a rental nor any type of compensation for the time they have had my vehicle I basically paid for a vehicle to be vehicleless . Never purchase here and do not let the smiles fool you ! I told them about my brakes when they first began squeaking 2weeks after I purchased it it took them 3 weeks before they even looked at it my brakes completely went out on me while I was driving and had to be towed to the dealership.

From the minute I walked on the lot, it wasn't the typical car shopping experience. Our salesman, Ken, answered any question I had without hounding us. We test drove a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and decided it was the one. The entire process was easy going, and the staff was very friendly. I recently was driving my 2006 dodge charger and noticed that a red light with a battery symbol kept appearing. I decided to call Glenbrook Dodge to question if I needed a battery? I was informed by Brian in the service dept to bring my car in and they would check it out for me that same day!!!. I had received an online coupon for an express oil change that was about to expire so I decided to use it. As I was being processed, Becky Dodd noted that my service records indicated it was time for a flush of the brake lining and asked if I would like that work done. Since it wasn't on my schedule, I was concerned about the time it would take; however, she assured me they could take me immediately and all services would be complete within the hour. I enjoyed coffee and TV while I waited; service was done in about 50 minutes, and my bill was processed quickly. Becky took a little more off the cost of my oil change and I thought the charge was great for the services completed. As always, your staff is friendly and helpful -- I trust the quality of service I receive!

I returned my 2014 Journey to the dealer as I had a rattle in the dash after they replaced my speedometer glass. They found there was a clip that was left lying loose in the panel. They removed the clip and the rattle in my dashboard was solved. We bought several vehicles there in the past, one of the 2 most recent has been in the shop constantly for warranty work. Tried to just trade it in & get a dependable vehicle, but they offered such a low ball figure & wouldn't budge on the lemon they sold us not even 2 yrs ago. So that made it, that we couldn't even get financed w/o 10k down. If a person has 10k to put down they don't need their help!. Just felt like they didn't care to help us or really even try. And the manager was actually in his, I could give a crap less attitude talking to us as he said his goodbyes. That's how loyal customers get treated. Very sad! We'll never go back.

Stopped in and spoke with Justin Reynolds a few days back about a slow leak in one of my tires. I mentioned then that I was looking to buy a new set of 4 tires soon anyway and he advised me of a sale coming up in the near future - buy 3, get No 4 for $1. I waited and had all 4 replaced , balanced and nitrogen added, ALL in a short time. Excellent repair service, fast, great deal, convenient shuttle service and excellent customer service......

I worked well with my salesperson Jordan who was very accommodating, however when I made an offer of $28,500.00 on a vehicle Jordan had to go get a manager and that is where the experience went to xxxx in a hand-basket. The manager's name was Steve and he came over and introduced himself and then proceeded to tell me straight forward that they couldn't accept an offer of $29,000.00. I told him I actually offered $28,000.00 and he rolled his eyes at me like some condescending xxxxxxx. He then placed a piece of paper on the table and started telling me the actual price was $36,000.00 and the price of $32,000.00 I saw online was already discounted while poking the paper with his finger on the table as to make a point. He shook my hand and said maybe they have an older vehicle that may work for me. His customer service skills are severely lacking, I would've been open to possibly looking at another vehicle had he approached and explained to me in a civil manner that they'd love to work with me but the offer I made simply wasn't enough as the online prices are already discounted. I had no idea online prices are discounted or I might have rethought my offer. I went to another dealer and spent $28,500.00 on a vehicle and they seemed to appreciate the business. I feel sorry for the sales people there if this is how manager's approach potential buyers as their sales numbers will be lower than if they were treated with respect. I called and left a message with Chris for Mark McKibben but received no call back so I'm guessing my input doesn't hold a lot of weight, hopefully this comment will spark some sort of change in the treatment of customers moving forward.Best Regards,Bill Drinkall

I spent months and must have spoken with 40-50 dealers on the quest for my dream car--an SRT Viper. He was knowledgeable about the car, and was able to answer all my questions about the condition of the Viper. The car was stored indoors and kept in immaculate condition at the dealership and I had confidence that the Glenbrook team knew how special the Viper is and treated it thusly.I made an offer and within minutes I had worked out, effortlessly, an incredibly good deal for the perfect car. I was elated, and right after the call I bought the first flight out to Fort Wayne that I could take.Ken was waiting at the airport when we got in, drove us to the dealer in a brand new Chrysler 300, and the car was waiting for us, exactly as described when I got there. Perhaps the fact that we ended up staying and chatting for well over an hour with the entire team once we got there speaks to how good of an experience we had. Glenbook is a phenomenal dealership whether it be for a Dart or a Hellcat, I won't hesitate to fly in and drive back my next Fiat or Chrysler product. An absolute A+ experience.

they spilled oil on the way home and smell like burnt oil the whole way it was nauseating and terribly overpriced I am very disappointed and I'm also very disappointed in how they beat on my truck they don't need to accelerate that hard on my vehicle I saw the guy uncalled for just because it says Hemi doesn't mean stomp it to the floor maybe GB Dodge would like to fill my gas tank and put new tires on. It frightens me how they treat the SRT8 Dodge Challenger in Dodge Chargers and othersjust because they're not theirs they need to treat them with more respect

The sales staff and management are rude, they lie, they keep you waiting hours, they offer you one price and finance another. We purchased from this dealership and took a 10,000$ loss to get out of the car we bought from them less than a year ago. Their service department is DESPICABLE! In the 10 months we owned our Fiat, it spent 5 months on their lot waiting on service, or just sitting there because the service department refused to contact us to let us know it was ready. They also called me a liar, despite proof of the errors that occurred. I chose to take a financial hammer to the face rather than continue driving a car that had to be serviced there. The "owner's son, Matt" was even pompous, rude, degrading and unwilling to try to set things right. Walking through the door of Glenbrook was worse than being hit by a train.

Our vehicle broke down and we had to have it towed to the Glenbrook Dodge Chrysler Jeep dealership for repair. After learning the cost of our repair we decided to go next door to speak with Melissa Poore as we had previously bought a Jeep Wrangler from her. 2014 Dodge Ram 3500 Diesel=$65,000.... This truck is less than 2 months old and have had issues with a vibration since it was new. 2 new tires have been put on it and wheels have been balanced twice....no sorry now its a 3rd time. When i picked up the truck on Friday Brian Marshall informed me that i would have to pay for the balancing...he said that warranty wouldnt cover the repairs....I called Chrysler customer service and there was no record of him ever calling. I worked at a dealership for 15 years and i know how it works.... Warranty claims are lots of paper work and warranty doesnt pay as much as customer pay.....so it was never turn in. I drove 9 miles and the tire pressure monitoring light came on and the truck shook worse than before and Brians claim was that it was done wrong the 1st time..... Then my truck sat in service all day monday and Brian said he would call and NEVER did...... we have lost the meaning of what true customer service is

The reason for this? Because I have been holding them accountable for damage done to our car during a routine inspection and then a car wash. My son and I took our car to the dealership for a routine drive train inspection. After the inspection, they offer to wash the car and I accept. We then leave the location and drive less than 1/4 mile to Sports Clips for my son's hair appointment. Upon exiting the car and going towards the Sports Clips front door we pass by the hood of the car and my son asks "Where did those scratches come from?". There were some light scratches and some deeper marks through the clear coat. These were not there prior to having them work on the car. I immediately take photos and after the appointment we go directly back to the dealership to inform them. A young lady named Ms. Murphy took photos as well and denied that it was them. She gave me the Service Managers card (Brian Marshall) and told me that he would contact me and might want to inspect the damage. He never contacted me. I had to make contact with him. The matter then escalate to the Service Director (Daniel H. Bailey) who has been rather belligerent and absolutely uncooperative. He has denied the facts and has denied that they did any damage. I have continued to hold them accountable and have launched some social media campaigns regarding this. The dealership has removed posts from Facebook and blocked me for sharing my story. Dan Bailey even went so far as to tell me that he has "blacklisted" us in the Dodge service database so that we may no longer receive service or RECALL repairs at any DODGE location. They have an "F" rating with the BBB and a warning. I have done some research and have found that this is not the first incident like this and Dan Bailey has a history of terrible customer service and this type of response to customers.

I have personally had 2 bad experiences with this dealership. The first time I worked with a super pushy salesman who was only interested in making sure I left with a vehicle that day. Months later I decided to give Glenbrook Dodge another try. The sales girl I worked with was very nice and accommodating. However, her sales manager was doing everything he could to get me to buy ASAP. I had quite a few questions she could not answer and when she went to the sales manager she had to give him my budget and down payment because in her words "They are going to bug me about making this sale." Ultimately, I politely left and purchased my vehicle from another dealership. I waited 3 days to have my vehicle located from a different dealership when Glenbrook Dodge had the exact vehicle on their lot.

I was looking to trade my used car in & purchase a new Fiat 500. I still owed on my car, but they gave me a good price for mine. LT Thompson was very knowledgeable about the car and answered all my questions. Between him and Todd Macon, they took good care of me and gave me a good deal. I originally came in to look at a certain car, but then found another one that I liked better & they made it work for me and my budget. The finance manager that we dealt with was very forceful and tried to hurry us along. It was close to 8 pm, but that is only because we had to wait on him for 30 minutes and we were told there was no one before us. Other than that, I had a very good experience. I have to admit that when I walked into Glenbrook Dodge I was very intimidated! I never thought I would have the credit it takes to get a new car. I always go to the places where I get used cars where that I'm not really happy with but get talked into purchasing it because of pushy sales men but this was not my experience at Glenbrook Dodge. I felt important and like they really wanted to help me everyone was nice and greeted me. John Kinney took his time and explained everything to me and even gave me hope when I waiting to see if I could get approved. He made me feel like he cared and that hope was not lost. This was the best car experience I've ever had! I still can't believe I'm driving a Chrysler 200!! The price of vehicle is something I can budget to afford but overall I'm very Happy!!!!! So I finally had enough of diesel fuel prices and decided to give Glenbrook Dodge a try for a nicer, newer, more fuel efficient car. My previous vehicle was a 2001 Dodge Ram Cummins High Output Turbo Diesel. While I really enjoyed the power that the modified diesel achieved, I did not like only getting 22 mpg (only if I kept my foot out of it on the highway). I already had my eyes set on getting a Dodge Dart as I entered the dealership. I initally wanted to purchase a brand new Dart, but was easily pursuaded by a used Dart with only 25,000 miles on the clock. The test drive was the real treat as I took the 1.4 liter turbo charged 160 HP engine to redline and enjoyed the smooth power delivery to the 6 speed manual transmission (this car was made for tickets, that is just how smooth and quiet the ride is in the interior). Besides the Rallye package was discontinued in 2013, and I could not pass on the Rallye edition (or the price savings on a Rallye), or a 6 speed manual transmission (the only true way to drive a sports car). The car achieves great fuel mileage as well. I have already averaged above 40 mpg on the highway and above 35 in the city. Not bad for a sleek, stylish, sport compact car with a manual gear box, eh? Terel made the transaction for my 2013 Dodge Dart Rallye smooth and painless. He even told me of the refreshments that the dealer offers to customers free of charge. Who can say no to free coffee and Pepsi products? I know I could never do that... The final part of the process was a sit down session with Nick to go over financial paperwork. Folks, Nick is just as brilliant, he explains everything from your trade, to dock and title fees, bank fees, your APR and payments. I even called in a week later to discuss other things on the loan and he was more than willing to give up some time to work with me more over the phone. Would I purchase from Glenbrook Dodge again? I believe the real question is, when will I stop purchasing from them? At this point, (due to Terel's awesome personality and willingness to work with the customer) I am a Glenbrook Dodge customer for life.

I had to file bankruptcy a few years back and was stuck paying 21% interest on a car that I hated and did terrible on the snow. John Kinney, my very competent and hard working salesman, introduced me to the 2014 Chrysler Town & Country. After 2 months on the road, I can't tell you how satisfied I am with my purchase. This minivan has so many features that accommodate my situation: blind spot monitoring, automatic windshield wipers, sensors for parking and high beams, and a wide range of controls on the steering wheel. And my minivan comes with other cool features like Bluetooth audio with song data from Slacker radio service that transfers to the console as well. Given the timeline I had and the situation I was in Glenbrook Dodge was incredibly helpful in the sales process. Im active duty Army, while I was home on holiday leave the vehicle I was driving broke down, and was rendered beyond fixable. My biggest issue was I would have had to find a different way back to base nearly 200 miles away. After visiting Glenbrook dodge my views however completely change. Glenbrook dodge didn't have a lot of time to work with when putting me into a vehicle. Despite me giving them less than 48 hours until I had to be back (Texas) they managed to absolutely everything done, paperwork singed, in less than 24. I am forever grateful to all of the staff. This is Why: My husband took our new 2014 Grand Caravan in to have some warranty work done. They did that all right, but after he got home, we discovered that the front right corner had been scraped up. It looks like their employee that worked on it grazed the wall of the service bay or something. When I called to tell them about it, I was informed by Tabitha Murphy that they would not be liable for it. You don't expect to take your vehicle in to have something fixed and come away with a completely new problem. And, on the work order for the warranty work was an ad for their body shop. What a slap in the face! I spent half an hour trying to get the service manager on the phone, and ended up just leaving my name and phone number. I don't expect to ever get a call back. We will not be going back there. Even if they would now offer to fix it for free, I'd rather pay someone I know will respect our property to fix it right. We were planning to do all of our maintenance with them, but now they have lost our business permanently.

I am impressed! Roger Ake set me up with an an appointment for a service repair on our Dodge Caravan and told me it would take 2 hours. I expected to be there 3 hours at least. It only took an hour and 40 minutes. The vehicle was repaired perfectly, they didn't get it dirty ad everyone I dealt with was very friendly. They were extremely busy but they came through with flying colors. I dread taking a vehicle in for service because of past bad experiences ( not at Glenbrook Dodge ). They made my day. I could not be happier! Thank You!

I continually shop at Glenbrook Dodge because I have a great history with them, and my most recent visit was no exception. Mallory Jump was our salesperson and words can't describe the exceptional service she provided. But allow me to try. A few months ago we purchased a vehicle from Glenbrook Dodge and on Thanksgiving morning were involved in an accident that totaled our 3 month old car. When I called Mallory and explained our situation, she eagerly began researching to find us the best opportunity for our next purchase. Much of our interaction was via phone purely due to how far away I live. Nonetheless, within a few days Mallory had a vehicle picked out for us that was everything we could have asked for and within our budget. My fiance and I made the 3.5 hour drive without a worry in mind to see the vehicle that Mallory found for us. Knowing that we had such a long travel ahead of us, Mallory committed to staying late so that we could replace our newly lost car. Within an hour of arrival, we had purchased the car of our dreams. Not only did Mallory provide the definition of "Service with a smile", she was willing to stay an hour after her shift, even after most the other sales people left, to show us how all the features of our car worked.We will most definitely be making the 240 mile drive to Glenbrook Dodge the next time we are in need of a new vehicle!!!

I want to say thank god for a dealership like this!!! to make a long story short, we where on our way home from Nashville TN, when our van just quit running. (11:30 pm) we contacted our insurance company who eventually got us to a hotel (3:00 am) 4 miles up the road. I should add here that my wife,who is disabled , my elderly mother, and my daughter and her boyfriend are with me. 9:00 am I call the insurance towing company, and get PLAYED OFF, "we'll call you back when we can get to you" good hands!!!!!!!!!! ha!!!! I decided to catch a cab back out to where the van was to see if I could get it running, nope! it's dead. we decided to give up on the insurance and find a towing company on our own. my wife had found Parker towing , Who suggested that we have the van towed to Glenbrook Dodge Chrysler Jeep Fiat. Thank God , Parker towing picked up me and the van, while Glenbrook sent a shuttle over to pick up the rest of my family. As we pull into the dealership I see my family waiting in the waiting area. They actually look as though they are being pampered. I spoke to Roger Ake, told him what I thought was wrong, and he promptly had the van diagnosed ( computer melt down on the coil driver ) he explained that the part had to be ordered and they couldn't get it until morning. then he offered to get us a rental car, which we accepted. I drove my family the rest of the way home (100 miles). one good nights sleep later and Roger called saying that the van was fixed. so I drove back and picked it up. I am usually happy with just running, but on my way home I notice that this van not only runs, it runs better than it ever has, along with a few bonus's. The cruise control now works and it seems to drive straighter than ever. I just want to thank all of the service counter and tech crew for showing us the compassion and understanding that we deserve, for giving us peace of mind and generally taking care of us, in this very stressful situation. If I lived closer I would bring my vehicle to Glenbrook every time I needed something done.( they have some great deals)and the next time I'm in the market for a new vehicle, I'll be sure to shop here first. I came in originally to look at a Chrysler 300M. After talking with Terel for a while and looking at a few different options, I came across a 2010 Dodge Charger, black, 4 door, awesome mileage and super cold air. I had to take it for a ride. So I did. I'm in the final stages of getting financed and everyone has been wonderful. We loved Terel! He was so friendly and happy to work with us, and you normally don't get that with the usual suspects at the dealerships. It is really nice to find someone who seems like they were concerned about our vehicle buying experience. He was patient, very knowledgable, and it was a real treat to work with him. Other employees that we've consulted in the past were not so pleasant at times (such as the the people who work in the bullpen in the corner), and we were blown away by Terel's dedication to us as customers. You have a real gem here, Glenbrook, and even though ours sales manager seemed to try and throw him under the bus by saying that he quoted us wrong (we know you were trying to get the most money you could), Terel needs to be recognized for his valiant effort. This salesman is one in a million, don't lose this one.

I pulled into the FIAT parking lot to look (or drool) not expecting to take a test drive...but that is exactly what I did. Ken Starnes listened to what my concerns were and went about trying to match my needs. COULD have driven away with an Italian hottie that evening; however, I chose to sleep on it and get my head around the deal. In the meantime, Ken found an even better alternative for me...and we signed the paperwork the following day. Very comfortable with him and Mike in Finance...didn't push those add-ons like some dealerships do (and then make you feel GUILTY for not buying them). There were a few 'dings' in the paint that I pointed out and those should be taken care of shortly when the factory-paint arrives. Actually...I have a warm and fuzzy feeling about the entire staff...looked like they were having fun yet getting things done. Comfortable!

I bought my first car at Auto Credit USA (big mistake) I was so far in a hole with that car I never though I'd get out of it. I finally got to the amount I owed on that car and called Glenbrook Dodge to see if I could do a trade. When I got there I was greeted by Cody. Right from the beginning of the conversation I felt like he was very knowledgeable and polite. He didn't push me into buying a car or anything. Needless to say I went from an 02 Taurus and walked out with a 2013 Dodge Avenger! I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase and I would recommend Cody to anyone who needed a vehicle! We decided we wanted a fuel efficient care that would also be fun. Our manual Fiat Pop filled the bill. Not only is it fun to drive, it is easy on the wallet at the gas station. Ken Starnes was wonderful to work with. We named our car the Sassy Sapphire and we call her Saphy for short. With the recent warmer weather, we have had the top rolled back every single day. We get so many compliments and many requests for a ride around town. The only negative during our purchase was the pressure from finance to purschase extended warranties. We had to explain our reasoning multiple times before finance decided to listen. It created an akward situation. If you want to look at the Fiat, ask for Ken Starnes. He is so much fun to work with. Thanks Ken.

I was greeted before even entering the dealership to see if I needed assistance or was looking for anyone specific, when I said yes the gentleman actually stopped what he was doing and walked in with me and had them paged.. My husband and I went there wanting to test drive a charger which we did, the whole time we were under the impression that they was going to pay off our current car in full, I asked 3 times was it going to be paid off and all 3 times they said yes. We get into the office to sign the papers and guess what, yeah they paid off the old loan but rolled over $4000 to the new loan! We should of got up and left but I wanted the charger so badly I couldnt leave without it. They're liars and I wouldnt recommend anyone to go there!

Scott was friendly, attentive and most importantly listened. I had little hope of walking out of the dealership with a new car but he worked diligently to make it happen. The entire Glenbrook Dodge team was helpful; from the young lady at the front desk to the gentleman in finance. I can't leave out Cody. When I first got there my salesman was busy so I was assisted by Cody. a new guy just put on the floor. He was knowledgable and got things going right away. I never felt pressured into taking a vehicle I didn't want which was very important to me. I ended up leaving that evening with a brand new car that I could afford and a smile. Scott stayed over his shift to make sure I got what I wanted. I can't thank him enough. My name is Charlotte, I'm not kidding when I write this, my husband went into Ft Wayne to get his arm cast cut off and he heard the commerical on the radio and stopped in after, he started texting me about a car, FIAT, and I told him to get out of the store, It's like us women in a shoe store with lots of money. Well, he didnt, and we went back that night. We bought a FIAT Lounge. We have always bought Dodges, which we have at the time, two. We have dealt with this dealership for years and have bought 7 vehicels. At one point in all those years We had one problem and they took care of it. Other than that, we had salesmen that were always polite and gracess. We have always walked away happy, thats why we always come backk to Dodge. This dealership is CLEAN, has popcorn, drinks, and donuts( if you get there early), haha. Ken Starnes was our salesman at the FIAT side of Dodge. He was funny and very helpful with me choosing the right car. We came back on Saturday to get my car. Ken went through all the gagets on panel. He had us sign a family board with the name of my car. I have driven my "Peanut" for 5 days now and love it, I wasnt sure, I've never driven a smaller car. It feels secure and even fits my grandbaby in the back. i bought a 2013 dodge dart on march 16, 2013. The salesman was nice and helpful but the sales consultant was made it seem like he was trying to hide things from me and not tell me what i was signing and folding papers so i could only see the "sign here" part not what i was signing. he would not tell me the total price i paid for the car and was avoiding the subject. i was very annoyed but i was ready to get out of there because i was there for 6 hours. He also made the base price i paid for the car 2000 dollars more than my salesman and i agreed to. the touch screen in the car did not work when i was test driving the car so i told my salesman jason and he said it needed to "warm up" and said it works. The touch screen never worked from the time i got in the car so i had to deal with many people and lots of miscommunications to get my touch screen fixed. When i got my car back from getting a new touch screen and the oil changed i noticed that same day that i had 3 huge scratches in my rim so i called glenbrook dodge and talked to the sales manager and he said they couldnt have scratched it and after arguing with him he said i could bring the car and he would look at it. when i got the car there i argued with him and then he said he would have it repaired. so i had to drive back to the dodge dealership another day for it to be fixed and he said come back the next afternoon and it would be ready to go so i drove back to return my rental car they gave me and enterprise drove me back to dodge and they didnt have my car and nobody told me so i had to go back and get another rental car and come back again the next day. i have had my car for just over 3 weeks and i have made at least 7 or 8 trips to glenbrook dodge,some of those trips did me no good and were glenbrook dodge's mistake, and i live in Berne which is an hour drive for me. i am very unhappy with the the whole experience ive had at glenbrook dodge and will NEVER buy a car from them again. I dont feel like they appreciate my service which i think is extremely rude because buying a car is a big, expensive decision.

My husband and I went to this dealership because of a car we saw as we drove by. After finding out that the particular vehicle we were looking at was not a possibility for us, Scott helped us to find the perfect van for us!! We have four kids which were with us the whole time and he was so helpful, kind, and never once treated us like we(or our kids) were in his way. Everyone that worked there was so nice and even with our kids being there with us, they treated us so nice. We are not used to strangers being nice when they see all 6 of us. So the way that the dealership treated us, blew us away!!! We wish we knew people looking to buy a car, because we HIGHLY recommend this dealership!!

Heres a story for ya'll....went to Ft Wayne to the beauty supply store with my future wife Kathy. On the drive from Claypool we discussed looking for a bed while we were in the area. Stopped at the supply store, picked up her beauty things and headed to Value City. Along the way we came to the intersection at the mall, seen the huge flag flying and I asked Kathy if she wanted to stop in and Look at the new Dodge Darts. Well if I am writing on here it must have meant that we stopped...lol...As we drove around looking for the Darts I spotted an orange one by the showroom, I stopped, got out and was looking at the New Dart. All of a sudden out of no where this guy (Joe T.) showed up. We shared a conversation about the car, told him we were just looking...well to make a long story short..He got his hooks into me, dragged us in, (Not really), test drove a Dart. Loved it, so did Kathy. Needless to say I had to say goodbye to my 2008 Mustang and drove off the lot with a New Dodge Dart. The first time in 45 years we were able to literally take the car off the show room floor. The friendliness, knowledge, customer service and every thing about this experience was totally out of this world. Joe, you should run for president!!..Oh almost forgot about the bed, well it was a little pricey but it really sleeps comfortable even came with a years subscription of sirius radio....lol.(.we never made it to Value City, for you slow people)...Thanks guys, awesome job!!#1 satisfied customersJeff Amick & Katheryn Wolford

My entire family visited the dealership on 01/12/2013 and it was an overall great experience. Joe was very knowledgeable and helpful during the entire buying process. He listened to what we wanted and and did not try and force anything down our throats. Joe never tried to sell us something we didn't need or want. I would have to say that this was probably the best car buying experience my wife and I have had in at least 10 years. Joe offered to buy my kids McDoanlds because we were there for sevral hours and it got to be dinner time. We purchased a nice used 2012 Dodge Charger but it only had one key fob. Joe was kind enough to purchase a second key fob for the car out of his own pocket so we could have two. I definately urge anyone looking for a new or used car to check out Glenbrook Dodge, and definately ask for Joe Trevino. When it came to the financing, Nick Castillo did a wonderful job explaining everything to us and made closing the deal a breeze.

My experience with Jeff Skelly was very pleasurable and he worked very hard to reach a deal. Our negative review is due to Ryan Tuttle, the sales manager. We worked a deal that allowed us to keep the wheels and tires from our previous Jeep. After leaving the dealership, we discovered that the tire pressure sensors had not been switched out and were not compatible. The sensors from our 2011 Jeep did not work on our new 2013 Jeep. Ryans response was that this was basically not his problem and he would not fix the problem. I am now the the proud owner of a brand new vehicle that has a constant alarm. I will never buy another vehicle from Glenbrook Dodge.

This dealer lists a certain price on cars.com and their own website. Then when you go to see the vehicle they say that's the suggested retail price not the actual price. It was 7,000 more. Bait and switch scam at its best. Don't waste your time and effort with them. These type of dealerships don't deserve to be around.

We recently stopped into Glennbrook Dodge to just look at used Town/Country vans with factory tow package. We drove a white new one, 2012, but We really didnt want white. They were very helpful in locating a van with the options we wanted. Our salesman, Angel B was very helpful in answering all of our questions.He was also very friendly & polite. I found the vehicle on line (Ebay). The asking price was more then I wanted to spend. Brad emailed me and after a few minutes, we came to an agreement.I went the next morning to the dealership (6 hours round trip) were Brad works and the vehicle was located (Glenbrook Dodge).Brad was one of the friendliest and honest salesmen I had ever met. We took a Liberty for a test drive and then got back to the dealership and started "negotiations"...in the end...we came to a price that satisfied both parties...we were ready to buy and I made that clear to both Josh and Matt...so in the end...we walked out with a new vehicle...and we are happy with keeping our $$$ at a local business.Josh was very helpful both prior to and after the sale...he followed up with the one item still "due" after pick up...he is a good sales person that focuses on the needs of the customer...at least this customer.We don't buy new cars very frequently...so it is hard to establish "relationships" with dealerships...but Josh made us feel comfortable and we walked away with a new vehicle.

I brought my wife back a few days later to test drive and talk to a salesman. Angle Bahena took us on a drive and explained the options on this car. We discussed the price and he told me if I could wait a while, he was sure the price would probably come down for the end of month numbers. Ken Starnes did an excellent job helping me find my new vehicle. He kept me informed of every step. He explained all the features of my new vehicle. He called me a few days later to follow up on how I liked the car and if there were any problems/questions. I would highly recomment this dealership because of the way he handled my transaction. I did not feel that the financial portion was explained to me very well. Papers flew in front of me to be signed that I did not understand. However, it was getting close to closing time. The financial person was curteous and friendly. I just didn't feel I had the option to ask him questions and did not get to throughly look over the finanacial papers.

Nick Castillo was great to deal with. I would buy a new jeep from him again. The problem was we thought we were financed and we did alot of improvements to the jeep to make it our own. A month would go buy nothing, had to get a new paper plate. Another month, nothing. 5 months went by. That's when Matt McKibben got involved. He got us approved but we had to put $2100 more dollars down on top of the $2500 we already put down. after the 2nd signing we went home and noticed we had signed up for a extended warranty for almost $2100. what??? I called,text and left alot of messages and after a month I canceled the extended warranty myself. The warranty company sent the money to the dealership. I went into the dealership to inquire about were that money would go (i was hoping to use it towards my down payment. That when Mike Spitler told me I messed everything up and i should have called (I called and texed so much i felt like a stalker) He Mike said he was going to send the money to the finance company. He was on the phone to the accounting department 3 times. It really sounded like I was going to be able to use it but he wouldn't do it. Yes we got our Jeep but it was a pain in the butt

We purchased our 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan May 31st at Glenbrook Dodge. Our salesman was Andre Pichardo (he was awesome!) It was the BEST experience we have ever had buying an auto. Andre knew his product, he knew exactly what paper work was needed and still had time to treat us with respect and friendliness. Everyone we encountered while there was friendly and curtious. After we purchased our auto, several employees shook our hand and congratulated us on our new auto. It felt so good to be treated like an "important customer". And we noticed everyone there, to buy an auto, was treated exactly the same way. We found not only Andre to be very professional, but everyone we encountered to be just as professional. What a GREAT experience. Not only will we reccomend Glenbrook Dodge to all our family and friends, but as we have had compliments on our van we have told total strangers what a GREAT experience we had at Glenbrook Dodge. The showroom was very clean and had pictures of all the types of auto they sell on the upper part of the windows. It was nice to see what all was available by just looking at the windows. hi, we bought a new car on Saturday. I was bound and determined that I was going to get a certain vehicle and ended up with something totally different which ended up being the right one for me. It was funny that my son got a text on the way home with the words "you can't know you have the right one, until you let go of the wrong one". We bought 2 vehicls over the past month from Glen at this dealership. Glen did an amazing job with us on our first vehicle. We got a 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan. We spent some time there and my wife had to go to work before the deal was final. Glen said that I would be able to take the van home for the night so my wife could spend a little more time with it and she loved it. I thought that was amazing! We ended up going back the next day and buying it. Got a great price and was very happy with the financing we got. We have less than perfect credit so I knew the rate would be high and what we got was better than expected. The seconde time we went back in a month later to trade in our other vehicle. This time it took a little more time to find the right car. But after some patience and about 4 different test drives we found the right one. Glen was amazing at explaining our options and how the process worked. Matt was even in helping with the purchase of both cars to add that special touch. The seconde car we got was a off brand used car and am totally blown away by it. Our trade in had an awesome value and financing was even better this time than the first purchase. Overall this is a great dealership and has an amazing team. Different people said hello to us and everyone made sure we had been helped by someone. Glen - Great! Matt - Great! and Mike in financing - Great! Thank you to the whole time for getting me and my wife into 2 cars that we love and will have fun driving for a while. I was greeted at the front door with lots of smiles and friendly faces. I was quickly directed to Jaime Bahena who asked alot of questions about me and what I do. With in a couple of minutes he was able to point out a style of car that offered everything I needed. I looked at about 10 and explained the different things I liked about each one. He did some research and found out that a car had just came in earlier that day only 5 miles with everything I wanted and more. With in a matter of minutes I was approved even though I did not have the best of credit and had been turned down other places (Even my bank of 15 yrs). With not a lot down and some manufacture rebates my monthly payment was right where i needed it and they were able to arrange a date that worked best for my for my payment date. We purchased a 2012 Dodge Avenger with the assistance of Alissa Furry. I had thoroughly researched the vehicle prior to contacting the dealer and knew what incentives were available. Most of my negotiations were done via the internet with Alissa. I asked for certain information and was provided the answers to my questions. After scheduling a meeting with Alissa, we arrived, test drove the vehicle, the finalized the deal. I knew exactly what I expected to pay and received a deal less than my expectations. It was the easiest deal I have ever made when buying a new car. It actually took longer to do the paperwork after the sale than to negotiate the deal. We just purchased a 2012 Jeep Liberty Limited Jet Edition from salesperson, Glen Shack. He did an excellent job assisting us in determining which vehicle would best suit our needs. In fact, the first day that we drove on the lot, Glen was able to answer a great deal of questions in a short amount of time due to time restraints that we faced. He provided us with books on each vehicle, gave us his card, and demonstrated how we could search for inventory online. Wow! Was that helpful! Three days later we came back and test drove three vehicles. Glen made us an offer we couldn't refuse! We are in love with our new Jeep. After going to several other dealers for different makes/models and not being happy with the customer service we received or knowing for sure what we wanted to purchase, we drove away from Glenbrook in a beautiful new Jeep Liberty that is a blast to drive. We had a very pleasant experience dealing with everyone there. Angel Bahena was very professional and treated us with the utmost respect during the entire visit. He was not pushy like so many other sales consultants can be just to get the deal. He listened to what we needed and was very helpful. And, he was the first sales consultant who didn't appear to be put out because we were using a green slip from Chrysler. Everyone at Glenbrook was friendly and very courteous! If you're looking for someone who's not going to push you into buying something you're not quite sure of, you need to see Angel. He'll treat you right. He gets two thumbs up from us!

In the past I was told that Glenbrook would rip you off and put the screws to you to sell a car. Not true I was very happy the way I was treated and the price I got. Went in told Chris what I wanted and what I would pay for the car. Told him what I wanted for my trade. ( did not get what I thought it was worth ) BUT THEY GAVE $2000.00 More than NADA and Blackbook said it was worth. And only about $1500 less than retail DAM GOOD for a Trade in!Thanks to Chris and everyone at Glenbrook Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep!!!

Newspaper advertised three incentives (Dealer match of $1000 downpayment, $1000 for non-Chrysler product owners and $3000 Minimum Trade-in) along with a $1500 Great Lakes Incentive in the Chrysler Website. Those elements drew us into this dealership. When we went in to talk about the deal, the employee told us that since we opted for the $3000 trade in option only the $1500 Great lakes incentive was available or we could take only one of the other options. The newspaper ad and the website didn't list those exclusions, so I feel we were baited into the dealership. At one point, we considered not making the deal because of those excluded elements but choose to buy because the car itself had the things we wanted.

Anyone who has any fears of buying an automobile will be happy to know that at Glenbrook Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep....The experience is painfree and worry free! Between Nick Reed and Chris Castillo, they helped me get out of a semi bad situation and into a new truck i've always wanted. Just a tip that helped me out was that going online and either filling out a credit app before or discussing concerns before going to the dealership really helps take some of the stress with buying a new/used car. They alsohave live chat to talk to a representative right then! Needless to say, I've always gone back to Glenbrook Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep when looking for another vehicle!!

I ended up buying at another dealership. I was in for an oil change and just looked around when I was waiting.....Some "kid" got my name from service, I did take his card but never gave him my name because I wasn't "serious" about buying a vehicle that day. Well, he called not me but my husband!!! Then sent him (husband) a letter, then called him a second time. We ignored all correspondence. It made me so mad that I seriously looked somewhere else. Bought a used Jeep somewhere else and now have waited over 5 weeks to get my extended warranty cancelled. Jennette said (which is a lie) that I didn't bring all the documents that I needed (5 weeks after I came in to cancel!). Her snotty response, well, I have between 6 and 8 weeks and I can't do anything until you bring in what I need. Huh, I almost asked her to see that in writing, why would anyone assume the dealership has 8 weeks to cancel a warranty?I'll never shop here again.Services on oil changes always seemed impersonal, they apparently even stopped offering free car washes because I didn't get one last time I was in.

I was in town to visit family for the holiday and needed to purchase a newer vehicle soon so I went to Glenbrook Dodge after looking at their inventory online and seeing several vehicles that looked appealing and seemed to have what I was looking for. Roberta was very helpful on the phone setting up an appointment to meet with me and I felt like she actually listened to what I was looking for and not just what she was wanting to sell. I arrived that day with a long list of vehicles to look at and after narrowing it down to 4 we started test driving. Roberta was VERY knowledgeable about the vehicles I drove and answered all of my questions about each one. When we ran into a "bump" with the first vehicle I picked and decided to test drive a fifth vehicle she was very patient and I felt like she really wanted me to make the best decision for me. She has done an excellent job following up since then and when I went to get my Simonize put on she was there to greet me at the front door. I would HIGHLY recommend working with her again and will most likely be back to buy my next vehicle here! Great experience!

After some confusion on the sale price was cleared up by the Sales Manager at the dealership, I would recommend this dealership. The van we initially intended to purchase was sold by another salesman as we were talking to our salesman. The crew at Glenbrook Dodge Chrysler Jeep took the time to find another van of the same color and better options, which was on the lot but so new to the dealer that it was not yet even in the system. After completing the paperwork on the 2012 van, it was nearly closing time for the dealership. Fully expecting to be told to come back the next day so that they could get the van prepped, we were surprised that the people in the vehicle prep area and our salesman stayed 1 hour beyond closing time, so that we drove home with our new van. Ken even assisted in cleaning out our trade in. Seemed to be above-and-beyond, when we would have been satisfied coming back the next day. We have been totally satisfied with the vehicle and the dealer.

Me and my Wife loved our experience at Glenbrook Dodge. We have been GM product buyers for 30 years. We have always had the GMS savings options. The sales staff at Glenbrook, particularly, Nick Castillo and Matt McKibben are superb people, honest and helpful. We have always stayed away from big city dealerships and done our buying locally. Not anymore ! We went 40 miles out of our way and out of our state to see what they could do. We had in mind to trade in on a used Jeep wrangler and ended up driving home the same night in a brand new 2012 wrangler! These two gentlemen will do everything in their power to earn your buisness and get you right where you want to be ! I had previously written a glowing review of the salesperson and the experience we had at this dealership. I now have to retract that review. It's a shame they have a way of blaming their customers for not taking care of their job. A downpayment was mentioned to us the night of the sale. The whole transaction went through and we weren't asked to pay. We figured they didn't need it after all. Now, after waiting 4 weeks for our paperwork and several phone calls, they decide they need the downpayment before they will even release the paperwork for the title. Further, when I emailed the salesperson regarding the way it was handled, it was compared to stealing and being dishonest.I don't do business with people who have awful customer service. They didn't get the paperwork correct. We had no clue they were holding the paperwork since we were continually told by the salesperson and finance everything was fine. Run the other way people! The reviews you have read here are true. It's not worth the extra hassle. I think Dodge needs to know the reputation they are gaining from people who act and treat their customers this way.

I spent a morning calling every Fort Wayne dealership that carries new minivans. I was looking for a lease with a specific payment I wanted to be at or below. I found out very quickly that my number may be unrealistic. I called Glenbrook Dodge and spoke with Jared and was told that he would speak to his finance manager and get right back to me. He did get back to me very quickly with a low payment on a loaded Town and Country. We came in that day and had several colors to choose from. Financing was no problem and they even had a little room to keep the kids entertained w/ crayons and a TV while we signed paperwork. My family and I have been LOYAL Volkswagen owners and Vorderman customers for many years, but I have to say that the deal I got at Glenbrook Dodge was tons better than what Vorderman was able to offer us on the Routan.

We started looking for a mini-van a week ago and didn't plan on getting one this soon. We looked at Glenbrook Dodge first and test drove 3 vans with Susan Carver. We only looked at one other dealer and came right back to Glenbrook because of their huge selection and great service. We don't like to be pressured into buying and Susan did not pressure us at all. She worked with us to decide new or used, color, options, etc. She helped us find the right van and worked hard with us and with management to get a great price on a 2011 Town & Country that we liked. September 9th, First time customer, I had an appointment at 1:00 to get a service estimate. This was a second opinion so I already knew the work that needed to be done. When I arrived at 1:00, Paul told me he would get me in within the hour. That seemed a long time since I had an appointment but I waited. At 2:10 my car had not been taken in and Paul said that a lot of cars came in just after mine so it was taking longer than he thought. Again, I had an appointment and they came in after me. At 3:00 I was ready to just go get my car and leave because I had to pick up my kids from school at 3:30. I was told they had just put my car up on the lift and were writing up the estimate. Meanwhile, a used oil reclamation truck pulled up and blocked the exit to their shop. Despite pleading with the driver, he would not move the truck until he was finished (another 15 min later). Im in telling Paul I have to leave because my elementary school kids are going to be standing outside alone waiting for me and all he can say is, What do you want me to do about it! On top of that, he leads me to the checkout window where Im presented with a bill for 50 bucks just for a quote and nobody ever said anything about charging for a quote. In addition:When I first arrived, Paul noted 3 very tiny window chips and said they could fix those and turn a claim into my insurance at no cost to me. I called my Allstate agent to see if it was covered. Agent said he wants to see the chips first because several dealers have been submitting unnecessary claims. In fact, in the subsequent two and one half HOURS (2 ½) that I waited for my car, nearly every customer that I saw come to the check-in area had chips that supposedly needed to be fixed. I told Paul that my agent said not to do it. Paul said they would do it anyway because it really did not cost them that much and he would put it thru to see if they would pay the claim anyway. Paul said a separate company would call me to verify that I was satisfied with the work and I should tell them yes. Amazingly, after being there 2 ½ hours, they did not even get to the window chips but I did receive the call from the separate company to verify that I was happy with the work they performed. I told them no work was performed and recounted this story.Overall I am extremely dissatisfied with Glenbrook Dodge.

I purchased a used vehicle that had several mechanical issues that should have been noticed by the dealer (4 Wheel Drive Light and Oil Pan Leaks) when they first inspected the vehicle. They repaired the 4 wheel drive at their expense, but want an additional $580 to fix the oil leak. (I will be going elsewhere for this repair!) I've had the vehicle one week, but I'm not at all satisfied with the Glenbrook notion of "Quality". BUYER BEWARE! HAVE THE CAR YOU WANT INSPECTED BY ANOTHER DEALERSHIP OR OUTSIDE MECHANIC, OR YOU MIGHT FIND YOURSELF IN MY POSITION!

We have been thinking about purchasing a Jeep for quite some time. Our current car was almost paid off so we decided to start looking on line to see what was available. We sent an e-mail to get some information on Jeeps in the area. The next day we had about three emails from different sales reps willing to help. My husband went in and met with Mike and went for a test drive, needless to say he was hooked. He decided to make an appointment for me to drive one the next day. While there, Mike took the time to go through some different payment options and the difference between a new and a used Jeep. We decided that it was too good a deal to not go with a new one. We appreciated the fact that Mike was friendly and professional. He was not the typical "pushy" salesman. My wife and I have been toying with the idea of a new or new/used vehicle for the past several months. We had visited other local dealerships and none of them had made the efforts over several weeks that Nick and Glenbrook Dodge did in one day. We saw the advertisements on the new Chrysler 200 and had seen them at a local dealer. Next day, I called Glenbrook and spoke with Nick. Before the end of that day, I was pre-approved and Nick knew what we wanted and was getting prepared for our visit in a couple of days. At this point, I'm thinking this is gonna suck somewhere but it did not. The wife and I arrived before noon on Saturday and were driving out of there with our brand new 2011 Chrysler 200 within a few hours. I bought a used 2007 Sonata and it looked great, nice color, decent price, everything i wanted. I was told that the used cars get poured over with a fine tooth comb, and that the service labor charge is 100 bucks an hour. I had this car home and less than 24 hours later the motor on the passenger front window did not work. I took a co-worker out to lunch to show him the car and the window would not roll down. That was quite embarrassing!!! I called the dealership and they told me to bring it in. I did right away, but i bought the car as is so i knew there was not much they could do. As a newly single female, i am thinking did i just get sold a bag of goods...Anyway, i get there and Joe was nice looked at it and took it to service..They decided they would pay for the diagnostics but not the labor or the part which I appreciated. I was then directed to the Hyndai dealership down the street where they did not have time to help me.. Two days later they scheduled a diagnostic and it ended up being the regulator assembly. A part which costs 68 dollars on the internet, turned out to be 270 bucks... As a single mom with two kids needless to say i did not get it fixed. Where has customer service gone, i spend 15,000 on a car and they can't spend three hundred to fix it.. I will never recommend this dealership unless someone wants to get ripped off. Joe you did a great job, but your employer needs to put customer's first..I have worked in sales and customer service, and a dealership that can't afford to put them first should not be in business. I will be filing a claim with the better business bureau but until then word of mouth will have to do.

About three weeks ago my wife and I went to purchase a vehicle. Just days before our pacifica's engine blew. So we "had" heard good things from gleenbrock so why not go there..I wish i wouldve stayed at home and looked around. I highly recommend that at all possibility go too another car dealer first. There sales reprenstatives are not knowlegable, theyd rather txt while test driving instead of answering questions, there finalizing "manager" is the veryrude the first thing he says before we go back to finalize.let me add a song is playing.."he says man she's f*cking hit id like to do her" very professional, then continues to say the F word two times more including i get paid to smoke cigs and bullsh*t with people all day...I say yes, yes you do after the experience. We ontinue to wait for our dodge caravan, as they say there cleaning it??...they didnt even try it looked to get the stain up, the person that "wiped" down the car must not know how to clean, i was gonna let all this go and thought a simple phone call asking if they would look and or fix the brakes that are grinding...since i just bought it...four days later no return phone call...his "manager must be relly busy as nick says...maybe smoke breaks are becoming an issue? Part of me wonders if they are a quack shop like some others and replace things with junk so you have to repair it...nothing else can explain the 45 min wait for the clean, i mean unclean job...GLENNBROCK YOU GUYS ARE A JOKE I WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS AND POST ON FACEBOOK NOT TO COME TO A PLACE THAT WANTS AN EXTRA BUCK FOR A BANG UP VEHICLE. I bought a Jeep from this dump and talk about terrible service. For starters, every time you call the dealership, you're getting something automated and also expect for your sales person or manager to NOT be at their desk and to not return your phone call, no matter how many "notes" or "messages" you leave with the customer service lady. The service department has no idea about any deals you make at the time of the sale-so don't bother asking them.These guys want to rip you off of every dollar so if by some chance you make the mistake of buying a vehicle, make them fix everything that's wrong with it and make sure it's in writing. Seriously, they'll fight you down to putting an extra screw into something if you don't have it written out.Now on to my Jeep, after one week (to the DAY) of owning it, the timing belt went out and I had to have it fixed myself ($500 problem) but that was after the sale, so they didn't care. They had my money. They offered nothing in exchange for this problem, absolutely ZERO service-after-the-sale.My sales rep Steve knew nothing about Jeeps, watching him attempt to take off the top of a Jeep was a painful process to say the least.....I don't think I was trust him to pound sand into a rat hole. Luckily I knew about doing it, its not magic, only velcro and zippers. Soon after the sale, Steve developed "hey you're no longer important" attitude.That didn't work with me because I'll just belittle a car salesman like the low-down, snakes they are. Their sales "manager" Ryan Tuttle, who thought he was cool ended up leaving me a voicemail indicating he was going to cut me a check to fix my AC Condenser(they keep getting it confused with compressor) elsewhere (10 days ago) and guess what? No check arrived in the mail yet and I'm supposed to call back next week because of the holiday because their finance department is closed. Go figure. I have a feeling that check will never arrive.*THE DEALERSHIP HAS NOT PAID TO HAVE THE ITEMS FIXED ON MY JEEP THEY AGREED TO IN WRITING DURING THE TIME OF SALE*Also, they have no rental car service, so just expect to be screwed if you need any work done to your vehicle for an extended period of time. The place is a total unprofessional joke and a completely dishonest and corrupt car sales lot.Soon after, I talked to my boss who is from Fort Wayne and he said "Oh man you bought a car from GLENBROOK!?...yeah those guys have a terrible shady reputation over there".I strongly urge you to listen to this review; these people do not care about quality service and nor is it worth spending your hard earned money here. There are plenty of places to find a car, take your time, test drive plenty and don't be in a hurry. You'll find that this dealership giant American Flag should be a giant RED flag to avoid this place at all cost.

We were in the market for a used Dodge diesel truck and had stopped at several other dealers and had been told used are hard to find and then of course shown new high priced trucks. Glenbrook had exactly what we were looking for and our salesman Mike Rose was very friendly and worked to get us the terms that worked with our budget. I was looking for a new Chrysler 300 Limited and had been looking at various dealerships. Glenbrook has a huge inventory and a huge staff. This allowed me to get the exact vehicle I wanted (I traveled three hours each way - that's how good they are!). I worked with Joe Payton. Great guy - very friendly, not pushy and he worked up a great deal for me. Since I was coming from such a distance it was nice that we were able to work completely over the phone and ensure that the deal was great before I even started the drive. They easily beat any other dealer's offer and no haggling. Great experience, I highly recommend working with Joe and I couldn't be happier with my car. (The three hour drive on the way back - was MUCH more fun then on the way there since I had my new car).

About two months ago I bought a 2001 Dodge truck from Glenbrook Dodge. Dave Brady was my salesman, he was nice, not too pushy. Things went smooth untill I called about my title work and plates two weeks later. Tyler Porter head or finance had assured me that it was in the mail. So i waited about a week and called again. Again, I got the same story from him. Finally it came time that my temp tag was about to expire, I called had to drive down there and get another one, again got the same story that it would or was in the mail. Waited another week and a half,my dad was off so he called down that day. I told him to talk to Tyler, he did. Tyler hung up on him. He called back finally talked to somone else, Tyler wouldnt answer. Turns out they had sold me a truck without having the title. They told him it was in the process of getting a duplicate title. That was about two and a half weeks ago. I call every week to check on it and I get the same story. In nine days my plates are due again. I will never do business with this dealer again and have told several people to stay away from them

I had major surgery a year ago, related to a Service Connected Disability. During recuperation, I was let go from my job. I hung on for a year making my car payments and have been fighting the VA for a year for my disability compensation. I went on line and picked out a car. Within a few hours, Steve called me and told Steve that I would like to cut my payments in half. I went in the next day, and within 1/2 hour, we struck a deal and I drove away in a 2011 Nitro, my payment cut in half. HORRIBLE! I would stay away from this dealership at all costs! There is not even enough room here to leave all the negative feedback! Chris Busche is a horrible liar, and will lie right to your face, and if they have you deal with the finance guy named Todd I would reccomend you just walk straight out of the place! We purchased a used vehicle went through the paperwork and financing,had it all complete (so we thought) went to leave and there was a crack in the windshield that was not there when we test drove the vehicle. I guess they were just planning on letting us leave like that, but we said something and they agreed to fix it. Thats the only thing they told us they would do and aactully followed through on. So we take the vehicle home and the very next morning we get in it to leave and IT WONT START! figured out it was a dead battery, the guy at advanced auto parts told us, it was such a junk battery there was battery acid leaking out of it! So we buy the cheapest new battery they had $98.00! Then a few days later Glenbrook calls, they tell us we need to come in and sign more paperwork b/c the financing didnt go through. So we go in and spend our valentines day filling out new paperwork! We got there and Chris told us Tod was busy and he would help us with the paperwork. While we were filling out the papers Todd came out and asked how it was going and I was honest, I said I was a little leary, after the cracked windshield and dead battery, and on the new contract they lowered the price by $3,000? And Todd says in the rudest voice I have ever heard, Well its a no brainer why wouldnt you sing it!? thats a good deal! Is that really how you talk to people? So since we were there face to face I told Chris about the battery and he went and made a copy of my reciept and "says" he talked to the owner or manager whoever, and they were going to cut me a check for it and put it in the mail, that was 3 WEEKS AGO! Then he had also told us back when we first went into the dealership on February 5th that he would get us an owners manual and the navigation CD for the vehicle and as you could suspect that has also been in the mail for 5 weeks now! Then on Monday March 7th the temporary tag expires on my vehicle, we go to the title department, since we never recieved a title in the mail, to see if it was at the title department and it wasnt! We call the dealership and they say well the loan just went through TODAY, mind you we went in and filled all this paperwork out on Febrary 14th! So Todd tells us the title will be in the mail tonight! Then Chris tells us he will "bring us a new temporary tag in the morning" that never happened! So Tuesday the 8th no new tag no title no vehicle to drive, call the dealership and Chris says his boss told him he wasnt allowed to bring a new tag b/c the title was in the mail! March 9th, no title no vehicle to drive, call the dealership, no one will return our calls, March 10th still no title, still no return call from dealership! March 11th, still no title Chris finally returns a call and says he dont know why but the title NEVER GOT PUT IN THE MAIL!! So now here it is March 12th a Saturday the title was overnighted to us, which I think they should have done MONDAY! And since our DMV closes after mail comes here I sit until Monday with no vehicle! I guess it gives me more time to warn everyone thinking about going to this dealership to only go here for an absolute last resort! There are too many good dealerships out there with good customer service and are honest. Dont waste your time at this one!

We were very pleased with the staff and selection at Glenbrook Dodge. The salasman, manager, and accounting gladly worked around our schedule and stayed open more than an hour past closing. I had done some research on trucks that Glenbrook Dodge had before I walked in the door. We worked with Nick C. from start to finish and he was not pushy at all. Immediately started pulling the trucks that I wanted to see into the bay to look at and let us test drive the truck we wanted to. They even through in a tow package on the used truck without additional cost. My only complaint would be the financing side, and that they try to push their financers and warranties when completing the sale. Other than that, service was excellent and I had purchased a used 2010 Dodge Ram within 3 hours.

I had attempted to get it serviced with another local dealer and the service provider there was rude, disrespectful, unclear, and the mechanic did not know key details to repairing my vehicle. The poor service at the other dealer (where I purchased the vehicle) led me to Glenbrook Dodge for my fist experience with them. My vehicle issue was complicated and the service staff at Glenbrook Dodge communicated well with me and kept me updated as they searched for the part they needed successfully (it was a unique part). Justin Abbott was a wonderful service advisor. From my first contact via phone with Justin, I knew I was taking my vehicle to the right place. Justin was friendly, prompt, provided me with full and accurate details about my vehicle's needs, and was an excellent service provider. All of my concerns with my vehicle were addressed and all of the employees were friendly and helpful. I will only be taking my vehicle to Glenbrook Dodge for service following my outstanding experience. A true testament to my experience is that I will be driving from over 1.5 hours just to receive future service with Justin and the staff at Glenbrook Dodge. I highly recommend them!

I made an appointment to have a recall fixed. It was suppose to take 1/2 hour or less. I got there around 15 minutes early. After waiting an hour, Paul came out and said it was finished, then listed a last name to confirm it was me, but it wasn't me. I asked him how much longer. He said he would check. Twenty minutes later, I went up to the window and asked the lady if she could check since he never came back and told me anything. She returned and told me it would be another 1/2 hour. I went back up to see if they even started yet because if they hadn't I was going to leave. She suggested that I go ask Paul. I went over to talk to Paul to see if they had and he said they had and that they were behind. About 20 minutes later my car was finished. I went out to leave, and my cup cooler/warmer was no longer working. So I had to go back in and tell Paul. He called the guy that worked on my car up and he went out to check it. Apparently, they forgot to hook it back up. Paul was not friendly and was not very helpful. I made an appointment and do not feel it is alright to have to wait 2 hours for a job that should have only taken 1/2 hour. If I would have been informed up front how long it would be, I could have made other arrangements so I wouldn't have had to sit there and wait. I will not be using your service department unless I have no other choice in the future.

My wife and I swung by the store near closing time after hearing a radio advertisement. I had been looking at trucks for about 6 months and beginning to feel like I was never going to get into a new truck. Jacob worked with us from the time we parked the car. Only a few months into the business, Jacob was the type of personality I could work with. We did not get the pressuring "What can I do to get you into this tonight?" But rather, the "let's just look a few things up and drive a few trucks and see if anything will work for you." So, we completely felt that is was on our terms. We stayed until cleaning ladies were well into their night shift routine and we drove away with a 2011 Dodge Ram and felt good about it (which doesn't always happen when you're looking for cars). This dealer is wonderful!I totalled my van and was in the middle of a Chapt 13 bankruptcy and they found me a 2010 vehicle that the trustee would approve with no money down when everyone else wanted 3000+ down that I didn't have.They worked really hard to make sure I could get a good reliable vehicle to get to and from work. They were very understanding as I was told a few of them had been through the same thing I was going through. Until you actually go through it you jsut don't understand it. We had to file due to hours at work for me and my husband getting cut due to the horrible economy in 2008. But these guys were just awesome and made sure I had a good vehicle that the trustee would approve and assured me that if the trustee didn't like the payments of the loan they would fix it to where she would approve it. They took so much stress off me in a terrible time and of course at Christmas time. They were so kind and understanding and was going to do whatever it took to help me and they did. I totally recommend this dealer to the WORLD!! The are the best of the best! I live in Gas City about an hour south of them and even tried Indianapolis dealers and no one would work to help me as hard as Glenbrook Dodge did. No one but them understood that in a Chapter 13 bankruptcy you have no extra money it is all taken by the trustee to pay your debts at a lower rate but they understood it and were a great help Thank You so much for everything Dave. I will come back in the future when we are done with this bankruptcy and are ready for another vehicle

Yes, I'd recommend them as far as they've been around awhile and have taken care of my wife and her 2004 Pacifica. When I told them what type of truck I wanted they showed me what I asked for. However I just don't care for their sales methods. All said and done; I just felt I "got played". I've bought other vehicles and days later, I felt good as I had still had the feeling I'd made a good decision. Not this time.

Jeff Beam was great to work with, and he followed up with help on an issue with the vehicle that some places may not have. The radio in the vehicle was somewhat suspect when we test drove, and not working properly at all when we picked up the vehicle. He got us a factory replacement at cost and had it installed for free.

Steve was great! It was after the sale when things went down hill. I went in to see about my title work since day 30 was on Saturday. I was given a signed agreement that the title would be there within 30 days. Well guess what it will not be there. The reason they said was they had to make sure all deposit checks cleared. Even though the check was written 11/26. I was told that if I wanted my title on time I would have to provide them proof that the check cleared (this was not in the agreement). Then a gentleman at the front counter along with the lady that was there said "Well you know with the thiefs and crooks these days we have to do this." Boy that came as a surprise that think there clients are crooks and thiefs. Maybe this was said because they are crooks and thiefs?? Who knows. One thing is for sure I will never ever buy a car again from them or recomend them to anyone!!!!

The only issues I had was with the finance department. Things were not handled in a professional manner and as a result I signed 3 different contracts before it was final as they kept changing things. As a result the finance company did not get all the information they needed and it held up the loan and payoff of trade in vehicle. This cause a lot of frustration. As a result I originally gave the dealer a very poor review.ADDED 12/13/2010After receiving this review I was contacted by the Dealer and they have offered to pay all late charges that may occur. As of right now I do not know what if any charges will occur because the finance company closed the account when they received the check from the dealer but it is looking like they dismissed the late charges since it was being paid off.I wish this site let me rate the salesman and Dealer separately. It was my 2nd experience with the same salesman and would give him the highest rating possible. As for the Dealer, I would only give ok rating and this is due to the finance department. As for the vehicle itself, very pleased. Windshield wipers were very cheap and need to be replaced already but guess that can be expected and need to talk to them about an issue with key fob but have not even contacted them about it yet.I put yes for would I recommend this dealer but the truth is I am undecided. If the salesman I had left and went to a different dealer I would probably not go back.It is now a lil over a month since I bought the car and because they did not do the proper paper work or enter the needed information I had to make 3 trips to the BMV before getting my registration transferred and they wanted to argue with me that the police department was WRONG when they told me I was driving illegal. Well I just got off phone with State Police and it is Glenbrook Dodge that is WRONG. You only have 30 days to drive on the old plate and registration and due to their incompetence is was well over 30 days.

Very easy to talk to. Friendly atmosphere. Sales are knowledgeable on the products. Customer service is good in this level of brand. Although it can be improved compared to some services other brands provide. For instance, the BMW dealers take care of the plate registration and provide valet car wash. The price was good as I was able to get a employee price. Thanks to the help from the sales manager.

Sarah Matthews helped me start the process (by phone) of choosing a new Dodge Ram 4 months before I actually decided. She was very attentive, asked pertinent questions and stayed in touch regularly! Chris Matthews followed up when I visited in person by letting me experience a new Ram on a Sunday!!! He informed me when he found out that my favorite color (hunter green) was now available (the day following my visit). This was the deciding factor to order my truck. He kept me informed when the order was picked up, being built, painted, shipped by train from Mexico and then by truck to Ft. Wayne. He made sure I chose all the accessories I needed and was very accommodating when I was limited on time/days to come pick up my truck. He was very patient as he explained all the new features and spent 2 1/2 hours total with me on pick up day. John Kinney was very punctual in getting all the paperwork prepared and patient while I looked over my new vehicle. All 3 were very pleasant whenever I contacted them and when I arrived at the dealership in person. It was a very enjoyable and satisfying experience!!!!

I placed an online inquiry for the trade value of my 2003 Dodge Neon. Later that evening I received a phone call from John Kinney. I explained that my husband and I had very little hope for financing because of all of the rejection we had received due to AWFUL credit. John took all of our information and informed me that I would receive a call the next morning, which I did. He informed me that we were "miracle financed"! I lost it! My husband and I made the hour drive up to make a deal. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted immediately and asked if we were there to meet anyone in particular. We were lead in the direction of John Kinney. Then he got down to business. We sat down and went over exactly what kind of vehicle we were wanting and what kind of payments we knew we could afford. John knew the vehicle for us. Out rolls a 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan! We test drove, in the rain, and we were hooked! We sat back down and then John got to work with the manager and the bank. Got our payments in very good range of what we wanted, even with no money down and $2000 in trade! The van was detailed impeccably while we filled out the mountains of paper work. Only hitch we had, which was very minor and abruptly taken care of was, the payment amount that was signed and agreed upon was not the amount told to us by the guy back in finance. He adjusted it and that was done. Arrived at the lot at 5 pm and left with our dream van at 7:30 pm. This being my first experience buying a vehicle from a dealership, I can't complain!! Jeff Beam was very thorough and to the point when explaining features of the vehicles my fiance and I were looking to purchase. He even made some great recommendations of other vehicles to check out and test drive, which we ended up purchasing a Dodge Journey, when we were originally looking at other options. Joe was a super salesmen. He helped us find the best value for our money in our new van. He made the whole family feel right at home with a few perks from the dealership like popcorn, pop, cartoons and basketball. Joe was and continues to be on top of servicing us with a few details that needed to be taken care of with our van such as car mats, DVD player, and a missing hanger. With in a week after purchasing a vehicle from them the smart key quit working and the jest of there reply was you bought it as is. I had to spend $437.34 for towing and to get a new key for this vehicle.They also didn't get us the paper work to resatuer this van till the last day before it was due.They would be the last dealership I would ever go back to.

He listened to what we had to say and tried to accommodate us in every possible way. I am a returning customer to Dodge after driving a 2000 Durango for the last 10 years, and having little or no problems in those years with that vehicle. It is the reason that when I decided to look at pickup trucks that I first looked at Dodge. I firmly believe that Chrysler is far and away the leader in the auto industry when it comes to style and looks. I also feel that any problems I would have with my new Town and Country, they will make right. I have complete confidence in them. I recently had my oil changed at Glenbrook Dodge. Rob Karr was my service guy and he did a great job! I got there a few minutes late for my appointment but he got me in right away. I was only coming in for an oil change but he pointed out some other services that I needed and he was still able to get me out of there within 1 hr-he even washed my car free of charge! I felt Rob Karr and the service team and Glenbrook Dodge did a great job and I will definitely be back again!

I would have to say I would not reccomend this dealership to anyone, sales tactics are very shady. We stopped in looking for a vehicle for our son, but found something for ourselves instead. When we stopped back to test drive and get more information was treated fairly, and given the car for the test drive as our salesman finished with another customer. After getting back from test drive we made an offer about 1500 dollars lower than price quoted on lot, he then came back and said there had been a mistake about the price quote and it was auctually several thousand dollars above the original. We talked about this and made another offer which was accepted we then left to secure our own financing, which they do not appreciate, and returned. Upon our return our salesman once again busy with other customers worked us in between hurridly. After getting all paperwork done, was told we had to sign a disclaimer saying we knew of the transport damage that had been fixed, this was all new as we were led to belive that it was an liquidated vehicle not a damaged one. Was also promised that we would receive a call from salesman or service department as to when parts would be in to fix some cosmetic concerns with the vehicle. After leaving SEVERAL hours later we went to the website to copy the picture to be able to show car off and to our surprise the car was listed below our final offer and below what we was told the dealership bought the car for and was completely unrealistic when we were making our offers, STRIKE ONE! As we waited for our call the next morning which we never received STRIKE TWO! After getting tired of this my wife called to see what was going on and was advised this was our salesman day off, and no one else knew what was going on and even the 5star manager that had been driving the car had no idea about the cosmetic repairs that he said they were waiting on parts the night before STRIKE THREE! Not satisfied with this my wife called the sales manager Ryan for some answers was told that third party prices all vehicles on their website they don't know whats on there, and would check on the scheduled service and call me right back as of 230pm 5hrs later no call back and would not take my calls. STRIKE FOUR! Upset my wife called to speak to general manager guess what his day off to! asked to speak with someone higher there isn't anyone?? Was given his assistant Casey?? Explained all problems to him he did offer to give us the difference between agreed to price and web price (nice gesture) but this still wasnt fair as we had started with an inflated figure in negotiations so he offered $100 dollars or a years worth of oil changes to make up for trouble, we liked car so reluctantly accepted this offer to just be done with it. The next night we stopped up to pick up check and guess what not even the full amount promised. STRIKE FIVE!! Three days later no calls on when service is scheduled wont take calls either. STRIKE SIX!!! I Can Not Reccomend this dealership because of these business practices!!!!! **Update**After posting the above review the general manager M. McKibben called us to see what the problem seemed to be as to why we were so disatisfied. We explained all of the above to him and he explained to us that the internet price was a "traffic generating price" and not necessarily to sold at that price?? As all of the non returned calls had no idea and would look into it. A week later no one had any idea about the repairs that was to be made and and could get parts ordered if we would like we declined and took it to another service center that had parts next day and repaired. Mr. McKibben did try to be helpful but just didn't see what we were having so much trouble with. I did promise to update this review to show that the dealership was trying to work with us and they did but i can not upgrade the original ratings because that would be a diservice to any other consumers considering visiting this dealership because if the original customer service offered in our initial visit and buying experience. Mr. McKibben was helpful but maybe he should see what is happening on his sales floor, or maybe he already knows.

We've purchased or leased at least (3) cars from this dealer. Our most recent purchase (09/16/2010) was less tedious than I expected. Joe was the salesman and he was very personable, very relaxed - no pressure kind of approach. He could answer all of our questions about the vehicle and all of his answers checked out. Barry was the finance guy we worked with. We were sub-prime customers (not great credit)but they still found a way to work with us. As a matter of fact, the day AFTER we signed the deal on the car and drove it home, Joe called us to say that Barry was able to get better financing. If we could come back in, he could lower our monthly payments due to a better interest rate. Glenbrook Dodge didn't have to do that - they don't make any more by finding us a better deal, but the fact that they did is why I recommend them. Barry's work saved us $3,600.00! Definitely above and beyond the call of duty. If you are in the market for new or used cars, you need to seriously consider these guys.

I contacted the E-Commerce Manager by email and he responded right away informing me to bring it in and they will take care of it. They know the meaning of customer service. On June 19, 2007 I went to Glenbrook Dodge Chrysler Jeep in search of a new car. I was directed to the office of Chris Cook. After sitting in Mr. Cook's office for an hour, he asked if I was interested in a Toyota Corolla. I told him I would consider it. He handed me the keys and told me to take it for a test drive. After test driving the car, I asked what else he had on the lot as I was really looking for a Civic or a Jetta. Mr. Cook began praising the Corolla's features, safety ratings, etc. I asked Mr. Cook if the car had ABS. He said yes. Side curtain airbags, yes. My mother was with me as she was co-signing the loan. She asked what the price was on the Corolla. Mr. Cook asked us to wait. And wait we did. 30-45 minutes later Mr. Cook approached us with a paper that had 2 numbers on it. The top number we were told was the list price of the car ($20,988). The bottom number ($18,988) we were told was our price after a $2000 rebate. I asked if this price included tax, title, fees, etc. Mr. Cook told us he would be right back, and that he was checking with the sales manager, Ajesh (sp?) Mr. Cook returned to the office 3 times without having the answer and each time I asked him to go get an answer. Finally Ajesh came into the office. He told us the numbers on the paper included all tax, titles, and fees. He said that was the total loan amount after my trade-in and the payoff for that trade-in had been applied. At this time it was close to 9p.m. We had been there since 5p.m and had only been permitted to drive or even look at one car despite our repeated requests. Under duress, we agreed to the Corolla. The next day I took the car for a general inspection. Upon inspecting the car, the technician informed me the car did NOT have ABS or side air-bags as I was told. In addition to that, I was having a hard time comfortably driving the vehicle. With these 2 issues, I called the dealership. Mr. Cook transferred me to Yursi, the first salesman I had talked to on the phone. I told him I was coming in on 7/6/07 to see what we could do because I was in an immense amount of pain in driving the car. Yursi told me not to come in, that they didn't have anything on the lot that would be suiting to my needs. He then proceeded to tell me, Sweetheart, you are driving a free car. All financing attempts have been stopped, you don't have a payment due, and this car is free so enjoy it! I will call you when something comes in but until then you are driving a free car! Monday I received a call from Mr. Cook, the initial salesman who we had dealt with. He asked if I would be interested in a Hyundai Sonata. I researched the car and told him I was. Upon returning to the dealership, Mr. Cook asked how I liked it. I told him I loved the room, the ride, everything except the gas mileage. I asked if they had a 4-cyl model (I knew they did, I had looked it up earlier that day). Mr. Cook danced around saying well, that will only get 2mpg more than the V6, etc. He proceeded to tell me that they just wanted to do a property swap. The Sonata for the Corolla. No changes to anything. I told him absolutely not.
