This dealership was top notch! They went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the car I was most comfortable with. They gave me suggestions and advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. Very quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! I would also like recommend Rebecca to anyone who is looking for great service.

Just left the Glendale Heights Nissan dealership. I received a routine check up, as well as a few minor repairs. Manny, in the service department, is the man to see. He and his team were very professional, and i got my car back in a timely manner. I’m very happy with the results. Thanks for the car wash too!

After a exhausting morning at Ziegler Chev, - we were at our last resort. - we came in and everyone was so helpful. They were able to work with what I had to put down and what we wanted to pay monthly. I test drove the car, fell in love with it. - Thank You for making this seamless.

I purchased my 2016 Nissan Altima and have nothing but the kindest words to share about my experience at Glendale Nissan. As we all know purchasing a car is stressful and exhausting however this wasn't the case for me. Arben, my salesman, and his team of managers appraised my vehicle at a fair value and went above and beyond to make the deal happen. Everything was smooth sailing from being greeted at the door to meeting with the finance manager. Arben was patient and kind throughout the whole process and even kept me company while waiting to see the finance manager. Although I live 40 minutes away from Glendale Nissan, it's worth the trip to see these guys when I'll be ready for my new lease. Thank you Arben, Mario and Bob in finance.

It's a nice place, but parking is scarce for how busy they were. Often car porters were driving cars up and parking in customers spaces and often in multiple spaces. Sadly, that's not the problem. I gave three stars because I had a 630pm appointment, arrived at 625pm and the truck was gone. Someone was testing driving it, came back and bought it. I had to sit around for an hour until I was told it was definitely getting sold. Never got to test drive or make an offer myself. Just poor form and could have been handled better I think. Crazy thing is; the buyer had financing issues and us, we'll we had two good value trade-ins, and enough cash to buy it outright on the spot...AND WE'RE PLANNING ON IT. Went next door to the Chevy place and bought a truck there hours later. The manager was a nice guy trying to mediate and still help us out after the fact though.

DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR OR SERVICE YOUR CAR AT THIS DEALERSHIP. CARS ARE A BIG PURCHASE. DO NOT RISK IT WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE SALE AND FORGET CUSTOMER VALUE.

Bought a 2011 Ford escape from Glendale Nissen. The process was very good and Me and my wife were very happy with the purchase. The dealer put in a new battery when they determined the battery in the car was low. It was a good experience.

I recently purchased a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Glendale Nissan on April 9, 2016 and the overall experience was not positive. After I had test driven the vehicle, I asked that the brakes be re-inspected because they seemed soft. This was arranged and, two hours later, it was reported that the softness was the result of fading brake pads. Shortly after returning home, I got underneath the car to identify my axles and transfer case and I noticed something very wrong. It was obvious that fluid had been leaking out of the driver side, rear wheel hub for some time. I also noticed that the driver side front half shaft had a torn CV boot and was leaking all of its grease everywhere. I drove the Jeep several hundred miles directly after I left Glendale Nissan to return home. I would hate to think what would have happened if the CV joint completely failed while driving on the highway; at the minimum, I would have been stranded. To add insult to injury, they advertised that the Jeep had passed their "rigorous 167-point inspection" before I even came to look at it. After I purchased it, they gave me an inspection form with a hand-written statement stating, "All safety items passed" with a smiley face drawn underneath. I dropped the Jeep off at my local Midas and asked them to look the car over. As it stands, I have quotes for $512.04 to replace the seals and bearings in the rear axle and $255.76 to replace the left front half shaft; these prices would be even higher if I had my local Jeep dealership do the work. These needed to be replaced in order to make the vehicle safe and make it mechanically sound. I contacted Glendale Nissan about these issues with the car to give them a chance to make things right. After attempting to contact three separate people over the course of four days via their official website and via email, it finally took me calling the dealership and being bounced around between four different people before I finally was able to speak to a used car sales manager, Mr. Pete Binner. After a lengthy conversation, I was told few things. First, the Jeep didn't actually go through the advertised 167-point inspection, just a 95-point "safety inspection." Glendale Nissan's advertising is handled by a third party and Glendale Nissan isn't responsible for any incorrect information in their car ads. The lesson to take away is that you should never believe any of Glendale Nissan's car ads because they refuse to take responsibility for any misrepresentations of any vehicle; you will have to do a thorough inspection yourself, so bring a tarp and a floor jack to the dealership so you can look under the car you are interested in purchasing. Secondly, Mr. Binner made it very clear that even though I had pictures of the issues and had an inspection performed by a third party, Glendale Nissan was not obligated to assist me in any way regarding the repairs. Mr. Binner did eventually agree to send a check for $150 in an act of goodwill, something that is appreciated, but ultimately it's just a small portion of a $767.80 bill on a Jeep that has relatively low mileage for the model year and on a car that I purchased with the understanding that it was fully inspected and mechanically sorted. In closing, if you are looking to buy a NEW car, Glendale Nissan is probably a decent choice. They have a large lot with many options available and, if you are lucky enough to get a salesman like Arben, you will have a very positive car buying experience. Besides, most new cars don't have any issues and, if they do, it is almost always covered under warranty; Glendale Nissan will get compensated for the warranty work so you won't have to worry about them cutting corners to save the dealership some money in this area or misrepresenting any of their new cars. However, if you are wanting to purchase a used car here or are thinking of getting an out-of-warranty Nissan serviced here, you may want to think twice.

Do not go here to get service on your Nissan. Came in a few months ago for an oil change on my 2011 Nissan Xterra Pro-4x and had to come back because the tech forgot to screw the oil filter access plate back in and it was hanging and missing a bolt. That was the first problem and I shouldn't have went back but I decided to give them another shot last Monday. Went in for another oil change and everything went smoothly, or so I thought. Was getting ready to wash my car today and noticed the whole top of my liftgate scratched up and dented and rear window washer fluid sprayer is loose and scratched. Looks as if a garage door fell on it or was closed on it. I don't park in a garage nor was I anywhere near one or anything that could've done that damage in the last few days. Went in today (Saturday) and there are no managers so I spoke with a service guy. Showed him the damage and he claims there's no way that it could've happened there. That's a lie because their bays have garage doors that could've and did hit it. Now I have to waste more of my time to come in when a manager is available. All in all, bad service and would not recommend to anyone.

They advertise vehicles on Cars.com for prices they can't actually sell at. When I inquired into a vehicle, the lady that called said they're great deals to come on in. So I show up, and after the test drive, the price the salesman (Donnie) came to was the MSRP at $28,000+. I told him the price on Cars.com is $22,517 which was confirmed by the lady (Marketa) before we arrived. He was confused as ever, had no idea what I was talking about. I told him to look it up on his computer. He researched it, and sure enough I was right. He couldn't have been more confused as ever. After staring at the screen for about 3 minutes, he went to talk to his boss, came back and said I don't qualify for all the incentives since I'm not a recent college grad within 2 months, active military, Nissan VIP, and I'm not trading in a Nissan so I don't qualify for that price. Cars.com which is there own advertisement doesn't say that. It's exclusive online pricing.Donnie couldn't be a worse salesman. Seemed completely disinterested, (this is before we even brought up pricing), barely a handshake, very few words even came out of his mouth. If I didn't do any talking we would have sat there, and never said a word to each other. I'm in sales, and usually you have to be a little outgoing, at least show an interest in your customer. There are good dealerships, and there are bad dealerships. I usually have a good experience when buying a new car, but this salesman, and the dealership is what everyone hates about having to go to them to the T.

I would not recommend this dealer to anybody, the entire team is composed of very unprofessional young salesmen. The finance team works behind a glass wall and makes ignorant comments about the customers as the sales person is trying to 'discuss' price with them. We went into the dealer around 8:00 after driving more than forty miles because we were promised one price on the internet, and then called to confirm the price with the phone sales team and we were assured that the price was going to remain the same. As soon as we sat down with the salesman he told us that the price of the vehicle increased by about seven thousand dollars. The salesman, Fareed, then laughed and continued to say that the 'girls' did their job at getting you to come in. Fareed, the salesman treated this entire sale as a joke and continued to banter back and forth with the finance team making it seem as if we couldn't 'afford' the vehicle. The finance team made a comment along the lines of ' You said they aren't going to buy it anyways so why are we doing this.' As if we were inconveniencing everyone at the dealer. As soon as we walked outside, the salesman and the finance manager laughed. VERY disappointing experience. My suggestion for everyone is to NOT deal with this dealer. You will be disappointed, and will regret driving ANY distance to this dealer.

I went in for a simple oil change on my 2009 maxima. Service man recommended up a 45k service which was on special for $250, I stated I didn't need one but if he could do for $200 even out door price I would consider. He states he can do for $200 so I agreed. Now the oil change I was in for was a free one so u wasn't going to pay for that anyway. And for the 45K service an oil change is included. So my oil change which was free is now included in this $250 price. The service man says to me I got u under the $200 price, so I was happy to hear how much extra he saved me. See I have a filter that doesn't need replacing so the service man doesn't need to put his filter in and says he saving me money. So when I go up to pay he charges me $188.79 plus tax for total of $202.99!!!Now I have a free oil change coupon and don't require a filter which were both included in the 45K service and he still charges me over $200. I asked for the filter that was included in my service and he wouldn't give to me until I called one of his mangers and he even gave me a 20 min wait until he brought me the filter.

I have now bought something like 8 or 9 cars on a 2 year cycle from Glendale Nissan. Be it the new car buying process or a normal service visit, I cannot say enough about the quality of everything they do. Not your normal auto dealership, that is for certain. Orlando and George make everything happen when you buy through them, the deal is direct, fast and easy. Nothing hidden, no question unanswered or of a vague nature in response. The service department is always ready to handle routine work or the occasional repair. The same quick, easy way getting things done. Oh, and Nissan ... they make a good automobile!

I started with Fareed on the deal and he showed us what we have in the list from online and well it was over my budget but did liked the car. I love my Nissan. I do NOT love this dealership. I had taken my car in to get two front breaks replaced. I had to take the car in 6 more times to have them fix things that were broken by them. The last time I took it in they admitted to leaving a PIN out of one of the breaks when they replaced them. The problems that occurred with my Nissan were common issues. This leads me to believe the damage to my car was intentional. - STAY AWAY FROM THERE. I know have shaking and new noises from my car that were never there before. I will be talking it somewhere else.

Jose was very accommodating and welcoming the moment we arrived. Once we had chosen the car, he immediately brought someone in to help us. After some hours of discussing a price and coming into a good compromise, we closed the deal. We were very content about the good deal we were given and we were also given lots of other little extra bonuses for the purchase of the car. Jose was nonstop to fulfill our needs and conditions. I would definitely recommend him for anyone going to the Glendale Nissan.

We leased our Altima from here and the whole process was great. Having to look for a car might not be a pleasant experience but at this dealership it was. Everyone was so nice and accommodating with budget. Not once did they tell us no! I go back every 3 months for service and have dealt with Manny most of the times. He is very professional and courteous. Gets everything done really fast so I don't have to stay there long. Even when I had a flat tire and needed a new tire and censor, I went there and asked for Manny and he helped me with that too. Love this dealership. Will be going back soon to trade in :)

Purchased my vehicle in Nov 2013. The cup holder was broken but they said they would order and replace at no charge. I did have to call to find out status and found that it never got ordered. Only took one phone call and they had it fixed in a week. I got 9 free oil changes and my only complaint is that sometimes it takes way longer then they say it is going to take. Overall I have always received great service. Employees kind and courteous.

I don't do a lot of reviews but need to put this one out there. 2 times I have paid for a rotation at Glendale Nissan and the work was not performed. They told me that the tech felt it was not needed. They still charged me for the service and the last time this happened, it caused a wear issue on my tires. When I brought it to their attention, they made it seem like my fault. I should have learned my lesson on Glendale Nissan when they took a tax discount for the state that they were not entitled to and after numerous request never refunded my money. Buyer beware, you are probably not getting what you pay for.

Salesman will try to sell me what he think I want ,NOT what I want.I want to buy a Nissan Versa 2015 ( brand new)They will not honor the sticker price, the sticker price of the car I bought was $ 16,895.00plus $ 240.00 the "window engraving" for a total cost of $ 17,225.00, after we sign the contract we saw the real cost of the car ( this is before taxes add ons etc.) $ 18,275.00 when we ask why the cost jump more than $ 1,000.00 They went around and around whit the numbers.1._ they add the preparation charge $ 200.00 ( to make sure the car is clean and all fluids full) I thought I was buying a new car with only 7 miles??2._ They ADD THE $ 650.00 REBATE TO THE COST OF THE CAR, ACCORDING TO THEM BECAUSE I HAVE TO PAY TAXES ON THAT AMOUNT ALSO.So we add the amounts total is $ 18,275Now let's move to the finance area, here is where they will take you to the cleanersThe finance manager added a warranty ( $ 2,076.00) , a gap ins ( $ 650.00) and a service contract ( $ 270.00)without asking if I want them or not. When I question those charges the manager told me that if I not buy them, my interest rate will increase to 10%, going up from 6.5% even that when they approved my credit they told me that my interest rate is going to be 6.5% ( my credit score is 758)Because I already sign the documents they told me I can not cancel the contract.I was able to cancel the warranty , gap insurance and the service contract, but now I have to wait 8 weeks to take reflect in my account. So STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER AND ITs BAND OF THIEFS!!!!

Our salesperson, Kevin Smith, was knowledgeable, attentive, patient, and personable. He did everything he could to meet our expectations and did so with the upmost professionalism. We also met a member of the service team. Even though it was late in the evening and he was getting ready to close up, he took a few minutes to let us know the service hours and procedures of bringing our new vehicle in for service. Based on his friendliness and sense of customer service, I got the feeling that eventually, I will get to know the first names of the team as we bring it in for service. We had an overall good experience in purchasing our Nissan Rogue. I gave five stars to all subject matters above, with the exception of "quality of repairs"...since we just purchased the car this was checked as NOT APPLICABLE. I do expect that in time this will also be a FIVE STAR area for me! Thank you.

I was recently searching the Chicago area for a 2007-2008 Toyota Camry SE. After finding the perfect car located at this dealership, I decided to send an email inquiry about the vehicle. I got a response one business day later, from a customer service representative by the name of Brittany. She was very helpful with answering all the questions that I had to ask, so I had decided that I would like to set up an appointment to come and view the vehicle. I had let her know in advance that I would be traveling two hours to come and see this car, and she had assured me that even if I was a little bit late for my appointment it would not be an issue. After traveling two hours to finally reach the Nissan dealership, I entered the building and a salesman was standing there staring at me, chewing the rest of his lunch, and did not even greet me. He then proceeded to walk into the office across from where I was standing, to converse with his fellow coworkers. After a few moments I finally went up and interrupted their conversation and asked for someone to help me locate Brittany. They had asked a fellow sales representative if they knew where she was, and this man had no idea that there was even a woman named Brittany employed at this dealership. He proceeded to ask me if I was at the correct dealership, and I assured him that I was. He asked another woman if there was anyone by that name employed there and she verified that there was. It turns out that she was not going to be there until later on in the day. The car that I had made an appointment to see, and driven TWO HOURS for, had been SOLD! I understand that they do not have any control over when a vehicle will be sold, but I had told the customer service representative that I was going to be traveling for two hours to come and view this car. I'm sure she knew before she made my appointment that she was not going to be in the building at the time that she had scheduled me, and I feel as though someone could've contacted me and let me know that I did not need to travel two hours to come to a dealership with rude sales people and a car that would no longer be there.

After moving to PA we decided we wanted another Nissan Altima. We checked prices here locally and checked them online at Glendale Nissan and found the prices approx 2k lower than in PA. We made the drive and met with Brent Alexander who sold us our previous car 3 yrs prior. He was very helpful and we were very happy with the car we bought. Brent went out of his way to help us. Even after we returned to PA the next day and noticed a light missing he took care of it by having the part shipped to our local Nissan dealer no charge for repair. These are the types of people you want to do business with. Decent, Honest, Fair and Caring. We will be back in a couple of years for our next Nissan

I love Glendale Nissan. I bought my 2014 Altima from them last year and out of all the cars I've purchased from dealers, Glendale was my most relaxing & trusting dealer.... My recent visits were for routine maintance/oil changes & tire rotations. They get me in & out as fast as possible & keep me up to speed on what's going on. At the end of each visit, they sit down & talk to me & go over the 360 inspection to let me know how my car is- no matter how busy they are. Other dealers I've been to just send me home with the paperwork... When you want to be in comfortable trust worthy hands- go to Glendale Nissan!

Worst car buying experience ever!!! Be very careful with the finance manager as he will say one thing and put something else down on the contract to their advantage. After approaching the finance manager about the mistake he apparently forgot about what he said because he "does too many deals" (sounds too convenient). I was overcharged for the extended warranty about five times more. I have already canceled the warranty and as of today three weeks later apparently nothing has happened to push this cancellation through. I am still pushing them to honor this cancellation which is typical, but apparently they want you to keep the warranty. Anyways, I will never buy another car from this unethical group of people. This is my second new Nissan car in two years, first car I bought at Woodfield Nissan which was an enjoyable experience.

BBEEWWARE!!!!!!!!! ESPECIALLY MOMS WITH kids...No wonder they are given so many bad reviews.yes my review is long, because I wanted ppl to decide for themselves if they want to take a risk on doin business with this facility.it was a mistake on my behalf for not going through the reviews before even thinking of going there.Glendale Nissan has given me by far the WORSt car buying experience ever since I moved to USA.I am a loyal customer of Toyota. Glandale Nissan made me value Toyota's dealership. With Toyota,,I walk in, they give me the best deal and tell me upfront Hw much I will pay for that particular vehicle.it always took me one hour at the maximum to get things sorted.and nw here is what Nissan dealership did to me.Im a mother of a two yr old toddler.I'm a struggling medical graduate as well.so clearly that leaves me with No free Time.I asked for a quote online for a Nissan suv I was interested in.Nissan glandale gave me a quote that was way too good to b true.I specifically pointed out to their internet sales person that I would only go to the facility if they have the color and the model in stock, she assured me that they have it.when we went there the first suv they gave Us to test drive was sold..I mean at 4:00 pm internet sales person says it's available and then by 7:00pm its sold!!! I told the dealer clearly before even stepping in their office that I am not going to pay more then $450 a month for 60 months on 0% APR. Turned out contrary to what the internet sales person said they did not have the color I wanted,so to keep the deal the sales person asked me to deposit $1000 in order to locate the white suv I wanted from another dealership.I made clear that I will not pay a penny more and he agreed.the nxt morning I get a call from sales person saying he cudnt find white one and the only one they have got is the black one.when we went in to get the paperwork done,,he changed the price!!! My monthly payment was more then $450. I left with my toddler and left my husband to figure out what are they doing to us.At 9:45 pm I walk in the facility because they were determined to sell us the car at a price way more then was discussed with us.then the manager Mario intervened ,took me to his office and shows e few figures to legitimize why the price they are asking for is good enough..bcz with my credit score I'm not even eligible for 0 Apr..and that only way out is I pay $500.And the $ 1000 I deposited to get the white car is non refundable.if I want it back I need to see the general manager .so one more day of mental harrasmnt.I don't know what kind of business would ask you to deposit money to locate your favorite car at the same price and would not mention the terms and conditions for depositing that money.I don't know what kind of business will still force you to buy a car from them despite your reiteration that you only can pay a certain amount...this is the kinda business crooks do.The extent to which Nissan has troubled me is hard to put in words.bottom line I wish no one go through such painful deceptive experience.women with kids bewareee

I recently leased a 2015 Nissan Murano from this dealer. Our saleman Barry was a very nice, polite older gentleman. When he himself was unsure of something, he made sure to find the answer as quick as he could and or bring over a person who did know the answer. Two complaints, initially in the negociation process with Barry, we had some trouble communicating exactly what it was that we wanted, but once we got that resolved, it was smooth sailing. The second complaint is that none of the staff seemed to know how to access their email. This was an issue as I needed to send my proof of insurance to them and could not do so via fax. Other than that, everybody was very courtious and polite.

I just walked out of the dealer about 15 mins ago. I went in to service my vehicle but before I could even say what I needed, the young girl just told me to pull my car in "without asking what kind of car or what I needed done to it" then she turned and walked away, so I decided to go to the counter where another more older guy was and asked if he could check and see if I could get a GPS installed in my car then also an oil change, he looked at me with a serious face and told me to go home and come back later because he was really busy. "They only had 3 cars. I worked at a detail shop before and I know how to run the service department a lot better than how they do. So sad to see people like them represent such corporate/company.

Worst dealership I have ever gone too! Beware of their internet scam (and specially anything Nea Danegelis and Bert say about inventory)---classic bait and switch! They advertise great price on a car and when you get there, it has been "sold" in half an hour! This happened twice! Further, you walk in and no one greets you or takes any interest in helping you. If you like to waste your time, by all means go here!

I took a look at the car for a second, told I was gonna buy it. Obviously changed my mind in a split second, because there was no engine..

I recently bought a 2011 Nissan Juke and noticed when I brought it home that the fog light was shattered. I brought it back but they refused to fix it, the used car manager even yelled at my mother and I saying we did it even though we had the picture of it shattered on Cars.com. Then a month later my tie rod was lose even though I only drive the car roughly 5 miles a day. I do not recommend buying a car here!

I saw a specific used car on line that I was interested in buying at this dealer. My husband and I along with our daughters, age 12 and 14, came along for the trip to the dealer. We pulled up to the building and parked the car and got out on July 19th at 2:30pm. I saw 2 men standing up the building and neither made any effort to help us and offer any assistance. They were wearing red polo shirts. We initially went into the building, but again, we found no one around to ask or talk to. We then proceeded to walk around the lot on our own to look for the specific car. Now, I only buy cars every 10 years and I didn't know if these men outside worked there or not. Well, come to find out later, they were car salesman as I saw them in the building later. This initially made me very mad. They saw us walking around the lot for over 15 minutes. We didn't know where used cars were located as it was not marked. t thought to myself, are we not good enough to buy cars from THIS dealership? I had to eventually ask another busy salesman to find someone to help us. A salesman came out from the building and luckily it was neither of the two that were standing by the building at the beginning our trip as I probably would not have bought the car that day. Overall, after we did find someone to help us, our experience went fine. Car was listed at reasonable price and we negotiated on my trade in vehicle. Experience took about 2.5 hours overall. I have been to several other car dealerships with better customer service overall. I specifically wanted this car so I have to grin and bear it, so to speak. If I didn't want a specific car, then I would have left the dealership.

We arrived at this location looking to purchase a car on the spot. I take it that they judged us by what we were wearing, which was casual, but we were approached by a young man and had to ask him all the questions and keep asking him to show us more things while he stood around, his body language and tone saying that he really did not take us seriously. We proceeded to look around on our own and had to keep calling him over while he stood around texting behind us. Overall the customer service was the worst we have ever experienced. It was pretty funny seeing his and his coworker's faces while we drove away in our Mercedes Benz. Never going back.

I moved away from the dealership where I bought my Altima, so I needed to find a good and reliable service department. I am so impressed with the service staff at Glendale and Jim the service manager. Everyone at Glendale is very friendly and honest. I will continue to use Them for all my oil changes and routine maintenance. And I will definitely purchase my next car here

I saw a Lincoln LS on line talked to Berry told him my problems and he said he can get me in the car so I drove out there over20 miles. As soon as I walked up he said that car had problems wanted to show me other cars instead. told him no I wanted that car then Berry told me how it goes through a safety inspection and all safety systems work I take it for a test drive and air bag lite on and rear brake light burned out told Berry about it he said they will not fix air bag ok I told him I don't think they did safety inspection he in promised and they will repair the light and door handle so I bought it. On the way home found out horn didn't work called Berry to add that to list he did and sign my copy but as of 15 days they fixed light and door handle but not horn I always get lied to about parts one time they left tools on floor of car and fuse door open told service man he took care of now my fuse door is broke and no horn when I call back in a few day to see about part I will let you know what wild story they come up with. I had an issue with getting reimbursed after my wife was mistakenly charged for an oil change when we still had several complimentary services remaining. I left voice mails for the Service Director, who made every excuse he could think of to avoid crediting us for the $20 oil change. The actual work done was fine, I just found it hard to accept the fact that a $20 refund or credit was such a big deal. As a further note, this whole facility is filthy and so out of date I can't believe Nissan lets it stand.

Saw a vehicle online and called to come see it the next day but when i arrived on the lot, i was informed it had sold the weekend befor. The salesman i was suppose to meet was busy so another salesman showed me similar vehicles. When i didn`t see any in the style and price range i wanted, i started asking to see different cars and he seemed to lose interest in showing me around. Probably won`t return.

After a deal had been made to purchase the vehicle for their internet price, they insisted on charging doc fees/vin etch fees aka "dealer markup" that equated to almost $500 extra to the agreed price. Then with a signed buyer's order and the funds wire transferred they sold the vehicle out from under me for presumably a more profitable deal. Not the reputable way to do business at all. **Beware**

I recently purchased a used Jeep from Ewald's Ford and just want to say what a great experience I had with Eric Enders. I just want to thank Eric and the whole staff at Ewald's Ford for making my lifelong dream of owning a Jeep a reality. My experience in purchasing my Jeep was awesome!! Eric went above and beyond to make it possible for me to purchase my vehicle. I want to thank him for taking the time to listen to my concerns and answering any questions I had. He also sent us to a new restaurant Mine Shaft for lunch and it was great! If you are looking to purchase a new or used vehicle I highly recommend checking out Ewald's Ford. The staff at this dealership were so upbeat and fun to do business with, not like some of the stuffy dealerships I have done business with in the past. Thank you so much!!

Glendale Nissan is the worst dealer I have seen in my whole life. Customer service - 0, Quality of Work - 0, Friendliness - 0, Overall experience - A big zero. I bought a Pre-owned certified Nissan Rogue from them (along with the Nissan Security Plus extended Protection plan) on 1-Apr-2013. That was my biggest mistake. They handed over the car to me with the 'Tire Pressure Monitoring' light on. When I highlighted this (to the sale man 'Giorgio Ferrari') he defended saying that its showing the alarm as its cold outside. Next day it turned out to be a flat tire and I had to get frontal tires replaced (at whopping $500).Moreover, few days down the line when I switched on the Air conditioner (for the first time) it didnt work. It seems they handed over the car to me with a broken Air conditioner. I went back to them thinking it will be rectified (as I just bought the car) from them. But now the attitude of the dealership had changed all together. They demanded another $500 to fix that air conditioner. They sold me the 'Nissan Security Plus extended Protection plan' (for $2000) without telling me the fine prints. The only reason I bought a car from this dealership was due to the fact that I am new to this country and wanted to buy a car from a big dealership (as I expected some credibility from these big dealers). But this dealer (does all unethical things which he can) to get your business and will then just dump you.I will definitely not recommend them for any purchase/service.

Purchased a 2010 Maxima. Test drove it. Found the tire pressure low, and the headliner coming apart. They fixed all those before the purchase. Found out a week later after purchasing new tires that one wheel was bent. After complaining to the new car manager who by the way is arrogant and rude, gave me service credit for the repairs at the tire shop. They also claimed that they changed the oil after my purchase, but when I pulled the dipstick out from the engine, it was very dirty. But overall the Maxima is a wonderful car, and Steve the finance manager, and my salesperson Kevin live up to high standards. Just make sure you point out any problems and inspect the cars as best as you can.

We purchased a used 2011 Nissan Altima SE with low miles, and found for this vehicle that they were willing to negotiate, as we already had a loan with cash for full purchase as a Sign And Drive.** Note that the Nissan Certified Pre-Owned warranty is available, but EXTRA $$ On Advertised Prices!** We drove 2 1/2 hours from Wisconsin to this dealership, and 2 other dealerships that day would NOT negotiate much. They quoted me a price $1000 higher then other internet quotes. I showed them other quotes and was told that it was not true and a trick from me to walk into a dealership (a lie as I later found out and bought a car elsewhere). They also impose a over $200 fee for "dealer etching" VIN on the window!!! After leaving, I then kept getting called regarding them potentially lowering the price, but never got them to itemize the cost and out-the-door cost in email. No thank you. If you like to haggle, this might be an okay place, but I did not have a positive experience.

This place will take you to the cleaners. I've spent thousands of dollars on gaskets that they can't put on correctly. They'll fix your leak, and cause another one so you can bring it in again so you can give them all your money. I will never buy a nissan again due to this. I had a timing belt changed and that seal leaked after 9 months. Guess what? They said it was out of warranty because I had 12,200 miles on it since that service. 200 miles over and they can't seal the timing cover correctly. Each dealer will lie to you and say it wasn't their fault. Glendale Nissan, YOU SUCK!!!Ford here I come.

Glendale Nissan is TERRIBLE!!!!STAY AWAY!I drove nearly 4 hours out of my way to look at a Navigator and was lied to multimple times.I called the night before to confirm the vehicle was still there, and to verify that out of state financing would be ok. Kelly P said absolutely, No Problem whatsoever. When I arrived at the dealership, within the first 3 minutes, Kelly said that there may be an issue with out of state financing, and that we should start a credit application first. - Bear in mind, I had not even seen the car, or driven it yet!I told her that I was not doing that until I could see/drive the car, and that I was serious about purchasing it, and did have a sizeable down payment. ( I had about 95% of the asking price in cash with me!) Upon seeeing and driving the vehicle, I noted numerous problems- all electrically related. The interior illumination did not come on when the headlights were turned on, the tracton control would not turn off, the check engine and ABS Lights were also on. These were very obvious issues that should have been addressed by the dealer before this vehicle was even on the lot. I had no problem paying the posted price of the vehicle (it was fair, and I was told that it was there absolute bottom line several times) The price was fair for a vehicle that did not have these issues. I asked if these issues would be taken care of at this price, and Barry said that the margin was really tight, but they could maybe take off $100.00.This comment was extremely insulting, as I am ASE Certified in Advanced Automotice Electronics, and know that these issues could all cost several thousand dollars to repair. After driving the vehicle, I thanked Barry, and told him that I would have to pass on it, because of these issues. I said that maybe if the vehicle was 3-4 thousand less, that we could talk, and left it at that.At this time, Kelly P was walking out to see how the test drive went, and before I could say a word, she said just a minute and went to talk to Barry about our test drive. I was going to be considerate and thank her as well, but when I walked towards her and Barry, she went the other way, and basically gave me the cold shoulder twice.I left the dealership and began my long drive back home. About 10 minutes later, Barry called asking if $2500 off the price would work. (Even though I was told that the listed price was absolute bottom dollar / margins were tight)Again, I said I was serious about buying when I came into the dealer, yet they did not even respond to my offer of 3-4 thousand less at the dealer, and let me leave the lot. They were more interested in playing games, and missed their chance.I told Barry NO! 3-4 thousand less was my offer at the dealership, with all the issues the vehicle had.I had now left the dealership, and was on my way home, so now that I would have to come back, I said 4-5 thousand less.At this point Barry got a real attitude and a rather unpleasant tone, I told him twice more that I would pass, at which point he hung up on me.Bottom line - Glendale Nissan would have likely made a sale if they listned when I told them that I was a serious customer, and considered my offer on the lot. Instead, they failed (miserably). This dealership is very dishonest, and would rather play games than work with serious customers.Glandale Nissan overlooks and ignores blatantly obvious(saftey) issues with their vehicles, and is definately a "quantity over quality" dealership.STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!!!!!!

Went to this dealership to purchase suspension parts for a damaged 2009 Versa. They charged more than 50% over the MSRP for the parts ($380 versus $250) and were unwilling to "price match" (their words) what Nissan says they should be charging. Other dealerships in the area did not stock these parts and would have to order them and they took advantage of this situation to make more money.
