I found the car on the lot I wanted and Kevin Castle made every effort to see that I was able to drive away with my Toyota Highlander. He was very easy to deal with and always answered my questions efficiently and professionally.. During the duration of deciding on car and finalizing the deal, Kevin would always call me with any new situations occurring or return or take my phone call immediately. The next vehicle I buy, I would definitely go to Glockner's and request Kevin Castle for my sales person.

I searched all over Ohio for weeks for the best price on my new vehicle before ultimately choosing to buy from Kevin & Caleb at Glockner Honda Toyota. They didn't have the vehicle I wanted in stock, but Kevin said he could get whatever I wanted, and he delivered! Not only did they make the entire process as painless and easy as possible, but everyone was patient, respectful, & knowledgeable. I have dealt with some very rude or pushy salesmen in the past & I didn't get that vibe from them at all. I would recommend anyone to buy from them & can certainly see myself making another big purchase from them in the future!

Like the title says....never thought I would lease a vehicle, but this is my third lease with Glockner Honda/Toyota!! To be honest the main thing that keeps my Husband and I coming back is Gary Dilley!! He was the first person I met at Glockner.....during my first lease of my Honda CRV. Kindest Man I've ever met...he made me feel comfortable and put me at ease. Which is no easy task:) After that lease was up (3yrs. later) I went back to Gary and wanted to see the Toyota Rav4.....he said let's go test drive one! I fell in love with it! Had to have it! Three years later....I stopped in Glockner to make sure Gary was still there (I heard a terrible rumor that he wasn't) Thank goodness he IS still there!! So i asked him about a magnetic gray colored 2016 Rav4 for my new lease!! He got right on it....we started some paper work and then my Husband went to see Gary a few days later.....needless to say as if this week I'm in my 2016 Magnetic Gray Rav4!! LOVE this vehicle! Found our 2017 Camry SE on the Glockner Honda-Toyota Website! There were actually two of the silver SEs listed and by the time we got there later in the afternoon one was headed out of the show room. Pete Saltsman saw to it that we left in the second one! We brought our 2010 Camry (along with title) figuring that we could get the paperwork finished this evening and maybe pick the car up in a day or two. Pete took our information, generated all of the loan paperwork and asked if my wife and I wanted to take the Camry home this evening!! I said, "You can do that"? Pete said, "Well have you out of here a half hour or so"! He actually helped us get all of our stuff out of the 2010 Camry into the 2017 Camry! So a bit of advice, if you are going to show up around 5:00 pm at the Glockner Toyota Dealership thinking you'll get your new car the next day or so, better unload your car you are trading in before you leave the house! Also, special thanks to Greg Gulker and Peggy Ruggles for their assistance in getting us out of the showroom in our new 2017 Camry SE!!! Mike and Cheryl Brown

Just purchased a new CRV EX-L. This was the first time I have purchased a new car on my own since becoming a widow. Gary Dilly was a great help throughout the whole process. Very patient with me and explained everything thoroughly in regards to price and trade in price. Plus gave me a tutorial on ALL THE NEW DEVICES that went with the new car. Which can be overwhelming for the old folks. Due the the heat he even pulled the car into an air conditioned bay so that I would comfortable while he went over the car information with me. I researched pricing thoroughly before going in and was very pleased with my trade in value and the car price.Robin Frazure had all of my paperwork ready to sign so I was in and out in no time. She had a very pleasant personality. Last but not least was the young tech genius who was able to solve the problem with transferring my contact list from the phone to the hands free link. It would have taken me an eternity to program the numbers in individually. I'm sorry that I don't remember his name.We have purchased our cars from Glockners for years and we have never been disappointed in the cars or service.

We were looking for a particular car and drove 2 hours to the dealership twice to get it. Great experience all around, including: our advance phone conversation, test driving for our son, negotiating the deal, arranging to return days later with our son, and completing the transaction. Most helpful to be able to go home in our trade-in the first time and deliver it when we could take the purchased car home. I bought a 2016 Camry Hybrid from Glockner Honda Toyota. My salesman was Pete Saltsman. I knew what I wanted and asked Pete to provide me with an "out the door" price. I compared the price provided, with the "out the door" prices from other dealers. Glockner had the best price. I did all my communication by email and over the phone. All dealings were completely professional. My first visit to the dealership was when I took delivery of the car. The car was ready when I arrived and as soon as the paperwork was completed, I took delivery of the vehicle. Pete was able to demonstrate the features of the car, showing me several things I was not aware of. We faced a challenge completing the documents, but Pete and the Greg came up with a simple and elegant solution. My experience was excellent. It has been 12 years since I bought my last new vehicle and it was from Glockner Honda Toyota.

Three years ago I phoned Glockner about a lease on a CR-V. Pete Saltsman was my salesman. after two calls I made a deal using a used Highlander as a trade, We agreed on the trade and I made a two hour drive to the dealer. I was in and out in just over an hour. The experience was great, Pete was outstanding as was Mike, the sales manager.Today I replaced my first lease for a new lease. This was also with just one phone call. Again pete was outstanding. He took his time to show me everything new and how it operated. This dealer is outstanding, the people know their stuff. Salesperson Aaron Montgomery made the purchase experience really easy and pressure free. I test drove a car and came back a day later to test drive again. No sweat. Sat down negotiated on my trade-in and the sale price for the new vehicle. Done. Finance professional Robin Frasure was very helpful and efficient. The integrity of the salesmen, sales manager, and financing officer are always a welcome characteristic. I have also serviced all of the vehicles that I've owned with Glockner's service department,finding them to be accommodating, helpful, thorough, and competitively priced. Most importantly, the dealership pays more than lip service to going the extra mile for the customer. On 2 specific instances I have been treated "without charge" for a repair on 2 different vehicles because they felt a responsibility to me - the customer. My need for another vehicle came unexpectedly when my older car suddenly became disabled. A good friend/community member suggested I contact Glockner's Honda-Toyota because of their good reputation for sales, service, and selection. I met with Caleb Smith who, after assessing my needs in a vehicle, set out to show me the selections available and educate me to the options. He worked tirelessly in 90+ degree heat to bring up several cars for test-driving (and even provided me with a cold bottle of water!). Over the years I've purchased, traded in, or sold outright probably 7-8 cars from Glockners Honda Toyota. I've also utilized their Service Department and appreciate the extras such as shuttle to and from work nearby. I mainly dealt with Tony Lafferty, who (before he retired) was a pro at delivering excellent service. A couple days ago a used vehicle caught my eye, and I had the pleasure to work with Caleb Smith. Caleb, like Tony, made the experience a breeze. In every other dealership I've ever walked into, the salespeople lead off with statements that damage trust. Like, "what kind of payment are you looking for?" It's a game to obscure actual prices and move numbers around in order to appeal to your sense of getting a good deal. On the contrary, Tony and now Caleb were up front, genuine, and ultimately only concerned with making me happy with the deal. If it was in their power to do it, they did. If not, they asked or even pushed for it knowing that I was more likely to return again in the future. These are people of character that enjoy their job and helping people enjoy their experience of buying a vehicle. I have Caleb's number in my phone now, and I'll be calling him when I inevitably go to buy another car. Glockners sets itself apart whenever they hire and retain talented, positive people like Caleb. They do make it easy.

I was interested in the Honda HR-V after a friend had recently purchased one from Glockner's. I drove to Portsmouth, which is about a 30 minute drive from my home is Kentucky, and looked for Dustin Schneider, who was recommended by my friend. He was personable and knowledgeable about the car I was interested. He went above and beyond to insure that I could find the exact car I wanted. The particular color I was interested in was not available at the dealership, but he told me that they would find one and just in a matter of hours, that was done. I went to Glockner Honda Toyota looking for a specific make and model of car. Within a half hour of being at the dealership, Pete delivered everything I wanted. He knew my bottom dollar price range and what I wanted, and he made it happen. He knew the answer to every question I had. This is the third used vehicle purchased from Glockner Honda,second CRV. Have very good service with no major issues from the first (2010) CRV. Dustin Schneider was very helpful in selecting the 2014 CRV and explaining the operation of the vehicle controls. Robin Frasure was very helpful in selection of the financial, maintenance and protection options available for the 2014 CRV. The only negative point of the purchase of the vehicle was that only one key with remote door lock and unlock was provided, instead of two, (which I was told was came with the vehicle.

After two years of searching for a Tacoma pickup truck, I took the advise of a good friend and talked to Pete Saltsman at the Portsmouth Toyota dealership. I am very glad that I followed her advise because Pete was very easy to deal with and helped me choose the exact vehicle that I wanted. At first we thought that my Tacoma would have to be ordered with at least a 60 day delivery date, but Greg worked very hard and found the exact vehicle I wanted at another dealers lot out of state. We purchased my wife a new bright yellow Prius hybrid little over a week ago so I decided to look around for something for myself. My wife and I had been thinking of trading her car in on a new one for some time, even though we were still paying on it. We had stopped by the dealership on a Sunday afternoon just to look at a bright yellow Prius that caught my wife's eye. We looked around at several and decided we would talk it over. Later that evening I got on the computer and gave them an offer on the Prius with her car as trade in. Next morning I received a call from Pete Saltsman letting me know my offer had been accepted. We set up an appointment for later that day and went in to see Pete and took the Prius for a test drive. Pete then gave our paper work to Robin Frasure who worked to get the best loan deal for us. These two employees are truly an asset to the company. Friendly, polite, customer oriented! I am considering trading my Navigator in on newer vehicle and Glockners will be the only place I will go. They are fantastic and care about their customers.

My husband has been wanting to buy a new truck for a while. Stopped by Glockner Honda-Toyota today and bought a gorgeous Silverado truck that just came on their lot. After purchasing my CR-V from Kevin in January, I mentioned hopefully I would be back soon(next year) to look for a car for my fiance. Little did I know, things don't always work out as planned. Fast forward two months later, my Fiance's car was acting up yet again, and we finally decided it's time to get a new car for her. However, we were in a little bit of a pickle, as she still owed a little over 2 grand on it. To make matters worse, her identity was stolen just over 2 years ago, so getting a loan at all, let alone a reasonable rate, seemed impossible. With me getting a new car, another car loan in my name didn't sound possible either, thus we were left hopeless. However after a few phone calls, Kayla, my fiance, was at the dealership, working with Kevin, whom had sold me my first car. Kayla explained the situation we were in and Kevin reassured her he could make something work, and sure enough he did. After running some numbers, Kevin and the wonderful people at Glockner's were able to set us up with a 2011 Camry. They took Kayla's car on trade in, rolled over her existing loan, and put the car in my name to keep the interest rate down. The car runs great, and has left me reassured we have a safe reliable car for my fiance and our 2 year old daughter. The people at Glockner have been an absolute blessing to us. If you are ever in need of a car, go to Glockner's. They have treated us like family right from the rip and have taken care of us every step of the way.

Kevin Castle and all of the people at Glockner made the car buying experience easy and enjoyable. My Mom bought a Toyota from them 3 years ago and there was no question as to where my husband and I were going to buy ours. Kevin doesn't pressure you. He noticed that my Mom has difficulty walking, so he made sure he always dropped her off at the door. He even took time to drive her back to her car from the show room. He called me this morning just to check in. Glockner goes the extra mile!!!! Robin who handled the paperwork was great. She talked us through each page and was extremely helpful. I randomly stopped to look at the cars and was greeted and helped immediately by Kevin Castle. He was so friendly and informative about any and all questions that I had. I bought a new 2016 Toyota 4runner. It has many amenities and is a beautiful vehicle. I am pleased with the overall experience. They even went out of their way to find the color I wanted! Caleb Smith was great to work with and even got me a better price on a brand new Toyota with same extras as the 2015 I had been looking at. I didn't finance my car, but I worked with Matt Groves on an extended warranty, which I usually don't buy, but with all the fancy electronics in cars, it seemed like a good idea.

We were very pleased with our recent experience at Glockners. We purchased our first ever brand new vehicle in January 2016. Gary Dilley was a huge help; along with all the other staff that assisted us. Robin Frasure made things very easy with all of the paper work. We appreciated that they weren't pushy or overbearing. This is not my first purchase from this dealer but it was my first time dealing with Kevin Castle. Kevin took the time to listen to us and helped us find just the right car for my wife. We feel like we were treated well and with respect. We weren't sure what car we would end up buying and Kevin took the time to show us anything we wanted to see. I have never had such a wonderful experience buying a car! Especially with a young child with us! Everyone was so friendly and eager to help and make us comfortable. Our salesman was amazing. You could tell he was more concerned about getting us in the car we needed rather than making a sale. We never felt pushed into anything (I've had so many experiences with pushy salesmen!!!! Ugh!)I felt that they have us a great deal on a great car and was fair with our trade. Our child was with us and they were so good with her and helping us to make sure she was comfortable. We were there past the closing time to finish up our purchase but I never once felt like we were being pushed out the door. The salesman even took the time to show us how everything worked on the car.... Never had that before with a dealership either! From the salesman to the cars to the process of buying a car.... Everything exceeded my expectations and we couldn't be happier!

We went back to Glockner when my wife discovered the 2015 Toyota Highlander would not negotiate the steep terrain of our rural driveway although it was All Wheel drive , We knew we would have to have 4 wheel drive so we went back to the salesperson we knew would go above and beyond to help us and he didn't disappoint , having owned a Toyota 4Runner in the past we knew that was what we needed, Pete Saltsman went to extremes to find my wife the vehicle she wanted with every option she wanted and Robin Frasure makes the paperwork has painless and quick as possible thanks guys we shall return Jeff and Debbie Hall

After researching vehicles on-line and shopping around the tri-state area, we took a break and just drove our 10 year-old van. After a few minor problems, we finally decided it was time to buy something. Our daughter had just purchased a 2014 RAV4 with Kevin Coffee. My husband was very pleased with her purchase and the fact that she was treated with respect. We contacted Kevin who immediately responded by e-mail. I started my journey at Glockner online, looking at the CRV's, little did I know I was setting myself up for a deal. Although the website was confusing and lead me down a road I wasn't sure I wanted to tread, I was none the less, more than happy I did. I was contacted via Greg, who set me up with a salesmen, Kevin, who was nothing short of incredible. Kevin walked me through multiple features of the different CRV's. After some discussion about different vehicles, I was pretty well set on a CRV. Once test driving, the deal was sealed. Although I was ready to buy the CRV, I was still nervous as I was about to commit to a huge expense. I told Kevin I was ready to sign, but needed to discuss it with my fiance, after a good nights sleep I believed I was ready to buy. There was a hold up on my end that kept me from getting the car for about a week and a half. Kevin, and the guys at Glockner took care of me, set my car to the side, and held it for a few days until I could put a deposit. Once I made the deposit I was counting down the hours until I could pick it up. Thursday evening arrived, I was finally ready to pick up my car. Greeted by Kevin he gave me another tour of the car before passing me off to sign the papers. This is where Matt, once again, took care of me. Matt went above and beyond and gave me some extra incentives to make sure I was able to get all the extra coverage on my car I needed. Took the car home that night, and was estatic. The car performs exceptionally well. It was a relief to have a capable vehicle in the midst of the first snow storm of the year. After facing 8-12 inches of snow and ice, my new CRV pushed right along fine. I couldn't be more happy with my purchase! And couldn't be more thankful for Kevin, Greg, and Matt, they really made my experience and set the bar high.

Words can not describe how good of a job Kevin Castle and the others down at Glockner Honda Toyota do! Kevin was extremely helpful in picking out a car. When I went in I didn't have a clue what to look for. He did a great job of showing me all my options and really making sure I was comfortable with my decision. This was our 2nd time to buy at Glockner's. Our first buy was in 2010 and the we have no regrets. Our Honda Accord served us well with no problems at all. The service department was great through the past years, so we did not hesitate to return to Glockner's for our upgrade. Our salesperson, Kevin Castle was great to work with. He was there to sale a car, but it stood out more that he was there to serve us. He worked with us to find what we were looking for, at a price we found very reasonable. Throughout our buying experience we spoke to and were helped by multiple staff people at Glockners so a big Thank You to all. It's a great place to buy and to have follow-up service.

I talked to Kevin in November about what I was looking. I wanted a Tundra 4x4 in the inferno. I have bought several new vehicles over the years and I have to say... this was the best buying experience I have ever had... Gary Dilley went out of his way to make my wife and I feel very comfortable...answered all are questions..showed us how everything worked on the vehicle ...and there was never any pressure to buy...We didn't buy the vehicle the day we looked at it...My wife and I took time to think it over and decided we were offered a good deal...so I called Gary early on a Monday morning and bought it over the phone...I also asked for the paint protection and interior protection be applied and assumed there would at least be a down payment required for that to happen...but I got surprised...Gary said great and really appreciated are business.. the vehicle would be ready for us at noon the next day and Matt Groves would have the paper work ready...we were there at noon .. the vehicle was ready and so was the paper work....Matt is a very nice young man ..not only did he have the paper work ready but also helped us make an informed decision on a extended warranty offered and we appreciate that...even though everyone was so friendly..being met at the door etc. ...I guess what impressed me the most is being taken at my word over the phone that L would buy the vehicle ..plus adding the extra expense of the paint and interior protection without a down payment is something you don't see much of these days and for good reason i will admit...but in my opinion that makes Glockner Honda a class act and me a customer for years to come...thanks guys

I was not only impressed with their selection, but was very impressed with the customer service I was provided by Mr. Saltsman! As for Sales: a year ago I worked for a few days with Kevin Castle, decided not to buy, no pressure, just gave me his card and said come to me when you're ready to buy. His frank, honest and pleasant approach earned him a visit when I was ready to buy. He worked super patiently with me over a six day period including visits, calls, texts, and emails. I felt I was taking up a lot of his time, but he never made me feel that way. He never pressured me into anything, just gave me advise when I asked or an opinion based on his own experience or market experience with cars. Once I ultimately made the choice I was very happy with my car. There was a slight problem with some post purchase discovered dings, but they're being taken care of, no fuss, just yes that will be taken care of. When Kevin hands you temporarily over to Robin Frasure, in finance, the patience and knowledge continues. She presented the options I had, yet I had the choice to buy them, no pressure. The entire experience was made easy by everyone at Glocker Toyota, from the young salesmen at the door who ran and got cars or just seated me when Kevin had a customer when I popped in without calling. All in All I was handled with dignity and respect and that is what I like, but most of all the kindness and friendliness matter. My 85 year old mother ended up with me while I was doing the paperwork - they gave her a soft seat and Kevin listened to her talk about all the cars she'd had for 60 years - God Bless you Kevin. She loved it!!Service: I like having a car that can be serviced in my small town. I just bought my 4th Toyota, this one a certified. I have spent much money on service over the years for the lst one bought here and the other two I bought from individuals. I keep my Toyotas forever and then pass to my kids. Glockner service department always impressed me with their willingness to explain things. Kathy was so kind and friendly and Lisa who took her place at the Service desk does a great job. The mechanic will actually come out and talk to you and make recommendations and I like that generally the same mechanic works on your car. Kevin worked with me on a price that I need not go out of town to save money on a car, even though I knew, or course, the service would be here. Several years ago dealing with the service dept. within a few months they replaced the same component. I brought it to their attention and they immediately apologized, agreed it was too soon and refunded my money. The service department won my confidence that day.

I found the people of Glockner's Honda Toyota to be very friendly. Salesman Kevin took the time to answer all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about the cars and trucks on the lot. This was actually my first visit to Glockner's but it most likely won't be the last. They have a wide variety of makes and models in which to choose. I'll be the first to admit that I know very little about vehicles and because of this my father took the lead. My father checked with various dealerships to ensure I got the best deal and none of them could compete with Glockner's. My father and Kevin communicated through email and pretty much all I had to do was show up and let them help me with the process. Kevin is very personable and wonderful to work with. He walked me through the process step by step and had many options waiting for me to view in order for me to choose the color and if I wanted a new car or one with very few miles on it. He explained everything in great detail and made sure I understood, got what I wanted, and was comfortable and knowledgeable about the car. They made sure I got the best interest rate and calculated the monthly payments for both four and five years using different interest rates in order for me to choose the best option for me. They did a great job and I'm very happy with my vehicle.

Went in to get my car serviced and decided to check out new cars. Met Kevin Castle. Very helpful and no pressure. Felt very comfortable talking with him. Kevin worked very hard to get my business by working with me to achieve my goals. Then Mike Holbert came and assisted me with financing. I had contacted several other Toyota dealerships before going to Glockners in Portsmouth, but none of them really seemed to care whether or not I got the truck I was wanting. I already had researched the Tacomas on-line, and being a Toyota Tacoma owner, I knew exactly what I was wanting. Although they did not have my Tacoma in stock, they were able to locate and acquire my truck within 24 hours of my initial visit. I was having a recalled airbag replaced in my Honda Accord and came out with a Honda CR-V. Never has buying a car been so easy! Kevin Castle suggested a test drive and the next thing I knew, I was signing papers for a new/used car. Robin Frasure guided me through the financial process and, once again, it was easy! To say it was excellent would be an understatement! My wife and I first went to the other end of the lot for people who's credit is not so hot. Unfortunately, just a few short weeks ago I had been in a car accident and my vehicle was a total loss . Everyone at this Dealership from top to bottom are very professional, helpful and kind, they travelled several hundred miles to obtain a specific truck that I wanted to buy. Very fair on price with no high pressure sales tactics and the finance department obtained the best rates. There were a couple small post delivery issues that were promptly followed up and corrected. Do yourself a favor and stay away from the big city Dealers and pay a visit to Glockner!

Being "old school", I was very surprised at the ease of purchasing a new vehicle. Matt Groves was an excellent sale consultant. He and the loan office went up and beyond to find me a car that I could drive away in that same day. He listened to my wants and brought me cars that fit my request. It took a while to get me the car but by the end of the night when doors was closing we were able to close our deal and I walked away with a 2013 Toyota Camry. Most importantly I had shopped two other dealers that day that turned me a way. Bill Cole Nissan in Ashland Kentucky led me to believe the could get me in a car, but after making two trips up there, which is a 45 min drive, I was only brought up there so staff could get paid (which I was told by the sales consultant) as he was shaking my hand and saying sorry we cannot get help you. I had given up hope, when I decided to try one more dealership closer to home. I was so glad that I did choose not to give up as again, I was able to get the car I wanted.

As a first time car buyer, I was nervous going in to dealerships...feeling like they were just there for the $ and nothing else...this feeling quickly melted away as soon as i walked in to Glockners... they welcomed me in and offered me a cold drink [it was 90 degrees outside], they focused on what I wanted in a car and helped me select from their inventory according to needs/wants and budget.not only did they bring in each car, so i could fully enjoy looking at each one...they found a vehicle that fit every need i had, and exceded my expectations. I wanted to buy local and I knew what I wanted so I went to Glockner's. The salesman that I spoke to was Kevin Castle. I did not know what to expect as this was the first time I had purchased a vehicle from a dealership. I told him what I wanted and it went from there. My experience was excellent. My wife and I own two Hondas. We decided to trade in our 2012 CRV for the newer 2015 CRV. Our experience could not have been better. Nothing but good things to say about the crew down at Glockners. They knew i had a target price and didnt beat around the bush. I visited other name brand car lots and they wasted my time, knowing for a fact they couldnt hit my desired monthly payment but kept me there for hours trying to sale me overpriced cars. Kevin and all the staff actually help you get what you want and not just try to push something you dont want on you. This was my second Honda and third overall purchase from Glockners and they are hands down the best dealer i have ever did business with!

Derek Wales went above and beyond to provide great service when I was looking to buy a new Tundra. He answered all my questions and when he didn't know the answer we went out of his way to find an answer. Derek even volunteered to come in on his day off more than once to meet my schedule. Robin Frasure was very nice and enjoyable to talk to when going over all the service plans and warranties available. She was very efficient and knowledgeable when dealing with the financing. Dealt with Kevin Castle in finding an older used van fie this Mimi to haul her grand babies in. Did want to spend alot of money on a third vehicle . Kevin was awesome in coming up with the perfect minivan for me in my price range and work out couple issues that weren't working. I first started communicating with Kevin Castle of Glockner Honda last October 2014. He patiently answered all my questions, reviewed the different colors and styles of the Honda Fit and went on test drives with me. I was not ready to make a trade so I asked to "think about it" and that was fine with him. In March I thought again about the possibility of a new Honda Fit so I contacted Kevin again and we talked numbers...the trade offer for my 09 Fit was fair and the final numbers were good, but I still was not quite sure so I asked to "think about it" some more. I was undecided about the color I wanted and asked the dealership to get a particular color I wanted to see, and they willing did so. Again Kevin was kind and patient and after seeing the new car I went home feeling confident I could contact him again when I was ready. June first I decided I was ready...the same offer was on the table, and I drove away in a beautiful 2015 Honda Fit and I am enjoying it. Thank you Kevin and all at Glockner Honda in Portsmouth, OH. Caleb is probably the best salesman around! Had been working with him for almost a year on finding the perfect car for what I want, need, and could afford. He was extremely patient and helpful. I was given a decent trade-in amount, and a fair price on my new-to-me car. I was looking for a car to replace my 1999 Mercury Marques. My daughter took me to Glockners to try out cars. I fell in love with the Toyota Camry. Very good things about the staff at Glockner! From the first phone conversation with salesman Caleb Smith to when I was greeted by Greg Gulker and wrapping up the deal with Robin Frasure, I was left with the impression they were genuinely concerned about helping me meet my needs in finding the right truck. The dealer gave me fair market value for my trade and I plan on taking my truck here for service even if I have to drive further since I live in Boyd county Kentucky and have closer Toyota dealers. We were looking for a certain model and color Honda Odyssey. Glockner Honda was the only dealer in our area to have it in stock. I admittedly wasn't expecting to make a deal for the new model. However, Caleb Smith and Mike Holbert were willing to make a fair deal and treat us with respect. Caleb was very courteous, honest and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service. This is my third Toyoto and by far the best car buying experience. I had applied online and Pete called the next day to arrange a test drive. When I explained my situation and told him I didn't want to test drive if I wasn't sure I could get approval. I was looking for a MK3 Ford Focus that had below 50,000 miles and under $13k. Tony in the used-car lot was helping me and kept directing me to cars listed over my budget or with higher miles. I decided to test-drive the one that was over my budget. I ended up falling in love with the car, but it was VERY over-priced. I offered a reasonable offer and was told they could not even budge off the price. So I left to look at other dealerships. After looking, I decided that car was going to be my best bet and went back to Glockner the next day. Tony had told me "Thank goodness we didn't sell you that car! It already had paperwork done on it and sold it just after you left!" I was frustrated, but understood. I looked on Glockners website to see if the South Point location had any cars id be interested in. Sure enough, they did. Again, HIGHLY above a fair asking price. I called Tony and offered $2k under asking price. He word-for-word stated "Wow, that's significantly cutting into my pay!" I then knew what kind of people I was dealing with and decided to buy elsewhere. About 2 moths later, that car was listed $2,500 cheaper, and lower than what I offered. That just goes to show you what they could've sold the car for and are just out to get you for what you're worth. I will NEVER even consider, nor step foot on their lot again.

I bought my first Toyota here in 1991 and have purchased or leased just about every car since. The sales and service staff are great, caring people and make me feel like a friend rather than a customer. I never feel pressured and they always try to put me in the model that is just right for me, and don't try to sell me more than I need. You might be able to drive to Cincinnati or Columbus and pay a bit less but it is worth it to me to buy from a company that knows my name and gives so much back to the community.

I wasn't really planning on buying a new vehicle, but my friend bought a honda crv and i fell in love with hers. So, I decided to check things out. She definitely told me to ask for Kevin Castle, since he took such good care of her, she figured he'd do the same for me. I contacted Kevin to get quotes on bottom dollar amounts on a couple crv's from the website. I also explained that I had family obligations and other responsibilities and it would be a while before I could get to the facility to actually look at the vehicles in question. Well, Kevin calls me back and offers for me to take the car overnight, so I don't have to wait until the weekend. It was then that I fell in love with the car. I hadn't even driven a mile and i was in love. Kevin presented me with several differernt options for buying or trading in. We finally decided the best thing for me was to amortize the entire amount which Huntington National Bank was willing to do....Thanks to Kevin, Robin, and the Glockner enterprise, I am now the proud owner of a 2012 white crv ex l....I think my favorite thing is the heated seats....as well as everything else....Thank you Kevin Castle for helping me get the car of my dreams. I plan on having it for a while. I have even named my car--Marsha....cause it is the color of marshmallows!!!! I know silly!!! With the recentl purchase of a 2007 Toyota Tacoma, this makes the third vehicle our household has purchased from Glockner's. The first was my wife's Honda Fit. I purchased a 2011 Honda Insight a few years later. The first two vehicles we worked with Tony Lafferty, who was very knowledgeable, personable and fun. Tony is now a manager at Glockner, I discovered. Well, duh! Full disclosure: Our sales rep for the Tacoma turns out to be a close friend of someone I know well. I thought that was cool. Kevin Castle was very patient with me as I made studious notes for the trucks I looked at on the lot. Like Tony, he also was diligent in helping us determine the vehicle we needed. With Glockner's there is no "Now what's it gonna take to get you into this upscale baby with the extra dudads. You know you want it." Nothing like that. Both were really nice trucks, but I wasn't sure which would suit our needs the best. The point being that Glockner's sells used vehicles that you don't need to worry about! You can rest easy in knowing that you are purchasing a quality ride.

I went in thinking that I wanted a Honda but Caleb new better. After one look at the Ford Focus I just new it was the car for me. My husband and I are students at Shawnee State University so we don't have a huge income. Glockner was more than accommodating in finding a plan that works best for us. Robin was the one who walked us through the paper work and she was so sweet. She was as happy as we were that we found the car that we had been searching for. Caleb went beyond the call of duty. He called me the next day to see if we had figured the blue tooth out. The best car buying experience I've had. I would recommend that anyone looking for a new or used car to shop here. I was in a bit of a situation with needing a car that day and had a certain price range I was looking for. Kevin castle recommended a vehicle that I instantly wanted the minute I drove, they did everything to get me the monthly payments I was looking for with the down payment I had in mind. It was my first time going to a dealership rather then a buy here pay here and they didn't dissapoint. Buy far the most courteous and professional people in had ever worked with on a car purchase. Ive had the same car for thirteen years and I was really down about not knowing what to get until i rented a small economy car and fell in love with the new hatchbacks. On a phone call to the service department at glockners, i spoke to Kevin Castle, and he was so awesome on the phone, walking me through my options and working with me on what i was able to afford and to do , he even met me before work which was half an hour before glockners open to insure i could get my new car earlier...Loved my experience! Robin Frasure took me through the financing and she is such a beautiful person,,,she really made my day!!! It was great! I talked to Pete and told him what price range I needed to stay around. I had a few other minor "wants" but most important was the price. He checked out his inventory, talked to a few people and got me more than what I wanted. The 2010 Toyota Rav4 I got is super! I was chicken to buy it right away, so I slept on it. But when my husband and I decided I called Pete and he got started on the paperwork. When I got there, I met with Robin. She explained all of the financing details in a way that I could understand. She made me feel like I had a choice and helped me figure it out. I was in real need for a car and I would go through this experience again in a heartbeat! We recently took a trip to Glockner with a car in mind to try. Prior to going, I had been in contact with a salesman, J.D. Who had been very helpful- he even text me pictures of seating options from the cars on their lot. Once we got there , it turned out that the car we were looking for wasn't for us, but we tried many cars that day. J.D. Looking to upgrade a van, I searched and compared many dealerships. Kevin was patient and very informative, never pushy and always going the extra mile during my two month search period. When I was ready to finalize an offer, Kevin and Greg arranged to get the vehicle I wanted at a price that was very competitive. The paperwork went smooth (the "needed warranty" up-purchase speech was a bit over the top, though), and within two hours from arrival; all papers were signed, the deal finalized, and I was driving home. I like to research my vehicles on-line and essentially make my decision before I even get to the dealership. I connected with Kevin Castle on a Thursday morning and said I was interested in a Honda Odyssey van and he verified that they had the one I was viewing on-line in stock. I had already done my research and told him I'd think about it. He called me back Friday morning (nicely I might add - didn't feel like a sales call) and I agreed to purchase before setting foot in the dealership. He took my information to get the credit report started and I also sent photos via text message on the Toyota Sienna I was trading in. He called me back shortly to let me know that I was pre-approved and could stop in anytime.I stopped in after lunch on Friday, we agreed on the vehicle price and haggled a bit on the trade-in but at the end of the day it was a fair price. By 4:00 I was out of the dealership and on my way home. An excellent experience.Kevin understood that I had done my homework and was a seasoned buyer. He let me manage the conversation and worked very well with me. Robin Frasure who managed the paperwork was also very nice and worked with me on any after purchase details.Overall, an excellent experience and I would highly recommend them for any Honda or Toyota purchase in the southern Ohio or northern Kentucky region.

We live 2 hours away near Xenia, Ohio. Spent time researching the Honda Fit. We found Matt Groves to be helpful, professional, timely in his follow-up and honest in his appraisal of the car and the process. We enjoyed working with him during this search (especially since the Honda Fit appears to be a hard auto to find). Peggy Ruggles in Finance was also very helpful and clearly knew her "stuff." She pushed pretty hard on the extended warranty, but in the end, we felt it was the best decision for our situation. Overall a very good experience and would return to deal with Matt should the circumstances arise.

We are from Charleston, WV. After being disgusted with the sales staff of all the local Toyota dealerships, a friend recommended Glockner Honda Toyota. We made the 3 hour drive to check it out and could not have been more pleased. We showed up at closing time, but the manager Greg Gulker and salesman Gary Dilley had no problem at all staying after-hours to show us a new Toyota Camry Hybrid.We did buy the Camry, and also returned a couple months later for a Toyota Tacoma. Well worth the drive. Customers for life.

Brad Higgins, Mike Glockner, and Jim Cassidy all went above and beyond to make the horrible experience with my car troubles as little as possible. There was a miscommunication between the Glockner staff and myself at first; To make a long story short, these three guys made it possible for the Glockner organization to do what was necessary for my car troubles to be forgotten and to make myself a returning customer. I like my steak rare, my yogurt Greek, and my milk from grass-fed cows. Some people think that's weird, but I know what I like and won't settle for less. Researching my next family car, I decided to choose a Honda CR-V. White. Leather interior. 2014. But where to buy it?Last week, Glockner Honda Toyota displayed on their website a slightly used CR-V, exactly what I was looking for, at the right price. But I'm from Columbus, and was not sure about buying from an out-of-town dealership. I took a chance.Now look, we've established that I'm picky. But I'm telling you, from the moment I walked in to Glockner's, the sales staff greeted me well and treated me with respect. How often does that happen in any service business today, let alone a car dealership? Pete Saltsman knew the car I was looking for. Knew it? He had every interior instrument and mechanical component memorized, as if he had researched the car just for me. He did not pressure me; he guided me into the right decision. The car was clean, had been well cared for, and I could find nothing wrong with it, with Pete, or with the Glockner organization.So, I wanted the car. Now the hard part: I had to meet with the finance representatives, Robin Frasure and Mike Holbert. Oh boy, I thought. Here we go. To Robin and Mike, as with Pete, I was Mr. Baum. (Mr. Baum? I thought that was my dad's name.) I braced myself for the hard sell, a crazy-high interest rate, some kind of deal-stopper. It didn't happen. They answered all my questions and had the deal done within twenty minutes.TWENTY MINUTES, and I found myself on route 23 North in the best car for the money, having had the best buying experience possible -- me, the pickiest man alive. Glockner Honda-Toyota have the friendliest staff my wife and I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Jason Storey was the main salesman that we worked with and he was as kind and courteous as he was helpful. Robin Frasur helped with the closure of the deal and explained warranty options and coverage. Various others were spoken with and were equally as kind and helpful including Caleb Smith, Pete Saltsman, and Rick Malone. (If I missed anyone, I apologize.) However, not only is there staff wonderful, but they have a vast selection of vehicles to choose from and if you can't find what you are looking for... they're more than happy to do everything within their power to get just the right vehicle to fit your specifications. My wife and I were able to purchase a 2014.5 Toyota Camry that the staff worked hard on getting to their lot as quickly as possible. The price quoted to us was lower than the actual price that the dealer was going to sale it for. Yet, Jason and Rick honored the quoted price and we are very appreciative of that! Recently the wife and I, after years of buying used cars decided to buy a new car. Whereas for years a new car was out of the question due to the fact we were raising 4 children all within a few years of one another and we were living on a very tight budget. Whereas, the children have all grown and moved on with their lives we decided to do the same we sat down and worked out a budget, and we proceeded to Glockner's online application which took about ten minutes to fill out. By 9:00 clock the next day I received a phone call from Glockner's tell me that I had been preapproved . This was on a Wednesday the morning of August 13, 2014 we set Saturday the 15th to meet with Kevin Castle salesan for Glockner's . We meet with Kevin at 9.30 we went over our budget and wanted pay .With in 30 minutes were sat on a price after about a 45 minute test drive and 30to 40 minutes of paper work we left Glockner' s in our new CRV . Kevin Castle along with Robin Frasure made this one of the easy business transactions I have ever went thru . Kevin Castle was really a friendly well schooled salesman were we never at any time felt pressured or over whelmed, Kevin made this process very easy.

I just bought a Honda CRV. I did not want black interior and this I thought would be a problem with the in stock inventory. Kevin Castle was great about finding out what my choices were both primary and secondary for exterior and interior colors along with my choice of FWD. It took hardly no time at all to locate my choice. Kevin kept me well informed on the progress of order and I was very pleased on how helpful he was during the whole experience. My wife and I had a budget going in and wanted to stay around this figure. After looking over the inventory and driving a few cars we found a CRV we liked. This was actually the car that caught my eye a few days earlier but was over what we wanted to pay monthly. Kevin Castle and the others at Glockners worked with us on price and financing until we had a acceptable deal. The only thing i was unhappy with (which is not my salesmans fault) is that the dealer installs all the front license plate holders. This is 2 aggressive screws into the bumper of your brand new car that make ugly holes which can never be fixed. The state i live in does not require front plates and having the plate holder is a eye sore. As far as sales go its was top notch and i was very pleased Kevin worked and helped us the whole way. This is my second car from Glockner dealers within one year and both were excellent experiences!

My wife and I were shopping for a new Honda Odyssey. We were taking our time to ensure the best deal and searched everywhere between Charlotte NC and Columbus OH. We had locked in on a deal locally as we live in West Virginia and at the last minute the salesman said he made a mistake and raised the price $850. I began searching again and called Glockners where I spoke to Pete Saltsman. I explained that I was shopping for the best deal on an Odyssey and Pete called me back with-in 10 minutes and gave me a price that beat everybody w/in 400 miles. I was skeptical considering the experience I had with my local dealer so Pete put the offer in writing and e-mailed it to me. Even then I was a little skeptical until the moment I wrote the check to purchase the van, but Pete's word was his bond and my wife and I got a great deal on the Odyssey that we wanted. Also, Ms. Robin Frasure was very helpful and a real pleassure to work with in sealing the deal. One last thing to mention is the fact that my wife and I had no choice but to take our 4 small children with us to make the purchase and while that is usually stressful, Pete and Robin were very patient with us and even made our kids feel special providing them with juice boxes and playgrounds. I for one appreciate the integrity displayed at Glockner and will absolutely deal with them in the future.

One day, I went to Glockner's Honda to get an oil change for my 2008 Honda Accord. While we were waiting, I started looking at the new vehicles because I was considering buying a new car in the near future. Matt Groves started showing me some of the new features of the newer models. He was very nice and knowledgeable. My husband and I took a test drive. We were considering what color to get. Matt was great at running all different scenarios for payment schedules, etc. The next day we called him back and he ran several more options for us. We decided to buy one. When we went in to pick up the car, he spent a long time explaining all the features of the car (setting up Blue Tooth, seat settings, radio stations, etc) He was very patient since I'm older and pretty clueless about such things! I really enjoyed the buying experience. He made it a very painless experience for me. I had an awesome 08 Accord that I always took there for service so I'm expecting the same great customer service with this new one! I would recommend shopping there for sure.

We can honestly state that Greg Gulker really did make our buying experience easy. He answered all of our questions and emails to help in our selection. When we arrived at the dealership the vehicle was ready for us to inspect and no one came out to bother us! When we were ready to ask additional questions Greg met us at the door. Made an appointment with Caleb and Mike to buy a car for my Dad. Excellent experience, fair deal. I came with my website info, they came with theirs, and we met in the middle. Ten minutes max. The rest of the time was paperwork.I would recommend this dealership to anyone within driving distance. Their inventory is small due to their location in Portsmouth, but their name is good, and they service the sale. If they have your car in your color, there's no reason to go elsewhere.I particularly appreciated their sensitivity to my father's situation and needs; they treated him with respect, and not merely as a "sale." I had been dealing with someone else on the purchase of my new Honda civic EX. It was suppose to be an enjoyable experience but it was nothing but difficult. I went to Glockner Honda and began dealing with Caleb Smith (Salesman) and Matt Conley(Finance) and it was nothing but great. They were very helpful and very honest and kept in touch with me. I was looking for a certain payment/price range. They worked with me and explained everything thoroughly, not like at the "other" dealership that lied to us every step of the way!! We tried out a Civic EX, decided that's what we wanted, the salesman there did a app over the phone, called me back and said I was approved through Honda, great so we set a date to sign the papers, the day arrived we went to the dealer,our car was sold to someone else, no one knew anything, when our salesman finally arrived things started , questions asked like who told you you were approve, they had not even done an app !!! So the Lies piled up we said NO THANKS!!!!! I am so happy we went to our hometown Glockners !!! Caleb Smith is a very nice,knowledgeable young man and you will definitely like dealing with him, and Matt Conley got us approved in minutes, he knows his stuff !!!!!!!!!!!!! I started an internet discussion with several dealers to get price quotes on two CR-Vs (one for me and one for my daughter). Most dealers supplied me the info/pricing requested via email but not all. This info/pricing helped me narrow the field down to three dealers. I began in-person discussions with those three dealers. After some negotiating back and forth, two of the dealers made almost identical offers. From those two dealers, I chose Glockners for two reasons, 1. Kevin Castle was totally straight, forthright and non-pushy with me throughout the process (I'm hard to impress after 40 years of car buying but he did it); 2. I've used other dealers service departments but Glockner's Toyota service (traded in a RAV4 which was great) has caused me less headaches and their oil changes are very quick so I weighed that into my decision. I'm betting that the Honda service department is ran the same way and I'll get the same type of quick service.

I have been a Glockner customer for years, and every experience (sales, serivce, etc.) has always been great. Recently I traded in my Honda CRV for a 2012 Toyota Venza. I stopped in on my way to an appointment early in the morning Wednesday May 28th. After looking at a vehicle I hoped would fit my needs for a few minutes I was greeted by Tony Lafferty. We discussed what exactly I was looking for and why, however I had to inform him that it was just a quick stop in because I had somewhere to be. Upon leaving I inquired on the price of one they had just received and wasn't on his price sheet just yet. Since he was unsure of the price he did not try and take a guess or get my hopes up that it would be in my price range. Instead he politely asked if he could call me later with the price. To my surprise, Tony did not pull the pushy salesmen routine and call me within 5 to 10 minutes and possibly disturb my business meeting. I was very pleased that he waited until around lunch time to call which was perfect. The price sounded right so I set up a test drive for after my working hours. Upon test driving multiple Suv's and looking them over I found the one I wanted. Tony was then able to work with me to meet my budget and get me into a very nice Jeep Grand Cherokee. All that being said, I felt I could not have been treated better. Tony did an outstanding job. Glockner delivered my car to my house over 100 miles from their dealership so that I didn't have to inconvenience my wife to drive me back down. I would definitely recommend Tony Lafferty and the team at Glockner.

I had the best customer service from this dealership than from any other I have ever encountered. I had called in advance to make arrangement to test drive a 2014 Toyota Avalon Hybrid. Kevin Castle had the car clean and ready for our appointment. We were not given any hard sales pitch which we appreciated but were given all information about the vehicle which we inquired about. We did have to wait about a week for the vehicle to purchase due to a manufacture's recall but were kept informed of the progress. The car had a shimmy in the front wheels and the service department realigned the tires which took care of that problem. The general manager, Greg, was extremely nice and was involved with our sale and made every effort to accommodate us throughout the transaction. We were made to feel like family and will recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Toyota or Honda vehicle.

My wife and I originally came to Glockner Honda/Toyota to consider a used late modelToyota 4Runner or Highlander back in late January. We were working with Tony Lafferty. We had certain things we wanted on the vehicle and after looking at several used models, we left without making a purchase. In early April I called Tony and advised him that we had decided to consider a new vehicle. We went back up to Glockner Honda/Toyota and Tony was very accomodating and showed us twoToyota 4Runners that were in inventory that met our criteria. We test drove both vehicles and ultimately decided on a black Limited model with all the things we wanted on it. Tony was extremly accomodating and patient with us. We settled on a fair price for our trade in and a fair price for the new vehilce as well. Tony shepparded us through the process and got the vehicle ready for us while we completed all the paperwork with Peggy Ruggles. Peggy has obviously done this many times before because she went over everything with a fine tooth comb, explaining all of our options and what each form was for. We have purchased most of our vehicles over the years from a Glockner dealership and will continue to do so in the future. Glockner Honda-Toyota has always been the place for us to visit first when we've needed a new vehicle. The people there are wonderful and especially friendly. We visited there today to service our 2012 Toyota Rav4 and drove away with a 2014 Toyota Rav4, even though there was absolutely nothing wrong with our 2012, we just fell in love with the new body style of the 2014, we were introduced to Caleb Smith and he was very helpful in all ways of dealing with us. I visited two other dealers before going to Glockners. I wanted a car with a manual transmission, and the other dealers that I dealt with were unable to give me a reasonable price for the car models that I had looked at. But when I arrived at Glockners I met Caleb Smith, who was helpful in making my decision easier. I wanted to test drive a manual Civic, but they didnt have one on the lot. Even though all their Civics had automatic transmissions, Caleb was able to get me a manual Accord to test drive.After feeling the stick shift in the Accord, Caleb provided an automatic Civic for me to test drive. When I later decided that the Honda Civic was the car that I wanted, Kevin Castle and Greg Gulker helped me in finding the exact color and trim that I wanted on a manual Civic. When we found the car that I was looking for, it only took another few days to get a car delivered to the dealer.When it came time to pick the Civic up, Caleb was there to show and explain the various electronic controls in the car. The paperwork was handled by Peggy Ruggles and later that day I was able to drive it off the car lot with satisfaction.

I did the internet shopping for a car after weeks of checking found the car I wanted an 08 impala talk with tony for over a week about the car and did review and research on glockner before I decided I wanted there car. I asked lots of questions and even asked to see the car on the lift before I would buy it so I could see how the balljoints and everything was. And without any problems they was happy enough to put the car on the lift to check it out the car was exactly how they told me all along it drove great and they was very helpful I would recommend the to anyone looking to get a car. Tony was a super nice and very helpful.sales man who wasn't pushy at all he was honest about everything all the way. I was even able to get an exstended warranty for my car I bought it yesterday and I'm super happy with my new car. Recently while I was getting an oil change on my current Honda, they offered to give me a trade in assessment and then introduced to Caleb Smith. Caleb was very personable and a good listener. He showed me a couple of cars and then set me up for a test drive. He explained all the basics of the car and handed me the keys. While I was impressed with the Civic I drove, I just wasn't sure if the time was right for me to buy a new car. I explained this to Caleb and he was very understanding and did not pressure me, but did make it clear that he and Glockner's were there for me when I was ready.It only took a couple of days for me to re-evaluate my situation and I sent Caleb an email asking him to work up a few different number options for me. He immediately followed up with a phone call and very quickly sent me an email with all the information I had requested. Caleb invited me back to look over a couple of the Civics. With the affordable pricing Caleb gave me ~ it lead me to consider the EX model which had a few extras. Now excitement was replacing the nerves of getting a new car. There was only one EX left on the lot and I had seen others looking at it as well. I told Caleb I want this car ~ and he made it happen and I drove it off the lot that evening!Caleb introduced me to Matt Conley who immediately made me comfortable about the financing. I had only recently paid off a few bills and was concerned they would not yet show being paid. He relaxed my fears immediately and I ended up seeing my highest credit score ever pop up. Matt knew what he was talking about. I knew one thing I would miss off the car I was trading in was my auto-start. The guys quickly went to work and showed me for a few extra dollars, I could have that luxury on my new car as well. I was then introduced to Peggy Ruggles who took excellent care of me even though it was well past closing time. She explained all of my options and made it clear they were MY options. No pressure. Even though I didn't sign up for all the options, I did find that the extended warranty and the Polysteel package were important to me and didn't change my payment very much at all. Andy Schmidt, Lauren Wamsley and everyone in the service department did a great job of quickly getting my auto-start installed and applied the Polysteel package. They were most accommodating.I am very happy with my new car and highly recommend a trip to Glockner's if you are in the market for a new car. Not only do they run a reputable business, the Glockner family is very community minded and give back to our local area.

As a past customer, several times, nothing changes. Super friendly and courteous with the customer in mind. At business for service of another vehicle and spoke to Greg Gulker, general manager, as a lark really, about a 2014 RAV 4. Within 15 minutes, I had two prices on two vehicles with lease payments ready.The vehicle we wanted was not on the lot but after the deal was struck, it arrived the next day from another dealer. After being notified, my wife and I went to Glockners where we were met by Gary Dilley, sales, who was waiting for us and who had the vehicle ready and went over the operation in a very knowledgeable and professional manner while final paperwork was completed. We were whisked through the paperwork by Matt Conley, who had everything ready for us in a polite and conscientious manner. My family has purchased several vehicles from the Glockner Family over the years and they have constantly went out of their way to give us the deal we have wanted and followed up with service and other help needed. There were no surprises from a paperwork standpoint or mechanical standpoint (and I waited 4 months before posting this review to ensure the vehicle was as described.) Buying a new car will cost you a bit more than dealers in larger areas, but not very much -- a few hundred dollars. Not worth the time or trouble really, and you will appreciate that they provide excellent service for the life of your vehicle. They go out of their way to be friendly, always feel they have double-checked everything with my car at no extra cost, and that they truly are attentive to my safety and the best care of my vehicle.

Kevin Castle did an excellent job in helping us find our new Honda Odyssey. He pointed out all of the features of the vehicle and answered all of are questions. We had a great experience with Glockner Honda. All we had to do was call them and they found the exact car I was looking for. They did not ask us to come in a fill out any paper work or ask for a down payment, prior to them locating the car. The sales person, Caleb called regularly with updates, to show we had not been forgotten. The Finance person, Peggy, were very friendly and informative. She offered us different options that we could buy, but she did not pressure with the ones we did not want. I would recommend Glockner Honda to anyone that asks.

Hi Tim, I can't thank you enough for your generosity and excellent customer service for my sister, Alice Potts, re: window visors. We need more people like you who are willing to extend their generosity in a this type of case. (limited budget). She was in need of a vehicle and went to your Used car lot in Wheelersburg. Everyone there was so nice and helpful in making a selection. When I finally persuaded her to purchase a Honda, I just couldn't believe it. (in the past my son told me- Buy a Honda or Toyota and you won't ever have to buy another car.) I kept reminding her of that statement. So, as a gift, I decided to buy the window visors that she likes on her cars. But after putting on the back ones we decided we would need help with the front ones. Was in the market for a vehicle with a third row. Glockner in Wheelersburg had several nice used options. Over the course of a couple days, when my schedule allowed, I test drove multiple vehicles and decided upon a van. Financing was easy, and the paperwork was done quickly. Drove by and noticed the wonderful selection at the Used Car Outlet in Wheelersburg. Stopped and was welcomed by the friendly staff, Phillip was wonderful. I explained what I wanted and immediately directed was directed to the perfect vehicle. I test drove the car, was given numbers and purchased the vehicle all within about 20 minutes. We are so pleased with the purchase of our Chevrolet Silverado Z71 pickup truck! I was shopping online for one and saw this one and fell in love with it! We traveled 200 miles one way just to test drive this beautiful truck. Before making our trip, I called and explained to a salesman named Phillip that we would be coming from Kentucky and that the trip was going to be a long one and asked him to tell me all he could about the truck. I didn t think I would qualify for a car, but Glockner not only helped me get approved, they made it fast and easy and put me into a used car that I love. A year later I was in a small accident, and their body repair shop did a terrific job fixing it up. And while fixing my car, they discovered another major problem inside the car that was pre-existing when I bought it, and they fixed it for me. I could not have asked for a better experience, and I will continue to take my business to Glockner whenever possible!

BOUGHT MY 4RUNNER FOR $5,000 LESS THAN ANYWHERE ELSE AND SPENT ONLY 45 MIN. AT THEIR SHOWROOM BEFORE I HAD THE KEYS TO MY NEW SUV. YOU CAN'T BEAT THAT! But I made a bad mistake not trusting them to begin with.I had read a bad review on this dealer as far as financing dept goes. So I was ready for anything when I went to pick up the Toyota 4Runner I was purchasing from them. Because of this, I made a mistake on how much the percentage of financing should've been. In short, I mistakenly though Mack had charged me a higher rate on my SUV than we had agreed upon. Since it was a Sat. when I picked the vehicle up., Mack was not there. I took the car anyway because the price was so very low and Tony was an excellent representative of this dealership. I was still a bit upset with Mack and when an email arrived from Tony asking how I liked my experience at Glockner's, I "unloaded" in an email back to Tony. Mack was kind enough not to let me think I and been taken advantage of. He personally called back the next day and explained what had happened. It was MY MISTAKE ALL ALONG. Mack could've just ignored my ranting because they already had my name on the contract. But, he didn't. He took the time to call me and explain. I let a person I didn't even know, the reviewer, affect my experience with these fine people. I learned a valuable lesson in all of this. When there are 99% favorable reviews and one negative, a person should never expect the worse. It is always good to be aware, but be informed as well. This is an honest dealership with amazing staff, and they treated me with respect and kindness, everyone of them. Also, I was there for about 45min and had my keys and was out the door. We did it all on the phone, and I DIDN'T HAVE TO SIT THERE AND HAGGLE WITH THE MANAGER IN THE BACK LIKE MOST DEALERS DO. The price I paid was $5,000 less than the closest dealer competing for my business. I drove 2 hours from Lexington, KY, because the deal was so worth it! I knew what I was paying and what my payments were before I arrived and they had it all ready to go. In short, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Even if you have to drive a bit!

Would recommend the dealership, but not Mike Holbert. I was in the middle of purchasing a car... Mike made a deal with another customer, and took a part off of my car for the other customer's car. I got the damaged part. I waited weeks for him to try to find me a "used" part. He never could find one. I wanted the car so talked him down in price instead.

They are very low-pressure, allowing the buyer to make thier own decision about the cars they are looking at. The price of the car was FANTASTIC! No reason to drive to the "big city" when you can get such a great price in a small town setting! Don't be fooled that bigger is better! The people at Glockner treat you like you are royalty! Each person you deal with will take their time to make sure they answer every question you have. Their in-house financing department will help you with loans if you so desire. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from them in the last 5 years. Not only is the sales department excellent, but so is the service department! I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a new or used car.

The process started out good. I found the car I wanted on here at Cars.com (2012 Honda CR-V EX). The price they had listed for the vehicle was the lowest I could find anywhere so I was very excited. I should have known it was too good to be true. Over the next couple weeks, I spoke to the salesman over the phone (the dealership was over an hour away from my home so most of the process was via phone conversations). The salesman was very courteous and I expected it to be a smooth easy process. I had been approved through their financing, but later found my own that offered a much lower interest rate. The day that I went to pick up the car and sign the paperwork was when everything went wrong. The price they had listed on cars.com was supposedly a mistake, but they told me since that was what we had discussed all along, they were still going to honor it. That is, until they found out I had my own financing and they wouldn't be able to rob me with the interest rate (14% vs 6.25%). The sales manager then informed me that they wouldn't be able to give me the cheaper price since basically, they couldn't make their money back on the outrageous interest rate. She was very rude and tried to pass the blame around on everyone else, including cars.com. I don't know who the fault truly lies with, but the moral of the story is, triple check the price before wasting your time, and take everything they say with a grain of salt. I have nothing against the salesman I dealt with, but their sales team overall was dishonest and very poor customer service. The whole thing outraged me, so I ended up going with a dealership in my hometown and brought my new car home that same day, and had a very pleasant transaction.

I have already told your group but I also should advise you, both Andy and Greg made this experience one of the best I have ever had purchasing a new car. I advised that I was from Georgetown, KY and wanted you best price, just one price. They found a car that I liked, offered it for a price that I thought was fair and we went about the purchase of the car without any haggling over money, they allowed me to test drive the car and afterwards took several hours to explain how the hybrid worked (not just a few items but the entire car) to my wife who will be the primary driver.I was (and still am) impressed. As I told Andy I will recommend anyone that I know who is interested in purchasing a new Toyota or Honda to at least give Andy/Greg a call or contact your company on the internet as the response will be quick and fair.I believe I have one friend (Bill Hoekelman) that is ready to make a connection with Glockner.Have a great day and you can rest easy, you have a great team working for & with you.

Not only has my experience been exceptional but the service provided to my entire family has reached far beyond expectations. Evan was wonderful, as were all the employees we interacted with. The process was super quick & easy, and the price was surprisingly great! I wouldn't even consider purchasing from anyone else! Glockners has given me the best deal on the last three vehicles I bought. The price was right and the service has been tremendous. The warranty is doubled and Toyotas are great quality vehicles. I still own two of the three and have had no major problems in over 300K miles. Anything wrong was taken care of promptly and correctly the first time in. They have excellent maintenance, and a waiting room that is more like a Man Cave. Massage Chairs- What's not to like?!

While searching the Internet for a used Honda Pilot or truck, I came across a Honda Pilot that was at Glockner's. I made contact with Lisa Allen and we arranged a time to test drive the Pilot. Because of my uncertainty, I didn't make a purchase at that time, but Lisa was so pleasant to work with that I wanted to continue working with her during my search. She always stayed in touch; very accommodating and quick in getting back with me. This past Saturday, we made the trade. It was the smoothest automobile transaction!! I had a very pleasant experience at Glockner Toyota. My wife and I have been checking dealerships in the Ashland and Huntington area for just the right truck. Stacy had been checking internet sites on various dealers and said that she thought that she had found oned that I would like. It was a used 2997 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD. I called Lisa Allen about it the very next day and set a time to come see it later that day. Lisa was very friendly and outgoing, she answered every question that we had. We took the truck for a test drive and fell in love with it,returned to the dealership and Lisa promptly worked up the deal. She was great.After getting approved, we were led to meet with Micah Aurthur to sign. He was very thorough with explaining everything about the contract and offers, very professional.I will come back to Glockners for my next purchase after this experience.

I did not feel like they were easy to deal with. They were friendly enough, but they did not want to negoiate. I do have to say I appreciated the sales person's honesty when I asked her about a certain car on the lot. At the time of my purchase, they did not really haver a wide variety of vehicles. I feel like I settled for a car and I have not been happy with the car since I bought it. They were good to fix any issues at the time. Overall, my experience was okay. I am not sure if I would use the dealership again.

This dealership as well as the Glockner Chevrolet dealership has always been great to deal with. We have bought both new and used cars from them and have been well-pleased. When I had a wreck I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience born of a bad one. Everyone was kind and efficient. That can be said of all their employees in every area of the dealership. Everyone here is friendly like family. No pressure sales, was like taking a friend shopping. They were $3,000 cheaper than anywhere else. They even sent me a Happy 1yr anniversary email after buying my new Venza. Thier service is quick and top notch. I am happy to drive 45 mins for any servicing. While waiting there is tv, plenty to read, massage chair,coffee, and handheld games. Highly recommended! Thank you Lisa for making my experience such a joy!
