We had the best experience at Grappone buying a new car. We've purchased many new and used cars over the years...and it's always been a dreaded hassle. We were quite taken aback to learn Grappone has a negotiation free policy...this along with an exceptional staff made the whole process pain free and actually fun. Between Jill Haladay in Guest Experiences, to David in Trades to John Fay our Product Specialist...not to mention the many other folks that helped along the way...they did a great job. There's really no way to clearly articulate how different it is buying a car at Grappone other than to say it's the exact opposite of what we're all used to. We highly recommend visiting them first.

I bought a used car at Grappone Ford, and it was without a doubt the best used car buying experience I have ever had at a dealership. Their up front pricing dramatically simplifies the buying process since there is no haggling. You just keep an eye on the price for the car you want on their web site and over time it will come down to a price you can live with, at which point you march into their showroom and buy it. Just be a aware that someone else may beat you to the punch. Their prices are really good. The folks I dealt with were very friendly, Jillian M in particular. She bent over backwards to make sure any issues with the vehicle, no matter how minor, were taken care of to my satisfaction. After my test drive there were a few things that needed attention so the service department kept the car a few days to address those issues. When I finally picked up the car it was good as new. Two other major pluses at Grappone are 1. their 3-day no questions asked return policy where they will un-do the sale if you are not happy with the car, and, 2. their dealer warranty which covers any problems with the vehicle for three months after purchase. Most dealerships give you one month at best. A couple of other positives with this transaction were being able to charge the whole price on my credit card (for which I receive points), and the fact that the sales people are non-commission so there is no high-pressure negotiation or B.S. If you are in the market for a quality used car at a good price without any hassle check Grappone first.

Bravo Grappone!I had a great second experience with Grappone Ford and sales rep Diana Dutcher. The competitive price plus excellent customer service made going back to Grappone for my second new car in 6 months a no-brainer!Diana is phenomenal. She has an exhaustive knowledge of the Ford products she sells plus takes the time to work with the customer to assess needs and desires in a vehicle. Since I graduated school, I have bought 6 new cars from 4 dealerships and dealt with 4 different sales reps. I can say with all sincerity that I will be back to both Grappone and Diana Dutcher in the future! As a side note, I tried writing this review on the google review site. It was very confusing and not that user friendly... Not even sure if it worked. This site is much easier to use. I would not ask customers to use that site in the future as it may dissuade people like me who do not want to take 30 minutes out of their day to figure out a confusing site only to find out the information gets lost anyway in cyber coo-coo land!

I was lucky to find Grappone Ford. I couldn't say more positive things about this dealership. Just to name a few:The pricing was very competitive and straightforward. They offered the price quoted in the email. No bait-and-switch.I did a factory order. A discount became available after I ordered my car. Although the price had been agreed upon, they passed that saving to me.When my car came in, John thought I wouldn't like the bumper protector I'd already paid for. He wanted me to look at it before it's installed. He was right - I didn't like it. So he returned it for me.I took delivery of my car and a week later wanted to swap out the standard uni-directional remote starter for a bi-directional one. They even paid for the labor. They didn't have to do this because they had paid the third-party installer for the standard system.I'm extremely satisfied. John and Bob's service far exceeded my expectations.

I bought a used Ford from another dealership. They offered no information about the vehicle or service for it. The folks at Grappone Ford gave it a thorough inspection. The performed a recall repair and advised me of when to expect various levels of service in the future. From their attitude you would have thought that they had sold the vehicle themselves. They made sure that I was comfortable with the vehicle before I left. They definitely have a new and loyal customer for service and future sales too.

I am so happy I went to Grappone! Dan was very nice & helpful. I went in with the intention of buying an SUV & left with one. I started my experience online & the staff made my transition from online to in person car shopping a seamless experience. I am a person with, well we'll call it less than ideal credit, and Dan & the rest of the staff I met worked hard to get me apropriate, haggle-free, affordable pricing & financing, and treated me with dignity & respect despite the fact my credit wasnt what it should be, unlike a dealership I dealt with earlier in the week. The experience was stress free and they made car buying what it should be...fun! Everyone I talked to was pleasant, easy to talk to & very helpful. I truly felt like my business with them was valued. I had the pleasure of working with Kevin, one of the Sales Associates. He was the best sales person I worked with in my search for a new car. Considering I emailed every Ford dealer in New Hampshire, that's quite the achievement.Both times I stopped into the dealerships I felt I was in a happy, comfortable atmosphere. Every person there seemed happy, and happy to help if needed. Kevin Mull, in the Hyundai division, was friendly, pleasant, patient, and very good-natured both times I stopped into Grappone Hyundai. He was polite and showed me the features of the cars I considered without being pushy or making me feel rushed into a decision. My search for a new car led me to a new Ford rather than a Hyundai, but he remained helpful and pleasant while two other gentlemen helped me finish my purchase. Unfortunately, I don't remember their names since I dealt with them only briefly. That being said, they were both fantastic as well and very helpful.

We were looking to trade in our Ford Edge that we bought at a local dealership here in our hometown, very unhappy with the service and Edge. We called Ruth and talked with her on the phone and found a very knowledgeable, friendly person who went out of her way to answer our questions and help to make our New Escape a perfect match for us, she took the time to explain all the new features on the vehicle and we left with the feeling that if we had any questions she was there to help. I was looking for a white, low milage, f-150 super crew cab online. At a good price.(of course) I found a 2011 at a dealer named Grappone in Bow, New Hampshire for nearly $4000 below kelly blue book. So i drove 2 1/2 hours from N. Adams, MA. The service i received was wonderful. My sales consultant Diana Dutcher was very helpful and knowledgeable. She even helped me remove my lumber rack from my truck in a snowstorm. Dan gelvin in financing, worked his tail off to get me the loan i needed to purchase this truck. It took the whole next day and ment i needed to resign all the paper work. They sent a driver all the way to me with the papers. That is incredible customer service if you ask me.I would totally recommend the Grappone dealership to anyone, near or far, and i will make the long drive back when its time to trade in the wifes car.

I'm a member of USAA. My wife and I are retired teachers. We love quiet rural living and have lived in the White Mountains Region of New Hampshire for 38 years. It's quite obvious why we don't like the process of "haggling": neither of us is, or ever,was good at it. Car Buying Services such as those offered by USAA and others are much more our "cup of tea".But without the initial contact we had by telephone with Stephanie Belyea, the follow-up call of Bri on Monday (she let us know you were open on the day after Christmas), and the patience of Dianna with two people who don't use a cellphone or twitter, just a land line, computers and the Internet..., the experience might not have been as successful.The only reason we didn't give all 5s above is because the manager did not call our Trusted Choice Agent, Mike Graham regarding Collision Insurance even though we gave him the info. Mike called us today Wednesday. Because we had reached on Monday, Mike told us we would have been covered in any case. Still....But overall we were most impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness Of Stephanie, Bri and Dianna and give them all thre of them a "High 5".

After two very frustrating attempts to come to an agreement on a deal for a new Ford Explorer with the folks at Grappone, I was ready to give up. However, shortly after he read about my experiences on Dealer Rater, I was contacted by the owner, Greg Grappone. Greg expressed his desire to learn from my experience and was still committed to winning my business. We had some productive exchanges where he suggested a few new options. While I was uneasy about returning to the dealership, I respected Greg's approach and was also drawn by the value of the "Grappone difference". Greg put me in touch with Bob McCullen and Jeff Harsin to discuss these new options. After running through several scenarios, Bob did find a car that matched my specifications. Further, he was willing to make some adjustments in order to make the deal affordable for me. We still have some logistics and paperwork to finalize, but in the end, it looks like it will be a pretty fair deal. My ratings for this dealership would have been higher if my last experience was my first experience. I do have children that are approaching driving age, so I will be in the market again in the near future. Based on my last interaction, I will most likely be heading to Grappone again.

The finance professional Dan explained the extended coverages and set up financing to my specs. quickly. Vehicle pick-up was on time and all extra work was very nicely done. Scott made introductions to the service coordinator Crystal Haskell and set up preliminary service.Buying a truck had never been this easy before and I will recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

First, let me preface these words that I am not a shill working for Mazda and or Grappone. A question accompanying this review is "Would you trust the integrity of a consumer review if you knew it was written in the dealership's showroom? It got me thinking that often times I believe certain companies submit reviews with decoy or shill advertising. I am not one of these. Our family was in the market for a new vehicle that offered third row seating. Having done my own research, I found the Mazda5 offered the third row seating, good MPG, and was within my pricepoint. Through an independent website, I was put in touch with Ashley Morse. She was courteous and not overbearing in telling me what Grappone had to offer. After some review of the vehicle I realized it may be too small for our family needs and had told Ashley as such. However, since there was another Mazda dealership 1 mile from our house (Grappone is 18 miles away), the family set off to see if it would work. To our surprise the Mazda5 offeered what we were looking for. The salesperson at this dealership let us test drive then moved in to strike a deal. I was open with the salesman stating I had already begun communication with another dealership, he pushed on. When I asked what he thought his pricepoint would be (I knew from Grappone's Zag pricing where they would be negotiating from) he refused to tell me. He then accused me of "playing a game" which was personally insulting and our family walked out. A few days later I was able to reach Ashley and let her know the Mazda5 may work. She was able to set me up with an appointment. I met Scott Brannen (quite by accident as the Sales manager is Scott too) at the front steps and we went from there. Scott and the crew were able to listen to the requests of pricepoint and get me there through creative financing/incentive options. The dealership near my house told me "it wasn't possible" to get me to where I wanted to be. Grappone, Scott and Ashley worked with me (the consumer) to meet my needs and the other dealership certainly did not. I reccomend their services and hopefully you will have an enjoyable experience too.Paul Wheeler

I went into the sale knowing what I wanted. I had bought 2 other cars from this dealership. Sometimes the time drags while the paperwork is getting organized but John made me feel comfortable and he was very personable. The price was right, I felt like I got what I expected for my trade and then when I decided to complete the deal all the pieces fell into place without a single thought wondering if I did the right thing. I have been a Grappone customer for 20 yrs. I came into Grappone Ford to have the alignment and tires checked on my 2002 Hyundai Santa Fe and thought I would test drive an Escape while I waited. Bob took me over to Ruth and introduced us. Ruth is an exceptional saleswoman. No pressure, no hassle, just lot's of great answers to my questions. She really knows her Fords. It wasn't long before I was sold on the dealership as well as the car. My whole experience was positive. I had contacted Ashley via the internet last spring when I was looking into trading in my Santa Fe. She returned my calls, answered my e-mails and was very knowledgeable. I was a first time new car buyer and interviewed several dealers to determine with whom I wanted to establish a relationship. I quickly eliminated some based on an overall reaction to an unpleasant experience in interaacting with their people. I did not respond well to high pressure tactics, lack of product knowledge or ambivalence in one case. I am not an impulse buyer but view myself rather as an educated consumer who wants courteous interaction, accurate facts and a projection that I will be a valued customer with a long relationship. Price is of course a sensitive component but not the sole determining factor. Graponne FORD provided a welcome buying atmosphere as soon as I entered the showroom. Ruth was courteous, polite, and attentive to my inquiries and did not display any sales pressure to close a "deal" on the spot. She was extremely willing to gather information as my questions developed. I left with an initial price proposal and she followed up later in a timely fashion, but not over bearing. Later we negotiated a trade-in price of my present vehicle to determine a final purchase cost. Even though they were not the lowest price overall, I made the decision to allow Graponne to sell me my new Explorer XLT. I would rate Ruth and Graponne as providing a very good buying enviornment to purchase vehicles.

To be honest, I was not sure of this Dealership at first. I made a deal that I had bad feelings about after and quite frankly did not fully understand. Once the dealership understood my dissatisfaction I was contacted by one of the owners who honestly wanted to make it right. This was the most pleasurable car buying experience we've had. Jason was very friendly, easy going, and informative. Within a few days, Scott had what he believed to be the perfect vehicle for us, even though it wasn't our first choice. We set up a test drive appointment, and we were not disappointed! I had a poor experience at a different Mazda dealership prior to going to Grappone Mazda. I am so glad I went to Grappone! The difference was like night and day. I first made contact with Grappone via USAA which gives veterans the opportunity to get great pricing on new autos. I was contacted by Grappone very quickly once the inquiry was made and kept putting off going in because i didn't want to deal with the hassle of sales reps pushing you to make deals that are out of this world crazy.I had nothing but an amazing experience at Grappone. I HATE auto dealships because of past experiences with buying vehicles, but Grappone turned that around. There wasn't one person that i could say that was anything less than perfect to deal with. Grappone is 40 miles but well worth the trip. I am treated right and Diana Dutcher handles her job with the utmost professionalism. Our appointment started on time. Ruth had all the vehicles we wanted to see at Grappone Ford. This has not been our experience with other dealers who have multiple sites. The Sales manager was very persistent in finding a price we could afford. I never felt pressure to buy that day until we met with the gentleman in finance. After I had made my purchase of a certified 2010 ford fusion and left the dealership, I noticed a couple of things that should have been taken care of before I drove off: the left rear brake light was out, my oil sticker had shown that it was passed due, and my lock window button does not work. For a certified car that went through inspection this should have been identified and fixed. It would have saved me another trip down to the dealershhip. I'll have to plan and additional trip since I did not schedule for the lock window button to be fixed.

Ruth Stephanson and Chris Bassett were absolutely first rate. We had researched and driven the Ford Escape at several dealerships to narrow down the potential candidates for a new car. Grappone Ford was selected because it had the largest inventory of Escapes in the area. We were assigned to Ruth who was articulate, professional, knew her product, and extremely helpful without the pressure of making a sale. Having made our decision on what to purchace (which include Toyota, Honda, and Lexus), and having a price range that included a trade-in, Ruth costed the Escape several ways and with several payment plans. Ruth and Grappone met us half way on the trade-in which was reasonable and fair. There was no need to belabor that discussion. Ruth stayed with us until the end describing the salient points of all the features on the new Escsape. This included several futile attempts to synch our Blackberry to the car. Ruth finally did it! In the process, Ruth coordinated with Chris Bassett in the finance department. Chris was extremely accommodating by providing several payment options and patiently explaining each plan and what was included. His personal experience helped our decision process by offering pros and cons of each plan and the resulting extended warranties and service packages. Chris persistently searched for the best payment plan for us and was able to save an additional percentage point which as lower than our already low credit union rate. All in all, this has been one of the easiest, most pleasurable, and hassle free car purchases ever.

I will write another review after my new 2012 Mustang is delivered. I have to say though that this has been a great experience thus far! I had been shopping around 12-15 dealers in Massachusetts for the best price and had emailed everyone asking for their best offers. Within the first 24 hours Kristina contacted me with an amazing price! The other 12-15 dealers did not even respond to the email. I sent a second one letting them know A dealership had offered me a specific price, it was so good it must have scared them away! :-) You want no hassle, no BS shopping minus the tricks and games then you need to start here first and save yourself a lot of time. Folks I had visited other Mazada dealers in New Hampshire to buy a new CX-7, however once I stepped into this dealership it was clear that they are the best. They didn't waste my time with any of those stupid sales tricks(how much can you afford?) and they got down to where the rubber meets the road which is how much do you want for your trade and how do you want to pay for the new vehicle. After a few back and forths on the trade amount we came to and agreement which I could live with and the deal was done. I also like the Grappone benefits such as free tires for my car as long as I serviced it there, 100K powertrain warranty, free oil changes(after 5 ior 6)and all the other free benefits they give all customers. Also I bought the service package at a discount for all oil changes and scheduled services up to 60K miles.A great deal if you think about how much you actually spend on this stuff.I definitely recommend Grappone Ford/Mazada to anyone, ask for Scott Brannen by name he really gets it. I promise you won't be disappointed.

We started on the lot walking around and within a few minutes, John was outside showing us everything there is to know about the Ford Escape. The sales consultant we worked with, Scott Brannen was a great guy. He was totally prepared for our meeting and got us out to the car to test drive it as soon as we got there. Initially we had thought we were going to buy a slightly different model that was still being shipped, but once we heard how long it would be until it got there we decided to buy the last model that they had on site. Our last purchase was a Ford Explorer, 8 years ago at the same dealership. We hold on to our vehicles, so we were looking for something that will have a good life. When we got to Grappone this morning, we met Dacre and from the beginning, we were up front, told him what we were looking for and that we had done our homework. Dacre answered questions, and gave us the right amount of time to think over what we were about to do. It was down to two different vehicles, and again, he gave us time to discuss what we wanted, when we were ready, he was able to make the deal happen. Paperwork was pretty quick, everyone was very friendly during the whole process. Once the purchase was made, Dacre went over the car information with us, showed us the features it has, and helped to set up Sync functions in our new Ford Fusion. We are very happy with the events of the day, and smiled the whole way home because I love my new car! Certainly would recommend the dealership!

The dealership, and in particular, Ruth Stephenson, went out of their way to find the exact match for the model of Ford Escape that I wanted. Not only did they have to reach out of the state, they did so overnight, had a trailer hitch installed and delivered it to me the next day. They were extremely flexible in negotiating a trade and were sincerely obvious in wanting my business and my satisfaction. The many perks at Grappone, such as the no charge 100,000 mile powertrain warranty, really make this a dealership worth the drive from Vermont.

Diana was quick to approach us as we were looking in the lot, then she graciously backed off when we asked to speak to someone we know..when they were not there she again graciously offered to take us on a test drive of any of the vehicles we were interested in trying..she was very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles and listened to what exactly we were looking for as far as features..she then suggested a test drive in the new 2012 Ford Focus and told us about all of the amenities this model has. We went home and thought about all the choices and upon returning to the dealership after two days, we are now the proud owners of a wonderful new 2012 Ford Focus..Diana was extremely attentive, pleasant, friendly and anxious to meet any need we had and any question we had..would definitely do business with her any time in the future and would ask for her by name. I went into this dealer last week. I was interested in a new 2010 Explorer that was listed. I was taken outside to look at the Explorer, but I was never asked if I would like to take it for a test ride. We went back into the office, where I noticed a beautiful Ford Flex in the showroom, that was it, I was in love! I inquired about the vehicle, where the response I got back was "Miss that's a forty thousand dollar car your looking at." The salesman gave me the numbers for my trade and monthly payment, he never tried to work with me. He acted as if I had no business even taking up his time. I also asked about the Mazda CX-9. Big surprise same response, "that's about thirty six thousand". The man assumed my budget was twenty nine thousand, the price of the Explorer, and even if it was that's a lot of money, and I should have been shown some respect. I will never recommend this dealer to anyone!! The only good thing I can say is, I was in and out of the dealership very quickly. I guess he had somewhere else to be. Well in the end, I made another dealership and salesman very happy, when I purchased my Brand New Ford Flex at Unique Ford in Goffstown!!

ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! they did not even ask if we liked it. The only reason we are going back is because of a superb salesman in BOB COTTER! Be weary of Gerry and Lena. Friendliness however is unmatched. Shortly after writing the paragraph above I was contacted by Greg Grappone who showed a great deal of interest in my dis-satisfaction. Ordinarily, we don't recommend businesses or services to others, lest their experiences differ greatly from that of our own. This is the second exception we have ever made. We are totally satisfied customers. From its inception, there has been an overwhelmingly positive attitude clearly evident among the visible employees. At all times, they carry the Grappone name with due respect. This week, both vehicles needed service (over the course of three days). We live a good distance away, and a loaner car available yesterday morning was a convenience for which we are grateful. Yesterday, Adam took great care in ensuring that all issues encountered during the service were understood, as well as all available options. He went above and beyond to offer us not only the most cost-efficient solutions, but the best solutions for the life of the vehicle. I must add that Adam, Grappone's latest gem of a service representative, applied a solution to a longstanding check-in difficulty for those of us who own more-than-one-of-the-same-make vehicles who have not memorized their VINs. Perhaps there are not many of us, but regardless, this uncomplicated-to-provide fix will save time for customer and representative alike. Finally, we have had a tremendously stressful year with illness, loss, and, like the rest of the world, financial uncertainty. One thing that was consistent was knowing we would not have to give a second thought to our vehicles, because they are in such very capable hands. This might just sound like rhetoric, but we are fully aware that our safety has been, and is, literally in Grappone employees' hands. We don't take that for granted. Grappone is the ONLY auto service and repair business to ever win us over. Consistently. Whoever "vets" their employees does an amazing job. I visited this dealer looking for a new Fusion and wound up buying a used car. The salesman quoted a price 1,000 over their published internet price. When I discovered the mistake the next day, a call and a quick visit to the dealership was all it took to have the sales contract rewritten in my favor. I went away happy. The only downside to this whole experience was the inordinately long wait to have the car detailed. Even at that the salesman was very helpful and offered to do whatever I required.

We took one of our Hybrid Fords in for service, the last time the brakes were so bad they said it was dangerous to drive according to Seth, now they are good which was a mistake they were suppose to be questionable, but someone checked the wrong box. So my problem is when do you believe them. How many times have they lied before or made a mistake. Dont go here for service or to buy a car.

Diane was super friendly and even put up with my grumpy husband! We went in one day and drove the car and then returned the next day to buy it. There weren't any high presure sales people just nice people who were OK with hearing "we need to think about this a few days" Great Job!

Just bought our second car in 5 months. Grappone is not the closest dealership available to us, but we found the atmosphere helpful and straight forward, all the employees were pleasant and knowledgable. They were willing to work with us on price and financing. I felt that everone was professional, honest and I didn't feel that there were gimmicks. Clearly we are repeat customers and will continue to return.

We visited the Grappone Ford dealership three times. Spoke with Diana on the first visit. Because we liked her demeanor we asked for her on each subsequent visit. Diana was quite informed on the different Ford models and she took her time answering all our questions. There was no pressure in selling an automobile to us.
